All right, the deposition of Hillary Clinton has officially concluded. And I have everything you need to know from inside the deposition because I just got off the phone with someone that was in the deposition, Congresswoman Yasmin Ansari, who we've had on the show multiple times. She does great work. She's a member of the House Oversight Committee, was inside the deposition and tells me that Secretary Clinton answered every single question, did not plead the fifth once, and provided a roadmap for House investigators in terms of her lack of involvement with Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell. Never was she once on Jeffrey Epstein's plane. Never once was she on Jeffrey Epstein's island. Never once did she meet Jeffrey Epstein from her recollection that is very different from the current President of the United States, who has been on Jeffrey Epstein's plane numerous times and has met Jeffrey Epstein numerous times. And now the pressure builds to essentially subpoena the President of the United States. As members of Congress are saying, enough is enough. It's time to get President Trump in front of the committee. Make sure to like, comment, share and subscribe. The more you like, the more people see this. Subscribe to my substack, click the link below to support my work. Let's just jump right into it. This afternoon, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton testified in front of the the House Oversight Committee. Republicans and Democrats asked her questions and, well, she didn't refuse to answer a single one. She answered every single question without fail. Take a listen to what Congressman Robert Garcia, the Democratic Oversight Chairman, after the deposition concluded.
C
I want to also add that this committee has now set a new precedent about talking to presidents and former presidents. And we're demanding immediately that we ask President Trump to testify in front of our committee and be deposed in front of Oversight Republicans and Democrats. And that should happen immediately. He is the person that appears almost more than anyone else in the committee, and it needs to happen right now. Mr. Chairman, do you distinguish at all, do you distinguish at all between a president and a former president and a sitting president? I mean, is there something in there? Because they will say, wait a minute, we know, you know what the court ruled on his immunity. We should, we should depose the person that is mentioned in the Epstein files almost more than any other person next to Ghislaine Maxwell, and that's Donald Trump. Mr. We're going to have a couple comments and then we're going to now
B
you'll hear from Congressman Ansari momentarily. She was inside the deposition, but what remains clear is that there are a couple of things. Number one, Hillary Clinton really had no involvement with the Epstein Maxwell crimes. She didn't really know anything about it, and she made that clear during today's deposition. Number two, tomorrow's deposition of former President Bill Clinton is much more important because he, as Congresswoman Ansari tells me multiple pictures, knew Jeffrey Epstein was in the same room as Epstein. And Hillary Clinton today did not actually answer many questions as it related to Bill Clinton deferred to him. Now, three is the pressure on members of Congress to subpoena the president of the United States, subpoena Howard Lutnick, the commerce secretary, and more. And she talks about that, and she commits to issuing subpoenas for a whole host of banks and other wealthy and powerful people if and when Democrats take back the House of majority, the House of Representatives majority next this November. So make sure to like, comment, share and subscribe. Spread the word. The more you like, the more people see this. Here's my interview. Congresswoman Ansari excited to be joined by Congresswoman Yasmine Ansari again, who just left the deposition of Secretary Hillary Clinton. Now, Congressman. Congresswoman, what do we need to know? What was the deposition like and what did you learn?
D
First and foremost, I think Secretary Clinton made it abundantly clear that she has never had a relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. She made clear on the record and under oath that she's never met Jeffrey Epstein. She's never been on his plane, she's never been on his island. These questions were answered over and over and over again. Secondly, I think what's important to know here, and it's not new per se, but the Republican majority is absolutely not serious about this investigation. More than 10 Republican members of Congress have showed up here today to be part of this deposition. As a reminder, no Republican showed up last week when we were in Ohio talking to Les Wexner, the biggest, most, you know, prominent financial backer of Jeffrey Epstein. There would be no Jeffrey Epstein without Les Wexner. And then, of course, as has been reported now publicly, there was an egregious violation of the rules that were agreed upon between the majority and the secretary's team. The Secretary's team had actually wanted Press to be in the room. We had wanted Press to be in the room, and they had declined that over and over and over again. Yet Congresswoman Boebert decided to tweet out a photo of the deposition, which then resulted in, you know, valid, very valid frustrations and a temporary pause in the deposition. I'm glad that it continued and the secretary continued to answer questions. But again, there are so many individuals and institutions that need to come before this committee and answer questions that are vital to justice for the victims and accountability, and we're just not seeing that from the Republican majority.
B
Did Secretary Clinton refuse to answer any questions today?
D
She answered every single question quite thoroughly. And we have publicly made a demand that the majority release the transcribed, you know, transcription of the interview within 24 hours. I think it's really important for the public to be able to read everything and, you know, potentially watch everything as well. It's being recorded. And last week, they did release a video of the Wexner deposition. So I think this will be very important for the public, and the public can make their own judgment on, you know, credibility. But this has also set a very, you know, critical precedent. Now, tomorrow, we will have a former president testifying before a committee. It's never happened before. So we believe Donald Trump absolutely is the person who is mentioned in the files more than almost anybody, should come before the Oversight Committee and answer questions. And especially in light of the New York Times and NPR reporting about the withheld DOJ files pertaining to credible allegations against him from a minor.
B
And I want to ask you about that in just a minute, but before I get off, Secretary Clinton, did she give any new information that we may not have already known from the files or what was already publicly reported? Anything new about Jeffrey Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell, maybe even former President Clinton's relationship with the two of them?
D
Look, I think that's why it's important for the. The transcribed piece to come out. She really emphasized over and over and over again that she did not know them. And in questions that were pertaining to President Clinton, she made very clear that he will be answering questions tomorrow and that all of these questions should be asked of him. She did not want to provide any opinions, let's say, on any matters, and. And simply responded based on the facts.
C
Has.
B
Now, what do you expect to learn during tomorrow's deposition of former President Clinton? Because arguably that one is more. I mean, there's going to be a lot more information, a lot more questions over there.
D
Well, as you know, there are photos of President Clinton that were released as part of the Epstein files, you know, where he is with Mr. Epstein and, and Ghis Maxwell. And so I think he will be asked, and, and we as Democrats intend to ask him, ask him the full context of those photos, what the nature of his relationship with these two was over the course, you know, of, of history when he cut off his relationship. And most importantly, I think ultimately this is about accountability. So anyone who may have enabled the crimes or committed the crimes, if he has any information whatsoever that is going to be vital to our work, we look forward to that. I think it's going to be electric no matter what happens. But if it's anything like the way that Secretary Clinton is handling the interview, I'm hoping for, you know, honest responses and hopefully more information.
B
Now, you mentioned President Trump and getting him in front of the committee. Has there been any movement to make that happen? Issue a subpoena of sorts? Is there any interest on the Republican side? Not from Colmer, but anyone else?
D
I think that the pressure is going to continue to build on Republicans and their complicity in this cover up. The reporting this, this week has been damning. I don't know how Republican members of Congress, you know, outside of the people like Thomas Massie who have been very clear in their position, I don't know how they are going to remain in their seats if they continue to enable and be complicit in this coverup. I mean, this is unacceptable. And it's not just Donald Trump. There are many other people. Why is Howard Lutnick not in front of this committee immediately? I mean, this is the Commerce Secretary who is now on record lying about his relationship. Talk about Cash Patel who went in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee and said that there are, you know, there's no allegations that would make, you know, there was no one else involved other than Jeffrey Epstein. That is what Cash Patel said under oath. We now know that there were FBI interviews with a woman who said she was assaulted and raped by Trump when she was a minor. So Cash Patel has lied under oath. That is very clear. The list goes on and on.
B
Now, if Trump is not subpoenaed, Lutnick not subpoenaed under this House, will you commit to issuing those subpoenas? If Democrats take the majority next year,
D
the moment Democrats take the majority and we have the power to issue these subpoenas, I can assure you there will be a long list of people and institutions and companies that will be subpoenaed in relation to the Epstein investigation Congresswoman,
B
thank you so much for taking the time.
D
Thank you so much.
