We have major Epstein developments this afternoon that everyone needs to know about because key documents related to the FBI, the doj, the Trump administration's cover up. Well, a federal court just minutes ago ordered the Department of Justice and the FBI to immediately begin releasing documents related to communications internally between Pam Bondi, Cash Patel and others over this massive cover up. We're about to see exactly what DOJ officials, FBI officials, what they were communicating with with one another. Not just that situation room meeting to the extent notes exist, but also communications within the Department of Justice itself between the DOJ and the FBI, between officials in the Trump administration. This. This is important. At the same time, we're learning more about Ghislaine Maxwell's prison experience and well, it's as cushy as you really can get. I have all the latest right now if you can like comment, share, get the word out and subscribe to my substack link below to support my work. Platforms are not going to like this update. They don't like when we talk about Epstein. So I need your help. So please make sure to subscribe today and get the word out as much as you can. Minutes ago, organization called Democracy Forward won a major hearing or a major court ruling. The court ruling involves a case against the Department of Justice that Democracy Forward filed called democracy forward versus U.S. department of justice et al. Here is the minute order that was issued within the last hour or so. Upon consideration of the party's joint status report, the FBI is hereby ordered to process the fewer of the thousand remaining pages of remaining records by July 17, 2026. The Department of Justice, through the Office of Information Policy, is hereby ordered to process at least 750 pages by that same day, July 17, and to process at least 750 pages each day, 30 days thereafter. It is well established that a court may use its equitable powers to require the agency to process documents. According to a court imposed deadline more than six months ago, the court ordered defendants to expedite processing of the FOIA request. Because of the exceptional media interests, FBI proposed processing rate of 250 pages a month and DOJ's proposed rate of 350 pages a month are unacceptably deficient. Courts routinely order agencies to process more pages per month. In the absence of an expedited processing order, it would be absurd to allow defendants to process expedited requests at a slower pace than often goes in a non expedited case. Okay, so let me essentially explain to you what happened. Democracy Forward said, we want these internal documents. I'm going to show you exactly what the requests are. We want the documents related to the communications between Pam Bondi and Cash Patel, between all these officials over the COVID up related to the Epstein file. So they filed what is called a FOIA request, Freedom of Information Act. The FOIA request allows them to get documents that must be preserved. These are legal documents that have to be preserved through the public record. Right. They're key documents that the public has access to. But the DOJ and the FBI will only release it if you submit these FOIA requests. And well, in response, the FBI had been slow walking it, had been truly, truly slow walking it. And because of that, we got to a situation where they didn't really get many documents. So here's kind of what we saw. They saw, quote, the Trump Vance administration's handling of the Epstein files related to Jeffrey Epstein has garnered significant attention from the American public, Congress and the press in particular. There has been significant media coverage and public interest surrounding the information contained within the Epstein matter case files, including the existence of a client list of those to whom Epstein trafficked underage girls and whether that information should be disclosed to the public. As a presidential candidate, Trump said he would, quote, probably release the Epstein list. And following Trump's reelection inauguration, Bondi said that the thing was essentially sitting on her desk to review that. It's a directive by Trump. Just days later, Bondi released materials that were mostly already public. Following months of frantic scouring of the Epstein files, they then continued to release more information. Right. But essentially not enough. They didn't follow the law. And while court Today is saying you got to do it. Here are some of the requests I want to show you that we're going to get documents related to all records reflecting communications, including email chains, calendar invitations or anything between, including correspondence concerning Trump and Epstein. Any communications between DOJ officials between reflecting matters between Trump and Epstein, including communications concerning Pambondi, Todd Blanche, Chad Meisell, any of them. So they're seeking documents related to communications internally where they discuss Trump's relationship to Epstein. Here are some more. This is for the FBI. They're looking for communications again related to Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein from Cash Patel, Dan Bongino and anyone else within the FBI. So this is major. And we're going to get these. We're going to get these. Any communications related to the client list, Epstein flight logs, Ghislaine Maxwell, whistleblower. Any communications reflecting correspondence between Trump and Epstein, again through DOJ officials. We're going to get all these documents. They can't legally slow walk it. They've been ordered by a court to do it immediately. And while they may try to appeal, they may try to do whatever they can. It won't work here. It really won't work. And it's a major ruling today. And it comes as a New Mexico attorney general is ramping up its criminal investigation into Jeffrey Epstein's Zorro ranch. The New Mexico Department of Justice has now sent preservation letters to financial institutions and telecommunications and tech companies, among others, seeking data related to individuals who may have information related to Epstein's activity in the state. As reported by the Wall Street Journal, the New Mexico attorney general requested that companies and individuals retain relevant records tied to Epstein and his associates, including Ghislaine Maxwell and Leslie Groff. So the first criminal and only criminal investigation in the country in New Mexico is ramping up. Courts are ordering the FBI and the DOJ to give up internal communications, which could very well impact and sink the presidency. And lawmakers are going to the fpc, Brian, where Ghislaine Maxwell is serving her sentence. And this is a statement from them saying, quote, today investigators from our committees traveled to FBC, Bryan, where Ghislaine Maxwell is serving her sentence despite BoP policies barring sex offenders from this minimum security facility absent a special waiver. We went to Camp Bryan seeking answers about Ms. Maxwell's unprecedented transfer. And, and they go on to say that they repeatedly shut down lines of questioning or provided any, failed to provide any basic information about central concerns. Here's what Robert Garcia had to say.
Robert Garcia
Clearly a place that folks were there and were building their own relationships and activities. And what's odd is of the entire Federal Bureau of Prisons system, this actual facility is ranked the least amount of security in the entire system. And that's where Ghislaine Maxwell was moved. One critical piece of information that we got, which we didn't know, is that we learned yesterday that Ghislaine Maxwell is the only sexual offender, a convicted sexual offender, in the entire 600 plus member facility. And so she's the only one, which is an interesting coincidence that only her would be given the treatment to be moved to this facility. And the warden was asked multiple times, why was Ghislaine Maxwell moved to this facility? Why is she the only sexual offender that is now actually in this facility? And the warden's response was, we don't know. We don't have an answer. No one at the facility had any idea why she was there. And so this begs so many questions. It goes back to the original question, who?
