I didn't realize I would spend my day fighting with the Department of Justice on Twitter, but alas, that is exactly what I did because of my pursuit for the Epstein files and to remind folks that, hey, the Justice Department continues to impede an active criminal investigation. The DOJ is now pushing back and, well, what? In a bit of a Twitter spat. But that's okay because it's getting more attention on the files, it's getting more attention on the survivors, and it's a recognition of the work that we're doing to do so. It comes as Iran has once again closed down the Strait of Hormuz. We are once again back at war. A war that seemingly never ended. Mitch McConnell news regarding his health and what his neighbor is saying and well, if you want to know what the President is focused on today? It is his White House columns. Because this is what my day has been like today. Me and the Department of Justice, the rapid response team at the doj, have been going at it on social media. I made clear, I said not enough people are talking about this. The Trump administration is impeding the only act of criminal investigation into Jeffrey Epstein. Which is true. The current only act of criminal investigation into Jeffrey Epstein and the Epstein files is coming out of New Mexico, where the New Mexico Attorney General is actively investigating Epstein's connections at Zorro Ranch and co conspirators who might have engaged in the abuse of children at Zorro Ranch. And I was just making that clear. And well, the Department of Justice responded, quote, we are. That's it. We are. And the question is, were they saying we are to the fact that we are talking about this or we are to the fact that the Trump administration is impeding the only act of criminal investigation investigation into Jeffrey Epstein? If that's the case, then that is a major admission. If it is the former, though, they are trying to say that they are talking about this, that they are talking about the New Mexico criminal investigation. But the truth is, according to the New Mexico Attorney General, they are not. They have not provided the necessary documents that were requested. They have not provided transparency. And I didn't think I'd be fighting with the DOJ about this on social media. But if I have to, I, I will in this pursuit to get truth and accountability and justice for the over 1,000 Epstein survivors. And. Well, here's the thing. They haven't released enough files to the public. They've even admitted it. They said that the department hasn't produced underlying handwritten notes for certain interviews because by their nature, they're, quote, substantially similar to the ultimate reports and have been deemed duplicative. Substantially similar is not identical. They have to release the files. They have to release these handwritten notes. They haven't done so. This is from a court briefing that the DOJ filed. And while I asked an Epstein survivor today, Lara Blau McGee, about this, and she also made clear that, hey, they haven't released videotapes related to her. I see the shirt you're wearing. It has redactions on it.

Do you feel as though the Justice Department has released all of the files as it relates to you in your case?

No. So. So as I was mentioning before that everything was recorded in the house in the town home in New York City. We know that there are videos. Those videos had not. I have not seen the videos and they haven't been released, obviously, you know, redacted. But, but those videos are out there of the abuse and that's, those are crimes that are being committed and that's evidence. So, yeah, there's about 3 million files that have not been released and we want all of those files released.

And while Todd Blanche's confirmation hearing is coming up next week and she's saying it's time to vote no, we talk about the current administration and one, the person leading the charge behind all of that is Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche. How do you feel seeing him being nominated to be the Attorney General of the United States, knowing his role in all of this?

I feel like he's unfit. He's unfit to be our Attorney General. He. In a healthier political climate, I don't think we would ever see a former attorney for the President, personal attorney for the President, be in charge of the doj. And then to protect, you know, the President's enemies, it's. He's unfit for the job. He's not, he's not someone that is going to protect the survivors American people and do what's right.

He's unfit for the job. And if you want to think about what the President is focused on today, first he talked about his perfect physical at Walter Reed. He attacked Maggie Haberman for incorrectly covering him and her and Jonathan Swan in their new book Regime Change. He says that it's fake reporting. He says that his. He does a perfect physical every six months. Here's the issue. He says, I just finished a perfect physical at Walter Reed. The White House had to clarify, actually that this perfect physical was the same one he had two months ago. And then he says that he requested another cognitive test, the only president to do so three times. And he says that he aced them. He also spent time today talking about the horrible front of the White House. This is where the TARP is going up right now. He says, quote, it's been like that for years. The condition is deplorable, just like our country was when I inherited it from sleepy Joe Biden. The radical left Democrats criticize me, he says, for spending so much time bringing back our White House to the glory of 100 years ago. Actually, it'll be far better than that. So he is focused on the front of the White House. But we are at war right now. And today Iran announced that it will be closing the Strait of Hormuz once again. Why? Well, Iran says that as a result, quote, one vessel which had turned off its systems and endangered maritime security was hit by a warning shot and stopped following this incident. Firstly, given the insecurity caused by the illegal intervention of foreigners, the Strait of Hwarmuz will be closed until further notice and until the end of the United States intervention in this region, and no vessel will be allowed to transit. Secondly, if the aggressor enemy makes a new act of aggression against us under the pretext of this incident, which they themselves cause, they'll be met with a strong response and new enemy bases in the region will be targeted. And if you want to know about Mitch McConnell's health, while neighbor speaking out today says a few things. First, days before the ambulance, he was in a wheelchair, pale, mouth slacked open, being carted around by staffers. Day of the 911 call, neighbor saw him loaded up into the ambulance and confirms that his eyes were closed. He was not moving. There was oxygen tubes running up to his face and nose. His staffers were crying and there were no sirens in the emergency vehicle. It's now been almost a month since Mitch McConnell was taken to the hospital by emergency authorities, and we still don't have accurate information about his current status. Now, everyone speaks to him for 20 minutes, it appears like, but outside of that, nothing, nothing else. And so that's it.
