Busy update this morning as Donald Trump received an order in federal court forcing him to hand over key financial records through his revocable trust to the BBC as part of his defamation lawsuit that he filed against the BBC. I reviewed what happened in court and, well, in a way, the lawsuit is backfiring against him. Him, he's going through discovery and as he goes through discovery, he's being forced to divulge information that he doesn't want the BBC to know. the same time, we have significant Epstein news. As we were learning in 2019, the Trump administration, then Trump prosecutors shut down ongoing criminal investigations into Jeffrey Epstein and his associates in New Mexico, only to turn around and say, we'll give you all of the records and refer all state relevant findings to you in an agreement. They then have since violated that agreement and we have a new mysterious Epstein death today. Meanwhile, news about Russia and Ukraine. Russia is on fire again today. A new leaked video shows troops, American soldiers running for their lives as an Iranian ballistic missile seeks to target Jordanian Air force bases in Jordan. So if you can spread the word and subscribe below, support my work. I want to begin by talking about this BBC lawsuit because the lawsuit is in a way backfiring against Donald Trump. The lawsuit, $10 billion against the BBC, $10 billion. It was filed by Donald Trump earlier this year as far as essentially he accuses the BBC for misconstruing his words and putting out videos of him speaking on January 6th that weren't actually his full speech. Right. And while as part of this lawsuit he argued that he suffered a business issue, a financial issue. And so the BBC said, okay, well, if you suffered financial harm Business reputational harm, then what we're going to do is we're going to seek out through discover documents related to your financial records. We're going to seek out what companies you own, what shell companies you have, all of the LLCs, corporations, everything. These are a lot of documents that the public may never even know exist because it was put together through a revocable trust. What happened was when Trump took office in his second term, he created the Donald J. Trump Revocable Trust, a trust that essentially managed his business portfolio because he, as president can't legally manage his businesses. Now the revocable trust is being ordered to hand over these critical documents that may for the first time reveal where Donald Trump's ownership stakes lie, where his financials are, and so much more. The ruling was issued by US Magistrate Judge and Loki let and could open a unique window into hundreds of businesses owned by the Trump family trust. Because it's not just the president, it's also his kids. Anyone is subject to this family trust. But it's not just that. Judge also allowed the BBC to subpoena dozens of members of Trump's inner circle in an effort to find evidence of Donald Trump's thoughts and intentions on January 6, 2021. Date of the insurrection. People like Donald Trump Jr. Stephen Miller. Stephen Miller, Steve Bannon, they're going to get subpoenas now as part of discovery and they're going to be hauled to court to testify. Unless, of course, Trump decides, you know what, I'm going to walk this back. I'm going to say, you know what, this lawsuit, $10 billion isn't worth it. We'll have to see. Meanwhile, we have big Epstein news. Because I want to show you this document. This document is from the Epstein files and was found recently. It is a handwritten letter. Okay. This handwritten letter was or handwritten note was from the former New Mexico Attorney General Hector Balderas. He says federal prosecutors have failed to honor a 2019 agreement concerning the Epstein investigation. Under that arrangement, New Mexico investigators stopped interviewing potential witnesses at Epstein Zorro Ranch. In return, federal prosecutors were supposed to refer state related evidence to the New Mexico Attorney General after completing their case. Valderras says partially rejected federal files contain handwritten notes confirming the agreement. Here is the agreement and as you can see, you have the handwritten note saying, agreed New Mexico Attorney General stop interviews plus refer all matters to sdny. SDNY will refer any state related matters to New Mexico Attorney General at the conclusion of the SDNY case. But that has never happened. So in 2019, Trump prosecutors shut down the Epstein investigation that was being run in New Mexico, agreeing to hand over all relevant information to state attorneys general. Well, that never happened. They never upheld their agreement and they continue to cover it up to this day. Meanwhile, this man was found dead today. If you don't know him, you probably shouldn't. His name is Daniel sed. He's a 69 year old modeling scout whose name appeared thousands of times in the Epstein files. He's also an alleged recruiter for Jeffrey Epstein. He was found unresponsive in his kitchen near Paris. 28 year old woman staying with him discovered his body and a neighbor attempted CPR but could not revive him. French prosecutors have now opened an investigation into the cause of death.
