This afternoon's update is focused on one thing. Fourth of July celebrations and the Great America State Fair. After we learned this morning that there was massive likely fraud, wire fraud, solicitation related violations by the Trump administration, redirecting taxpayer dollars for personal gain, duping donors out of where they're actually sending their money to, now we're seeing a state fair and a Fourth of July celebration that is in dire strike straight. So much so that I received exclusive footage this afternoon of the stage on which individuals were performing rehearsals for performances for Donald Trump's speech. And the stage is literally falling apart. Trump continues to enrich himself millions and billions of dollars. And at the same time, we're seeing a massive heat wave in Washington, dc. Despite that, the President is not being deterred. He is launching 850,000 fireworks in a span of 40 minutes. And what some experts say, and even internal documents at the Department of Interior say can cause massive air pollution for Washington, D.C. residents. I have all the latest for you right now. Make sure to like, comment, share, get the word out, and if you can subscribe to my substack link below to support my work. I'm working around the clock right now to get you exclusive footage from Washington D.C. and elsewhere. And we have our next paid subscriber live this evening at 7:45pm Eastern Time. I can't wait to see you all there.

Now.

I want to preface all this by saying that I really do wish I wouldn't have to be reporting on the State fair on the Fourth of July. America's 250th celebration should be a nonpartisan event, one where people come together, the right, the left, the center, and celebrate the 4th of July, celebrate America. But right now there isn't much to celebrate for many people. And today we're seeing a direct result of the shoddy performances and the shoddy workmanship around Donald Trump's state fair. Here is an exclusive video I received from a rehearsal stage. As you can see, the stage is literally falling apart, almost hit the dancers in real time. This stage is for the fourth of July celebration this weekend. It is over a hundred degrees out there right now. It is extremely hot. And the stage for the fourth of July celebrations is quite literally falling apart in real time. And we're learning today that Donald Trump plans on launching 850,000 fireworks in a roughly 40 minute show. Fireworks for this year's celebration are expected to cause hazardous levels of pollution around the National Mall and quote, very unhealthy conditions in central Washington, D.C. that's according to internal National Park Service documents reviewed by the Washington Post. The show, which is going to be the largest pyrotechnic display in history, will include 850,000 fireworks for 40 minutes starting at 10:30pm or 11:00pm after Donald Trump finishes his marathon speech, which he plans on going as long as possible in record breaking heat. The combustion from large fireworks displays typically causes significant pollution because it generates fine particulate matter, also known as PM2.5. These small particles can penetrate deep into the heart and lungs, causing irritation and in some cases asthma attacks and other illnesses. According to a new analysis by the National Park Service, people should avoid prolonged exposures to the pollution around the mall. The Interior Department did not respond to questions in downtown D.C. arlington, in the Capitol Hill area, where pollution will be, quote, very healthy people should expect irritation symptoms and limit their post show exposure to the pollution. It projects that pollution will remain at elevated levels for up to six hours after the show. At best. In the expected or most likely scenario, the fireworks show will generate 600 to 100 to 1200 micrograms of PM2.5 per cubic meter. A worst case scenario could see more than 2000 grams per cubic meter. Levels of up to 1200 micrograms match what has been at other firework events. But the worst case scenario is it exceed anything previously recorded from prior pyrotechnic displays. People are warning that you should actually literally wear an N95 mask. That's where we're at right now. And it is so hot in Washington D.C. that Trump supporters on the Mall going to the State Fair are dunking themselves in the baptism pool to cool

down and affecting folks like Megan Nicoletti and her husband Brian. And, you know, Megan, you were just over in the medical tent being treated. Tell us about how you're feeling now.
E
I'm fine. But previously, none of these booths have air conditioning. We don't know what happened. But I started seeing stars.
A
Oh, really?
E
And we went to the tent. There's a religious tent because that's the theme for today. And they had a pool. They're baptizing people. Thank God they had the pool. They said, do you want to get in? Yes, I think I do.
D
I think I want to be baptized.
E
I'm soaking wet. But I went to the medic tent. They took care of me. I still got one of these towels. They filled me with electrolytes. But good.
D
Nice folks in there, for sure.
E
Oh, they're wonderful.
D
They are.
B
And well, today the Trump administration secured an indictment against an Olympian for allegedly vandalizing the reflecting pool. But the indictment is already seemingly in trouble, just based on Judge Janine's press conference.
C
Was this part of the pool? Specifically some of the. Was the sealant already partially removed?
B
He rip it back.
C
And you just described in detail, because he maintains that it looks the same as it did before he arrived. That's his.
F
You know, I'm not going to get into the evidence, but what I told you is what our witnesses saw and experienced. There was an effort, a violent effort to rip up the sealant from the bottom of the pool. And irrespective of whether or not, you know, we think that, you know, there, there is some situation that preceded it, we can state and prove beyond a reasonable doubt that he caused damage. And that damage is over 1000 dol.
C
Keying in on that.
F
How do you prove that thousand dollars with an expert. Come to the trial. You can. We will hear all that at the trial.
C
Did he have any tools or was it just his bare hands?
F
Right now, we believe it's his bare hands. It's both hands.
C
So does that indicate in your belief that it was probably damaged before, or do you believe that he.
F
Oh, he damaged it further.
C
But do you believe it had already been damaged before?
F
He damaged the pool.
C
Before he touched it.
F
He damaged this pool.
B
But there have been, you know, all these videos.
D
Well, good.
F
I'm glad you've got that. Evans, come on in the grand jury, you can testify. Next.
B
And when asked about how this relates to January 6th defendants who seemingly got off scot free due to pardons, here's what Pierrot had to say.
C
One more thank you for your time today.
F
Already this is a problem, you know,
B
over a thousand generation barriers who caused millions of dollars.
F
Are you really talking about January 6th?
C
Yes.
F
I'm not. Okay, who's next? Not, you know. Yes.

Host: Aaron Parnas
Date: July 2, 2026
In this episode, Aaron Parnas provides an in-depth and timely update from the heart of Washington, D.C., focusing on the logistics and controversies surrounding the Trump administration’s Fourth of July “Freedom 250” celebrations. The episode explores issues of alleged fraud, hazardous event planning, environmental dangers connected to an unprecedented fireworks display, on-the-ground chaos including collapsing stages and heat-related medical emergencies, and fresh legal battles, all set against the backdrop of escalating partisan tensions at America’s 250th birthday.
On the event’s perverse spectacle:
On environmental risk:
Aaron Parnas, [04:45]:
“Fireworks for this year's celebration are expected to cause hazardous levels of pollution around the National Mall and ‘very unhealthy conditions in central Washington, D.C.’ That’s according to internal National Park Service documents reviewed by the Washington Post.”
Aaron Parnas, [04:56]:
“People are warning that you should actually literally wear an N95 mask. That's where we're at right now.”
On in-the-moment attendee hardship:
Megan Nicoletti, [05:41]:
“I started seeing stars... There’s a religious tent... They said, do you want to get in? Yes, I think I do.”
Brian (Megan’s husband), [05:55]:
“I think I want to be baptized.”
On the Olympian indictment:
Judge Pierrot, [06:34]:
“There was an effort, a violent effort to rip up the sealant from the bottom of the pool... we can state and prove beyond a reasonable doubt that he caused damage.”
Press/Judge Pierrot, [07:08-08:10]:
“Are you really talking about January 6th?... I'm not. Okay, who's next?”
On politicized Social Security cards:
Aaron Parnas’ update exposes the chaos, health hazards, politicization, and legal controversies dominating Trump’s “Freedom 250” celebrations. Key moments include exclusive reports of dangerous event conditions, incredulous on-the-ground participant accounts, warnings of record air pollution from fireworks, and the administration’s combative legal strategy. The overall tone is urgent, skeptical, and incredulous—a powerful snapshot of a fractious national milestone.
