following two key stories this afternoon. The first regarding Epstein, the second regarding Mexico and immigration, regarding Epstein, the New Mexico Attorney General which is currently launching and conducting the only criminal investigation into the Epstein files in the entire country. Well, he has come out now saying that the Department of Justice is impeding the investigation in New Mexico into what happened at Zorro Ranch. And he is outlining exactly how the DOJ is preventing the New Mexico Attorney General from getting access to key documents that will aid in putting away those associated with Jeffrey Epstein behind bars. And it comes as Epstein survivors are demanding right now that Todd Blanch, his confirmation, be killed essentially in the United States Senate, demanding key senators in states like Louisiana, Texas and North Carolina to vote no. It comes as in Mexico. Claudia Sheinbaum, the President of Mexico, is amping up pressure on the United States, announcing that they are seeking criminal charges against Those individuals in ICE that are associated with the deaths of 17 Mexican immigrants living in the United States of America. Most recently, a Mexican immigrant who was shot and killed in Houston, Texas. They're seeking criminal charges. They're also pursuing civil lawsuits in American courts against the operators of detention facilities here in the United States of America. At the same time, the President of the United States is conducting more renovations right now as we speak on the White House. And a giant tarp has been put up this afternoon. We'll never stop talking about the news, no matter who wants me to stop. I want to begin by talking about the Epstein investigation that is being shut down as we speak. This is a new press release that was sent to my email inbox moments ago from the New Mexico Attorney General Raul Torres, who says that the Department of Justice is actively hindering our investigation by withholding unredacted Epstein files, saying that the New Mexico DOJ is the only entity actively conducting a criminal investigation into Epstein's alleged crimes at Zorro Ranch in Santa fe County. The U.S. department of justice has long possessed the records and investigative materials the New Mexico DOJ needs to identify survivors, witnesses and co conspirators, but has not provided access unredacted despite repeated formal requests and prior assurances of cooperation. Quote despite verbal assurances of cooperation from the U.S. dOJ, access to the requested records has not been granted, no substantive response has been provided and more than 130 days have now elapsed since the New Mexico DOJ's initial request. Torres goes on to write heavily redacted open source records already established that multiple survivors were brought to Zorro Ranch in Santa Fe County, New Mexico on numerous occasions where they were subjected to sexual abuse and exploitation. The redacted records show. Under those redactions, records in the U.S. dOJ's custody contain the names of survivors, witnesses, co conspirators and other individuals who are essential to the DOJ's responsibility and ability to fulfill its obligation to investigate and prosecute criminal conduct occurring within the state. It outlined numerous times where they've spoken with the DOJ, including written correspondence on February 13, a formal letter on March 13, a telephone conference with the Associate Deputy attorney general on April 1, where the U.S. dOJ affirmed its commitment to cooperation. May 3, 2026 a letter submitted to the first assistant U.S. attorney Ryan Ellison, May 29, they written follow up to Blanche and the Deputy Attorney General and meeting requests in June on 4th and 5th and despite quote, verbal assurances of cooperation from the U.S. department of justice, access to the records has not been granted. Now right now the only criminal investigation ongoing in the country into the Epstein files is in New Mexico. The New Mexico Attorney General specifically looking to see whether or not any criminal conduct, any further criminal conduct that was not already charged by the Department of Justice occurred at Zorro Ranch in New Mexico, which is one of Jeffrey Epstein's properties. Zorro Ranch is where Annie Farmer was abused where Maria Farmer was abused. Two Epstein survivors, arguably the first Epstein survivors. And so they, their abuse occurred. Horrific, horrific exploitation occurred on Zorro Ranch. And now the New Mexico DOJ is trying to investigate not just the individuals responsible for that abuse on the ranch, but also anyone who could have facilitated the abuse, brought the children to Zorro Ranch, assisted Epstein, financed this pro, this horrific exploitation, all of it. And the DOJ is hindering it. It comes ahead of Blanche's hearing this next week. And now seven days, six days, 15th and then the 16th, where Blanche will be in front of the Senate. Survivors are demanding that people vote no on Blanche, specifically in states like Texas, North Carolina and Louisiana. Three states where you have lame duck senators, you have Thom Tillis, who's not running for reelection in New Mexico. Sorry, not New Mexico, North Carolina. You have Bill Cassidy in Louisiana, and you have John Cornyn in Texas. Now, there are new questions swirling about Mitch McConnell. We're going to talk about that momentarily, but we do want to talk about what Mexico is doing. Today, Mexico announced that it is actively, actively pursuing criminal charges against those who were responsible or assisted in the death and killing of 17 Mexicans who have died in ICE cover custody or during ICE enforcement operations. Mexico's Foreign Minister, Roberto Velasco, announced that the Mexican government not only submitted this formal request to the US Department of Justice, but also they will be accompanying civil lawsuits against the companies that operate the detention centers in an effort to put an end to the human rights violations in these facilities. President Claudia Scheinbaum says that New Mexico, that Mexico decided to move beyond diplomatic channels and escalate its complaints after an ICE agent killed Mexican citizen Lorenzo Salgado Arujo in Houston of this week. Sheinbaum said the killing is not only sad and regrettable, but also appears to have been targeted. So very serious developments out of Mexico when we talk about Mitch McConnell.
