Good afternoon everyone. A very busy day in federal court as the Trump administration suffered major losses in three separate federal courts across the country on numerous policies in front of the Supreme Court. The Trump administration is still waiting for a critical, critical hearing on Donald Trump's case regarding Eugene Carroll and his liability for sexual assault against Eugene Carroll. It has now stalled in front of the United States Supreme Court. At the same time, multiple federal court losses today across the country, all while Trump administration judges that the President appoints are becoming increasingly likely to rebuke the President. And we're going to talk about that. At the same time, mass protests grow in Albania and other parts of the world against Trump, his family and now against the government. A massive anti corruption movement has grown to over a million Albanian residents and here at home, Trump is facing protests symbolically across Washington D.C. as he has brought the quote swamp back. And with the reflecting pool, it is green and it is smelly. I have the latest right now. Like Comment share and if you can subscribe to my substack link below to support my work. I'm serious when I say that my coverage of the reflecting pool. I wish I didn't have to cover the reflecting pool. I wish because there are more important issues out there and yet my coverage has led to folks saying that I should be arrested for touching the reflecting pool. It is lunacy. And yet here we are. So make sure to subscribe. Support my work. Help me fight back. Today the Trump administration suffered losses in federal courts across the country and courts are more increasingly likely to rebuke the President. These are conservative judges saying the President's palpable misunderstanding that the government simply cannot seek retribution for speech, speech he disdains, poses a great threat to Americans freedom of speech. An American president is not a king, not even an elected one. This power to remove federal officers and honest civil servants like plaintiff is not absolute and may be constrained in appropriate circumstances. The case has its genesis in the ill conceived and incompetently implemented government pursuit of daily deportation quotas, apparently even if it requires traumatizing children. These are quotes from three different federal court rulings across the country over the past year showing conservative judges rebuking the White House, and today was no different. First, a federal judge blocked the Trump Department of Justice from enforcing subpoenas against Minnesota Governor Tim Walz along with other officials in Minnesota. This is a passage from the Opinion issue today. Tim Walls and other Democratic officials were subpoenaed by the Trump administration, and a judge today threw those subpoenas out, ruling that the effort was unconstitutional and appeared solely to intend to harass political opponents. Judge Patrick Schultz found that the DOJ was using the grand jury process not for a legitimate criminal investigation, but rather to pressure Minnesota officials into cooperating with the administration's immigration enforcement policies. The subpoena sought records related to the official's opposition to a large scale immigration crackdown that led to thousands of arrests and widespread protests in Minnesota, along with the murders of Alex, probably Freddie and Renee Good. Walls and other officials praised the ruling, while the Justice Department said it's going to continue investigating what it says is obstruction of federal law enforcement. At the same time, a federal judge ruled that the Trump administration violated federal privacy laws in a significant ruling. This is an excerpt from the ruling today. Specifically, the Trump administration violated the law by expanding a citizenship verification database with Social Security and other government data to help identify noncitizens on voter rolls. The judge blocked the program's expanded use, finding that the administration knowingly bypassed privacy protections in an effort to carry out Trump's directive for large scale voter verification. Critics argue the system could wrongly flag eligible citizens as noncitizens, potentially leading to voter disenfranchisement. And in New York, a federal judge ruled today that the Department of Homeland Security and Justice Department officials cannot generally bar the public from attending immigration court proceedings. That ruling was handed down this afternoon as well. Essentially, the judge found that immigration courts must remain open to public observation in most cases, and the blanket restrictions on access are not permitted. And at the same time, Trump himself is waiting for a critical decision from the United States Supreme Court. He appealed the sexual assault verdict against him in the $5 million E. Jean Carroll case. The Supreme Court now for seven months has essentially sat on it, not taken any action. And the president is wondering, when will the Supreme Court say something or do something at the same time, like I said at the beginning, judges are increasingly likely to rebuke the president. 11 Trump appointed judges have ruled against the president since January of last year. 17 Biden judges, 14 Obama judges, 14 Clinton judges. But a number of Trump judges are willing to say no to this president of the United States. And it comes here at home as the president is facing protests in Washington, D.C. this is what Washington, D.C. looks like right now. As you can see. I'm going to show it to you momentarily there. A group has put up swamp creature videos across the city. This is Stephen Miller as a vampire of sorts. You have right now, you're going to see Donald Trump as a swamp creature as well. Underneath a bridge heading into Washington, D.C. all of these videos are literally postered, plastered across Washington, D.C. guardian of the pedophiles. That's Marco Rubio as a swamp creature. That's the display that they put up on the Kennedy center tarp. And it just happens. And I mean, this is what Trump is seeing as he's driving through the streets of Washington, D.C. right now. There's Cash Patel, you can see the FBI director. There's Trump and Epstein. There's Mike Johnson, JD Vance and more and more. But he's not just facing protests at home, he's also facing protests across the pond in Albania. Over a million residents of Albania are not only protesting the Trump family, but they're also protesting massive government corruption. What they say in Albania and today we saw this happen at the Kushner property where they're trying to build this luxury resort. Residents are literally destroying the parts of the property that Kushner and Ivanka Trump, they're trying to build. They're destroying it in a major protest. And here at home, this is what the National Mall looks like today. It's literally a surveillance state. You now have surveillance officers across the reflecting pool there. They're setting up surveillance. This is just going to do lapse, you know, can you answer that? Literally setting up surveillance equipment. When asked about this, here's what Trump had to say.

So they were going to spend 400 million. I spent 10. They were going to spend four years. I spent two months, maybe less. And I have a better product now. I can't help it if somebody goes in with a knife and starts hacking it up. And we also have pictures of it. You know, we have. Can you release the photos? Yeah, at the right time. You'll see it. You'll see it in court. You'll see it in court. But all you have to do is call the Parks Department, call the Department of Interior, and I don't know if their lawyers will allow you to speak to them because you know, you write fake. You write fake news. But call the Interior Department and I understand they've arrested five people and they have another five people that are under investigation.
