O O.com Donald Trump is not happy this afternoon after the United States Supreme Court handed him multiple losses in the Eugene Carroll case. He will forever now have a verdict of sexual assault on his record, owing her millions and millions of dollars in the mail in ballot case. Well, Trump wanted mail in ballots to be essentially disregarded to eliminate mail in voting. The Supreme Care Supreme Court said absolutely not. In the Lisa Cook case, Supreme Court said, you can't fire Lisa Cook. Now they did rule for him in a major case which I'll talk about shortly, overturning 90 years of precedent. But right now, the precedent the President is lashing out at the United States Supreme Court. He's not happy because ultimately, based on what legal experts thought, today's rulings completely, completely were different from what many thought. Many thought that he would win in a number of these cases. He did not. So like Comment Share get the word out and if you can subscribe to my substack link below to support my work. So I want to begin by showing you the President's remarks to the Supreme Court's rulings today. First up, the E. Jean Carroll case. He says, surprisingly, the Supreme Court declined to review a fake case brought against me by a woman I never met. Decades old celebrity photo line standing with her husband does not count. I will continue the fight against this weaponization and lawfare case against me, including the ridiculous claim of defamation with all of my power and strength, he says this case is really, against the United States of America and all it stands for and should never be allowed to happen to another president or candidate to be. New York State created a law for an instant speck of time going back many decades in order to wrongfully nab me. It was tailor made, he says, and this injustice cannot be allowed to stand. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Well, this will stand. The Supreme Court's ruling is final. Now, the Supreme Court didn't rule on the merits of the case, didn't even touch it, didn't even want to touch it, because it was, in a lot of ways, a pile of garbage, a flaming pile of garbage, I would add, because the Supreme Court doesn't take cases simply because there's an evidentiary dispute on the lower court. And that's all this was about. This was only about evidentiary issues. Now, a lot of people have asked, well, Aaron, doesn't he have an $83 million verdict against him, too, for defamation? Yes, he does. That's a separate case. That's a second case that E. Jean Carroll brought. That verdict is making its way up to the Supreme Court. That's another chance for the court to hold against Trump as well. But that won't happen for a little while. This ruling, though, is more of a stain on his legacy rather than a stain on his pocketbook. $5 million to the president is not much money considering he has enriched himself to the tune of billions and billions of dollars. But, but he will forever have, he will forever have been found liable of sexual assault. And he's obviously not too happy. He's also not happy about the mail in ballots case. He says in light of the tremendous loss in the Supreme Court today concerning voters rights and the fact that people's votes are allowed to be counted long after an election is over, it is more important than ever to pass the Save America act, he says, which is, quote, all voters must show photo id. All voters must show proof of citizenship. No mail in ballots except for illness, disability, military deployment or travel. There is no excuse for a politician or otherwise to be against the above three requirements. There is only one reason to oppose cheating. The House of Representatives. Representatives has approved this vital act three times. The United States Senate seems unable to do so. In a time when there is a powerful communist movement taking place in our country, one more dangerous than World War I, World War II, Pearl harbor, or September 11th, all Democrats in our five Republican Senate holdouts, Lisa Murkowski, Susan Collins, Thom Tillis, Bill Cassidy, and Mitch McConnell, must vote to save our country. There can be no excuses. Thank you for your attention to this matter. A couple things here. Number one, the SAVE act is not going to pass. There's they don't have the votes, they don't have the support. And it's pretty interesting to see him continue to push this even though he knows it's not going to pass. That's number one. Number two, the fact that he calls a, quote, communist movement more dangerous than World War I, World War II, Pearl harbor or Silver, September 11 just shows you where the president's priorities are at today. He's not happy that the Supreme Court ruled that essentially mail in ballots could be counted days after an election, after election Day, so long as they are postmarked and postmarked by election Day. They don't have to be received on election day. They can be just postmarked on election day. It's a major loss for him, a major victory for Democrats in a lot of ways who support mail in ballots. That's not the only decision he lost. He lost the Cook lawsuit. Lisa Cook, Board of Governors at the Federal Reserve. He tried to fire her without cause. He says, well, the Supreme Court today said you can't do that. He says the Cook lawsuit, having to do with her suitability and sitting on the board of the Federal Reserve, was sent back by the Supreme Court on a strictly procedural basis. We will take appropriate action immediately to make sure that someone who has committed wrongdoing will not be making vital decisions concerning the welfare of the United States of America. Now, this is an interesting case in a lot of ways because at the same time, the court also ruled to overturn Humphrey's executor. In a separate case, Trump vs Slaughter, the court essentially gave Trump ample power, ample, ample power to do whatever he wants when it comes to independent agencies like the ftc, fcc, nlrb, National Board of National Labor Relations Board, usps, Board of Governors, FEC and others. They essentially removed the independence of these agencies, overturning 90 years of precedent in a ruling that Justice Sotomayor says gives Trump more power than the King of England has. It is a massive, massive ruling, one that conservatives have been asking for for a long time. They had been seeking out, seeking out an effort to try to overturn Humphrey's executor. And they got it today. It's a major ruling, a major victory for conservatives, and Trump was happy about it. He's not happy, though, about the fact that the state fair isn't doing so well. He says, do you think people appreciate what a fantastic job we did in building and operating the Great American State Fair at the National Mall, packed with happy people and everyone loving it. Ask yourself the simple question, do you think that Obama or sleepy Joe Biden could have done it? The answer is no. People aren't at the state fair. Even Fox News showed it. Yes, it's typically hot in the summer, but it's not this hot in the summer. That's it from here for me. But a guy who knows all about places that are hot, Lawrence, L.J. you're over in Texas, I think, where it's all as you can see, he's literally broadcasting from an empty state fair. Now. The Supreme Court's rulings are being implemented as we speak. Already the TPS ruling is happening in real time. Here's what Mark Wayne Mullen said.
D
Protective status is over. They have to go home now. They don't have to go to the country that they came from if they're not feeling safe, they can go someplace else, but they cannot stay here. Your TPS temporary protective status is over. So we will will help assist you in leaving. If you would like, we'll buy you an airline ticket. We'll give you $2,600 to reestablish yourself someplace else if you don't want to go back to the country you came from. But you have to leave and we're going to assist you in doing so. And if you choose not to, then we'll pick you up and force you to leave. All right. Just quick.
C
So the country, wherever you're sending them, that country has to agree.
D
Is that correct? Well, that to some degree, yes. But we're not remember, this wasn't that they came over with status, they came over with with tps. So we always knew it was temporary to begin with. So we will we can send these individuals back without actually extraditing them to there. So this isn't a court system that they got to go through with some people that came to country legal, the judge the Supreme Court has already ruled that the temporary protective status doesn't apply. So if they could fly here, they can also fly home. This isn't the same thing as extraditing them. Well, and many of them came from
