All right, guys, it is barbecue weather, as you all know. I will barbecue anything. Steaks, burgers, dogs, chicken, buffalo. You name it, I will cook it. What I hate, though, is cleaning the grill. I never remember to clean it after we've eaten all the food. So the next time I go out to grill, I gotta scrub like a madman before I can get to my cooking. It's been so frustrating, but I'm using this stuff right now called Bullshot barbecue. It's a foam and grill cleaner. Lets me wipe away baked on food and oil caked on grease really fast. All I gotta do is shake it, spray it, wipe off the gunk. Plus I can use it on my smoker. My gridd stove top pans metal. I tried it on my cast iron skillet and it's a dream. Bullshot makes professional cleaners for carpets and pet stains too. But barbecue is my wheelhouse and it's killing it for me. Try it out because I think you'll love this thing as much as I do. And now, for a limited time, get up to 20% off bullshot and free shipping. When you text grill to 64,000, that's grill to 64,000. For up to 20% off and free shipping. Text G R I l l to 64,000.

Good afternoon, everyone. A busy day today following serious Supreme Court rulings regarding the Roundup weed killer cases, along with TPS temporary protected status for Haitian and Syrians living in the United States of America. Maha the Make America Healthy Again movement is erupting. And while the Trump administration is moving full steam ahead with with for mass deportations again for Haitians living in the United States of America. For Syrians living in the United States of America. And the racism right now, unfortunately, is on full display. At the same time, the President is in a way crashing out over the fact that people were leaving his speech last night at the Great America State Fair that had already flopped because many artists pulled out, but he didn't want people to leave and, well, they left and much more. Make sure to like, comment, share and if you can subscribe to my substack link below to support my work. As always, I ask because I need it to sustain this work as it is funded by you, not big corporations or other entities. Just me, you and the truth. I want to begin by talking about the Supreme Court cases today. You've all seen the rulings. They're significant. The first involved a case regarding the Roundup Weed Killer 7:2 decision. Most of the conservatives in the majority and the decision essentially made it harder for individuals to sue Bayer Manzano if they believe that Roundup caused cancer. And while the Maha movement was not happy with this, today's ruling 7:2 ruling the Supreme Court sided with the maker of Roundup Weed Killer in a ruling that will block thousands of lawsuits alleging it failed to warn people that the product could cause cancer. The case came before the justices after a tidal wave of litigation, including multiple billion dollar verdicts against Bayer, which is a German agrochemical manufacturer that acquired Roundup's original producer Mansano in 2018. The decision is a victory for Trump's administration, which argued in support of Bayer, but it has now provoked outrage in the Make America Healthy Again movement who want to rein in the pesticide use. Maha is saying this is way worse than treason. Treason. That's what Zen Honeycutt, the founder of Moms Across America and and an advocate for the Maha movement, said so that it reflected a betrayal of President Trump's promises to the Maha movement. It really is chemical warfare on the American people. At the same time, the United States supreme court, in a 6:3 ruling, essentially allowed the Trump administration to move forward with removing over 100,000 Haitians living in the United States of America on temporary protected status and several thousand Syrians living in the United States of America on temporary protected status. These individuals had fled their home countries out of fear. In Syria, there was a civil war. In Haiti, there was a massive earthquake and much civil unrest that occurred following the earthquake. And while now many of them will be deported back to their home country as the Trump administration is ramping up efforts to do so, this is what Stephen Miller had to say following the ruling today.
Stephen Miller
First Trump Administration President Trump ended TPS for Haitian illegals and was frozen by the courts. The Biden administration came in, they flew Haitians right over the border by airplane, dumped them into American towns all over the country, particularly in Springfield, Ohio, destroying these tight knit communities and gave them all again this TPS temporary protected status which gives them unfettered access to welfare and other benefits in The United States. Trump ended that benefit again here in the second term, even though the statute says that it is judicially unreviewable, meaning Congress said the courts can't review it. A rogue radical judges stymied that for the last 16 months. And again, now here we are because of the Supreme Court, and we can finally remove these Haitian illegal migrants from the United States. It is a momentous victory, albeit this should have never taken 10 years. It is outrageous that we have judges in this country who continue to supplant their own radical beliefs for the Democratic views and judgments of hardworking American citizens.

That's what Stephen Miller is saying, the White House deputy chief of staff. And, well, the racism didn't just extend to him. It also extended to Tom Emmer, a senior Republican, who said that Somalis living in Minnesota should essentially be deported because they don't assimilate properly.
Tom Emmer
Guess what? There is nothing racist about calling out a criminal. So when I say that. It's time, it's time, I mean, this is what they do in the great state of Minnesota. You know, our culture, that Scandinavian culture. By the way, I better make it clear before I go any farther. Minnesotans. Are there any here? Ah, good. Then let me just say. Okay, well, born. You're wearing that hat, you must be from northern Minnesota. The Iron Range? No. Probably closer to Iowa. No, I'm going to leave that alone. The reason I bring it up is because I tell people regularly, Minnesota did not create passive aggressive behavior, but we did perfect it.
Moderator
Okay.
Tom Emmer
And I happen to be more on the aggressive, aggressive side, which doesn't always work in Minnesota, as Ralph will tell you. You know, sometimes Minnesotans are so afraid that you're going to call us a racist, you're going to call us an Islamophobe, you're going to call us some name that we just don't want to get into that fight. You know what? I. I would argue that I never did care. But I am done being careful, even the least bit careful. And I, I don't. I don't really care where you come from, but if you come to this great country, you have to understand, you're coming here to be an American.

Literally. Not. They're not even saying that keeping the quiet part quiet anymore. It's now officially saying the fully loud part out loud. And, well, Donald Trump today was not happy. He said that the crowd was incredible last night, packed to the brim. At least 45,000 people were there with a huge television and online audience. Most people didn't even know he was giving a speech last night, by the way. This was during the Great America State Fair. He's saying, quote, everybody stayed right until the end of my speech because they loved hearing about how truly successful America is. Well, here's the truth.

Largest producer of oil and gas on earth, larger than Russia and Saudi Arabia by far combined. And under my most favored nation agreement on drug prices, we are delivering the largest reduction in drug price history with price differences of 400, 500 and even 600%. Who would think that if you took down a half a percent, somebody said

that's people leaving his speech. And while at the same time today Congress erupted with Mark Wayne Mullen, the Department of Homeland Security secretary got into screaming match with even the Republicans on the committee. Take a listen down.
Committee Member 1
You shut them down.
Committee Member 2
Answer my question. What are you doing? Why are you moving?
Committee Member 1
I answered your question. You were the one that shut them down. The Democrats shut down. How many times did you vote to shut them down?
Committee Member 2
Why? You know, these people come to us to get funding for their for the work that they do.
Committee Member 1
And we are actually factually, I'm factually correct. You voted to shut them down. Republicans voted to open them over and over and over again. Your vote clearly stated that you voted to shut us down. Wasn't until it became Madam Popular and then by the way, ICE agents came there and helped bring the line people that you also kept shut down secretaries. I'm answering the question.
Committee Member 2
No, you.
Moderator
I thought you said you answered it. The floor is hers, my dear. Actually, I gave it to her. You know, there is a chairman of a committee, that's me. I gave it back to her. She's got it.
Committee Member 2
Something about who these folks are and

every question Madam ranking.
Committee Member 2
Well, yeah, no, I do. But I didn't get an answer to a question so the record also reflects the second. Please ask your next okay and I

On Congressional Dysfunction:
This episode of The Parnas Perspective dives into the sharp shift in Supreme Court precedent on both consumer litigation and immigrant protection, showing the real-world impacts of a conservative court and White House. Commentary and raw reactions from both officials and activists highlight polarization not only in policy but also in political discourse, exposing harsh rhetoric and open ideological battles on the national stage. The snapshot is valuable for understanding today’s contentious political and legal landscape, especially as Trump-aligned voices openly celebrate these judicial victories and push anti-immigrant narratives.
