Hello, beautiful people. Welcome to the hall of Fame Face off here at Radio Row in beautiful San Francisco, California, as we celebrate the hell out of Super Bowl 60 and last night's debut class of next year's hall of Fame class. There's two first balloters, two living young legends, and today they'll be competing in a trivia contest called the hall of Fame Face Off. Now, there will be $25,000 donated by us to the winning team's youth football program of choosing in the Pro Football hall of Fame will be doing the same. It'll be difficult quiz questions for these four gold Jacketers, and we're going to find out who has the football brain alongside the football acumen to really represent that bust over in Canton. Now, obviously, it's not just me. We got A.J. hawk hall of Fame nom here. Okay? We got Darius J. Butler. We got the toxic table with an AQ Shipley sandwich. Happening, boys. Good to see you. And we got one half of the Hammer Cowboys. AP Tone. Now, Tone, I'll start with you. Whenever it comes to, you know, odds of things here, I know we haven't debuted who the teams are. The teams will be split. Split into two teams of two trivia questions. How do you feel about this particular class and maybe their quizzing ability. Oh, you're off. Your microphone's on. Yeah, your mic's off. Yep, you're still off. Okay. Ty, what do you think Tone would have to say about what maybe the odds would be on who out of the hall of Fame class? I think he'd probably say, you know, and again, this is just Tony, but I think he's probably leaning whatever direction. Drew Brees, whatever team that's on, you know, cerebral quarterback. And that's not his fault, but I think that's what most people would say. Hey, you know, he's gotta know everything. So I'd give a slight advantage to his team in AJ Hawk. Luke Keakley, known as super genius. Yeah, I mean, you know, he's literally a super genius. That's why, you know, he puts that Superman cape on, baby. And he's the second youngest hall of Famer in the history of the game. Whenever he ends up going in there, is that going to bode well for trivia? Are super genius football people always good at trivia? I wonder. Yeah, I think super genius football people are super genius at pretty much everything, especially Luke. He's from Cincinnati, Ohio, so, yeah, he's going to probably win this thing. Okay, well, let's not get it twisted, okay? Adam Vinatierio. So gonna be a part of this. And obviously, Larry Fitzgerald D. Butts. Obviously, we're all kind of experiencing our own voyage and journey. Absolutely. We're running our own races out here. Absolutely. And we're learning a lot of things about the local products I think we've been taking care of out here. And some people are at altitude, some people have gone under cow poop to do what they gotta do. Seems like we're having a blast out here in San Francisco. Yeah. Great time. Can't wait for the day and see how this turns out. Ladies and gentlemen, it is now time to meet our teams. And although you met them last night as they were introduced into football immortality over there in Canton. Ohi let's meet our first squad. Ladies and gentlemen, the bronze bus, which is Luke Kinkley and first ballot hall of Famer Drew. Sir. Good to see you. Good to see you guys. Thanks for coming. Good luck. Thank you so much. This microphone will be the one you'll be speaking into, boys. Yep. All right, sir, Pleasure. I don't know if they're as locked in in the trivia as they are in the politicking with the boys. No good suit. I will say, boys, you look fantastic. The mic, you don't have to huddle around. I think it will pick it up. But if you could be in the area, I think it'll make us all of our lives better. Congratulations, boys. Honestly, Drew, let's talk about it. First ballot hall of Famer. A lot of chatter about that this year, obviously, and throughout the history, whenever the league and everybody that covers it says, you know what you deserve to be in that prestigious air of first ballot hall of fame. How emotional was it and how do you kind of feel now one day after being announced to the world? I think it's still pretty surreal. I think moment by moment, it's becoming a reality. You know, it started with the knock that was Dan Fouts about three weeks ago. And then, honestly, some of the best moments were yesterday when we were able to just be together in the room prior to going out on stage. Just talking a lot about the years of competition and a lot of the reflection. Your draft class almost again. Here we are. And now this one just happens to be the greatest of all time. How's your trivia ability? You think you're going to be ass or good, Drew? Well, finally I get a chance to be on this guy's team, so I'm all about it. Let's go. NFC south football. On that note, Luke Keakley Congratulations. Second youngest player. Wow. Come on, now. We love that. Didn't have the longest career, obviously, but what you did on the field was spectacular. Always have been, always will be. Whenever it comes to trivia, what do you think is your kind? Are you good at trivia? Because we all just assume you are because you're super smart. I don't know what the topics are going to be. Football. Super bowl football. We got Drew on my team. We got the boys back here. Maybe we can phone a friend. Hopefully we'll be in good shape. Okay, so he does know the lifelines. He does know the lifelines. There's a phone in front that's part of the Boston College. I don't know about the blog. We got to figure that part out, Chad. Okay. There'll be three lifelines. There will be a surprise phone, a friend of the program. Could be anybody that featured on our show that is not here. Could it be Dan Orlovsky? Oh, hell no. Absolutely not. It would be J.J. white. We don't know who it is. It'll be somebody that is in our world, and you can certainly use that. The boys will obviously be of help for one of the lifelines, and then you can ask the chat. And we. Our chat, we think do. Do know ball pretty good. But also there's a lot of people in there just trying to, you know. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Trying to get you. Now, you guys won't be the only team participating. Obviously, your draft class was not completed yet. Ladies and gentlemen, competing against the bronze bus will be the gold jacket. Sorry. They got a better name. We'll come and toss that thing. Larry Fitzgerald. This is a big deal here, boys. A lot of hall of famers here. That's hall of Famer. Yes. Taken out. Hey, I'm just thinking, Vinny. Good luck. I hope you win. I don't want them to win. Go get him, Vinnie. Come on, Vin. Sorry. They don't have ears and they can't hear. Congratulations, Fitz. First ballot. What an insane thing. Obviously, at Pitt, you're amazing. The people love you there. Arizona, you would have been able to play forever. It feels like spearing a get in the pit, you know, he had to go to the evil. The evil Empire. He couldn't get in. Yeah, I respect that. Yeah, he certainly did. You should see what he's been doing the last couple of days. Yeah, though for sure. What's that? That's a better education in West Virginia. Whoa. What's the hall of Fame? Congratulations. As I asked, Drew, and obviously you're all hall of famers, you're gonna be remembered forever. We all thought Vinnie should have been a first ballot. Feels like there was potentially like, well, kicker can't be a first ballot. You, though, I feel like there was a lot of conversation going in, like, larry deserves it. Larry deserves it. How's it been hearing, like, the football world sing your praises because normally you don't get the flowers. And I feel like this is a good moment for you. It's been amazing. I think the part that I've enjoyed the most is getting to know these guys a little bit more intimately. And, you know, last night on stage when you were announced and all those hall of famers coming up, I think the gravity of it really hits you at that point. But, you know, I never was one to kind of like, put a lot of stock in what other people said. You know, I was very comfortable what I was able to accomplish and. But I'm glad, you know, this all worked out. How's the golf game? Golf game is okay. It's solid. Not. Not where it needs to be, but it'd be better for acc. Your hall of fame brother. Congratulations. And ladies and gentlemen, another kicker has made it into Canton, Ohio. Vinitari, I'm so happy for you, man. Congratulations. What was it like getting the heads up that you're going to go into the hall of fame? I know you obviously didn't want to make it bigger than it was a lot of it. All of us were excited to see you be a first ballot kicker in the hall of famer. And we know that the voting now is obviously run by certain things. Seemed like that was never possible. Now the next best thing is you're remembered forever as being the goat brother. How's it feel and has this been cool for you? It's been unbelievable. You know, sitting back a year and watching the process go doesn't dumb it down whatsoever. Honestly, being in this class with these gentlemen, it's super special. And I tell you what, I'm still kind of a little bit excited, a little bit nervous, you know, can't believe it actually happened. But yeah, that knock on the door a couple weeks ago was. Was pretty wild. Something that'll remember forever. Pretty emotional. And then the next hardest part is not telling anybody for the next three weeks and keeping it a secret. So, yeah, now we. We get a. We get to be out here telling everybody and enjoying our time. How are you at trivia? I don't know. It depends on what we're talking about. We'll see. I hear we got some. Some good phone of friends and some good lifelines. Okay? Okay, everybody. We got the most competitive people. Okay? Let's. If you guys could get to your podiums, please, we would be very grateful. There is a couple lifelines. Now, here are the rules, boys. The first one to hit the buz chance to answer the question. Okay? The buzzer is the red button and the blue button in front of you. Only one of these will light up. Okay? The front of the thing. We go ahead and hit this. Boom. That'll light up. See, yours will now not be able to light up. Foxy will have to reset it in the back. Now, I don't think you should be allowed to hit it until I finish the last word of the question. Okay? If you jump early, you're out. The other team will get the opportunity. If you get the question right, it'll be 100 points. Now, before we give the right answer, if you get it the button quick, we'll ask the other team. Do you think that's the right answer? And would you like to steal it? Okay, if you say no, that's not the right answer. We would like to steal it. You get it right, that's 200 points. Whoa. Now, if it's. If their question is right, if their answer is right, and you say you want to steal it, you lose 50. Okay? So there's always risk, reward. Drew Brees, that's why you're a first balloter. That makes sense. $25,000 for each of you to give back to a youth football program from us and the Pro football hall of Fame. So we're lucky to do that. There'll be three lifelines that will only be used once in totality. In totality. Not everybody gets to use it. And then there's a double don that you guys will each use one time throughout the show or throughout the game that can double your points. Are you guys ready to go? Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. You guys ready? We need these microphones on, I do believe. Nice. Here we go. Let's get to the first question, shall we? Here we go. Can't hit until I finish. Can I say something real quick? Hold on. Take it. Done. Take it. Done. What the hell? We. We would like to double this already. You have zero points. No, no. I thought we doubled how much it's worth. We double our point value. Yes. Okay. Never mind. No good clarity, though. That was not anything. I see. I would have never thought like that. The head he play. He almost double zero. That would have been a bad decision. That Would have been something. Let him do it. I know, I know, I know. I'm sorry. I'm so sorry. You cannot double this one. Okay? You cannot hit the thing. Even though all of you saw the question. Final word right here. Okay? First question of the hall of Fame Face off. Who is the last quarterback to win the super bowl in the final game of his career? Okay. Very confident answer. Is Peyton Manning. Okay. Do you believe that is correct or would you like to. Peyton Manning. Do you think that's correct? It's okay if you do. I believe it's correct. Yeah. I think you guys agree with that. Yeah. Okay, good. Ladies and gentlemen, the answer as. Boom. Peyton Manning. Do me like that. Yeah, sorry. His first question. That's the first question. I get it. Yeah. I don't like that that happened. And honestly, honestly, that was. That was 10 years ago. It was a tough day. That was rude of us. Today's a good day. Today's a good day. Bringing it full circle. And look, you got 100 points for that. All right, if you could reset this, let's get to question number two of the hall of Fame face off. 100 to nothing. Would you like to. Who is the oldest player to score a TD in super bowl history? Oh, this one might be a little bit of a. A conundrum for the hall of Famers. These four guys will obviously get a bow jacket here later in the offseason as we kick off the next year. Oh, hold on. Hold the phone. Okay. Yeah, you can hit that. You gotta hit that. Okay. What would you guys like to phone? A friend? You'd like to find a friend of the. Wow. No, no, no, no. It is a surprise friend of the program. Okay, Larry, so we will be calling somebody from our orbit who I do think will have the answer. Now, who could that possibly be, Boys there? It could be literally a litany of anybody. Schefter. Sure. Anybody but Dano, you know, Seriously. No, but it could be Dan Orlovki. It could be Dano, though hopefully not. It could be Dan Orlovsky. Everybody needs to understand that. This could be Dan Orlovsky here. Okay, let's go ahead and do the friend of the program. It could be anybody. Somebody that we know. Somebody that is potentially a big old football brain. Are they going to answer? Yep, they are. See? Countdown. It's almost like we had it set up. Oh, Holy, Holy. Coach, can you hear us? I gotcha. Thank you. Loud and clear. Thank you so much for joining us, coach. I don't. I don't know if you see, the boys here, obviously, they're all massive, I'll tell you that. That's a great group. The five of you guys look great. And honestly, Adam, you know, made so many great plays for me, but he was the thorn in my side, too. So, like, all you guys killed me at one point or another. But congratulations to the four hall of Fame selections there, and always great to be on with you, Pat. So thanks for the opportunity. What can I do for you? Hey, we love you, coach. We love you, coach. And obviously, if these guys weren't such big thorns in your side, maybe you'd be up here. Larry Fitzgerald and Adam Bitteri are calling you for assistance. Coach, if you could give us the answer to this question. It's for 100 points. Who is the oldest player to score a touchdown in super bowl history? Do you know that answer? Coach, You know, did Peyton Manning score on a quarterback sneak? I don't think so. I'm gonna go with Jerry Rice. Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Okay, okay. So what I don't do we do. We don't have to hit follow ups on that, like, what team and all that. No, no, no, no. Just player. Are you going with Jerry Rice? Do you trust Coach Belichick? I trust him with my life. Yo, smart man. How about you? Absolutely. All the trust in the world in this. In coach. So for sure, if he says it's Jerry, it's Jerry. The answer is Jerry. Coach, you know, Goal. That's incredible. Thank you for joining us. We appreciate you and have an incredible super bowl weekend. Coach. All right, awesome. Thank you. Thanks, guys, everybody. Coach. Coach. I don't want to hammer it home, but maybe next year you get to play this game. Maybe. Maybe. We love you, coach. See you later, man. Okay. Yeah. See it. That's awesome. That's pretty crazy. That's. Yeah, right? Yeah. Didn't see that coming. Felt like that was good for him. That was good. I felt like that was pretty good. Yeah, I felt pretty good about it. Okay, let's go to the. Let's go to. That was literally. Yeah. Yeah. Here's our question. Here we go. For 100 points. What is the only franchise to win a Super bowl in four different decades? Now, obviously, $25,000 donation for each hall of Famer up here to a youth. Pat, what if we go ask the boys? Okay, okay. The second lifeline will be used here. Drew Brees and Luke Kikley would like to ask the boys. They were probably huddled. Why do you have faith in the boys? Drew and Luke got a lot of Defensive guys right behind me. We got Debug. We got AJ Hawk, and then we start to get a little bit offensive over there. I'm going to lean. I'm going to lean on this side of the group right here. I don't know if Drew likes that, but I'm coming. I don't know. If you add up the brain power all together, collectively, it's enough. I like that. And he's right. I'm not so sure. Drew, that's why your first ballot. I don't know. Okay, boys. I don't know who's going to be the speaker of the group. Debugger. Okay. D. But will be the speaker of the group. He's on his own journey right now. What is the only franchise to win a Super bowl in four different decades? Darius J. Butler from the Crew. We all talked about it. We obviously know the past. They were. They were dominant for a couple decades. Niners, Cowboys. The New York Football Giants. Who we're gonna go with? Wow. Wow. That would be out of nowhere. How do you feel about it? I like it. I like it a lot. Luke, He's a defensive guy. He knows it. So you're going with the answer? Absolutely. Would you have guessed that if. If it wasn't for the boys? No. That was not the first one that popped in my head. What was your thought? It was Cowboys. Steelers. Thank you. It was all the ones who had won 4. 4 or 5. Steelers fan back there got pretty geeked up that you said that. How about you? We had Niners in there too, but obviously that's not the case. And we're going to go with debt. We're going to go with the Giants answer. As. I did not expect that. Especially if you would have seen our yesterday. Huh? What happened last night? I don't. I didn't expect that out of you guys. We got legends up here. We got to show up. I mean, you guys were doing your thing last night on the stage. We were on our own stage last night. It was at about 70,000ft where we were last night. Jeez. Exactly. I'm telling you. Hall of Fame night. Hall of Fame. All right, you guys, You're Donna Honda. Okay. The only lifeline that is left is to ask the chat. And once again, we will have somebody report from the chat. Excited for the chat to showcase their football brains. But that is the only lifeline left. Both of you still have the double down that you're only allowed to use once. It is 200 to 100. We're talking bronze bus Over Gold Jackets. Next question. In the hall of Fame face off is. Adam Vinatieri totaled 49 points in the 2006 postseason, breaking whose record for most in a single postseason? All time. Uh. Oh. Vinny, feels like you should know this, but you said I got to the top of the mountain and I didn't look at who I was stepping on. Any thoughts? Lou Keakley's breaking it down word by word, as if there's a clue in between the sentences. There could be boys in the back. Do you know this answer? Yeah, I think we all have a pretty good feel for it. Oh, that's because you guys read the answers. Maybe. Oh, yeah, maybe. Oh, Adam, I would like to say your shoes are very cool. I don't know if it's going to help you with this answer. Oh, that's a good guess. You guys aren't sure over here? It feels like there's not a lot of sure everywhere. It's a great. That's a cool question. It feels like we got some deep. Oh, okay. Here we go. Okay. Okay. The boys now, granted, you guys could have done that. Choose not to. I like where your head. Head's at. The Bronze Bus would like to ask the chat their thoughts on who this could be. How that'll work is somebody in the back will read through the chat and then they will spam a name, we assume, and that name will get mentioned to you guys out here. Bruce, what is the chat saying about the man who got his record broken by Adam Vinatieri in a. People are saying Sebastian Janikowski. I don't know how many games the Raiders had in the postseason. No offense to Janikowski, but I love him. That doesn't seem. Seems like the chat once. Mort Anderson's being talked about once again, playoff games. I'm not 100 sure Barry Sanders names getting mentioned. We're talking postseason games, huh? Talking postseason. The Lions won all those horrible. Chad, I'm telling you. Chat might not be shown. Look at these eyes. Look at these eyes. Look at that chat. Look at these eyes. I mean, I thought we were going to get. I thought we were going to get some kind of a scrolling thing where, you know, we'd get just a lot of options. Dangerous. That's a dangerous game. Random stuff up there. Okay. Terrell Davis's name was just running backs. Would you say. Is that the name you just said? Bruce, what name do you say Terrell Davis name was mentioned? Any other name? He's a great player. Any other running backs? Like who? I'm we're thinking. Emmett, maybe you don't have to go with anything. The chat said you can make your own answer here. Didn't Larry have a great. 5, 4, 3, 2, and we're go. Terrell Davis, Really good work on that. Yeah. Wow. Okay. It's starting to be a little bit of a runaway over here. They're out playing you guys, too. That third lifeline we said, like, anybody can use any time. And they got rid of the strengths of the game, you know? Hey, let's lock in a little congrats on that record, though. TD Hates you. TD had to take the game ball out of the house. This ain't a record anymore. All right, let's go to the next one. As we said at 300 to 100, what is the only franchise to reach a Super bowl with five different head coaches? Wow. Gotta have a good building. If five different head coaches can go in there and get the job done, have nothing but time, go ahead and take it. Started the show with you guys because you guys are hall of Famers. Congrats. Congratulations. That's awesome. Congrats, guys. So cool. So good. They said we gotta give this guy a bronze bus. The Dreads are gonna be sick in the bus. I cannot wait for that. They better get Venitary now, too. I want that neck jacked up. People at the hall are gonna think he's a linebacker. This is. This is tough. You've reached it. But not winning the Super Bowl. Oh, it's a good question. Hold on. That guy would know. Who's that? A friend of the show. Can we? Can we? No, you can't. The Gold Jackets have hit the button. That's the first time they've gotten into dates. There's a hallway for double. There's a fifth hall of Famer. Double down on this too. Wow. You need it. Okay. You need to double down. This one will be worth it. 200 points. Because you're currently sitting at 100. Vinatieri. Who? Double Dunn, double dun. Double Dunn, double dime. You guys got one of those waiting on you. Double. Done. Okay. What is the only franchise to reach a Super bowl with five different head coaches? Vinnie. Denver Broncos is the answer. The Denver Broncos for a double Don. And the Gold Jackets to do their thing. Wow, what a play. First bell. Dan Reeves, Mike Shanahan, John Fox and Gary Kubiak. His boy, by the way, has a chance kind of deal. That was our fourth question right there. That was our fifth question. Right. Well, if we do some Math, it was 300 to 1. Hundred. So that would be the fifth question. You tell me. Boston College. That's good. So 300. 300. Now of a sudden we got a top ball game. Ooh, wow. Venatori. What a play. Wow. Boys. I'm gonna let you know they weren't really part of the game there for a little bit. And then all of they. All of a sudden they said we're here to play. That was a good win by you guys. 300 to 300. A little bit over halfway home. Next question here for the hall of Fame face off. Roger Craig caught 20 passes class many of you guys caught 20 passes in his super bowl career, tied with which running back for most all time at that position. Now, super bowl career. Roger Craig caught 20 passes in his super bowl career. Tied with which running back for most all time at that position. I appreciate how cerebral you guys pass is in the Super Bowl. In the super bowl and in super. Yeah, yeah, yeah. All super bowl receptions added up. Yes. Another running back was matched that. I like the way you're kind of cerebral in this entire thing. That's why you're able to do it. Are you guys. They're doing a lot of communicating over here. I don't know if your guys brains are bluetoothing or not. You guys got any bluetooth going on here? Have you thought about it? Roger Craig. How is he by the way? I was shy. Yeah, he's really good. Still high stepping. Yeah, he he those knees. I saw some highlights. I didn't know him. Obviously before this entire. See, look at this. This is what they're doing. You didn't tell me about Craig. You're guessing Danny Woodhead. You guys need to walk in that conversation. He's been trying to smash that thing for the last 10 minutes. I don't know like that. We got some good ideas. Might be Mike Allstott. No, he didn't catch. Man. Ladies and gentlemen, the Bronze bus have decided they would like to give an answer. Roger Craig caught 20 passes in his super bowl career. Tied with which running back for most all time at that position. Bronze bus. Boys, your answer is. We're gonna go James White. Wow. Oh, sweet sheet. That was a deep pull with James White. Should have been super mvp. Patriots are back too. So maybe that is the case. Do you think that answer is right or would you like to steal? We think it's wrong. Oh, wow. So you would like to steal right now? I'll go with another Patriots running back, Kevin Falk. You guys might lose 50 points here. You know, they could still get 100 points. Your answer once again is James White. Your answer once again is Kevin Falk. The right answer is N. You guys lose 50 points. You're good because they tried to steal. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. You guys just kind of get by. Pigs get fed, hogs get slaughtered. Wow. 300 to 250 all of a sudden. And Thurman Thomas was the answer we were looking for. I don't think I heard it in any of the chatter. Boys. Did you hear that name? No. Not mention one. Makes sense. You go to New England though. Yeah. We do appreciate your mind immediately goes to the Patriots because they're here. So damn. Well, absolutely. Thank you for that. You're welcome. Yeah, yeah, obviously. Okay, so you don't have to decide. Right. Which team. Right. Can we talk about that? Because that's not a real thing. No, I think hopefully I can go in and have both groups just come together. And I know there's probably some bad blood, but it's going to be a party. So hopefully they all get along. Yeah. But I mean, if that Patriots dynasty wants to be represented like we thought it was going to in this hall of Fame, we go through the right toe. This guy. Don't Tom Brady yourself here, okay? Don't do that. You were there for the AFC title game. Just accept it, all right? You got a dog in a race like Teddy Bruski. Congratulations to you guys. Man, this is cool. Can's gonna be awesome. Maybe you guys will learn a little bit more about ball before then. That last answer there was. I don't wanna say I'm losing hope, but I'm. I'm pumped. Let's go to the next question here. Hall of Fame face off. It's 300 bronze bus. Which quarterback has the most double digit wins in the Super Bowl? He's smacking that ass in the biggest game of all time. Oh. Something to think about. Gonna have to win a lot of Super Bowls to be able to have the most double digit wins. Probably have to be pretty notable quarterback. Oh, LeBron's bus already have their answer, boys. Now once again, a good strategy could be get the answer wrong, mislead them a little bit, have them go backwards. So I don't know if that's what you're gonna try to do, if you're gonna try to get it right. Who do you guys believe is the quarterback with the most double digit wins in the Super Bowl? Drew Troikman. Final answer. Troikman. Final. Do you think they are right or would you like to Attempt to enact a steal. We're gonna go with Joe Montana. Okay? Oh, okay. I love it. I love it. Let's go get aggressive. Trying to win. They did beat the Alabama and I like Joe Montana. Great Italian. Great Italian. So they are potentially going backwards. If you guys are right and it turns out. Final answer. Boom. These guys suck. Way to go. Come on, Vinny. Way to go, boys. Way to go. Hey, come on. I like that you guys are swinging for it. But you guys, you don't have to do that. You can just say, yeah, we'll see if they're right. We gotta make up some points. Larry knows. I mean, you know how not to do that the other way. Let's go to the next question here at the hall of fame face off. 300. 200. It was once a tie ball game. The Gold Jackets standing to my left are trying to go as backward as much as possible. You can use a double down. If you would like to use your double down. This could be a time. They're always talking, always talking. Shot. Do we know how many more questions? There's three questions. Three questions left. So if we double down. If we double down, you can win and we get it, right? They can't get there. Yeah. Wow. That's why they're all favorite. Okay. I mean, hey, we gotta. There's two minutes. You never can't lose the double down. There's two minutes and seven seconds left. So if we just keep talking fourth and a half yard, other team has no timeouts. Okay, see what you're saying. What are we, what are we, what are we doing right now? We kneeling this out right now? Is that what you guys are saying? What are we doing? What's going on? We gotta see what the next question is. For the sake of entertainment. We're going to keep playing. Thank you. Thank you for that. Because it's an allotted amount of time. That's a good idea. Which coach has the most double digit wins in the Super Bowl? Who was the quarterback? Well, who's the coach? Which coach has the most double digit wins in the Super Bowl? Remember, can't answer if you don't play. It's unbelievable. I know. It's unbelievable. Just the lack of urgency. There's no respect from either team for the other. They want to win so bad. Respect. It's just, I love that Drew and Luke, though, they are not a quiet defense. Always chirping. Did you guys chirp like this when you're on the field against each other? We've never been able to Be on the same team. We don't know what it's like over here. Welcome to the game, boys. Holy, you guys are late. Which quarterback has the most double digit wins in the Super Bowl? First ballot and. Oh, sorry, coach. Sorry. Which coach has the most double digit wins this year? Go back to Yinzertown and go with Chuck Noel. Oh, hey. How do you feel about Coach McCarthy going to Pittsburgh? Obviously different than what they're used to. I think he'd do a good job. I think him and the relationship he has with Aaron Rodgers, I think that that will bode well for, you know, a year. Hopefully. Larry Fitzgerald saying Aaron Rodgers coming back his first ballot hall of Famer. This guy's also first ballot journalist. They're saying Chuck nor Pittsburgh Steelers. Do you think that's right or would you like to attempt to steal? If it's wrong, we're just going to sit tight. Let them kind of dig their hole. Yeah. Have them play the game. Okay. There will be no negative points here. I appreciate you guys for even giving an attempt. It's 400, 200. At this point. The answer from the Gold Jackets is Chuck no. Is that correct? No. Guys, if Chuck go was the answer Terry Bradshaw would than the previous answer. Yeah, but this didn't match up with Troy Aikman. That's why I think it was a good trivia question. You know, I think it was a good trivia question. I like it. Thinking here. These really have us thinking. This is. This is. This is good. I don't know who put these together, but it's. It's five stars. His name's Paul Hembo Y Paul Hembo. Paul did a good job. Done. Paul did a good job. He's going to like that. Why are these guys talking to everybody trying to get the. Because these guys suck at the game. Exactly. That is why they are talking back there. Trying to get as much help as they possibly can. I don't blame them. I like the competitive juices. Okay, let's go to the next question here. What is the last team to score 500 regular season points in a Super bowl winning season? Wow. Who is powerful on the offensive side and then went on to do the damn thing in the playoffs? Not. We can't keep letting them. I like that. You should do it. I like what you're doing right now. That's a whole thing competitive mindset that we have here for the face off. What is the last team to score 500 regular season points in a Super bowl winning season? Boys, we're going to Say the greatest show on turf, the Rams. It's a good answer. Great answer. Remember that super bowl with the Titans was bananas. Do you guys think that answer is right or would you like to enact a potential steal? I'm curious. Curious. We're going to sit tight. Come on, guess something. Give him a chance. Play the game. Play the game. You know what? My pride is boiling a little bit here. Okay? So I'm gonna say that's wrong. Yes. Just for the sake of the game. I like it. It's wrong. Okay. It's the 2009 New Orleans Saints. Wow. What? That'd be crazy. That'd be crazy. If this is what Hembo dropped in here at this stage of this game, that's dirty business, right? It's dirty if it's right. The right answer is, did he know? Wow. I feel like there's some cheating going on in here. And with that, ladies and gentlemen, the champion. Just like he was against me my rookie year. You in year 20 in that particular game. Ambush kickoff to start the second half. Him and his baby at the end. I will say this. Congratulations to the bronze bus on your championship. I will talk to the losers first. Larry, obviously you're not a loser, okay? You're a first ballot hall of Famer. We should remember the good times of the last 24 hours. Not what you guys just did here. But, Larry, thank you so much for everything you've done for football. Can't wait to watch you go into Canton, brother. Thanks for having us, Pat. Appreciate you. What is your thoughts, though, on, like, hall of Fame responsibilities for, like, future of game? Like, do you think there is a little bit more bestowed upon you now that you have a gold jacket for, like, the good of sport and everything like that? Do you feel that immediately or. No? Absolutely. I mean, you're carrying it, you know, the legacy of the game for all the great men who have laid the groundwork for us to be able to stand on their shoulders. And so, yeah, you want to make sure you're doing a great job of upholding the values and the standards of the hall is always stood for because for the next generation of guys coming behind us, Venatori, there's not going to be a lot of kickers, okay, that go in there. Punters. I think Shane Leckler should be next, but hey, that. That's neither here nor there. I'm not a voter. Thank God. Thank God. Seems like that's a bad sport to be, but they got it right with you, brother. Congratulations. And on the position Factor being a part of it. Do you feel, like, honored that you are representing all kickers and punters, basically, and this is not a normal thing for the hall of Fame? No, absolutely. I think it's very difficult to get into the hall no matter what position you play. Obviously we're not on the field as often as these guys. I said it a million times. I just get to put the icing on the cake after they, you know, work their butts off all game long and build it. So, yeah, I'm very, very happy to be the third. The third kicker in. But, yeah, you know, as far as I concerned, it's just. It's a great honor to be standing up here with these guys and. And hopefully I can make the. Make the hall proud. Ice icing on the cake from the ice cold Venetian. Do you know a couple things about this guy? He's gonna be like a brain surgeon if he wasn't a kicker. Did you know that? I did not know that. Yike. Not from this game. You couldn't tell that. Not a lot of that, but it's like, I got a chance, obviously, the whole for him. And I assume you're all kind of similar in nature, which is why you're hall of Famers. First time we had a. A kick that meant something, you know, like, it like, meant something. And I'm with Adam Vinatieri, obviously. The only person that could fuck this up is me, not Adam Vinatieri. So I'm jogging out there and we do our entire thing, and I look back and there's a soulless man back there, and it's like, oh, this is what it is. This is why Adam Vinatieri is who he is. I want to let you know, you taught me so much. I assume you all helped younger teammates of yours throughout the entirety of it all. We appreciate the hell out of you. So you losers get the hell out of here. But we'll see you in Canton. All right. Congratulations, boys. Congratulations. And Adam Bitteri. Now for winners. Congratulations, I would say. Okay, when the teams were selected randomly, you guys were the odds on favor. Okay? Yeah, let them get out of here so they don't have to hear this. They're hall of Famers too. You know, it's a big thing. Losers today we going to talk about. Yeah. Yeah. You guys were clearly the odds on favorite. So as soon as the names were kind of pieced together, it's like, well, that team seemingly going to be do very well. Why do you think you guys did so well, Drew? Well, I'VE been waiting for this moment to be on the same team with Luke and was tired of going against him for so many years. And honestly, like, we came out here and we knew we had the boys. We had the boys in our back pocket. Thank you. So we knew that, like, a guaranteed one right there. I knew he would pull at least a few. And then we just needed, like, the icing on the cake at the very end, which appreciate you teeing up that Saints. That saint stat there. And you weren't going to do it, by the way. They had to tell you to play the game. Hey, Drew, this is your answer. Yeah. Equivalent of like you said, inside of two minutes, the other team has no timeouts. You got the lead first down, you could just take a knee, but instead you decide to give them the old dipsy do. And that's pretty much. Yeah. Just said the game was already over. Make sure we covered the spread, you know, for all those. For all those who thank you. We appreciate teams win, you know what I'm saying? Of people sitting right here that are very thankful. That was the equivalent you. Whenever I made Pro bowl. First time, it was in Arizona, it was freezing cold, and we drove out in the middle of the desert. When I was a kid, I watched. It was in Hawaii. So certainly an interesting thing. Quite an honor. Still an honor. I will say it. It was certainly an honor. This guy looked like Clark Kent in gift shop. He had a hoodie up, had no idea who he was. Had glasses on. Then obviously you watch. I can help you. You asked me if, hey, can you help me find something? I said, hey, Pat, great to you. As you know, you work here. You work here. I need something with my room. Can you guys drop some extra towels off? I said, yeah, what room is that? I'm going to charge everything unassuming, which is why. Unassuming, which is why so special. Also, you know, potential. Once again, we're on voyage. We're all on a voyage all the time. Okay. But you took it very seriously about representing the league and being one of the older guys and talk to everybody. Now you're in the hall of Fame. It feels like it solidifies everything you are for this game. Do you feel that? And why have you always felt obligated to put on for the league and everything? I think I've always had a profound respect and reverence for this game and always tried to do it the right way. Always really appreciated the guys that came before us. I mean, so many guys that we looked up to and inspired to Be like and honestly paved the way for what we were able to accomplish. And I think we. We tried to make our mark on this game as well and leave it better than when we found it, so that this next generation can continue to carry on that legacy. I think we all take so much pride in it. You're the man first ballot over Bill Belichick. Now, it's two different places, but you could say that I can't. I'd put that on my X bio if I were you, but obviously you're much humble, more humble man than I. Thank you for everything you've done for the sport, Luke. You didn't do for me at that hotel, obviously for the Pro bowl, but you being second youngest guy of all time, that's obviously a huge, huge amount of respect for what you're able to accomplish so quickly. Whenever you wake up and feel good and you know you still got it, we watch your nerdcast. You can still read what everything's happening. Do you get an itch to get back out there like Philip Rivers did, because he might have been a part of your class, but instead he said, delay that five years. I think you always think you can play, and then you get on the field before the game and see the guys and they get bigger and bigger, and you want nothing to do with those guys. A couple years ago, I was on the field before game and Najee Harris ran by. I said, I want. I want nothing to do with that. I'm gonna go sit upstairs and watch the game from a box and be comfortable. So, no, I don't have any itch anymore. Have you thought about the speech? When do you. When do you start piecing that together? Because obviously there's a lot of people, a part of your journey that you want to give a shout out to. Have you started doing that, or how do you kind of envision that? Or are you just kind of taking a day at a time? I think it's a day at a time right now. I think everything has happened so fast the last two weeks. We haven't really had a chance to digest anything. And this week has been awesome. But next week, I think it settles in on who goes, when do you go? Where do you go? And then obviously, that speech, I'll be. It's gonna be Canton. It's gonna be hot. I'm gonna be sweating. So I gotta get my mind wrapped around that. Where you guys are going is into immortality for football forever. You've earned it. And congratulations on winning the first ever hall of fame face off. $25,000 for you to give to a youth football program around the country. And then the Pro Football hall of Fame will also donate 25,000 for you to give to a youth football program around the country. Thank you guys for representing ball and being very good at this game. Yeah, odds on favorite going in, but also lived up to the hype. Not easy to do. Awesome, thanks for having us. You too. Hey, congrats, brother. Set the bar. Yeah. You are the standard. You are the standard. See you guys. Ladies and gentlemen, that's the bronze, boss. Not a bad little trip. Again. Incredible. Here's what we're gonna do. We're gonna take a couple minute break and then we're gonna reset this thing. And then David Tepper, owner of the Carolina Panthers, will join us. And then we're feel good Friday right here from Radio Row. That was hall of Fame face off. Pat McAfee show is on the other side. Be a friend. Tell a friend something nice. It might change their life. Congrats to them. They were ass. They were ass at that game. Yeah, I think I was better. Well, hold on, hold on. Football is the greatest and we're here celebrating the hell out of it. San Francisco has been an incredibly hospitable town for all of us as we look ahead to Sunday, big game. And listen, if you don't have McAfee downloaded to your phone, you're really rolling the dice with your digital safety. Scammers are out there everywhere. Public WI fi is dangerous as hell. They provide alternate VPNs for safe surfing while also being able to scan your texts and emails so you don't get got by some gitster who needs to get had. Okay, so go ahead to pat.mcafee.com and kind of a bar there, I guess, but. But welcome back to the Pat McAfee Show. We have so many people stopping by. The celebration of football is obviously perfect out here. The weather has been great. The local vegetables have been fantastic. The local herbs have taken care of us. The local restaurants have been great. Yesterday we were at Golf Studio Bar and Grill. Yes, Studio Golf Bar and Grill. Two weeks it's been open. Great. Rain, shine was our ginzer, our waiter, Ginzer Merck Bar and Grill. Studio Golf Bar and Grill. We're very thankful for them. Adrian took care of us. But nonetheless, big game on Sunday. Seahawks, Patriots who win the Super Bowl. We'll talk about that certainly for the next couple hours. But joining us right now, ladies and gentlemen, owner of the Carolina Panthers and Charlotte FC And I believe multiple other businesses. A man who is a yinzer. Ladies and gentlemen, David Temperature. Hell, yeah. Thank you. All right. It's an honor. Thank you. Hey, you could do something cool. Throw something at him. Yeah. All right. Tribal chief. Yeah. Sweet. You did not. All right. I got two gifts for you since you brought to the Carolinas. It's a concert for the Carolinas jersey. Okay. And that's special because I wore that myself when I gave it to you. I was going to wear it today, but I figured I'd give it to you. Sweat. Tepper sweats. There's tepper sweat on that. Okay. There you go. That could be sold on ebay for the finance area. The second thing I. I'm going to give you second gift I have at the honors yesterday, you know, tat was there. You run the. The ward. Tmac. Yeah. So here. Oh, wow. There you go. He looked good wearing that yesterday. Yeah. So there you go. Now I think I can say anything. Yeah, I don't think so. Right? Is that how it works? I'm 100% sure. I think so. I. I think I'm not sure. Okay. First of all, thank you so much for both these things. Thinking of us, this shirt. Can I talk about this shirt in this moment? Sure, sure. I think that's whenever it all changed for you guys, the Carolina Panthers. I've mentioned that numerous times. I think there was potentially some interesting energy around the Carolina Panthers with you and the town and the team. And then I think whenever you guys came together, you offered up the stadium, you offered to foot the bill. You donated so much money for the hurricane relief that was happening in the area. I feel like we've seen a direct response on the other side of that with you. And do you agree with that or no? Listen, if you believe in karma, you know, do you. My wife. My wife Nicole's a big believer in karma. Listen, we do a lot, so there's a lot of karma that hopefully if we get paid back, we get a great future. Yeah. It's all coming now. It feels like, you know, we'll see Carolina Panthers under your leadership at this point feels much different than it did a couple years ago. You agree with that? And why do you think that is the case? I think we have a great team right now, a great. A great management team with Dave Canales and Dan Morgan and Brantillis there. So I think it starts with them and, you know, the confidence I have in them, so, you know, starts there. And I think that, you know, we've done A pretty good job in the draft and stuff like that. And the whole building just feels better. Feels like you're an uber competitive person. Some people think that, yeah, you would have to be. What business world did you come from? What was your direct line business before you got into owning an NFL team? I have a big hedge fund. Okay. So that's a lot of confidence. You got to drive. Obviously there's a lot of driving, a lot of vision and everything like that. You've had a lot of success. You get into ownership, both the soccer team and the NFL team, it's not going perfectly. I think for you it was probably something that was very difficult to deal with. Is that an accurate read of who you are? Yeah, I think so. I mean, with the soccer team, we started the soccer team and you know, it's kind of easier when you start something from the get go and then you don't have to kind of change things around. And we also had a little experience with, with the football team, so you know, what we might have not done right there. So with the soccer team, we were not in the playoffs the first year, but we've been four years and we've been in the playoffs three of the four years. So the soccer team was going really well. And you know, not to talk about soccer here, but the soccer team's interesting because we gave a. You know, Charlotte has a fairly large Hispanic population that people don't know about, so it gave identity to those people. So we like have the second biggest attendance in MoS behind Miami. No, Atlanta. Oh, wow, you're telling me Messi's not moving? They don't have a big enough stadium yet. You're just saying, hey, Beckham. Yeah. Good try down there, Good job. And let's go over to football because I assume for somebody like you, who's had a lot of success, you're also a yinzer. So I know probably a little bit more about how you probably operate. Shout to you inner city Pittsburgh kid doing everything that you're doing currently, but whenever it's not going right, your immediate reaction is, I want to help, I want to fix, I want to change. And then did you hear the outside noise saying, hey, you got to get your ass out of this? Did you hear a lot of that? And how do you balance that type of stuff? Yeah, look, I mean, when it's an interesting question because it's also how you pull back. And you probably know this. It's like on some things it's, you know, it's a perception on one Hand on what's on the outside world and then this inner perception, you know, what's really going on, on. So it's also how the building feels and what's happening different in the building that sometimes you have to respond to one way or another that people don't know on the outside. They don't know what's going on. So for me, you know, I always want to get it right. I'm probably. Which people don't think so. I mean, I've had the same people working for me forever at my hedge fund. So it's kind of one of those dichotomies, you know, that people view the view. But right now I'm like really happy with the management team. Happy with the management team on the business side. And we right now have. We're in the third year. Right. We didn't have to go through compete with 10 other teams for coaches this year. Thank God. Congratulations. Because you're in there for a while. Yeah. You've been in those waters before. Yeah, no, so that was really nice. And you know, listen, when you have that level of confidence in people, it's really easy to be more hands off. There's no reason to be hands off. There's just no reason. So things are, you know, things are going right and we're still trying to, you know, it's something I should not be involved in any day to day decisions or day to day operations. You know, it's just something that no owner should really be involved in. It's a question, you know, potentially some strategy things, there's some money issues that you get involved in and things like that. But, you know, and then there's the things I care about, obviously things that I'm going to get criticized about, you know, which is really in the draft, it's the first round or first two rounds. Right. Nobody cares. You know, don't blame the owner for the third round pick. They blame the owner for the first round pick. They blame the owner maybe for the second round pick, but they don't do for the third round pick. I like that. So you're focused in on the first couple picks. I kind of know where all the picks are going, so. Yeah, but I mean, listen, you know, so it's pretty much even in all that stuff, always letting guys do their job. Okay, so let's talk about one of your early first round picks, Bryce Young, where he was on the show yesterday. He sat in the pocket here. We talked about things that obviously were not comfortable for him throughout his life. I think Adversity is always going to happen. I think you experience it as an owner. I think you experience it through life. I think Bryce experienced it in his professional career already. And he said he just took the mind into perspective of like, hey, be the best part of this. How can I change? How do I make this good? What have you seen from Bryce, from a leader and like the guy who is the face of your program? Look, Bryce, first off, you sat with Bryce. Bryce is a. He's a great individual. He's one of the truly great individual. I mean, there's a lot of great individuals in the NFL. I mean, people don't appreciate how great, how nice and how good these young men are in general. Hell, yeah. I think that's. I think that's an accurate. So I'm Bryce, like, I always say, like, Bryce is the kind of guy you might want to have your daughter marry, you know, so if you like, you know, that. That's, you know, if I was going to give him that kind of compliment and, you know, Bryce, you know, it's like, you know, we're. If you look at it, you know, year by year by year, we're. We're where we are now in this. This last year. And listen, great to have a playoff game and let the national people see the playoff game and see the guy under pressure and he's cool as a cucumber in that fourth quarter, you know, he has. I guess he still has. You probably said on the show, you know, he has the most comebacks since 23, you know, so. Oh, yeah, we knew that. Yeah. It'd be. It'd be nice to have those first and second quarter leads. See my heart here. Yeah. But you know, when you have that and you know that you talk about. Was just talking about with Fineteri back there, you know, you have these guys that can come and do that fourth quarter, you know, that Roethlisberger or Bradshaw for Pittsburgh. Yeah. You're still a fan when you grew up. Yeah, yeah. Yeah. Life's better when the Steelers win if you're in Pittsburgh. What's that? Life is better if the Steelers win. Yeah. Yeah. Well, Pittsburgh, it's. It's. It's Steelers first, religion second, you know. You know, on Sunday morning. Yeah, I think it's too. Yeah, it's actually good call. I don't know if you saw. By the way, the father blessed the field with a kick. Maybe someone to think. Yeah, I know you thought about it. Yeah. Yeah. AJ has a question for you. Yeah. Mr. Temper. What do you like when you watch the games, I guess. Where are you watching? How. What's your mindset? I would imagine as an owner, you're pretty nervous knowing that. Hey, there's. The hay's in the barn. I can't really do anything now that the game has started, you know, in the box. In our box. I usually watch. We always watch the games together with Dan and Brandt or in the box together. Dan is the most animated in the box, probably. Really? Yeah. Despite things, I'm pretty calm until I'm not. Yeah, you're awesome. Hey, you're awesome. When you're not, though. I understand that. It takes. It takes. It takes some interesting story, which we won't get in today, but. But it takes to be. I'm very calm until. Yeah, you're a Yinzer dude. Yeah. You know how it goes. Yeah. Yes. The top level. I see that sign every day driving by here. Listen, it's like, you know, you don't like to start a fight, but. But right. If we're going to. If you're going to get in my face, then it's a. Yeah, but as I get older, I just said this back there. I was talking again. The vegetarian is 53 years old. I said, you know, some point you got to, like, leave that edge. Go. Okay, that's like, enough already. You know, but it's the ends or edge. Vinny doesn't, though. Like, if you're playing checkers with Vinnie and he's about to lose, he's flipping the thing. Exactly. I think there's just levels to it. There's only 32 teams, man. Right. You know, and everybody's fighting for it. So I respect your competitive juices and I like the fact that you're like, I'm sick of this place. I'm actually going to go in here and say. Because people that are in your position would never do that. No, that'd be something that they would send. The fact that you want to do it yourself I think is a part of, like, who you are. I think that is a part of your nature, is like, I'd rather handle my own business. And then whenever it doesn't go great and it's not the exact same as everybody else, you provide an opportunity for everybody to bury you, which I think you kind of understand. Being a unique individual probably, right? Yeah, a little bit. You agree with all that, though? More or less, yeah. Hits were on the ice was awesome. Like, these things are all awesome. Like, you know what I mean? Like, these are all awesome. It's a Human thing that you. You. You billionaires and owners aren't supposed to act like, just mention with that thing. I was very calm during that game. No, no. In Jacksonville, you know, the. The way it's set up is the boxes. They can get on a chair and lean into your box. Ah. Take a stand on the chair and come into your box. It feels like a design flaw. Yeah, yeah. Pittsburgh guy. You can think. Think about that. So. Yeah, so. But we want to let you know we appreciate that you appear to be human in those moments, but obviously you provide a lot of opportunity for people to bury you whenever you do things. You know, in that case, I was walking away, and then somebody, Our player, Marquise Haynes, got knocked out on the field. And the guy. The people. After harassing us the whole game, you know, harassing, harassing, harassing, Which I'm just like, you know, walk away, walk away, walk away. The guy said, basically, get your turned around and said, get your freaking player off the field. Our guys knocked out the field. I was walking on the thing because I couldn't take it anymore. And then I just. Listen, as you know, these are your. These are your. When you're. It's almost like your kids. Yeah. Sometimes as an owner, you know, you see the relationship and I mean, you see, you know, last night with, you know, Ted come around back and hug us, you know, back there like that. You have tried to have that relationship with your players and, you know, your family. It's your. Yeah, yeah. You're supposed to care. You're allowed to care, dude. You're allowed to care. You're supposed to care about your family. Okay. These are your family. Right. That's your family. That's what we try to have, that environment inside that building right now, trying to build. And if you look the legends that come back in our games and such, and even a big guy the other day, you know, all these guys coming back, Steve Smith, who didn't come back for a while. So we, you know, we get everybody. Try to get everybody back in here, here. And, you know, when your family's, you know, you have kids? Oh, yeah, a lot of kids. He's got like 10 of them. I got four, not 10. What do you do with one of your kids? Somebody does that. Oh, losing my mind. Yeah, absolutely. Hey, we're on your side here. You know, that's the truth. All right, last question here for you. Mr. Tepper from D Budge just kind of mentioned it. Obviously, the environment, that playoff atmosphere, and then Cam coming back. We always lose at teams and the ownership level. And we talk about, you know, the relationship with some of their former star players. I know it's things in the media. How is that relationship now? And how did it come to him showing back up, you know, in a big playoff environment? You know, it's an amazing thing what gets in the media and what's reality. Yep. I mean, Cam is always. Yeah, but perspective is reality. You know that I. I do know that. I actually, especially in this world, I do this stuff called the markets, and I get that perspective versus reality sort of situation. I kind of understand. Understand that concept a little bit. Yeah. I'm coaching, but thank you. But look, I mean, you know, Cam was always welcome back. And, you know, I, you know, I just called Cam and just said, you know, it's time. You know, come on back in. You know, this is the moment, this is the time, and we need you. You will provide the energy in the stadium, which he did. Yeah. And the place was rocking. Oh, yeah, it was rocking. I don't know if any of you were there. Were you there? No, we were watching. Okay. Just because you played one year in Carolina. Yeah, yeah. He's a Panther. Former Panther. We was talking about Big east basketball, too. Yeah, it was connect, you know, because I was up. I went to Pitt. You went to Virginia. West Virginia. Yeah, I know, I know. Yeah. There was no reason to do it. You just did it. So you're pit guy. Grew up in Pittsburgh. Went to Pitt. Pitt. Well, I went to Pitt. I went to Peabody High School. Okay. And East Liberty. Celebrity, celebrity, celebrity. Which is now called. Was the inner city school now Copa Rock, Obama High. And then I went to Peabody, I went to Pitt, and I went to Carnegie Mellon for grad school. So. Real Yoonzer. So you are through and through, not real. I don't know how many. I think, you know, I own a part of the Steelers for a few years. Yeah. Minority. Yes. When the Steelers. So it was like. Yeah, real. Real Pittsburgh guy. And, you know, whole deal. Short order, cook, clean bathrooms, the whole deal. You know, you have to do like, you know, you still operate the hedge fund or. No. Oh, yeah, yeah. 10x or 12x? What I should be. What do you think I should be pitching? What'd you say? Yeah, you know, 10x or 12x? How much should I be multiplying what I have? 10x or 12x what you have? Yeah. Well, Appaloosa's is probably has the best record over the last 35 years of any hedge fund alive. That's actually true for what it's worth. So it's not worth anything in football world, but it's the truth. It could be worth something in our world. We are potentially selling a few percent. It could be. If you're friendly with me, you say good things. I mean, we can, we can talk now. There are a few other billionaires that are roaming around here, you know, and you can certainly become a. We could certainly become a state run media run out of Carolina. You can do that. 13, 14. It's great weather down there, you know, better. Better than the Burg, that's for sure. And Indiana, how has Carolina been with this cold? Oh, you know, they had snow the other day. They don't know what to do. You know that. Yeah, yeah. Versus where we were from. You know, you don't have to drive. I mean, that's the part knowing, I think. No, you know, you know what it's like because we had that big snow all the time. We had that cold weather all the time when we grew up, right? Yeah. So what? You just know it. Good for you, man. That's really cool. Yeah. You knew you were just going to be a billionaire NFL owner. Like how, how did you decide to own it? Are you kidding? How'd you decide NFL? Well, you know, I played a little bit of football in high school and. Whoa, what you play? What I play? I played the bench, so then. But I played club football all through, you know, college and grad school and stuff like that. So I mean, I just like football. And, you know, when it came to an opportunity to get involved with the Steelers, that's, you know, just, you know, you know, Pittsburgh. So I did that. And then, you know, when the Carolina opportunity came up, you know, I already had the, the association, I was already approved with the NFL and I had, I had the cash sitting around. Burning a hole in your pocket. Yeah, that was burning it just had to do something with it. You're the best. It feels like the NFL is up and to the right. You obviously know a lot more than us. Jim Ursay was the person that kept us kind of informed. Rest in peace to him. We are going to be relying upon you to keep us updated on what the hell's going on in your one per club meetings. I'll tell you everything that happens in a meeting. You'll be my first call. Yes. Boom. All right. That's journalism. See, we did. We just did right there. Ladies and gentlemen, the owner of the Carolina Panthers, David Tepper. Thank you very much. Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you. Oh. Oh, hey, thank you, thank you, thank you. Potentially owner. Something to think about. Something to think about. I think it's anywhere between 800 to a bill. Yeah, I mean, that's. I'll lay out a full presentation. I'm gonna start at 1.25. You're probably going to work me down a little bit, but just know that anywhere between 800 and a bill, you'll get. You'll get a deal done. Yeah. Okay. Good luck. All right. See you. There you go. He's not the only one there's. Lucky enough. So you did that with. Yeah, you did that with Cuban a couple weeks ago. So you got Cuban, you got taps. Yeah, yeah. We're just letting them all know maybe. Maybe a couple other guests. So, hey, you want to be a part of president potentially. You. Yeah. Bingo. You know, there's. That is a part. That is a good part of what we have going on, which we are kind of able to do what we want, you know, and, like, a lot of people get kind of upset about that at the beginning, but whenever you have that type of freedom, I think you're able to explore the space more, take more tests. Us being a daily ESPN show live from Radio Row is like, right, move. Like, everybody should be here. Yeah. Yes. Yeah. Radio Row is the Super Bowl. Yeah. And we are incredibly thankful to be here on the other side of this particular break. This is going to be our first break of the show, obviously, because the hall of Fame face off, we got guest galore. And they're not just, like, small guests. Oh, no. We got huge guests on the other side. Not in stature. Okay. No. Because like the. The human being. Bones stacked up, sure. Not. Not the tallest, not crazy, not Thor, some of them. But if you were to stack their bank accounts. As tall as these hills over here in San Francisco. That's right. Can't stress this enough, Sam. Fran has been phenomenal. This next hour of the program is about to be ridiculous. We thank you all so much for celebrating Ball alongside of us. We're back on the other side of this break. Be a friend. Tell a friend something nice. It might change your life. See you on your side. As George Kittle rolls by. As you know, managing maintenance, repair and operations is never easy. Football is the greatest the Seattle Seahawks take on the New England Patriots. We had the hall of Fame face off earlier where we saw Drew Brees in Luke Kuechley win $50,000 to go to youth football program somewhere around the country. Then we obviously had David Tepper, the owner of the Panthers join us. All of this is to celebrate the greatest sport, the greatest league and the greatest game happening this weekend here in Northern California. Us sitting in San Francisco, this game in Santa Clara as McDonald and Sam Donald representing the NFC west will battle the A AFC East. New England Patriots, Mike Vrabel, Drake May in a litany of dogs look to become superstars on the biggest stage. Let's go to the talks of the table at Boston Connor and at Ty Schmidt. Con man. How do you feel? Feel good Friday your team's in the Super Bowl. How you doing? Keep it moving. Life is fantastic. Yeah, wonderful. I mean Drake may got rob last night of the mvp. I think that just helps the Patriots moving forward, especially just kind of spite. Hey, we all we got, we all we need. That's kind of what they're going with this year. Vrabel and McDaniels win, you know, coach of the year and assistant coach of the year. But as of this moment feel just as good as I did on Wednesday. You know, just focused on Sunday. Let's get there and let's, you know, hang banner. Banner seven. Yeah, it's hard to kind of eliminate the distraction. Nine year NFL vet Darius J. Butler is here. How's your voyage this super bowl week going? It's been great. It's been outstanding. I can't wait till we get to this game. It's obviously the last show leading up to it. Can't wait. Regardless of how it goes, it's going to be a great show either side. I know you feel like Drake got robbed and then maybe they circled a wagon. He did maybe close. His buddy Dan Arloski voted for him and that's why. Well, I mean Dan, that wasn't a vote. That vote wasn't a problem. But you know it came down to it was close and we got some other fantastic players playing as well. 24, 23 allegedly the MVP voting. So the AP had a tough decision to make. It was a two headed monster for a while. Although some voters said nah, actually this guy is the guy. And everybody said why is this Irish Guy. Yeah. Take his vote away. Yeah. So it's getting pretty crazy. The voters obviously have a lot of responsibility. Congratulations to Matthew Stafford. Draft class of 09. Winning the MVP and announcing he's coming back next season. That's awesome. I thought that was a beautiful moment with his kids. I thought he handled that very well. Good luck to him. Congrats to all the winners from last night. Obviously, historic seasons for a lot of people. Was fun to watch and celebrate. We're not invited to that place. No. It'd be crazy that this guy, super bowl champion AJ Hawk, not invited. Aj, your thoughts on the awards last night? Matthew Stafford finally getting MVP next to his name. Yeah. I was happy for Matthew Stafford. It was cool to see he and his family get that honor. And, you know, everyone seemed pretty excited when he said he was coming back as well. So I'm sure that felt good for he and his family. How could you not come back if you win the mvp? Like, how could you just walk away? That would be the Barry Sanders type, you know, hey, go out on top of your game. It would be a crazy loop. I made a Pro bowl and then I retired. But the. The quarterback position, their entire lives have been shaped around making them, you know, and then if you could still be an MVP and they're still going to pay you 40, 50 million dollars to do it, it's like, it'd be hard to turn that down, I think, for anybody. So we're happy he's coming back. We love Stafford. Speaking of coming back, it's becoming an annual tradition on these feel good Fridays, you know, there's a man. And now in this particular case, men who come to super bowl time to shake hands. That's right. Because their names are at the top of basically every single deal that happens with everything that happens anywhere. You're watching Luke Litlow over there throw darts. Yeah. I'm assuming if you stick around to the credits, one of these guys names is going to be a part of it. Obviously. Ufc. Both of these names going to be a part of it. College Football Playoff deal. I do believe if you were to see the contract, these names were on top of it. Everything that's going to kind of happen if you. These names are on top of it. Ladies and gentlemen, TKO Group, chairman, founder of Endeavor and also Maury and everything else they have going on. Ari Emanuel and Mark Shapiro. Suits, Suits, Suits. Suits. Good to see you. Suits. Good to see you. Yeah, I know, I know. Ari was super excited to see what you were going to wear. Mark, I want to let you know that Ari was. Ari was hoping that he would show up in a full suit instead. You have kind of like the business cash, sport coat, kind of undershirt. Gotta look good here for a luncheon, you know. Where's his matcha? His. He doesn't have the half a quarter zip. I'm fully caffeinated. I'm ready to go. Ari Emanuel, by the way, is Ari Gold from Entourage. Correct. Okay. We talk about this every single year. I think that does need to be stated. And now that I know him as a avid Entourage watcher from before, I know Jeremy Piven is a very good actor. I think writing that shit was probably pretty easy. Okay. I assume following this guy around, it kind of is what it is. Ari, you've moved into sports in a big way. Obviously, you as well, Shapiro. You kind of cut your teeth, I believe, in the sports world, Ari, moving into sports in such a big way. Formerly of Just Hollywood, now you still have Hollywood, but you love live sports. You're in it. Why? And what has the trajectory been from the last time we spoke to you about what sports is up and to the right with these streaming platforms? You know, he didn't even mention that. I've taken on this experiment called Pat McAfee, an actor. I mean, this guy just finished Tulsa King. Whoa. What? Yeah, a bunch of episodes. That's not primetime news, actually. Come on. Breaking news already. Okay. Yeah. Slash Line, by the way. Hey, Shout out are Stallone family. That was a good time. It has been fun. You got to do four episodes. This guy. Okay, all right. Okay. Come on. How that's supposed to go? I think you just pissed off. I don't give a. Yeah, we know, we know. You cutting you Ari Gold deals. Like, are you getting big deals? Oh, yeah, you know how it goes. Huge. Yeah, yeah, huge. Yeah. You know, building. We're building the platform. Yeah, of course. You are back at stage one. It isn't on. You have to pay to be. Yeah, yeah, exactly. It's kind of how it feels in your guys. No, listen, we. We kind of, when we bought img, realized where sports. Where the distribution business was going and realized the value of live sports that was in the representation business. When we were in img, and then we realized that we had a lot of the infrastructure to handle owning a sport. And we started out with bull riding, and then we moved and acquired the ufc. Both went very, very well. And then when we saw a possibility of just a pure play with UFC and the wwe, we kind of moved very quickly. To that. And now TKO is what it is. Yeah. What it is is awesome. And we're very appreciative. Obviously, a huge part of our world. Wwe, ufc. Everybody we know has to do business with ufc. Sorry. Gets to do business with you. Which is obviously two different. Well, they get to do business. Yeah. With Mark Shapiro. Okay, so. So, Mark, let's talk about this. Honestly. You two, great tag team, especially for tko. You ran ESPN before we. Yeah, with George Bodenheimer and Steve Bornstein. That was kind of the lineage there. What year was that? What years were those? I Left there in 2005. The Wonder Kids. I started, I mean, as a production assistant way back in, you know, 90, 93 was like the beginning. Okay, so you are OG ESPN. Love ESPN. Now you're super suit with TKO and Mari and everything else. I've always been super suit, Just to be clear. Okay, what is the business like right now for you? What is the projections of what should we be investing? What sport do you think is potentially going to come along? Look, I'll tell you this. Just the experiences in events, business is a good place to be. Whether that's a Mari or that's a TKO or that's properties. We have touching, talented wme, by the way, William Morris. It's just folks want to be out. Youth wants to be out. Shared experiences, communal. Get the phone going. They all suffer from fomo. Like, we're playing right in the sweet spot of where it's going. Okay, so let's talk about you being super suit, having all the information. Why does the football run? Everything 90 what? Six of the top hundred things were football, both college and the NFL. Why do you think it has become such a live sports, but also football being so dominant whenever it comes to attention and captivating folks? Look, both of them just have such. There's storied rivalries. Right? There's rooting interest. It's very provincial. College. You got a lot of small towns and, like, that's their life. I went to school at the University of Iowa. Hell, yeah. Damn right. There we go. Iowa City. Like, that's. That is the pro team for the entire state. And you have that across the board with a lot of schools. And of course, the NFL, you know, dominates so much. They've done a great job with the schedule, spreading it out to different platforms. Prime Time, going streaming before anyone was going streaming. So, like, they're in a good position. But I would just tell you, Pat, sports overall is in a great position because it's not a passenger. I mean, this is one of the great answers. This is like. He's got this down, doesn't he? He's like a greatest politician of all time. Yeah, yeah. Well, we'll talk about that with you here. But think of that. Every all other content, there's a lot of passenger content. You go see a movie, you watch a TV show, you get excited, you laugh, you cry. But it's a passenger experience where sports is a participant experience, but also live, whether it be live events, live music, live, you can't get around how great live is because you just never know. And in a world where you know you're just scrolling, you have to pay attention. And you know what enhances all that? Sports betting. Oh, I thought you were gonna say weed. But yes, I agree. I do agree that sports betting does was. You talk about sports being the greatest. Obviously, we appreciate that. You guys have done so much for sports and getting in a sports world when sports are great, cities are great. Welcome back, Chicago Bears, bro. Yes. How about that, huh? He's a die. I got him into the Bears. Don't you think we should have gone for two? No. Watching the game. I thought so. We were actually sitting watching together. I said, they're going to go down score and they're going for two. I was shocked that they didn't go for two. He was there. I'm going to tell you right now. We were both there. But our three Sunday sitting out, what was it like two degrees for the entire game? We had a box with our family and we sat out in the elements. Had to, by the way. So they get the touchdown. The crazy. We go down, all the boys which know each other hugging crazy each other. Then he doesn't go for two for me. I don't know about Mark and his. I almost lost it. I mean, I couldn't believe that we were not going for two. I mean, I was. But you're at the 50. You're at the 50 and all you need is a field goal. You don't need to make that long throw to DJ Just, just no get in field range. Okay? This is exactly what we were hoping this would become. You guys breaking down a game that doesn't matter. You're not in the super bowl, okay? You're not in a. Seahawks are in the super. No, you are not. What are you talking about? You're close, though. Yeah. And I did enjoy watching you experience another ride with the Bears, though, because it was fun watching fun that city kind of get back in. But Ari, obviously your family synonymous with a Lot of different things. You do business with a lot of things. Sports is the great unifier, I feel like. And I feel like you are a big time driver for that. Well, listen, we have made a decision that we're gonna. A lot of our time right now is gonna be in sports and live events in mari. And when you have a live event, you just. The person next to you don't care if they're Republican, Democrat, Independent, you don't care. You just like our experiences, and so that's kind of what we feel is important. My family kind of is in politics, coming from my mom, but we just want to have a good community, a good conversation with people and have fun. And I think that's what live events and sports do. And just on the MARI side, just because most folks won't know necessarily, he was just nervous I was gonna screw something up, so he's kind of protecting me. That's not a bad idea. That's why he's here. I've appreciated that conversation. Ari will agree to something, and then all of a sudden, I get a text from other people that are like, like, we just want to know how this is. This is a publicly traded company, you know? Okay, so we need a little bit more information, please. It's all above board, but no. When the companies were splitting and WME Group was going private and TKL was going to be this big sports behemoth, we decided we wanted to bet on just events and experiences. So we started this company, mari, which owns all these events and experiences, from food and culinary to tennis to collectibles. And that's really what we've been investing in. And we've got a long line of investors, including Steven Ross, the Miami Dolphins, and Jerry Cardinal, the Redbird, all folks that really believe in these communal opportunities. Yeah. We appreciate you guys taking your time and energy and talent into sport. Hey, do you think if the president was a Democrat, he would have came on or she would have came on during Veterans Day? The president was a Democrat. Now the president is not a Democrat. Okay, all right. Okay. What I'm saying for. For the perspective of people that, like, murdered me for having the Commander in Chief on during Veterans Day. Can you please, as somebody who knows literally everybody from used to represent the president. Okay, thank you. That the current president, President Donald Trump, but also on the other side, I believe you have pretty. Pretty good ties as well. Brother work for that president. Okay? So can we please say to the world that no matter which political party the President, the Commander in Chief, would have Came on our show. Can I. Can I. We say, yes, you should. And we tried, right? Yes, we did. We tried very, very hard. Thank you for trying. No problem. Now we want talk. Nobody cared that we tried. Nobody cares that the Bears aren't in the super bowl except me. Okay. Well, I understand that. Okay. But I would like to let you know you have made our lives better, and you have also made sports better. So we appreciate that. The boys have some questions for you. Go ahead, aj. Yeah, for, I guess, Mark first and ar, I guess. How do you. No, no, I get first. Bill, what are you doing? What the. That's why Mari. That's why Mari is Mark and ar. You guys have to fight that? No, no, we get hungry. But I guess you guys, like, forecast. You kind of have to forecast the future. How people consume things, how they watch things. I guess. What does five to 10 years look like from now? How do you find a way to feel? Hey, this is where everything is moving. Who do you trust? You guys? Just you two? Well, we have a lot of good banter back and forth, but look, we just like you. We try. And you guys are so knowledgeable. I mean, I watch a show every day. You're. You touch culture, you touch entertainment, you touch sports. You're all over the news. You have all kinds of guests on from all walks of life. And that's really what we do, right? We're reading, we're in touch, we're asking questions, we're making phone calls, we're taking trips. I mean, he's. He's traveling around the world all the time. Whether he's talking to current investors or soliciting new investors and just trying to stay one step ahead. It's tough. But that's the business. And that's why he's already gold. Honestly. That's why you are already going. Every streaming platform is going to get into live sports. Bigger. Feels like Paramount plus is making a big push. Right? Right now. Yeah, I mean, they. They have with us bull riding our new boxing business. And ufc, they have football. I mean, they're. They're in it big. Who else? And. And also, is Apple TV ever getting in, do you think? How come? They. They. They got the F1 deal. They got the F1. Okay. Okay. Okay. Yeah, they got the pin. The pinnacle. They've had some baseball. They've done. They had the mls, too. A lot of things. It's going to be interesting. I would actually like to know. I'd like to know Mark's answer on local. When, depending on what Happens with the local broadcasts and where he thinks that's going. You're talking about Bally's. Then it became Fanduel. Right. Main street, that's a tough place to be. Think about those revenues. Those owners had, those local rights and those RSNs, and that's gone. So it's all messy right now. I think we know the guy running that I think used to work somewhere else. D, Bud has a question for you guys. I gotta ask you. See, I got top billing here. Thank you very much. Because I got caught up watching. I wanted to Rushmore X's, I want to say, two or three days ago, was the box, the boxing, which was great. I learned a lot about boxing. I didn't really know as a casual. What's been your favorite one to shoot. Well, I loved Tom and Peyton. Yep. That was incredible. I loved the one on bands with Jimmy Iovine and Rick Rubin, and I love Doris Goodwin and John. Talking about. We just finished it. Who would be on Rushmore if they weren't president? That was unbelievable. Shut up. You called me up and said, you know, I learned a ton. Okay. That was our lowest rated one. That was the lowest rated one we had. Maybe somebody was on some other stuff and you were, like, into it at one point. Well, listen, it is a good show. It is a good show. Rushmore is a great show. We just finished boxing and we were just down in Nashville. We did country music. Okay. Yeah, we took the show on the road. Yeah. Debo. You just draft Debo live? Debon's guy in the back? Yeah, he does. Pat, can we talk boxing for one second? Yes, sir. This is a big congratulations on Zufa. Thank you. That's a big deal. He's doing a. He's doing a bumper right now. This isn't any self promotion, but to your question, aj, I'm not like, where's it going? What's next? What's hot? What? Like, boxing is a big opportunity for us, right? We got Dana White and Nick Khan driving this. Where is. There's a lot of history of fights that should have happened that didn't happen. Corruption, pay per view, closed circuit. I mean, like, it really went away, yet it's been around for 100 years. So if we can make a UFC, a boxing, think of that, really a closed league. We're signing 200 fighters right now. Consistent fights, weight divisions that you understand. We're already on Paramount plus, and we're about to announce some international deals. This could become the next behemoth for, I want to say, international Deals very, very well. We should be announcing something next week. Congratulations on Netflix. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. Okay. We're going another way. I like that. I like what you're doing. Yeah. But when we did the big event at 4, Netflix, and there was. At Allegiant, there was 70,000 people. Canelo Crawford, you realized, kind of boxing is ingrained in every. I think that business for us could be as big as our UFC business and our W. UFC. Right now, UFC and WWE are $20 billion properties. 20 billion that were each. So boxing, like, if it's 5, if it's 10, give us some time. Like, that's a huge grower. That's why a lot of, you know, if I said this and I. I put out numbers, he would be freaking out. It's all public. It's all public information. Of course. I can't believe, like, he got away with that. When people get excited about tko, that's one of the reasons they get excited. Yeah. And we like keeping our shareholders happy. Let them know that everything that is happening here. He kisses a lot of babies. Yeah, yeah. I'm shaking hand and kisses babies. I do a lot of that, Ari. That's kind of my thing, too. Yeah. Connor has a question for you guys. Yeah, Ari, you. You're going to answer first, but it's for both of you the question I appreciate now, they don't even. They're afraid to say. They should be. They should fear. There's no fear. Assumption not fear. But when. When you're looking at the ufc, the White House fight, the card, I think Dana last week said he was working on it all week. How's that shaping up? And. And I believe the president said 100,000 people. Stadium, they're. They're going to build. What's the situation? Yeah, he's counting the fan fast in that. Yeah. Yeah. So at the White House, I think it's 3,000. Yeah. 3, 4,000. 3, 4,000. Intimate. Yeah. South Lawn. So. And then there'll be other. In other areas. And Dana's working on it right now. There's going to be approximately six to seven fights. June 14th. 14th. Yes. 14th. Flag day. And our president's birthday. Birthday. No, just coincidence. So he hasn't said to us. I like it. He hasn't said to us what the card's going to be, but I know they're working pretty hard at it right now. Okay. How do you feel about that coming together, White House, your sport, everything like that? Because obviously, whenever we chat about it, it Obviously draws a lot of things back. I think sports are a great uniform. I think we need to. Exactly. I think we need to continue to do that for the good. Yeah. By the way, that's a spectacle. That's. That's when we went last year to the sphere. That White House event is a spectacle. I mean, I don't know. It's going to be cbs, Paramount. I mean, I don't know who's not watching that fight. Okay, and quick follow up. What suit would you fight? It's a good question. There's so many that would want to kill me and I'd want to kill. There's just so many. He got an opportunity. Yeah. Would love it. Hey, he's a wrestler, by the way. Would love it. Yeah, yeah. He's a shoot that can get down, but there's a lot that would want to get in the ring and kill me. In the later chapters here of his business career, he's winding down. He's. He's cool, he's calm. Really. There's the politician. He's trying to comment. No, he's a really calm CEO. Yeah, shut up. But no fights. He gets excited. There's no. We're not. There's no fisticuffs. People are saying it. It wasn't me saying it. He called me yesterday. He goes, it's down in six. It's down in the 80s. The fast fastball. It wasn't me that said it was. The other person that was on the call was like, ari, wow. I didn't expect you to understand something like that. And I'm like, holy. This guy just said already lost his fastball. That is an incredible time. Last question for you guys. Go ahead, Ty. Seeing as both of you guys are Bears fans, have you thought about or come to grips with the possibility that the Bears will be located in Gary, Indiana? It's disgusting. It's absolutely happening there. No, I thought you were a good business guy. They're giving him the whole town, so what's so wrong with it? Mark, we do not. They're called the Chicago Bears for reason. I don't even like. I don't even like Arlington Heights. I don't even like a dome on that stadium. I mean, Hallis is turning over right now. A dome in Chicago. The elements, by the way, that Rams game was so good, even though we lost because of the elements. And you're taking that away off. Who's taking. Whoa, whoa. Love it. That came out by mistake. Next time, if we ever get invited back back, we're Gonna tell you the story about how we met. Okay. Crazy. Yeah. It's a total Ari Gold story. And perfect. Came in with a Nerf gun. We were on a plane. Okay. Oh, nice. Didn't know each other. Happenstance. And by the way, we went to like. Feels like you're gonna tell me the story right now. No, we're rival high schools. I mean, we're right by each other. Growing up in Chicago, flying back from New York. And. And then we meet on a plane, though, and, you know, in first class. Of course. First class. There's. There's two seats and a middle seat. Two seats in the middle how? He hasn't seen a commercial airline in about 20. Okay, so wait a second. I'm sitting there reading everything, and there's this guy. I'm in the middle because I won't talk to anybody. There's this guy sitting right next to me and a man at the window. This guy's typing. It's a Friday, 3 o' clock flight. Just typing. I've read everything. About three and a half hours is about a five hour flight. Winter. After four hours, I'm like, what the effing is this guy doing? I get up, it's dark. Keep in mind, it's dark. It's not. I get up. Guy at the window. I said, get up, sit in my seat. He goes, excuse me? I said, what the f. Did you not understand? Get up, sit in my seat. Now, at that point in today's, I'd be arrested. Arrested. Yeah. Yeah. He gets up, sits in the seat. I go, he's freaking out. What's going on? No. Yeah. I didn't stop, though. Yeah. I turn my legs, I look at him. Because I'm at the window. What the f are you doing? Fast Friends. Really? Yeah. What was he doing? Was he trying to. The President's report for Bob Iger and Michael Eisner at Disney. At Disney before he took over espn. Let's take those New York to LA flights and get all your work done, Right? Yeah, good point. Editing. Who actually gets up, though? Think about that. I mean, just. And he screams at the guy and he actually gets up. Yeah. Look at him. Dad's like, guess what? Guess what? Fast Friends. We. Every Friday we would have a call because he had put on the. The only scripted show on espn, which was a hit Playmakers classic. And we would. Then I would try and sell him programming. He. There would be tons of people on the call. He wouldn't buy anything. And then he. And then he. Then we say, take it easy. Talk to you later. You know, became fast friends after that, joined the company. How do you feel? He's like, I need somebody that. That can run with me, but also isn't afraid to say no. And that. That's really how we got going. Yeah. That's an incredible relationship. You two are a nice little tag team, I will say. Thank you very much. It is a good yin yang kind of watching you guys balance there. How do you feel about the new head of Disney? Great. He's incredible. Josh is. Josh is terrific. You guys are like watching that. That's pretty big deals. All those moves are big for you guys, right? He's a great guy. Dana Walden, Incredible. Really good executive. He's huge. Partners of ours. Right? And we have. And now we have all our ples from wwe. Yeah. On espn, direct to consumers. We want them to do well. Do the. We would like them to do well. Yeah, certainly. We would too. You know, on that note, I don't know if you heard the conversation with temper. I was already negotiating with him. I don't know if you heard it. Yeah, I did not. Oh, the number's only going up. Yeah. Negotiating with the right guy. Yes, sir. Right guy. Get the checkbook out, baby. You're right. I appreciate the hell out of you guys. Thank you for everything. Thank you. Thank you so much. You're the man. Ladies and gentlemen, Ari and Mark Chappell. All right. Appreciate it. You too. Thank you, dude. Appreciate you. Enjoy yourself. It looks sweet. Yeah, good luck out there, man. Make sure you. Hey, make sure you guys really shake those hands at this fanatics fest. Hey, make sure you go. Hey, Mark. Hey, make sure you go shake those hands at this fanatics best. Make sure you're shaking all the hands, Mark. All the hands. Okay. All right. All right, Mark. All right, Mark. All right, all right. See you. See you. Okay. All right. Mark's still talking about playmakers back then. I get it. It was a great show. I don't know what's happening. He is always at 100 miles an hour. And then Ari is always just like, which one? They're. They have a great little. They're a great little team. Comes in with a soft. You know, there's like Good Cop and then there's Ari and then there's more coming in. Well, what he means by that is actually this, this and this. Ladies and gentlemen, joining us now is a guy who not only looks sweet, has a new haircut. Friend of the program, up for a bunch of awards and only going to continue to do as such, OOS out of byu, wide receiver for the Los Angeles Rams. Look at those. Great juice. Wow. Wow. Those are boots down there. Wow. Puka sweatpants are sweet. Yeah. Would you call them sweatpants? Need me something? I didn't think so. I didn't see. They're cotton. They're like linen. Yeah, a blend. We're talking about the fabric of your pants. Let's talk about how cool you look. You look very cool. You like the shoes? Look at them. Okay, so Those are boots. Mod modified boots. 100. This is one of my teammates, Jesse. He's on the. He's on our team this year. He. This is his brand. Like, he got the shoes. I'm, like, trying to make sure I'm rocking for the boy. I thought it looked good for my. Yeah. What's the name of them? Do you know? Yeah. Aami. Aami. A. Aami. Tell us about the season. Obviously, you went crazy, dude. New haircut, by the way. He looks good. I appreciate it. Why? What went into the decision? That feels like a big decision. It was. I'm like, my mom Lux is, though, so I feel a lot better about it. I was a little concerned when I got off the chair and I woke up that next morning and I felt the back of my head. I said, I'm bald as hell. I'm like, I'm losing it all. But I feel a lot better now. Like, somebody told me I look good yesterday. I was like, all right, say less. You do look. I think you're gonna look good doing whatever and let alone your paychecks, which are only going to grow, but you're incredibly handsome, affable, and awesome, which is why we love you. Incredible season for you guys. Obviously. Quarterback wins the MVP last night. He announces he's coming back. Can you take us through the ride? That was the year for the Los Angeles Rams, man, when they're showing the freaking highlights of our season, and they're showing highlights to the other team, and we got to watch our freaking block field goal kicking against the Eagles, and I'm like, God, short of my line. I love you so much, dude, and I'll punch you square in the face. I'm like, we have beef right now. And I'm like. I'm like, I never got to watch us throw a missed freaking pass on fourth down. And I'm like, I got Coach McVeigh behind me and Matthew Stafford to my right. All his daughters. And I'm like, I shouldn't say the F word right now, but I really, really want to reliving the. I really want to. I'm like, I don't care where Roger Goodell's at. I'm gonna say it. I'm like, I'm hot miked right now, and I'm still gonna say it, but it was so fun. I'm like, matthew's the absolute best. He's the absolute dog. He makes it so fun. I knew he was coming back, and I still almost did a front flip in front of my mom. I'm like, it was too awesome. Like, E40 was out there. I'm like, we in the Bay Area. Yeah, I was trying. Yeah, you were getting it. You were getting it. I was trying. Hey. Hey. We were teed up at the spot, bro. Yeah, your energy. Your energy is immaculate. And so everybody knew that. Everybody from the Rams knew Stafford was going to say he was coming back, or is that kind of just a few? I wouldn't say everybody knew him. Like, I hope he didn't tell everybody. I wanted to feel special. Okay. I thought that conversation is between me and him, but who knows? AJ has a question for you. Yeah. When you talk about Matthew Stafford, like, how is he still doing? He's the MVP. Was he 39? Is that correct? He's turning 37. 35, whatever it is. 70, I guess. How have you guys grown, like, since you've gotten there, like, and played with him? How is your, like, relationship grown, like, from day one till now? How does it feel? Oh, I'm like, from day one to now, I'm like, he can't stop me from talking. Like, when I got there, I didn't say a word. It was just him going on, like, this is where I need you to be. This is what play? This is where you're lining up. Hey, when I tell you that I tag you at the end of the play, make. Make sure you do what I told you to do. We have some conversations now. I try to keep them updated. What's going on in the world? It's 20, 26. I'm like, I know you got four young daughters. I'm just trying to prepare you for what's going on, Coach. That's very nice of you. That's a good teammate. That's a good teammate. Especially with how potentially out of touch he would be when he's sleeping in a trailer with. Are you in there? That's the best 50 minutes of my life. I'm like, I unplugged. What do you do? I'm like, you put on this little, like, little nose thing there's. A lady that she has. Has the most soothing voice. You all have. A real lady or a robot lady? It's a robot lady. All of you have played Halo? Sure. What is the Cortana? Cortana. It's. Yes. It's literally her voice. While you're laying down, red light comes down, you got the whole thing in your nose. It's 50 minutes. Is it oxygen? 55. 050. Where's this at? They have a couple different options you can do, But I'm like, 15. Yeah. I'm like, yeah, they have. Have a trailer. You guys saw the old. The Airstream, like 1992 or 54, whatever it was. I'm like, no, don't have those vehicles anymore. I'm like, so I don't know what that is. 54, 92. One of them. Nine plus two equals. Is it over your whole body? Red light over 11. Yeah. There's math in there. Yeah, we got a lot of numbers coming together. Yeah. My routes go to 15 yards. Hey, we tried. I'm like, we ran double moves off it. Tariq Woolen. I'm like, that's my guy. But I'm like, hey, at 15 yards, you're gonna chat to your feet. I'm out of there. And you got the speed, but you got pull away speed, by the way, which is so weird because of how powerful you are. You're not supposed to be as explosive and breakaway as you are. As you are powerful. You're an anomaly, Puko. And maybe it's because you guys are all asleep. Everybody's in this thing. Everybody. Coach McVeigh. Coach McVeigh's in the morning. He's got a little attitude. The run install didn't have that. Great. I'm like, coach, let me rephrase that. Coach has a tough morning because we all weren't listening to what he was. I didn't communicate what I needed to do or where he wanted me to be on that motion. But he goes and gets in the immortal and we come back and we have a great walk through. I'm like, it's fantastic. This is the future. One for the office, right? Yeah, I can't wait. We're going to park that thing right inside the entire Thunderdome. D but has a question for you. Obviously, it's super important, the relationship you have with your quarterback, but you came into the league, you had cup there to kind of take. Take you under his wing. And then you got Devonte Adams and one of the best W route runners, one of the best wide Receivers and his generation. What's it been like being his teammate? And what did you do differently outside of the chamber this year because you dominated wire to wire? Every defense knows 12's getting the ball. Where is he going to be? But you still dominated with another guy who led the league in touchdowns. Like, what was it like this year? What'd you do differently? Man, I can think about the first time we were in February. We were. We. We don't run slants in our offense. I don't know. We're in the off season, so I can say these things. You can watch the tape. It doesn't really matter. Coach McVeigh is still going to find him to scheme you up and get us the ball. You can try your best, but I'm thinking about that we are in April and I'm standing on the 40 yard line. I'm right behind number 17. He's running up, he's running a stop route. The ground is shaking as he's stopping. He's 20, 20 yards away from me. Then boom, boom, boom, Transition out the break, three steps, technique sound to crisp. And it's April and I'm like, I got to be better. I got to be better. I got so much to work on. And the communication and the understanding of trying to be on the same page, obviously was our quarterback, but then on the same page as a, As a great wide receiver. And I'm grateful for that guy. We had so much fun together. One two and one seven. I wear. I. I played high school football wearing ankle sock because of devonte Adams. But when we walk out in there on the football field, I'm like, he's dapping me up. He's like, go do your thing, 12. And I'm like, bruh, I don't. I done made myself the quarterback so I could throw you the ball. We got a handshake, we flexing, we doing everything on them. And it was cool to think about, man. They. They said in the. At the beginning of the NFL season that the Rams were going to have the best wide receiver room. And to walk out of the, out of this season and say that we were. We. We were the best marriage receiver room. And every single week you had to make sure that you're going to try to stop us and you couldn't. It's a great feeling. Oh, no. I said yesterday, right? The Jamar Chase and T. Higgins, they're the best duo. They didn't make the playoffs. How, how. How could they make. How they could they be the best? I know I'm just saying I said it right to their face yesterday. Well, they were here. No, you can. You can retract the statement. Look at the camera. Look at that. Look at it. Singles. Are you guys do this? The stats would say that. YouTube, by far. Stats would say he led the league in receiving touchdowns. I think I led the league in receptions. I'm like, we had probably almost 3, 000 yards. I'm like, there's a whole lot of touchdowns on the field. Do you know the quarterback's name for Chicago? The Iceman. There you go. So this year's best wide receiver, though, certainly in the Los Angeles. You should wait until we shoot boots. Jamar did make his first shot. Oh, yeah. And you are a Hooper. Yeah. Okay. Hold on. Can we ask you one more question? 100. I'm like, Jesus was calling me out in front of everybody. It's my job to step up to the plate, Coach. Boom. And that's why we love you. Yeah, it is. By the way, chain's sick. I appreciate it. Everything is awesome. Right? Tone has the last question for you before you have to choose another reason why we love Patriots guys. Didn't have any questions for me? No, he does. He does. We don't have much time. You want to kick me out already? I'm like, I just got here. I thought we were friends. Big. Don't get offended so easily. But another reason why we love you is because you're. You're so tapped into everything. Which leads me to a question. Do you have plans to go skydiving? Hey, I. I think I can fly. I'm like, I believe in it. I'm like, the. The. The world is our. Is our. That's what they say, Coach. And I'm pretty confident I could do skydiving thing. I'm like, there's a lot of things that make you. You feel a rush and a thrill in life, and it was a good tweet. I think one of those would be good. Those are the best two words I've ever said in my life, Coach. Oh, not only that, I remember weighing never a tie. Needed to go to the hospital. Whenever we were in Los Angeles, you put him on your back and walked him all the way to the hospital. So thank you for doing that. Remember, Tone's dog was running free. You picked that thing up and you saved it. And I brought it back to his house, and I was like, everything. I fed it. I gave it his treat. I took it to Starbucks. We got a little puppy cuff. He flew us private on his own diet. That was very nice of you to do that. You were the pilot. That's so cool of you. Remember? I do. The helicopter. I brought us all out. Remember when we went to Indianapolis, You. You showed me how to do all of these things. Yeah, I showed up and it because. Because of you and the way you cook too. I mean, the only thing wrong is lie about being a good bowler. Oh, yeah. What happened with the bowling after glasses? You're kind of ass, weren't you? Ass or were you really good? I don't remember. Not going to do it again. You show me your bowling. Stand right here and show me your bowling. Set it up. Act as if rain shine is shin. It's. We just started the game. My name's Swaggy P. At the top of it. This is. I just went strike first. Frame sealed, done and over. We had a cool inter animation and. Oh, that's right down the corner. Look, it went straight to the left. Check the watch. Pretty good. Good. Check the watch. Who do you think you are? He is. We're not bowling with the bumpers. We're. We're grown men. We're not bowling with the bumpers. You needed the bumpers. That was a part of the problem. We watched your last year. I think we were forced to watch it, weren't we? It's awful. And it was the worst bowling I've ever seen. Guys asked me to do that. I was like, I know. Yeah. Yeah. It's 100% on us. Yeah. We do a lot of stuff for us. We are selfish. Are you excited for the game coming up? Am I excited for the game? Yeah. I mean, it's the only thing I think about. Puka for the last time. Two weeks. I hope that's all. I'm like, I hope you're praying to the Tom Brady gods, cuz. Well, he's not even on the Patriots actually, so. No, they're going to need him. Somebody's going to have to adopt his skills before that game happens. Drake, you talked a lot of on Indianapolis too. You remember that? I don't have any beef with Indianapolis. I just don't think anybody actually wants to be there. I'm like, I don't. No harm, no foul. Just telling you my thoughts. I apologize. I'm like, I love that you're there, but you never invite me anymore. I'm like, what? Is that real? You're too busy. That's not true. Too busy. I'm like, I'll drop it. I'm like, I try to call Zito every Tuesday, and he never answers my phone. He's taking care of the facility. All right, here's the deal. Representing the number one wide receiver room in the NFL. Tay, you heard him say? Yeah, Tay definitely makes this, I think. Yeah, right. Watch LeBron highlight before the game. So. Yeah, every game, bro. This dude is 40, and he'd be doing it. It's like, that's. I'm like, that's our quarterback. It's just like, our quarterback, bro. 25 years, he'd be showing us highlights. I'm like, yo, they. This. This film is great. The film is great, dude. Like, they got. They got nothing on the field. They don't even. I'm like, this is absolutely insane. He's leaving the Lakers, though. Is that what's happening? What do you. I know. Trade deadline came and gone, but they're saying Sean's. Saying Sean's had a rough. Sean boy. Sean, it's all right. Stand tall. Stand in there. Seams. Can't. Tough one. He's been saying for a long time, Yan is probably gone, and then Giannis is gone. Well, it was true. And then they flipped at the last second, and Yana said, I ain't going anywhere. And now Shams looks like the village idiot again. I don't like what they did to a show. It's. It sounds. It's like him and Miles Garrett. I'm like, I hate. I don't want to be here. Hey, look, I'm back, guys. Hey, thanks, everybody. I appreciate it. Yes. Yes. Starring in a Toyota super bowl commercial. Let's go. Hey, we coming out to Daytona. I'm going to Daytona 500. Let's go. Let's. What are you doing? Are you a starter? You driving? What are you doing? But me and Bubba Wallace. I'll be right next to Bubba Wallace. We riding around our Toyota car, skydiving in maybe with a day. Now we're talking. Hopping into a race car. American flag. Me, Bald eagle, Sydney Sweeney. Wow. Parachute. We're coming down. Hey, I think it'll be pretty cool if you're kind of guide around, so I think you'll be able to fly around. Hey, see, look over here. This is the other side of Daytona. Maybe every here. This is where the adult ballets are in Daytona. Here's where the beach is. Look at. Look at the ocean. Tell her bring out the whole ocean. Right here. Look at this. Oh, now, you can do a whole moana thing right there, too, if you want to get into it. Make way. Make way. Yeah, these are all Ideas. Great ideas. I'm just rolling off the top. Congrats on the Toyota commercial. That's a big deal. I couldn't believe it. I'm like, it's a blessing. I. I haven't showed it to my mom. I'm like, they've obviously sent the rough job over, but I'm like, I want to be at watching the game with my mom and, like, see her, like, reaction to, like, us being on the thing. I'm like, it'll be really cool. I didn't even tell my mom about the thing with Tiffany last night. I'm like, I think. I hope. Hopefully my mom thought it was cool. I'm like, hopefully Tiffany thinks I'm cool. Your mom thinks it's cool. Yeah. Everyone thinks cool. You are cool because you let me hang out with you. That's the only reason. But, yeah, right. The sweat pansies. And what do we got going on here, Coach, that's gold. Yeah. Oh, Brick, you know the deal. That's real. Are you waiting for me to shoot a shot or. Yeah. You think you're gonna make it or not? You don't look satisfied, Coach. What do I need to do? We've had a lot, both of you. I'm like, you got the Patriots. I know you're not satisfied. It's been a tough couple weeks. I'm like, you've been surprised. Like, I don't. I'm surprised you got that much hair on your head still. I mean, I don't know why you're saying this to me. If we want to go into the NFC title game by you guys blowing it, we can. No. Hey, please. I hope you guys stayed. Hey, you guys ran one trick playing at work. I'm like, you better pray to the gods you have five of them. We even score. I know you guys couldn't score. You guys couldn't score. That's actually what happened. We scored enough, brother. We don't. We don't need to score that much. No. 100. I'm like, but in order to win this game, I'm like, you guys better pray that Tom Brady walks out on that field. I don't think so. No. I'm comfortable with this guy right here. Here. Boom. Head coach. Okay, we got. How. How about the lady yesterday? She said, the winner of the coach of the year, Mike Vable. Yeah, good. Verbal, verbal, verbal. I'm like, I can't read, but I know she can't either. As we wrap up here on ESPN with Puka Nua noted reader, we will continue digital like, oh, insane. Shaneo is here. Obviously. All the boys are here. Good to see all the boys here. Cowboy, how's it going? Can I ask what that mouth do? Is that crazy? Sorry. What? He's got the best mouth on the Internet, dude. Do you know Fat Stafford? Do you know this crew? I know. I'm like, what? Where did you. You're pretty. We got to hit you in the nuts, dude. I'm not. I don't know. I don't know how it works. The videos. I'm. I've seen the videos. That's how it works, dude. I'm like, you showed up here. I'm like, we're gonna throw something at you. So. Yeah. So when did you guys assume the position? Yeah, that was gonna be your thing. You just start tossing stuff at each other. I appreciate how good you guys are throwing at each other. I appreciate. Yeah, it takes a lot of talent, a lot of practice and Vita Cocoa is paying you guys to be here. Yeah, yeah, yeah. That's good. When can I get invited to the lake? I'm a lake boy. Come on. Can we get on the boat? Yes, sir. On the boat. Yeah, yeah, for sure. We got you. Do you have any marshmallows? You just said for sure. That was the biggest lie. He was like, yeah, yeah, for sure, bro. Like. Like I'm a little kid, bro. Come on. Yeah, we'll let you on a boat, kid. I'm driving the boat. Can I throw the boat? Can I throw you a marshmallow here through this? You think you can get through here? Yeah, I think so. Oh, come on, bro. Me those gimmick marshmallows. Marshmallows. Gimmicked marshmallows. He just. This thing's pretty thick. I did not expect the thickness of this thing. The girth is good for his mouth. Crazy. Oh, no. Overhand. All right. This one. Yeah, yeah. What is that? Send it. Yeah, There you go. 25 milligrams. That. Yeah, hold on. Spit it out. Yeah, you want to spit that one out. Couple. Couple substances in there. Yeah. Wait. Sorry. We're going to get rid of those right there. Shannon, throw back in here. Sh. We appreciate you. Thank you for your contributions. Thank you, brother. I'll catch it. I'll catch you. You got to actually shoot here for real. All right. Charity. Super coach. What you got on the wrist? I got a little. Looks good. I'm like, hello, Biling. I just want to be like you, man. Are you gonna come to NBA All Star Weekend? I'm like, that's where it all started, dude. You remember that? Yeah. We went to bat for you to play. You're supposed to play. No, I know. That's why I'm like. I had to show out. I'm like, my. Everybody told me that I. My team said, do not step in the paint. I said, I got shot for Big Ooze. And you. Did he put me on? Yeah, and you're a great player. I think I'm gonna go back this weekend. Are you. Are you coming to la? No, no, no. You're not. Are you gonna come to Daytona? Daytona? Yeah, we're gonna. We never miss that. That we're skydiving in with you. I think, like, we. I'll tell Bubba. Hey, Bubba, I really love you, dude. I'm going to scoot over so me and Pat can drive the car. I mean, considered racist. I think if you did that, you need to stop. Think about it. You kick black Bubba Wallace out and put me in there. What is this, NASCAR? Jesus Christ. Just give him the Ted McMillan thing. That be fun. Yeah, yeah, you're right. The Ted McMillan. I forgot. I forgot about that. Give him none of those. It's for the culture, bro. He. All right. Charity super shot here with Puka. If you make it on your first attempt, we'll give $20,000 to a charity of your choosing. If it's a second or third attempt, only 10,000 did. Are we losing money over here? No, we're making money. We're making the world a better. I thought we were doing more. I'm like, you're always taking care of everybody. Oh, you want 50,000? Oh, man, that would have been nuts. Yeah, that would have been very casual. Okay, $50,000. So charity of your. Oh, you're. You're a brawn guy, but when you shoot it. Okay, okay. Understandable. I agree. Yeah. I just wasn't sure. Kobe's elbows tucked. So am I supposed. Bro, come on, bro. That's a rock. There's no reason he shouldn't catch that in his mouth. All right, last shot here. Puka, please shot $50,000 to a charity you're choosing. What's up? Have you made the shot? Yeah, but not on camera. You know, I'll give you the opportunity. Grand in line. 50 grand. I just want to see him shoot. Like, this is not for 50 grand, but when I shoot, it would be for 50 grand. So what do you wanted to say? You're saying for hit. You're paying for this one. I'll pay for this one. Oh, I knew I wasn't gonna pay for these. You saw. All right, this guy sucks. All right. Okay, last one. Hey, this is your last attempt. We have somebody in the back who's a national champion. Okay. Please have low respect for him. Tips and overthrow. Got a head over. That's Jimmy, you know, not byu. Oh, dude. I mean, if I was playing everybody that's in their division, I would have. Wouldn't shoot. We love you, dude. Appreciate. Bailey, don't eat both of those. Hey, bud, I want to eat both of those. Bailey. See you, coach your journey. Yeah, I'm telling you. What if he would? Come on. You're the man. All right, coach. Ladies and gentlemen, join us now is an absolute icon. A man whose name is going to be synonymous with greatness. A man who's going to have a statue. It may be multiple cities that he stops at through his playing in football career. We are thankful he chose to head to Bloomington, Indiana from Cal Burn. Ladies and gentlemen, national champion quarterback Future first pick of the NFL draft, Fernando Mendoza. Fernando. Big old dude. Yes. Six five. People forget he's six five. What a giant. Ty kind of got Siciliano there. Jeez. Thank you. You know how to handle it. You're a superstar at first. I crush it on Jimmy Fallon. I appreciate it. Thank you. I got a lot of, you know, I mean, you guys taught me. You guys all taught me. Thank you. You're welcome. And I saw you guys at Aiden Fisher on the show. Yeah, it was like a week ago. And you are right. You got. You guys have some amazing fits. And they're on the back of the end zone. And so it was like third down and goal before the fourth down. Touchdown. I'm like, wow, those guys have some good fits. Like crazy. Thank you. Jake Paul. Roasting your blue. Okay. Roasting is it? You know, he was. He was all fired up. You know, he's. He had his jaw restructured too. You know, who knows where he was at the time? Jaw there. It was a little Cygnetti jaw. Let's talk about your jaw. You're a tough dude, bro. Appreciate it. Hey, let's talk about the 4th and 5, the Fernando Special. Yeah. Impossible finish for you in your hometown when you decide to go and give it a go. And I think the field goal is potentially out there. They're not. We're going to go for it. And then you take it for yourself and you make that play in your mind. Are you thinking about anything? Are you thinking about how all your work, your entire life leads to this one play? Like, how do you kind of compartmentalize that? And then immediately afterward, what is the sense throughout your entire body, like, we probably just won the national championship on maybe the greatest play in the history of Indiana football. Honestly. Yeah, when you put it like that, you make it seem like the last scene of a movie or something like that. Which it will be. Which it will be. But honestly, I thought. I thought, we're gonna kick the field goal. I was like, okay, let's get up six points. You know, keep it in range. Our defense is great. Great defense. Let's kick the field goal. He called 4th and 5, and it was a quarterback draw play. And I'm like, man, like, game on the line. I want to throw the ball, but screw it, like, whatever, I'll run the ball. And ended up dropping back. Have a little eyes away. And I just started going. And when I started going, I'm actually supposed to go to the left because the line's like sliding that way. And I just Take a U, turn to the right. It's like I missed the wrong exit on Maps. All of a sudden I'm getting pinballed back and forth. Maps will do that. And it was, yeah, Apple Maps will do that. They'll screw you. All of a sudden I see the end zone, I just, I blacked out. I just reached out and it was, it was phenomenal. I just can't. I honestly can't thank God enough because I, I don't know how I'm not that athletic. That was God. Yes, you are though. I think obviously God is a massive part of you being that athletic. But I don't think, I think a lot of people have seen you play ball. I think a lot of people think, oh, Cal Berkeley transfer. This guy is Cal Berkeley guy. He goes to Indiana. Indiana. Okay, that is a nil transfer portal conversation. We don't need to have Cal to Indiana. Sweet. That is not real. And then all of a sudden, the way you take to Indiana and the way the team kind of buys in and you and Signetti do it, it's one of the most special seasons in the history of college football. Undefeated. The most amount of games since, what, Yale and like whatever, 1894. 1894 what? Whatever. When you guys are getting into that run in the playoffs, you feel something special. You feel like you're playing your best ball at the right time. And how do you guys kind of manage that? And what were the conversations like through the run? Well, first of all, was your wife excited when she humped? Yeah, she was down there. I just want to let you know the amount we paid for a suite to watch you do that. Worth every penny. Yeah, yeah, exactly. But it was a special night, man, for Indiana. But honestly, nobody really expected it. Even though Indiana had a good year last year, your transfer, everybody thought it was kind of over. At what point do you guys realize like, hey, we do have something special here. And then playoffs, you just, yeah. Smack folks around. When did you guys know you think so? When I first got to Indiana and I. Everybody always says player led teams are the best teams. And when you say, when you see Aiden Fiser, Pat Coogan, really putting people online and really saying, hey, we're expecting to win, we're not only any of that losing stuff and really like, really holding people accountable, I was like, oh, we're going to be special right here. We're going to be special. And we had a little three game stretch where we killed Illinois. Then we came back from Iowa, we beat Oregon, I'm like, oh, we're going to be a good team. We're going to be in the College Football Playoff. Then after we beat Ohio State, we all were like, we're going to win this whole thing. After be. I mean, I'm sorry, A.J. but after. But after we beat Ohio State, we had the confidence. I mean, Coach Sig always made sure to humble us because he's very humbling. But after that game, we have the confidence and no matter what, we're resilient team. So we can go down, but we know all the boys going to ride together and end up putting a good drive together and end up stealing a game. Yeah. Fun team to watch, A.J. ohio State. Buckeye has a question for you. Yeah, I guess what's the plan, like, look like now? Like, where are you going to work out? What are you going to do? We. You're the presumed number one overall pick, obviously how that goes. But now you are, dude. Yeah. Who are you going to work out with? What are you going to do with the combine? Have you thought anything about the whole throw? Which you don't need to do anything to combine, honestly. But have you thought about all of that going forward? Yeah. So talking about all my agent and at the combine, you know, you're throwing at different receivers. It's a whole different thing. And I want to make sure I give my guys the best chance. So I want to throw a pro day with my guys, with my running backs and be there with the boys. The combine, I don't think throwing is going to be a priority just because it's such a quick turnaround. January 19th. I mean, yeah, I feel bad, like a lot of the guys in our team, like, luckily I'm in a better position that I don't got a throw on the combat. But a lot of our guys, we had Kaylan Black playing the Senior Bowl. Yeah. Yeah. Game 17. That's a, that's a true NFL season. You know, and all the other guys, they're, they're busting their butt training already. And you know, I've, I've started training already down here in California and it's just been a great process. And like everybody always says, whenever I watch interviews or ask former NFL players like you guys, they say, hey, this is the eight week interview. You got to give it your all limited distractions and really lock in because where you go and how you set yourself up in front of these GMs and in front of these teams is going to change your life forever. So I'm making sure I have my Head to the grindstone. And like you said, I just want to help my guys. Pro day throw the boys. Okay. On that note, your rookie year is your longest year, regardless. Yeah. Now that your rookie college seasons are longer than they've ever been, I mean, we're about to learn a lot about you guys. I mean, you guys are going to be like case studies, studies on what is going to be college football into the NFL. Because how long that season was, did it feel like a grind? Because you guys are beating the hell out of, I mean, the actual games. You guys are smoking everybody. It's a long time. That is a very, very long season. Together. You guys were able to stay healthy, I guess. Is that kind of a massive piece of it? How would you kind of describe the run? How long? Our strength coach did a great job, but it's an NFL season, and with a college format nowadays, we didn't play. We didn't basically play a game in the month of December. So stupid. So it's so weird. You're there playing Ohio State December 6th, and you have a whole entire break until January 1st. So it was like really kind of a weird patch where you can recover, but you're also anticipating the Rose bowl. And I don't know about the system. It was just. Yeah, that was really weird. So it made the season feel a lot longer than it is. But whenever. As a fan. Whenever. Or, you know, a former NFL fan, because now I'm going to be playing in the NFL. Yeah. Whenever you hear. Congrats. Whenever you hear NFL players talk about, wow, the season, seasons long, is a toll on the body. As a quarterback playing 16 games. And honestly, like, the Miami game was a fight, the Ohio State game was a fight. But every game in the NFL, the margins are small and they're all going to be like that. So to go through 16 games that are going to be dog fights, I can see how it can take a toll on the body. And it's going to be crazy because most players get a month off, two weeks off, but January 19, straight to draft training. So like you said, we're lab rats right now. Yes, you are. I mean, God, please keep us out, because I think the more people learn about you through his draft process, the more they're going to like you. You're huge. Yes. I mean, you are. You're absolutely huge. Your accuracy is outrageous. There was a story, I think Jen Lotta told me about, about Surat maybe sending you videos of back shoulders before the season. Is that accurate? That is accurate. Okay. That becomes a massive piece of your offense. I think your ability to spin the ball is a separator. I think your accuracy is outrageous. I think your athleticism's crazy. I think your toughness, what, like, as you project to the NFL, you got to be very excited about how you're going to handle the men's league. Right. I think you feel pretty comfortable about what's coming. Yeah. The NFL and college are two different skill sets. The NFL, you need to be able to process. Process it faster, get tougher, and get smarter. And so I'm really excited for the new challenge and opportunity that's going to. Because there's going to be. There's going to be some failures rookie year, but I'm excited to turn those failures into successes because it's going to be a new skill set and there's going to be learning curve. Everybody always says the quarterbacks I've talked to is. The most I've learned is usually my rookie year just because of the jump. And so I'm really excited for that. And like you said with Surratt, and it's all about the preparation with the guys. So however the rookie year goes, I know at the end of my rookie year, no matter, you know, whatever happens, I know I'm gonna be able to put my head on my pillow and sleep well at night knowing I did everything possible to have the best rookie year possible, whether. However it goes. Yeah. Did you go to Planet Fitness every day to get after it or whatever? Well, you know, Signetti, I mean, he. He's a tough cookie. And after season, I mean, Signetti said, hey, I had enough of human nose. I kicked you out. So now I can't go back to Indiana. So now. Now I'm working on planet Fitness, you know, 15amonth right here. And, you know, before radio rail, get a quick workout in. And like I said, I mean, I'm in draft prep and draft prep. Obviously, I love hanging out with the boys, but draft prep is number one. And so I gotta stay prepared, gotta stay, you know, ahead of the edge because a guy like me, like you said, although I'm a big guy, I'm not the most. I'm not the strongest, I'm not the most athletic, but I gotta stay ahead of the edge and stay ahead of the curve, and the Planet Fitness allows me to do that. You're way more athletic than people. Just look at you. You're way more strong and tough than what people look at you. I'm excited for people to learn about you. There's Free fitness training included with all memberships at Planet Fitness. Okay. Planet Fitness has thousands of locations across the country, many of which are open 24 hours a day. That's huge. Okay. If you want to do the Mendoza midnight hours, you can kind of get in there and get out after it. Ain't that right, Fernando? That's exactly right. That's exactly right. You're saying you go hang with the boys drinking water, go to Plant Fitness, get a second third workout drinking water. That's hilarious. Okay, here's what the boys just woke up, D. Well, I want to go back to that national championship. And you talked about. It's a movie. And you being back at home, you know, with your little brother, obviously, Pons, you got Jamari Sh, who got the game winning interception. What was that like mentally going into that game knowing that that's the stadium. That's the stadium. You grew up basically looking at the team you probably rooted for as a kid. And that's where you could end it with the trophy you did. How was that going into the game though? Yeah, I'm gonna go back to this. This is a blessing by God. Because all the guys that are from Miami, Sharp, d', Angelo, Pons, those guys had some of their best, their best games. And myself also being from Miami, having, you know, a great play there, all the guys from Miami elevated their game in the national championship in front of their family. So what a special moment for all those guys. But you know, other than Nash championship. I want to talk to you about this AI stuff. Oh, okay. You know, we're always, you know, I'm on. You know, my friends are like, come on. I mean, obviously great NFL player, but always talking about Fernando Mendoza's AI. We got to talk now. You're real South Florida kid. I just asked you a question. You gave me an A. Look, I'm the AI. I got a certificate in AI. Yeah, he does, he does. I think I can spot him. But I was wrong. We talked about him all the time. I think you'll be great in the locker room. Like this is. This is a part of. I gotta with you. No doubt, no doubt, no doubt. And honestly the reason that, I mean, I took a lot of public speaking courses, cuz I never thought I was gonna make it in football. Her boy was a two star recruit, committed to Yale. I'm like, I gotta make those networks somehow. You know, I gotta try to get in Skull and bones. I gotta try to. Oh, trying to be president. Okay, you know, a little bit what you're talking About. No, no, I'm joking. I know, I know. It's Saw jokes. Of course. Appreciate it. You talk about being with the boys, though. I think that's the part that really elevated in my eyes because of the AI thing. You are Cal Berkeley. You're a nerd. Okay? You are a nerd. Football, you are a nerd as well. But you're allowed to be like, nerds have been very good at football for a long time, but I think the some traits of some nerds is not able to connect with like meatheads or like sport people. I think you have been able to connect to your teammates and you like go out of your way to be able to do that. Drinking beers with the boys, celebrating with the boys, building a relationship with the boys, working with the boys, and then showing up in the biggest moment. That's why I think you are going to be NFL guy of the future. And we're excited to watch you work. And. And I appreciate that. And it's. Although I say, you know, drinking beers with the boys and stuff like that, for me, I had a lot of leadership failures at Cal and I was always trying to be a raw rod guy. At the end of the day, I'm like, hey, people like who? People who are authentic themselves. I'm gonna be myself around the boy. I'm gonna be authentic Fernando Mendoza. And along with that, I'm gonna show my teammates I care about them. So when they say, hey, Fernando cares about you and he's also authentic, like, yeah, Fernando's a nerd. It is what it is. You know, if you have those two things that mix them together, it's led to a great. A great group of guys. Yeah, I think so. You guys, Broadway, have been a great leader. So you're drinking like ipa. What do you. What are those beers that the IPA you drink? The super. The Hoosier beers. What is your go to drink of choice when you with the boys? Yeah, honestly, when I'm with the boys, like, you know, everyone just gets their drink of choice. And so I would say, like I said as a college student especially, you know, pre nil account. I'm. I'm. I'm for whatever gets a job done. That was a good answer. No more. You can't be picky. You know, beggars can't be choosers. He's young, smart. I got n. We would drink some. Yes, we were. Yes, we were. Bacardi 151 1. Yeah, you gotta do it. Don't do that. Fernando, Con man has a question. For you. Yeah, Fernando, we've talked about it. Number one overall pick. It is inevitable, almost. Have you started to look at, you know, Kubiak's offensive system? Have you started to think about, you know, kind of that first interaction with new minority owner Tom Brady? I know you mentioned about him being kind of that dream, you know, dinner interview, if you will, with Tom. Have you kind of put yourself through that process? And are you just kind of focused on working out at Planet Fitness at midnight and just getting ready for, you know, what's to come? So, evidently, I'm. I'm very focused on working myself and working the draft process. But throughout this entire season, we actually had a little bit of a Kubia kind of McVeigh system, not for our RPO system, but for our play action. And the way that he's able to incorporate outside zone and get the edge with the run game, where the running back, he's either collect the edge, hit the hole, or cut back and be able to do play action off of that bootleg off of that. And the way he's developed. Sam Darnold has been phenomenal. So I've actually watched, just being a football fan before he got hired, watched a lot of breakdowns of his film and how the Seahawks have gone. That's been a big story. Oh, yeah. Seahawks and the Patriots have gone from, you know, on the fringe to, all of a sudden, super bowl contenders and super bowl, like, about to win a Super bowl, each team. So I've, you know, I've been. Actually, before he got hired, I watched a lot of film and a huge fan of his work. Tom Brady, he's been a huge football idol of mine. And the way that he has processes and systems and the way that he talks about his leadership is something that's always resonated with myself, as I've never been the strongest, never been the biggest, and never been the fastest. However, the way that he prepares and really has a process about going about things and having discipline. This guy's eating avocado ice cream or pistachio ice cream. Yeah. Having that discipline has really inspired myself as a young guy who, you know, wasn't always really highly recruited and was usually an underdog. Now, you know, I'm upper dog. I gotta prove it every single day. Yeah, you are. But as having that underdog story, it's someone that I've looked up to for a long time. Are you gonna do a shirtless photo at the combine like Tom or. No, have to. I think it's mandatory. I think you're allowed to do whatever you want, Fernando. Hey, you're the number one overall pick, brother. I think you'll be allowed to do whatever the hell you want. Now, on that note. Note you won't, though, which is why we think you were going to be incredible. Ty has a question for you. Have you been able to, like, kind of sit back and just. I mean, like you mentioned, Pat said when you first came on, like, going on foul and you're on the Today show, obviously everyone talks about the. The craziness of you guys going and winning the national championship, but did you. Could you ever have imagined that you were going to do all this stuff, you know, after even that, after the Heisman? Like, you've. You've basically lived every kid kid's dream for the last, like, two weeks. Have you had a moment to kind of just like, really collect yourself and be like, man, this is unbelievable. Or is it kind of just, hey, the NFL draft's the next thing. I kind of just got to keep moving and do what I got to do? Yeah, I know. Like, you're right. The Found Show, Today show, and the McAfee Show, I mean, that's a good sell. It's been great in December, in the start of December, you know, winning the hot after the Ohio State games game, win the hide. And there's still a lot to prove. There's still a lot to prove. A lot of question marks. You know, maybe the heism was as strong this year. However, I always kept that fire, you know, under all of our butts and, you know, we're able to have a great playoff run and able to win a national championship. And after winning a national championship, I let it sink in for a week and a half because at that point, you got to collect, you got to reflect, you know, see what you did well this season, see what you could work on, but also just enjoy it. Yeah, that's what football's about. It's about enjoying it. It's about having fun playing football. And after that week and a half, all the boys, we've all been shipped out to different place of the country, starting to train, start for the draft. But I think it's really important to reflect on the season, enjoy it, because it is a success. It is a success. And if anything, I'm not as happy as I think I am. I would have been. And obviously, it's all great. And if you told me like a month ago in December, hey, you're gonna be on the Falcon show, you win the national championship, I would have probably fainted. But now I'm just like, wow. Like, I gotta taste that feeling again. And so for all these great things that happened, it's such a blessing by God. And it's been such a great week and a half reflecting on it. But now, like you said, it's time to get to work and time for the next step. Oh, you got addicted to the confetti. It's kind of how it goes. What a cool moment. Can you tell me about Signetti a little bit as we go out? I saw you did an impression of him with Caleb. I thought you nailed it. I thought you absolutely nailed it. Tell me about Sig, because people were talking about him being like, maybe greatest coach ever, ever, period. Let alone like football, but just like leadership and coach as a whole. You are going to be back in Bloomington five years from now, 10 years from now, 20 years from now, 30 years from now, 40 years from now. Reunions. Okay. Statue probably going up for you. Sig will probably still be there. It's kind of the way this is kind of going. Can you tell me about Signetti? Why? He was the perfect guy for you as a head coach and then also perfect for Indiana. Like we talked about the college system nowadays with nil, the power shifting more to the player. However, Coach Zigg has kind of gone back to that hard ass mentality where he's. I mean, he's gonna rip you. He doesn't really care about his feelings. He cares about winning. And so in the day and age where coaches are trying to be all friendly and relate to the players, he's the exact opposite. He's a CEO, he's a feared leader, and he's a respected leader. And so with that, he's able to run a hell of an enterprise, a hell of an organization. And from the top down, everybody knows it's about business every single week. It's about preparing to the best, the best of your ability. And you can never be complacent and never be satisfied. And I think that's what makes the Indiana Hoosier so special. I love it. I love it. Hey, you. I see you do the LinkedIn stuff. Yeah. Just remember, LinkedIn's for people that don't actually do it. Okay. Like I said before, I was going to the NFL, so actually, like, first couple years of college, I was actually doing LinkedIn, getting two internships, and I was like, all right, here we go, guys. Yeah. And LinkedIn's a big, like, hey, this is how it's supposed to work. We've never actually done it, but this is what we think it should be. You know, it's. That's, that's, that's. It's a great place for suits. We are very thankful that you are in our football world and what you're about to do, the men's league. We're excited for everybody to see you're a special talent. We're going to be lucky to have you involved. Now, will you do a charity shot? Of course. Now, I didn't like the way he was throwing those records, you know. Yeah, he screwed up your rhythm a couple times, too. You know, I'm more of. You know, I wish it was a little higher. Yeah, sure. You know, cuz sometimes a little bit like bowling balls. Had a little. Had a little like. Yeah. Jimmy was trying to make it a little difficult. The one he threw over his head, you not hitting him in the temple. That was off. That was good restraint. I thought you were. I thought you were gonna let it rip. Yeah, that was good restraint out of you. Oh, yeah, it was good restraint. I don't want to. You know, he's a host of the show. Don't want to mess with him. Who knows what would happen to me. So I'm just sorry. A legend there. Hola. Akiestamos mi amigo. So, you know, the last time he started. What the. How come you guys don't speak Spanish to me and you're trying to bait me in a speaking Spanish. And I can, and I can, and you know, from conversational. But my grandparents would be very, very disappointed if, you know, if I didn't come in my Spanish A game, which you did at Heisman. So I came at Spanish a game at the Heisman. And I understand how much it means the Hispanic community, especially because, I mean, Hispanics like Jacob Rodriguez, the pavia, like all Hispanics in football, we're rising up. We're rising up. Yeah. And to have that connection in Hispanic community is huge. Huge. It's huge. Yeah. And you don't know this. You don't think about this because you're just living your life. Roger Goodell heard you speak Spanish in that Heismer thing. Was like, need this guy. This guy. Yes, we got a guy with this guy going back to Mexico. Spain. Mexico. Let's go ahead and the Raiders, let's get a game in Cuba. If we can't. Yeah, let's go to the race. I mean, that is what they're thinking. It's like everything about you screams like face of a franchise, man. So you should be incredibly proud. Your parents are awesome. Obviously learning the story about your family. It's been great, brother. We're incredibly proud of you. Now, can you make a shot for twenty thousand dollar donation potentially? That'd be great. Oh yeah. For Planet Fitness, maybe. Honestly, I was. People are out here. Whoopity, whoopty. We're doing it out here. We're doing it out here. Okay, but, but for real, like, I believe God has given me this platform. I've been so thankful for you guys. You know, shouting out my mom and her situation and raising awareness. I think today we just hit over for 275k from multiple national Ms. Society. Hell yeah. I mean, just, I mean, what a great cause. Cause dear to my heart. And let's make the shot for it, you know? Okay. I'm not much of a basketball player because when I was in middle school or high school, I wanted to get on the basketball team, but I, I was like a center. But then there's a guy named Cameron Boozer and Kaden Boozer. Oh, at that point I'm like, I cannot play basketball. That's. That's an NBA player there. That's not me. It's not. This is just like a state fair type game. State fair. Oh. Oh, nice. Good, good looking shot. 50,000. Oh. 50,000 now donation. In between those two, you're Fernando Mendoza. Come on, we know what you're about to. It's all right. One more. I'm joking. Last one, last one, last one. Bang. Nice win. We appreciate you stopping by. 50 grand to the charity of your choosing that you just described talking about in tackling ms, which we, yeah, we, we're thankful. We got to follow you, man. Honestly, you made me look really smart a couple different times for game day and I'm very, very grateful for that, that Oregon game, man. And I've said this a couple times this week has been. People have brought it up. They're like, how come you're the only one that liked Indiana? Whatever. It's like I think I was the only one that was like watching Indiana and I've never been more sure of something in my life that you guys are going to win that game in Oregon. And then watching you guys continue to get better through it all, the Penn State magic, let alone the everything that you guys did this year. So cool to watch. You made us all incredibly proud to be in Indiana and we enjoyed the hell out of the ride. You deserve everything coming to you. I appreciate it. I can't tell you enough how much everybody in the training room. Loves watching the Pat McAfee Show. How much the boys in the locker room enjoy the show because, you know, the media's treated Indiana way, you know, a certain way. But this show has been so great to us, and it's really like, it's the epitome of Indiana. Come on. Come on. Appreciate you. Hey, how about this? Muchos gracias, mi amigo. Gracious. Okay. Good to know you, you know, I mean. Yeah. See, See, I love that you're there. Ladies and gentlemen, Fernando Mendo. Her man, though. Thanks, buddy. Good luck. All right, let's take a break. Let's take a break. On the other side. We got Shefty here. I still, I believe. Nice. Go pass Kettles here as well. He's scooting around. You're the man. God bless you, quarterback. Did he see us? Generational. Yeah, he's a great guy. He's a great football player. He's a great guy. I don't know what else you can say. He was not the number one quarterback. Oh, yeah, it was more. What was that? College football playoff. I forget which game it was. Peach. Yeah. Peach boy. I'm up there sitting on the game day set. Fernando Mendoza's generation. We're talking about maybe the greatest of all time. Across the bottom, lower third, Mel Kuiper junior's projected draft. One, Dante Moore. Two, Fernando with an A next to it, maybe Bane on the other side. I'm like, what? What do we do? This guy's 6.5. I. I don't think that is the thing that's kind of talks about enough. He's a giant and he can spin it. And if you put him with a Raiders team that already has a running back, already has some weapons, if they can protect them, why not the Raiders debut in Fernando the trenches, Obviously a cush can tell you a lot more about it than I can, but you got to build around. You got to protect them and let him get out there and do what he does, obviously in the air, but he's a great athlete as well. He can get out there and hurt you with his legs. Which defense is. Huh? Yeah. All right, let's take a break. We got George Kittle, we got Schefter, and we wrapped the show up from radio Road the same way we've done the last few years. It's been so fascinating. Our experience here where what we expected it to be versus what it actually was, let alone the buzz being palpable from every single angle of this city. It's also been incredibly hospitable, clean, and it does feel as if there is a massive thing happening this weekend. And that's good news because this weekend a massive thing is happening. The biggest on earth, maybe the biggest football game in the history of ratings will happen between the Seattle Seahawks and the New England Patriots as the Seahawks remain four and a half point favorites for about two weeks straight now. Since the game has been set, this is how it has been. The public betting has been on the Seahawks side all the way up over 70% at one point. Over the last two weeks, the books have not budged. They think Sam Donald should win by at least five points against the New England Patriots. We cannot wait to watch. We'll give our official predictions here in a matter of moments. The talks tables here at Boston Conner and at Ty Schmidt. Ty, we got a good Iowan coming on. Feels like there's been a lot of Hawkeyes popping through here. I know, it's crazy, right? It kind of Always comes back to the Hawks. Mark Shapiro, you know, that was a pleasant surprise. I did want to, you know, maybe let him know, hey, you can look what Indiana just did. If you want to give 50 to $100 million to Iowa football, why is he not doing that? We could maybe go win a national championship. Mark Shapiro, incredibly good business person. I think he, he, he's kind of in the. So how does this work? So I'm just giving a bunch and we're hoping. Okay, okay, all right, let's do that. That is kind of how the nil world is. And that's what Signetti was selling at Indian like, hey, you give me the money, I'll find the right people. But there's been a lot of places they get the money, they don't find the right people. So is Kirk going to be one of the guys that helps if Mark Shapiro gives him 20 million. Are we going to get the right guys in there? Because I saw a quarterback transfer three, four, five times over the last couple years and Granowski certainly worked. If we're going to continue to hit like that, maybe Shapiro will be in. Yeah, I agree. I mean, I'm willing to go to the Supreme Court to try to get Granoski another year of Iowa football. I don't know know if it's going to happen. He was the MVP of the East West Shrine Game. So there's a chance that he's the number two quarterback taken behind Fernando Mendoza, probably number two, yeah. Maybe number two overall in the first round. So we'll see. But you know, yeah, it just that it's possible. And the guy who is going to be coming on like he, I, I told him too, hey, you can pony up a couple, couple mil. Pony up a couple. I mean he's in the middle of a lot of things, getting back to being healthy and everything like that. And we certainly love him. Is he the one that has this documentary IMAX rig following him around? Do you see this camera that's out here? I do, yeah. He's nodding. Yeah. That's unbelievable. That's really incredible. Yeah. I don't know what's happening, but they're making something special, as they should because he is one half of The Hammer Cowboys. AP Tony is here, nine year NFL vet Darius J. Butler is here. Super bowl champion A.J. hawk is here. And joining us right now, ladies and gentlemen, is a man who's a former fifth round overall driver, draft pick from Norman, Oklahoma, but an Iowa Hawkeye legend, two time first team all Pro, seven time Pro Bowler One of the founders of Tight End University, ladies and gentlemen, San Francisco 49er staple George Kittle. They see him rolling. The electricity vibrated. Got a headset right over there if you want it. Hey. Yeah, I should get up for you. Yes. Oh, hey, how you doing? Yeah, it's fine. No, you sit down. Yeah, no, that was on me. You're working, man. Yeah, no, no, no, I'm not at all, actually. You are the one working, actually. And I know that whenever you're around, I know that you're gonna smell so good. Thank you so much for bringing that great scent over here. What is that? What do you say? Everybody already got stuff. Yeah. Interesting. On my desk, too, when I came out here. How'd that get there? Well, because we're potentially Old Spice people. If you are. Oh, it smells good, right? You know, we're revamping our swagger over here. And look, you even got a little bar on the bottom. You're sitting your scent intensity. You could choose how strong your scent is now. Okay, so, like, you can have that huge aura like Trent Williams. Just kind of walk into a place, you own it. Or you could be more subtle and just kind of sneak around. So to be clear, I can't just turn it down on you. I. I tried to do that on the way over here. They're like, no, no, no, no, no. Each. Each scent has its own intensity. Yeah. So it's just basically telling you what you're doing. Like, yeah. Hey, am I walking in and smelling like. What was the ax? You remember ax? Used to be you'd walk in there and everybody knew you didn't take a shot. This guy didn't take a shower. That's what people would say. Now with the sun intensity here, it's like, hey, I'm actually not an ass cheeks. Wow. Ladies and gentlemen. Hey, you guys have had a hell a of a Super bowl week. I think. Don't you guys think from standing on each other's backs and stuff, I think you guys have been really crushing it. They've been good. Do you guys wear Old Spice or no? You want an Old Spice? Yeah, you are. Should we fired it out? What's your scent? Intensity. What's your scent? Intensity, Will. Yeah, that's what we're talking about. Nebraska. It's a Nebraska thing. Smelling like ass cheeks. Turn the scent intensity up. Hey, great work this week and season, boys. Proud of you guys. You guys are fantastic. Hey, in Nashville. Way to battle. Way to battle. Way to battle. You guys survived the war. Way to battle out there. Okay, let's get back to that Nashville, obviously, where you call home, too. I know I wasn't there. Very scary. We would like to send all to Nashville everywhere else we got power. We had. We had no power for, like, two weeks at our properties. Crazy. Which was kind of crazy. I know. I think they said all power is supposed to be back on the 8th, so I don't think there's even power back yet. It's scary for a lot of people. We obviously send positive vibes to everybody. You talk about power and then you talk about vibes. We got to talk about your stadium and your facility. Oh, what do you want to talk about? You know, Old Spice that we want to talk about? Oh, maybe old problems becoming very, very new in the world with the science that we have. You had. You've had three Niners on now, right? Same answer. Same answer. What'd they say? It's been there a long time. You're the fourth Niner, actually. Yeah. Jerry Rice been doing this now. Now, Christian McCaffrey said he turns off Wi Fi when he goes to bed. So we know that he certainly has looked into this. And certainly Christian's very aware. Yes, very aware. You all are there, right. Because of the world that we're in right now. Well, yeah. You know what? Kyle Juszek actually had a great point. He was like, look, as a professional athlete, you're doing anything you can to get 1% better. Red light therapy, ice tubs, you know, stem cells, whatever you're doing, trying to get 1% better drinking. Well, what. Yeah, what AJ did. Yeah, AJ. Ice cold. But what about something that is, like, making you 1% worse? And so, like, if this substation is making you 1% worse, wouldn't you want to know about it? Like, even if it's not like, a debilitating thing that's doing all the things that people are saying it's doing, it's making you 1% worse. Wouldn't you want to know about it? Yes, absolutely. I'm happy that we are, and we hope that they get to the bottom of it. Now, the other side is certainly going to say zero percent. Okay. It has been for other times, but it's also. When they built a stadium there, they quadrupled the size of the whole substation. So it's like. So when some people were practicing there back in the day was this little thing, probably the size of this space right here. And now it's a massive, like, multiple football fields big. So a little bit different energy coming off that thing since They've expanded it. Yeah, but you're a big Godzilla guy, so, like, that should power you. The power. My one argument is like, yeah, so we have been a very high energy team and people want to put blame on that. Now I will say Fred Warner does practice there and he trains her year round. So did he just, like, absorb the electromagnetic stuff? And he's only been hurt, like, once in his career. So is it like, people who leave and then come back are affected more than the people who stay there year round? Maybe. And hopefully they'll get to the bottom of it. We appreciate the fact that you know your body and you are so incredibly hard working and in tune with your body, which is why we know you recover from this. Oh, I'm excited about this. Sucks, dude. I. I know you have the mindset of a positive one. Sure. And I texted you in real time. You send me back like, I'm not dead. I appreciate that mindset, but that is not how the season is supposed to go for you. And. And like, you, I think you agree with that. How quickly do you have to kind of flip the mindset around? Oh, I mean, I did it pretty quickly, like, for my mri. And then what my surgeon said, like, he was like, you got a lot of good news behind you, man. Like, you're very lucky where you tore it, how you tore. He was like, just dominate your rehab and you're going to play a lot of football games next year. Like, you're not going to miss 10 games. Like, you're going to play a lot of football. It's like, all right, sounds good. Was that before or after you had somebody deliver you a tequila bottle in the locker room? No, that. So that. That time period was pretty depressing. That's when you texted me. I was like, well, I'm not dead, but I did get tequila. Got to hang out with my parents and my wife, and that was really fun. And then, you know, they made me feel really good. And then we won the game in Philadelphia, and then the team let me fly home on the wives. Had a PJ to the game, so I got to fly home on the PJ and lay on a couch instead of in a little chair on the. Wow. So miked up, wifed up is actually coming in good for rehab. Okay. So this is. It's good for the team. Team. Huge for the team. This is like whenever Guerrero was up there for TB12. Yeah, exactly. You know, kind of helping out. Miked up, wiped up is actually. I didn't even think about the positive Side of it all. Huge positives. Yeah. From a medical standpoint, but also good for the brand. Which leads to Seattle Seahawks. Not a lot of people know a lot of their team. Patriots. Not a lot of people know a lot of the team. You guys, though, rock stars. Yeah. Legit. At this stage. You have a lot of people. Yeah, we have a lot of people. I think so. I think you guys are absolute rocks stars. Very famous. I agree. I think this 49ers team, very locked in cement. How do you feel about representing this city? Because. Can we talk about it a little bit? You're from Normal. Norman. Went to Iowa. Yeah. I'm from Pittsburgh. Went to West Virginia. Live in Indianapolis. We've been told this place is a hole. That is. We've been told that. We've been told that for a long time. Hey, legit. We. You live here. Yeah. But we outside of here, not been here. Yeah. Told this is going to be. This place has been gorgeous. It has been incredible. You could feel. You feel it's a football town. Do you feel the same way? And how much do you have to speak about that? Well, like, one thing I love is, like, I feel like San Francisco just, you know, it's always like the abundant of a joke for all these people that want to talk about it. And then you get here and like, oh, it's actually a beautiful city with awesome food, great scenery, the weather's fantastic. Like, awesome vibes, plenty to do. It's like, it's actually a really fun place to be. And now, unfortunately, I live like an hour south here. So, like, I'm not in San Francisco all the time because our facilities down in Santa Clara. But when I'm up here, I thoroughly enjoy it. Like, it's a really fun city to be a part of. It is fun, fun city. And you. There is a buzz in the city. Like, if you come up, like, when the warriors are rolling or when the Giants are rolling or when we're rolling, there's a buzz in the city. And I. I'm actually jealous because I don't live up here, so I don't get to feel that buzz all the time. Where do you live? You live out of sticks or something like that? Do you live right on top of the electric plant? I'm underneath it. Nice. Oh, like Splinter? Who? I don't know. The master Splinter. No proper metaphor there. I think so. I don't really know that he lives in the sewer, so. Yeah, you could. Yeah, that's fair. I'm an Iowa guy. I'm Gritty. I'm not a Nebraska guy like Will. You know, I don't need everything pretty, but. No, I live like 20 minutes south of the facility. No, I live up in the hills. It's beautiful. What year is this for you coming up? Year 10, baby. Congratulations. That's awesome. Not easy. Yeah, I'm really excited. There's. There's a wall when you walk into the Niners facility and has 10 year vets. So anyone that's played 10 years, the last one is Joe Staley, and then the next two will be me and Kyle. You check. So I'm pretty excited. I get. I get to be sandwiched right in between Joe Staley and Kyle. Use check. I'm pretty. That's right where you're supposed to be. AJ has a question for you. Old Spice. Yeah. What's up? What's it look like the next, like three or four months for this? You know? Do you have a whole plan in place? You already work. Can you take that boot off? They have you moving it like. Oh, yeah, yeah. How it all works. I'm literally only in this when I'm like, outside of my. Outside of my house. When I'm at my house. Like, the nice thing is too, like, my trainers are coming to me right now, which is really convenient, but I do a whole bunch of, you know, ISO holds, ankle stuff. Basically, I have like a three inch heel lift in my boot right now. So, like, I could like stand up on this right now and just kind of hang out. But walking. See, we're not doing that yet. I'll be in a shoe next week, and I'll be back and forth between a shoe and a boot. And then I'm on crutches for like another two to three, four weeks, and then I'm rolling again. Where are you training it? You're training out here or back in Nashville? I will be. I'll be in Nashville starting next week. Because you have a full facility, right? That I do. And I'm excited to use it again. Yeah. And it feels like, I mean, if anybody would be prepared for this type of rehab, it would be you with your son. I am excited to attack something different, I would say. My dad tore both of his Achilles, so, you know, he's giving me a bunch of tips in the family. Bruce is going to be in the family. Yeah, I know. It's hereditary. Is he. Has he been practicing around electric substations? No, he tore his back to back years. Was his. He was like 51 and 52. He told that's a good time. That's a good time to do it. That's Kaboli numbers right there. Yeah, that's tough. But you know, hey, he came back from. And he bikes 50 miles a day, so I think I can do it. Yeah. Score some tods. No. Why not run some people's faces through their face, man. I'll still be able to headbutt people. Yep. It feels like that's coming back in the game. It should. I know you were never that way. You're always like, laughing face. I'll do the whole psycho thing and block people and love doing that. Because dad offensive lineman, I do believe. But it does feel like the football is getting a little bit more violent, a little bit more physical again. Do you agree with that? It needs to. A little bit more edge. It feels like. Yeah, it needs to. It's, you know, it's not a friendly game. And yes. Like, am I joking around out there? Yeah. But when the whistle blows and like I'm hitting people in the face, like that's what my job is and I thoroughly enjoy doing that one thing. It does need to be more physical. I still think they need to like work on roughing the passer. I think that's just outrageous. Still. Well, let's not get into all the reffing stuff. Actually. We fix that. That's how. Like how. How do we fix it? Remember jj, they're going to call JJ Watt. Oh, yeah. And he's going to do this number. I just don't think like. Like if you get hit in the head, I don't feel like that should be a thing. Unless it's like someone hits you helmet to helmet or something like that. On a quarterback, which is. It's a football player. If a D line's swiping to hit a ball and you accidentally hit a quarterback in the head, that shouldn't be a 15 yard penalty. Agreed. Yeah. Just like stop making it so easy on offenses. Well, why don't you say this to somebody? Go to Roger Goodell, say, hi, I'm George Kittle. I got ideas. This is Pat. He has the most popular show on ESPN and in the world. He has some something to say. We've said it. We're not doing lying out here. Okay. Our show exists. It certainly does. More people are watching it now than they should. I will say, I don't know. You guys are pretty entertaining. Thank you, George. You guys are too. I think it's really because AJ's here in person. It's on Zoom. How do you Feel about that. The vibe of him around. He doesn't say a lot, but his aura is high. Oh, he's always saying something, though. I haven't heard him much this so far. Oh, yeah, well, that's because he's on mushrooms right now. Oh, okay. Really? Deot has a question for you as well. Hey, the offense, everybody wants a piece of the Shanahan or McVey off. They do, don't they? Every coaching cycle you'll see three or four. Your next new whiz kids get hyped. What is it about your office? Obviously, I, I'm. You got to have the players, you got to have the Jimmies and Joe's out there. But what is it specifically about your offense that everybody loves right now? I think it's just like, there's just so many different, like, variations of it. Like, there's so many ways to do it. And if you have like a solid offensive line, tight end, running back, like, you do all the run game stuff. Like, you see how we do it. We have juice and a tight end. And you look how the Rams do. And they used three tight ends or they're just an 11 personnel with one tight end. Like, and it's the same run plays, basically. And then you can just all do all the play action keeper stuff off of it. And like, I just think guys like that. Intuitive thinking. I think a lot of the coaches that come out of Shanahan's coaching tree right now are all like, kind of. I don't want to say whiz kids, but they're all just kind of like these smart guys who sit in a dark room and look at film 247 and they're just like, really like, oh, we like this. But we're going to make this play look like this now. And you can make an entire. You can make like one formation and you can run 10 plays out of it and the defense will never know what's coming. I think just guys really, really like that and the efficiency of our offense. Do you fight the other Old Spice guy for Old Spice dominance or how's that kind of good? No, that is the Old Spice guy. No, he could. He could whoop my ass. And yours. Definitely mine. Yeah. George Kittle. I'm on a scooter right now. I could run someone over. Yeah, man. You should put a sword on the front of it. Death Race. Yeah, Sometime. Give me a lance. Yes, exactly. Oh, you. You in a night thing. Oh, yes, I would have fun with that. Who else is on these things? Have we seen Anybody else rolling around here? Micah Parsons had one. Yes. That be fun. That'd be fun. He's def. I'd go for his knees, but yes. Please don't. He just had n. I know. That's what's up. Oh, yeah. You're a Packer guy. Yeah. Oh, yeah. That's fun. Ty actually has a question for you. I assume it's about to be the Hawks. I was going to ask about the Hawks. Ask a Hawk question first. Okay. Sounds like he wasn't. Well, no, I was. I. I was. What's your question? You know, you know Brock Purdy very well, and I know you're an Iowa guy. We talked about it a little bit backstage. There's. And I think he. He realized it yesterday, too. There's a chance Iowa State's never good again. There's no chance. Yeah, they. I mean, program literally gutted on the way out, you know, it's just terrible for all those people, but horrible. Knowing Brock the way that you do and how big of a competitor he is, etc. Etc. It looked like he wanted to tell me to my face, you and smack the teeth out of my mouth. But he didn't. But he didn't. He was wearing a Toyota Thon jacket. He did not. Yeah, it's a cute jacket. Do you think that is an accurate read, though? Because, I mean, we kind of saw Brock come into his own a little bit more Y this year. But do you think. Get. That is an accurate read, and he also knows that I'm right. Iowa State's not going to be able to anymore. You know what? As a person from Iowa, and I love the state of Iowa, I want Iowa State to get good again. I just don't know how that's going to happen. It's going to be tough. But Brock is a feisty. He's a feisty guy. You know, when we golf and stuff, he likes to go out there and compete. He likes to, you know, you know, compete with Juice Me Christian. He likes to go out there with the boys. He's a very, very competitive person. He talks a lot of. That's just kind of what he does. It's so. I think, you know, when you put a camera on him, he's trying to be, hey, you know, I'm the quarterback for the San Francisco 49ers. There's a lot that goes into, you know, go. Goes into that. And I was like, you know what? Brock, just. Just be yourself, man. So he's getting more comfortable with the whole thing. But he almost Murdered them. Yeah, he. We saw it in his eyes multiple times. He gets pissed. Yeah. Yeah. They were trying to as well. As soon as they saw he was sitting like this, casual. And then Ty says something. He said, see him look over. And then you. Ty and Connor sense a little. Oh, there was. There's a little moment there. Keep doing it. The next time he goes on the show, keep doing it. We don't know if that'll happen. It will. He's never coming back. No, he will. He's a good guy. I don't know. Ty and Connor said some. I mean, they were trying. We got him. I got him good. I was just saying Ames is a hole. Oh, it is. And he hates charity. And then. And he loves him. Say he hates charity. This guy catches. That's so mean. I love it. George, what were your stats? How many? What I do? You tell me. 1800. You're trying to compare yourself to George Kittle and Brock Purdy's life? See, George Kittle says it. I'm allowed to say it. This guy's been his number one, basically, since he became starter for the Niners. Hey, you know what? Some things just don't die. I went to Iowa. He went to Iowa State. You know, that's how it's always going to be. It is. You know, it is fair. Yeah. But I wish Brock, with that Toyota Thon jacket, would have taken the jacket off and say, you know what? This ain't about Twitter. Take it down. I'm kicking your ass. So cool. Yeah. Yeah. So would we. We would have been sitting here having a great. There would have been. Did you see Robert Irwin yesterday? Yeah, I did. You know, I'm actually disappointed in Robert. Why? The Rams got him to do, like, a hype video for the Rams fans for going to Australia. I'm like, no, Robert. No. You're a Niners fan. Yeah. How'd they get to him so fast? That's because they had the decision already made that it was going to be the Rams. Rams. The Niners just happened, right? That. That was the big announcement. Oh, that's what it was. He was the only one that knew. I love Robert Irving. Like, I follow him online. I follow all of his videos. He's a psychopath. I don't know how they do that stuff. Yes. Hilarious. Incredible. He's so cool. So cool. Loves the Rams, Danny. Oh, yeah. No, he doesn't. Love him. Big Rams. Oh, my gosh. They pay. They pay him. It's nil. They pay him. Here's this video, actually. We Heard. Yeah, I know. Can you go back to beginning Luan? I need to hear the accent. Yeah. It's so. G', day, Rams. Good day. I know you guys are coming down under to Australia. I am so excited. I love it. You guys up against the 49ers. You're gonna have to bring your A game. I know you will. And I hope to see you at Australia Zoo. Let's go wrangle some crocodiles. Hey. Get you warmed up. Is that an open invite? Yeah. He didn't really proclaim himself as a Rams fan. No, he didn't. He kind of. He. He's. He. Robert, he's Steve Irwin. You're going to have to bring it. Yeah, he's unbelievable. You have to bring it. So that's kind of a compliment to us. Like you're going have to bring your aame if you want to beat the Niners. Okay. So you found out about Australia yesterday like the rest of us that you're playing down there. Yes, I did. How excited are you for that? Yes. I mean, my fair. I've only done one international game. That was Mexico City. So like, not that hard of a flight. That was pretty fun too, because that was basically a home game for us, cuz Mexico city loves the 49ers. Oh, sure. It'll be a great time though. I'm looking forward to it. I've never been. I'm excited for the 16 hour flight from San Francisco. It's gonna be great. Me and Christian will be sitting right next to each other for the whole flight and I'm probably gonna annoy him the entire time. Let me tell you, as somebody who did the flight, while you're in it, you think, this is the worst thing I've ever done in my life because you're just flying over water. Yeah. So you start thinking and there's no Internet. Okay. So you're just kind of trapped in there. So you literally think to yourself, if something was go wrong, where are we? Oh, okay. Nowhere, literally. And you're eight hours in. Guess what? Nothing. Still, you're ten hours in, nothing. You're just out there by yourself with your thoughts. So there's a lot of mental toughness that's going to have to happen. But once you get there, you think to yourself, wow, this is like a movie. It's so nice. Australia is beautiful. Once you get there, just the trip is ass. I mean, the trip is ass. There's no. You could take advantage of it. Like I could just watch the entire extended cut of Lord of the Rings could. That's like. What is that, 12 hours? Are you a Game of the Thrones fan? I do like Game of Thrones. Like, Lord of the Rings is the best cinema ever recorded. But, like, I do like Game of Thrones. Okay. I don't. I don't know even how to debate what you just said. I'm sure there's a lot of people that disagree with you, but I. Well, if you do, you're wrong. This. What would beat that? Like Mighty Ducks, I guess. Three. Yeah. Disrespect. What? Mighty Ducks? Is that what you're saying? The Lord of the Rings? Yeah, dude, when they go to Eden Hall. Yeah, yeah, for sure. Triple deke. Yeah. No, no, it's fantastic. It's great cinema. It's just not, you know, it's not the best. Game of Thrones. Are you like the Mountain? Absolutely. Love Game of Thrones. Besides, the last season, this ruined it for everybody. Was that the one where Starbucks cups and everything? Yeah, yeah, they kind of mailed it in. They mailed it in? What, did they have the Mountain dude at last year? Did he do any squats? Cut a horse's head off of it? Oh, he did. Him and his brother got into it pretty good. That was a good fight there. There were some good scenes, but the way that they tied the thing together was horrible. I hated it. So are you a critic? You feel like you're pretty good critic there? It sounds like, I love movies, I love TV shows, I watch everything. I love it. So Australia won't be that bad of a trip at this. No. Like, I. I will sit there and I promise you I'll go through probably all the hobbits. Lord of the Rings, maybe. Maybe get a Matrix or a Star wars film, too. Why don't you watch some film, George? I'm not doing the thing in my office. I don't have to watch a lot of film because as long as I know what the plays are, they're built to go against any defense. What year are you in this system? 10. Oh, so it's been the whole time? Yeah. Oh, my God. Yeah. So it's like, as long as I know what the plays are. Like, the only thing I watch on film now. Like, I'll watch a defensive end, like, to see how he sets an edge or how he pass rushes. Like, if there's a certain movie does. And I'll watch how a guy plays me, plays me, man coverage. Like, that's really it. I don't have. I don't have to break down a Defense, like, you're like, okay, this is the run play. You're going to do this to this. I'm like, all right, so good. Good for you. That's a good place to get to. Has a question. It's not easy. How come Seattle's defense was really good against you guys? Oh, I said, why are they so good? I mean, me watching film's not going to help that their defense is so good. Well, what they do, they play their defense. Really reminds me a lot of the defense I had in 2019 where they. They come off the ball, they hit you in the face really, really hard. They penetrate against the line of scrimmage. Your offensive line is always in the backfield. And then their DBs take advantage of that because, like, when you only have to rush four guys and it's like four good players, especially when you have elite defensive tackles in the inside, then your DBs are only covering for three, four seconds instead of five, six seconds, right? Not six, seven. That's over. Yeah, that is it. Dead. Yeah. I hope you didn't bring it back. I was doing it for a time there. That's when I really thought I was a sellout because that's not really my thing. I don't do the dances. I don't do it. And then she's. Ha, ha ha. I really felt like I was part of the problem. Catchy. I really felt you're a tik tok guy there for a little bit. So stop. We gotta got him talk. He's back, actually. Congrats. Talk. Well done. Every hour for eight hours yesterday. I think he got some food poison. He is back. Oh, that's super tough. I don't. Super. Yeah, that is talk football. I don't know much about the talk, but six, seven. Did have a little bit of a run. I would say it did. I thought, oh. So where I live down here, about an hour south, there, there's like. It's called the Los Gatos light show. And it's like they take out this whole park, then the whole thing's Christmas lights. It's like a 20, 25 minute drive. You go there with your kids, you just drive. There's all these cool Christmas lights everywhere. And so I did it for the first time this year, and I'm driving in it. My windows are down, and all these kids are like out of their sunroof, hanging out of the windows, and they're all. Every car drive past is just screaming at me, six, seven, six, seven. I'm like, oh, my gosh. What is going on? Yeah, I was so. And my wife was like, roll up the window, George. I'm like, no. So I started yelling 89 back at all of them. Oh, see, you were trying to. Yeah, you're an influencer. I was. You know what? None of them knew who I was, which was kind of funny. And I was just screaming 8, 9 at them as they scream 67 at me. Okay, good question. 10 years here, I assume. Yeah, yeah. You're mayor of this place. Oh, actually, I met the mayor just a couple days ago at the Pro Bowl. It was nice. What'd you think? He's. He's a nice guy. Okay. Yeah. What didn't you like about him? Hold on. No, we had some preconceived. I did not like anything. He's a local. Local. So I. What'd you think? You know, because we're getting that guy's a game. And I, I said, he was on the show, wasn't he? Yeah, he was really good. He was very good. But I said, coming in. Yeah. Preconceived notions. I said, this guy kind of reminds me of a smarmy prick. Oh, bastard was what he said. Call him a bastard, smarmy bastard right to his face. Oh, I didn't say it to his face. Yes, he did. But I would have. But no. And. And by the end of it, I was like, you know what? This guy's pretty good. Good. This guy's gold. Yeah. I Talked for like 10 minutes after the Pro Bowl. He was talking to me and Christian and yeah, he's nice guy. I like them a lot. Well, how about you make the city a little better? Will you attempt a shot? Oh, yeah, sure. Okay. Oh, that's a bouncy ball. State fair. This is state fair basketball. Okay. So it's going to be tough to shoot if you make this $50,000 to a charity of your choosing. Oh, I was about to throw the hell out of this football. I mean, basketball. I'll actually shoot it. Hold on, hold on. There you go. Might that might have. You should have told me that you do that we potentially go, you know what, good. And do the donation. But since you told us new gimmick now, I think you're gonna have to make it. George Kittle, legend here in San Francisco. Yeah. You could have blindsided us with the thing. Yeah, no, no. Cuz you already told us you're George. Feels more like a dodgeball. It does. Oh. See if you can hit anybody. Really? No. Come on. We had this with you. We had this with you the other day last year. I know. You threw it. You. You almost hit my mom last year. Oh, no, but I didn't. I would never do that. I. I think you should make the donation. Just because you almost hit my mom. But I didn't, though, you know, Cuz I knew I was. She still thinks about it. She scared? Well, let her know she's an angel. I would never. Trauma. Emotional trauma. No, it's a pizza. It just. Oh. Pretty athletic looking shot, though, especially with the lean back there with the boot on the scooter. Good board. Thank you so much. That's a good pass into George K. Oh, that was more fun. Okay, one more attempt here. This for $50,000. Oh. Oh, that was good. We're getting there. Hey, that's Pete. That's my guy. Hey. Oh, he just tried to hit your Achilles. Oh. Oh. Oh, man. I don't have a good range of motion right now. We're falling apart, boys. No, no, hold on. Last attempt here. For real. All right, cool. I'll sit up. Okay, let's lock in. Please, please. I'm done with the around. Okay. I'm gonna flip your desk. That's what I'm saying. That's the. You're not worried about making a hoop? Then we'll kick your scooter over. Yeah, you can try. Get over here. Come on. You're so tough. Bite your ankle. 50,000. Oh, you're the man. That's right. Showed my wife out here she can shoot. I can't. Is she out here? No, she's not, unfortunately. She's working, though. She's working. She was just si. CoverGirl yesterday. Sports Illustrated swimsuit model. What? Yeah. Congrats, Claire. That's pretty sick. I know. Lucky me. Really? Lucky me. No, lucky you that you guys love each other and so publicly still love each other. With all the attention that has been brought to you guys legit. It's pretty cool. Like, reality TV show couples never work because there's always some sort of situation. You guys have both become very popular running your own thing and still get along very well. It's fun to watch. It's inspiring. I say. Would say for others, we thoroughly enjoy each other. Yeah. As long as, like, you know, you're good friends with your wife, you're gonna have a good time. Yeah. And you like your wife? She doesn't like me, but I do like her. Yeah. Everyone's like, well, yeah, well, you love each other. I'm like, yeah, but do you like your person that you're hanging out with every single day. Like that's a big difference. Like, do you actually like them? You and Claire? I feel like do. Yes. Yeah, it's awesome. I love it. I get home from work, I'm like, what TV show are you watching tonight? She's like, Lord of the Rings. No, actually I did. I got Claire to set her phone down aside side no phones. We watched the first two Lord of the Rings movies, extended cuts and she went through all of them. She's like, wow, these movies are actually really good. And I said, hell yeah they are, man. That's awesome. She'll just lie to you. Like, that's nice, isn't it? Yeah, it's great. It's great. Hey, listen, I'd rather somebody be nice to me for the wrong reasons than be mean to me for the right reasons. I've always said that that's nice. People are always like, well, they're fake to you and that's why they're being nice. I don't care. It feels a lot better on my end whenever they're being. I don't know that lie to my, my face. Please. Yes, please, please, please. Especially if we're going to watch Lord of the rings for 40 hours. I don't know how long those movies are. Long extended cut is what, three and a half? 345 and the last one's 425, I think. Jeez. Such a film. Okay, ladies and gentlemen, you don't fall asleep. Last shot here. I love those movies. George, I get one more. No, hold on. You're Gandalf. To be so sick. What is that? This is Powers. He's a Lord Wizard. He's a wizard. Are got a G off the gray. He's got a six staff. The gray. Is he in the gray. It's getting off the gray. And then he dies and he comes back to gain off the white. What's sick is in his staff, he actually has it. He has a built in holder for his pipe. And then Lord of the Rings, they all smoke a bunch of weed. Yeah. Really? Yeah. So they got a peace pipe, Kids. It's crazy. Actually. I didn't know that until I was hobbits. It's. Yeah, it's from. It's from the Shire. The orcs are bad. They're not kids, they're hobbits. Let's go ahead and hit that peace piping. Let's go Old Spice. I stop twice. All right, we see you, man. Hey, you gave me a lot of shots. I appreciate it. I mean I tried my Best. Yeah. For the good of the city. For the good of George. Cuz you spent a lot of time with us. We appreciate you. We're big fans, brother. Yeah. Thanks, guys. Love you, George. You guys are awesome. Thank you, George. Spice set Intensity available. Now don't be smelling like an when you walk in the place if you don't have to. Set. Yeah, there it is. Hey, you don't have to be looking like an. If you don't want to. Oh, I don't know if you're going to be able to get out that way. Georgo. See you, Georgo. Thank you, Georgio. Thank you. Let's not get too comfortable on this thing. He's pretty good on it. In an hour. Hey, what's that? You're maneuvering it pretty darn good, though. Yep. Oh, how was your game? That was in the pay. Yeah, $10. Yeah, $10 donation, actually. All right. See you, Georgio. See you, dude. All right, George. Bye, George. All right, Bab. All right, George. Appreciate you, George. That was a good ass slap. Yeah, it was. That was a good ass slap. No hand claps or ass slaps, George. KD says I don't want to hear it. I'm a roll out of here. And smack that. And he certainly did. Joining us now, ladies and gentlemen, it's time. Yes. Yes, it is. Come on. The Storm and Mormon. Oh, a man who's been a Super bowl champion before with the New England Patriots about to be friend of the program we think all off season. Had no idea he showed up this late. Gonna be honest excited to talk to him. He's gonna bring good juice. We love him. Ladies and gentlemen, Kyle Vandoor. Kyle, what's up, man? Kyle, great to see you clean. Gotta get up. Hi, Kyle. Great shoes, Kyle. The hospitable hook. It smells good. Does. What are you doing here? Are you selling anything? Do we need to talk about what you're selling? Okay. I like that you're selling ball. I like that we're always selling. We're always buying ball, too. Bricks. Those are real. It's like bricks. The phrasing there. Yeah, that's chocolate. That ain't cocaine. Okay. Cocaine. We're not moving. Like, how you doing, brother? How's life? I'm so blessed, man. First of all, I always gotta say thank you, you guys appreciate you guys, you. I've been just going around, obviously, and you guys are obviously some of my OGs in this workspace and media, so I appreciate. But watching you guys and seeing the joy you bring people, I mean, you Got have set the standard now. And I just want to say thank you for. We appreciate you. You're multiple time super bowl champion. We're lucky that you join us. Okay. We are lucky that you join us. We're thankful that you join us. What year are you going into next year? If you. 13. If we get to play. Yes. Hopefully get to play 13th year. Yeah, obviously. Multiple times super bowl champ. You've been around. Whenever you think about this week and all the Boom, boom. Knew they'd be here. My sorry. So sorry. Sorry, so sorry. The boom boys. Oh, my God. I'm so. Boom, boom. Five. Boom, boom, boom, Boom, Boom. Hell, yeah. I didn't know they were still breathing. You're swole, bro. Dynasty. Swole is boom. Holy shit. Good to see you guys. Congratulations. Thank you so much. I know you're a worker, obviously, I've seen seeing you guys, whole family getting in on the gimmick and getting to eat off of it. That's awesome, dude. You guys should be pumped for that. No? No problem. Hey, for what you guys have accomplished, we'd like to give you 10. I think I was 10. I think I was 10. Yeah. Hey, congratulations. You guys are awesome. Hell, yeah. Hell, yeah. That was awesome. Yeah. What was your problem? Dream come true. What was your problem? That's your team grab. Why weren't you. I. I did say boom. It caught me off guard. But I did say do the boom. I didn't do the arm, but I said boom. Do you know the boom boys, though? I do now. The Boca Raton boy. Come on, dude. That's the boom boys. That's a heavyweight. Heavyweight champion of the world. Aw, you can tell. Yeah, I know. Kyle, Kyle, I don't know. I don't know how you feel about the boom stuff. And I want to let you know. You need to go on board. I'm on board. Hey, buy in. Boom. Boom. We're getting him. We're getting him. We're getting Boom boom. Boom, Boom, boom. That was a dream for us. Thank you for that. Yes. Wow. Now, they can't hear us right now because we're talking in a microphone, but if that was like a year ago, we'd be much more pumped up about it. But I'm still pumped up. I'm so pumped up. We appreciate you guys. Isn't there speakers in the crowd? Oh, they can hear me. No, I love you guys. I do. They. This is a year ago. This is dad signed. Have you heard the Christmas nephew? I think the whole thing, they literally put the whole family on booming on fools. You would like them. Big justice and Big Costco. Boom, boom. We're very thankful, Kyle. Let's talk about Super Bowl. Let's talk about. You got Big justice roaming around. I mean, you got so many distractions. Okay. You got booming all over the place. Okay. Got George Kittle rolling around here. If you're in the game, how much of this stuff do you know is happening? Like, how much of this are you thinking about or knowing that? That's a great question. Because all of it doesn't matter if you don't win. You have the family pictures that you have, you know, with your family. You get to go to the stadium and have family pictures. That doesn't mean as much if you don't win. It really. That's just how it goes. You fail the season, you have the confetti fall on your face after you lose the game. I just. Just everything doesn't matter after that. But when you do win, having those family times on the football field, taking pictures with the coaches and the players, you get that forever. And I've been able to experience that time, you know, that moment twice to win. But to be able to look back on the two weeks and the preparation and the whole year, it means that much more when you win versus you lose. And someone's going to have that if you lose. You weren't even in a Super Bowl. No, it doesn't matter. Legit. I was well been, you know, out. Out. Yeah. And maybe not even make the playoffs. That is kind of how it's viewed in the locker room, too. You lose the super bowl in the locker room, you just think to yourself, okay, we have the shortest offseason. Everybody else, and we didn't win. That is literally. I was there my rookie year, had no idea how hard it was going to be that we were never going to get backs. And then you get a pat on the back, like you made it to the super bowl, like getting invited to events. This guy was in a Super Bowl. Yeah. It's like, all right, this is great. Would be. I'm a loser. Yeah, it would be cool to be on the other side of this. Although I had really no say in how any of that went. A lot of people get blamed for why we lost that game, and I'm not one of them. So I'm pretty pumped up about that. But we didn't win, so we didn't have the moment. You're right. I was blamed into mine. When we lost against the Eagles. Tom throws for 500 and we couldn't get off a football field on defense. So long off season. Oh, long, long, long off season. AJ has a question for you, Kyle. Yeah, speaking of those two super bowl wins, who. How was the post game? Like the post. The team party and who performed at those? Also on your. In your loss, did someone perform or was there a part? Yeah, so let me start with the loss because we gotta talk about. It's. The wins are better, but the loss. I actually almost got in a fight after because they have fans that are there after that pay to go. Really? Are there? A bunch. A bunch. And so I'm having a good time. When a pays to go, they want their money's worth. Yes. So let me get a picture. I'm like, I don't want. Let me get a picture. And I was like, hell no. And they're like, hell yeah. So I'm talking to my family. They're consoling me because I'm pissed. It's cold. It's in Minneapolis where it was like negative 40. Yeah, exactly. You lose the game and then you walk out and you lose again. It was crazy. But after that, you're in there and fans, they pay. There's people performing and people want pictures still because they pay a lot of money to be at that after party. Well, I'm not feeling pictures after I lose. And these two, three dudes were ready to fight me for a picture. And my dad's like, holding me back. My brother, like, grabbed me and like took me away. Luckily we got out of there. But let's celebrate the wins because Snoop Dogg is a very good friend of Robert Kraft. And so when they win, I would put money on that. Snoop Dogg is going to be at that performance. Might be indulging in something, but he's having a good time. He is having a great time. I don't know. I just said indulgence. A lot of dancing he actually had. He'll have pool girls dancing. That's how crazy it gets. Oh, really? Yes. That would be talking. That's why you weigh super. Hey, you weighing Super Bowl. I had Meek Mill dreams of nightmares. It was kind of crazy because. Hold up, wait a minute. Yeah, he played the week or he played the year before for the Eagles and then was like, I'mma come back in on the winning team again and perform for the. Well, I think Robert Kraft helped get him out of jail too. So I think. I think quite. He signed up real quick. Wait a minute. Yeah, I will. I will say you. If Rick Ross. I think Kraft is known for having incredible celebrations because they have been there so much and they know what to do. Yeah. But I like his parties at his house that much more. That's a little intimate setting. No fans, no nothing. It was at his house. And it brings fire. It's like you get a comedian to start it off. He actually likes to. Appetizers are going to be a little bit of Popeyes for all of us to start it off, and then we have a nice meal. We like that. That does sound great. And you guys up there in New Eng had so much time to get used to what the right move is. Yes. There are some people who don't follow ball as closely. Who? I asked them about the super bowl, and they say New England's won too much. I don't want to see them win. They don't even know. That's like a brand new team up there, basically. How do you kind of view it? As old school Patriots guy and now this brand new but very similar Patriots team that's kind of happening right now in front of us. Yeah. I think it's the blueprint because Rabel was a part of that. I think he's obviously made it. Patriots 2.0. That's what I'll call it. Patriots 2.0. Because he still has the mindset of the previous. No, excuse me, two previous people. Sorry. Mayo, the previous coach before that. Sorry. And Bill Belichick. Not a Hall of Famer. Yeah, yeah, sorry. Not a Hall of Famer, which is crazy. Robert Kraft as well. Not a Hall of Famer. Brutal. But venator, though. Shot good. Hall of Famer. Yeah. Good for him. That was awesome. Were you shocked? It was. They picked the Colts jersey to represent. So I don't think in the NFL there is not a. You don't pick who you're going in as. No, I know. But as the photo, the hall of Fame, the graphic graphics. So for Peyton, they put him in a Broncos, like, whenever he left. It was just the last team he played. Yeah. When he left the Colts, you never saw him in a Colts jersey. Like, he was in a Broncos jersey for, like, five years after he retired. And I think they just potentially go with most recent team. Okay. But on that note, whenever they announced the entire class, he was in a Patriots jersey, So I think they put him up there. This one, they had him in a Patriot. Cool. But in the NFL, you don't have to select which team you're going in as. Which is very good news. That is. I. I've asked that. Being awkward. I've asked him that since, like year two of me with the Colts. It's like, hey, when you go in, who you going to go in? And he's like, I don't have to do that. And then like a year later I get boozed up or something. I'm like, so what are you doing? Yeah. It's like I would always ask him and it doesn't matter, but I think because Kraft is not in and Bill's not in, I do think Vinnie is like, representing for the New England team. So I think there will be a good collaboration, hopefully. Like that. Do you think they do the same thing to Tom now? What do you mean? Make him not get in? Because no. Well, we would have said that about Bill. Hope not. Can't do that. Can't do it, right? Hope not. There's no way. If not, then we're lighting it on fire, correct? The whole process. Yes, yes, yes. Because even Tony Dungy, who is getting attacked for maybe not voting for Bill Bell play the fifth. He did, but he also said, I hate the process. Like, everybody has said that they hate the process and how it works. I don't know if they're ever going to get it right. But I do know, like, hall of Fame still means something and we need it to continue to mean. I agree. More players should be in it. The process next year. There's like 13 guys that could potentially be first. And I do believe everybody should have a say. Media, front office, people that are well deserving, that have the credentials and players. Hall of Famers. Correct if they want to. Correct if they watch ball. Correct. Yeah. Because not everybody that is watches player watch. Watch this ball. You know, that is pretty apparent, especially during these radio road weeks. Some ex legends will drop in there. What do you think of Seahawks? I'll tell you what Mac Jones has been able to do with his second opportunity up here in Seattle. This guy, Sam Darnold's his name. Yeah, that's what same guy. There's a lot of that. So the people that know should be able to get in there is how we all feel. I'm happy you feel the same way, D. But has a question for you. You. You obviously know we got to make our picks here so soon, so I got to hear it from you. These two quarterbacks, I want to know, and I'll assume you have a dog in the fight, but I want to know which. Go ahead, Barry. Tom Brady, which quarterback? Yeah, but which quarterback do you expect to have the better performance against these defenses that they're Facing the Super Bowl. That's a great question. Obviously I'm going with the Patriots 2 smart all decade linebackers, so got to go with my squad. Hell yeah. Not a big deal. Drake May, Josh McDaniels has done an unbelievable job. He's still raw as we can see during the playoffs. Still making some throws that you're like, hell yeah, he's got it. I'm actually going to go with Darnold because they've been more successful on the run and I believe Darnold has JSN and I just think they're flowing right now more so than what the Patriots have done. So I like JSN and Darnold to get things going. But something inside me is saying Drake May is gonna be like, I am here. I'm ready to take over this time I'm gonna put my hat in the ring with the Joe Burrow, the Justin Herbert and Jalen hurts in a Super Bowl. Like, you know, Joe Burrow played pretty good. But I just think Drake May is going to put his hat in the ring and I think he's going to show the world that why he went number three. But he's that dude. Isn't it weird though, isn't it weird though that the four and a half point spread, like my natural opinion is Vrabel's not going to let them lose by more than four and a half points but like last year will blow out. Yeah. And it could be because I will say Drake has turned the ball over. Yes, I'm going to rep Patriots, but on the flip side, you got to go back and look what he's been doing lately. Lately it hasn't been what you want at all. A lot of good defenses but two weeks. The best defenses but two weeks and you're going against another team that I know prepares very well with. Mike Mack, one of the best teachers in the game right now on defense. He's able to make one coverage and alignments look the same. Where he can play different coverages in the same alignments where it might get you a tick, tick, tick bow. Yeah, there's a tick tick tick bow. And that's been happening to Drake. Now on that note, Hemba's stat here. The Patriots will become the third team to face the top three scoring defenses in a playoff run. Texans, Broncos and then now the Seahawks. The 2006 Colts won all three. 1975 Cowboys have done that. So it's been a tough road for Drake May in his second year. Also, the weather hasn't been fantastic. Does he wins a win? Exactly. And that's the only thing that matters in New England. I think you all kind of feel that way, especially in playoff. Connor has a last question for you. Yeah. Just like with Denver, you know, he scored 10 points. You win, who cares? Josh McDaniels, obviously you play defense. He's on the offensive side. But what is he going to do, you think, for Drake May against Seattle? What would McDaniels do for Brady when they were going up against, you know, some of those top defenses as well? Great question. I think one thing that we saw the previous game when they were playing, sorry, the Rams were playing, Stafford had a good time checking the ball down and getting vertical, getting yak yards, getting 15, 20 yards of pop. I believe that this game is going to be a cat and mouse of like, hey, Drake, let's hit Henderson out the backfield. Let's see Hunter Henry catch a couple, get up field to allow that zone to come, get closer a little bit. Then Drake May is going to try to hit some shots and you're going to get some trick plays to Booty to pop. I see that. If you go back and look at the Saints game, they were dunking on the Saints. Sorry, B. Staley, because Beast Daley's defense played a lot, lot better over the season. But I just want to bring this up. Oh yeah, I forgot he's still doing it down here. And I just believe it's going to be the cat and mouse game to find those deep down shots. But it's going to start with the cat and mouse of hitting the dink and dunks, letting those guys get up the field and get some yak because the Rams had success in their game doing that patience. And obviously the Rams had the MVP playing quarterback Drake, second place in the MVP voting, having the discipline just to kind of take what they give you as opposed to wanting to do the big thing. I think Drake and Josh McDaniel should be able to figure that out, but who knows? Go ahead, Tone. Yeah, Kyle, I have a memory, so I apologize. I know you played the Steelers twice this year and I can't remember how Aaron did or the results, but do you think Aaron's got another year in him if he wants to? He didn't have that catch that should have been a pitch pick. Isaiah likely also was a touchdown. And the last game, we don't want to get into that, but I do think he has enough juice. I think he needs more weapons. I do think the Vikings, after I've seen on radio Row this week that the Vikings players are a little like, hey, we, you know, huh, huh. That was rumored last year. You talking about Aaron? They're trying to recruit Aaron. Are you talking about Aaron Robin Rogers? I think so. Hey, the right side's sitting a little sideways on your head. But the Aaron Rodgers in Kevin oconnell's offense, we talked about that all last year. It's like if he just has to know what the defense is and then pick where he needs to go, he has to be accurate. A lot of coaches, a lot of coaches like, you know, control Aaron Rodgers comes in. Are you going to get that control? You're saying maybe koc's offense becomes K A A R ro C offense. That's what you're saying. But the thought of Aaron Rodgers and koc's offense is one that we all with Jettas. Well and also KOC can scheme up anybody open. Jordan Addison's wide ass open some who we don't even hear about who's dog? Aaron Jones in the backfield. Justin Jefferson had 180 yards in the first half of a game. He's supposed to not be a game record. So like if Kevin O' Connell can scheme up Justin Jefferson to have 180 yards, if Aaron Rodgers is potentially throwing the football to those people, I think we all got pretty excited about the possibilities. But interesting dynamic there. I want to throw. Last thing before you touched on it. I don't know everybody's thoughts on it. You brought up the MVP missing the one vote. I'm sure you guys saw the gentleman that came out and said I voted for Herbert. I know, I don't know if you've touched on that. We have. Not really bouncing around. I would love to know quick thoughts, you know, down the road. Real quick, what are your thoughts? What exactly did the guy say? You know, he came out and voted for Justin Herbert and said he was the most valuable player. Did more with less right of what he had. His O line was trash. Sorry, we've seen the trash. Yeah, exactly. But let's not give them credit either. No, no, I'm not. I hate them. Okay, me too. I am too. But. But they didn't play well. You could see that on film. Okay. And I understand what he's saying. But then it's kind of like, well, you could do that for anybody, right? Yeah. I mean it's do that for. He came out. That's what I'm saying. He came out and I think he thought he was going to be a hero. And that is not especially right after the bill Bellich. Yeah. A bold move. Yeah. It was a very b. Now he is a voter. But I do respect that he came out and said it though. Agree. I do. I do give him that. He didn't hide like some people are hiding right now about them the, the hall of Fame voting. But the block was hot for voters. Yes. So him throwing himself out there saying, you know what? Actually, yeah. Everybody else was maybe saying it was two horse race. I've been saying this whole time it's a guy nobody else says. And it's like, well, sir, it's a one vote difference here. If you would have participated in the thing, maybe we'd have a little bit of. That's why I asked that question. Like, like, what are your thoughts? I don't have a vote. Tone has a vote though. What are your thoughts on your co AP voters potentially thinking outside the box to maybe punt on having to make an actual decision? Congrats on having a vote. That's awesome. It is awesome. I take it very seriously. Yeah, I think it's. I am a fan of the doing more with less vote. I did that last year with Josh Allen even though Lamar probably had the better stats. I know, I know know. But I then I looked at it this year. Stafford had 45 touchdowns or whatever, but I thought they have the best wide receiver room in the entire NFL. You know, you got McVeigh and everyone there. So I thought Drake having the highest completion percentage of all time while also having the highest yards per attempt while doing that with wide receivers. Who Stefan's coming off. Stefan Diggs is awesome, but he's coming off an acl. You know, you have Boute and Pop Douglas and Hunter Henry. But like those aren't like, like names. You're like, holy, that's Puking and Devonte Adams or whatever. So I went with Drake. I don't mind thinking out. I think there's like a do more with less angle, but I think there's a line. Well, I think Drake could have been to do more with less if you were going to do the do more with less. That's kind of why you can participate in what the MVP race was do more with less but then also have MVP numbers. Like that's, that's a thing. So that's why I went with Drake in that one. I, I, I, I get the Herbert thing, but I don't like that's, I mean there's a line. Yeah. But also Sam, I appreciate you doing it. Go ahead. I like Sam that was a goofball move. Yeah, that's a goofball move. Sam, you know better than that. I talked to him yesterday, told, hey, Sam, you're killing it. And I saw that last night. Like, yeah, yeah, take it back. Take his vote away. What? You see, everybody's calling for votes now. The bill Bella check thing right into this, I think is really the. The kind of leaner there whenever you talk about it. But yeah, Sam coming out and saying, let me tell you, somebody that has one of these 50 votes, why I did what I did, why everybody else was wrong, basically. Yeah, we appreciate that. That's what I said. You did it. So you opened the door, but we should take away the vote. Thank you. But we'll take that back. Okay. Will you do a shot for charity? If that's what you would like me to do, I will do it. Okay. We would like that. That would be nice. Can I take off this? No, you got to keep it. That's the only rule. But we got to get the crowd going. Everybody. Come on, come on. Here we go. Right. Not terrible. No, not terrible. Check ball. Bang, bang, wrestler. Check ball. I look like a linebacker shooting. That's what back. I tried to go bank three times. Hey, you were better than the other BYU linebacker we had on shot. He was terrible. All right, last shout out. My dog, Fred Warner. My dog's Jack right now, that's all he been doing is eating weights. He had a worse shot. And you had Puka on. Hey, let's start Mormon show. Let's go. Let's go. James on too. James, obviously. Yeah. We've been talking to the Lord out here. Hell yeah. It's football. Amen. Hey, man, one last shot. Okay. We gotta try to make it though. I feel like you've been trying to like, you know, make it like look decent. Cool fit, by the way. Thank you. Very good. Yours too. Thank you. How tall are you? Yours too. Thank you, sir. How tall are you? Yes. Six. Looks like six. No, but I appreciate that. Six' four. I'm 64. You're tall. I think we forget how tall. Yeah, TV makes me look kind of small cuz I. I think it's cuz you're going around these big ass old linemen like AQ. AQ. N AQ's small now. No, he's not. The Mountain. Thor wouldn't even squat him because he's hanging out with them back there for 20 grand to a charity of your choosing. Okay, this is it. All right. Kyle Van Noy representing byu. All right. Not even close. I will say, hey. I did yesterday in this little booth. I called my shot with a nine iron, 172.7. Hit that iron. Yes. Nine iron at altitude. Is this at altitude, Lemon? They had to call. They had to call corporate because they had to give me more money for how much I made doing the. Calling my shot. Hell yeah. Let's go. Are you just creeping away? I was like, I'm out of here. Okay. Yeah, you got it. Please do. Welcome out there anytime. Great scene, man. See you, brother. Now is the time. Oh, we've gotten here. Yes. All right, dude. He's been pacing in the back, keeping the energy. We appreciate you, dude. Take care, brother. We'll see you soon. Kyle's awesome. Yeah. Yeah, Always. I didn't know he was gonna be here. Did you guys know he's gonna be here? No. Well, I saw him back there, but yeah. Yeah. You guys kind of got eyes on. I can see you. I'm getting ears from Bruce. Call van noise back. AQ's been giving me the brain, like, every five minutes. Who is the guy? What? What's that? What do you mean? You squeeze and it looks like a brain. Okay. Yep. So who was the guy that was just walking around out here? He used to do the incredible ad reads. Jim Gray. I tell you what. All right. With Tom. He hosted the show with Tom. Yeah. Go to court. I understand that. I thought he was hosting. I was. He was trying to host this show today. He's a good guy, I guess. I don't know. Actually, he's been around. I've never met him. Okay. I never met him today. He's Just stand on a stage for 10 seconds before we go live. You know, hey, why is this guy in here? Who's. Who is this guy? And then it turns out it's Jim Gray. Hey, let me tell you about Morty's. Okay. I know Jim Gray. Why is this guy on our. That was a good question. He's just kind of walking. I guess he's allowed to do whatever he wants. Yeah, I don't know if he does that. Let's go podcast with Larry, because, remember, initially, Larry was part of the thing with Tom, and then Tom just doesn't do it anymore, so. But I. I don't see anything, and I certainly don't hear the ad reads anymore. Yeah. So on that note, it was nice to see him, but it does feel like people just got real comfortable just kind of walking in and out back there. I hope they got all the drinks. Okay. We try to fill them up. And we've been very thankful to everybody that stopped by here. It has been cool to meet everybody. And the only way to end our Radio Row experience is with the same person that has ended our Radio Row experience since the days in which we had the same size stage as Shine has right now. Ladies and gentlemen, representing Canada, Sports Rage, Gabe Moretzi. Yeah, there it is. Let's go. Yeah, let's go. Come on. Is jacked. Is clean. Get in. Always great to see you, buddy. Go to. Go to. Yes. Thank you. Gabe, you know how to work. Hey, baby, who's got it better than us? Nobody. Okay, Gabe, for the people that are watching here in the United States of America, they do not fully understand that you are a man up there in Canada who basically started to talking about sports gambling as a radio show 35, 40 years ago. Been in the game a long time. You're also not quite that long, but how long has it been? We're moving in on our 25th anniversary this year. This year. And this is our fifth anniversary right here with you on Media Row. A tradition like no other, right, Augusta, The Buffalo Bills choking and not being here and me being on the show. He's die hard Bills fan, obviously, and I've learned a lot about you through Gumpy, who is obviously one of your biggest fans. What you've done for us here at Radio Row is bring great juice, but also great odds on things that we haven't thought about. You will tweet every single thought that you have out onto action. Too many of them. Yes, we have a guy here who has your notifications on. Actually. Do you think about how crazy that is? This man has your notifications on and keeps us informed on every thought that you have, including the wind outside of your apartment some days. We love you, we appreciate. What are you been looking at for this Super Bowl? What is your mindset on how the game's going to go and how are you profiting off of it? And in turn, what do we need to be looking at, you think? I'll tell you what. Anytime a point spread is four, four and a half, five points, it means the odds makers are kind of stumped as well. And it's never sexy to say everybody wants to have a stone cold lock and this is going to happen. The odds makers are good at their job, really good at their job. And I wouldn't be surprised if this game sort of lands right around both numbers. The 45 and a half, which is the total and as well as what the Point spread is at four and a half right now. Everybody's underestimated the New England Patriots all year. We've talked about their cupcake schedules, and I'm going to throw it out there right now. What? You know, analytics. What are the first four letters of analytics? Anal. Exactly. So I've heard people talk. Oh. Analytically, the Patriots are the worst team since 1978 with the best record. Well, you know what? They're playing in the motherfucking Super Bowl. So fucking sad. Yeah, maybe they're not. The war. The dvoa. What the hell is dv. DVO mean anyways? Good question. What does it mean? Yeah, seriously. You're a pretty good football player. What does it mean? We didn't use it in our film study. I don't know. You did go to Ohio State, though. So get mad. As a compliment. Sorry. Sorry, sorry. No. No worries. You keep coming. Sorry. I could. He's a Michigan man. Anything that goes through there, you president for a few years. But I couldn't. I can't help but overlook the fact, guys, that the New England Patriots. They played three playoff games. Teams have played three playoff games coming into the Super Bowl. No team has scored least points in the New England patriots since the 1979 Los Angeles Rams. Shout out to Vince Ferragamo started in that Super Bowl, Right? So they averaged 28 points a game in the regular season, down to 18 in the playoffs. Yeah, I know it was bad weather, but everybody's playing in the same weather right now. The good news is they've given up the least points since the 2000 Ravens. Okay. That's why they're here. But they've also 15 sacks. I have a problem with this. You know, ultimately, I just see many more pathways for the Seattle to get there. I believe in. In Sam Darnold. And one thing that caught my eye, guys, I'm not going to get too exotic with props, but Seattle have been super aggressive early in games. Pat, we saw them just ambush the San Francisco 49ers early. They scored on their first drive of the game against the Los Angeles Rams. I think Seattle guys are going to score on the first drive of the game, like right away. I think Seattle score and let's get a little bit. I don't think people are looking at it this way. I think both teams are going to score on their first drive of the game. Okay, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on. We have some Hembo stats. Opening drive for each team of the last 25 Super Bowls, 29 punts. Nine field goals, four turnovers, four touchdowns, two safeties, one turnover on downs, one misses field goal, 55 points on 50 drives. What does that stat tell you? It's going to change this weekend. Yeah, that's. That stat tells me this is why I'm getting plus 350 odds for this. Okay? Seattle have scored touchdowns on the first two drives of both playoff games already. They're going to want to be aggressive. And I like Seattle in the first half. Guys laying the three points in the first half. You look at Signetti, I look at Seattle like a Big Ten team. And I'm in a Pacific Northwest now. Pat and I get all the Seattle coverage. I caught on early during training camp. And you guys would know better than I would. But when a team buys in, Darris, you know what I mean? When everybody likes each other, there's a bunch of DBs, you're not really competing. You're one. McDonald has sold them as a one. Reminds me of a college football team. Very Michigan, like, you know what I mean? They fly to the ball, they run some play action. They want to get a lead similar to Indiana. What Signetti did wants to punch you in the mouth early, get a lead, put the pressure on you. I think McDonald and the Seahawks and Kubiak is going to be the next head coach of the Raiders. I think he's going to go out with a bang like we are on this show right now, and he's going to bust out the playbook. And I look for Seattle's offense to click here more than people expect. Okay, so you like Seattle in the first half, minus three. Then you like both teams to score in the first drive, plus 350. That's a nice little plus 350 pick. I'm going to give one for the kickers here. Please do. Yeah. Since it's out of venitarian. Congratulations to the hall of Fame induction. Done. Let's go. Long field goal prop. I think I invented this prop. Like we did. No, like, seriously, I've been betting this thing for like 20, you know, 30, 30 years. And people are like, what the hell is that? Now we got the long field goal prop. It's pretty casual. It's only 48 and a half yards. And we got two coaches here, too, guys that aren't these modern sort of psychopaths that are allergic to field goals. I think Seattle, we've seen. They'll settle for three, right? They'll take the three points. I think Vrabel, same thing. Take the three. Let's not get Too crazy. Three. Three points. Three points. They all add up. I'm so sick and tired of seeing these so called genius coaches and the analytics. Once again, they go for it all the time on their first drive of the game. They can't settle for kicking a field goal and then they end up losing the fucking game by three points. All the time. All the time, A.J. all the time. Can't do it. Last question for me before the boys have a bunch of questions. What are we hearing about the national anthem? You know what? I would go under. Everybody likes to go over all the time. I would say under, but I'm not a big national anthem prop. But since you asked me and we're here, let's have some fun with this. Yeah, let's dance around. Yeah, let's. For an exotic prop. Littering, figuratively. Let's go +450. Sexuality of streaker, male, female. Give me non binary at +450. Let's take outside the box. All right, that's +450. 450. +450. Well, so how do we think we know. Yeah, how do we find out if you've hit or not? Is that going to be you? Are you going to jump out there and say ah, dang them. I got to be the first person ever to give a non binary prop on the show. You have to be the real show. But that's. Hey, that's sports ranks. We were looking for something exotic, right? We are in San Francisco. Somebody might want to make a bold statement. Plus 450. It seems like that should be a little bit higher odds. Tone has a question. That's what I'm saying, Pat. The fact fact that it's not higher odds makes me believe that somebody knows something. Gabe, I have a. I've given out a play of the day today. I have a play of the day. It's A.J. barner. Oh yes. His over under rushing yards is a half a yard. Okay. He said 10 rushes on the season. He is their tush push guy. They've only done it twice in the last eight weeks. I took the under half a yard rushing on AJ Bar Sunday. How do you feel about it? Oh, you're going under. I'll tell you What, I like A.J. barner a lot in this football game. And in fact, if you guys remember, we gave Odell Beckham as the first touchdown. Remember years ago. That was a sweet one. Yeah, it'd be easy to get. Kenneth Walker is going to score the first touchdown. JSN is +550 guys, which is not a bad odds for that. Come on. But we all know it has been said a million times, Vrabel, they're going to sell out, man. Right? To shut down down jsn. I think Cooper cup is the big. I think Cooper cup, he's getting another ring. He's going to get the last laugh here on the way out. You his prop. Sorry, sorry. Boston Carter, his prop right in his face. His prop was two and a half. It's up to three and a half right now. But I think Cooper Cup's going to score a touchdown. And we got to do something, you know, exotic here. Something bold. A.J. barner, first touchdown of the game. What is it? Plus 1400. Okay, go blue. If you hit that right, that'd be a good day for the entire program. Guys, he had the second most touch receiving touchdowns on the team. He's a monster. You get great numbers because people, people think it's gonna be a lower scoring game. People think that Sam Darnold sucks. So all the props are low for the Seattle players. Even JSN at six and a half, you can sell out. He's still getting eight, nine caps in this game. Right. They're going to fight different ways. They're going to move them around. But Cooper Kupp is up to three and a half receptions right now. But it's plus 1:30 to the over. They brought Cooper Kup in for a reason. Exactly. A game like this, he's been in this spot before. They're going to sell it on jsn. Cooper Kupp's going to be a nice safety blanket. I don't want to put too much pressure on Barter. His prop is two and a half catches good eye by tone talking about how he does. He is used as a tush push and he does run the ball sometimes. But you're getting like plus 250 odds for him to score a touchdown. Cooper cup's in the Plus 300 range to score a touchdown. These odds are just too good. Everybody is going to be putting Walker and JSN in their same game parlays. Let's start a little lower on the list. I like that. God, Gabe, I love the way you've been talking. Go ahead, Dee. Bud, you know I'm a defensive guy, so I want a defensive bet. You gave me a great, gave us a great gimmicky bet last year. The total tackle. You asked me about it too. What's a good defensive bet? And also it's year five now. What's your Record. That's what people want to know too. Well, our record here now, this is year five. We're three and one and the one we lost was the Philadelphia Eagles against the Kansas City Chiefs. So I really do want to end strong here with a nice four and one through the first five years. I want to let you know this game. Whenever we were eyeballing radio row here, we had a dry erase board with all the names that were getting pitched to us. First time we've done this because we're starting to kind of figure it out and people are reaching out to us. There was only one name that was really slotted into the thing. Yeah. You know that it was yours and it was right there at the bottom. And it's not just because how much we love you, but because you have given us great information over the years. It feels like this is a perfect time to hear all of your years worth of work kind of splulew through the microphone. So we appreciate you doing that. But if you lose this time, we'll never fucking see you again. I appreciate the, the opportunity and the platform. No, no, we. No pressure. No pressure at all. No, we do love you and you give us winners. I appreciate that. Man. It feels like Super Bowl. You're seeing it clearly normally. Is that kind of how you feel or what? You know what, I've been pretty locked in this year in the NFL and in the playoffs as well. I've had a good feel for the Seattle Seahawks this year right through training camp. Right. It sort of started to buy in for the culture change of, of Metcalf and lock it and Geno Smith not being there anymore. McDonald want to make it his team and they just bought in right now. So I just really, really like the makeup of this team and seeing how they came together, I do think Seattle are going to finish the job off. I've flip flop a little bit with my final score. You know, I was thinking 30, 30, 21. Seattle 30 to 21. Yeah. But in that range. But I've got it a little bit now. I've settled in. 27:20 will be my final score. Predict 27:20. You can get that at about 100 to 1, 125 to 1. In that, in that range with the final score. And the Seattle Seahawks are Super bowl champions. Seattle Seahawks are Super bowl champions once again. And I think the game goes over the number the 45 and a half. I just think it's a little bit too light that we're going to get into the high 40s, low 50s here. Does it scare you that 70 some percent of the public bets were on the Seahawks last week and now it's 60%. Yeah. I hate that. I hate that. The Patriots are good gamblers. Yeah. Underdog stats, full disclosure. Like, I'm supposed to hate the Patriots. It's almost like the Boston Celtics. Like, Jason Tatum's a hard dude to hate. Like, how do you hate. It's like hating a puppy. Yes. Like, how do you hate? Like, you know, but what's Jayson Tatum done wrong? Like, you know, I really hate that son of a bitch. Like, and it's the same thing like the Patriots over the years, especially as a Bill fan and all due respect to the legend Bill Belichick and Tom Brady, but it just sickened me, watch them kick our ass, like, year after year after year. Drake May's a good kid. Mike Frable. I go back, guys. My first super bowl pad on Meteor Row was nipple gate, the Janet Jackson game. That was my first super bowl on Meteor Row, and it was quite an adventurous week. And I'll never forget Mike Vrabel. One on one, you know, with the big media scry, everyone's all this. I mean, hey, you know, I go up. Mike Vrabel is the nicest guy in the world to me. 10, 15 minutes, shout out to Tyrone Poole. Too old school. Hell, yeah. Ty Pool was super cool with me. Like, my first ever super bowl, and it always stuck with me. Man, what a cool dude Rabel was. So. I'm happy to see Rabel here, actually. Yeah, the Tennessee guys, he's a dog. As you guys would say. Tennessee Titans, good decision. Yeah, they're in a great spot. Derek Henry. They had rabel. Not anymore. A.J. brown, can you tell me a little bit about radio roads? A whole Meteor Row as a whole, your thoughts on how it's kind of evolved, or has it evolved? What are your thoughts on it? You know what? It's kind of the same every year. I think it's a little bit less of a circus this year than past years here because it's so spread out. There's a lot of media. Seattle media are set up in San Jose. Really? I didn't know that. Yeah. Yeah, that's. That's where they're set up. And I know you guys talked about the power plant earlier, but I would. And no, no offense to San Jose State University, but I'm thinking that the Seahawks really must not want the practice at the 49ers facility. They're like, yeah, we'll go To San Jose State. Right. No one's practicing there. Pats are at Stanford. Yeah, Patriots. Patriots at Stanford as well. But as far as the MVP of this game is concerned, the media always likes to validate their wrong opinions over the years. And everybody in the media has taken shots at Sam Darnold. He's, you know, he's not this, he's not that, he's not elite, and I don't know what the guy needs to do. What do you want, like 30 games in the last two years now, Pat? 346, 4Ts too, in the playoffs. He just got done with doing it. Like, unbelievable, man. And you know, Darris as. As a db. Sam Darnold throws just those great darts. Hey, over the middle. Quick, tight, like tight spaces and stuff. And I think Kubiak has done an awesome job putting him in positions to succeed. Yeah, too many coordinators ask quarterbacks to do things that they can't do. I think they've done a brilliant job with Darnold, and I think it finishes off and he becomes the first USC Trojan quarterback to win a Super Bowl. How about the mvp? Mvp? It's not sexy, but we'll have to go with Sam Darnold. But if we're looking for an outlier here and oh yeah, we like Shahid over the 21 and a half receiving yards, all it could take is one play with him. And let's just say the other side of the coin here, that the defenses rule this game. Game. And not much happens. Maybe a Shaheed punt return for a touchdown is a difference maker and you're getting a nice like 35 to 1 range for him. Yeah. Plus 3000 is currently Shaheed right now. Kenneth Walker plus 850 because he to his point about media trying to back up their own opinions, could definitely see the Seattle Seahawks winning the super bowl and Sam Donald not winning the mvp. Usually it's an automatic. It's the quarterback. Right. But I'm kind of in minority here, Pat, that I think Kenneth Walker will. Will have an impact on the game. But look, he's over under his 18 and a half rushing attempts. New England are hard to run on. Oh, yeah. Like, they're really hard to run on. And this is one game, not a lot of time, Pat. You play the super bowl. That clock ticks fast. Oh, yeah. It's like last call at a strip club. Looking up, it's like, yeah, we got to get out of here. It's like, damn, it's already free. You know what I'm saying? So the clock tips. It's. You know, it's going fast in a Super Bowl. I think that. I think they're going to be aggressive. I think there's going to be opportunities here. And we talked about defensive props, actually. Drake May's been sacked 15 times. It's not like, oh, it was just 10 times in one game or something, and it was outlier. No, he's been sacked at all five games, you know, five times in all three games. The Seattle, you can get it at two and a half, three and a half to, you know, lay some juice at two and a half with a. The Seahawks. But I'd be shocked if the Seahawks don't have, like, three sacks in this game. Coin toss. Coin toss. I always go with with tails. Me, too. We're gonna win this year. Hell, yeah. You're the best, Gabe. Hey, Pat, you're the best. We're gonna make our picks now. Will you stay out here for it? I always, always appreciate. I got a quick story about the jacket. It looks good. Not a bad one this year. Good one. Good one. And also good entrance out there. Yeah. You know, I'd go big, but I helped this store shout out to the Intercontinental Hotel. I think they're gonna be watching this show. The guy didn't believe me at first. I see I'll be wearing his jacket on a McAfee show in a couple hours. Shout out. So I put the jacket on, and I hear somebody say, yo, I need that jacket. I turn around, it's Tracy Morgan. Okay? And Tracy Morgan goes, that's the best jacket I've ever seen in my life. I need four of them. I think he thought I worked there or something. Possible, something. Like I said, yeah, not bad. He goes, yeah, yeah. Where'd you get it? I told him on the wall. And then the store owner was real happy. Pat. Yeah. This jacket's going for like 500 bucks. No, it's not. I bought one and Tracy Morgan bought four on the spot. Damn. He was like, I hope you come back later, all right? I was like, yeah, I bet you do. Yeah. Well, it's a great jacket. I think this one's a great jacket. Oh, I think this is the best one, guys. Maybe. Well, the Hollywood one. Remember the rose? You like that one, aj? You know what? But Tracy Morgan's buying this one. I think we gotta. Hey, next year is in la. Maybe I gotta bust out the old. The vintage next year. Especially if they're gonna keep charging 500 bucks for this. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Maybe we recycle the old one. Maybe people wouldn't notice yet. Yeah, exactly. Yeah. Cuz the only time I see the jacket is when you walk out right now and it always looks great. Okay, let's make our official picks. We'll go around. Ty, we'll start with you. Seattle Seahawks -4 1/2 Super Bowl Sunday McDonald, Sam Darnold, sports Rage. Gabe Barentsi says the Seattle Seahawks win 2720 cover over hits as well. Do you see it the same as Sports Rage? And can you do this as Gabe Morenci? Well, you know, I mean, I could probably try. I don't know if I'm gonna be able to have the same type of juice all week coming into this game. I thought, thought Seattle's going to beat the out of me. I mean, but the closer we've gotten to this day, maybe it's because the rage is flowing through me. I mean, I can't believe I'm saying this, but I, I like the Patriots. Whoa. 24, 21. So I'm going have to disagree with you. A lot of great stats diving into it, obviously. Wow. But it's Drake May's time. Boston card doesn't even seem happy about this. Well, I mean, at the end of the day, we all know know Super Bowls won on Sunday, not today. And of course you know, when Ty Rage is on, you know, the New England Patriots side, it means more. But everything you said is exactly why the Patriots will win. Everyone loves the Seahawks. 74.4percent of the money, the underdogs, the, the easy schedule, all this. This is what happens with New England. And this is exactly why people hate the New England Patriots. Because they feel like every single time. Time. And I say they feel other people who aren't Pats fans feel like every time they win the super bowl, it's for some reason like an easy schedule. Like Jared Stidham in the AFC Championship. Like bad weather against the Texans. And if you go back and look, everybody's picking against the Patriots damn near every week. Like after Houston, a lot of people liked Houston and then, you know, the Patriots beat the out of them and then. Well, Weatherston and CJ Stroud stunk. So that's not, you know, that's not because the Patriots. No, you're right. People were saying they had the best defense in the NFL going into that game. Exactly. Oh yeah, yeah. And they were, they were historic all year. But it feels like every single time, you know, people have counted the Pats out, they've answered the bell. And I just don't see how McDaniels coaching in his ninth, appearing in his 10th, you know, super bowl with the Drake May he's going to know what to do. You know the Seahawks defense is great. It's not in the top three of best defense defenses McDaniel's ever gone up against, especially in a Super bowl situation. So personally I, I mean I don't want to go out on a limb but I'm going to go, you know, 33:13. Okay, I like that. That's not a limb. That's not a limb situation. Sam Darnold doesn't like playing the Pats. That's a ledge. That's not a limb pack. That's a ledge all the way out there. But hey, you got to go out on the L because that's where is that where the fruit is? That's right. Sometimes you got to do that. 33:10 okay, you got a 23 point win over there for Connor and four point win for the Patriots by Ty the toxic table firmly in the New England Patriots corner which I respect by the way. Boys, I like that we're together. Thank you. Drink it in. I will drink it. Go to it's got a 1/2 of the Hammer Cowboys AP Tone Official Pick of the game game. I do think it's going to be a cagey affair. I think the defenses will rule the day. Obviously there's going to be some points so I'm going the under and I'm going to go 23:20 Seattle oh cover by the Patriots. Good cover. Patriots plus four and a half. That's the Madden prediction by the by the way. I did not know that. Yeah, I would not not know that either but my table's right next to them and they had it up on the screen a lot of talking about this. So here's favored by three and a half to six and a half point in the super bowl last five instances says Hembo. Obviously Rams, Patriots, Panthers and niners in those five games favorites went one four outright in 05 against the spread Seahawks sit there at favored by four and a half. Feels like we have three Patriot covers here by toxic table into tone dogs have covered five straight and 14 of the last 18 I believe two weeks to prepare for a team. D butt you were drafted to the New England Patriots. You thought about putting your bandwagon behind the New England Patriots haven't made an official announcement yet. How do you see the game going D Bud oh, I see it being a KG affair as well and I feel like more of the star Power going into this one. We do have obviously SEC runner up and MVP with Drake May who has. Who's had a great year, but more star power. Jsn, you got Nick Iman, War, who's a superstar. Leonard Williams, Kenneth Walker. Everybody's talking about those guys. But you mentioned Josh McDaniels. Been in his 10 Super bowl coaching in his ninth. Vrabel. He played in a ton as a player, first one as a coach. I'm going to give the patriots an edge. 28, 24. Yes. Patriots win Super Bowl 6. Okay, this is very abnormal. I think our show and this might be because we are hanging with Connor so much. Everybody here picking Patriots. Am I the only one on Seattle? We're gonna find out what's next. AJ Hawk, we currently sit. I'm nine, eight and five on the season against you. Obviously that makes you eight, nine and five. Okay. Last week you won or two weeks ago you want to own two. I want one on one. Okay. Shout out to the Seahawks. Shout out up there in the Pacific Northwest. AJ who do you like? How do you like it for the Super Bowl? Are the Patriots all the way back? Are they going to win? Are they going to cover the Seattle Seahawks and do their thing? Are you with Sports Rage? Are you with Connor Rage? Well, yeah, I, I do like the idea of a KG affair. I think that could have. I think teams might be a little tight early. Maybe not. Maybe take some little easy completions, but we're maybe punt the ball back and forth. Even though you say they're going to score touchdowns on both drives. Oh, no. Field goals. Win the bat. Oh, field goals. Yeah. I don't mean by touchdown. Yeah. Score on both sides. Yeah, yeah. But when I think about. I agree. Josh McDaniels. The guy's an absolute wizard as far as offensive play caller and dialing up matchups and finding the matchups he wants. I'm taking Patriots 21, Seahawks 17. Oh, wow. And on that note, I'll take the Patriots plus four and a half as well. Okay. And congrats to me. Another big time win this season against AJ Hawk. Pretty excited about that. That is good news to the boys in the back. Great work this week, boys. We appreciate you all so much. To the ESPN production crew that spent a lot of time building this all together. Barcode Josh and team. We appreciate the hell out of you guys. Great work, Great work. The best setup we've had in a long, long time. To the mystic folks who created this entire stage is set in also the podiums for the hall of Fame face off and everything like that. We appreciate you, Ben. You're the man over there, brother. You're entirely in really good ship. To all the people that hung out with us here, we can't thank you guys enough. And to football, thank you for having the greatest year of all time. Ratings are up and to the right for college ball and the NFL. And I think this Sunday the greatest game possible is going to take place. I know there's not a lot of superstars, but brand new faces are about to take the NFL to brand new places as we continue to ascend up into the right. Thank you so much for me allowing. Allowing us to do this for a living. Team on me. Team on three. Be a friend. Tell a friend something nice. It might change your life. We're in this thing together. Sports Rage. Gabe, anything to say as we head into super bowl weekend? Always a pleasure. Can't wait for Los angeles next year. 364 days till the next hockey trial. That's right. Yeah. We thank you all enough. Team on me. Team on three. We'll see you on overreaction Monday. Who's going to be the world champion? We find out on Sunday. One, two, three. Goodbye.
