What is it that you have heard about friendship? Some may refer to it as a temporary relationship between two or more people that probably would not stand the test of time. And some might even say it is a selfish relationship that has people sticking together for the value they would get from it. So what does FRIENDSHIP mean to you?

It is no longer news that the Academic Staff Union of Universities has been on strike since February 2022. In this episode, Nigerian students share their experiences on how they have been coping with the strike.

People are not receptive of the fact that SEX EDUCATION is actually a need. Deep down in their subconscious it is a topic that should never be spoken about or at least not with confidence or in public. Don't say because they're kids they are not meant to know this much. I am very sure that if we were told these things earlier, a lot of us wouldn't have made mistakes we made in the past.

How do you teach a blind man the difference between two colours? Where would you begin? Do not waste your time; wait till his eyes are clear, then and there would he remember what you have said. Is he blind? Or does he choose to close his eyes to not see? This you would not know. A word is enough for the wise.

According to the U.N some of the signs of domestic violence/abuse may include: Embarrassing or making fun of you in front of your friends or family. Putting down your accomplishments. Making you feel like you are unable to make decisions. Using intimidation or threats to gain compliance. Telling you that you are nothing without them. Treating you roughly—grab, push, pinch, shove or hit you. They call you several times a night or show up to make sure you are where you said you would be. Using drugs or alcohol as an excuse for saying hurtful things or abusing you. Blaming you for how they feel or act Making you feel like there is “no way out” of the relationship. Preventing you from doing things you want – like spending time with friends or family. They try to keep you from leaving after a fight or leave you somewhere after a fight to “teach you a lesson”.

Love makes fools of us all, and what better way to drive that point home than to share examples of things people have done for love and how our infatuations have turned us into smiling idiots?

Falling in love can be fun with the right person and could be devastating when the going gets tough. A lot of lovers never know how deeply soaked in a relationship they have been, that they do all sorts of relevant and irrelevant things, until they are out of the love circle. Love is not foolish, People do foolish things. Don't say "I did it because of Love" you actually did it because of your ignorance. I asked people to share the most ridiculous, humiliating, or completely cringe-worthy things they've done for love. Love makes fools of us all, and what better way to drive that point home than to share the worst examples of things people have done for love and how our infatuations have turned us into smiling idiots?
