Closing out the year with a festive party, Naomi and Ria try out some new M&S goodies, and talk all things Christmas on this week's episode. We wish you all a very Happy Christmas!

It's getting festive here at The Post Mortem! This week we get deep and personal as we reflect on our lives biggest...failures! From the silly to the significant, how we felt about them and what we've learned at our ripe old age about failure along the way. And finally, 'you be the judge' sees us discussing the importance of clear counters in small kitchens!

With the effects of climate change becoming more apparent, this week, we challenged ourselves to make some changes to our daily routine to be more eco friendly! We also discuss how cultural norms have affected a relationship between a mother and daughter, when it comes to household chores.

Happy Halloween from us at The Post Mortem! We're back with a spooky special where we share some terrifying tales!

Inspired by Black History Month, this week we discuss our own personal experiences of racism, as well as some of those around us. Ria deals with the aftermath of a burglary and Naomi fends off a cold. We also discuss whether a daughter should put up with her mum having her dates stay over or is she being too much?!

Welcome back to Season 3 of The Post Mortem! This week we catch up on what we've been up to in the break and welcome the new season. Ria and Naomi learn more about each others' likes and dislikes with their unpopular opinions and Ria tells a story of bravery in the face of an eight legged adversary!

The Post Mortem is back with the final episode of season 2! To cap off the summer season Naomi and Ria talk holidays - including all the ups, downs and differences between going with friends vs family. A deathly dinner party is discussed and tensions are high when a housemate keeps subletting her room every time she goes away, much to the disapproval of her roomate.

In the penultimate episode of Season 2, Naomi and Ria talk about stress; its causes, how it affects us vs our parents, and how they've learned to try and manage it. They also settle whether a bride-to-be is a bridezilla for not wanting to cater to her cousin's last minute new diet fad for her wedding.

This week, Naomi and Ria share their experiences of moving out, and talk about the challenges of moving at different stages of life. They discuss how having conversations about moving out can be hard with South Asian parents. They also wade in on a couple's debate on whether its ok to eat in bed..

This week Naomi and Ria discuss mental health in south asian culture and why we think it's become such a taboo to talk about. We also settle the debate between father and daughter on hand washing vs dishwasher.
