In today's episode, I have coach guest Tommy Geary on to talk about relationships and vaping. Tommy is a coach that helps men/fathers (an underserved group of people in the coaching space) improve their relationships with their families and with themselves. He helps guys understand what they are feeling and why they are taking the actions they are taking. He also helps them to show up the way they really want to as husbands and fathers.

In today's episode, we are going to talk about the specifics of how our thoughts, emotions and substances affect the way we show up for ourselves and the people we love. Although I prefer to target high-achieving moms, this episode would be a great one to show to your hubby so they can be introduced to this work.
