One of the best things to do at the turn of the year is Goal setting - now I absolutely do not believe ‘new year new you’ but I do believe in the power of the energy during the early days of a new year.

There’s a sense of hope, optimism, intention, motivation about the year ahead. So whilst I think you can set goals any day, any time, any month… the start of a new year is also a perfect time to really dial in on how you want the next 12 months to pan out and what you’d like to happen in your business and life.
