Rob Carson
You are about to hear the most interesting, informative, thought provoking, and funny show in America on air and on the World Wide Web. This is the Rob Carson Show.
This is hour number three of the Rob Carson Show. I hope you had a delightful weekend. I had a. I had a delightful weekend. I really did. I got to go out in D.C. i'm going to be posting a video of some of the sites that I saw this weekend so you can see how beautiful and clean the. The city is. We got my guy working on it. I drove by Arlington. I drove by the reflecting pool that will be filled and gloriously blue very soon in front of the. The Lincoln Memorial. The Lincoln Memorial was spotless and beautiful this weekend. And there was. There were no idiots, you know, no kings, protesters or anything like that. Just a guy singing some beautif. And people just joyously standing in front of the monument getting their pictures taken. And it really is. It's something else. The city is something to behold. It really is what we wanted it to be, what we've always dreamed it could be. It really is. And I'm doing a trip in the fall, by the way. Travelwithrob.net if you want to check it out. October 25th through the 29th. And I've gotten a bunch of texts from people, texts and notes on social media saying, I got the tickets. I'm coming, Rob. So we're going to have a hell of a time. Oh, my God, we're gonna have such a good time. It is. It was. It was just so beautiful out. I still can't get over the fact that I call this place my home. It's right. I remember Rush Limbaugh used to say he'd never Live in Washington, D.C. didn't want to be a part of the. The cocktail party set and all that. Well, I'm not a part of the cocktail party set. I went to a book signing with Ellie Stefanik and Mike Davis of Radical 3 Project, and I went to another thing. But last year, Mike Davis invited me to come. But other than that, I'm not a cocktail party guy because I don't drink cocktails. But it's beautiful to live here, and I never get tired of walking down by the Potomac river and I just ordered a mountain bike, and it's, you know, it's a hybrid electric mountain bike. And I'm going to be riding a lot along the Potomac and by Roosevelt island and whatnot. And it really is your city. It really is. And to know that, I mean, it's like I don't know, Kennedy center and then the Watergate Hotel and then Georgetown and then you know, national harbor. And then it's just something else. It's something and all the history and when you see Arlington, I drive by Arlington all the time and, and look at those thousands and I think there are like 60 funerals a day there. And it's just awe inspiring and I'm so grateful for those who, who died for us and served us. It's just something else. It's overwhelming and it's beautiful. 100%. So the Supreme Court last week said the Democrats can't gerrymander according to race. I told you that in these gerrymandered districts according to race they have several things in comm. One of them being Democrats run them. Two is they are impoverished. Three, they're a crime ridden and there is a great deal of anger and resentment about the situation all caused by Democrats. Schools are terrible, by the way. The schools are absolutely terrible. Michelle Obama said there are food deserts, you know, and the reason why there's food deserts because no grocery store in their right mind would open up down there because they get robbed blind. So this is all Democrat policy created by the Lyndon Johnson's administration, the Great Society. Here's Harmeet Dhillon, civil rights attorney for the United States of America, talking about the Supreme Court ruling last week.
Harmeet Dhillon
For decades, Section 2 of the Voting Rights act has been interpreted to require states to draw their lines for congressional districts incorporating race in circumstances where there has been, you know, discrimination in the past. And basically this assumes all of the Southern states and yeah, all of the,
Rob Carson
all of the Democrat states of the Confederacy. So Democrats have been in control of these states essentially since before the Civil War. And things haven't changed. Things have not changed for black people. They're still effectively enslaved by poor schools, poverty, dependence and resentment.
Harmeet Dhillon
Some other states as well. And so effectively for decades there have been safe districts drawn for mainly black, some Hispanic members of Congress from the Democrat party. And in order to accomplish that, they basically had to make the districts gerrymandered. So in any state that has this type of protected, this is why the
Rob Carson
Democrat party, they're dying like movie vampires.
Harmeet Dhillon
Section 2 majority.
Rob Carson
They're losing everything.
Harmeet Dhillon
Minority district. Those lines are going to change in coming years. So this is a sea change and it's going to really impact almost all of the Southern states. Pennsylvan has a section 2 district as well. And you know, the map makers and demographers and lawyers are going to be busy for coming Years. This should all shake out by the time.
Rob Carson
But we're losing our representation. What is your representation done for you? Nothing. Keep you in poor schools. And look at what Trump has done to Washington, D.C. it's amazing. Even in bad neighborhoods, kids can ride their bikes again. In Memphis, same thing. Memphis, he did the same thing. And who's standing in the schoolhouse doors? Still Democrats. They still are. This is a podcast called the Whatever Podcast, and there was a young black woman on the show talking about when she decided that she was done with the Democrat Party.
Young Black Woman (Guest)
I used to believe I was old. Reparations due to slavery. I believe that I couldn't be racist towards white people because I didn't have systemic power. I believed in Black Lives Matter, George, Floyd, all that stuff. I believed in transgenderism, feminism, pretty much everything that was blackwards. And now.
Rob Carson
Did you say black words?
Unknown Caller 2
Yeah, that was actually a 40 and
Young Black Woman (Guest)
slip, but, yeah, backwards. And now I'm pretty much the opposite of everything. I'm not for the feminism. I'm not for the stuff. I'm not for Black Lives Matter or reparations.
Unknown Caller 2
What happened?
Young Black Woman (Guest)
Well, I had a situation back in Chicago where I moved in an apartment, and they originally told me I'd be assigned a roommate of the same gender to share a bathroom. They actually ended up assigning me a transgender as a roommate, and I only found out it was a transgender because the toilet seat was being left up consistently.
Rob Carson
Oh, boy.
Young Black Woman (Guest)
And when I reached out to my black housing manager, she told me they weren't allowed to discriminate, and I could move down the hallway to another room if I had a problem. And when she used the word discrimination, discriminate, it made me think about politics. So I started looking up just what in politics made it legal for a man to be in a woman's space. And all of a sudden, I'm seeing all the evil, racist Republican white people are the ones with common sense who don't want this weirdness going on. So I found myself voting for Trump.
Rob Carson
There you go. There you go. I love it. I love it. Listen, there's. This is why they're yelling, and this is why they're calling Donald Trump a Nazi. And this is why they're doing all this, because I want to scare you away. They want to scare you away from. From going Republican. This is the way the Democrats have always been. This is Michigan Democrat Mallory McMorrow calling Donald Trump on CNN a Nazi. And everything she says now is absolute nonsense. To follow up on that question, do you personally see parallels between Democrat Senate candidate, Nazi Germany and what's happening under the Trump administration.
Mallory McMorrow
Yeah, I do. It is deeply concerning.
Rob Carson
Not at all.
Mallory McMorrow
It's not even close that we see an authoritarian slide.
Marge Brennan
And as.
Rob Carson
How is that? How is that exactly? What is he doing? He's not defying the Supreme Court we
Mallory McMorrow
talked about earlier dividing people again.
Rob Carson
You started calling us white supremacists, mega fascists, enemies of democracy, fascist Donald Trump Nazi. You're the ones who caused the division. You are the dividers each other to
Mallory McMorrow
convince people that if you're not doing well economically, it's somebody else's fault.
Rob Carson
This is the Democrat Party. If you're not doing economically well, it's someone else's fault. It's billionaires thoughts faults. It's millionaires faults. It's not your fault. That's the Democrat Party. Don't be ridiculous.
Mallory McMorrow
Is an incredibly dangerous place for us to be in. I don't think that a lot of people would argue that there are shades of authoritarianism here.
Rob Carson
That. No, no. It was more authoritarian when Joe Biden was in charge and the democrats did this.
Unknown Narrator
37 hours after he took the oath of office, President Biden's White House opened up a portal for the FBI to begin to have access to social media posts on all the different social media site. And they, the FBI then invited in the CIA, dhs, the IRS and CISA is this new agency that is the center of the censorship industrial complex that is in charge of making sure Americans don't hear things that their government doesn't want them to hear. And those agencies and other agencies, including the health agencies like CDC were given access to go into the social media sites, change posts and slow walk things and, and shadow ban pose that it was part of that effort. They removed my Instagram account. Yeah, I had almost a million followers. I. They say it was for misinformation, but they could not point to a single post that I ever made. I was factually erroneous. And they actually Facebook pushed back in the email chain. You can see Facebook pushing back at the White House and saying, well, wait a minute, he's not. This isn't misinformation. This is. This is not actually erroneous. What they're saying is actually. And they had to invent a new word which is called mal information, which is information that is factually true but nevertheless inconvenient for the government.
Rob Carson
Really? Who are the, who are the. The Nazis here? I mean, honestly, don't be fricking ridiculous. It's all projection. It's all Nonsense. You people are just a bunch of awful, awful, awful, terrible people. Terrible people. But I've got a little bit more on this, on this Supreme Court ruling after the break. I want to mention 70 million Americans collect Social Security benefits every day. Million more, millions more will join. New study finds 70% of Americans don't get full benefits they deserve. But recipients could use simple strategies to boost Social Security benefits as much as $188,000 over a lifetime. Social Security expert Michael Allen says it's true and reveals five key strategies to increase your benefits. It's all in his Free special. Now that they're tax free, you might want to do this. Now that your bennies are tax free, you might want to do this. Newsmax calls to report your best guide for bigger Social Security benefits. Whether you're getting benefits or soon will, you need this report. Here's the number. You ready? Write this down, 8009-9996-9080-0999-9690. We'll text you right away. Along with President Trump's act cutting your Social Security taxes. Call 800-999-9690. That's 800-9999, up $8,000 over a lifetime, tax free. Learn more about it before you're on Social Security. Learn more about it if you're on it, 800-999-9690. Let's take a break and come back. This is the Rob Carson Show. Hey, guys, it's Carson. If you are on Medicare or about to be, you could be overpaying right now and never know it. Here's why. Millions of seniors are in a plan that doesn't fit their needs. Because Medicare is complicated, many brokers just steer people into plans that pay them the most. That's absurd. That is so absurd, I decided to write a little slogan for it. Medicare sure ain't fair. And choosing a plan is a bear. Pick a plan with a broker if you dare, and you might end up with a scare. Okay, listen, it's a little rough. You need to know about Chapter. They're the only national advisor that looks at every plan in the country. Matches your doctors, your prescriptions and your situation to a plan that fits your needs. With Chapter, you'll see what a plan actually costs when you need it, not just the $0 some plans advertise. Your doctors are covered and your prescriptions are, too. You'll have confidence you have the coverage you need. A call with Chapter is free. Takes about 20 minutes. If you're turning 65 or already on Medicare, call 27 Medicare again, that's 27 Medicare. Call 27 Medicare today. It is a Rob Carson show. So down in Brazil, on one of the weekend talk shows, ABC's this Weekend, of course, said that the Supreme Court decision was definitely Jim Crow. Everything is Jim Crow. It was a Democrat policy, by the way. It was. Jim Crow was a, was a Democrat policy. That's all you really need to know about, about that. And, and the Democrats are doing anything they can, throwing everything at the wall to see if it'll stick. And it's not going to work. They're trying to terrify people of color. You know, Donald Trump is a racist. Donald Trump is a Nazi. But the thing is, people of col. Tired of the abuse from the Democrat Party, I like to say, as I've said for many years, the Democrat Party, they promised people of color in America's inner cities the sun, the moon and the stars. Then the day after the election, they get up, leave some money on the dresser, but they stopped leaving money on the dresser. And Jim Gossett came up with this about Donna Brazil.
How much lower can she go? She says they're bringing back Jim Crow.
Yawn. Heard it before.
That is a lie. She has to know. She's such a lame race baiter. She has gotten steam. She's really mad when they can't cheat. It makes her sad. Yeah. Movie vampires when she's upset. I'm really glad. Tries to make it about race.
Everything's about race.
This woman, such a disgrace. Must put her in her place.
There you go. I got you. I got you.
We've had come on. Our fill of Donna Brazil.
Brooke Rollins
You are bringing, bringing us back to Jim Crow and we do not want
Rob Carson
to go back to Jim Crow.
Yeah.
Unbelievable. Democrats have stood in the schoolhouse doors. Democrats are the party of Jim Crow. Honestly, it's ridiculous. Party slavery, the whole deal, it's, it's worn thin. It's over. It's really over. Nobody's listening to you anymore. So the Spirit Airlines collapsed over the, over the weekend, going bankrupt. And the, the left is trying to make it seem like it's Donald Trump's fault because of gas prices going up. Here is Marge Brennan over there on CBS trying this line on Kevin Hassett getting shot down.
Marge Brennan
You mentioned past financial troubles. Unquestionably. Spirit did have them for many years, but they did have that restructuring deal with bondholders back in March. In the statement Spirit released explaining why they were shutting down, they said, quote, the sudden and sustained rise in fuel prices in recent weeks. Ultimately has left us with no alternative. Are other industries also at risk of collapse or other major companies due to this energy shock?
Kevin Hassett
Well, don't forget that Spirit airlines was chapter 11 twice. Yeah, that's because they basically didn't have was work. Do you and the other airlines are still operating. I just flew out here to discuss these matters at the Milken conference in L. A, you know, on United Airlines and you know, the other airlines are operating what they've done because they have
Rob Carson
thought ahead with Spirit was just a crappily run airline. It was the Jerry Springer panel airline. It was. It honestly, it was just like that show. The fights of the Spirit. Spirit Airlines counter was like. It was like watching Jerry Springer. I think they even gave you a free folding chair to hit somebody over the head with when you get a ticket. It's barren Airlines. It was a crap hole. I never, I never flew Spirit Airlines. But I'm, you know, I'm not money money. I do discount airlines. I do that. I do. I do Southwest. A lot of the times Southwest is, you know, Southwest, it's okay. It's like, you know, people want to get on. It's like, oh, yeah, I'm in a seat one through 30 because I want to be the first person on the plane to sit in a seat that's only 18 inches wide with no leg room. Yeah. What a benefit to get on the plane first and sit for 30 minutes before everybody else is boarded on the plane in a seat that's 18 inches wide. And my shoulders are about 26 inches wide. So yeah, there's that. Sure. Here's our transportation secretary who, unlike Pete Bootygig, knows what the hell he's doing. Pete booty gig. Boot edge. Edge had no friggin clue. The only experience is that he had for being transportation secretary was riding on the train once in college. I'm not kidding. I'm not kidding. Here is Sean Duffy.
Sean Duffy
He made the wrong call, Right?
Rob Carson
Yeah. They had the opportunity to do a merger years ago. And of course, Liz Warren, who knows d word for Richard about business, has never run anything successful business at all ever, ever, ever, ever, with no clue. Same way it goes. Booty gig. You know, they shot down this merger that would have saved both of them. That would have. They would have made. Given people more chance of. For competition, would have brought the price of tickets down and they would have said they'd still be solvent.
Sean Duffy
If he had taken a deep dive into spirit, into JetBlue, he would have seen that that merger would have been better for Customers and he still said no to it. And again, the ideology of the last administration was driving all these decisions.
Rob Carson
Whether it's not because they were all a bunch of freaking academics, like 65% of Joe Bide cabinet were academics with no real world experience in this merger.
Sean Duffy
Whether it's driving DI into air traffic control and into aviation. It was, it was ideology as opposed to what is a smart, safe, right thing to do. This story was not written because of the Iran war. This story was written years ago because of what Elizabeth Warren, Joe Biden, people to judge and the DOJ under Biden, what they did to prevent the merger from happening.
Rob Carson
Yeah, and here's a report about how, how the merger would have saved the airlines.
Unknown Narrator 2
Let's take a look back at that merger with JetBlue that could have saved Spirit Airlines. You go back to the merger. The merger itself was a billion per year in consumer savings. 10,000 new direct jobs by 2026 and a thousand daily flights to 145 plus destinations. Remember, Spirit along with JetBlue are the low cost airlines, not the big ones like American, United, Southwest and Delta. So you look back in the history. So in 2023, by administration sued to block that nearly $4 billion merger. 2024, the federal judge blocked it. The Biden administration brought that lawsuit. It caused Spirit not once but twice
Rob Carson
to file for bankruptcy.
Unknown Narrator 2
2024 in 2025. Then of course, what we saw play out yesterday. 277 flights canceled. Boom. Drop. 17,000 jobs. 17,000 workers are out of a job today. Could push fares up by a hundred dollars.
Rob Carson
Yeah, there you go. And fares are going to go up and everything. But this is what Democrats do. They have the crap touch. Everything that's gold. They touch and it turns to crap. That's the way the Democrats are. They don't have any real world experience, no practical experience. Never built anything, never invented anything. Just moved into government and enriched themselves with insider trading and other stuff. You know, that's how they do it. That's how they do it. I got more on this on the other side of the break. And then Todd Blanche and Brooke Rollins cracking down on the meat monopoly. Okay, I'll just leave that one late. Don't go anywhere. Hey, guys, it's Carson for Ghostbed. I am sleeping better than I've ever slept in my entire life. I used to think a mattress was just furniture, but I got a ghost bed. Ghostbed doesn't build mattresses like furniture. They build engineered sleep systems. Their beds are serious health equipment beds designed for relief and recovery not looks. Your body should be healing while you sleep, not fighting for comfort. I noticed immediately my first night on a ghost bed. I slept for 10 hours. If you're waking up stiff, tossing and turning, sleeping hot, even reaching for a pain reliever before bed, hoping tonight will be different. That's not aging, that's your mattress talking. Here's another thing I love about Ghostbed. You get 101 nights to try it at home. If you don't like the difference, you send it back risk free. Ghostbed is currently having their memorial day sale plus an extra 10% off for my audience. Go to ghostbed.comcarson and use promo code carson ghostbed.comcarson promo code carson for the sleep of a lifetime. My entire life, my bedding has just been bedding. I got the least expensive stuff I could find. Have you noticed your sheets slipping off the corners lately? Maybe your pillows just don't feel supportive anymore. Most people actually keep their bedding way longer than they should. It slowly wears down and you don't realize how much it's affecting your sleep. That's why I upgraded to bowl and branch. They make everything your bed needs. Their signature organic cotton sheet, pillows, blankets and comforters are all designed to be breathable, incredibly soft, and get better over time. Most people start out with their signature sheets. I added the waffle blanket and now the whole bed just feels amazing. The moment you get Bolen Branch is the moment you discover the difference. So Spirit Airlines out of business. They had two bankruptcy filings and it wasn't because the price of gas went up because of the Iranian conflict. But the Democrats are trying to and you know, the media is trying to blame it on Donald Trump's not going to work. They're just a poorly run company. They tried to, you know, merge with JetBlue. But the idiots in Congress, the left, the Democrat Party don't know anything about business unless it's monkey business. There you go. You know, the shenanigans and you know, insider trading and paying off their NGOs and getting money back, a little graft, corruption and all that nonsense because the Democrat party is a bunch of oligarchs. But this Is testimony. Burgess Owens of Utah questioning Pete Booty gig about the Spirit merger merger with JetBlue in 2022 and sounding like a complete moron.
Burgess Owens
My constituents and American people stand for the benefit of free market competition. More flights and more options means lower prices and better, better service.
Rob Carson
You think?
Burgess Owens
Mr. Secretary, I am increasingly concerned by your department's actions that result in protecting 80% of market share among the four US carriers. Do you believe that maintaining the status quo as a result of your opposition to the JetBlue Spirit Mercury merger?
Pete Buttigieg
Well, if we want competition, then we have to have fidelity to our watchdog role when it comes to mergers. After all, by definition, a merger means
Rob Carson
that there will be fewer faculty lounge
Pete Buttigieg
gobbledygook competitors than there were before the merger. I would. I could not concur with this.
Burgess Owens
Excuse me.
Pete Buttigieg
This is a novel regulatory.
Burgess Owens
Mr. Yes. Can I just ask a question? You're saying that we have four major carriers that represent 80% of the traffic and adding another one would stop competition?
Pete Buttigieg
By definition, a merger doesn't add a company. It removes.
Burgess Owens
By definition, emerge.
Rob Carson
Go back to your freaking faculty lounge.
Burgess Owens
It also gives a further for a competition that they don't have presently of 80%.
Pete Buttigieg
So our role is to make sure that there is more competition, not less. And we will only.
Rob Carson
Well, you certainly blew that. That maybe not the best choice of
Pete Buttigieg
words to prevent a merger if there's a determination that a merger would harm competition.
Burgess Owens
Okay, so let me ask. So in other words, I'm thinking.
Rob Carson
I'm thinking an airline going out of business will do more than. With more harm actually, like just happened because you're an idiot.
Burgess Owens
We have four major airlines represent 80% of the traffic. You're saying another competition would be what not. Would not be competition. I'm trying.
Rob Carson
I'm trying.
Burgess Owens
I'm trying to understand the math because another, another carrier, national carrier, you're taking up more competition to the four there right now.
Pete Buttigieg
My point is taking two airlines and turning them into one could mean less competition.
Rob Carson
Yeah, well, it didn't work out that way. That. Not at all. You boy, you know, I got to tell you, those who can't do, teach. I'm not talking about teachers in general. I'm just talking about academics who get their tenure and sit around and mentally masturbate about stupid crap and you know, think, oh yeah, communism is really the best form of. It just hasn't been used properly. It just hasn't been enacted properly. I know it killed 100 million people last century, but honestly, it's the Best form of government. I know there are a lot of people in political prison enslaved by it right now, but it's because they're not doing it right. When there are supply constraints on commodities, prices surge. You saw it with the fuel prices straight up Hormuz. All of that's not blockaded anymore, thank you very much. We're in control of it. And of course, you know what else is limited as a commodity? It's gold. It's precious metals in general. You dig it out of the ground, you sell it, and then, yeah, you know, it's gone. So you can't just print gold. Maybe it's time for you to invest in gold. It's been amazing the last couple of years, the run that it's been on. And if you've been sitting on savings doing nothing, because honestly, savings give you nothing in return, essentially, you might as well bury it in the backyard. Birch Gold is, is wanting to give you a, an opportunity as a first time gold buyer. Okay, now through May 29th, Birch Gold having its first time gold buyer event. A rebate up to $10,000 on qualifying purchases. What? Yes. For details and free information. No obligation on diversifying into gold. Text Rob to the number 989-898. Rob to the number 9 8, 9 8. You're like, what? What? All you guys named Robert like, what? What? Burt's Gold can help you convert an existing IRA or 401k into a tax sheltered IRA and physical gold. It's glorious. Text Rob to the number9898.98 to see if you qualify a first time gold buyer rebate up to 10,000. Todd Blanch announces massive crackdown. Part of an antitrust investigation into companies surging the price of meat in the United States. And you know, as somebody was raised on a farm, I see a lot of these big like pork concerns and whatnot being bought out by foreign countries, including China, Communist China, having control over our pork production, chicken production, things like that. And consequently, that means your prices are going to go up and they could essentially make you starve, starve. And I, and I know that for those of you who have farms, a lot of times you have livestock you grow, particularly in the Midwest, you grow corn and soybeans. You rotate those crops because you use the corn as livestock feed and then you sell the livestock. And I know you get paid D word for Richard for your livestock, for your hogs and for your cattle and whatnot. And then they make a buttload of money at the packing house. That's the way they do it. And Todd Blanche was saying, no, I don't think so.
Unknown Narrator 2
As you.
Todd Blanch
Last November, the president tasked the department to investigate the costs and prices of beef. As a result, we prioritized.
Rob Carson
I used to be able to go to Safeway and buy on sale ribeye799,899. It's now sale price is twice that now sale price is twice that now. I went into Costco over the weekend and you want to buy a whole rip by 250. $250 for a whole.
Todd Blanch
Ribeye is investigating potential antitrust violations in U.S. cattle and beef markets. In the beef industry, the big four processors control over 85% of the beef processing market. Two of the big four are primarily foreign owned.
Rob Carson
Yeah.
Todd Blanch
Multiple plant closures across the country. The current market structure and high concentration in the industry indicate anti competitive activity.
Rob Carson
Well, there you go. That's a real monopoly. Unlike JetBlue merging with with Spirit Air, which, you know, ultimately caused Spirit Air to go completely out of business. Here's Brooke Rollins talking about the meat monopoly.
Brooke Rollins
The consolidation in US Meatpacking has led to just four meat packers. Yeah, jbs, a Brazilian owned company. Cargill, Tyson.
Rob Carson
What about those who pack chocolates like
Brooke Rollins
Fudge Foods and National Beef, another Brazilian company. Those four monopolize about 85% of the US processing market today.
Rob Carson
Wow.
Brooke Rollins
But it hasn't always been that way.
Rob Carson
No, it has.
Brooke Rollins
The rate of this four firm control has accelerated since the 1970s.
Rob Carson
According to Pete Booty, Gig and Liz Warren, when this was happening to USDA
Brooke Rollins
data, concentration for cattle slaughter of these four was only 25%.
Rob Carson
I mean, if anybody's going to know
Brooke Rollins
anything about meatpacking in 1977 and jump
Rob Carson
to talking about Elizabeth Warren.
Brooke Rollins
71% by 1992. As mentioned today, it is an astounding 85%.
Rob Carson
Ridiculous.
Brooke Rollins
Notably, these four firms now own together more than 70 subsidiary subsidiary companies. Today. They don't own them together, but in, in total, there are 70 subsidiary companies that are owned by these four. This has led to a frightening landscape for cattle ranchers. Yes, industry going bankrupt. Consolidation reduces options for our ranchers looking to sell their cattle. It weakens their negotiating power and it risks reliance to talk about some of
Rob Carson
the hardest working people in the fricking world. For the least amount of money, it's America's farmers. The farmers who produce the bounty on your dang table. And they bust their butts, their mechanics, their veterinarians. In fall and harvest time, they are in the fields until the middle of the night. And the same goes when they're planning and then raising those animals. It is utterly ridiculous. And where in the hell was Pete Booty Gig and Liz Warren and all you Democrats as 85% of the meat processing went to foreign concerns? Absolutely ridiculous. I'm glad that Brooke Rollins and our now acting AG is doing something about it. Let's take a break and come back. This is the Rob Carson Show. Hey guys, it's Rob Carson for Relief Factor. There's a reason why at my age I could still crush it at the gym, carry an armchair by myself or do any home improvement project without pain during or after. And that's Relief Factor. Pratt, we all knew him from the reality show when, you know, decades ago, was it like 20 years ago, he and Heidi were, were on that reality show about California and now he's running for the mayor of Los Angeles, talking
Rob Carson
about Spencer Pratt running for LA mayor and he's kicking butt Angels because he
Spencer Pratt
lost his house in the Palisades fire and nothing is being built back and he's furious about it. He centered his whole campaign on her failed leadership because she was off in Ghana celebrating while these houses were burning down.
Unknown Narrator 2
She's the worst.
Rob Carson
She's absolutely talking about Karen Bass. She's, I mean, honestly as the inept as you could possibly imagine. Also a communist embarrassment.
Unknown Narrator 2
She was a terrible congresswoman who spent more time in Cuba than in America.
Rob Carson
Yeah, she loved love, love, love, love Castro.
Unknown Narrator 2
She never should have got that job. Rick Caruso, if the people of Los Angeles was sober, would have got that job and nothing in Pacific Palisades would have been saved.
Rob Carson
And that and the trip she took
Unknown Narrator 2
to Ghana, of course, was after everybody predicted that the wildfires were going to hit. Here is a Spencer Pratt mayoral ad that is going viral and it is a fantastic ad.
Burgess Owens
Watch this.
Rob Carson
This is where Mayor Vass lives. You notice something?
Unknown Narrator 2
This is where I live. They let my home burn. Burned down. I know what the consequences of failed leadership are. And this is Karen Bass's response.
Brooke Rollins
Honestly, before this, I had never Heard of Spencer Brad? The thing I, I am concerned and feel about him is that I feel like he's exploiting the grief of people in the Palisades.
Rob Carson
And how about help building their damned houses? You. I hope he just cleans her clock man, because her clog is filthy. Maybe this is why L. A City council members want to make it legal for illegals to vote.
Annabelle Sarah Adorno
Meantime, now to our other top story here at three local leaders.
Rob Carson
And the answer is.
Annabelle Sarah Adorno
Well, of course pushing a proposal that would allow non citizens to vote in LA city elections, but that would never
Rob Carson
extend to the national elections, even though in California they don't investigate voter fraud at all.
Annabelle Sarah Adorno
Afternoon everyone. Thank you for joining us. I'm Annabelle Sarah Adorno, L. A Mayor oil candidates are now weighing in on that plan. Let's go to NBC4's Carmen Dickerson. She's live in downtown L. A outside City hall with the breakdown of this proposal. Karma.
Unknown Caller 2
Well, Annabelle, we do want to reiterate the conversation surrounds voting in local elections. This would not apply to federal elections.
Rob Carson
Sure, just get those illegals to vote there locally. They never even think about showing up to vote for the president.
Unknown Caller 2
And it still has a long way to go. Nevertheless, even though it was just introduced yesterday, it is already getting a lot of attention. People have many questions, so here's what you need to know. Currently, the city charter requires people voting in city elections to meet the voter eligibility requirements of the state of California.
Rob Carson
Which you should be a citizen.
Unknown Caller 2
Yeah. Which is to be a U.S. citizen.
Rob Carson
Yeah, there you go. You got to be a citizen. That's. See your right to vote if you're a citizen. Other than that, if you're not a citizen, you have zero rights. The, the Bill of Rights do not, do not cover you.
Unknown Caller 2
However, Councilmember Hugo Soto Martinez, whose district includes Hollywood Silver, like in Echo park, introduce a motion to change the chart.
Rob Carson
All three areas that have just turned into crap.
Unknown Caller 2
The motion calls for amending the charter to allow the city council to expand voting to noncitizens for local elections like mayor and city council.
Rob Carson
Now you can't do that in Mexico City. As an American, I can't go down to Cancun and vote. Just, you know, listen, I'm going to go vote.
Unknown Caller 2
He says it's too early to know if the proposal would include undocumented people as well as green illegal aliens card holders. He also says this proposal is about representing. But some opponents say voting is a right fundamentally reserved for Americans.
Rob Carson
Yeah, because duh, I certainly recognize that
Unknown Caller 1
we have folks living in this country who've been here 20 years, they've started a family, they pay their taxes, many of them are homeowners. But they don't have a say over the policies that affect their children and their families.
Rob Carson
Come here illegal. It's the original sin, man. It's the way it is. If you, you in Mexico, you've been to France, you move into England and you, and you, and they discover you. 20 years from now, you're illegal, you're gonna go, they're gonna boot you right
Unknown Caller 1
the any given day, the motion only asks to seek.
Rob Carson
It's like, it's like hiding from the irs.
Unknown Caller 1
Ain't gonna happen to explore whether we want to head in that direction. I think the details of who's gonna be involved, how we're gonna do it, all that needs to get sussed out.
Rob Carson
And if the Democrat Party has anything to do with it, you know, it's nefarious. That's all you really need to know about it, is that the Democrat Party is involved in it in there. It's nefarious. You know, all of these things, all of these, these. The house of cards, the Democrat house of cards built on sand is, is falling apart. They've got the. You can't gerrymander according to race. They're making sure that mail in votes have a QR code or a UPC code so it can't be cheated. They're putting limitations on how late you can, you can. Or early you can vote. They are getting dead people in, the illegals off of the ballots, I think. And I had a story here from North Carolina. I think 350,000 illegals or dead people were taken off the rolls. This is happening all over the country. All of the things that the Democrat Party has used to cheat and steal in elections, because they don't have a message that resonates anymore. They're so far off the dang rails that nobody wants to vote for them anymore. And this is going to be a great course correction for the Democrat Party should they decide to take advantage of it. Because this will mean that you have to actually do things that appeal to the American people. Not just, you know, pay unions, NGOs, whatnot, billions and trillions of taxpayer dollars, then send money into states, municipalities to buy elections. Like they're trying with this freak show, the, the Nazi Graham Platner, trying to get him elected. All the money coming in from out of state. Same goes with Virginia with that attempt to gerrymander all representation from Republicans. All of the money, 93% of it came from outside. So the Democrat Party is losing its ability to steal elections. Do it the old fashioned, the way the Democrats do it, by not actually winning on policy, just buying elections, paying for messages, having the media play along and censor their real nefarious activities. Let's take a break and come back, shall we? This is the Rob Carson Show. It is the Rob Carson Show. What a way to start the week with Donald Trump. Retrofitting my TV show, that was something else. It was a really nice way to start the show today. And I'm honored. And I mean I'm honored. It's, it's overwhelming. I mean, maybe, maybe if you're a Tucker Carlson or you're somebody like that, that it doesn't mean anything, but it does to me a lot. Tucker Carlson was interviewed by the New York Times this weekend. He's, I don't know what it is guys about Tucker Carlson, Megyn Kelly, Candace Owens, Alex Jo. I don't know if they're just not grounded people that you could change your, your viewpoint to become so radically off, unhinged and whatnot. I don't know. They haven't lived in poverty like I have or you have maybe to some degree or lower middle class had to struggle and all of this stuff. But here is Tucker Carlson being called out and when he, when he, for calling Donald Trump the Antichrist. That's how bad Tucker Carlson has gotten, by the way. He's really, really bad. He's unlistenable, unlisten, listenable. And as far as I'm concerned, I'm glad to see the Maga movement shed people like these. And we'll add Democrats who want to leave their party and come over because you know, there's light on this, the end of this tunnel.
Interviewer
You've been talking on your show about whether Trump is the Antichrist.
Tucker Carlson
I have not said that.
Interviewer
On your show, the day after Easter, you noted he did not put his hand on the Bible during his swearing ceremony as president. You said, and I'm quoting, maybe he didn't put his hand on the Bible because he affirmatively rejects what's inside that book.
Rob Carson
No, he doesn't.
Interviewer
And then on a recent show you went further saying, here's a leader who's mocking the gods of his ancestors, mocking the God of gods and exalting himself above them. Could this be the Antichrist?
Tucker Carlson
I actually did not say could this be. Here's a leader who's mocking the gods of his ancestors, mocking the God of gods and exalting himself above them. Could this be the Antichrist?
Rob Carson
Well, there he goes.
Tucker Carlson
Who knows?
Rob Carson
He said it.
Tucker Carlson
I don't know where that comes from, but I know that those words never left my list.
Rob Carson
We just heard them.
Tucker Carlson
I'm not sure I fully understand what the Antichrist is. If there's just one. I tried to understand it. I may have said some are asking that. I'm not weighing in on that because
Rob Carson
I. I wonder if the Antichrist is a movement, right? Maybe that's what we're witnessing. The Antichrist is a movement. Is a movement. And I told you that we're in a battle of good and evil, right? We are in a battle, good and evil. And the. The Democrat Party leadership are not on the side of God or good. Maybe the Antichrist is a movement represented in the May Day protests on Friday, bought and paid for by Marxists and Democrats and those political persuasions that have resulted in the greatest genocides in the history of mankind. Maybe. Right? Am I onto something? I think I might be onto something here. If you're looking maybe as the Antichrist being a being, maybe the Antichrist is a consciousness that some people choose to bed down with. And that kind of the way it goes. Kind of what possession does to you. What possession does to you. I don't know. Just some thoughts. Just some thoughts. Again, I. And I'm going to continue to do this every day. Overwhelm the left with joy and patriotism and faith. And we're going to win because they're dying like movie vampires. They are. They're doing a death spiral into hell. You can't win when you bed down with evil like this. You cannot. So come to the light. In the words of the woman in Poltergeist, come to the light, Carol Ann. God bless you, America's founder, Donald Trump, our glorious president. Our military doing a great job until tomorrow, which is Tuesday. Do not catch the stupid. I'll see you then. Love you guys.
