You are about to hear the most interesting, informative, thought provoking and funny show in America on air and on the World Wide Web. This is the Rob Carson Show.
A
This is the Rob Carson Show. Hey, kids, it's hump day. We got a loaded show today. Oh, my goodness. We got Brigitte Gabriel on today. We got Doug Burns on today. We have the godfather of CPAC on and a Matt Schlapp on. Slap on, slap off. There you go. Also, by the way, Iran is calling for a ceasefire. Do you know the only time you call for a ceasefire? When you're getting your butt handed to you. There you go. And Donald Trump said yesterday, no negotiation. Sorry. Ain't gonna happen. So there you go. Keep the butt kicking going. They are back on their heels. And they, I guess what the Ayatollah named. Well, he didn't because he's dead. But they named his son the next Ayatollah. And you know, there's a time when you want to be, you know, do what your dad did for a living. You know, maybe your dad was a lawyer. You decided to be a lawyer. You're going to become one of the names on the door, you know, or maybe you want to be an accountant like your dad. But there are a couple things. You don't want to be like your dad. You don't want to be the son of Evel Knievel. For instance, Robbie Knievel is like, oh, God. I mean, dad for a living. You broke every bone in your body for a living all the time. That's what you did. I got to do that. Okay, whatever. I'll be Robbie Knievel Jr. Whatever. A great super. And then the Ayatollah. You don't want to be the side of the Ayatollah, especially after Donald Trump launches an attack on you to take you down. So good luck with that there, Junior. Oh, by the way, in memoriam. This is an in memoriam today for Jasmine Crockett as a politician.
B
Somebody slapped me. And wake me the up because I'm ready to get on with it.
C
If you could speak directly to Elon
A
Musk, what would you say?
B
When I see ice, I see slave. Pat, if someone on this committee then starts talking about somebody's bleach blonde, bad built Bush body, that would not be engaging in personalities. Correct?
D
What now with her goal.
A
Yeah, there you go. So Jasmine Crockett was defeated last night. She has conceded defeat even though. Even though she says that the GOP cheated because of racism. But she has conceded Jasmine Crockett will not be a senator and her time in Congress ends.
E
Jasmine. Jas. Jasmine Rocket went down to defeat.
A
Are you gonna miss her?
E
Jasmine lost in the primary to Talarico. Another Commie. Soon her house seat will be gone. Out of her district, Jasmine was drawn. Jasmine, Jasmine Rocket. We're getting rid of her.
A
Bye bye. Jasmine.
E
Her loud mouth is hard to take a fool of her she will often make. Just how stupid can she be? An airhead just like a O.C. jasmine, Jasmine Crockett out of the Congress soon. She's a racist from the Lone Star State.
A
Yeah, pretty much.
E
Full of anger, full of hate.
A
And something else.
E
During a protest at the treasury, she had a meltdown for all the world to see. Jasmine, Jasmine Crockett belongs in a padded.
A
She would go from ghetto to, you know, private school girl in a heartbeat. In a heartbeat. Here she is losing the ghetto yesterday when she was talking to Ms. Now,
B
Allred has already stated, we encourage each and every one of you to remain resilient. We cannot allow this.
A
No. Y' all in there, I don't hear. Y' all need to be resilient type
B
of behavior to be reward it. Because so long as they know that they can win, even if it means cheating, then they will continue to do it.
A
Sure. There you go. Here's a little bit more of her last night when she was. Before she conceded defeat.
F
So.
B
So that's my news is that we're not going to have election results tonight, in my opinion, based upon what specifically is taking place in Dallas County. Unfortunately, this is what Republicans like to do. And so they specifically targeted Dallas county. And I think we all know why.
A
Oh, that's the racism thing.
B
So I want you to enjoy yourselves. But I won't be back tonight because
A
you are going to be back ever, actually. And it was racism. And actually the Republican Party didn't even care. They don't consider you a serious threat. And you certainly aren't that anymore. So there you go. There you go. Let's look at a little. A little montage of Jasmine over the years.
B
And that is actually what they are fearful of, is my authenticity. Because it rings true.
A
Man, we did some good comedy with her.
B
Every single American. You know, no one could have told me that when I went down to Austin. Now looks like a little bit over a year ago that I would be running for Congress, baby. Cause these people, they are crazy. Cause they always talk about how Christian they is. Yeah. I don't know how many of them on that side are getting divorced because they're getting caught up sleeping with their co workers, staffers, interns, all the things on campus, mailboxes. And at that time, my school hired the Cochran firm. And there was a lawyer who graduated from University of Houston who was assigned to me. You. Not you. Not. We done picking cotton?
A
Oh, God, we are.
B
You can't pay us enough to find a plantation.
A
There you go. That is Jasmine Crockett over the years. I mean, what a case. Man, she was. She was a lot of fun. I mean, I'm totally glad she's done and she wasn't gonna win in Texas. But this is Ms. Now, Jim. Ms. Now thinks that Jasmine Crockett and James Cala Talarico, the guy who beat her for the Senate primary, are the future of the Democrat party because they're
B
so articulate, especially by Crockett and Talarico.
A
They're two of the most effective communicators in the entire Democratic Party.
B
Right?
A
Oh, my God.
D
Yeah.
A
When we were seeing the leaderboard there, you see them on your screen right now. They look like a great pair of running mate. Oh, God, I would love to see that. Running for 2028. Crockett and Talarigo. Good luck with that because here's Talarigo a couple months back talking about how he believed there were six sexes.
C
I want us all to be aware of is that that modern science obviously recognizes there are many more than two biological sexes.
A
In fact, there are six, which, honestly,
C
Representative Hefner surprised me too. Surprised me too.
A
Because I. I, you know, am not
C
well versed in this.
A
This. It doesn't take a lot of brains to figure it out. Actually, there is only two sexes. I'll just go and explain it like I did with my kids when they were toddlers. If you have a pee pee, you're a boy. If you have a Nina, you're a girl. Tada. Ta da. Oh, my God. It is. It is absolutely true. It has always been true and it always will be true. If it weren't true, then you could go to the Humane Society and you wouldn't ask for a female dog. You just say, I want to. I'll take a male dog and identify the dog is female. But, you know, they never do that with other animals, only human animals, because they're so stupid. Another thing today. Oh, this is kind of fun. Nancy Mace is. Is grilling. Well, a whole bunch of people are grilling. Not only Tim Waltz on Capitol Hill, but also also Keith Ellison on Capitol Hill. And you were talking about the two sexes and everything. And Tim Waltz didn't know what a woman was a while back, which doesn't come as a big surprise if you think about it. Do you mean really? Yeah, yeah. I'm thinking. I'm thinking he probably doesn't. You don't know. But anyway, here she is, opening the conversation and asking old Timmy Timmy about what a girl is.
F
What is a woman? Have you learned that lesson? Do you know what a woman is?
G
I'm the governor of Minnesota Congress. I'm not here to be your prop for your obsession.
A
I'm not here to be your prop with your recession.
F
What a woman is. You certainly can't define what fraud is. If you can't even define what a woman is, you can't define fraud. How much money was spent on autism in Minnesota in 2007? 17.
A
This is really good. She's giving him a little what fur,
G
Governor, I don't have those numbers in front of me.
F
Congressman, did you prepare for this hearing today?
C
Did you do any.
G
I take Congress seriously.
F
And you've seen the numbers about autism fraud in Minnesota. So we're going to do some Minnesota math with you today. Okay? Are you ready?
A
What.
F
How much money was spent on 2017 for autism in Minnesota? How much?
G
I don't know. I wasn't the governor.
A
I know I didn't know what year the Revolutionary War started because I don't know. I wasn't alive then.
F
Did you not just say that you prepared for this hearing today? $1 million. Okay, a quick Google search or using your AI could tell you $1 million was spent. How much money was spent on autism in Minnesota in 2024?
G
I don't have a number in front
F
of me as governor in 2024?
G
Yeah, I was, but I'm not the head of.
F
So your excuse before that, you didn't know what 2017 autism numbers were because you were not governor. And today you can't an about 2024 as governor, and you still said you prepared for this hearing today. It's unbelievable.
A
Yeah, you know, I know those numbers, and I wasn't even governor. Never was the governor actually, in Minnesota. It's kind of crazy how that happens. It's. It's kind of easy to figure that out, you know, if you're the governor. But here's the deal. He knew exactly what was going on when. When the spending for autism went up by like 3,500%. And he and his attorney general should have known better because anytime that something like that, he would throw up all sorts of red flags. But in this case, the Somalians were holding the flags and they wanted to keep their boat, so they just kept the gravy train going. I got a lot on this coming up today. I got a whole bunch of what's going on in Iran with, with a congressional, I guess a, an intelligence briefing. And the Democrats, I think wore noise canceling headphones because they didn't hear anything, even though Mark Rudy of NATO says oh yeah, they were working on a nuke even though they had admitted they had enough nuclear mater for 11 bombs. Apparently the Democrat Party didn't hear a damn thing in that thing yesterday. So we got that coming up. Also, as I mentioned, our special guest as well on this Wednesday edition of the Rob Carson Show. Don't go anywhere.
E
The Rob Carson show podcast is everywhere. Go to newsmax.com/listen for details.
F
$343 million was spent in 2024. What percent increase is that from 1 million to 343 million.
A
What percentage increase from 2018 to now?
G
Not here to be your prop. Go ahead and tell me we.
F
Are you governor of Minnesota or not?
G
Yes, I am.
F
This 34,200% increase, an increase of 343 times.
A
Man, they got a whole lot more kids with autism.
F
I guess what it was in this time period. Do you know the number of children in Minnesota?
G
I know that Minnesota ranked as a top three state.
A
What the hell does he know as
F
the governor population in Minnesota?
G
5.7 million.
A
Okay. He could have been the freaking vice president.
F
What is the total population of children in Minnesota?
G
My Lord, I don't have the number in front of me.
H
Right.
F
Are you governor of Minnesota?
G
I know 400,000 were cut out of health care last week. You made.
A
Oh, well, you know that. But you know why that we did that? Because all the damn fraud.
F
Are you governor of Minnesota?
G
I am.
F
And you don't know the number of children residing in the specific number?
G
It's 5.7 million.
F
That's your total.
G
What is your age?
H
What is the age?
G
0 to 5, 0 to 19.
F
Approximately 1.2 million children in Minnesota know this information. Thank God you're not Vice President of the United States.
A
There you go. That is fantastic. Of course, in case you didn't know, there's this, this committee hearing with regard to fraud in Minnesota featuring Keith Ellison, the AG of the state of Minnesota. And then of course the governor of Minnesota, Tim Rutz, who is an idiot and also presided over massive, massive amounts of fraud. Also presided over the burning and sacking of Minneapolis without doing anything about it to the tune of hundreds and hundreds of millions of dollars, people killed, defunded the police, the whole deal. I mean, honestly, just honestly, what a Charlie Fox ride. And then we're finding. And thank God this was discovered. Thank God for Nick Shirley because he uncovered this. And now we know that it's going on across the country. Across the country in other states. HHS has found $600 million in improper payments for autism services. Errors on every bill checked in four states. Four states. Indiana made at least 56 million in improper payouts. Wisconsin, 18.5. Maine, 45 million. Colorado, 77.8. Well, you got to kind of wonder how many kids in the country have autism now. I believe that the number of kids with autism has increased because when I was a kid, nobody had autism. And now I know half the, you know, probably 20% of the people I know who have kids have a kid with autism. And I think I know almost every family I know has somebody who has autism. My family, we got. We got people with autism, profound autism and all of that, but at the same time, somebody just made it up. And unfortunately, well, all of the. It's a lot of these Somali immigrants up there in the, in Minnesota, particularly, by the way, who, who just lied and said their kids have autism so they could get a bunch of money. Like, for instance, this isn't even in the Twin Cities. This is in St. Cloud, which is north of the Twin Cities.
I
This was a 6 million dollar scheme run by a man who was just 22 years old, that simple, when he opened this supposed autism clinic, Star Autism Center.
A
You know, if I have no scribbles and no morals, I could be driving a Bentley right now in St. Cloud.
I
Abi Najib Yousef admitted.
A
I got a big family. I got a dozen nieces. I got a whole bunch of nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews. All of them could have. I could have said, hey, hey, you guys all got autism, Go get some money.
I
That is so called. He called them investors brought in unqualified staff family members as young as 18 to do medical services, and then they recruited children from Somali families to receive services in return for Somali families.
A
Apparently, when you come from the armpit of the earth, you'll do anything to get some money.
I
Kickbacks, which are also paid with taxpayer money.
E
Wow.
I
Many of the kids didn't even have autism. But Yousef admits they fraudulently got those diagnoses. After four years, Star Autism center had racked up $6 million in reimbursements, use
C
of set, and all.
A
It took Was a guy named Nick Shirley just, you know, walking up to one of these learning center, learning cent and saying, hey, what's going on in here? I want to. I want to enroll my little kid, Joey. Oh, we don't have any children here. And then it just spread. And I mean, my God. Unbelievable. When are we going to see people go to jail is what I want to see. Politicians, we kind of have to see. Oh, my God, I sounded like Jasmine Crockett there for a second. We gonna have to see some people go to jail is what we're gonna have to do. I mean, honestly, this is Tim Burchett going. Going up against old Keith Ellison, the AG for the state of Minnesota, who, by the way, literally instructed people, not the fraud, because he was getting money from the Somalians.
G
Our PI QC is accused of 300 million in fraud as significant assets, yet no charges and no attempts to recover taxpayer money. I'll remind y'.
A
All.
G
$19 billion. I was a state legislator, and I can remember when our state budget was $19 billion. This is money that's been stolen, and it will not be recovered. And you all are to blame. And every dadgum one of you all to step down.
A
No, more than step down. They need to be hauled off in cuffs is what they need to. To be. Actually, Tom Emme from the state of Minnesota here. He is going after Keith Ellison investigation.
H
That's all I'm asking.
I
Representative Emmer, as you know, I have
C
addressed this issue many times.
A
All right?
H
Reclaiming my time in that same meeting with the fraudsters. Mr. Attorney General, you took aim at the Minnesota Department of Education. You stated that the Minnesota Department of Education had fought the nonprofit in very disgusting ways in a very racist, xenophobic, and Islamophobic manner. Oh, yeah, you actually asked for the names of all these folks who are just hung up and offered to call the Minnesota Department of Education to, quote, demand some explanations. We now know that when you made these comments, the Biden DOJ was working with the Minnesota Department of Education and that their work exposed the massive fraud rate.
A
Yeah, yeah, but of course, you guys didn't pay any attention to that. And. And when people came forward, you. You went after the whistleblowers.
G
And when state employees tried to stop this, they were silenced and retaliated against for even daring.
A
Because the Minnesota laborers, the Democrat Farmers and Laborers Party, is a. Is an organized crime family. And Timmy is one of the heads
G
to notice the fraud. We have spoken with over 30 whistleblowers, many of them current employees and Democrats, who Say they were ignored, retaliated against, and even surveilled.
A
Wow.
G
For raising concerns. Instead of protecting the whistleblowers, the waltz administration protected the system. System that enabled the fraud.
D
Yeah.
A
They need to get these people in subpoena Governor whose case. Subpoena them under oath. Jim Jordan here talking about the. The politics of Democrats in Minnesota.
G
I don't know who Casey Magin is.
D
I'll tell you. Mr. Magin is a Somali American and a fraud investigator in the guy beside you's office, in the attorney general's office. And here's what he said. There was a perception that forcefully tackling this issue might cause political backlash among the Somali community, which is a core voting block. Did that have anything to do with this whole fraud scheme that went on in your state, Governor?
G
It did not. Congressman.
D
Did not. So you're. Now you're saying Mr. Casey Magin is a lie, is lying, too.
G
I'm not.
D
You're the only one telling the truth in the whole state, Mr. Magin, who's a fraud.
A
Unbelievable. Unbelievable. You know, these, these congressional hearings are nice and everything, all right, but it's. Sooner or later the feces are going to have to hit the fan. And this means Pam Bondi and this means Kash Patel, and this means others going in and finding these politicians who. Who look the other way or were actively involved in it because they knew where they're getting votes out of. They knew they're getting campaign financing and donations out of it. Sooner or later, we've got to see some politicians go to jail, not only on the federal level, but certainly on the state level, or all of this is for naught. It is utterly ridiculous. What we have uncovered, and what's more ridiculous is that people have not been indicted and put on trial yet. But I'm telling you, it better happen. Doug Burns joins us next. Don't go anywhere. The attorney general allowed to investigate fraud and prosecute fraud in the state of Minnesota without the Department of Justice federally. Are you allowed to do that, Attorney General ELLISON? Yes, we do prosecute Medicaid. Yes. So we do prosecute Medicaid fraud all the time. We've prosecuted over 300 people. Apparently. Apparently not enough because Minnesota's rifle fit. Absolutely. That's going on in Capitol today. Right now on Twitter. Vaults is trending because Tim Vaults and Keith Ellison are getting grilled by Congress because all the fraud and everything. And we're discovering that there are states across the country, largely Democrat states. There's a little bit of Republican action there, but it Looks like basically the. The federal government was increased in size by 40% with COVID and they proceeded to loot it. Just take it, take it, take it and distribute it with false claims of autism and all sorts of. All sorts of stuff. Joining to talk about this is one of our favorites, Doug Burns, former federal prosecutor. Doug, how are you on this glorious Wednesday?
C
Good, Rob. Great to be with you.
A
Yeah, man. You know, the big question is when are politicians going to go to jail? When are there going to be indictments of politicians? I mean, we got these Somalis who've been doing it and all that, and there's a small fraction of this. But when are we. And what is preventing both federally and in states, politicians from being indicted and tried?
C
Well, the problem is obviously developing proof that they specifically participated in the individual fraud against programs. I know that doesn't, you know, sound good to you. I get that. But the fact of the matter is if they're negligent as governor, mayor, etc. Public official and they allow, you know, fraud to go on a. That's just horrible political behavior that should be voted out of office, recalled ethics complaints, et cetera. But in a criminal courtroom, you would have to demonstrate, Rob, you know, that they specifically participate, participated in ripping off the programs, which I think is going to be. Is difficult to do. But again, you know, these politicians, they're hypocritical, they're phony. Ellison is particularly horrible, honestly. He's let all kinds of things go on. And the point is that guy should not be in office, period. End of story.
A
What should happen to parents who participated in this, who lied about their kids autism diagnosis to get kickbacks from these fraudulent autism centers? What should happen to them? Should they be. Well, I believe they should be denaturalized and deported or tried criminally.
C
That's a great segue right off of the point I just made with these politicians. In this example, your next example, you hit it right on the head. The point is they would have clear potential criminal liability. No question about it. You know, for. Because the theory is that it's some aspect of participation in it and of course, deportation from an immigration standpoint, but certainly potential criminal exposure as well on the way you just presented it.
A
Yeah. Let's talk about the Iran military conflict, not a war. We know that war has not been declared since World War II. We've gone through Vietnam, we went through Korea, we went through Desert Storm, Desert Shield, we went through Libya, we went through all of this. The Democrat party's pitching a fit. I think Largely because they realized Donald Trump is going to be enormously successful. He's the first president to do anything about Iran for 47 years, and it appears he has ample reason to do so. This war powers vote, I would assume, is probably what I always like to say is a fart in a. In a Cat 5 hurricane. It's going to disappear very quickly. What are your thoughts on Donald Trump's legality for the military action he's taken?
C
Yeah, I mean, you hit it on the head the last time war was. I mean, first of all, they come right out over their skis. You know, the Adam Schiffs. Adam Schiff thinks he's cute. You know, the Harvard Law School graduate, and he thinks. And he fools a lot of people, but he's not fooling me. So let me explain it to your vast audience so that they're not fooled on any level. They turn around and they say, only Congress can declare war, so this is illegal. That's completely idiotic, particularly for a Harvard Law graduate, because the issue is, is it war or is it a short term military maneuver? The answer is overwhelmingly obvious, that it's a short term military maneu. So then they go to the next unbelievably disingenuous intellectual exercise, and they turn around and it was interesting because they showed the clip of Pelosi. The hypocrisy is completely breathtaking. She was asked whether Barack Obama needed authorization to bomb Libya. She specifically said he didn't. And so they threw that right in Hakeem Jeffrey's face. And without even missing a beat, he turns around and he says, essentially, that is completely different. That was a short term thing. Hang a footnote, Rob. It was seven months, okay? And then he has the audacity to turn around and say, this, on the other hand, is a long term thing. Well, Hakeem, we don't know that yet, do we? We're four days into it. We're hopeful. Then they turn around really quick. Very important. I've seen pundits on these liberal networks. We're not clear on the objectives. Guys, here's a little message from Uncle Doug. The objectives could not be clearer. They are Cryst clear. Remove ballistic missile capability. That's number one. Remove any possibility that they are able to achieve a nuclear weapon. That's number two. Remove them being the largest sponsor of terrorism around the globe. That's point three. These people are unreal. I'm completely sick of it and fed up with it. And I really think that the American public has to. Has to be seeing through their hypocrisy.
A
No, you would, you would think 76%. I saw a poll last night. Well, first and foremost, I saw a poll from the New York Times of all places. And Doug, believe it or not, the New York Times says the American people are not behind this. And they said, I believe it was, 21% of Americans support this action, which was absolute nonsense because last night I saw, it might have been a Fox News poll said that 76% of people are behind this, provided the promise is fulfilled, which is four to six weeks, which I, by the way, believe will happen. So the, the, I've never seen anything like this, Doug, of you with regard to a military, a United States military action. Generally, our country comes behind it from Pearl harbor to 9 11. We get behind this 100%. We knew that this was in the offing because Donald Trump went into, you know, to Venezuela. And so I, like I said, I've never seen anything like that. This calling the mission a disaster on day one. It is, it's remarkable.
C
It's absolutely remarkable. But you just hit a key point that I saw on some cable segments. Somebody said beautifully, he said, look, in the past, historically, it was always a situation that when some type of military situation like this developed, everybody would put the politics down, put the politics aside, exactly what you just said, show the patriotism, show the support for the military and their families, et cetera, et cetera. So he here it is just beyond breathtaking. And you know, of all the Trump stuff, honestly, the Russiagate, you know, complete and total hoax, the impeachments, that trial in New York City, which was absurd on the business records, the trial in New York City where nobody lost a dime on loans and on and on and on and on. Having said that, this is the most unbelievable thing I've ever seen in my life. The fact that by the way, way for them to go in and take out the Ayatollah and 40 plus senior leaders in one shot within the first hours of it is just absolutely, phenomenally successful. So to watch these people try to strain to the breaking point, to argue that there's something wrong with it is absurd. The question of authorization is absurd. Just so everybody's clear. And I know you know, this, you know, if they do this war power resolutions thing, doesn't matter, the president's going to veto it. And they do not, repeat, do not have the votes, 2/3 in each chamber to overdo it. And it's just ridiculous. And I think all I can think of is that we're going to reach a breaking point, the straw that breaks the camel's back with all this phoniness. But I'll tell you something interesting. The other night on msnow. Last night, there was no coverage of Iran. They decided to cover wall to wall, the Texas primary thing. And I found that extremely interesting because what it told me is that it's just possible that even they, the executives over there realize that nobody's buying what they're talking about.
A
Dude, this is why we' 50, 50 right now within the midterms, which means this is a Harvard CAPS poll that we're eight points ahead. I mean, honestly, the bottom has dropped out of this. Let's take a break and come back. I want to talk about the Supreme Court restoring New York Republican congressional district and the U.S. supreme Court saying you can't transgenderize a kid without telling the parents. That's on the other side of the break. This is the Rob Carson Show. Both the Iranian negotiations said to us directly with, you know, no, no shame,
H
that they controlled 460 kilograms of 60%. And they're aware that that could make 11 nuclear bombs. And that was the beginning of their negotiating stance.
A
But other than that, there was no reason for Donald Trump to launch an attack on Iran. That is Steve Witkoff. He was negotiating and they just put out on the table, oh, yeah, we got enough to build 11 bombs. What are you gonna do about it? Oh, we're gonna bomb the snot out of you. There you go. And of course, the Democrats briefing yesterday and they come out, I guess they were wearing Bose, one of those, those noise canceling headphones because they heard nothing. Doug Burns, Unbelievable. And then, and then I thought it was really funny. Yesterday, Dick Blumenthal comes out and he didn't, he played like he didn't know what sleeper cells were. Did you see that? They asked him about sleeper cells. He said, what is a sleeper cell? I think he thinks that they're the people who the Democrats during the State of the Union.
C
But you know what's interesting, Rob, when you reflexively just go against Trump every single time, what happens is from a logic standpoint, you end up hanging yourself, hoisting yourself with your own petard, whatever the phrase is, because think about it. After the operation to dismantle their nuclear capabilities, they all jumped right in and said that wasn't dismantled. They can clearly, you know, still be a huge threat with atomic weapons. Well, if that's the case, guys, all the more justification for what he's doing. So they never think about what they're doing, it was like, if I may digress. Quickly, Hillary Clinton, she throws a hissy fit. Rob. Because they took a photo of her testifying and they sent it out somewhere. Okay, that's the woman who wanted it to be public, Rob.
A
Oh, Doug, dude, out of the ballpark there. That's fantastic.
C
They don't think before they talk. It's that old cliche, the mouth engages before the brain. So just think of how idiotic that is. But nobody catches those nuances. But it's just unbelievable to be against. I know I'm a broken record on the show today, I apologize. But to be against what's going on in Iran after the 47 year history, seriously, and the murder of 30,000 people just recently. So to be against this, I don't see how you look into the camera with a straight face and expect the American public to buy it.
A
That's my point. Or look in the mirror and be proud of yourself. Supreme Court restores New York Republicans Congressional district this, of course, Nicole Maliatakis. A lot of Democrats are trying to cut Republicans out of gerrymander districts and get rid of them. Like in Virginia, by the way, and also Maryland. Your thoughts on this decision?
C
No, it's a great decision. I read through it and it's interesting. I mean, she represents Staten island and a small part of Brooklyn, the 11th congressional district here in New York. And, and the New York courts, no big surprise, mandated that the district be redrawn. They took an emergency appeal to the Supreme Court and they shut it down and said, no, we're pausing this. And Sam Alito got into the merits. He said that the New York decision was clearly in contravention of constitutional law, having to do with race and so on and so forth. So it's a very nice win, obviously. But again, just to be fair and clear, it's an interim ruling pending the outcome come up with the case in New York State. But for the time being, it blocks it.
A
Unbelievable. Oh yeah. Did you see yesterday the mayor of New York City could not say whether taking down the Ayatollah was, was a good or a bad thing.
C
That's remarkable. It's very interesting what's going on here because, you know, I'm sitting here, I'm looking out the window right here in Manhattan. And Rob, the fact of the matter is, is that, you know, I think people are going to really have a lot of buyers remorse in this situation. That's point one. And then point two, as I think I said on the show recently, you know, this may turn around and redound to the benefit of much more sane leadership along the lines of Giuliani and Bloomberg as this thing flames out this.
A
Doug, it's a very important question. These mosques that are growing in places like Texas, we had a mosque not far from here who literally had a morning awake for the ayatollah and said that he is our leader. We know that these are breeding grounds for radicalism, and there is an active, you know, attempt to take over the country. It is. Doug, how do we get past First Amendment and go after these mosques which are breeding grounds for revolution?
C
Well, there's a much larger issue, which is the amount of people that were led into this country and then the creation of terror cells, obviously. And the answer to your question, not avoiding it, is obviously, if you can develop information to be put in search warrants, you know, and other law enforcement maneuvers showing, you know, direct threats of violence against the United States and so on and so forth, then you got to take law enforcement action. It's that simple. But again, you know, all of the Biden failures are being exposed more and more and more, and I think people are a little bit horrified at what was going on with all these different agendas. I mean, you know, Covid agendas, lockdown agendas, immigration agenda. It's just breathtaking. What went on?
A
Well, it was a. It was a Maoist takeover of the country. That's just what it was, Doug. I mean, dear God in heaven, we don't have enough time, really, to talk about the U.S. supreme Court, the. The victory for parents rights, dismantling California's secret gender transition. That's just common sense. But hopefully it'll be the death of all of this insanity, which, again, was part of the Maoist takeover of the
C
country, no question about it. And it is a good victory because that's just another example, along with COVID immigration, et cetera, of just everybody run. Running it completely off the rails. Parents, obviously, 99 to 1 issue, should have say over their children. Come on.
A
Come on. Unbelievable. Doug, I appreciate you, man. This was a big day today, and I. I really appreciate your take on it, man. You really knocked it out of the ballpark, brother.
C
I appreciate the kind words. Thanks, Rob. Thanks, Rob.
