This is including their bench, supposedly Jasmine Crockett, Barack Obama, Gavin Newsom, Elizabeth Warren, Alex Padilla, Chris Murphy, all doing an ad to rally the base even though the Democrat Party is less popular than toenail fungus. Now, California, with Prop 50. You have the power. You have the power to stand up to Donald Trump.

Just like 10-7- unveiled and showed us the rotting anti Semitism that exists in our country. The martyrdom, the murder of Charlie Kirk exposed the deep dark blackness of some people in the Democrat Party's hearts. Now this is when you celebrate a young man getting his neck blown out by a rifle bullet and you just repeat a bumper sticker that he's somehow racist when you've never heard anything he said. When you've heard his powerful witnessing about the gospel, his open minded conversations that have attracted tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands of students to university camp. I. To have a decent discussion without yelling, without anything, just, just a debate on the facts. It was brilliant, brilliant, brilliant. It's, it's agonizing to know that he was murdered. But what he, but what it exposed about some people. And I, and I hope that the people who, you know, it's bad enough if you have those thoughts, but it's really bad if you are willing to share them publicly. Like the teacher in Chicago, the elementary school teacher who put a gun up to her neck and acted like Charlie Curtin and then did the spurting of the blood with her hand. Do you want your. Do you want anything to do with that person? I mean, I could see if you'd say, I want, you know, Hitler dead or something, but. But not. But not Charlie Kirk. I mean, honestly. But this is your Democrat Party.

The people behind this violence are not common street criminals. They're not driven by money or drugs or gangland turf disputes. They're determined, militant extremists who wield violence for political ends. They know that their vision would never win at the ballot box, so they've chosen terrorism instead. They know their ideas could not win in the marketplace of ideas, so they shoot up the marketplace. Yeah, this, as I said, this is a de facto civil war that the Democrat Party has been waging on us for years now. And there is a body count and there is damage in the billions. And now there are people putting in their manifestos and on their shell casings when they assassinate people like Charlie Kirk. The words that Democrats are using, there's no doubt about. Has to be defeated. It will be defeated by the way. It will be defeated. No amount of sunshine as with Elizabeth Warren. And I'm going to change this. Here's a little bit more with Rob Schmidt on his report about this hearing yesterday.

I think I already played that. So let me come up with another one. Michael Knowles was there in Congress yesterday, and so was Spartacus. Spartacus was there, but he only talks. He only shows up to talk when he could just fill a bluster for 24 hours straight and act like a. A whiny little drama queen.

Well, I think that the left wing violence has become so clear that it's undeniable at this point. But we should be clear about this. Left wing violence has always been under reported. Even the attack that occurred at an event that I was speaking at, that I testified on today, that was antifa. Throwing an explosive at a building that does not appear on registers of political violence. The BLM riots, which. Which led to three dozen deaths and a billion dollars worth of property Damage that doesn' on registers of left wing political violence. The fact that the CSIS study even now being reported in the Atlantic has to acknowledge this just shows you how profound the left wing violence problem has become. The Democrats wanted to run away with it. They wanted to say that it was a both sides issue or really it was all the Republicans fault and they're trying to evade responsibility. But you can't fix a problem unless you identify where the problem really lies.

And they know where the problem is. And they, like I said, it's a de facto civil war with plausible deniability. It is, it is. They leave it up to Soros and. Well, it used to be a lot of your tax dollars funding these, you know, the burning of Tesla dealerships, the sacking of Tesla dealerships. The summer of 2020, by the way, Whalen narco regime under Nicolas Maduro provided $20 million to fund Black Lives Matter, according to the Washington Examiner. Yeah, Washington Examiners uncovered deep connections between the Chavista regime in Venezuela and Black Lives Matter, an organization that presents itself as a defender of racial rights. According to documented evidence, he served as a vehicle for foreign Marxist agendas. Of course it is. It all began in late 2020 when Hugo Chavez, the eternal father of the 21st socialism, 21st century socialism, ordered the delivery of at least $20 million in suitcases filled with cash to Opal Tometi and one of the three co founders of BLM alongside Patrice Cullers and Alicia Garza. And the only thing that BLM ever did, that police coolers ever did with Black Lives Matter was buy mansions for herself. Just filthy, rotten, corrupt man. Wow. A defector close to Chavez inner circle described a meeting in Caracas where Tometti arrived accompanied by three other African American women and actor Danny Glover, who also is a useful idiot. A known sympathizer of communist regimes like those in Cuba or Venezuela. On his deathbed due to cancer, Chavez saw BLM as the perfect tool to export his anti imperialist, imperialist ideology. There you go, there you go. Here's Michael Knowles in Congress yesterday, as I mentioned, and Spartacus heading for the dough.

You know, I can't help but think of a line today. Jay Jones has the vision, commitment and integrity to keep families safe and make sure every Virginian gets a fair shake in the justice system. I'll be working every day to ensure Jay wins this race. That's the endorsement of Senator Booker for a man who would seek to be the Attorney General of Virginia. This is a man who, if people have not been reading the news has called for a Republican to be murdered, for his children to be murdered, for the children to die in their mother's arms in order to persuade the Republican to change his policy views. And a man who says that he would urinate on the graves of multiple Republicans. Senator Booker, in the spirit of introspection, is standing by this endorsement. So I suppose I would invite. Perhaps I should have looked because Senator Booker has left the room. And I think I can guess why.

Yeah, because he's a big P word. Meow. Meow. That's Cory Booker. He's a. He's a drama queen and he likes to fill a bluster when nobody else is around in the Senate and act like he's a hotshot. Venezuela has been waging war against America for years. They've caused thousands of deaths with fentanyl. They emptied their prisons into country when Joe Biden was the president, of course. And here is KT McFarlane talking about Venezuela and the drug boats. Because we're blowing the snot out of their drug boats. We're up to 14 of them. And you know what? It's awesome. It's frickin cool. It's really cool. You know, enough with this. And we're gonna use a caskite Set it. A cask guide. Excuse me, are you got some fentanyl in your boat there? Excuse me. Open your holds. We want to inspect them. No, I don't think so. Let's just blow the stone out.

You know, I can't help but think of a line today Jay Jones has the vision, commitment and integrity to keep families safe and make sure every Virginian gets a fair shake in the justice system. I gotta tell you, I love it, brother. I lived in Germantown for 12 years and then I moved to Kansas City. And when I came back, I said, there is no way in hell I am gonna move to Maryland. There is no way. And yet we have the threat. We have the threat of these. Literally, the ag, not the. Well, all three. Yeah, the ag, the governor and the Lieutenant governor, Democrat candidates are bat guano lefties.

Well, yeah. And even more than that, now we have, obviously, as Michael Knowles pointed out, Jay Jones, he's running to be the top prosecutor in Virginia. The Attorney general, he's never been a prosecutor a day in his life, has literally advocated violence against children. Not just that he told a colleague that he hoped to see cops die because maybe if a few cops died in the line of duty, then maybe they would change how they. They do policing. So we've never had. Listen, think about this. We've never had. We have available. Find this. In any other state in the country where you have a candidate for attorney general, the top prosecutor who is. Who has advocated for violence against innocent Virginians, innocent citizens, violence against children to die in their mother's arms, violence against cops, is asking you to be the top prosecutor. While being under an active criminal investigation by a special prosecutor. Because he lied to a judge in New Kent county and misled the judge over his supposed community service.

By every objective standard. Not only is he far, far to the left, he should be running for Attorney General of California, but he doesn't have either the experience. And now we know he's. He's. Your number one job as Attorney General is to stop violence. This is an individual that's advocated for violence. And I think it's a real inflection point for all of these national Democrats like Cory Booker, like Nancy Pelosi, that have just excused it away. And just last week, Jay Jones called the texting scandal, in his own words, just political noise. It's just astonishing to see.

It is remarkable that he would have such a void in his character that he would send these machinations of his fantasy about killing people and being so vitriolic and dark that he would also hope that his children are murdered. That in a background check for law enforcement, wouldn't that get you disqualified?

[Jason Miara (Jason Mears)]

Well, yeah. I mean, listen, if. If J. Jones had applied to be a line prosecutor in my office or any Attorney General's office in the 49 other states, Jay Jones would not pass a background check. No, think about that. I have over 700 employees that work for me, some of the sharpest prosecutors, public safety heroes that work alongside the Attorney General's office. And really, it's a question of, you know, how can anyone trust Jay Jones to prosecute an MS.13 gang member knowing you wanted to put two bullets in the head of an innocent Virginian? How can any mother that has lost a child to violence, how can we trust them to comfort her knowing that Jay Jones wanted to see mothers die in their children's arm or children die in their mother's arms? It's just. It's an astonishing thing. But part of what makes this so exchanged, so chilling for me, when my family started, my family fled Cuba, is there's an exchange there where Jay Jones colleague is telling him in this text exchange, jay, please stop. This is inappropriate.

And you're literally hoping that Jennifer Gilbert's mother, Jennifer Gilbert's children diners Arms. And his response is, yes, because it is only through pain do people change policy. Now, first, there's two huge points there that a lot of the legacy media, media has met. One, Todd Gilbert was the subject of this. Jennifer was his wife. He has met Jennifer. He has met these children. This wasn't a hypothetical. This is a real husband and father that he wanted to see die. This is a real mom and wife that he wanted to see her children die in her arms. These are real kids that he's seen running down the hallway in the assembly. So it makes it even more startling. And the second point about only through pain does change occur. My family fled Cuba with nothing. And my mother would tell me that in Cuba, the Marxists, when they were inflicting pain, when they were beating people, when they would arrest you in the middle of the night, when they were making people go through mock executions like they did to my uncle Angel Miares, when they were nationalizing businesses and taking away, nationalizing your homes, they never thought of themselves as the bad guys. They never thought of themselves that way. They all thought they were the good guys. They thought, well, you know, it's okay to inflict pain on certain people if it means a change for, quote, the greater good. And that's why that exchange, I thought, was so chilling to me personally.

Well, yeah.

Todd and Jennifer, dear friends, but think about what that means and how you cannot trust somebody with that. I don't care if it's a local city council race. You can never trust somebody with power that literally views his fellow citizens. It's okay to inflict pain. Well, if it means we get to change.

We've seen the weaponization of the Department of Justice against Donald Trump and his followers. There's no doubt about it. And that just sounds like the kind of thing that he might be down with, honestly. I mean, this is.

Yeah, I mean, he's, he, he wants to turn this office as a sword against his political enemies. He's already said that. But think about this, too, for your listeners. We saw what happened in Utah, where there's voices on the far left that want to silence our voice, that says, you know what, there are some ideas that we, we don't only want to disagree with you. We're not going to debate you in the arena of ideas. We're going to put two bullets in you to stop. That's what he did to Charlie Kirk. Charlie Kirk was a private citizen. He did not die because of the Second Amendment. He died because of the First Amendment. And they decided to use violence to silence him. And now we have somebody running to be the top prosecutor in Virginia who's echoing that same mindset.

And that's why, for your listeners, this is now a national referendum. This is no longer just about an attorney General's race in Virginia. I don't care coast to coast where you are. And she dodged and dodged and finally said, well, I guess it's up to voters to decide. But it is a pretty amazing moment because pretty much you have Both of our U.S. senators in Virginia that have still say they support Jay Jones, which I guess the question should be asked of them, would you hire Jay Jones to be on your staff? Yeah, him to be on your staff. Why would you tell Virginians to hire him to be the top prosecutor in Virginia?

I don't care what business you own. I don't care what business you own hiring somebody and you find out that they fantasize openly and share those thoughts with someone else about murdering a political opponent or another person and reveling in their death and their children dying in the mother's arms and then whizzing on the graves of your political my God, what the hell?

[Jason Miara (Jason Mears)]

And the origins of that. Was he people, was he joking? No. If you if the entire thread started because he was angry that Todd Gilbert, the former Republican speaker, had said nice words in memory of a Democrat state delegate that had recently passed away and he didn't think you should do that. And that's when he said he wanted to, you know, urinate on the graves of his opponents. It's just a real deal, a real worldview that I can't even get my arms around.

No, and it's also. It's also terribly, terribly immature. I mean, it really is. It's. It's very immature. It's very. It's. It's very social media. You know, it's very. You know, that's what it is.

[Jason Miara (Jason Mears)]

Yeah. Yeah. I mean, I think it's classic case of someone who's never. Listen, he's. He's never been a prosecutor. And if he had. If he'd actually been in a courtroom, if he's actually met with victims, as I have, you know, there's no cry like the cry of a mother that's lost her child.

It is. It just is an imprint on your soul. And if you've actually done that, if you've actually met with the victims, mothers that have lost children, the violence, you would never in a million years wish that on anyone. And the idea that he was just so casually do this and of course again, repeat it and double down on it. It's just such a startling thing.

I don't know. Are you Catholic, by the way? I am Catholic.

[Jason Miara (Jason Mears)]

And to me, my mother was raised Catholic. I love the Mother Church. I'm Episcopalian.

[Rob Carson]

But would your mother ever have those thoughts? Because I would think God is watching me. I mean, really would. I would be like, I have sinned by thinking those thoughts. I mean, it's unimaginable to think those thoughts in the first place.

[Jason Miara (Jason Mears)]

One of the articles of our faith is a Latin term. Imago DEI simply means image of God. And what it means is every person we ever meet, no matter who they are, no matter what their station is in life, they have amazing value because they're made in the image of their creator. And that means no matter what station you find yourself, and that definitely means somebody even that disagrees with me on politics. And listen, I have a sign I keep in my office in Richmond. It's one of my favorite quotes from Thomas Jefferson, and it's this. I have never found a difference of opinion in politics, in philosophy or religion, as cause to withdraw from a friend. It's just this idea. You know what? Even I may disagree with you over politics. I'm not going to withdraw the gift of friendship. I can't imagine where you have to be where you think I disagree with somebody politically. I want to put two bullets in the head of a Republican and see their children die in their mother's arms. And that's why this election now has gotten, I think, such national. Listen, I've gotten press calls from Sydney to London to. I mean, it's been something to see the level of press attention we've gotten. People are really curious about what's happening in Virginia.

[Rob Carson]

Well, Virginia can't let this happen. Virginia is a wonderful place to live. Virginia is a glorious state. And when you compare it to Maryland, where I lived for a dozen years, Maryland is the last state in the country for economic development, the last 50th place. They're hell. It's hell on earth. You drive into Virginia and it's Oz. But you know, I want to ask you this. What, what if you feel like is your best accomplishment from your term and what do you expect to do in your next?

[Jason Miara (Jason Mears)]

Well, listen, when I came in the office, our murder rate in Virginia was at a, was at a 20 year high or violent crime rate was at a 30 year high. Yeah, we had the highest levels of addiction deaths ever recorded in the history of Virginia. And I made a couple of promises. I came in with Governor Glenn Youngkin. We said, listen, we're going to work with police instead of against police. So we launched Operation Bold Blue Line to put more cops on the streets. I said, we're going to go after repeat violent offenders. Which we did. Because what we saw was yes, our murder rate was very, very high, but it was too high. In particular, 13 cities, 13 areas. And we were staying. And it's True, statistically, roughly 5% of felons were committing over 50% of the violent felonies. To give you one example, City of Roanoke, 0.12% of the population of the city, that's less than 1/5 of 1% were committing over 30% of the homicides. So we went after that small subset. We investigated, we indicted, we prosecuted. The murder rate in Roanoke has dropped 62% in all of our seaside cities. Dramatic drop. It's amazing when you go after repeat violent offenders. In counterpoint Washington D.C. the average arrest record for somebody picked up on a homicide in Washington D.C. with 11 prior arrests. You can see the difference of when you go after repeat violent offenders. We went after fentanyl dealers got got enough fentanyl off the streets that would have killed 7 million Virginians. We saw the largest drop of addiction deaths of any state in the country. Huge drops in her murder rate. So I said, as a people's protector, my job is to keep you and your family safe. Jay Jones has never been a prosecutor. He's a social justice warrior.

[Jason Miara (Jason Mears)]

The scandal that happened in Loudon a couple of years ago where a 15 year old boy walked into a boy's room, put on a skirt, brutally sexually assaulted that 15 year old girl and then just got transferred to another school. He's the one that voted to end the mandatory reporting requirement of sexual assault schools which led directly to the scandal. Well, he can't be in removing SROs, our school, our police that are. Yeah, he wants them out of our schools. He thinks I have cops in school. He's already a left winger. Now we know he's the left winger that's advocated violence against children, cops and political opponents.

Virginia can't take a step back. That's just all there is to it. It cannot Jason for virginia or jasonmiera.com by the way, I believe that Cuba will be free and I believe it'll happen. I really do, brother. I really do. I, I think it's spreading through Latin America and Venezuela is next and Cuba's going to go next. I believe that. So good. But yeah, brother, want to help.
