Rob Carson
you are about to hear the most interesting, informative, thought provoking and funny show in America on air and on the World Wide Web. This is the Rob Carson Show. This is the Rob Carson show, hour number three. And of course we are on radio stations around the country, also streaming on all Newsmax social media. We've had some issues with the facility that I'm broadcasting from. There's a real issue with bandwidth. Today I'm going to be going to speak to T Mobile about a WI Fi hotspot. And then there's the possibility of, of moving. You've seen the studio online. It's, it's. I'm very proud of what I built myself, by the way. And we're going to get into a facility that is much more reliable with regard to WI fi and all of that. But you, you must admit, if you've been following the show for the six years that I've been doing it with news, the things have come along quite well, particularly with the live stream in the number of people we were reaching is absolutely astounding. And, and I'll just tell you that, you know, Rush Limbaugh Came around at the right place, right time, right skill set, life, right life experience. He was there at the right time. He started in 1987, was in when he became national with the WABC in New York. And about a year and a half, two years later, I get on board with him writing his comedy. Before that, he was running Weird Al, Yankovit bits from the movie VHF or UHF as well. I think it was Glenn Beck came around right time, right place. 2001 following 9 11, 912 is when he signed on. He leaned into comedy for a while and he gave that up. He used to do a lot of comedy. Right now, I think America needs this. Not only what I do is I know that we lead as far as opinion is concerned. I know that we're way ahead of the curve on a lot of things, but we also bring comedy, and I just think we need it. I think we need it more than ever before. So it's been a long time coming, people. Been a long time coming. Did you watch the Oscars? I watched a little bit of the Oscars. The reason I did, guys, is because my kids really love the Oscars and we always do the Oscar ballot and all that. And there are a couple movies that I really enjoyed year. I really enjoyed Sinners and I'm. And I knew they were going to win soundtrack. I knew they were going to win soundtrack. And the song that I just cannot believe, I lied to you, which is a story about the main character of the movie who's essentially Robert Johnson, the blues guitarist who sold his, you know, legend has it, sold his soul and returned after leaving for a year able to play the guitar like nobody ever played the guitar before. That's the story of Robert Johnson. He's the founder of blues in our country. He changed the world. And Led Zeppelin was inspired, inspired by him. There's only a few recordings, a handful of recordings of Robert Johnson, but his impact, he reinvented music. He created a new genre of blues music. And then Elvis Presley took blues and gospel and bluegrass and made rock and roll. He made rock and roll. The soundtrack to Sinners has all of those things. The soundtrack to Sinners has bluegrass and Irish folk. They do a so long road to Dublin. Oh, my God. Oh, it's so good. It's so good. It's so good. And the, the, the, the. It's just amazing. And they did. They did the song I Lied to you and. And that song is about the, you know, the Robert Johnson character. His father was a preacher and he chose the ways of the blues rather than the ways of the pulpit. And he's apologizing to his father, saying, I lied to you. I chose the blues over the Bible, which you gave to me. And it's really remarkable. And last night they had a live show there and they had this guy named Kingfish on who's one of my favorite blues guitars. Big, big dude. And it was just phenomenal. Just phenomenal. I'll do a little bit of the negative stuff here in a second. I didn't want to play something. There's this. This movie called Hamnet, which I've not seen. I've heard it's pretty amazing. And this Jessie Buckley won best actress for this thing. And, and in the sea of leftism and bullcrap last night, I want you to listen to what she had to say rather than standing up today and saying, I support Planned Parenthood, abortion, abortion, abortion, or, you know, LGBTQIA plus transgendered, bi dimensional, whatever the hell, all that crap. She celebrated marriage and being a mother.
Justine Murray
You, Fred, I love you, man. I love you. You're the most incredible dad. You're my best friend, friend. And I want to have 20,000 more babies with you. I do. I do. And Isla, my little girl, who is eight months, who has absolutely no idea what's going on and is probably dreaming of milk, but this is kind of a big deal, and I love you and I love being your mom, and I can't wait to discover life beside you, Chloe and Maggie, you. To get to know this incandescent woman and journey to understand the capacity of a mother's love is the greatest collision of my life. It's Mother's Day in the UK today, So I would like to dedicate this to the beautiful chaos of a mother's heart.
Rob Carson
Kaboom. Kaboom. I was talking to a friend this weekend, and I want to see this play, a Tale of Two Cities in. In Annapolis. And I was talking to this friend about. And. And it hit me. You know, it's very hard to get past divorce when you didn't want it, despite the obvious challenges of the relationship. And. But I had redevoted, you know, devoted myself the last five years to sobriety and, and making the marriage work. And it's very hard. It's very hard when you. You start a relationship at age 27 and end that relationship at 59. It's very hard. It's very hard. So for those of you who. Who are in imperfect marriages, I would recommend if you can recognize how wonderful it can be if you both Put the effort into it. It's something else. And. And I'll tell you also another thing. Being a father is the greatest. Greatest thing in my life. The greatest thing in my life. I'll tell you what, it's amazing. Nicole Kidman, she's, you know, married to Keith. What's he. Keith Urban. Is he married to Keith Urban? She was asked what she did yesterday to get ready for the Oscars. Now, you better sit down for this. You better sit down to this one. She says she went to church. How do you prepare for something of that?
Justine Murray
Well, this is crazy, but I will
Rob Carson
go to church in the morning. That's so crazy. Why is that crazy?
Justine Murray
No, no, because I will be going. Squeezing it in before.
Rob Carson
Why is that important?
Justine Murray
Signature centers me what I do on a Sunday.
Rob Carson
You do Centers me for what I do on a Sunday. Have fun. I can't wait to see. You know, the thing is, and I do believe this, the triad exists between the mental, physical, and spiritual self. It is. And one of those. When one of those. The legs on that tripod goes, you're gonna be in a world of hurt. But if you let all three of them go, you're done. You are done. And so, you know, you got to work on all of them. You got to. You got to have your daily talk to God. You. You got to be physically fit and active, and you got to work on your mental health, all of those things. And, you know, I've had all of them collapse. I've had all of them collapse and had to build them back up again. And every once in a while, you know, there's been some rough spots the last week or so that I've been going through. Nothing compared to, you know, like Susie Wild just found out she had breast cancer today. You know, we just saw a military transport or a refueling aircraft go down, and there's. There's four soldiers dead, and one of them just happened to have three little kids. And that's nothing compared to, you know, that's what I have. Nothing. Mine is nothing. Mine is a scraped knee compared to that. But, you know, I do believe that the. That Satan and that evil tries to separate you from God. It's not God. God doesn't challenge you in such a fashion. God doesn't do that to you. God would never do that to you. God loves you. But Satan, or whatever you want to call the forces of evil, they will do what they can to separate you. This is what. This happened with the. The Democrat party in the left in this country right now. They are doing everything they can to cover up the freedom for the Iranian people, the freedom for the people of Venezuela. And they're shouting from the rooftops saying that it's epic failure, not epic fury and all of this. And they're evil. They have sided with evil. And you know, as Christ said, God, please forgive them, for they know not what they do. Many of them know, many of them know exactly what they're doing. And they're going to pay for it. They're going to pay for it in this life and the next, by the way, because we know what is good and what is evil and we know that the left is bedding down with evil. Here is Jimmy Kimmel being an idiot last night. Jimmy Kimmel, who has what, a year left on his contract, acting like a suffering little baby because, you know, whatever, saying that he has had his free, his speech restricted. It's a joke. He never went through 2020 like you and me, where every one of our thoughts was censored on social media. Here is this pathetic, spoiled little rich boy on stage whining about something that doesn't exist. As you know, there are some countries whose leaders don't support free speech. I'm not at liberty to say which, let's just leave it at North Korea and cbs, fortunately, bite the hand that feeds you. He's mad, I guess, because CBS has a new news director who's having them actually do the news rather than just doing anti Trump, anti Republican, anti American propaganda. Yeah. Fortunately for all of us, there is an international community of filmmakers dedicated to telling the truth, oftentimes at great risk, to make films that teach us, that call out injustice, that inspire us to take action. He's talking about documentaries. Yeah, I like documentaries, too. I like ones about little octopuses and I like ones about mountains and Everest. And, you know, I love that stuff. I really do. I love it on baseball, all sorts of stuff. I got a little bit more of audio from, from the, the morons last night. Unlike the, the great woman we just heard talking about motherhood and whatnot. That's coming up. Also, the Obama center, they're paying the director of the new library $740,000 a year to run a library, I guess that looks like, you know, some sort of demonic craft from Star wars where the force would, you know, or I should say the dark side of the force would rule. But they want volunteers to work for free. That's coming up. On the other side of the break, new comedy from Jim Gosard as well on the Rob Carson show. Don't go anywhere. Foo Fighters. Y to a lot of music this weekend. I just. I love music. I listen to some Cuban music. I found some new Cuban music I mentioned earlier. There's this woman named Lindsay Webster, and she's like. I don't even know. She's like, Diana Crawl meets Sade. And I got tickets to go see her in Annapolis, May the first at this place called Ramshead Live. I've not gone to. I got two tickets and no date. There you go. Two tickets and no date. There you go. That's my life. I'm hoping maybe I'll have a date by then. We'll see. But I just listen to a lot of music this weekend. There's this. This band, this guy called Thorbjorn Reisinger. You're thinking Thor, Bjorn, Miser, Blues guy. Blues guy. Oh, my God. Just a lot of really good. I listen to a lot of music this weekend. Music means so much to me, and satire means a lot to me. And, you know, Jim Gossett, he. He does this comedy for my show, you know, because he's brilliant. The Obama center is asking for 100 unpaid volunteers, despite hiring the former president's close friend Valerie Jarrett as the CEO of the library for $740,000 a year. So Valerie Jarrett is going to be making that kind of money at the new library, and they're asking for 100ambassadors. They'll create a welcoming and inclusive experience for visitors while representing the strength, resilience, and leadership of this community. Together, we're building something that inspires service, connection, and action beyond our. Oh, shut up. It's a freaking library. Dear God. You're just looking for volunteers, for God's sake. It's not any bigger than you think it is. Anyway, this thing. They ended up having to spend almost a billion dollars on this stupid library that looks like one of those land crawlers from the first Star Wars. You know, where the. You know, remember the C3PO and R2D2 were inside of that. That's what it kind of looks like. They bring them out and say, we'll take that one there, Uncle. Whatever. The foundation officials said that 50% of the construction contracts have gone to diverse firms, while about one third of the construction workforce has come from Chicago's south and west side neighborhoods, which means absolutely nothing. It doesn't mean quality of workmanship. It just means, oh, look, there's a black guy over there working there. There's a Hispanic guy over there, and there's not as many white guys. Over there is what it means. Here's Jim. Gossip from Barack Obama looking for volunteers while he pays his friend a lot of money on the Rob Carson show. Nothing from nothing leaves not. You're gonna get nothing if you're gonna work for me. All work at my new library. Oh yeah. Is voluntary unless you're Valerie. I tell you I'm paying nothing. There you go. Absolute nothing. Cause we're greedy all of the money I've taken millions I'm making they are gonn me he's an oligarch in every sense Benefits will be given. Yeah. Cause I'm driven it's clear to see he's worth hundreds of millions of dollars Ill gotten gain I ain't sharing Never had a job I'm not Karen, whatever you might think of me. Originally done by Billy Preston, redone by Jim Gossett as Obama patreon.com, jim Gossett comedy if you get a chance to help them out. New York city considering a $30 minimum wage. Just genius. I mean, what genius, you morons? City council introduced a bill to set minimum wage at $30 an hour. Democrat City Councilwoman Sandy Nurse put the $30 for our city legislation for the outlet laid out the wage hike scheme. From the bill, business and franchises that employ more than 500 people must pay $20 an hour. In 20, 27, 23, 28, 26, 20, 30. Small employers will have a different roadmap. Blah, blah, blah, blah blah. In California, after they raised the minimum wage to $20 for all fast food jobs, 98% of fast food restaurants said they raised menu prices. 89% reduced employee hours, 73% limited employee shifts or overtime. 70% reduced staff or consolidated positions. So stupid. Just so bloody stupid. Here is Bill Maher going off. Bill Maher. I know, liberal and all that. Going off on Zoran Mondami.
Bill Maher
Democrats must recogn. That's Iran, mom. Dani is the future of the party. Unfortunately, it's the Republican party. Yeah, we've run this experiment many times and the results are always obvious. Here's capitalist South Korea at night from space it's dark. Here's socialist North Korea.
Rob Carson
Yeah, yeah, North Korea.
Bill Maher
In 1990, Venezuela was wealthier than Poland.
Rob Carson
Yeah.
Bill Maher
But then Poland finally free of Soviet style economics when all in on capitalism. And now their economy is as big as Japan. And people there have high wages, low inflation, cars, vacations, homes. Meanwhile, Venezuela traded capitalism for Hugo Chavez's socialism for the 21st century.
Rob Carson
How'd that work?
Bill Maher
Turned out to be like socialism in the last Century or any century of mess. It turned one of Latin America's richest countries into one of its poorest. Low wages, high inflation, shortages, outages, 8 million people fleeing. If you think New York can somehow reinvent this wheel, you're in for a rude awokening.
Rob Carson
Yeah, there you go. Here is a guy named Jerry o' Connell, and he lives in New York. He says, you know, Bill, you ought to give Zoran Mondami a chance. Please, let's give him a chance. Come on, Bill, I'm a born and raised a New Yorker. Let's like see what he can do, you know, okay, let's give Stalin a chance.
Bill Maher
We absolutely, we can. Let's see what he can do. But we already know what he is because it's in his own statements and the people he hires. Yeah, I talked about him. You say you watch it. You must have seen this, the first show. I was talking about this woman who is his, like the head of. But his big issue is the rent. You know, he's the rent is too tam high guy. And that's a good issue. And he's affordability is a great issue. And. But, you know, I said, how do I know he's a communist? Well, I'm reading between the lines when he hired someone who says word for word, let's elect more communists.
Rob Carson
Yeah, okay.
Bill Maher
This is not like something you have to really figure out. Elect more communists. That's a communist. Now, if Barack Obama or any reasonable Democrat had anybody on their staff who had that on their resume, it'd be like a huge scandal. But this guy, this is just where we are. Like communism.
Rob Carson
I said it.
Bill Maher
I'm not against. I mean, it's a political philosophy, it's an economic philosophy. You're allowed to believe it, you're allowed to vote for it. Let's just not pretend that that's not what this is.
Rob Carson
Yeah, that's what it is. And people are streaming out of New York and Zoran Mandami is saying it's middle class people moving out. So you need to. You need to raise the taxes on the wealthy people. But actually it's middle class people and the wealthy moving out of New York. New York is in a death spiral right now, and all he has got as an answer is raising taxes, raising property taxes on everybody. This is so glo. Because it's happening quicker than we could have ever imagined. His failure, his absolute failure, because he's an adult child with no live experience, no experience at life at all. And he's been given the keys to New York City. I know, it's laughable. These academic children trying to run something. Take a break and come back. Coming up, we've got Justine Murray from MRC Video. So we're just supposed to pretend it's normal that seven synagogues in the west were jihad within the past two weeks because the media just tolerates it like it's business as usual. And when the terrorism is too big not to cover. Before we even know whether mysterious Mohammed with the mysterious motive is still trying to kill toddlers, CNN must first declare that ramming a car packed with explosives into a synagogue in the super Jew friendly town of Dearborn, Michigan totally has nothing to do with politics at all. There's nothing political about this to just simply say that the threat environment, it's only that they're Jews and, but you know, you should expect that.
Rob Carson
Yeah. That is Justine Murray. Another brilliant video by the way. She works for MRC Video and also she, she does all sorts of appearance. Just see her on Saturday night on Fox. You'll see her on Newsmax. You see her online all the time. And she joins us on the Newsmax hotline hotline right now. Justine, how are you doing today?
Justine Murray
I'm doing well. Thanks for having me back. It's, it's always great to talk to you.
Rob Carson
Absolutely. You've been really, really busy. You know, we've had four Islamist attacks, you know, and I gotta tell you Justine, I mean you, I were born post 9 11, but you know, CNN hasn't learned a bloody thing. In all of those years, they're still doing the same crap when, when somebody yells Allahu Akbar and drives into a, you know, into a synagogue and starts shooting, they go, I don't know what it's about. I don't know what's going right.
Justine Murray
Oh yeah. And then when they find out, when inevitably they have to admit who it is after changing the race multiple times, they say, oh, you know, well, those Jews actually for it. Because apparently yet every single headline, New York Times, the Guardian, msnow, you had all these mainstream legacy media outlets and they would only do this with Jews and Christians also. But they said, oh, well, this Hezbollah terrorists, well, his family was killed by those bad Israeli airstrikes. Well, his family, his two brothers were confirmed Hezbollah leaders.
Rob Carson
Wow.
Justine Murray
And even if that weren't the case, how could. Disgusting. How. Stomach churning. I honestly can't stop thinking about the fact that the media went on as business as usual as the world justified. A bunch of Jews, Jewish toddlers almost getting blown out. I know because we're Jewish. And I'm so sick of having to justify my existence as a Jew. Like I have the right to pray without getting murdered. And also I'm tired of having to justify as an American saying I don't want to get Allahu Akbar'd. And, and I can say that without the media for once calling us all racist for not wanting to die.
Rob Carson
Let me ask you this. As a Gen Z member and a Jew, do you experience anti Semitism personally? Do you have that expressed at you in either overt or a little bit less overt ways?
Justine Murray
Right now it's mainly online, but this is Jew hatred I've experienced in my entire life. I grew up in very friendly, actually, we'll call it actually Jew friendly at the time North Jersey, but within, I would say, you know, it's funny because my, you know, I didn't really, I didn't experience anti Semitism until I went to college. And it was always on the left. It was always left leftist dormitory staffers and faculty members chasing me out of places on campus because I was a Zionist. They were putting up anti Semitic posters in my dormitory. And I fought it for so long on the left. I had to fight fellow Jews who were also on the left and they just felt like we should just throw each other under the bus to cater to people who want us dead. Then October 7th happened and I experienced it in person because I used to commute. I actually produced for Newsmax. So I was in the New York studio and outside the Studio every day after October 7, there were these Jew hating mobs and they were at. Because we're close in proximity to Chuck Schumer's office. Even though he's a crazy leftist, it didn't matter to the left. They still hated him simply because he's Jewish. Even though he condemns Jews and Israel all the time, it didn't matter. I had to walk through these, the hottest mobs, they would say the most horrible things.
Rob Carson
Oh my God now.
Justine Murray
And I, you know, I was very lucky. Newsmax and where I am here at nmrc, they're very supportive of Jewish people. But you'll, you'll walk outside and these so called friendly newcomers, you know the Columbia university, these types, 30 year olds who just happen to be students, they come here from Lebanon or they come here from the Middle east and we're just supposed to tolerate them in our country. But now I'm experiencing it from, I hate to say the Uni party. I call it the uniparty evil. The woke right and the woke left. With the woke right, it's still online, but they're aligning with the Jihadis. They're aligning with the Islamists.
Rob Carson
Well, I'm a proud Christian Zionist, thank you very much. I will fight and die for Israel. I swear to God in heaven. There are two places that I would fight for. Two countries. I would fight for America and Israel. I'm just sick and damn tired of it, to be quite honest. And I gotta tell you, Justine, if I was walking around with you, you, I'd give him a little. What fur? That's what I would do. I want you to hear Jake Tapper. You know, this is the guy, this is the guy who didn't know that Joe Biden had dementia. And then it gets, you know, so obvious when he hosts the debate and then he writes a book about it. Listen to this cluelessness on an attack against the Jews.
Bill Maher
Foreseeing the real life consequences to the
Rob Carson
elevation in platforming and legitimate attack on the Michigan synagogue. Minimizing of anti Semitic voices. To be crystal clear, we do not
Bill Maher
know the motivations of the attacker.
Rob Carson
Okay, he just said it. Listen, just said it. Here's it again.
Bill Maher
We're seeing the real life consequences to the elevation in platforming and legitimizing of
Rob Carson
anti Semitic voice of anti Semitic voices. Then he goes on at one sentence, later says, to be crystal clear, we
Bill Maher
do not know the motivations of the attacker. This would be.
Rob Carson
You just said it. You. It was a synagogue for God's sake. It's just you can't be this, I guess you can, you can be this clueless and still have a job at cnn. Unbelievable.
Justine Murray
They notice how they spin the yarn and then they have to correct themselves knowingly that by the time they're correcting themselves, that their audience out, their audience, most of their audience, they're not going to see the correction. They're only going to see when CNN preached the other day that actually it was an Islamophobic hate crime, that Ibrahim and Ramir or Amir, you know, tried to, to jihad a bunch of people in New York that was an anti Mamdani Islamophobic hate crime. CNN told us Maggie Phillips said that and then she had to correct herself. But it doesn't matter after they correct themselves. CNN has a history of polling this, by the way. I remember in the Colorado, the Boulder, Colorado attack when a guy, another guy named Mohammed, you know, just your average show, emotional, he tried to burn a bunch of Jewish people alive. They had a march for hostages. And I remember the same people on CNN said, oh, we don't want to jump to conclusions, even though the guy chanted, kill all Zionists. Then he got mad. They got mad at the FBI last New Year's, New year's day, early 2025, because an ISIS supporter with an ISIS, his flag rammed his car into a bunch of people. And Juliette Kim on CNN lectured the FBI. She said, how dare the FBI classify this as a terrorist attack? So this is nothing new for them.
Rob Carson
I got it, Justine. I'd like to continue the conversation on the other side of the break. And I want you your thoughts on Zoran Mandami allowing the Islamists to do their prayer in the office of the mayor. That was a little chilling. Sorry. It's chilling because I don't know if you know this. There's one faith in the world that's committed 50,000 acts of terror around the world the last 47 years. And it starts with an I. Anyway, we'll get to that on the other side of the break. Let's take a break and come back. This is the Rob Carson Show. Hey, guys, it's Carson. I just got a ghost bet. Yeah, pay attention here because I've been sleeping on a foam mattress since I moved to the Washington, D.C. area, which is like sleeping on the sponge in your sink. Ghostbed doesn't build mattresses like furniture. They build engineered sleep systems. Their beds are serious health equipment. Beds designed for relief and recovery, not looks, not fluff. Your body should be healing while you sleep, not fighting for comfort. I have been sleeping past seven in the morning on my ghost bed. It's unbelievable. If you wake up stiff, you toss and turn. If you sleep hot, even reaching for a pain reliever before bed, hoping tonight will be different. That's not aging, it's your mattress talking. Another great thing I love about Ghostbed, you get 101 nights to try it at home. If you don't like the difference, you can send it back risk free. Ghostbed is offering my audience their lowest prices of the season plus an extra 10% off. Go to Ghostbed.com Carson use promo code Carson. That's Ghostbed.com Carson promo code Carson. Carson. You are going to love your new ghost bed. More with Justine Murray in a second on the Rob Carson show. Gold is now went up above $5,000. So it's, it's gone up about 55, $60 today. See, this is the, the volatility of the world right now in a nutshell right here, gold was below 5,000 and went up to 5,600 in, in, in January. But it's, it's hovering at a very high mark, $5,000, which by the way was unimaginable a year and a half ago when it was $2,600. So maybe, maybe you should, you should get some gold in your portfolio. This just in, headline gold is set to gain 20% above current prices in 2026 according to UBS. That's pretty great. There you go. And this is the way gold is. I got into, I just traded in a, or I should say turned over and created an IRA or 401k in gold using Birch gold, a company that I trust, by the way. This is why I share their, this is why they have my money is because I do trust Birch Gold. So if you would like to get the ball rolling on investing in gold while it's still around $5,000 again that I just told you, 20% is what they're saying. And it could be 6, $7,000 by the end of the year. Who knows? Could be more. Could be more. Forgot. For goodness sake. Text Rob to 989-898. You're going to get information, no obligation of course and they're not going to bother you, hound your or whatever. They will just make it very easy to get your, your people on Your Fire and 401K. Get the People on at. You'll talk a little bit and then they'll just get the ball rolling and you'll be done. You'll be done. And you can just sit back and, and watch, because you're going to hang on to it. You're going to hang on to it. That's how gold is. You hang on to it for, for a better day and for, you know, to, to watch it grow. All right, let's, let's get back to Justine Murray about what's going on in, in New York. You know, it's interesting. You're. You're seeing Marxism, communism being beaten back around the globe. You're seeing anti Semitism being beaten back in the, in the Middle east to some degree, possibly real amazing things happening in Iran, but it's growing in America. And I think this is all bought and paid for. I don't think it's organic. I think the American people are not anti Semitic. It's the left. It's socialists. Hitler was a socialist German Socialist Workers Party. What are your thoughts?
Justine Murray
I'd like to think that it's mainly astroturfed, meaning that it's, as you said, it's all fake. It's all bottom. These pundits who are suddenly coming out in support of Iran and Hamas, that it's fake and they're being paid for, which is also horrific. But I am worried that some of this is organic, at least among my generation. Gen Z. On one hand, we're being praised currently because we're actually shifting away from the left. Unlike millennials who just totally laugh up Occupy Wall Street. At the same time, the youngest generation is always the most susceptible to mob mentality. And particularly in New York, it's all these left wingers, these nyu, Columbia University types who came out in droves for Madani. They've never experienced socialism and now they think it's hip and cool and they're going to experience the bread lines for the first time and we'll see if they wise up a little bit. But on top of that, and I mentioned what I call the Uni Party of Evil now, where it's this horseshoe. You have the left, the Mamdani types, and then you have like these online podcaster bro types who assign themselves to the right, but their opinions are the same when it comes to foreign policy. They hate Trump, they are taking the side of the Ayatollah, and some of them even showed up at Madani Victory Party. And they're all among my generation.
Rob Carson
Wow. It's.
Justine Murray
Yeah, it's very worrisome because, you know, on one hand we're told that we're, we're waking up a little bit, and that's hopeful news, but we're just regurgitating. And we're, we're swallowing the same goo, whether it's leftist or whether it's in the name of right. It's the same America hating, Western hating goo. And they're also the ones who will complain about the 1%. Oh, rich people are evil.
Rob Carson
Yeah. Unbelievable. What do you think about Tucker Carlson? What's up with him?
Justine Murray
Yeah, I think it's the same situation. Like if you took them, if you took the names away from Tucker, Anna Kasparian, Chink, Weaker from the Young Turks. The lesson, Tiger, they would all say the same thing. You wouldn't be able to tell the difference because it's like they're all receiving the same Google Doc to, to recycle.
Rob Carson
You know, with Tucker, I think, I think a lot of it has to do with him being a spoiled, entitled blue book blood. And I don't think that he. I think he exposes himself and his weaknesses which are caused by his upbringing. I'm a farm boy from Iowa. I've got a lot of life experience. I've had my teeth kicked in a few times and I'm unwavering in my positions. Tucker just. There's a weakness in his character caused by a spoiled, entitled upbringing and not being exposed to some of the hardships that we are exp. To. I think that's the root of his, his going off the, Going off the rails. What do you think?
Justine Murray
You make a really good point. And it's very similar to the upbringing of all of our Hollywood celebrities who chanted Free Palestine at the Oscars last night. And the irony of it all, or maybe not irony, but it's, it's just quite funny and also depressing to also note that Iran, the terrorists that they were cheering on last night, threatened to blow up the Oscars. The very red carpet they're preaching. But it takes a special kind of privilege. Only a Hollywood elitist or one of these pampered talk show former talk show types had, as you said, they've never experienced that the realities, the harshness, harshness of real life. And it's similar to all these sheltered. The, The Mogadishu's streets of Mogadishu's army of. Of minivans, of white leftist women of who we call the awful, who they've never taken on a real job. They've been. Maybe they're up upper middle class. We have these types where I'm from near Montclair, New Jersey. Oh yeah, it's just these hippie dippy types.
Rob Carson
Yeah, I like to call them white Liberal cul de sac dwelling cat ladies. That's what they are. They're, they're subject to social contagion. They're willing to step in and, and, you know, step in for black people, say, we will defund the police and your guy. The black people are like, no, no, no, no, don't do. No, no, I got this. We're going to get rid of Aunt Jemima. No, no, you don't need to do that. Oh, we're going to get rid of Uncle Ben and all that nonsense. The Redskins. It's, that's the, the white liberal Karen, Malcolm X warned us all about. Justin, we got to run you on. You're at Justine Underscore X. Where else can people find your glorious work?
Justine Murray
Sure thing. You can go to @MrCTV on X. Actually, rcvideo, we just updated our name. And you can also go to at the mrc, which is our main page.
Rob Carson
All right, very good. I appreciate you. Thanks. Let's take a break and come back. This is the Rob Carson Show. Alrighty. So I can't give you all the details, but something big is coming up in October with the show. You coming to see me in Washington D.C. we're looking at a memorable trip to D.C. where you hang out with me and go to all the sites. The Arlington, changing the Guard, U.S. capitol building, all sorts of stuff. It's going to be something else. And I was offered to take you guys on a trip somewhere this year. And we could have gone to Ireland, we could have gone to Greece, and we could have gone to Iceland and we could have gone to whatever. And then Washington D.C. is in there. And I said, no, no, no, it's got to be dc. It's got to be DC because I'm here and you're here. And this is what we've been waiting for. This is what we have fought for. And I'm here. I moved here for you. And I want you to come here and be with me because I brought you here with me. I brought you here with me on this show. So there you go. And I'll give you all the details as they get figured out. But, but I'm going to, I'm literally going to take some time off to be with you when you come here. And it's going to be a special trip. We're going to make it affordable for you and we're going to make it memorable for you. That's the most important thing. But I, you know, I could have been, it could have been a lot easier. I could have said, hey, well, let's go to green. Because I've never been to Greece, I've never flown overseas, never been to Europe. And I could have done it. And I said, no, no, no. Even though I live here, I wanted you to be here. So there you go. And I want to, I want you to experience the 250th anniversary of the country's birth with me here. So I'll give you all the details on that. By the way, the S and P up the highest point in five weeks. Oil is down today. So much for the doomsayers and the idiots and the media and the people who are protesting against our troops groups who want the Ayatollah back in power, who want Maduro back in power, who want the Cuban Communist Party to stay in charge of Cuba. Shame on all of you. Shame on all of you. How despicable and awful you are. How despicable and awful you are. If you want to live in socialism, go friggin live in socialism. If you want to live in communism, go live in communism. But the people who have lived in it for this long don't want to live in it anymore and have. How dare you project your nonsense. This is the white liberal Karen. The white liberal Karen, looking at the people in Cuba who get five pounds of beans and a pound of rice every month. And they say, oh, that's good, that's what they need because they got good schools and health care and all that. You know what? Honestly, meanwhile, they're down there going, we want to throw off the chains, but liberals in our country don't know this and honestly overwhelm them with joy and patriotism. Iran is going to be free. Free. Cuba is going to be free. And sooner or later, America is going to be free. And we're going to drive radical Islam and these liberals off the face of the earth. To be quite honest, that's going to do it for the show today, guys. God bless you, America's founder, Donald Trump, as he's making America great. Our military as they are fighting the best fight ever. And until tomorrow, which is Tuesday, do not catch the stupid. I'll see you then. It's tax season, and at LifeLock, we know you're tired of numbers, but here's a big one you need to hear. Billions. That's the amount of money and refunds the IRS has flagged for possible identity fraud. Now here's another big number. 100 million. That's how many data points LifeLock monitors every second. Wayfair Every style, Every home.
Date: March 16, 2026
Host: Rob Carson
Featured Guest: Justine Murray (MRC Video, Newsmax)
This episode of The Rob Carson Show blends humor and incisive cultural commentary, targeting recent events from Hollywood to politics and urban life, with special focus on the Oscars, celebrity activism, accusations of socialism in New York City politics, anti-Semitism, and the left’s alignment with radical movements. Rob is joined by Justine Murray, who shares her perspectives as a Gen Z Jew and conservative commentator. True to Rob’s style, the episode mixes parody, music, and sharp-edged critiques, reflecting on America's cultural trajectory and political climate.
Rob reflects on his family’s Oscar traditions, personal favorite films, and music’s emotional impact, particularly centered on the movie Sinners and the blues legacy of Robert Johnson.
He praises Jessie Buckley’s Best Actress speech for celebrating motherhood and family—rare, he notes, among a “sea of leftism.”
“To get to know this incandescent woman and journey to understand the capacity of a mother's love is the greatest collision of my life... I'd like to dedicate this to the beautiful chaos of a mother's heart.” (06:21–07:27)
Quick surprise: Nicole Kidman says she “went to church the morning of the Oscars,” which leads Rob to discuss the need for balance between mental, physical, and spiritual health.
“I will go to church in the morning. That’s so crazy.” (09:03)
“This pathetic, spoiled little rich boy on stage whining about something that doesn’t exist…he never went through 2020 like you and me, where every one of our thoughts was censored on social media.” (12:07)
Parody segment by Jim Gossett (“Nothing From Nothing Leaves Nothing”) mocks the massive salary for Obama’s library director ($740,000, Valerie Jarrett) while soliciting 100 unpaid volunteers.
“All work at my new library, oh yeah, is voluntary—unless you’re Valerie.” (14:23)
Rob derides corporate and political focus on “diversity statistics” over substance.
NYC proposes a $30 minimum wage. Carson calls it “genius” and “moronic,” citing California’s experience with rising prices, lost hours, and staff cuts in fast food after a raise to $20.
Bill Maher segment (with Rob's commentary) critiquing New York Assemblyman Zohran Mamdani’s socialist policies and the embrace of communism by segments of the Democratic Party.
“Here’s capitalist South Korea at night from space; it’s bright. Here’s socialist North Korea…dark.” (17:49)
“Let’s not pretend that’s not what this is.” (20:27)
Carson:
“It’s happening quicker than we could have imagined—failure, absolute failure—because [Mamdani] is an adult child with no life experience…” (20:27)
[23:09–39:09]
Justine describes a rise in online and campus anti-Semitism—particularly from progressive-leaning students and faculty.
“I didn't experience anti-Semitism until I went to college…always on the left, always leftist dormitory staffers and faculty…chasing me out…because I was a Zionist.” (25:31)
Post–October 7, Justine recounts feeling threatened by anti-Israel protests outside Newsmax’s NYC studio, even as mainstream politicians (like Chuck Schumer) were targeted for being Jewish.
She’s heartened by her employers’ support but disturbed by mainstream and social media’s misrepresentation or downplaying of antisemitic attacks.
Rob and Justine criticize the media’s tendency to obscure motives in anti-Jewish attacks and quickly “spin” or correct their headlines after initial false reporting.
“To be crystal clear, we do not know the motivations of the attacker.”
Carson: “You just said it. It was a synagogue for god’s sake. You can’t be this clueless…and still have a job at CNN.” (28:22–28:52)
Media’s rapid assignment of blame and subsequent corrections often go unseen by most viewers, shaping public perceptions unfairly.
“It’s the white liberal Karen, Malcolm X warned us about.” (38:35)
“They’ve never experienced the realities, the harshness of real life.” (37:23)
Rob’s Personal Reflections:
He discusses personal heartbreak, the importance of working on mental, physical, and spiritual health, and fatherhood as “the greatest thing in my life.” (07:27)
Cultural/Political Satire:
Frequent use of parody songs, playful jabs at woke culture, and jaded takes on urban policy and media groupthink.
Economic Reality Check:
Discussion of the S&P at five-week highs, gold’s volatility, and audience encouragement to invest wisely and protect portfolios—contrasted with derision for doomsayers and apologists for autocratic regimes. (40:14)

Justine Murray:
“I'm so sick of having to justify my existence as a Jew. Like I have the right to pray without getting murdered.” (24:35)
Bill Maher:
“Turned out to be like socialism in the last century or any century—a mess. It turned one of Latin America’s richest countries into one of its poorest. Low wages, high inflation, shortages, outages, 8 million people fleeing.” (18:32)
Throughout the episode, Carson maintains his hallmark blend of irreverence, personal storytelling, musical parody, and combative critique—punctuated by sincerity when discussing faith, family, and the American promise. The conversation with Justine Murray adds a personal, youthful angle, amplifying concerns about anti-Semitism, unearned privilege, and ideological conformity on left and right. Listeners are treated to an engaging, vigorous defense of traditional American and Judeo-Christian values, laced with pop culture jabs and heart-on-sleeve conviction.
In summary:
This episode sharply skewers Hollywood virtue signaling, exposes contradictions within progressive politics, highlights the rise and dangers of socialism in cities like New York, and offers first-hand testimony on the lived experience of anti-Semitism and cultural decay—all with signature Rob Carson satire, musicality, and a deep-rooted call for humor, faith, and resilience in challenging times.
