Interesting, informative, thought provoking and funny show.
Doug Burns
In America on air and on the World Wide Web. This is the Rob Carson Show.
Rob Carson
This is the Rob Carson Show. I just want to tell you we're having streaming issues today. Not me personally. I know I'm having a big birthday this week, but I am perfectly fine in that department. Thank you very much. No streams problems here. However, our video stream of the radio program on on video killed the radio star on Newsmax. Social media has been interrupted. There's some sort of an Amazon outage or something. I don't even know what the hell that means. Amazon apparently controls everything. But let me just tell you real quick here. And nothing against the stream. We love to stream. I love to be on the video and everything. And millions of people, actually millions of people a week watch the stream. Now you're seeing why radio still relevant. Now you're seeing why these wonderful affiliates I have hopefully soon growing to more affiliates are incredibly, incredibly important. You think, oh, radio, radio. Oh, so radio, well, you know, music radio's got its problems, but talk radio is real and connective and the most local thing you can have in your city, your local TV newscast. The only time they really care about your city is when somebody gets murdered so they can open the newscast with it or you know, the sports franchises. But local radio is, is terrific and you know, it's, it's important whether you're streaming audio or whether you're actually listening to the broadcast signal. So it's very, very important. And obviously we're seeing it today because right now we got no stream, we got no string. So there you go. We got no string to tie us down. Okay, whatever. Anyway, that's going on. We had what the idiotic no Kings protest this weekend. A lot of good, you know, I love about the social media is that there's so many people with great thoughts who are finally able to be heard. Heard. Normally you'd hear like somebody would call a radio station and you know, put them on the air and blah, blah, blah. Now you have people who are just smart people making great comments. I saw this guy this weekend, his name's Damani Felder and he talked this weekend about the no Kings protest.
Caller or Guest Commentator
So you went to a Trump protest this past weekend and then you woke up this morning and Trump was still president.
Rob Carson
Yeah.
Caller or Guest Commentator
So that begs the question, what did you accomplish, if anything? I think you already know the answer to that question. The fact of the matter is, y' all have become walking contradictions and parodies of yourselves. You'll sit there in a coffee shop sipping on a seven dollar latte while you're typing away on a thousand dollar MacBook that has a sticker on the back that talks about smashing capitalism and you think you're actually making a D difference in the world. See, you aren't going to get this message today, but hopefully tomorrow or the next day or the next year, you'll come to your senses and realize that you actually aren't about no Kings at all. What you don't like is that individuals aren't being forced to bend to your will and you simply cannot tolerate that.
Rob Carson
Yeah, that's 100%. But you crybaby little B words who can't stand that Donald Trump won. They did everything they could to take him out. They tried to shut him down. They tried to bankrupt him. They tried to put him in jail. They tried to murder him. You cheered every one of those damn things. You wanted him to go to jail for 700 years. You wanted his family to be destroyed. You wanted him dead. Well, suck it, you lost. And guess who's on our side? God. Thank you very much. Why do you think God saved his life in Butler, Pennsylvania? You buffoons, you cartoons, you fools dressed up in inflatable costumes, riding around Portland on bicycles naked like stupid little children. Honestly, I just. I'm just done. I'm so done. So bloody done with you people. So bloody done with you people. But you know what? We got some good news. Are you guys want to hear a Little good news. How about a little good news? Let me get the jingle out here. Shall we? We love to win, Winning, winning. So much winning.
Home Depot Announcer
It's lots of winning.
Rob Carson
Lots of winning. Lots of winning. Lots of winning. Lots of winning, lots of winning. It's all so good. Now, do you realize that Donald Trump has made the United States into such a totalitarian kingdom that it's the number one destination in the entire world? Number one destination in the entire world. America. Do you know why? Because the rest of the world realize that most of the countries in the world suck compared to America. Yeah. Number one travel destination of 2026. It's not even 2026 is the United States of America. You know where the number one place is? Are you ready for this? Are you ready for this? Big Sky, Montana. That's crazy because I was just talking to somebody who was up at Big sky last week, and I think Blaine Holt General is up there this week. Big Sky, Montana. Top trending travel destination for 2026 is what it is. The report ranks 10 global destinations on the rise based on increased flight and accommodation searches on Expedia from people. Okinawa, Japan. Number two, Sardinia, Italy. Oh, I better be careful with that name. It's spelled Phu Quoc in. In Vietnam. You got to be careful with that. It's dangerous. Savoy, France, or Savoir. Fort Walton Beach, Florida. That's number two. That's the U.S. that's the United States right there. Again, number one. Number one. But America's a kingdom and Donald Trump is, you know, just terrible. Oh, and then check out this. Check out this. I don't even do this. But we had a problem with chip manufacturing in the world and no chips being made here in America. And Donald Trump said, hey, man, here's the deal. You build chips here, you won't get tariffs. And guess what? This last week was a historic week. We manufactured the most advanced AI chips in the world in the most advanced fab in the world here in America for the first time. What all of this started with. President Trump wanted to re industrialize the United States. His terrorist was. I do believe that Barack Obama, he said, we'll assume we got a magic wand. We're not going to bring back manufacturing because I don't have a magic wand. A pressing agent in making this possible at this, at the, at the speed that we're doing that is just fantastic. And oh, yeah, check this out. One of the reasons why. Did you know that instead of offshoring all of our drug manufacturing to places like China, we're going to maid right here in America. We're making drugs here, not just meth in trailer parks in Arkansas. No, no, we're making real drugs that are good for you.
Financial/Investment Commentator
The pharmaceuticals are coming back already. Again, tariffs. So essentially I'm putting tariffs on pharmaceuticals unless they're made here. They're all coming back chips. I put big tariffs on chips unless they're made here. There's no tariff if they make them here. And all those companies are coming back from Taiwan. They're coming back from all over the world.
Rob Carson
And maybe Taiwanese will be, you know, getting packages from Amazon that say made in America rather than all the packages we get say and made in Taiwan coming back fast. Wow.
Financial/Investment Commentator
You know better than anybody.
Rob Carson
Next thing we know, Indian people will be calling the, you know, Best Buy and they'll hear people the English accents on, on the phone.
Financial/Investment Commentator
$17 trillion. It could be $20 trillion by the.
Rob Carson
I can't understand what you're saying is English accent drive me crazy.
Financial/Investment Commentator
End of the first and they get.
Rob Carson
Some Indian born people in here.
Financial/Investment Commentator
Dear.
Doug Burns
My investment in America.
Financial/Investment Commentator
Investing in America.
Rob Carson
Yeah.
Financial/Investment Commentator
$20 trillion. No country's ever done anywhere even near that.
Rob Carson
Yeah, but you got to go out and throw a temper tantrum doing no kings bro to you idiots. Dear God. Haven't checked the price of gold today, but it's been pretty nuts lately. Pretty nuts. I'm holding in my hand here a beautiful coin made of silver. It's a commemoration of the Gasden and American flags and I got it from Burt's Gold. And you can get one from Burt's. This little coin was worth $48 a couple weeks ago. It's worth like 54 now. That's what's happening to silver. Gold's even more. Gold's even more. Buy gold. Get a free silver ounce of this glorious silver. Just every $5,000 purchased for birch Gold. This month in advance of Veterans Day they'll send you a free patriotic silver round that commemorates the gasoline American flags. And by the way, this is an investment. You're not buying gold. You're investing in gold and it's going to grow. There you go. Okay, so you can see that gold is up 40% or more this year. It's remarkable. If you have an IRA or 401k that is, you know, not doing so well, you might want to consider transferring it to gold. It's a pretty darn good investment. And they're, I mean the sky is the limit on gold right now. A plus rating for the bbb. Birch Gold is The company I trust. And all you have to do is text my name. Rob to 989-898. Rob to 989-890 8 to buy some gold and get a silver round with qualifying purchases from Birch Gold from Birchgold. Oh, my God. Old Robert De Niro was out this weekend. You know, everybody. The reason why they have him on the news, because everybody in the studio wants an autograph. Everybody works in the newsroom at abc, cbs, msnbc, cnn. They want to get a picture with him before he dies. Yeah, that's pretty it. I mean. Oh, we're going to get De Niro in the studio. Let's get De Niro. He can't say anything he wants. And so he did. He talked about, you know, Donald Trump being a Nazi and Goebbels and all this. He's such a moron.
Guest or Caller
He will not.
Rob Carson
He.
Guest or Caller
We see it. We see it. We see it every. We see it all the time. He will not want to leave. He set it up with his. I guess he's the Gables of the.
Rob Carson
Of the. It's Goebbels. It's pronounced Goebbels, you idiot.
Guest or Caller
Stephen Miller, he's. He's a Nazi. Yes, he is. And he's Jewish. He should be ashamed of it.
Rob Carson
Oh, my God. Stephen Miller ought to sue your old wrinkly butt into oblivion for saying stupid crap like this. And then here, here is. Here is Robert, or I should say Robert De Niro, saying that, you know, you people in Heartland, you shouldn't be listening to that Fox News and that Newsmax and all that, because you're going to learn it. Well, he doesn't talk like that. He's more like he's elite, east coast, you know, New Yorker. But he says, you know, you're not getting the message because you're listening to, I don't know, people who tell the.
Guest or Caller
Truth, trying to signal to the people they reach. And I'm certainly not reaching those people on this program, but maybe through little sound bites and this and that, you know, the Internet and so on, they're trying to. They're used to seeing Trump do his stuff and they talk and they listen, and that's the truth. Truth to them, because they don't listen to anything else. Somewhere way out in the Midwest, somewhere out west and certain.
Rob Carson
Wow, he certainly sounds like he's familiar with flyover country and the people who bought his stupid movie tickets.
Guest or Caller
Places, the rural places. That's the truth, because he gets the air time. And I think that we need more air time, just more Push against and not.
Rob Carson
Well, you got plenty of airtime. Just. Nobody's tuning in. Nobody's tuning in to MSNBC and CNN anymore because they lied about everything. Lied about everything. Robert De Niro. Shut up. My Lord. Unbelievable. Oh, this weekend. This is embarrassing. Kellyanne Conway, she's still married to George Conway. Did you see him this weekend? He's got his hairline. He looks like Bozo the Clown. That Bozo the Clown hairline where it's like halfway back on his head and then it just poof on either side. He looks like a complete moron. His head was really shiny. And he was out at one of these. These idiotic no Kings protests, and he was trying to start a chant, a meaningless chant about children starving or being slaughtered. I mean, honestly, what an idiot. And he was wearing a shirt that said, I am antifa. Hey, Donald J.
Doug Burns
How many kids did you saw today?
Rob Carson
Hey.
Doug Burns
Hey, Donald J. How many kids did you saw today?
Rob Carson
Hey.
Doug Burns
Hey.
Rob Carson
Okay, well, what an idiot I was. I was driving down the street toward the store and a bunch of these idiot boomer. No Kings protest was there. And, you know, I just. Later in the day, I just cranked up my stereo with YMCA rather than trying to talk. But there was this woman standing there, and I rolled down the wind. I said, you guys look like morons. Donald Trump is in a king. She starts yelling. And then I said, you're wearing a mask, for God's sake. Is there another COVID epidemic? Are you just stupid? And then as I kept going, she started. She grabbed a piece of paper and started chanting just like that. And she had a list of chants. And she was going, hey, hey, ho. Donald Trump has got to go. And if she couldn't get a response, she'd go to the next chant. I'm not kidding. She had a script. I said, oh, my God, you've got a script. You don't have an original thought in your head. It. It was. It was laughable. And then, like I said, the rest of the day, I just rolled down all the windows, cranked up the subwoofer and played ymca. And, you know, really funny thing, in Old Town Alexandria, where I live, there were people dancing along to it while the idiots with the. With the signs that said no Kings were just standing there. People were dancing along to it because people understand what that song means and they're tired of this bull crap. Let's take a break and come back. This is the Rob Carson show. It is Rob Carson Show. Hope you had a nice weekend. A lot of people Going to church. A lot of the people going to church. I'm thinking a few people went to church in Denver over the weekend. Did you see that come from behind? Victory in the fourth quarter, Denver against the Giants. My Lord. My Lord. I have a few feeling more Giants fans are gonna be in shirts this coming weekend. That was just something else. I did watch a little football yesterday. I went to a couple of places yesterday. I went to a really neat sports bar. And I don't drink, which is cool, you know, but it's still. The food was amazing. It's called Bugsies. Bugsies. And then my. I was. I was hanging with Mike Carter from Newsmax. He's a great, great guy. He is now White House liaison, I guess the. The official White House correspondent. And then we went to a cigar place called 219, which is one of the only places in the state of Virginia, maybe, I don'. Where you can have a cigar and. And you can eat food or you can have a beverage if you'd like it. So that was really fun. I met some really cool people there. I met. I met a lot of people of color this weekend in the cigar joints. It really was kind of. It was, it was. In fact, I would venture to say in about the 20 people in the room that we were at, at 219, probably 3/4 were black. Black people. I was like, we're just having a great time, Having a great time talking. Then I go over the other cigar joint. There's a guy sitting there and he's wearing a really cool hat and he just happens to be a person of color. He's got a T shirt that has Malcolm X on it and, and. And Martin Luther King. And we got talking about, you know, all of this, and we have conversation. Where do you work? I work for dhs. This other guy goes, I work for DODO wdo. And I said, they said, what do you. What are you? I said, well, I'm a dad. Anyway, I had a great conversation. I talked to him and I said, we're talking about the protests and how they were all white. All of the. The protesters were a bunch of old boomers. And this guy wearing the Malcolm X shirt, younger prob. 30 years old. And we got talking about it and I said, I said, those are the people that Malcolm X warned people about. He said, white. The white liberals is the enemy. And this guy was a little relenting to begin with. And then he went, oh, yeah, yeah. And we had a delightful conversation. I'm sure he's on the opposite side of the political spectrum. He sees a, you know, probably a liberal, but we had a really good conversation. I enjoyed that thoroughly. I enjoyed it thoroughly and, you know, departed with a little fist bump. There you go. So the DHS is issuing a savage warning to a group of youths after seeing their threatening message towards ICE agents. Earlier this week, eight teenage individuals went on TikTok decided to piggyback off reports of bounties that have been listed against ICE agents trying to enforce our immigration laws. In one video, one of the young men smiles as he puts down his mask. Rap music in the background and his buddies stand around him. Says, ice, we're on the way. Where does the street cartels put up $50,000 bounty on y'? All? The Department of Homeland Security shared a video on Friday while posting a savage warning. Fafo bleep around and find out. If you threaten to lay hands on our law enforcement officers, we will hunt you down and we will find you. We will see you cowards soon. So they don't find these kids, it's gonna get big and ugly. They're gonna get a little visit from the FBI. There's a whole lot of that nonsense going on around the country, by the way. Whole lot of that nonsense happening. People saying stupid crap. Here's a guy in Chicago and I hope he gets a visit from the FBI. Listen to this. This is your. If you're a Democrat in good standing still, you need to rethink what you're doing. I don't say you have to be a Republican, you gotta leave the party because right now your party is friggin nuts and it's doing a death spiral into hell. What I would do is wait for that faction of your party, that 20%, to go to hell and you pick up the pieces and become a Democrat, as the party should be. But right now they're not. Listen to this fool.
Doug Burns
You gotta grab a gun.
Rob Carson
We gotta turn around the guns on this fascist system. These ICE agents gotta get shot and wiped out. This state, the state machinery that's a full display right there has to get wiped out. Okay, there we go. I gotta tell you, you keep talking like that, homeboys, hillbillies and Hebrews gonna take you down. Two alleged antifa members charged with terrorism related crimes. Federal prosecutors have charged two North Texas men, Cameron Arnold, Zachary Evitz, which accused of helping to orchestrate an attack on ICE detention center in Alvarado or Alvarado. They are charged with providing material support to terrorists, attempted murder of officers and employees of the US and discharging a firearm in relation to a crime of violence. Now this might have happened in the Biden administration, but you do this now, your ass is going to jail for a very long time. You're going to jail for a long time, you fools. On the night of July 4, the several masked individuals dressed on black evangelized vehicles, security cameras in the ICE parking lot then opened fire on Alvareto police. Seconds later, co conspirator Arnold opened fire on an officer, striking an officer in the neck. ICE fliers bearing messages like fight ICE terror with class war. Free all political prisoners on there. The DOJ describes ANTIFA as a militant enterprise made up of networks of individuals with small groups primarily ascribing to a revolutionary anarchist or autonomous Marxist ideology. Although the left is trying to say that they don't exist. Here's an ANTIFA member being interviewed by. I think it's a Dallas, Dallas Express. And he says, oh yeah, he goes all over the country. I traveled the country, I went to Florida, I went to Missouri, I've been to Indiana, Texas, Oklahoma, Washington, Portland. And I'm here to spread anti fascism because America was never fascinated fascist and never will be, not as long as any antifascist lives. Okay, who do you consider to be a fascist in your eyes? Well, currently the whole Trump administration may not be entirely fascist at this point, but they're. You're an idiot. The ANTIFA was created in the twenties associated with the Weimar era German communist group. Anti Fascista action. There you go. So there you go. You fools are repeating history. But you're not going to be long for this earth. As far as your freedom, by the way, you're going down. It's going down in a big way. Joining me, Doug Burns to talk about John Bolton among other people in a whole lot of hot water. Don't go anywhere. Hey guys, it's Carson. Forget fresh olive oil. I eat olive oil every day. I got rid of seed oils years ago. Life is too short to not have wonderful fresh olive oil. And I mean fresh olive oil packs the most flavor and healthy ingredients when it's fresh from the farm. And that's the problem with supermarket olive oils. They're not fresh. They get sit on the shelf for months growing stale. That's why I get my olive oil from small award winning farms thanks to a fellow named T.J. robinson, also known as the olive oil hunter. When I tasted TJ Farms fresh olive oils, I fell in love with their vibrant, grassy flavors. They were incredibly delicious on salad, veggies, pasta, meat, fish, you name it. And as an introduction to his fresh pressed Olive Oil Club, TJ is willing to send you a full size $39 bottle up one of the world's finest artisanal olive oils fresh from the new harvest for just $1 to help him cover shipping. Doug Burns
On what is in this Bolton indictment.
Rob Carson
They I've been, you know when I.
Doug Burns
Say I hate watch msnbc, they're saying it's very serious. What's inside this indictment?
Mike Davis
This is a very serious indictment. It's by career federal prosecutors in the District of Maryland working with career federal prosecutors in the National Security Division at Main justice, certainly not Trump territory. And they got this 18 count indictment where John Bolton and there's statements from John Bolton where he knows what he's doing is clearly a violation of the Espionage act because he has made statements in the past that you can't do this stuff and he did it anyway. He sent classified documents, highly classified documents via email. So he shared classified documents and then he retained classified documents. There are 18 felony counts under the Espionage Act. This evidence is very damning. These are highly classified documents. It's top secret. Even beyond top secret code name stuff that is like scissorsap, secure compartment information and special access programs. This is very, very, very damaging stuff.
Rob Carson
Yeah.
Mike Davis
If it becomes public. So I would say this to John Bolton. If these allegations are true, which they appear to be true, then he's going to go to prison probably for the rest of his life.
Rob Carson
Well, that is Mike Davis of Article 3 Project, a friggin amazing guy by the way. I'm a huge fan and that's what he says and a lot of people are actually, yeah, a lot of people are saying he could go to jail the rest of his life. DOUG Burns FORMER FEDERAL PROSECUTOR My God man, it's been too long since have spoken. I have been without your expertise. I've been like wandering, you know, floating around the ocean without a compass, without a, without a north star for God's sake. How are you?
Doug Burns
I appreciate that. Thank you and delighted to talk about the Bolton situation.
Rob Carson
All right, what do we got? I mean this sounds pretty serious and not only that, Iran got into his email. So these classified and top secret documents he was sharing with his wife and his daughter, apparently. And by the way, he was under investigation in 2020, but the Biden administration dropped it. Tell me what's going on.
Doug Burns
Well, you have the legal part, which I'll go through quickly and then obviously have the political part, which hurts him even more, as I'll explain. The legal part is that you have a 40 plus page indictment, calmly lays out a very compelling case, which is that he used and stored classified information, top secret, highly classified, on an AOL email. That's totally unauthorized under federal law. Obviously. He then shared it with persons one and two, not any big mystery. They are believed to be his wife and his daughter. That's obviously completely and totally improper. But then the worst part of the case for him, really bad, seriously, Rob, is that he was hacked.
Rob Carson
Wow.
Doug Burns
And these type of cases operate on two levels. Level one, for which you have clear liability is, you know, you improperly stored classified information. But level two is that it somehow came into the wrong hands, okay. And may have compromised on national security. It's very, very, very interesting because another part of the case is the fact that he was writing an angry kiss and tell book, made a lot of money from it. That's why he did this crime, by the way, over greed. And it was so interesting because the doj, the government, sued to prevent the publication of the book. And a judge, Royce Lamberth, a very well respected federal judge, he denied it because the books apparently were already printed, you know, like a practical thing, but in his opinion, incredible. He said that John Bolton, I'm basically quoting verbatim, gambled with the national security of the United States, clearly could have brought harm to the United States of America and clearly invites both civil and criminal liability upon himself. So the fact of the matter is, now I just quickly morph into the political part, which is highly, highly, highly embarrassing and troubling for him because there he was in the very light colored summer suit on cnn. Don't ask me why I remember that part of it, but hear me out. And he is pontificating angrily about the horrific conduct of Donald Trump and how terrible and horrible it is what he did. Meanwhile, he's a graduate of Yale Law school. So listen, Mr. Bolton, there are two huge distinctions right out of the gate. Number one, the presidential records act, which we've all talked about. Number two, a president, any president, Rob, has the legal authority to declassify. We've discussed that. So that case is distinguishable from the Trump case on those two huge grounds. But there he is playing politics with law. Right. Back to my mantra, law and politics don't mix. Yale law graduate, he pompously said he was an alumnus of the Justice Department, as if to give his opinion, you know, more credibility. And the fact of the matter is, you know what? People who live in glass houses should not throw stones.
Rob Carson
Yeah. And then there's also this. The Democrat whistleblower allegations, supported by newly declassified FBI interview reports are now threatening to derail the political career of Adam Schiff. Adam Schiff apparently liked to. He liked to leak documents. The whistleblower told the FBI that during an all staff meeting in 2017, Schiff said the group would leak classified information which was derogatory to the President United States, and that the material will be used to indict President Trump. When the whistleblower objected, calling the plan unethical and possibly treasonous, others allegedly assured him that the leaks would never be traced back. I'm thinking this is kind of what's going on. A lot of people in the FBI and a lot of people in Congress and even old Mr. Bolton didn't think Donald Trump was going to make it. That's why Bolton talks so much about Donald Trump going to prison. He was out loud with thinking. And it didn't happen, did it? And now there's a little hell to pay because they did the same crap.
Doug Burns
Well, I think you're making the absolute most important key point, which is, you know, all of us in life, day to day, life, week in month, in, year in, you know, we make judgment calls, predictions, and they never repeat, ever thought that Trump was going to get reelected. It, ironically, it's grounded in the same cement. In other words, they're doing this lawfare against the guy. They indict him four times at the same time. As I've said to you, I'll say it again to the listeners, neither Al Capone nor John Gotti was indicted four times at the same time. Seriously, you know, some of the most vicious criminals in the history of our country. But they indict Trump four times. The American public saw through it. Incredibly unbelievable. But to your key point, because it's so worth repeating. John Bolton, when he was sitting there, yes, with the dopey light suit, but when he was sitting there, right. He never, ever, ever in a million years thought that Trump would be able to withstand the fake onslaught of lawfare and get reelected. And now he's paying the price.
Rob Carson
Well, you know, they did the same damn thing in Venice or in Brazil with Bolsonaro. They did the same thing. They did the only person that could have survived all of this was Donald Trump because it's worked everywhere else, Doug. They didn't expect that he'd be able to do all of this. And then the day before the damn convention wanted to kill him. And I got to tell you, and I believe other people were involved because the shooter was allowed to get to the most prone position to kill Donald Trump. And so their house of cards is coming down. I have no doubt this is one of the reasons why they're pitching such a fit and doing all this no Kings nonsense because they know that there is going to be hell to pay. There is going to be a grand conspiracy brought. I believe we got about a minute before the end of the break, and then I want to take to the other break, grand conspiracy. We still got three years to go after this. What?
Doug Burns
Yeah, it's just interesting because I'll tell you what, even though I'm incredibly pro juror and common sense and all that, I really never, I wasn't sure, let me put it that way, that the American public was going to be able to withstand the fake propaganda, legal propaganda. I did my level best, obviously, to dispel it in media. Myself played a small, small role. But I'll tell you what, it was amazing that the public saw through it, honestly.
Rob Carson
Yep. Yep. Well, let's take a break and come back because I want to talk to you about Leticia James, a little update on that Adam Schiff also Jack Smith as well. Financial/Investment Commentator
But the governor who got thrown out of his business by his family because he's a dope, but the governor, Pritzker, he doesn't want us in. You know, if I were him, if I were a Democrat, I were him, I'd say, come on in. What do you have to lose?
Doug Burns
You're going to go to San Francisco.
Financial/Investment Commentator
Next we're going to go to San Francisco. The difference is I think they want to in San Francisco. San Francisco was truly one of the great cities of the world and then 15 years ago it went wrong.
Rob Carson
Yeah, then they started putting maps so you don't step in human waste in San Francisco. Yeah, I left my poo in San Francisco. Honestly, my Lord, what the Democrats have done and now they're standing in the schoolhouse doors just like they did in 1963. They are. This is the exact same modus operandi of the Democrat Party. Keep people impoverished, dependent, Grievin, riddance. That's what it's about, kids. That's what it's about. Doug Burns, former federal prosecutor on the Newsmax hotline. Donald Trump is having some victories with regard to being able to send in federal law enforcement in the National Guard. What's going to happen in Chicago, what's going to happen in San Francisco? What's going to happen in Portland?
Doug Burns
Well, it's probably going to be the identical playbook, which is that, you know, a liberal leaning judge will issue a short term injunction. You know, the left side media will make it sound as though it's a decision on the merits of the case. That is they're blocking him, you see that he can't do it. That's not accurate. These are short term injunctions. And then he ultimately ends up prevailing in an appellate context. And what you hear from them at that point is called crickets and el silencio nothing. And the fact of the matter is, you know, the bad news is you'll see these short term injunctions notwithstanding, by the way, and you've peppered me about this many times, notwithstanding the fact that the Supreme Court really cut into that, they'll just probably do it anyway. But then again, the good news is that he will prevail down the road on appeal, either in a court of appeals or in the Supreme Court.
Rob Carson
Rob, I think the, I mean, sooner or later this is going to come to a slow crawl and a halt. We've still got three and a third years of this administration. I think the American people are getting bloody tired of it. I think they're tired of this nonsense is no Kings nonsense, which was utterly ridiculous. And I think it's going to ultimately run out of gifts. Ass. I could be wrong. Did you see this? I am. I've just got into this story. 60 Minutes did a story about fired federal just the department lawyer says he refused to lie in the Abrego Garcia case. Now, you know what? Let's not focus on that. That's just something I saw earlier. I was thinking about bringing it. Let's talk about. I want to talk about Letitia James. What's going on with Letitia James? Sounds like she's in a whole lot of trouble. I haven't heard much because there's been so much other going on, you know, with the bill build up for this no king stupidity and all that. What are you hearing about that? What do you think is going to happen?
Doug Burns
Well, there's good news for her and then really potentially bad news. The good news is, is that since they were under a time crunch and so forth and there were issues about personnel in the attorney's office, they brought very quick what we call bare bones indictment a couple pages long, et cetera, et cetera, as contrasted, by the way, with bolton, which was 40 pages, you know, and laid everything out. So that's the good news, however, that often operates as a hedge fund fake, totally. And a sandbag because the defendant herself and the media on the left side jump right in. You see that all it is is one mortgage. Anybody can make a mistake. And then the really bad news is there's something like six or seven other mortgages hearing on fairly good authority. And I also saw a prediction by Mark Garagos, who I have a lot of respect for. He's a very good lawyer, obviously. And Mark was saying, saying that he felt that there will be other charges having to do with other mortgages. And I'm going to sort of predict that right now. I think that's what's going to happen, Rob.
Rob Carson
Well, I think there's going to be a bleep storm nationally in Washington, D.C. with regard to those who weaponize the DOJ. Mike Davis has, has alluded to that. John Solomon has alluded to that because they keep getting you know, breaking new stories, talking about grand conspiracy, which is not related to any sort of statute of limitations. And so all of the. I think all of the dre that we had of payback of, you know, going after these people who weaponize the DOJ and the. And the agencies of the government against not only Trump and his people are going to happen. We're just scratching the surface here. What do you think?
Doug Burns
No, I totally agree with you. And I'm looking at a little sheet I made up here. The names on my sheet. Schiff, Brennan, Clapper, Smith. That's my preliminary sheet.
Rob Carson
Oh, yeah.
Doug Burns
Smith, Smith, Schiff, Brennan, Clapper. I would not be surprised one iota if all four of those are not indicted.
Political Commentator or Caller
Rob?
Rob Carson
Yeah, I think there's. I think there's more to come to also on January 6th, right? I certainly. I think you see Nancy Pelosi, last week, she got all sorts of sensitive. She got all sorts. And you think about all the nonsense they did, the January 6th committee, that, that broadcast, they hired an ABC producer to do the damn thing, and then they destroyed all the evidence. They might have destroyed some evidence. Doesn't mean that they did. They destroyed their culpability.
Doug Burns
But here's what any trial lawyer will tell you with the caveat that we're not psychiatrists. But hear me out. It's because it's very, very interesting. A big part of human nature is that if you say, accuse me, Doug, of something, that's just ridiculous. You know, you'll see on my face that I'm, like, relaxed and calm, and I kind of just laugh and shrug it off. Come on, Rob. But if you hit a nerve and you say something like, doug, I know that you did A, B and C, and I really did it, and it's illegal, you're gonna get angry. So you don't have to be Freud to figure out that Pelosi, okay, she did turn down, probably National Guard. Okay, And. And so she turns around and she gets angry. She's not doing herself any favors, by the way. Jack Smith, quick pivot.
Rob Carson
Yes, yes. Because I want you with a really.
Doug Burns
Objective journalist named Andrew Weissman. That's a joke. But that to the side. And he's sitting there with Weissman and he goes. And the idea that DOJ would be politicized in that type of case is just ludicrous. I said in media. Now, that's the same psychiatric principle. In other words, you're protesting way too much. You're giving away that. Yeah, you did weaponize everything.
Rob Carson
30 seconds. Ex Trump special counsel Jack Smith referred to DOJ for misconduct, possible disbarment. Chances of that happening? It sounds pretty good.
Doug Burns
No, pretty good. Pretty good. Better than half, Rob.
Rob Carson
Good. All right, brother. I appreciate you, Doug. We got to get you back on more often. I miss, I miss having you on because I, I enjoy your take because it's truthful and it's, and it's awesome and it's opinion leading and all of that. Doug Burns Law, by the way, if you want to check it out on Twitter, my brother, have a glorious rest of your week.
Doug Burns
Okay, you too. Let me know anytime. I'll be all right, bro.
Rob Carson
Let's take a break and come back. This is the Rob Carson Show. The Democrat Party is losing the blame game on the shutdown. Here's Jonathan Karl with a K yesterday on abc admitting it's Democrats. The Democrats did not vote for the clean funding bill. They have chosen to shut the government down to fight for the health care and the other items you mentioned. But let me ask you why, as this is going on, why is the House not in session?
Political Commentator or Caller
Well, first of all, we're fighting for health care as well, not just in word but in deed. We put it in the one big beautiful bill, the working families tax, got real reforms to Medicaid to make it work better, to preserve the program because we had illegal aliens receiving benefits. We had young, able bodied men who were not working. They don't have dependents. They were riding the wagon. We cleaned that up in our bill. In their counterproposal. What Chuck Schumer is arguing for is he wants to reverse those reforms.
Rob Carson
Yeah. By the way, they are cranking up the pressure. Donald Trump is. He's taken $16.4 billion, a tunnel project, by the way, way that Chuck Schumer wanted free New York City. So good. Screw them. Yeah, there you go. Love it, love it, love it, love it. Nice try with the distraction on your idiotic no kings, no brains protest. You're like zombies. You're looking for brains because obviously you need some because you don't got none. So October CyberSecurity Awareness Month, aka Skyber Scaries Month. But if you've got web root protection like I do, things are going to change. I had my computer attacked about a month ago with malware and it froze up my computer while I was on the radio. Radio. This computer that I had built here cost me a bleep ton of money. And it does a radio show, a live stream and a television show. And then when it goes down, I'm toast. Kind of like what's happening right now with Amazon. All right, so what I would suggest is you get Webroot total protection. Just go to webroot.com Carson you're going to save 60%. 60%. Hello. Webroot.com Carson real time antivirus protection against emerging threats like malware, ransomware, phishing, all of that crap. I get that. I got hit with it this weekend a bunch of times fishing. I just got it on my phone. Got fished for some sort of nonsense. I just don't have time for it. Web threat shield detects and blocks malicious websites before you visit them. VPN for 5 or 10 devices. Select your connection from 80 locations in more than 65 countries. Hide your IP address, personal data location from hackers as well. It's really cool. And when you go to this website, you're going to go, oh my God, I can't believe it cost that little. I'm not screwing away with you. It's like, what, what, what? Because normally it's going to cost you this a month and that a month and then we're going to get you this way. No, no, no, no, no. Webroot.com Carson webroot.com Carson 60% off. Webroot.com Carson get it to done. It's a it. Get it done. It's a great, great, great, great product. I got some news on the other side of the break. A D.C. woman sued to stop a neighbor from smoking weed in his own home because she was tired of the second hand, you know, contact high. And guess what? She won. She won. That's coming up. Among other things. This is the Rob Carson Show.

Explains dual liability: improper storage and actual compromise.
On the political hypocrisy:

Rob Carson maintains a lively, confrontational, and frequently sarcastic tone, using humor and parody as a vehicle for right-leaning, populist political analysis. The main thread is the shocking legal jeopardy facing John Bolton and, by implication, other political elites accused of hypocrisy or malfeasance. His regular guests provide substantive legal insights, while Rob’s monologues and anecdotes keep the pace rapid and irreverent.
If you haven’t caught the show, this episode is a whirlwind tour through the culture wars, legal bombshells, and inside-the-beltway drama currently shaking D.C. Rob Carson makes complex legal affairs accessible—and entertaining—by mixing expert analysis with biting mockery of the political establishment on both sides.
