So it looks like the government shutdown is very close to ending. Very close to ending. I've got a lot of news on that coming up. Why the Democrats did it, by the way. It was their Covid. It was, it was the COVID of 2025. I stick my head, I came up with that yesterday. And that's exactly what they wanted. They wanted to take away from the momentum that Donald Trump's having with a lot of success with inflation, shutting down the southern border, peace deals around the world. $18 trillion in new investment in America. They're coming back. They're going to be building him. He's an American. You know, he was just over in Asia and Tokyo, in Tokyo and in Japan. And Toyota's bringing $13 billion to build Toyotas here in America and all of that. And the Democrat party has been throwing a nine month temper tantrum. Just a temper tantrum like petulant little children. And it's backfiring on them. And this was their latest thing. They tried everything. They tried signal gate that was going to take down Pete Hegseth. And then they tried Elon Musk as a Nazi and they burned Tesla dealership. I mean, is he still a Nazi? Is he still a Nazi? I mean, shouldn't you still be burning down the Tesla dealerships because he's a Nazi? Or maybe it was just all bought and paid for and you're full of crap. Yeah, it's that. It's that you're all full of crap. Unbelievable. And then of course, three weeks ago it was, Donald Trump is ruining the White House. He's tearing down history and all of that and then, of course, that didn't catch fire. So they moved on to an election last Tuesday, which meant D word for Richard. In the grand scheme of things, it really didn't mean anything. And I. And I realized that soon thereafter, I was hoping against hope that maybe common sense would win in places like New York City. Oh, my God. Are you kidding me? No, of course not. And then, of course, now the. The shutdown they were going to get. They're going to try and pin this shutdown on Donald Trump, and it didn't work. It just didn't work. And then sooner or later, some common sense Democrats are going to have to step forward and say, I love my country more than I love this nonsense, this absolute nonsense. And I got to tell you, we can't take another three years of this crap. We've had 10 years of it. And I am just bloody well done with it. I'm tired of paid protests, tired of viol. Last night at Berkeley, bunch of a holes. Went to a peaceful Charlie Kirk rally and had a riot. I mean, it's time for the children to get a spanking. I'm not into corporal punishment. I think it should be reserved between two adults in the, you know, consenting adults in the privacy of their own bedroom. However, when it comes to Marxists, when it comes to these violent types, I want to see pepper balls. I want to see beanbags. I want to see takedowns. I want to see billy clubs. I'm just so bloody well done with this nonsense. Sickness and damn tired of it. Today is Veterans Day, by the way. Donald Trump went to the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. You knew Hunter Biden's laptop was real. The impeachment was based on nothing. The second impeachment was based on nothing. 91 criminal counts come up right after Donald Trump announced he's going to run for president of Course it was a freaking cabal. Of course it was. My God. Are you serious? And you know what's really amazing? This is the biggest story in American history as far as abject corruption of our federal government. The biggest story that makes Watergate look like a parking ticket. I know. We always use that Watergate as a comparison. Watergate, honestly, you just let it fade into history. It's nothing compared to this. It's nothing compared to. Compared to this. And we endured it all. And we endured it all. We went through this. I told you we would. We endured the abuses and usurpations that the founders only dreamed of when they censored our speech, when they let China create a virus we paid for, release it on the world, close down our businesses, tell our kids they can't go to school, tell us we couldn't go to church, had our neighbors ratting on neighbors when they had too many friends at their house. Oh, my God. And then gave us a vaccine that didn't work and told us it did. And then they told us that our opinions were disinformation and misinformation. And when we raised questions about an election that was obviously rigged, they told us we couldn't complain about it. And they took us off social media when we tried to. They took Donald Trump off social media to silence him. It went all the way around the globe. All the way around the globe. Donald Trump is now saying to the BBC, I'm going to sue you for a billion dollars unless you. You. You tell the world what you did by doctoring my speech. You caused untold damage to not only Donald Trump, but also us, us, us. Because we are not a violent mob. We would not want to take over the country. There was nobody in the crowd there that had any arms to do such a thing. But they did it. They did it. They did a Reichstag moment. They took cues from Mao and Stalin and the Third Reich. And they came after us. And they came after us. And they came after us. They went to school board meetings and they wrote down parents license plate numbers, and they raided people's homes for people who were in the Capitol to protest an obviously crooked election in 2020. And they were led into the state, into the Capitol, and these people were raided by FBI agents in their homes. And hundreds of people went to jail for four years without a trial, without a trial. Some transferred to 14, 15 different prisons. Unbelievable. Unbelievable. Oh, I want there to be hell to pay. I mean, hell to pay to rain down on those who did this to us. Oh, dear God in heaven, let it rain down on them and let them suffer in this life and the next for what they did to our beloved country. And I'm grateful through it all because we would have never survived another 250 years had we not uncovered this this Trump appointed federal prosecutor in Miami launched a probe into a grand conspiracy by Democrats led by Barack Obama. No one is above the law to destroy Trump's political ambitions. Jason Redding Ken Yunus, U.S. attorney for the Southern District of Florida, has subpoenaed at least 30 Obama officials involved with an investigation into Trump's 2016 presidential campaign. The Miami probe follows up on the theory that Obama officials use the hoax investigation in an attempt jail Trump after the 2016 election. And they did. And then they tried to put him in jail during the the election year. They put him through four trials, coordinated 91 counts that only popped up after Donald Trump said he was running for president. They raided Mar? A Lago, they planted documents, they told that they needed to vacate Mar A Lago and turn off the security cameras. And Eric Trump said f you, not going to happen, not gonna happen. Ken Yonez has now issued more than two dozen subpoenas, some to officials who took part in the Russia inquiry. So far they include Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, former FBI agent Peter Strzok, and ex FBI lawyer Lisa Page. Since he launched the controversial probe, it's not controversial. At least two prosecutors have quit their jobs when they were asked to join. Everyone is on pins and needles. Furthermore, a grand jury has been empaneled in the district on January 12th with speculation more indictments against Democrat officials will take place. Justice is coming, says Mike Davis of Article 3 Project, who I texted this morning and we're going to get him on the show. If not tomorrow, Thursday. Justice is coming. Tulsi Gabbard submitted criminal referrals to the Justice Department for former President Barack Obama and his officials, including ex intelligence chief James clapper and ex CIA director John Brennan. 51 intelligence agents, anyone? It appears the DOJ initially tried to hold the case in Pennsylvania, but has since moved it to the Southern District of Florida. Gabbard, a former Democrat, by the way, unveiled evidence claiming Barack Obama and his team illegally conspired in the lead up to the 2016 presidential election to link Donald Trump to Russia. The information we are releasing today clearly shows there was a treasonous conspiracy in 2016 committed by officials of the highest levels of government. Their goal was to subvert the will of the American people and enact what was essentially a years long coup with the objective of trying to usurp the President from fulfilling the mandate bestowed upon him by the American people. We are not going through four years of this again. We are not. We will fight before that happens. Their egregious abuse of power and blatant rejection of our Constitution threatens the very foundation integrity of our democratic republic, no matter how powerful. Every person involved in the conspiracy must be investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law to ensure nothing like this happens again. Unbelievable. And it didn't end there. It was pointless to even have a primary in 2024. It was pointless. You already. We had made our, our minds up and we had gone through this too, because they came after us as well. They came after us as well. For four years under Joe Biden, they came after us. They said what we believed is misinformation and disinformation. They called us conspiracy theorists. They laughed at us. They pointed their finger at us. They divided our families. So many of them don't talk to one another anymore. Trust me, I'm at ground zero on that one. Clinton Corruption files Remember what I told you about Uranium One and how Hillary Clinton, when she was Secretary of Secretary of State, signed off on the Uranium One deal allowing Russia to purchase 25% of the uranium mined in our country. Remember that? And then when she left being Secretary of state, she got $150 million from Russian oligarchs into her charity. Remember that? I was like, huh. Some kind of weird about that, right? Something kind of weird about that. Pam Bondi and Cash Patel have produced to Congress a new cache of documents showing how Bill and Hillary Clinton's foundation collected donations from foreign and domestic interests seeking influence, raising fresh concerns that such evidence was kept from the federal prosecutors who tried to investigate pay to play allegations against the former First Lady. A decade ago, Joe Biden got $25 million from the Chinese Communist Party through 27 LLCs and nine relatives. And the guy who was in charge of the case said they wouldn't bring charges against Joe Biden because his brain didn't work and no jury would go after him because he was so senile. Oh my God. And where's the media been? Just the news Documents were transmitted to the Senate Judiciary Committee in recent days detail numerous instances of foreigners and even a US Defense contractor seeking to curry favor with Clintons through donations to their family charity, including when Hillary Clinton served as Secretary of State. Bill Clinton was the President from 93 to 2004. The official said some of the evidence was flagged by whistleblowers who claim such evidence was kept from a corruption investigation that was being conducted in 2015 by the Little Rock, Arkansas U.S. attorney's Office before it was shut down by the Obama administration's Justice Department. The documents will make clear that there was an effort to obstruct legitimate inquiries into the foundation by blocking real investigation by line level FBI agents of the dog Field prosecutors and keeping them from following the money. The FBI had three separate investigations into possible pay for play allegations against the Clinton foundation, but all were closed down after Obama Deputy Attorney Sally Yates ordered agents to shut it down. Shut it down without a reason. Did you suppose that eventually, if Donald Trump became the president, that some of these FBI agents who had some integrity might step forward, begin to tell the truth about this. Well, it looks like it's finally happening. It looks like it's finally happening. And I pray to God from the bottom of my heart that these SOBs are held accountable for what they've done to us to the country and what they're continuing to try to do to us and the country. It's ridiculous. Judge has allowed the continued deployment of more than 300 West Virginia National Guard members to patrol the streets of D.C. and you know what it's done to the streets of D.C. made them safe as hell. Man, you got to go. You, you come and visit me here in D.C. i'll meet you Reunion Station. I'll take you out to lunch because it is as clean as Disney World. Oh, my God, it's amazing. I'm gonna go over it. I gotta do another video over there. Circuit County. A Circuit county judge made the ruling after hearing arguments in a lawsuit by a civic organization that argued Republican Governor Patrick Morrissey exceeded his authority when he authorized the guards deployment in August. The judge said the court believes that the federal law allows for the request made by the president to the governor. And they came and I talked to many of those National Guard soldiers. That's how I found out they were from, from West Virginia. Just walked up to and said, hey, guys, thank you so much for doing what you're doing. Where are you from? Oh, we're from West Virginia National Guard. I say West Virginia wild and wonderful, boys. And it wasn't Donald Trump trying to take over Washington D.C. and instigate martial law, but it did bring down violent crime dramatically. It brought down carjackings to near non existence. And when, when the story broke that Donald Trump was bringing the National Guard, the media was saying it wasn't necessary and all this. And then it turns out that most of the media here in Washington, D.C. have people who work in the newsroom who've had their cars carjacked and have been robbed, have been strong, armed, robbed or beaten. And there's something, I don't know if it's Trump derangement or they just crazed. They're like crazed lunatics. But you know, we have just great policy. We have good people. They have some good people, too. I know a lot of Democrats are not all crazy at all, but you have some that are absolutely terrible. I look at this Crockett, this is a very low IQ person. And I look at somebody that comes from Somalia who, where they don't have anything. They don't have police, they don't have military, they don't have anything. All they have is crime. And she comes in and tells us how to run our country. The Constitution says this. The Constitution, the whole thing is crazy. I feel badly because I've known Chuck Schumer. I remember that. I remember that. I got to tell you, he's, he's stuck between a rock and a hard place. You've got Bernie Sanders convinced that his, his brand of socialism, even though he's tried to, you know, perpetuate it in the country for 40 years, is suddenly going to work because Zoran Mandami won in New York City. And aoc, of course, is energized by that playing way out of playing way over her, you know, 112 IQ skis. What do you, what do you think? Let's, let's. I want to talk a little bit about the, the end of the shutdown. I also want to talk about just the Democrat Party in general. Let's start with the shutdown because it looks like they're gonna, they're gonna reopen the government. You know what, here's what they were trying to do. They were trying to make the shutdown into the COVID of 2025 to, to kill Donald Trump's economy going into the fourth quarter.

Yeah. But they realized that it's going to take a week for the airlines to get their act together again. And they didn't want to foil Thanksgiving because they really would have turned on the Democratic Party when the truth came out that the Republicans were just asking for an extension until November 21st for an appropriations package to be delivered. You know, because the big beautiful bill took six months. There was no reason for the shutdown and it was all politics.

Well, of course it was. It was, it was absolutely meant to hurt Donald Trump. They thought they had some momentum because of last two Tuesday's election. And when that happened, while I was disappointed, I was not surprised. We had a really crappy candidate as the, the Republican candidate for governor in Virginia, where I just moved. And I think the New Jersey results are questionable. I'm hoping Harmeet Dillon will look into that. But not a surprise. When Zo run, Mandami was running against a crap sandwich.

Yeah, well, Zogri predicted a 13 point victory for Mikey Sherrill. And you know, Chatterelli, you know, they rejected Magra in 2021. You know, they wouldn't let Real America's Voice News into New Jersey GOP headquarters in 2021 because we are the war room with Steve Bannon. And they rejected maga. I think that was a big mistake. And Chatterelli lost the last time in 2021, but only by two or three points. And there was a lot of fraud in Essex Passaic and Union county, some of it on film, but I don't think they ran a great campaign this year.

You know, I don't know, you know, where and if what fraud took place? There might be some. I don't think there was enough fraud to overcome 12, 13 points. There was, but listen, they're always up to no good. The left. Right.

It's. It's a damn shame because the, the Democrats in states like Maryland and New Jersey are like frogs in boiling water. They. They don't care what's going out. They don't. They don't not. Things are where they are. They're. They're happy with the status quo. They're happy with their high, you know, taxes. And, and it's, it's a, it's a shame. It's going to mean a lot of people moving the hell out of, out of places like New York City. I mean, you know, they're already overwhelmed in Florida. Real estate agents, you know, doing lots of showings and whatnot. Pennsylvania. Running a PSA to come live in Pennsylvania. People from New York.

Yeah, Rob, I'm in Palm beach right now, and we have a studio down here. And, you know, the market's exploding locally, clocking to buy up what's left because they know the New York migration is coming here and, you know, what's going on in New York City. And Linda Sarsour, who's going to control Mamdani? There will be somewhat of an exodus out of New York City, but it is absolutely exploding down here. First time in my life, three people in the last two months down here in Florida. Florida told me they're moving to Alabama because they can't afford Florida.

Yeah. Yeah. Well, I would imagine it's driving prices through the ceiling. I had two choices when I was leaving Kansas City. Either Florida getting close to the Newsmax headquarters, or Washington, D.C. where I used to live. I opted for Washington D.C. because I knew that the next three plus years were going to be historic, expensive to live here. But what are real estate prices doing in Palm beach? Man? It's got to be crazy.

Well, it's great. They're building $180 million homes like the Chiclets, you know, and Mar a Lago. The West Palm Beach Assessor's office only, you know, said that Palm Beach, Mar a Lago was only worth 18 to 27 million. It's worth more like a billion And a half. There's a beachfront going for $200 million with nothing on it about half a mile from Mar a Lago.

Insane. It's insane what's going on down here. You've got all kinds of construction. Stephen Ross from Related just bought big properties in Palm Beach. There's a new district, you know, called Nora. There's a lot of construction going on. It's gangbusters. And, you know, New York lost the net migration of about 1% of its population because of Andrew Cuomo on through Covid and everything else. And we're about to lose more in New York. You know, I'm a native New York. I live in New York.

My kids and grandkids live in New York City. I'm concerned. But like oh Lord said from the Post, it'll be a long, sour decline under Madani. It's not going to get worse overnight.

Well, Hochul has slammed the brakes on his plan for free buses. She said obviously they need the fares. So it looks like that's already. Looks like the wheels on that bus came off pretty quickly.

Yeah. Well, Hochul has to win the governorship next year, and Elise or Bruce Blakeman will be running against her. And she's in trouble. And she already backtracked. She was at this big rally from Mamdani. 13,000 people, you know, fit in that stadium. I don't know how many showed up, but it was thousands. And Bernie Sanders and AOC and Kathy Hochul in there screaming catch the rich. And then Hochul came out the next day and walked it back and said, I'm not going to tax the middle class. So she's a rudderless ship.

Yeah, she's already pulling a point, but she's already polling a point behind Stefanik. And I got a real good feeling about Stefanik. You see her kickoff ad? I think she looks like. I think this. It says the endorsement of Mandami really sealed her fate.

Yeah. Well, Zeldin only lost by 4 or 5%. And. But what he did do was he built up the GOP machine in these individual areas across the state. So they're kind of reinforced. We're going to lose probably two congressional seats November here, which is bad. But I think Elise Stefaniko, whoever runs against hoka, wins by three to five points.

Well, one's gonna go to Jersey. Not that much better. Yeah, I have one who lives in soho. I got my grandkids in the city, so I'm worried. You know, Mamdani speech was like IDI Amin and Che Guevara had a love child delivering it to a lithium mine in the Congo. It was so over the top, pretty bad. And you know, I was with Rudy Giuliani, who was pardoned, you know, by Trump, Trump yesterday. And you know, what would you pay to have Rudy back in New York City?

Oh my goodness. Yeah, it's, you know, I don't know. I went to New York City for the very first time because of Newsmax. About five years ago, when I was hired by Newsmax, I broadcast across the street and two floors up from Rush Limbaugh, where he started at wabc. And I said, you know, I can understand why people thought this was the greatest city in the world. And, and now I, I'm just sad. I'm really, really sad. And I was there with, during COVID I saw all that nonsense, people eating in tents outside of restaurants. It was stupid. And now they've doubled down on stupid.

Yeah, I think New York's new motto should be at least we're safer than Baltimore.

5,000 New Yorkers have been assaulted on the streets so far this year. Felony misdemeanor assault, rape is up 18% for the year. So it's probably going to get a little worse from there. And, you know, subway Crime is up 60% in portions in New York City. The cops are not on the subway cars. That's the problem. And it's, it's, you know, it's relatively safe compared to other cities. But, you know, Mamdani suggestion in his February and March safety ads for the subway said you should throw your soda in the face of your attacker instead of calling the police and then saying and distracting them with something like, hey, didn't we go to high school together? Because wow. And wow, he doesn't believe. And domestic murders, the murder rate, about 40% of the murders in New York City are domestic related. And he doesn't want cops and domestic calls. He wants cops. You know, he wants social workers. And that doesn't work.

And then he wants to, then he wants to, you know, subsidize. He wants to do rent control. And, and that's going to destroy any reason to want to run properties in New York City. And the, and the maintenance is going to decline. But they're going to buy up housing and they're gonna try. I don't know if you heard about this, David, public housing, you ever heard about that? How well does that generally work? Very well.

No, it doesn't. And how come millionaires who are going to make all these builders who are donated to Mamdani are going to make out making hundreds of millions of dollars building these affordable apartments. There was a charter revision proposal in on the ballot this year which passed. A lot of people don't know about it. There were three things. One, he's going to make rezoning easier, strips the city council of their rights to rezone. Another one was going to expedite building permits for builders. And Mandani has his, you know, he's steering the ship now. It took away some of the powers from the city council, so he's going to help his buddies. So why is his millionaires better than Trump's millionaires?

Exactly. Exactly. A grand conspiracy probe seeks to prove the cabal of deep state Democrats led by Obama tried to destroy Trump. This out of Florida launched a probe led by Barack Obama to destroy Trump. Trump's political ambitions. Jason Redding Keones, a U.S. attorney for the Southern District of Florida, has subpoenaed 30 Obama officials. It's obviously obvious there was a deep state effort to destroy Donald Trump that started in 2015 and goes until today.

Unverified Fisa warrants and 40,000 Fisa warrants were issued. How many innocent Americans were railroaded back then? You know, and listen, I did some work with Mike Davis. He's a pit bull. He said this was coming down the pike. It looks like Lisa Page and Peter Strzok and others will be in big trouble, and I hope they are.

Well, it's going all the way to the top. And, you know, I think there were Democrats who were slobbering over the idea, the possibility that Donald Trump could go to jail for life. I think we should pursue the highest echelons where this came, including Barack Obama with, with criminal charges and of course, Hillary Clinton. You this. The Pam Bondi and Cash Patel have produced a new cache of documents showing Bill and Hillary's foundation collected donations in exchange for influence peddling. Not a big surprise because there was an investigation 2015, three separate investigations of pay to play against the Clinton foundation and Barack Obama's attorney General, Sally Yates shut him down. So it looks like the Clintons are a little in a little hot water as well.
