Yeah, they put people in jail for January 6th who didn't do anything. Nobody, nobody was murdered. Only, only two Trump supporters were murdered during the January 6th Reichstag moment. Reichstag moment. It was. I know a young man who spent four damned years in prison, shuffled to 14 different prisons, kept in solitary confinement for a, for a year. This is the stuff they did to us. And hell has to be paid.

Between and among JP Cooney, one of Jack Smith's prosecutors. That email exchange was March 2023 about a partisan news article on January 6th. And this is what Cooney said in the email. Can we do some work to nail down Trump's role in this? Perhaps with the same process on Ed Henry's LLC?

Yeah, they went after January 6th. It was a peaceful protest. People came together because they saw that the 2020 election was a scam. They were watching the election. They knew Donald Trump was going to win. Then all sudden the battleground states just stop, kind of counted voting, just stop counting. At the same time they said there was a water main break in, in Atlanta. And then the next day you couldn't say that you thought there was something wrong with the election. Then January the sixth rolled around. A million people came to Washington D.C. to peacefully protest because we knew there was something wrong. And what did they do? They infiltrated the crowd with FBI agents and antifa and they opened the doors and people went in and then they went after them and they destroyed their lives. They used more FBI resources to go after gen Sixers raiding their homes with armed agents, unarmed people raiding their homes, going to their homes, terrorizing them. The FBI went after CRT parents who disagreed with CRT and DEI in schools more than they went after terrorists. Jack Smith subpoenaed Ted Cruz cell phone records from att. ATT was ordered by corrupt judge James Boasberg banning at TNT from disclosing the subpoena to Trump. They said truths would destroy evidence and Imperil National Security. 197 subpoenas sought testimony, records and communications related to 430 named Republican individuals and entities. Some of those entities included the communications companies like cbs, Fox News, Newsmax, Sinclair and others. Communications with any member, employee or agent of the legislative branch of the US Government. Communications with White House advisors such as Stephen Miller, Dan Scavino, Jared Kushner, Lara Trump and others. They wanted to find something on any of these people so they could go after them. They wanted to come after Newsmax. They did come after Newsmax and all Newsmax was doing was offering a truthful alternative to the other bull crap on the air. It is beyond even being able to comprehend what they did. Here is Ted Cruz talking about this. Judge Boasberg. Boasberg came in to wipe out the MAGA movement. That what he was there for. That's what he was there for. They got the election that Donald Trump was out of office and they were going to go after us.

An order that was signed by Judge James E. Boasberg. Now, who is Boasberg? Boasberg is that radical leftist judge who is out of control who has been issuing nationwide injunctions one after the other, trying to stop President Trump from carrying out his mandate from the voters. Judge Boasberg issued an order to the US to ATT and signed that order prohibiting AT&T from informing me of this subpoena for at least one year. And Judge Boasberg gave the basis for that order. And I'm going to quote from the order Judge Boasberg signed. Listen, the court finds reasonable grounds to believe that such disclosure will result in destruction of or tampering with evidence.

And, and all of that intimidation of potential witnesses and serious jeopardy to the investigation. That's an order a judge signed. I can tell you right now there is precisely zero evidence to conclude that I am likely to destroy or tamper with evidence.

That judge ordered the surveillance of 20% of the Republicans in the Senate.

They went after their communications and then they went after all sorts of conservatives and conservative organizations. It was like what they did to the Tea Party, but like add Joseph Stalin to it because they really wanted to put people in jail. They wanted to take Newsmax off the air. I witnessed all of this. It was, it literally, I mean, the worst thing I could ever imagine. This, this and knowing that this was a part of the disinformation, misinformation, industrial complex and all of that. And now that this is, this is what they feared the most, that we would find this out, this is what they feared the most. And they came real close. They came very close to it. And now it's, it's payback time. It is payback time. Here is Lindsey Graham. Lindsey Graham was one of the people who was surveilled. His, his phones were surveilled by Jack Smith.

Out of these people. The latest Arctic Frost list confirms Smith and Democrats were aiming to wipe MAGA off the map and ultimately to jail all MAGA leaders. This according to the Gateway Pundit. More than, by the way, the Gateway Pundit was targeted too, by the way, more than 100 individuals were under investigation, including Steve Bannon, Rudy Giuliani Ed Martin, Dr. Peter Navarro and others by Jack Smith and the Biden regime. Unbelievable. Here is Jonathan Turley. I'm hoping I meet him now that I'm living in Washington D.C. he teaches over Georgetown. Might have to sneak by his office after, you know, after he's out of class and talk to him. He'll probably have me removed by security.

What's really evident from the new information is the total lack of restraint. There doesn't appear to be anyone or anything that was restraining the special counsel and pursuing this. Keep in mind, this is a co. Equal branch. This is a very intrusive step. It's a seriously dangerous step. It comes to the balance of powers under our constitutional system. None of that seemed to be any concern at all. It didn't even represent a speed bump for the special counsel. As the size of, of the, of the scope of this effort becomes evident, it becomes more and more shocking that there was, there apparently was no opposition. The Attorney General himself apparently said nothing. It's true that special counsels have a certain independence, but the Attorney General is supposed to exerc some of his own judgment. And what I'd like to know is, did he, was he informed of this and did he say nothing that, wow, maybe you need to dial this down because it's very intrusive.

Yeah, I want some people to go to jail. I want Chris Wray to go to jail. Merrick Garland. I want him to spend the rest of their bloody lives in jail. 1000 million percent in jail or worse. Actually, I'd prefer the worse, considering what they did. Trump is going scorched earth. Calls for an immediate investigation into Jack Smith, Andrew Wiseman, Chris Ray, Merrick Garland, Norm Eisen and others. Former FBI agent Walter Gardena is a dirty cop. He should be. When four different jurisdictions went after Donald Trump and he had to spend hundreds of millions of dollars to defend himself. And by the way, he's the only person who would have survived it. That's why they had to try to kill him twice. He's the only person in the world at this time who could have survived what they did to him.

Was there a coordination between Jack Smith, Fannie Willis, Alvin Bragg, Letitia James? Did they talk? Did they share information? Is it just an accident that all this happened within days of Trump announcing? And within eight or nine months, the Republican candidate, one of the candidates for president, had 91 felony charges and the deepest blue districts in the friggin country.

Wow.

You think that happened by accident? I don't think so. We're going to get every piece of paper we can get and I want Jack Smith to come forward, but I want the information first.

I'll tell you what. We knew this was happening when all of these indictments happened at the same time. We knew it. But the media industrial complex working with the Biden administration told us that our opinions were disinformation and misinformation. They threw everything at us, man. They threw everything at us. They threw everything at the alternative media. They threw everything at Donald Trump. They tried to put him in jail, they tried to bankrupt him with 34 felony counts that were misdemeanors, they made into felonies. And then they find him $450 million. They threatened to seize his properties, they threw everything at him. They threw all of the tenants of Mao, all of the tenants of Stalin, they threw Third Reich stuff at us. And guess what? We survived. They tried to put Trump in jail, they tried to bankrupt them, they tried to take him off the ballot and ultimately they tried to murder him. And it didn't work. And now there is hell to pay. And you know why? Because there has to be. There has to be. Fred Flights, former NSC chief of staff, the Trump administration, CIA analyst, senior fellow at the American First Policy Institute, and friend of this show who haven't talked to in a while is on the Newsmax hotline. I tell you what, man, you knew this was happening, Fred. You knew this was happening when it was happening in real time, but you couldn't say anything about it because they had thrown out a dragnet. They had thrown out a dragnet to surveil people like Newsmax, Sinclair Broadcasting, Fox News Communications with 20% of our Republican senators. Can you believe the scope of all of this?

[Fred Flights]

I'm just flabbergasted what I've seen. You know, they were investigating Ed Henry of Newsmax for being involved in some parody song about January 6th. But even worse, two friends of mine, Ed Corrigan and Mark Meadows, were mentioned in a really damning internal email for being engaged in willful criminal activity and for trying to train people for civil war. These are think tankers right now. And the fact that they were critical the Biden administration to think that the FBI were targeting these characters. Of course, the names of who wrote these memos, they won't say. But it's involved in the recent documents released by Congress. It just shows that this administration really was weaponizing government and doing everything possible to destroy its political adversaries.

[Rob Carson]

Well, this was about installing Joe Biden as the President of the United States. I, of course, absolutely, because I'm not stupid, know that 2020 was not a free and fair election. If you saw the. The stopping of the counting of the votes in the battleground states on the. At the same time, we've never seen it in history. We've never seen it in history. Stop the counting of the votes and restart it the next day. Bull crap. And then the day after, I remember my social media, my Facebook page disappeared before I could say a thing about the 2020 election. And then they saw an opportunity. They saw a man, now we know, Fred, that did not have the mental wherewithal to do what he was supposed to be doing. We found out that the auto pin scandal, that's another scandal. A good share of what he accomplished in office was done without him knowing about it. And you combine all of these things together and the people, the puppet masters behind the scenes controlling Joe Biden as this facade. And then in the background, they were going after their political enemies, weren't they?

[Fred Flights]

Yeah. And it was all about power. I mean, if we had honest and trustworthy people in office, or people surrounding Biden. They would have spoken out and said, it's time for Joe Biden to step down. He's not mentally competent. Everyone knew that. But they had to stay in power. They had to resist the Republicans. And we're seeing the same thing right now in the shutdown. The Democrats know what they're doing is wrong. They wouldn't have put up with this if the Republicans were doing it. They would have gotten rid of the filibuster weeks ago to force through their budget. But the Republicans are trying to be ethical. They're trying to work through the system. They may have to get rid of the filibuster to get the budget passed because I'm not sure the Democrats will ever give in. I hope I'm wrong, but I think the levels of partisanship, the levels of people who simply will not defer to the other side as fellow Americans. They're not your enemies. They're fellow Americans with a different point of view that seems to have been lost in the Democratic Party.

[Rob Carson]

Well, these were, you know, we saw the word disinformation being used, and I remember when that that came up, and I'm like, hold on a second, hold on. Every conservative opinion counter of what the Democrat Party was saying was declared disinformatia, which is what Joseph Stalin called it. And I watched this happen in real time. And the amazing thing, Fred Flights, is that while we're waiting on hopefully some legal remedy for all of this and people going to trial and whatnot, the liberal leftist media that went along with that, they're already paying the price, aren't they?

I don't know. I don't think they're sorry.

[Rob Carson]

I don't think they're sorry, but they're paying the price because nobody's watching them.

[Fred Flights]

Well, they weren't watching them before, but I guess you're right. They've lost credibility, but they're not going to admit it. I think the mainstream media is really pretty stubborn. They're in retreat right now. I hope that we can really build up credible conservative news outlets like Newsmax TV so we have something to counter these other outlets.

[Rob Carson]

Well, you noticed Newsmax went through the ceiling after the 2020 election because people were watching Fox News. They couldn't believe that Bret Baier was not at least maybe having an interest in why did they shut down the voting? Why aren't we pursuing this? And then the next day, everybody just told you you have to take it. And we were screaming, what the hell? And that's when Newsmax really took off. I mean, really, really took off. Then we find out that the 197 subpoenas sought testimony, records and communication related to at least 430 named Republican individuals and entities, including Newsmax, Sinclair and Fox. So they went after companies like Newsmax because they wanted to hobble them. They wanted to use the power of the judiciary to silence us, too. They did, Fred.

[Fred Flights]

I think that's right. But I'll tell you that I know so many people who have left Fox and are watching Newsmax now. And one good example is whenever there's a pressure, a Trump press conference or Trump speech, which network covers every minute? Newsmax, Fox would cover some of it. But then they're talking heads have to get on the air and talk about nothing. But Newsmax will cover every single minute of it. And I give Newsmax and its president Christopher ready so much credit for that because usually there's a lot of news at the end of these press conferences. And I don't frankly want to hear the banter on some evening, some weekend evening Fox show instead of hearing what the president has to say.

Yeah, well, I've got a little bit more on this. And Donald Trump is filing an appeal with the political the case in, in Manhattan, having it thrown out completely. And I think all of them are going to collapse. They already are, but they're going to be erased completely. Let's take it. Can you hold on? All right. We'll have more with Fred. 92 groups, including Charlie Kirk's group, two presidents, a president and a vice president had their phones taken turned over by Joe Biden to Jack Smith. And now eight senators and one House member. One of the largest dragnets in search of a crime doesn't appear they found it, but they were certainly looking for a crime on all these different people. It looks like a dragnet, an enemies list. A lot of people I'm talking to.

In the FBI, this was Soviet, this is what they did in the former Soviet Union. This is what they did. There's no doubt about it. If you watch history, you know that our media became Pravdia and Izvestia voluntarily and they cast a net looking for any criminality, anything they could get anyone on. And they failed. And look how it failed. Look how it failed. I right now get millions of impressions on a social media broadcast In a studio I built myself. Matt Taibbi and Matthew Shellenberger are now rock stars. John Solomon is now a rock star. You got people like Steve Bannon has a show that's seen by millions of people. They tried to kill the alternative media. Newsmax is gigantic now. They just did the IPO earlier this year, and for a while they were worth more than Tesla, for God's sake. It's because freedom of expression is back. They tried to kill it, and now people need to be held responsible for it. Fred Flights is on the Newsmax hotline. It really did backfire on them. When you look at the fact that so many people now can reach millions of people in a studio with a backdrop and a webcam, isn't that remarkable?

I think that's right. And look, let's say you listen to 5 or 10 minutes to CNN or MSNBC in the morning, which I don't encourage you to do, and then turn on Newsmax or Fox. There's such a difference in positivity, in patriotism. It's not all negativity. And trying to find, you know, what new. What new crackpot criticism of Trump can you come up with? I think the American people are tired of that. That's why CNN's ratings are down. And many MSNBC shows, they've just been canceled.

[Rob Carson]

Yeah, well, look at how many people have had to leave the networks. You've got Joy Reid and Dodd Lemon now, you know, doing. Doing video podcasts. A good share. Do you see? I mean, I'm not seeing a lot of conservative journalists being relegated to, you know, podcasts. They're still working. So obviously the. And there's a. There's a point, Fred, you know, that when the truth becomes so big, they can't lie over it. You know, and that's being seen. Like, for instance, the no Kings protest last weekend. They're trying to, you know, lie and cover up the successes of the Trump administration and claim that he's somehow a king with this Astroturf protest. It's not working. And I gotta tell you, I really believe the Democrat Party. And I've said they're gonna have to reinvent themselves or they're going to be relegated to the dustbin of history. They're leaning into the dustbin, but the more they fall, the more they are in their death spiral into hell, the uglier they're going to get. And we're seeing that every day.

[Fred Flights]

I think that's right. I don't know what the Democrats stand for other than the fact that they don't like Donald Trump. And you saw this recently in the attacks on Trump's trip to as by Senator Schumer, who was saying it didn't accomplish anything and Trump created problems that he had to solve. No, Trump won billions and I think hundreds of billions of dollars in investment in the United States from South Korea and Japan, some very significant trade deals from China, agreement to stop sending fentanyl chemicals into the U.S. it was a huge success. And it used to be a day when politics ended at water's edge that Democratic or Republican congressman would congratulate chiefs of foreign countries. They'd give him credit. They keep politics out of it. That era seems to be over.

[Rob Carson]

Yeah. Well, you also see the $20 trillion of new investment in America. You know, Barack Obama said that there was no way we could bring manufacturing to America. He didn't have a magic wand to do that. They said that you could not seal the southern border. The. When you see what Donald Trump comes in office, seals the southern border with an executive order, and then the Democrat Party try to cover that up. People don't. They still think, I guess, that you're only gonna watch cnn, msnbc, abc, cbs, npr, whatever, and you're not gonna recognize that. All you gotta do is just Google, you know, what happened last year, and this is why it's collapsing as a house of cards. Just like the former Soviet Union did. Just like Iz and Pravda did. They collapsed. And that's what we're in the witness. That's what we're witnessing right now. But like I said, I think the Democrat Party is in its death throes. And frequently that's when they're the most dangerous.

And when Ben Dami becomes mayor of New York and all these Democrats have to bow before him, I think this decline is simply going to accelerate.

Yes.

He's going to be such a disaster for our largest city. He's a, you know, basically doesn't apologize for his socialist and communist policies. If he could show me a country where socialism or communism has worked, I'd be happy to listen to him. But as you know, they don't exist.

You know, Fred and I, and I've written about this yesterday on my substack. Mandami is proposing a lot of things that even I believe he knows will not succeed. And the reason being is he is doing like, like, not Stalin, but his predecessor, Lenin did he. He used the useful idiots to get him into office. And, and he's using the left. Otherwise, Fred, why would a radical imam who was a unindicted Kochsburg in the 1993 World Trade center bombing. Why would he glad hand a man who is so down with the LGBTQIA plus agenda unless he knows something you don't? I don't think. I don't think that he believes any of this. He's not offering a way to pay for rent controlled housing for 2 million people. He's just getting people to vote for him. And I think, I think it's going to get much worse than socialism for New York City to be quite honest.

Rent control housing, food stores where you don't have to pay, free transportation. I don't know what else you've promised. Yes, there's already a huge exodus of wealthy people out of Manhattan. That's going to accelerate. The money's not going to be there. They're already facing huge deficits, huge problems in maintenance. I don't know if you take the subway in New York, it needs a lot of work and it's not going to get that if Mondame becomes mayor.

Well, we will see. I'm not, I'm not entirely convinced it's going to happen. Obviously everybody's saying it's going to. God willing it won't. But I have a bad feeling.
