Yeah. And then James Talarico, his. His mom and he share a checking account at age 37. Yeah, I mean, that's. That's common that your mom and you at age 37 share a checking account, right? I mean, these. These are the men of the Democrat Party.

Just. Just wow. And the Democrat Party, of course, is leaning into socialism. I. I laughed out loud when Kamala Harris got absolutely destroyed in the 2024 election because, General, from defeat, you recognize that that didn't resonate so well, and you work to fix it. The Democrat Party has doubled down on all of it, on absolutely all of it. And I'm grateful to God for it, by the way. I'm quite grateful that the Democrat Party is leaning into socialism. And they're winning these little elections in New York and in Seattle. And by the way, more businesses are leaving Seattle. Seattle's a ghost town. Minneapolis is a ghost town. 45% of downtown business are empty. And New York City is going to be a ghost town as well. And there are more socialists on the ballot there. These Democrats, socialists, they think they really got it going, man. They think they're going to take over the country. It's like Lenin's ghost is guiding them and whatever, go for it. Good luck. We won't be ruled by it. You see, you morons, because whenever you win in places like New York, whenever you win in places like California, whenever you win in places like Seattle, people leave. People leave. So they think that they're somehow going to do some, I guess, national takeover of the government with a kind of governance that nobody wants. Good luck with that. But here's Harry Enton with the Democrat Party, you know, being clueless enough to decide to bed down with an ideology that left 100 million people in body pits last century.

We're Democratic socialists. It's not a. Do you like murder the Jew Socialist. It's not like the socialism that starved hundreds of millions of people or tens of millions of people. It's democratic socialism. And it's not antisemitism, it's anti Zionism. I mean, we hate the Jews just as much, but it's anti Zionism. Now, Democratic Party and I do believe the last time they combined socialism and anti Semitism, it did not end very well in Germany.

Democrats. That is actually better. That is better than how Congressional Democrats are viewed by Democrats. It just plus four points. So no wonder that Democratic Socialists have such a good chance because simply put, they are a better brand at this point than Democrats in Congress.

Yeah, because Democrats in Congress are nothing more than a bunch of haters. They just hate Donald Trump. They have no plan for the future. They have no. You ask them about what your plan for the economy has. No plan whatsoever. What your plan for Iraq is or Iran is. No plan whatsoever. It's just that, you know, Donald Trump is doing it wrong.

Everything Donald Trump does is wrong. Even though he closed the southern border, even the Ocono. The economy's kicking butt. Inflation is flat. Manufacturing is coming back to America. Seven peace deals around the Middle East. Right now, a peace deal happening in Iran. Iran no longer killing people around the world, using their terrorist proxies to murder people around the world. I can go on and on and on, but everything's bad. Everything's bad. The murder rate, by the way, lowest since 1900. The murder rate, the lowest since 1900. In cities where Donald Trump has brought in the national guard, particularly Washington, D.C. crime is down about anywhere from 40 to 60%. The graffiti is gone. The place is clean. But the Democrat Party hates it because they hate Donald Trump and they really hate America. This is Stephen Turley. I love me some Steven Turley. He's always got some great observations. And here he is talking about the Democrat Party going into the midterms. Now there is A good deal of. As always, there should be concerns about the party in power losing either house of Congress in the midterms. And this is generally what happens. However, this Democrat Party is offering nothing but negativity. America hate. This party isn't Even celebrating the 250th birthday of our country. They're not taking part in it. They hate America that much. They're vandalizing the reflecting pool. They are, you know, hating the fact that people have come here from around the world to go to the World cup, and they're loving, loving, loving America. And they're sitting there with their arms crossed and people like Joy Reed are saying, I don't know any of my black friends who are celebrating July 4th. It's because all of your damn black friends are a bunch of New York Times readers, Wall Street Journal readers. They have no connection to anyone. You're an elitist who doesn't have a job. That said, here is Stephen Turley with a projection about the midterm elections because the Democrats suck so much.

Yeah, the American people love that UFC fight, man. They thought it was the coolest damn thing in the world. And they love the fact that Americans are singing the national anthem overwhelmingly at stadiums where soccer games are happening all over the country. They love it.

In just four months. Yeah, and it's not just the Economist, YouGov. It's happening across the board. YouGov, NBCAT Ipsos. Across the entire polling universe, the trend is identical. According to YouGov, Hispanic voters just weeks ago favored Democrats by 21 points going into the midterm. Now, as of today, that lead has dropped to four.

Yeah, there you go. So, as I always say, you know, because Republicans always freak out, Rob, don't take anything for granted. Oh, my God. Everybody's gonna die. Yes, I know that. I know that. And we are not about to give up our and allow the Democrats to do the same crap they did during Donald Trump's first administration.

I mentioned a number of different things. You know, I sold cars for a while and I say that 55,000 is the new 35,000. It's worse than that actually. It's worse than that. When I left car sales it was around 2019ish. And you could buy a nicely equipped Toyota Highlander, probably like you know, mid range for about $36,000. It's 56,000 now. And if you want it fully loaded to 65, if you wanted to buy a Tacoma TRD pickup truck that was super expensive back in about 20, 19, 2020, that was $53,000. My God, now it's 70. Now it's 70. 73. If you wanted a TR. No, if you wanted like a 1794 Tundra, that was super expensive back then, it was 55, $58,000. It's 85, $95,000 now. And the price of a home. Are you ready? Are you ready for this? The income you need to afford a median priced home has nearly doubled since 2020. And it ain't because of Donald Trump. It's all because of Joe Biden. New report on the US housing sector finds that activity remains subdued through the first part of the year as high cost suppressed demands. Joint center for Housing Studies at Harvard University released its State of the housing thing. Sales of homes remain largely unchanged and the rate of growth of homeownership households declined by half and caused homeownership rates to decline for the second straight year. This because existing home prices have risen 54% since 2020. Stand at 4,5 times the median income. Remember when it was, it was two and a half times your income is the house you could do, could afford. Two and a half times your income was the house you could afford. And I bought a, you know, I bought a number of houses but right now it is, it is insane. Economic uncertainty has weighed on housing demands. Employment growth from slowing from gain of 1.5 million to 116 in 2020. Blah, blah, blah blah blah. All of this. I was talking to a friend of mine who works at Newsmax the other day. Lives in a deluxe apartment in the SK in Alexandria with his wife and it's a shoebox. This thing's a friggin shoebox. You know what a little two bedroom shoebox costs here. The report said a median prices for new and existing homes are both over $400,000. That existing home prices have risen 54% since 2020 five times the median income. A level well above the rat times that that prevailed in the 1990s. But back to my friend who, who has the $3,400 deluxe apartment in the sky. In this area where I live, the median price for an existing or new home is $700,000. Okay? No friggin way. You know, I think even if I become a millionaire, and I will become a millionaire, I wouldn't buy a 700,000 dol dollar shoebox with no yard. I'm that guy, okay? I'm that guy. If I'm going to spend that kind of money on a house, I'm going to have an acre or two. It's going to be outside the city. I went to the area of life in Northern Virginia and the reason why the prices are so damn high is because government workers and contractors make 70% more than the national average salary and benefits. That's just the way it is. Things have been kind of cut back a little bit with a lot of layoffs from the government cutbacks with the massive bloated federal. But the reason why they're so bloody high is that the wages are abnormally high. And Washington DC builds nothing. Washington DC builds nothing. Nothing is built here. Nothing is manufactured. There are no car plants here. There are no steel plants here. It's all sucking on the government teat. It's all working for the government. It's all contracting for the government. It's all consulting for the government. And consequently the prices are freaking insane here. Freaking insane here. So for the average person, you're not going to be able to afford. I was even looking at a little modular mobile home. I was looking at a tiny home. I might get a tiny home. You know, I love these. Have you seen these tiny homes? I love these. I want to get like three or four of them, put them together and make one big home. Out of them. But there you go. Yeah, homeownership is out of control, and it's all because of Joe Biden and what he did with government spending, with what he did to kill the value of the dollar. Literally a mall that was closed when I lived there 12 years ago is still closed with fencing around it covered with graffiti. And they sell fruit out of pickup trucks near the elementary school. My kids went like, it's Tijuana. I know. That's Montgomery County, Maryland. Good job, Democrats. Way to go. I'm glad I got my kids the hell out of there.
