Is it not necessary for there to be for equal protection purposes if that is challenged under the equal protection clause, an understanding of what it means to be a boy or a girl or a man or a woman?

What we're saying is that the way it applies in practice is to exclude birth sex males categorically from women's teams and that there's a subset of those birth sex males where it doesn't make sense to do so according to the state.

You're gonna be in a long time. Hannah Nathanson was at a property in Alexander, Virginia where. Where I. About where I live. When federal agents arrived Wednesday. The 29 year old journalist's home was raided, part of a probe into a government contract. Accused contractor accused of illegally retaining classified government. Boy, you had a whole lot of trouble, bro. You are in a whole lot of trouble. Nathanson said her Garmin watch phone and two laptops were seized during the raid. Apparently she's not the focus of the investigation. They are looking into Aurelio Perez logoneth. I almost sounded like a news anchor there. I got to suddenly have the Spanish accent. So I'll just start it again here. So they were looking for Aurelio Perez Lo Godas, a Maryland assistive administrator who has top secret clearity security clearance. And guess what? I don't think he's gonna have that security clearance very long. Here's Pam Bondi.

The first amendment is a bedrock principle, but this isn't about that. This is about classified material that could jeopardize lives. And this guy, this guy, this IT guy that worked for Department of War and Pete Hegseth has been amazing and he's up against a lot with these people. Yeah, this guy that worked, he was a contractor. IT contractor who had classified information is charged now with leaking classified information involving a foreign adversary. Today it's been reported that the great men and women of the FBI executed a search warrant at the direction of Cash Flow Patel and my office on the reporter's home, seizing the devices that contained classified material that the guy, the guy from the IT department is in jail. President Trump has made it very clear you will not jeopardize the men and women in our military and you will not leak classified information.

Yeah, he's going to be in jail for a while. 61 year old Navy veteran also accessed the databases last fall and took a screenshot of a classified report about a foreign country, presumably they say Venezuela. So there you go. During his initial court appearance on Friday, Paris Lugolis was ordered to be held in federal custody pending a detention. Blah, blah, blah. Germanless are often investigated for public seeing sensitive government information. However, it is unusual for the FBI to search their homes. Well, get used to it, sister. They, they searched Donald Trump's Mar A Lago. You heard about these, these federal prosecutors in, in, in Minneapolis, who, or St. Paul, I should say, who quit their jobs because they didn't like the fact that Renee Goode was the man who justifiably shot her because she was a domestic terrorist. Was not going to be investigated. So they said they quit, they quit their jobs. Well, guess what? That is not the case. According to Pam Bondi. Actually, she fired him.

You've got and I think it's going to be a real mistake for Justin Trudeau to go down this path because Donald Trump is now threatening the Insurrection act. And also they're going to use the means to go out after finances for the organizations that foment this nonsense and pay for this nonsense. So what do you think is going to happen in Minneapolis with regard to this violence against ice? I have a funny feeling it's going to come to an abrupt halt pretty soon.

I think it can't come to an abrupt halt because the Democrats have not just lost control of the narrative, they've lost control of their party. We saw this after 2024. They tried to pivot. They couldn't. The far left is running the party. And Tim Wallace was reduced to pleading with them to turn down the temperature. But he can't even say it directly because he's too much a coward. Even at the end of his disgraceful political career, he can't get them to stop attacking law enforcement.

But he's still fomenting it. He still said last night, go out, take a camera with you peacefully. They wink and nod when they say peacefully. They don't need peacefully. You know why they don't mean peacefully? Because they never say it unless it's part of a sentence. Do it peacefully. They never say, oh, what happened yesterday was unacceptable. They wink and nod. They know that by them saying peacefully protest it means keep doing what you're doing.

And that's the only thing they can say. The bottom line is the Democrats are in hock to these people and they tell them with one side of their mouth to stop talking about abolish ice. But the other side of their mouth, they have to double down on attacking ICE because really, they don't believe in anything except the leftist agenda anymore.

I think the people of Minnesota are damn tired of this nonsense. I think that the people of America are damn tired of this nonsense. You've got Scott Bessett saying now they're going to go after the financial means, the DHS secretary saying the same thing. Tom Holman is saying the same thing. I have a, I have a feeling that they're going to start busting up these, these, the people who are funding this nonsense. We know that they started, they started this years ago. This is BLM. This was the day after October 7th was Elon Musk is a Nazi. This is no kings. These are the same Occupy Wall street, all the same people. And I have a feeling with this president in charge that that cabal is going to be busted up and people are going to end up being charged.

What do you think it's pastime? Because, yes, it is absolutely the same people. You know, one week they're screaming of abortion, the next week it's illegal aliens, and then it's police shootings. And it is absolutely the same people as the say, it's not the. It's not the issue. It's the revolution.

You know, I, I've said that the United States of America, to survive another 250 years, we'd need a baptism by fire. And I am actually grateful for what is happening. And I think it is serendipitous that Donald Trump sat out after a rigged and stolen election and they persecuted him because it gave us time to figure out a Game plan. Figure out how serious this is. Figure out how would defeat these people. And one also thing we didn't realize by what they did during COVID what they did with spending, they've really exposed their flank. Now we are discovering the looting of the treasury by the Democrat Party. And I think that the Democrat party is in some very hot water in these Democrat run states with regard to fraud, fraud and abuse.

You know, we've seen trillions of dollars in fraud nationwide. We've seen the fact that not only has there been a huge expansion of welfare spending like there was in Minnesota, but that expansion budgets doubling over 10, 15 years has been driven by fraud. We've seen in California, we're seeing it now. Minnesota, we're going to see it in New York pretty soon. This is a massive money laundering operation.

I also see some positive things happening with regard to the vote because, and I've said for years, the Democrat Party cannot win on issues. The same goes with Communists. Communists never win elections. They steal them. They steal power. They, they, they brutalize people. That's how they, they come into power. Or they lie, like in the case of Zoran Mandami. They lie about who they are and what their intentions are. But I think the Democrat Party's gonna have a real hard time with this decision by the Supreme Court against mail in ballots, with the cleaning up of voter rolls around the country, with the exposition of all of this fraud and how the illegal aliens have been brought in and allowed to vote. So I think it's gonna be a real hard time for Democrats, despite all of the chicanery, all the redistricting and everything to win, especially in the midterms. What do you think?

I'm not talking about him personally, but his way of thinking, I can deal with him, I can work with him. He says some things that are way out there, but at least he has a modicum of common sense. I don't know if that stroke caused his brain to be turned on and turned off and turned back on. But he's saying the thing. If the Democrat party wanted to survive, what the Democrat Party would be saying.

What do you think The Democrats wanted to be a common sense, working class party. It's an identity they used to have. They would go the Fetterman route. Unfortunately, they're going the route of the she, they, transgender elite people who want to fundamentally dismantle everything about America.
