And why did Nancy Pelosi suddenly decide she gonna retire? Why did that happen all of a sudden? Could be tied into that as we find out more with regard to January 6th, the Reichstag Moment that it was. That I said it was a Reichstag moment on January 7th. And a lot of people and Nancy Pelosi, as far as I'm concerned, is an evil, awful woman who enriched herself to the tune of hundreds of millions of dollars while doing nothing at all, nothing at all but being an obstructionist to Donald Trump, trying to put him in jail. Two failed impeachments, and then, and then of course, January 6th, where hundreds of people went to prison, some for four years without a trial. All have been pardoned the meantime because they should have been pardoned in the meantime. It was all a massive scam. It was all a shakedown. The crowd was infested with FBI agents, 274 of them infested with antifa because you know, Trump supporters don't wear black masks and riot shields and bring grappling hooks. Give me a friggin break. It was a Reichstag moment. It was meant to get people to go into the capitol and then pursue them to distract from an election that obviously was rigged. Obviously was rigged to the point that they even told us we couldn't question the election. The day after the election in 2020, my Facebook page went away. They just took it away. And I went, oh my God, why is this. And then they struck Donald Trump from Twitter. Then they got rid of him on Facebook. He put up videos on January 6th saying go home peacefully. YouTube would not put the video up. None of the networks were running the video. And they doctored the audio or the videotape. They doctored the b. The head of the BBC has just been fired because they edited a Trump speech on January 6th to make it look like Donald Trump was fomenting some sort of violent action. Which was of course not the truth. All of this has been bullcrap. All of this has been Bullcrap. Since day one. I remember the day after January 6th, the leftist media was saying there was $100 million in damage to the interior of the Capitol. I remember it like it was yesterday, saying $100 million in damages was worse than 9 11. Really? Where were the 350 people jumping to their deaths from the building? Where's the fire? Where's the burning? Where's the collapse? And then we find out, no, no, people went inside. There was one guy put his feet up on Nancy Pelosi's desk. They stayed in the velvet ropes. They didn't tear down any statues. They didn't burn anything. Not a damn thing. The windows that were broken out were by masked people in the crowd who. Who are not Trump supporters. Trump supporters never behaved this way. We never do. When Joe Biden was made the president, when he was installed as the president, did we burn down American cities? Did we behave the way the left did in the summer of 2020? Did we go to Tesla dealerships and try to burn them down like the left has done since Donald Trump took office? You know, we've been in the civil war for a very long time. The Democrat Party has been fighting a proxy civil war against us for 10 years. They have soldiers for hire called Antifa and the asundry groups affiliated with them, including Black Lives Matter. They are soldiers for hire. There is a body count. There are casualties. There is billions of dollars in damage. And I'm done with it. I am done with it. This weekend, I had a meeting with some artists who reside in Old Town Alexandria, and they are. Several of them are Jewish. One of them is Catholic, and they work in a community of artists, and they are terrified. The Jewish artists are terrified. These are people who are. Who have to speak in hushed tones in their galleries so leftists won't hear them. At this gallery, this. This large compendium of. Of artists in this large building, there's one artist who's put up signs that say, Charlie Kirk was a piece of s. And then has posters up basically calling for the assassination of Donald Trump. Some of these Jewish artists had people get in their faces saying, from the river to the sea. I was at dinner about a week and a half ago. I was outside near this place, and the group of these Palestinian punks come by with pictures of dead babies and waving the Palestinian flag. And the people inside this building are terrified. They're terrified of these leftists. And this jackass comes into the outdoor dining area and starts handing out flyers for care or whatever. And I said, get your ass out of here. You are not welcome here. This is not a public space. You do not have a permit. We are here spending our money to have dinner. You have no business here. And he hightailed it out of there. But these I met. I mean, I met with about seven, eight people. It was like, it was like, you know, you've maybe seen the French underground when they're meeting World War II, and they, they, you know, and listen, as much as the French are made fun of because, you know, Germany came in and, you know, overtook France in no time. The French underground, they were very brave people. They were very. Many of them lost their lives, many of them were murdered. Many of them were sent to concentration camps because they were in the background fighting a massive evil. They greatly outnumbered. And that's what I felt like. There's one woman, she was literally wearing a beret. She's like, oh, yeah, we're frightened. And I said, well, what do you want me to do? I've got in touch with some people, possibly doing a story about it, but they don't want their names to be known. They're terrified. They're terrified of losing their ability to make a living. They're tired of being terrified of being ostracized. They're terrified of being attacked. This isn't Germany in 1939. I'm done. I'm done with this bullcrap in New York City. I hope that hillbillies, homeboys and Hebrews come together in New York City and deliver a beatdown to radical Islam. I'm done with it. When I talk to these people, these artists who just want to express themselves, they aren't political activists. They draw beautiful paintings, they do sculptures. But the other artists in this, this group of artists are very left of center, very, very left of center. Some of them in charge of who is able to display their art in this building and who are not. And they're radical. And if you find out, oh, you support Israel, you're done, you're done. I mean, it is, it is so ridiculous. It is so ridiculous. And you're going to learn more about this because I'm not going to have. I'm not going to stand by and watch this happen. We've seen the ascension of anti Semitism, the exposition of anti Semitism in this country, and by God, it will be beaten back. It will be beaten back. And that a liberal enclave would allow such a thing is so frickin disgusting. I said, when I first moved here to Northern Virginia, I said, I will not Speak in hush tones about my conservatism. I will not speak in hush tones. Bullcrap. This is America and the left has done so much to try to shut us down and call our speech disinformation and misin information and tell us, you know, that, oh, 2020, there was no election fraud. You're a conspiracy theorist. No, there's plenty of evidence. You just shut it all down. The same goes with COVID shutdowns. The same, the same goes with all of that nonsense. The same goes with Hunter Biden's laptop. We had a Soviet takeover of our country, essentially, and I am still pissed about it. And I'm not going to ever, ever, ever, ever speak in hushed tones about my political beliefs. Not anymore. Ain't going to happen. Even if I live in the thick of it. When I lived in Kansas, the Kansas side of Kansas City, you could have a Trump sign in your front yard without somebody vandalizing the sign or your house or threatening you. Here it's different. But by God, I'm not going to live by those rules. Not going to live by those rules. This is the BBC. But the Democrat Party thought that they would use the election on Tuesday as some sort of momentum builder, that the people were rejecting Donald Trump and what he's doing. That's not true. It is not true. Tom Fitson. We haven't heard from Tom Fitton with Judicial Watch. He had a big announcement. The fifth Circuit Court has said no to late voting. This is one of the many things that Democrats have done and they try to act like they serve indignities to you and me. They say things like mail in voting is completely on the up and up. You're a conspiracy theorist if you think mail in voting is a way to cheat. No, no, we're not. We know exactly what it's all about. We're not stupid. We're not stupid. We know what mail in voting is all about. We also know what late voting is all about. We also know why they shut down all the, the, the counting in the battleground states during the night of the election in 2020 so they could come up with the ballots they needed so Joe Biden would win. That's why you called our opinions disinformation. That's why you shut down our ability to have an opinion on what was obviously an unfair election. But here is Tom Fitson with the good news.

Huge Judicial Watch victory for the rule of law on elections. The fifth Circuit Court of Appeals just ruled an hour or so ago that counting ballots that arrive days after election day is contrary to federal law.

Yeah. It's also an ability for people to count the votes and figure out how many they need to make up to for Democrats to win.

Ended by federal law. Mississippi counts ballots that are run up to five days after election day. Judicial Watch challenged that in court and the fifth Circuit Court of Appeals essentially said judicial watch is right.

Yeah, you can't count votes days after the election. Election day is freaking election day. And everybody knows why all of these rules have been bent and changed is because Democrats can't win election on issues. They cannot win elections on issues because their issues are bad guano Crazy. Here is. This is Mike Crispy. He is a talk show host talking about the. The odd election result in the Jersey. You may recall Jack Cittarelli, he had a lot of momentum in that state. There were a lot of people in New Jersey who were tired of the nonsense. A lot of Democrats were leaving the Democrat party to vote for Cittarelli. His. His opponent, Mikey Sherrill delivered a lackluster performance through the entire campaign and yet she was able to win by a landslide. 450,000 more votes for her than they were the last time a Democrat won.

Jack Cittarelli got 122,000 more votes than he got in 2021. He lost the last election by 84,000 votes. So if you said to anybody, myself included, that the day after the election that Jack Ciarelli would wake up the day after the election, get 122,000 more votes than he did last time. And Mikey Sheryl, a candidate with such little enthusiasm, who hardly campaign, could hardly fill the gym with Barack Obama, that she did what she was doing.

If you told me that that was the factors, I would say we. If we didn't win it, we're gonna be razor thin in this race. It ended up being somewhat of a blowout loss because Mikey Sheryl got 450,000 more votes.

Yeah. That's crazy, right? It's kind of, you know, the opposite of something reasonable, which would cause many red flags to be raised. And this time, our opinions can't be called disinformation.

That is what we're dealing with in the state of New Jersey, internal sabotage. I am told that multiple leaders in the state, in the Republican Party who have allegiance to Chris Christie, partnered with the Democrat leadership. That is Ross Baraka, the mayor of Newark's brother. Okay. Runs a get out the vote operation, ballot harvesting scam thing. Leroy Jones, the head of the Democrat Party in the state, worked with them. The head of the Morris gop, the head of the Ocean gop, the people who are aligned with Christie, partnered with the Democrat Party to help sink Citarelli because he was endorsed by Trump. Everybody was excited to get a candidate endorsed by Trump, was going to work with Trump. They worked overtime.

You guys know that President Trump took this state from a 16 point margin in 2020 to a 5 point margin in 2024. Do you guys remember the biggest rally in New Jersey political history? The one that I spoke in Wildwood? 100,000 people. You saw in the days leading up to the election that Hussein Obama, Donald.

Trump made 2024 too big to rig.

On Tuesday, November 4th, you know that in Montclair in Mikey's hometown, we started the day with the Democrats state party sending text messages to voters telling them to vote at the wrong polling place. And should people do that, should they vote at an incorrect polling place, they would be forced to vote provisionally. And you'll remember, I think I was on your show a couple years ago when I was on the ballot for state senate. I was forced to vote provisionally at my correct polling place for myself and that ballot never counted. So provisional votes are dangerous. They don't always get counted. And the Democrat state party was directing people to vote in place is where provisional ballots would have to be used.

But I've been talking for really since the beginning of that, how the Stanford Internet Observatory, which was shut down by Stanford University after it came under congressional pressure, lawsuits and really disgrace from all the publications that came out about dirty deeds. Its parent host at Harvard at Stanford was not shut down. That's called the Stanford Cyber Policy Center.

Gotcha.

[Mike Benz]

Which is underneath Michael McFaul's Freeman Spogly Center. And Michael McFaul was the former U.S. ambassador to Russia under the Obama administration who was so aggressive about Russiagating that he actually got USAID kicked out of Russia trying to foment regime change from the inside. And they have just been a key lever of trying to basically crack down on any sort of pro populist speech around the world.

Yeah. And this is extended into countries like Brazil, where Bear Bolsonaro is in jail right now. Did US aid play a part in that? And also a part in the theft of the Venezuelan election for Madur?

[Mike Benz]

Oh my God. Certainly in Brazil, USAID spent tens of millions of dollars to shift the election to LULA against Bolsonaro. They built the usa, built the entire censorship industrial complex in Brazil starting in 2018 under Trump 1, when Trump 1 did not know this. And Trump, just like Trump, was kind of betrayed in his first term by his own FBI, by his own CIA, by his own military. He was also betrayed by his own usaid, who funded all of the different disinformation flaggers, funded the investigative journalist outlets to dig up hit pieces on Bolsonaro, framed the censorship court there, the Alexandra de Moraes, the Lord Voldemort judge who banned seized assets from Starlink. USAID personally trained him on disinformation, takedown techniques and tactics as well as the entire Brazilian Supreme Court. I mean, they ran a number on it. They funded the unions to back Lula, they funded the universities, they funded the legal scholarship, they funded the media outlets. I mean, it was a full scale regime change operation and it was all.

Against populists around the world. Some populists were able to win despite that. We saw that in Poland, we saw that in Italy, certainly, certainly. But how many other countries did US aid essentially put down freedom movements? Did that happen in Iran with the Green Revolution while Obama was the president? Because there was a move toward freedom in Iran and Barack Obama offered no help whatsoever and ultimately the people who were trying to overthrow the Ayatollah were imprisoned or murdered.

[Mike Benz]

Well, it's very interesting. I've not done a deep dive study on USAID Iran, even though gotcha. Because part of it is there is a kind of schizophrenia in US foreign policy towards Iran depending on whether a Democrat or a Republican wins in the past two decades. The Obama administration obviously passed the Iran deal and was hoping to capitalize financially on opening up Iran. And this was honestly, I think this is part of how you had a lot of USAID money go towards apparently protests, funding protests against Netanyahu within Israel and a lot of these networks. I think, I mean, George Soros was one of the main financiers behind the Iran deal. And that was also handled by Jake Sullivan and Bill Burns. Bill Burns was the lead negotiator on the Iran deal. He ends up becoming CIA director under Biden. And what you had is this kind of tilt where the Obama administration, after the 2014 Crimea coup and then counter coup, you had basically the Democrat Soros blob wanted maximum pressure on Russia and minimum pressure on Iran. And then the Republicans wanted to, under Trump wanted to sort of flip that. And so you've had this, I don't want to say fully unprecedented because this did happen over Nicaragua During Iran Contra in Reagan. But for this extended time and this prolonged and pitched battle, you have this kind of proxy war in terms of who we elect as domestic candidates over foreign policy and very nasty tactics that are broken out in order to stop the other side, to keep one side's foreign policy. And like, this is, I mean, this is how you get to the Jack Smith situation. Jack Smith was, you know, prosecutor with the Hague and was involved in USAID law programs, court in Kosovo.

[Rob Carson]

Yeah. Unbelievable. You know, Mike, I'm. I was always a little flabbergasted by the lack of journalistic curiosity by the American media establishment. You know, they just ripped and read what the government said. Can you explain to me why you've got the federal government saying certain conservative opinions were disinformation? Can you explain to me why so few stood up against that in the media? Was it just about ideology? Were they being paid? What was this? I know that some agencies were getting federal dollars.

[Mike Benz]

Yeah. I mean, well, most of the media, most of the mainstream media gets fact checks from the US Federal government, whether directly or indirectly. I mean, I pointed out, for example, how Reuters got $300 million in government contracts from the Biden administration. And not only that, every single federal agency who investigated Elon Musk was paying Reuters in fat subscription fees for all their premium services while Reuters got those Pulitzer Prize for writing about the corruption of Elon Musk. But this is actually a very common arrangement where a government will fund media to write hit pieces on the government's enemies. This is actually a USAID staple, our anti corruption project that USAID runs part of that will be funding investigative news outlets in Kosovo, Serbia, Brazil, Ukraine, Poland to write hit pieces that then their assets in the judiciary or prosecutorial staff can use to indict people on the basis of. And this is actually most prosecutions come about not because the Justice Department just learns about it while walking down the street, but because a journalist outlet publishes some hit that brings to light public information that was not known to the Justice. This is how Jeffrey Epstein got indicted.

Daylight from 7pm a little before 7pm through 8:30, walking on foot for an hour and a half through the home court, home turf of the national security state. Talking on cell phones, touching surfaces, making text messages. And then, you know, the bomb was left for 17 hours before it was discovered.

That's Mike Bins talking on Newsmax this week and he joins us on the Newsmax hotline. Clearly the, the Jan.6 pipe bomber has not been caught because people aren't wanting to catch the pipe bomber. Would you, would you agree?

[Mike Benz]

I certainly agree. Under the Biden, the Biden FBI and Justice Department, there was a massive cover up of the January 6th pipe bomber affair, top to bottom. I mean, it was a complete whitewash. They destroyed the investigation from the inside. They told ABC News that they had compiled 39,000, 39,000 video clips of the pipe bomber and only uploaded about six of them. And all of these were incomplete. They didn't show the pipe bomber entering or exiting the frame. It looked like the footage had been tampered with. For example, the DNC site, the headquarters where one of the pipe bombs was planted. It looked like they reduced the frame rate to one frame per second.

Yes.

[Mike Benz]

Like they blurred the eyes when the person took off the glasses so that you couldn't actually zoom in and see the irises. And so there's, there's a. Now I do believe that this FBI wants to get to the bottom of it, although I'm not sure they know necessarily the best way to go about that. I think that all 39,000 video files should be put in a FBI.gov webpage, the same way that Tulsa Gabbard did with the JFK files. One of the things that gave us, I think, a lot of trust in this ODNI was the fact that the JFK files were fully unredacted and they were just crowdsourced to the American public. They said, here's 89,000 documents that we have related to the JFK investigation, the internal files. You see what we see. There's no layer shroud of secrecy. There's no national security blanket put over this investigation, whatever. And some of it was, some of it was ugly. Some of the stuff that was embarrassing to the US national security state. I mean, some of the stuff in the JFK files included a plan by the National Security Council and Central Intelligence Agency to drop man made viruses that would appear to be of biological origin on agricultural crop workers of Cuba, essentially dropping Lyme disease ticks on them from the Rocky Mountain lab and gain of function from the late 1950s. And what. But what I'm getting at here is why not put all 39,000 video files FBI.gov web page. There already is one set up for the pipe bomber. Simply put it in there and let us help the investigation. There's a $500,000 award for the pipe bomber's identity. Help us get that reward. The other thing is we need full transparency on the chain of custody for this evidence. I have no doubt that this evidence has been destroyed or transferred to a Siberia office in order to stop cash and Dan and the Trump administration from being able to solve the mystery of the pipe bomber who is still out there.

Yeah, Mike. Now Mike, I heard a report and this is based on Blaze media Capitol police officer Shawnee Kerkhoff identified as a 1-6-6 bomber based on forensic match. Julie Kelly is, is worried about this. She testified to firing pepper balls at J6 crowd then months later took a security job at the CIA. What have you heard about this person?

[Mike Benz]

Well, I'm, I'm, I have to say I would like a lot more evidence presented before I, you know, co sign something as big as that. I mean you're talking about gait analysis. Yeah, 94% match on gait analysis. Yeah, yeah. And you need more. I don't think that the raw analysis was even. I read, I read the piece and I think that Steve and the Blaze do very good and fine work. You know, I mean more a little evidence driven on this and you know, some unnamed anonymous source inside or several sources I think as the article describes, sort of inside federal law enforcement. I don't even know if it's FBI. It might be, yes or jttf. I don't, I don't even know that that was specified. But unknown people from unknown agencies saying that they ran a gate analysis that I can't even get on the inside guts of and see how it was even done. Yeah, what that means, I mean what, what does my gait analysis say? 1 other percent or 50% or an 80%.

Yeah, I understand what you mean. It's not necessary. It's not really a fingerprint. I mean it's kind of the beginning of a fingerprint but not one other thing before we go. The pipe bombers actions were necessary to enable Nancy Pelosi to certify the 2020 election for Joe Biden to evacuate the Capitol. Is that what you've heard? Why, why the pipe bombings were, were planted?

[Mike Benz]

Well, it was if you listen to Steve Sund who was the Capitol police chief that day. He Believes they were planted as a. Not as a detonation, but as a diversion, because, yes, they were discovered at 12:47pm The Capitol breach took place at 1pm and the first. I'm sorry, the. The certification was to take place at 1pm Initial perimeter breach was at 12:53pm so understand this. This is just minutes after the first pipe bomb is discovered that the breach on the Capitol is initiated. So where Ray at the. And all of those former Marines and strange kind of special Forces adjacent people are at the front lines of the Penn Walkway entrance is exactly when the Capitol Police are hit with the news that there's a potential mass casualty event pending with bombs blowing up. So they divert the Capitol muscle. And this is what Steve sun said, is we had to triage the situation. We had to send all these units over to, you know, to, you know, off campus from the Capitol. And it created this. You know, we were hit from every angle because this pipe bomb threat was the superseding one.

So it clearly played that role to enable the initial breach and to be able to paint a mass casualty event even when there were no casualties.
