Good morning. So our local headline that's also trending nationwide involves that Tesla crash that killed the 76 year old grandmother and Katie on Friday.

Well, the family has now filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Tesla and the driver. The lawsuit filed Monday in Harris county claims that Tesla's autopilot and full self driving systems were defective and alleges the vehicle either failed to detect the end of the street and the home or experience sudden unintended acceleration. In addition to suing Tesla, the family also accuses the 44 year old male driver of negligence. Happy fireworks day.

Our local headline is also trending nationally. Involves that Tesla crash that killed the 76 year old grandmother and Katie. So the family has now filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Tesla and the driver. The lawsuit filed Monday in Harris county claims Tesla's autopilot and full self driving systems were defective. It also alleges that the vehicle either failed to detect the end of the street in the home in its path or experienced some sort of sudden unintended acceleration. In addition to suing Tesla, the family also accuses the 44 year old male driver of negligence. Also making national news for that missing giraffe in the hill country.

Her family has now filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Tesla and the driver. So the lawsuit filed Monday in Harris county claims Tesla's autopilot and self driving systems were defective. And it alleges the vehicle either failed to detect the end of the street in the home or experience sudden unintended acceleration. In addition to suing Tesla, the family also accuses the 44 year old male driver of negligence. Happy fireworks day to all the fireworks sellers out there. I sell some sleeping in a tent outside of their little hut this morning and I'm like, it is hot.

Her family has now filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Tesla and the driver. So the lawsuit against Tesla, it was filed Monday in Harris county, claims that their autopilot and full self driving systems were defective. It also alleges that the vehicle either failed to detect the end of the street and the home in its path or experienced some sort of sudden unintended acceleration. In addition to suing Tesla, I said the family also accuses the 44 year old male driver of negligible negligence. Also making national news for our missing giraffe.

I just updated the San Antonio news site that is keeping me on the latest. So the search continues. There are helicopters, raptors, there are drones looking for this giraffe in the hill country. Last seen Lee Key, which is roughly a hundred of miles northwest of San Antonio. She lives on a ranch with a couple hundred other animals and they want her home safely. Obviously if you see it, you're gonna see it.

Aaa is projecting 72.2 million Americans to be traveling at least 50 miles from the home during the Independence Day holiday week this year. You guys like to just sit around and break records every year.

You're not doing a great job. This goes back to concert tickets. The only thing you can do is not go to the shows. You keep telling me that these concert tickets are so expensive and every show sells out. You keep telling me that these gas prices are so much.

There's more people on the roads this year than last year. The gas prices are way more than they were last year. 72.2 million Americans on the roads according to AAA. Road trips are the most popular way that people are traveling. And that is despite gas prices reaching 3, 4 years 4 year highs. Another 5.85 million people across the country will be flying. And then they. I mean they look at everything. They look at who's on the bus, who's on a train, who's on a cruise, Everything from last year. People are going to be out on the roads big time. And this is traveling. At least you're taking a road trip if you are going.
