What you got for Houston's headlines?
B
Hey, Rod. Tonight, 7:00pm off the coast of San Diego Artemis. Two astronauts are going to splash down in what some call the most nerve wracking moment of the entire mission. So there's like 13 minutes when the capsule is plunging 25,000 miles per hour through the Earth's atmosphere. That apparently this capsule's heat shield is what you're going to be hearing about today.
A
Yeah.
B
Okay. Essentially, it's the same one they used on the Artemis 1 mission. It suffered some damage on that mission, and instead of fully replacing it and delaying this mission, they just changed how the capsule would come back in the re entry path.
A
Sounds like a shortcut. Sounds like something you want to take a shortcut on. Doesn't sound ideal. All right. They're going to be fine.
B
They're going to be fine. The Navy ship is waiting for them to recover the crew. We can't wait to hear about it.
A
Right off of San Diego, the coast.
B
Yes. No one is using the Strait of Ormuz. We've been talking about this for weeks.
A
Yeah. I thought it was opened up. Let's go. Two weeks. Let's get the boats going through there.
B
It's open. No one's using it. Before the war, daily average was 129ships a day. Floating through, getting stuff done.
A
It's a lot.
B
Marine tracking data was just released that they had a dozen in two days. Like, people are avoiding it.
A
Why are you scared? Is a ramp not letting them through?
B
We don't know.
A
Well, you just like, I don't want to get torpedoed.
B
I'm gonna just avoid this.
A
Yeah. I don't know.
B
I don't know. But I thought we needed it so, so bad, and now it's still. They're not using it. Sunday is the National Grilled Cheese Day. Go ahead and put it on your weekend plans.
A
Yeah, I like a good grilled cheese.
B
Like, how are you doing it easy or are you doing it like bougie?
A
I get it. I others those cheeses that I just don't have laying around. That would be great.
B
Use a craft single.
A
No, I, I cheddar. I like it a little greasy.
B
Like a brick. A brick of cheddar or like shredded.
A
I'm just. I'm a shredded cheddar guy.
B
Poured on there with butter.
A
Butter. The mayonnaise is really good. I don't know that it's better, but the mayonnaise does create a different taste when you mayonnaise the outside of your bread.
B
Apparently, gouda, Gruyere and Manchego are the best when it comes to melting properties. I never have those on hand.
A
No, but gruyere is badass.
B
It's good cheese.
A
I mean, I love about gruyere cheese until I was on this show. Yeah, we talked about it on this show years ago. We. We talked about, like, the greatest combination. Well, no, he's the godfather of Gruyere cheese. I really don't know that. I didn't know that.
B
I learned something.
A
I didn't know that either, but. Do you like to mix the cheeses?
B
I'm. I'm an equal opportunity cheese lover, so. Yeah.
A
Two different kinds of cheese. Like, hate cheese.
B
I feel like certain cheeses like my toddlers right now.
A
Well, they're. What about the bread? Just standard white bread.
B
I' never have white bread. We use wheat bread.
A
I don't see color, so I wouldn't know. I only have wheat bread. Well, okay. Yeah, it's just. It is white bread.
B
Yeah.
A
Wonder Bread.
B
Wonder bread. It is good.
A
I think they're all wonderful. Wonderful.
B
Remember yesterday we mentioned that Diddy was back in court yesterday and hoping for immediate release back into the public.
A
Yeah. You got the. You got the strategy to get out? Got the strategy. What they're coming at him with.
B
I don't think he got out, but his team did show up with a new defense. Got it yesterday. Yesterday they told the judge that Diddy was making constitutionally protected adult films during these quote, unquote freak offs. Just amateur.
A
No, he wasn't.
B
Amateur adult film shooting, which is technically protected by the First Amendment, so he
A
has to be consenting to it.
B
I think that would be the thing.
A
I might hold him up. He still has a lot of money and a lot of lawyers working for him, so. Yeah, they're throwing everything apart against the wall to see if anything sticks.
B
He's been locked up since October on a 50 month sentence. And last but not least, Taylor Momsen posted a video after she was bitten by a venomous spider. Her band, the Pretty Reckless, currently opening for AC dc, prepping for a show in Mexico. And this video shows her being treated backstage by doctors as she jokingly asked them. One of my superpowers kick in. Back in 2024. She was bit by a bat while on tour in Spain.
A
Put her in a bubble.
B
She's kind of got like a thing.
A
Yeah.
B
Those are Houston's headlines.
A
Go ahead, have a guard on her at all times. I don't know what's going on. She is a badass. Yes, she is. Rockets got another win last night. They beat the 76ers 113 to 102. Kevin Durant had 29 points of the night to lead all players in scoring. Rockets have now won eight straight. They're gonna host the Timberwolves tonight at the Toyota Center. They're ten and a half point favorites heading into this game. Tip off is at 8:30, and you can listen to it on our sister station Sports Talk790. The Astros are back in action tonight. They're going to open up a weekend series with the Mariners on the road. Tatsuya Ime is going to be on the mound for the Stroz. They'll be going up against Seattle's Emerson Hancock. First pitches at 8:40, and you can hear the game on our sister Station News Radio 740, KTOH. It's also day two at the Masters. Hello, friends. The Masters. And Augusta, Georgia. Sam burns and Roy McElroy are tied for the lead, currently at five under par. That is what's going on in sports. Chili taking a nap watching the Masters with the memento cheese on his chest because he fell asleep before he felt. Chili's got a whole weekend of the Masters in the couch lined up. Oh, yeah, there he goes. No, no, no, he's dozing off. There goes Chili watching the Masters.

The Rod ryan show on 94. 5 the buzz.
A
94. 5 the buzz. Smashing some linkin park in homeroom. Good morning, everybody. Hope you're off to a great start to your day. 90% chance of thunderstorms. I don't know. It says 100% chance. Coming our way at about 11, 12 o' clock today. Very MO of me to say that we. Everyone's getting rained on today. 11, 12 o', clock, though, so it's really gonna affect most of us. You're fresh out of bed, Head to head One day champion. Like Norm from Cheers would say, it's a dog eat dog world. And I'm wearing milk bone underwear. Join me on Monday as I go for win number two, my B. It's a good line. That's a good line. That'll play really well on Monday when we play that speech. I asked him, you want to play on Monday? He's like, oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Four time hall of Famer. He wants back in. Great. Tickets will continue in homeroom. Really taking care of you. Chili's really taking care of you guys today. Motley Crue tickets coming up. But first, it's the fun fact of the day. We make you look smart in front of your buddies. It's the fun fact of the day. Here's some fun facts for you today. Hey, Hal, Brother Rod over here. Got a lot of. Got a lot of clients over there. Raymond James, you got a lot of people that you got to deal with and from all walks of life. Do a lot of people, do they want to own gold? Do they, do they ask you? I mean, how often do people come to you and ask you about gold? Occasionally. Yeah. I'd be worried about hanging on to it. I mean, I know you can buy gold and you just have it like in your portfolio, but then people want to, like, own gold. They think, like, they're gonna use it one day. I mean, like a Matrix recently or. No. What was it? No. What's the other Keanu Reeves movie? Didn't he have, like, all used all John Wick Wick. I think he used gold coins to get everything. Wick 4. Yeah. Yeah. So you talk about gold from time to time. Yeah, recently. They want to sell it. Well, I don't know if this came across, but you could tell. You can dazzle your clients with pure gold is safe to eat. It's flavorless. You shouldn't eat it. And don't eat your jewelry because it's definitely not pure. That's got a bunch of other metals mixed in. But pure gold is edible, so the Olympians bite it. Right. That's not pure gold.
B
I've seen it, like, in champagne or like on cupcakes. Golden flake.
A
Flake. Is that gold flogger. Remember that? Had a run when I was in college. It runs the Matrix. That's why I was thinking the Matrix. The Matrix came out in 1999. And when the character Neo shows his passport, the expiration date on his passport. September 11, 2001. That is fun.
B
I didn't like that.
A
Scary. Whoa. It's like the Wychowski brothers or something like that. That made that movie. What did they know? Ye. Yeah. Let's do another fun fact. Yeah, Then I'm gonna. Then I'm gonna get out of here. Don't eat gold. I've never wanted gold more. Never thought of that. The pure stuff, dude, it's. I want to find some gold this weekend. $5,000 an ounce. Just think about that before you eat it. You need to be waiting to crap it out. The 2 liter bottle of soda we have. We have Pepsi to thank for that. Not Coca Cola. That's neat. Some wild dude in a boardroom said in the Pepsi boardroom in 1970, said we should put out a 2 liter of Pepsi, and they rolled with it. It's the fun fact of the day. We make you look smart in front of your buddies. It's the fun fact of the day. I mean, it seems pretty common. The whole aisle is full of them. But had to have had that idea first to sell two liters, like buy two liters. Nobody's gonna buy two liters of soda at one time. That's a lot of pop. What are you giving away?
B
I have a pair of tickets to see Motley Crue. It's their return to the Carnival of Sins tour. Tesla extreme. And you September 11th Woodlands Pavilion tickets on sale ticketmaster.com or they're yours if you know this flashback.
A
All right. It's your fun fact flashback. We talked about a fruit yesterday that can be Ru by the sun. It actually gets sunburned a specific fruit. 713-212-5945. It's now time for rock. Out with your stock. Out with Captain Cash. All right. Hi, Hal. Brother. Odd. What a week. What a week. What a week. It's been a good week. What happened yesterday? Yeah, Was it still good? It was still good. The dow was up 275 points. Kickoff this morning at 48,175. Nasdaq up 187 to 22,822. Benchmark 10 year treasurer is trading at a 4.29%. And oil stands at $97.97 a barrel. To the most active big studs, Amazon, Nike and Caterpillar. The big duds, Salesforce, IBM and Chevron. On the economic calendar this morning, we'll get numbers on the consumer price index for March. Right now, futures, Dow futures just barely on the downside. Come on, let's turn this baby around. That's it. I'm Matt here. This is Howland, manager, director with Rami James, reporter for the Rod Ryan Show From Raymond James on Stanford, Ben, Augusta. And don't forget to always rock out with your stock out.

A
94.5The Buzz. That's the song. When Ryan and Justin came by to visit us, that's the song they did live in studio with us.
B
They found out it was your favorite.
A
They stripped down acoustic version of it. And what a version they did. I recorded it. I never asked them if I could record it or not. The sudden rain coming down it all comes back to me. Come on. Waking up, falling down Whoever like made man, why did they choose some people? It's either you can sing or you can't. Alex, what's it like being able to sing?
B
You do know you're so good.
A
I cannot. One more time and I will. Here comes bleed I gave it all? You can't stop taking from me Way down. I know. And then Ryan's doing his. Ryan things with his. With his violin. Yeah. The violin just makes it sexier. Yeah.
B
Yeah, it really did.
A
It just. It takes like, it rocks. And it's sexy now, too. How? And you go to their shows and that, like, it separates them. You're hearing something that you don't normally hear at a rock concert. You're hearing a violin that's just being so interwoven into songs and it's not obtrusive. But then Ryan does this solo thing now. It's so great. Corey knows about it. Corey was the Winner of the first beer today. And he said, listen, not only am I winner of the beer, but I want to tell you I will see you at the Blue October, the party that they're doing in Cabo San Lucas. He took it upon himself to just to buy tickets.
B
He's like, I don't miss it.
A
I'm just buying tickets. I'm not trying to win. I'm not worried. I don't want it to be sold out. Out. Yeah, he's gonna be there. You can buy tickets@blueoctober.com we're gonna get you qualified for our grand prize drawing at the end of the month. We're gonna get somebody qualified at around 7:20 this morning. We got rain coming today, guys. Yeah, but good because, well, it's okay today. Tomorrow is the art car parade and there's only a 20 chance of rain with cloudy skies. Seems to be like an awesome day for the art car parade. Same thing with Sunday, only a 20 chance of rain with cloudy skies. We're gonna be in today and all weekend. And then I got Mo right here keeping us up on what's going on with the Artemis 2. What you got in Houston's headlines?
B
Well, thank you, Rod. They're also watching the weather off the coast of San Diego because tonight, 7pm Artemis 2 astronauts are slashing down in what some call the most nerve wracking moment of the entire mission. So I'm reading all about it and apparently there's 13 minutes where the capsule is plunging 25,000 miles per hour through Earth, Earth's atmosphere. And we're going to hear about the heat shield today. Essentially it's the same one they used in the Artemis 1 mission and it suffered some damage when it was re entering Earth. Instead of delaying Artemis 2 by totally replacing this heat shield, NASA just changed the capsule's re entry path. Trust them 100%. But they're all still a little on edge, which is fair. There is a Navy ship already in the Pacific waiting to recover the crew. Military planes, planes and helicopters on standby will all be watching.
A
Listen, it's an old bit, but I still think it holds up. Everybody that's involved with being in the water where the capsule hits and you, you know, you rescue them. Yeah. If everybody's in Planet of the Ape suits and they think that they've been, you know, they've been gone 10 days, but they've gone.
B
What did we miss when we were gone?
A
They've gone through some time continuum and when they land they're back buried Statue of Liberty. Yeah. They're back on the planet of the apes.
B
Oh, yeah.
A
Like, everybody's in ape outfits when they're, when they rescue them. They're like, oh, my God, I thought we were only gone 10 days.
B
Why has no one thought of that?
A
We're like 150 years in the future. We're on the planet of the apes. Just try it. Just, just even one. It would be a funny episode. Even one guy on that rescue boat in an ape out like apes are first mates.
B
Did y' all see first lady Melania Trump yesterday? She decided to deliver a six minute on camera statement.
A
Did we know that was happening?
B
I don't think anybody knew that was happening. People in the White House are saying they didn't know it was happening.
A
We didn't know here. No. Like, what is Melania doing?
B
The fact that people in the White House didn't know it was happening is the part that we're all like, huh?
A
They had to know.
B
Somebody might have known.
A
She reserved the podium, you know, like, just like the first lady. You can just take it. Whoever schedules the cameras and podium, like, they must have told the President, hey, your wife's going rogue. Hey.
B
And he's like, why? Just let her. Whatever. She wanted to deny any friendship or relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. And she also wanted to call on Congress to hold a public hearing with Epstein survivors. She went in more detail about their relationship or non existent relationship, how they met, when they first saw each other. And then she did call on Congress to let survivors testify under oath publicly and have their testimony entered permanently into congressional record. Brad, this is something Democrats have been pushing for and have been told not possible. And she just went up there and was like, yeah, let's do it.
A
Okay. Interesting. There's a lot going on. There's always a lot going on.
B
Yeah, yeah, yeah. Some colleges are shortening bachelor degree programs to three years.
A
Really? Because I went on the half decade plan to get my.
B
How long were you there?
A
Bachelor's half decade.
B
Really?
A
Five years.
B
I did four and a half. I didn't want to leave.
A
I have four and a summer. I did four and a half and a summer. Kind of five years.
B
The point is, summer doesn't count, dude.
A
Okay, cool.
B
The point is you're gonna save time and save a ton of money by graduating a year early. Now we know that they've done, like accelerated degree programs where they're just jamming everything into one. This is not that.
A
That.
B
This is basically stripping the classes down to just the classes you need for your Degree. No elective courses. Save some money. Save some time.
A
A friend of mine went on like an expedited. Expedited master's class. It seemed like he got it quick. I'm sure it didn't. I'm sure it didn't feel like it was quick for him. But yeah, he got his masters.
B
That would be like an accelerated situation.
A
Accelerated thing. Like. But a year and a half. Half.
B
Dang.
A
But it was super condensed.
B
It's kind of shady that they can have more students now. They can accept more people with this whole situation.
A
And I'm sure they're discounting their degrees now that you can do it in three years and not four.
B
Oh my gosh. We'll see what happens. And here we go. With more rumors swirling about this summer's biggest wedding, Page Six is saying that Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are getting married July 3rd in New York City. This is the first time anyone has said anything. Besides, it's happening in Rhode island, which is where Taylor owns a mansion next to this beautiful hotel. And that's just been the place. Page Six is saying save the dates. Went out. July is now what we're looking at. Who knows?
A
Do you see the lifeless eyes that are looking upon you?
B
You know how. You know how I feel about this?
A
Where's Judge Judy? Who cast. Who cares? Who cares? It's a headline.
B
And I. I am here to report it.
A
But the other big wedding.
B
Which one?
A
The one that we just had with Jeff Bezos. Lauren and Lauren Sanchez. We're talking about rumors of there's trouble in paradise over there.
B
I hadn't seen that.
A
What? They bought a whole city in Italy. You can't get divorced there to fight about. It's on the Looking at Girls blog page. I don't know. Somebody was drinking out of the orange juice container then poured into a. Like. I didn't know you did that.
B
Truth sets in.
A
I can't live with you.
B
Hey. Last but not least, we got to talk about Roger Waters. Because he's looking for someone to sing for his son's Pink Floyd tribute band.
A
This is weird.
B
Yes. Dad actually went on the old X and said quote the father's legacy, the Sun's band. No pressure. You think you can sing like him? A young Roger Waters?
A
It's weird that he's looking for someone that sings like him.
B
That's exactly what he said to be
A
in his kids band. Okay. Well, all right. Yeah. Was it? They weren't known for their vocals. Well. Yeah. It's not as there's got to be somebody out there. You be in a Tom Petty tribute band? Probably. But if his kid was looking for a singer for his band, we wouldn't be talking about it. Dad's involved looking for someone that sounds like him. It becomes a story.
B
The literal name of the tour is Roger Waters. Present events Legacy, a Pink Floyd show performed by the Harry Potters fans.
A
Okay. Dad's getting some on the back end.
B
Something on the back end.
A
Okay.
B
He's got something in it.
A
Dad's got a financial stake in it.
B
Yes. If you're interested, we're posting the link up on our music blog page. The redrineshow.com.
A
maybe I hop in on that one.
B
Let's go.
A
Alex. You can't sing. Okay, stop that. Hard to sing. You're the songbird of your generation.
B
I'll shoot the video.
A
What? Can you. Why don't you sing the sports? I'm not gonna do that. But the Rockets did get last night. They beat the 76ers 113, 102. Kevin Durant had 29 points, the ninth lead. All players, the scoring Rockets have now won eight straight. They're gonna host the Timberwolves tonight at Toyota center. Rockets are ten and a half point favorites heading into that one. Tip off will be at 8:30 and you can listen to it on our sister station Sports Talk790. The Astros are gonna be back in action tonight. They're gonna open up a weekend series with the Mariners on the road. Tatsuya Ime is going to be on the mound for the Stroze going up against Seattle's Emerson Hancock. You can just. You can just call him i45.
B
Thank you.
A
If you want to, I just let you do 45. I like that. First. First pitches at 8:40. You can hear the game on our sister Station News Radio 740 KTRH. And then it's day two at the Masters in Augusta, Georgia. Sam Burns and Roy McElroy are tied for the lead right now at five under par. That is what's going on in sports. Would you ever make a bet with me that you would be heavily favored to win, but if you lost, your payment would be singing the sports for one glorious show? Yeah, it depends on what the bet would be. Okay. You're open to it? Yeah. Okay. I'm just. I'm skeptical. You singing the sports one morning. If the Red Wings make the play playoffs, I'll do it. They won't make the playoffs, but if they do make the playoffs. Okay, it's got. There's got to be at least a slim chance. There's a slim chance. Very slim. Ottawa has to lose out. It's almost. It's just three game swing a three games. Anything can happen, dude. Okay, well, let's revisit this. I like this idea a lot. The Rod ryan Morning show. 6 to 10am the buzz. 94. 5 the buzz. Hit it. Friday, Bear Friday, you got a free bear Friday. Free bear Friday, you got free bear Friday, you got free bear Friday, you got free bear Friday. Good morning. Rob Ryan show. Yes, sir. How you doing, R? I'm doing great, man. Who's this? My name is Daniel. How y' all doing? What's up, Mo? What's up, Alex? Hey, dude, you're caller number 10. I'm going to get you some beers. Hey, yeah, I appreciate that, brother. I appreciate you. What are you doing this morning, Dan? I'm actually on my way to Port Arthur right now. What are you doing down there? I got to go out there to the plant. I mean, I don't know where Port Arthur is. It sounds down. Yeah, yeah, it's down. Yeah, down. Yeah. Go out there towards LA, not LA, LA. Yeah, yeah, okay. Yeah, I do know. I do know where Port Arthur is. I was just speaking quickly like, what are you doing down there? I wanted to sound cool.
B
Okay.
A
All right, listen, you're playing. I appreciate you. How long is it going to take you to get there? It takes me about a hour and 20 hour 30. You're not doing that drive every day? You drive it every day? No, sir. Okay. No, sir. Not every day. Okay. That's a big drive. But you know what? Having us along on the drive, having you along with our. With us knowing that you're out there for. For an hour or two, that's great, Daniel. Thank you. Enjoy your beers. Oh, yes, sir. I appreciate that. Thank you, sir. Appreciate you. Dude, hang on for me. I like Daniel, we got rain coming today. The nasty stuff could be rolling in at around 11, 12. Could be a couple of hours of most of us getting rain today and then the rest of the weekend, Saturday and Sunday looks like about a 20 chance. Chance. Oh, weekend. Who comes after Mo in the rotation for six picks? Who's after mom? You? Is it me?
B
It's you, Rob.
A
I go after you.
B
No pressure.
A
Okay. Six picks. I can't wait. I'm taking the kid. We're going to Blue man group tonight.
B
Where's that? Do you know?
A
I saw pictures the other day. Had a good time. Well, what does anybody know about the Blue Man Group? You don't know much. Take a listen. Oh, yeah, it's true. Every day.
B
This is a Blue Man Group.
A
Blue Man Group.
B
I had no idea.
A
Every single day, you hear me talking on this radio show. How about this? Oh, is that not it? Oh, here it is. Is that not it? I don't know. None of it plays. Oh, here. That's Blue Man Group. You're like, what? Wait a minute. Mind blown. I've been listening to this show for 20 years.
B
That's all. Blue Man Group.
A
Yeah. All these little beds underneath me. I call them music. They're music beds. All these little things underneath me when we're talking. It's Blue Man Group. They have, like.
B
Are you obsessed with him?
A
I thought it was awesome. Inobtrusive, unobtrusive music to have underneath us when we're talking. No, it definitely is, but, like, the most popular one.
B
This is Blue Man Group.
A
Blue Man Group. Rod, you hear Blue Man Group on this show every single day. Fun fact.
B
It really should be a fun fact. Oh, I'm excited for y'. All. That'll be fun. That's tonight?
A
Yes. Cool. I think it's the Wortham. Yeah.
B
Jones Hall.
A
Jones Hall.
B
Yeah.
A
That's not worth them.
B
We're the symphony.
A
Those are interchangeable.
B
It says Jones hall at Wortham. Yeah.
A
Okay. Yeah. I don't. I don't take advantage. We have such an amazing theater district here, and I've gone to things. I just haven't gone to a lot of things where I know exactly where I'm going. I'll just tell the. I feel like they're gonna kick me out when I go in there. You shouldn't be.
B
Exactly.
A
What are you doing, Alex? The best thing I ever saw. And you know, it wasn't the Book of Mormon or anything like that. The best thing I ever saw was the Houston Symphony playing along with old NFL films. I. I remember when that was in town. I wanted to go to that. It was years ago. It was a lot. It was probably 15 years ago that I went and they were showing and the. The. The one clip. And you. Everyone should know this if you know NFL films, especially here locally. So you have the symphony up there, and they're playing all the music along with the highlights. And I'm talking about the old highlights, okay? The grainy stuff where they actually used film. And we use a lot of NFL films on this show, too. When they showed the most famous, Earl Campbell, where they ripped the jersey and he rammed the guy with his head and they ripped his jersey and he just wouldn't go down. Keeps going. There were people standing on their feet. That was the time people got on their feet for that clip and they were playing the music. The music accompanied it by the Houston Symphony. It was the greatest moment. That's awesome. That was the coolest thing that I ever saw in our theater district was the symphony playing along with NFL Films.
B
That's awesome.
A
So Blue Man Group. I saw him in Vegas and I thought it was kind of time for my kid to see them. And you're listening to them right now?
B
I have no idea.
A
So why do we talk about that? Oh, I have six picks.
B
Six picks this week and.
A
All right. Yeah, I'm gonna try to get one of the blue guys, see if I can get a picture. Do they do meet and greets? I don't know. I have six picks, though.
B
Okay.
A
So I can't wait. Somewhere in there, there'll be a Blue Man Group picture. Blue October.
B
Different blue men.
A

iheartmedia My favorite blue men, the guys in blue. October. We're gonna get you qualified to hang out with them in Cabo after the break, Houston's rock, Houston's alternative and the Rod Ryan morning show. The Buzz. Listening 94. Five the Buzz. Good morning, Rod Ryan show. That freaked a lot of people out. Out talking about what this music is that's being played right now.
B
Yeah. Now that's all I can hear.
A
Being a spy. No, Like, Zane is like, hey, Roger knew this for two weeks, three weeks. All that stuff you're talking about with the Blue Man Group and the music that you play on your show is blowing my mind. I've always wondered who recorded those tracks. I got, like, six emails. People are like, what are you doing telling us that?
B
Like, just casually dropping it.
A
I feel like I just pulled the mask off of Batman. Well, I can't. What?
B
This is.
A
Oh, yeah. I wonder if they thought that, like, maybe we made that. This Blue man groom, they're in town. Alex not that long ago, said he was watching Ocean's Eleven. Yeah. One day you'll be watching the movie Ocean's Eleven and this will come out. You're like, where do I know this from? And then this also. Oh, yeah, it's Ocean's Eleven from the Ocean's Eleven soundtrack.
B
They have a soundtrack?
A
I don't know. The. It's a movie. All movies used to have soundtracks back in the day.
B
Just this.
A
Yeah. Perfect.
B
Perfection. What's this one?
A
Houston's Headlines. I don't. I don't want to ruin it. I don't want to ruin it for you.
B
Tell me now, Alex. Tell me.
A
This is like a weird. It's not Blue man too. No. You didn't know this? I thought this was Blue Man. No.
B
What was it?
A
This is a weird. If you listen to it closely, it's a weird James Bond mix.
B
Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. I can hear that.
A
Yeah, you're right. Yep. You can hear it. I didn't know if somebody was just sampling other stuff. Stuff. That's hot. Yeah. This was, like, on some weird James Bond CD. I used to buy weird CDs.
B
Here we are.
A
I know everybody's freaked out thinking that we're playing the. The news right now.
B
Sorry.
A
Chili's music.
B
This is how he was born to this.
A
Chili made this song for me.
B
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
A
No, this is Herb Albert and the Tijuana Brass. Also her belt. And the Tijuana Brass, Herb Alpert. Same greatest hits album.
B
No way.
A
I shouldn't be telling you all these secrets.
B
I know it feels like you're, like, unloading a lot today.
A
Blue band group, now this. I have no idea what this mess is. No idea. I forgot where I got this bed from. But this is what's trending. Malcolm in the Middle's trending. The rebound boot is back. I had a question. Okay. I asked M this morning, and I realized she's like, I don't care. I don't know. What do we. Why are you asking me? Is it not good enough to be on abc? Like, why would they put it on Hulu? It's Brian Cranston. They could be trying it out. That's what the paper did on Peacock. Okay. The office, like, spin off thing they did. They. They didn't aired it on NBC. Who's bigger than Brian Cranston? Right, Right. But they're probably just trying to gauge like. And, like, Hulu wants the numbers. Disney plus wants the numbers. Yeah. So you can watch on Hulu and Disney plus the reboot. They got all of the main cast back besides the youngest brother. The youngest brother? They said they threw him a ton of money. He just wouldn't do it. Yeah, it seems. I get it just seems like it's got to be such an investment to get all those players back and then to put it on Hulu and not put it on your main network for everybody to see it. But you're right. They might be just using that as a testing ground.
B
Yeah.
A
And then I could see. See it hopping on network eventually. If it. If it's successful. All right, what else? Mick Fleetwood is trending. The Fleetwood Mac drummer got married for the fifth time yesterday at the age of 78. So shout out to him. Why? I don't know. At the end of it, you're like, whatever. Mick, Fleetwood.
B
Mick.
A
Mick Fleetwood. John McV. That was Fleetwood Mac. Yeah, that was the rhythm section.
B
It's like a really young girl.
A
She's like, you look overly, overly young. No. And then Joel MB not Joel MB Joel Embiid. The 76ers center. He's trending because he had to undergo an emergency Appendectomy yesterday here in Houston. He had to miss the 76ers gaming. It's the Rockets. He had an appendicitis. Luckily, he was here in H town, the medical capital of the world. Yeah. And we got him taken care of even though he's from Philadelphia. But that's who's training on that by the Buzz. All right. I know you're looking at Nick Fleetwood right now. Damn, it looks like a Muppet. He does look like a Muppet.
B
Why?
A
He's just. He's always looked like a desperation for animals.
B
I'm seeing him kissing his new bride
A
and it's kind of freaking out. They do at weddings. I don't know.
B
He's like mushy.
A
Can you please tell everybody what they're calling in for right now?
B
Yeah.
A
I have another piece of music to play for you.
B
100 Willy's gorilla. Nice house gift card. You're winning that no matter what. But you're also getting qualified for this grand prize to go into the ocean with Blue October. Let's go over to the phones. Huge. Huge. Good morning.
B
Good morning. Good morning.
A
Hi. Good morning. Who's this? This is your local friendly ball waxer,
B
Angelica from the Wax Spot. Happy Friday.
A
Happy Friday. How does that stuff travel? Could you bring it to Cabo? Could you wax balls on the beach? Beach? I sure could. It's very. Listen, she waxes all kind. You wax everything, don't you? Over there. Everything.
B
Full body waxing for men and women.
A
It's got to be so painful.
B
We specialize in the Brazilian waxing, though, for men and women.
A
There you go. I didn't know men could get a Brazilian wax. Is that just the backside? We sure can. Is the Brazilian wax the backside wax? All of it? It's. It's just everything.
B
It's pelvic region, basic shop, scrotum anal area. But today, Houston's best wax house. I'm glad you asked for that,
A
Angelica.
B
$100 willies grill and Ice House gift card. And you're qualified for this amazing trip into the ocean with Blue October. It's amazing. It's really awesome.
A
It's like my birthday. I'm so excited. So great. I'm so happy for you. Congratulations.
B
Yay.
A
Congratulations. Yes. If you win, leave the ball wax at home and just take the weekend off and just chill and just chill with the guys in Blue October. You know what I mean? You know what?
B
That would be so freaking awesome. I could totally use the break and have some smooth sailing out there. That would be freaking awesome.
A
Good stuff. All right, Angelica, you're the latest and greatest. That's five people. Now. We started this on Monday. There's five of you.
B
It's been fun.
A
That are in the hopper for the big drawing at the end of the month. We're gonna do it for the next couple of weeks. Yeah. My husband and I were just talking
B
about it last night, so he's gonna be so pumped.
A
I hope he. I'm hoping he's hearing.
B
I'm sure he's listening right now.
A
So great. Angelica, you're always fun. Always fun. Hang on the phone. So that's. That's Blue October. We're gonna do it every day next week. Every day next week. And we're gonna keep it bouncy between 7:20 and 8:20.
B
Okay. Okay.
A
Like, today was 7:26. I know I suck at the times, and I get. We get talking about things.
B
We're having so much fun.
A
But it. It made me think of something. Blue October. You got the first and Feld brothers. You got Jeremy and Justin.
B
Yes.
A
Okay. You know what today is? Today is National Siblings Day.
B
Oh, really?
A
Siblings Day. Blue October, maybe. Maybe it's your favorite band featuring siblings. I love me some Blue October, but is my favorite sibling band Van Halen with the Van Halen Brothers? Is it? Or are they beat out by everybody in the band? Being said siblings. The Jackson 5. The Beach Boys were all siblings, right? No. You know, and 3. That Mike love guy was like a cousin or something. Beach Boys. Almost everybody was brothers. You're right. They were family. Yeah, they were family. Is that the best sibling band of all time? The Beach Boys? I just. I thought Chris. I thought they were all. And I was like, they're all in the same. Same family. If they're all sitting or if they're all brothers, then it has to be. But no Beach Boy's got to be the best sibling band ever. And that's coming from a huge Oasis fan. With those siblings getting back together, we thought. We thought that those siblings were never going to play together again. And the problem with being in a band with siblings is you're never gonna
B
win an argument, feelings, emotions.
A
But once the two siblings get together on something, if they've made their mind up, that bass player that isn't one of the last name guys is not going to be really considered in the decision making. It's funny. The guys in the Black Crows, they were joking in an interview and they said, well, clearly, because famously, the guys in the Black Rose fought and hated each other. Brothers, right? Chris and Rich Robinson. And they made a joke. They're like, well, now these guys are doing well. They're not going around the world playing stadiums. But they said, clearly the Oasis brothers saw what we were doing.
B
Oh, why not?
A
And realized that, hey, maybe fighting's where it's at. Maybe we need to put our differences aside. So they claim to be the blueprint for everything that Oasis went out and did last year. Now you had some brothers in acdc. That's pretty strong argument for the best sibling band. Is this the best sibling band of all time? I think I might have found a better one. You got a better sibling band? I think I might have found a better one. Winner. All siblings, right? Yeah. No, you're right. Win. Forget Hanson. All of them. All three brothers. I saw. Did you. Did you see the meme where it said, have you really paid attention now that you're an adult? Have you gone back and listened to MBOP and listened to the lyrics and maybe slow it down a little bit, it hits.
B
Really?
A
Yes.
B
I mean, I've seen him like 12 times in concert.
A
Yes.
B
Yeah, I never listen to it slow. They do do acoustic stuff now, though, cuz they're slower.
A
Maybe that's what I saw.
B
Yeah.
A
This song's unbelievable.
B
Yeah.
A
I'm going to read the lyrics now. Go listen to the lyrics if you want to turn your day around. I'm not lying. I'm not lying. And the other thing about siblings, those sons of Nobody sings better than them. Okay, don't, don't, don't make me bring up the Bee Gees right now. Nobody harmonizes. Nobody harmonizes better.
B
You're right.
A
And the Bee Gees may have been the best at it. All three brothers, nobody. The Jackson fight. Nobody sings better than Brothers or siblings. Brothers and sisters. The Carpenters, David Brothers. Like, that's. That would be My favorite sibling band. There you go. David brothers Scott and Seth. They. They know how to harmonize like Ms. When they sing together. It's like nothing else. It's like nothing else. I would. Man, I would have to say probably the BGs are probably the all time champs at that. Happy Sibling Day. Tell your siblings sibling. Maybe call your sibling that you haven't talked to in a while. Maybe not. Happy Sibling day, everybody. There's 10 years with Conquer Divide. 94. 5 the buzz. 94. 5 buzz. Good morning Rod Ryan show on a free beer Friday. Hope you're off to a great start to your day. Having some fun this morning. It's good. Speaking of the brothers Robinson, we're gonna give away Black Crows to tickets. Whiskey Myers is on that bill August 8th at the Woodlands. We'll give away tickets to go see the brothers that are getting along well. I think they like what their bank account looks like. Yes, yes, yes. I mean, they were leaving too much money on the table. They were all. They were putting out solo things and they were out doing their own thing
B
and it's just not the same.
A
Black Crows is big business. You know the Oasis Brothers. The same thing. Both brothers were doing their own thing. They were out. They were putting out albums. I mean, it was Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds. I liked it. No one heard to hit, you know. And he's got enough money. He already. They have generational. Well, he does. He writes the songs. BDI was the other one. Baby Bro wanted to. He wanted this reunion probably more than anybody. What was bdi? Was that. Was it bdi Liam Gallagher. But they just kind of realized they were leaving too much money on the table. So. Black Cross. It was Liam. Liam was bdi, Jim and Andy. That's bad. I didn't even know that. Yeah. So that's how bad they needed. I just remember their album had had a. Like a little baby riding an alligator. Oh, I don't remember that at all. I don't know why I remember the album cover, but guys are beating me up a little bit. We did that whole thing about sibling bands and I didn't mention Pantera. Oh, but the one. But the one that I'm getting.
B
That was funny.
A
The one that I'm probably getting beat up the most about. I mean. I mean, absolute outrage. L. Brother, when I wake up. Next to you Please don't play this. I will sing this all day I will sing I will sing this all day Would not even cleanse my palate. Once this, Once this. Once this gets in There. They're twins, right? The Proclaimers. I did not know they were brothers. Not. I'm not well versed on the Proclaimers, bro. Listen to that harmony. I just told you. They could have just been talented musicians. That's the two brothers singing.
B
They're twins, Craig and Charlie.
A
So not only can you not compete with brothers harmonizing, Womb mates is a next level.
B
Yeah.
A
Womb mates, twins singing together. Listen to this. I will be hearing it in my head all day now. Thank you for that. Eli Houston's rockin alternative, the Rod ryan Morning show. 6 to 10am 945 the buzz 945 the buzz. More siblings, Mo. Jared and Shannon, right?
B
Yes.
A
Jared Leto and Shannon Leto. Shannon's the drummer, Jared's the singer, and the pretty boy in the front. National Siblings Day, everybody. I didn't even think to mention 30 seconds to Mars Chevelle. People are telling me. Everybody's telling me. They're showing me their favorite siblings band today. We should probably post something. She post. Will you post something, like with your siblings today?
B
Sure.
A
No, no, I'm saying, is that something that you would do on your own?
B
Oh, no, no.
A
You would.
B
No, you'd have to be.
A
You want me to put my foot on her throat? You post your siblings right now.
B
I want to be nice to them. That's weird.
A
Just on your own, would you do that genuinely night. No, as a bit. You would do that, but not on your own. You get along good with your brother? I do, yeah. Yeah. You guys, like, fight? You have any? Okay.
B
My brother's my best friend.
A
Yeah.
B
Yeah. Twin. Yeah. I call him twin.
A
Yeah. He's not a twin.
B
No. 14 months apart.
A
14 months. Irish twins.
B
Yeah.
A
Good morning, everybody. My sister's awesome.
B
We post about her.
A
Sure. Okay. My brother.
B
Call him today?
A
Probably not. We should call him.
B
You want to call him right now?
A
Maybe call him. We shouldn't call him live on the air, by the way. Not happening. I don't care what day. No bit. No, no. I think it would be great. How about New Redeeming? No, we'll work on it. Not doing it. Don't know. I don't know his number.
B
Make a bet.
A
Oh, I might know his number.
B
Well, I could find his number.
A
The only reason why I know his number now I. Give me the number. That dummy probably does have a phone on the wall. He's a weirdo.
B
I know my.
A
I know my dad's phone number. We sold my brother my dad's house when he died. I know my dad's Phone number?
B
The house phone.
A
The house phone.
B
Yeah, let's call it.
A
Did you give it out? No. No. Okay, if you sing the sports, I'll call my brother. All right. Done for a week. Done. You have to do it today. If you do it in the 8 o' clock hour, I will do it now.
B
Next week.
A
All I have to do is call that number. Oh, no, you have to talk to him. Well, I don't know if the phone exists. I don't have his cell. If we can try it and we can do it. Yes, I will. I would dial my dad's phone number live on the air if you sang the sports, all four of them, every day. Next week. You have to talk to him. Oh, the call's got to go through.
B
Hey, this is Rod. I don't know your brother.
A
I will sing the sports. I don't know about this.
B
I know about this.
A
Let's go. Do you know anything about Houston's headlines?
B
Oh, yes, please. Thank you for the opportunity. Tonight, 7pm off the coast of San Diego, Artemis 2 astronauts will flash down in what some are calling the most nerve wracking moment of the entire mission. So looking at the schedule, there are 13 minutes when the capsule is plunging 25,000 miles per hour towards Earth's atmosphere. And apparently the capsule's heat shield is what we're going to be hearing about today. Essentially, it's the same one they used on Artemis 1. During that mission it suffered some damage and instead of delaying Artemis 2 by totally replacing it, they just decided to change the re entry path. We'll see. I'm sure it'll be great. Watch it tonight, 7pm no one's using the Strait of Hormuz. There's like some data that tracks the boats that go through the vessels, if you will. The daily average before the war was 129 chips a day.
A
I thought we were going to get back into that plus, you know what I mean. I felt like they were back more ships. I thought. I felt they were backed up or something.
B
They're just waiting there. They're waiting. That's what I thought too.
A
I thought like it would have been like a crazy party going through there.
B
Only about a dozen the past two days.
A

A
do they not feel like it's not safe?
B
Are they avoiding? I thought this was the only option. I don't know. As of last night, it was a headline. Sunday is National Grilled Cheese Day. Put it on the weekend menu while you're thinking about it. It's easy, right? Or are you like Rod and you like it? A little bougie.
A
We talked about what was the greatest cheeses and what melts the best. Yes, I know. I remember Gruyere on that list. I went out and bought Gruyere. And what are the.
B
What are the three Manchego and Gouda. Gouda melting properties.
A
So I have made a grilled cheese sandwich with Gruyere and Gouda. A mixture. One on one side, one on the other side.
B
Okay.
A
It wasn't the greatest grilled cheese I've ever had, but it was really good. It was really good.
B
I love a grilled cheese. I would eat one.
A
What's the. What's the best cheese on it?
B
I don't know. I just usually go pretty standard.
A
Just the craft single, singles.
B
Yeah.
A
It's not even cheese.
B
Yeah. We call it dog cheese because we feed it to the dog.
A
Yeah.
B
And then I use it on grilled cheeses.
A
I don't think they can call it cheese. It's a single craft single. Yeah.
B
I'm here for it.
A
I don't think it's got the properties to cook to.
B
I have other cheeses. I just feel like it's the best on the grilled cheese.
A
What kind of bread? American cheese. Whole wheat bread.
B
Yeah.
A
I. I actually prefer whole wheat bread to white bread.
B
Same.
A
But then you get fancy with breads sometimes.
B
Cuz I do bake. Yeah, breads.
A
You know what I don't like is a real thick like a Texas toast type of thing.
B
It's not my favorite.
A
I don't want it to be thicker. I want it to be a standard issue piece of bread. You know, there was a place, Max's Wine dive on Washington.
B
Yes.
A
Grilled cheese. And they'd come with a little cup of tomato soup that rocks. It was knocked out.
B
Is it still there?
A
I think Max's is still there. Somebody could tell me that the mushroom
B
risotto is where it's at.
A
Okay.
B
We mentioned yesterday that Diddy was back in court yesterday hoping for immediate release. His team showed up with a new defense yesterday. They told the judge that Diddy was making constitutionally protected adult films during his quote, unquote. Unquote freak offs. They're actually just amateur adult films which are technically protected by the first amendment.
A
Yeah. It's nice word play by their lawyers, that's all.
B
That is why you pay lawyers big money.
A
Yeah.
B
It didn't work. He's still there.
A
So should be there.
B
Diddy's been locked up since October on a 50 month sentence. That's what he was doing. And Then last but not least, let's talk about or check in on Taylor Momson. She posted a video after she was was bitten by a venomous spider. Her band, the Pretty Reckless, currently opening for AC dc, they're prepping for a show in Mexico. That's when she got bit. And the video shows her being treated backstage by doctors and she jokingly asked them when her superpowers kick in.
A
It's funny.
B
The freaky thing is that back in 2024 she was bit by a bat while she was on tour in Spain. So I'm just saying this girl may be like, I don't know, pro only being bitten.
A
Bitten. A superhero. Maybe she is a superhero.
B
Why would she get bitten by an Australian?
A
Everything in Australia. What you got? The Rockets got another win last night. They beat the 76ers 113 to 102. Kevin Durant had 29 points tonight to lead all players in scoring. Rockets are gonna have now won eight in a row. And they're gonna host the Timberwolves tonight at Toyota Center. Tip off for that is gonna be at 8:30 and you can listen to the game on our sister Station sports talk 7 9. The Astros will be back in action tonight. They're gonna open up a weekend series with the Mariners on the road. Tatsuya Ime is going to be on the mound for the Strozz going up against Seattle's Emerson Hancock. First pitches at 8:40. And you can listen to the game on our sister station news radio740kthoh. And it is day two at the Masters in Augusta, Georgia. Hello, friends. Sam Burns and Rory McElroy are tied for the lead. It is very Clive under under par.
B
The only way it would be better if. If he was singing at home.
A
Singing. But if Rod could call his brother, then we could be singing for the next week. How would you sing this? I'm not gonna tell you. Let me see your script. Let me see your script real quick. It's day two at the Masters in Augusta, Georgia. Would you do something like that? Probably something like that. Almost exactly. But you can sing. You're not tone deaf like me. I'm pretty toned down.
B
Give the people what they want, Rod.
A
Yeah, Rod. Balls in your court. There's no way he's picking up.
B
Well, let's try.
A
Only one way to find out. No way. Rock and alternative for Houston.
B
The Rod ryan Morning Show. Six to 10:00am, the Buzz.
A
Pack it up. Pack it in. That's the same singer, Mo. And that's our Friday. And that's alex, You got a free bear Friday. Free bear Friday. You got free bear Friday. And free be Friday. You got a free bear Friday. That's my friend Scott that does the free beer Friday songs. Good morning, Rod Ryan show. Who's this? Hey, what's going on, man? This Donald. What's up? What's up, Donald? You're caller number 10. Hey, Donald, would you get him case beer? Do we have any left?
B
Yes, yes. In fact, we have one more.
A
No, Chili drank it all, dude.
B
Too slow, Donald.
A
I think. No, there might be one or two now.
B
Ah, I got you, friend.
A
It might be like a 22 pack. I think Chili got a couple of those beers. No, we got a case of beer for you, Donald. Congratulations. Where you from? Mountain Cyprus. Okay, bro, Have a great weekend. Awesome, man, thanks. Bye, Rod. You all have a great weekend. Thank you, Donald. Thank you. Hope you're off to a great start to your day. Michael J. Fox responded yesterday.
B
No, he did not.
A
What he said did. We do the story where we talked about CNN put out a fake dead. They put out an obituary.
B
It wasn't fake.
A
On accident. Didn't we say the Game of Thrones guy was Michael something? And I wonder if somebody hit the Patrick. Michael Patrick passed away.
B
He died. He was 35.
A
And I said, I'm trying to find, like, how did this happen?
B
Why did Michael J. Fox Fox's obituary run?
A
That's a bit of a stretch. Another Fox Michael would have maybe been like, next alphabetical, Maybe in the. In the Michael folder. Maybe, you know, and they just published the wrong one. Real Mike Fox on threads. How do you react when you turn on the TV and CNN is reporting your death? Do you, A, switch to MSNBC or whatever they're calling themselves these days. B, pour scolding hot water on your left lap. If it hurts, you're fine. C, call your wife. Hopefully she's concerned but reassuring. And D, relax. They do this once a year.
B
Stop.
A
He's funny.
B
And we knew he was gonna handle it.
A
He's still awesome. He goes, I thought the world was ending, but apparently it's just me. I'm okay. Love, Mike. Very funny response. Goosebumps.
B
Sweet man.
A
And we said that he would respond in a funny fashion. Michael J. Fox is okay. A very fun response to cnn, I guess. Prematurely announcing his death. That did not happen. It did not happen. Uh, the other thing that Alex said was trending yesterday, this guy on Jeopardy. Is still in the news. Jamie. Ding. He's adding new things every time he wins and every time he goes another Day like he's taking John. He's taken down some of these all time greats. Oh, records. He tied Ken Jennings record for correctly answering 45 in a row. Ding, ding.
B
Before someone else got in correctly. 45, 40. Ken Jennings is the host now.
A
Yeah. So he's now tied with Ken Jennings on these types of things. And everybody kind of knows Ken Jennings is like the sick elite.
B
Yes.
A
Right. I mean, just the sickest player ever that gave him the damn show.
B
I hope we watch this afternoon.
A
I know you guys laugh at the stamps are going up. Stamps are going up to 82 cents a stamp. Okay.
B
What's the point of buying a forever stamp? Is it still forever?
A
Yes. Okay, so yeah, if you bought a ton of forever stamps a while ago, let's say you bought a ton of forever stamps in 2007 when they were half of what they gonna. They're gonna be. They were 41 cents. They were 41 cents in 2007. 2007. They are about to double come July or what they were in 2007. A Forever stamp is exactly that. There's no, there's no number on it. It says forever stamp and you're good to go. Yeah. They're going up to 82 cents a piece.
B
When's it happening? Like, should we go July or some?
A
July. Right now you can get in there a low 78 cents a piece.
B
I know you love stamps.
A
I don't love stamps. I don't even collect.
B
You go into the post office and ask for like a certain kind.
A
Do you ever mail anything?
B
I mail a lot of, but I have to go to Costco and ask for the regular American flag. Forever stamps.
A
Where do you mail your stuff from?
B
My house.
A
No, no, no, no, no. Do you have to go to the post office and mail something?
B
A package? Absolutely not.
A
How do you get a package to somebody?
B
You do it from home. You can do everything from home.
A
I go to the post office and then I'm like. And then I go, hey, I got any stamps?
B
What kind you got?
A
What do you got?
B
Show me a book.
A
Bruce Lee. Awesome. I'll take those.
B
I'll take seven packs of Bruce Lee's.
A
I just bought the one sheet. And then when I went back to mail something, I'm like, hey, this was a little nerdy. I'm like, you have any of those. More of those Bruce Lee things? He's like, no. She's like, no, nerd. They sold out immediately. I'm like, I'm gone. Don't worry. And I told her I'M like, you know what? I already got my sheet. Just wanted a backup so I could use one and save the other. You don't know, okay? I know you. Somebody's got to pay for this college that my kid's gonna go to. Rock and alternative for Houston.
B
The Rod ryan Morning Show. 6 to 10am, the buzz 94.
A
5 the buzz. Good morning, Rod Ryan show. Free beer Friday. My goodness. We're down to one case of beer. Better get it quick before Chill's been eyeing these things.
B
He's had a long week.
A
He's looking at it like a pork chop. Yeah, okay, there's one case left. I'm keeping him away from it. We'll give it to you at 9 o'. Clock. We got more siblings band tickets coming up for you, Right? It's National Siblings Day. And then I got Alex over here and he's going to tell us what's trending. Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are trending because they're rumored to be. Where's Judge Judy? Getting ready. July 3rd in New York. Who cares? Central leak has come out. Well, I know it's big to a lot. I know it's big. Bryson DeChambeau is trending. He hit a spectator with his tee shot at the Masters yesterday.
B
Oh, man.
A
What? Yeah, popped a guy. Not close like it was way. I mean, it's a tea shot, but yeah, still popped a guy. Okay, so you gotta get that bruise signed.
B
And then what do you get if
A
you get hit like a glove? Maybe medical attention, depending on how. Seriously?
B
I want like a T shirt or something.
A
Yeah, not at the mashes. I'll give away freebies. And then Taylor Momson is trending. Mo's been talking about it all morning in headlines. She got bit by a venomous spider. Spider. Not confirmed whether or not she has superpowers yet, but again, she wouldn't tell us if she was like Spider Woman or anything like that. But we know Taylor Momson bit by a venomous spider after also being bit by a bat while a couple years ago she's been bit by two animals. Yeah. When opening for acdc. So that is what's trending on that. I fight the buzz. Okay, Give away some sibling tickets.
B
You're talking about the Black Crows.
A
I am talking about the Black Crows.
B
We have a pair of tickets for you to see them and Whiskey Myers on their Southern hospitality tour. It's August 8th, Woodlands Pavilion. You can buy your tickets ticketmaster.com but we'd love for you to win them all. You got to do is be caller 10-713-212-5945 the Rod Ryan show, mornings on 94.

You train my life out of me till I don't know myself when all your faith in reality fades away who are you, Sam? What have you done to me? You train the life out of me till I don't know myself. Who I. Oh, man. 94. 5 the buzz that's brand new music from Evanescence just came out at midnight.
B
What?
A
Yeah, late last night they went Instagram official. If you follow Evanescence on all socials, it's. I believe it's Evanescence official. I don't know. It was late last night that they announced that their new album sanctuary will be out on June 5th. And then they made the announcement. The new single, who will you follow Is coming tonight at midnight. So this was a couple hours before that, at midnight. They released the single while we were still sleeping.
B
And that was it.
A
That was the single that they released. I kind of thought the beginning, it's like, okay, it's business as usual with Evanescence. You know, it's a little bit older, a little gentler, sensitive Evanescence. Amy Lee's voice still unmatched, just like from out of this world. And then that kicked in and I went, oh, wait a minute. It's not business as usual. We're getting back to rock and Evanescence. I liked it. I thought dynamically it was. I thought it was perfect. I. I thought it was crafted. I thought the song was crafted perfect because I was. I was along for the journey the entire time that it was there. And then at the end, it went as hard as it did. Really, really good. Really good. That song's streaming now. Brand new music from Evanescence with a new album on the way. It's a new era for Evanescence. Who will you follow? Great song. Just dropping little premieres on casual.
B
Happy Friday.

This is what we do here. Good morning. Rob Ryan show. Giving away tickets too. Hi. What's your name, gamer? Cameron.
B
Cameron, Happy Friday.
A
So busy this morning. How do we get so busy? Friday's supposed to be easy. Like, let's just like ease into it, right? Friday, I'm like, running around like an ape with his ass on fire. Cameron, you're color 10. Congratulations. Thank you.
B
Black crows, Whiskey Myers. They're gonna be in the Woodlands, August 8th. And you will be there, my friend.
A
Awesome. Thank you so much. Thank you. I got six picks this weekend, Cameron. Maybe you can send me one of your. Maybe send me one of your.
B
He's gonna check him out. What are you doing this week?
A
What are you doing this weekend? That would be six pick worthy. What would you take a picture of if you. What are you doing this weekend? Nephew's birthday party on Saturday.
B
Oh, that'll be sweet. A lot of kids this weekend.
A
I had three kids, birthday parties on the docket. Two of them were like overlapping.
B
So you got out of one, but
A
they're not family ones. I'm getting to the point now with London. The drop off. Oh, the drop off.
B
That's a game changer. You don't have to stay there the whole time.
A
I don't have to be there. I make small talk with the moms and the dads. I can just drop all. You got to. You got to walk them in and then like, oh, this is a drop. Oh, you act like you don't know.
B
Yeah.
A
Oh, well, I guess.
B
Oh, I didn't run a couple errands.
A
That pizza looks delicious. I was gonna stay, but I didn't know it was a drop off. Of course I know it's a drop off. Cameron.
B
Good for you. Cameron. Happy birthday to your nephew.
A
Yeah, thank you. Oh, the bell's broke. Oh, no, my bell's going. Cameron. Have a great weekend, dude. Thank you. Y' all too. Thank you. Where's Chili? Chili, you're my boxing guy. Anytime I have a boxing question, I gotta ask Chili. He's still.
B
Is he going on a job interview today? Look at him.
A
Wait, he's got a nice T shirt on. Is that his nicer T shirt?
B
It's Friday.
A
Let me see.
B
Are you wearing pants?
A
Holy cannoli. There. Where? Hey, are you leaving? You look gorgeous. What are you doing? It's cold in here. Why are you wearing a polo shirt?
B
Meeting a funeral.
A
You have a collar. You knew what a collar was? Hey, sometimes a player gotta get dressed, you know.
B
Oh, we got big plans.
A
Gotta let them girls know I'm still here, you know?
B
You are a married man.
A
I know that you are. I know that you're. You're waning, but you're the only guy that's still kind of somewhat in the boxing space over here. Yeah, I try. Okay. Is there any truth to Hunter Biden getting in the ring with one of the Trump kids? Have you heard this? No, this is the first time I hear that. Is it a Jake Paul production. Oh, gosh, I don't know.
B
It was all over TMZ yesterday.
A
It was?
B
Yeah.
A
Is it real?
B
I don't. I don't know.
A
Oh, please tell me it's real. There's not enough money that they can give a Trump to get in there. Yeah, I don't. I think Hunter Biden would do it. Yeah. Of fact, I'd put my money on Hunter Biden. In the ring. Yeah, in the ring. He's seen some things. He's seen some stuff.
B
We saw what he saw.
A
Okay. So we're looking at either Don Jr. Or Eric Trump.
B
Okay.
A
And Hunter Biden must have said this on a podcast. I think Hunter Biden has been reduced to just doing a couple podcasts here and there.
B
Okay.
A
And there's a YouTuber out there there that apparently is a big YouTuber, and they're trying to arrange this fight right now. Hunter says, I told him I do it 100% if he can pull it off, if he can get Don Jr. Or Eric Trump. Now, can you just do me a quick thing?
B
Yeah.
A
Off the top of my head, I'm gonna say Don Jr. Not that height has anything to do with it, but that would add to the reach. Don Junior's probably six two, I think. Who? Don junior six one. Eric Trump is six five.
B
He is reporting six five. Yes.
A
Okay. I don't think Hunter Biden. I don't think Hunter Biden's real tall. So the reach would have to go to the Trumps. But have they had any life experiences like Hunter Biden?
B
Like, hitting?
A
I don't think so. I don't think they've hit rock bottom. I don't think they know what rock bottom is. They've never been near rock bottom. Rock bottom like Eric or like Hunter Biden has. Probably would put my money on. On the Trumps, though. Would you? I mean, they would. They would have all the best training available. That's why I'm thinking that, you know, they were as kids, and Trump's like, okay, y' all gonna get bullied. So, you know what? Learn how to defend yourselves. But Hunter Biden would be, like, training in the streets like Rocky, and then they would be like Drago, with all the latest and greatest equipment and everything. And we know how that worked out. We know that Sylvester Stallone alone, we know that Rocky won. Going. Going with all that primitive training in Russia, he was running in the snow, outrunning, out, running a car, I believe, in the snow. Yeah. My money would be on Hunter Biden. I don't care how they do it. I don't care.
B
They want to do a cage match as well.
A
Oh, God, please make this happen. I will so be back into boxing with you. Okay. It won't happen. I will stay. I mean, with Hunter. Biden's a wild card. The closest thing. The Trump brothers won't do it. It would be like it's a celebrity death match. Like MTV Celebrity Death Match, the Claymations.
B
Oh, I remember those.
A
I might put my money on Hunter Biden. If it was two on one, I still might go Hunter.
B
Really?
A
Against both trumps? Yeah. I think that guy has a malarkey. That guy has seen some things. Okay. I think he's scrappy. I think he's scrappy for real. This was all over.
B
Yeah. Tmz.
A
Tmz.
B
Cage fighting.
A
I got my money on Ronda Rousey. Ronda Rousey. Ronda Rousey could take them all out, I'm sure. Fighting like her and Gina Carano. When is that? This summer. Like in a month or two. Oh, yeah, it's coming up. It's on Netflix. That might get me back into the game. Yeah, I haven't gotten a Netflix. I hadn't gotten a ufc. I had nothing against it. I just don't know the players anymore. I used to know all the fighters.
B
You're in.
A
I was. We were getting it once a month, weren't we, Chili? Yeah, we were. We were watching it once a month. Yeah. And the cool thing about it now is that UFC is some Paramount plus. So every weekend they've been having fights on if you got the Paramount plus application. Yeah, it's all included on there. You don't have to order pay per views or anything anymore. It's all free. Okay. So that's a cool thing. Please keep me posted if anything moves on this Hunter Biden. I'm on it right now in the squared circle. And then you said caged, and I just.
B
That's what he said.
A
Yeah, I started. I started. You're back salivating. When we were talking about all that sibling stuff earlier. And I can understand where there is confusion because when the White Stripes came on the scene, there was a lot of confusion. And I think Jack and Meg White fed into the confusion. People didn't know if they were sister and brother. Brother. If they were married, they didn't know
B
what they didn't know Google back then.
A
They were not brother and sister. They do not apply to our sibling conversation. But at one time they were married, so that was. People are still confused at the dynamics in the now Rock and Roll hall of Fame White Stripes Meg did not show up to the ceremony but Jack did. So the Buzz Rod Ryan show free beer Friday brought to us by Specs. We'll have our fourth and final case of beer coming up for you straight up at 9 o' clock and then I'll turn the phones over to you. Did qualify somebody at 7:20 today for the grand prize drawing at the end of this month to go hang out into the ocean with Blue October. A trip for two four day weekend of hanging out with Blue October at the all inclusive resort in Cabo San Lucas. And then we heard from a guy today. I believe it was the first beer winner today.
B
Corey.
A
Corey said he goes, he goes Rod, because I would love to win that trip but I don't like the numbers and I just went and bought one. He first phone call today. First beer winner. Corey said yeah, he went to blueoctober.com and he already booked a room to be hanging out with Blue October for the weekend. So I just wanted to mention you can buy your way in. It will sell out but again every day next week either at 7:20 or 8 and we got a couple weeks of this because we're going to do it all month. But 720 and 820 will give away a 100 Willie's Grill and Ice House gift card. Thank you Willys. And then thank you Blue October. We'll do it all again next week. Call Lear Capital for your free gold investment kit. 800-364-9200. The Buzz Rock and alternative for Houston,
B
the Rod Ryan morning show.
A
Six to A. All right, here we go. Whipping up the Bush machine head Rod Ryan show. Did we just see Gavin? Well we saw Bush. I'm sorry it's Gavin Rosdale but we saw Bush performing on a TV show recently.
B
TV show. What was it?
A
I don't. Kelly Ripa. I don't know. I don't. No, it's when you switched over to CBS
B
and it was Craig Melvin, we were watching the Today show maybe, and we're like, why do you have your shirt? Yeah. Al Roker. We're like, al Roker is wondering why you have your shirt on.
A
He wouldn't let Gavin Rossdale take his shirt off.
B
That was it.
A
Yeah. He looked good, though. We couldn't do. He did look good, but he looked great. Good morning, everybody. Rod Ryan show on this free beer Friday. One case of beer left. Thank you, Specs. And then we'll get into your calls, open phones Friday if you're up for it and we get calls. We can just kind of keep this thing rolling forever and give you guys the last hour of the show every Friday. I look forward to it. So get your calls ready. Ready. And get ready for Mo right now with Houston's Headlines.
B
Thanks, Rod. Tonight, 7:00pm off the coast of San Diego, Artemis 2 astronauts are going to splash down in what some are calling the most nerve wracking part of the entire mission. Looking at the schedule, I'm seeing 13 minutes where the capsule will be plunging 25,000 miles per hour through Earth's atmosphere. And apparently the capsule's heat shield is what we're going to be hearing about a lot today. Essentially, it's the same one they used in the Artemis 1 mission. It suffered some damage when it was entering back into Earth's atmosphere. But instead of delaying Artemis 2 by totally replacing that heat shield, NASA was like, let's just try a different re entry path.
A
I know April Fool's Day was April 1st. It's April Fool's Day somewhere. April Fool's Day somewhere. Can we try the ape thing out?
B
Oh, my word.
A
Just have everybody dressed up. Up as apes. I think we should.
B
They open up the capsule.
A
Open up the capsule. And then you hear one of the astronauts take your sticking paws off me, you damn dirty ape. Come on. I, I would love that. Everybody on the rescue ship, they're all dressed as apes and they think they've landed on the planet of the apes.
B
You think it'll work?
A
Like, wow, we were only great. We were only gone 10 days. But no, you've been gone hundreds of years. And now apes rule. Total apes are the superior beings.
B
You're so weird. First lady Melania Trump delivered a six minute on camera statement yesterday.
A
What was that?
B
Everything I'm reading is saying it was kind of random. Like not a lot of people in the White House knew it was going to happen.
A
Daddy had to know what was going on.
B
Daddy had to know or she told Daddy, listen up, I'm doing this and
A
you can't stop me.
B
I'm very curious about it. She wanted to deny any friendship or relationship with Jeff, Jeffrey Epstein. And she wanted to call on Congress to hold a public hearing with Epstein survivors.
A
It's weird because her husband really said, can we move on from talking about this? Correct.
B
That's why I'm wondering.
A
Then she goes in and reopens it up. It doesn't seem like those two camps are talking.
B
Can she do that?
A
She did.
B
She did.
A
She did.
B
This is something Democrats have been pushing for and have been told it wasn't possible. And now the first lady is saying she wants wants it as well. Interesting, big kind of interesting story making the circulation this morning about colleges that are shortening their bachelor degree programs from four to three years. You're gonna save time, you're gonna save a ton of money if you graduate a year early. It's the LA Times that started this saying dozens of colleges are adopting this new three year program. Kind of eye catching. I get that.
A
You're gonna be judged by all the four old year your people where you work. Oh, he's one of those three year. He's on that new three year plan. Let's not even invite him to the meeting.
B
They're stripping out all the elective courses and they're doing just the main ones that you need.

in four miles away, which isn't close, but it isn't far either. You know Art Palpitations is on the scene. I sure am, Tammy. And I don't even know why I drove out here, because, as you know, you got customized renters insurance through Geico, so your stuff is covered. Oh, well, that's great. Any sign of crime there, Art? B
It feels good to Geico for your degree.
A
Those are the fun ones. Those are the fun. Those are the cool classes.
B
I wouldn't be who I am today if I didn't take tennis. 101.
A
Yeah.
B
I don't know anything about tennis. I don't know. It's something to think about. Rumors swirling. Rod, I know this is your favorite story. It's trending. The wedding of the summer.
A
Oh, my God.
B
Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce, y'.
A
All.
B
This rumor now is reporting that Save the dates have gone out. July 30, the date, new York City. Mine's hanging on the fridge is the location.
A
It's a magnet.
B
Up until now, Rod, the rumors had placed the ceremony in Rhode island, where Taylor owns this huge estate next to a beautiful hotel. But sources say she wanted a larger venue that could accommodate more people. Okay, now you're in the know. Let's talk about Roger Waters. He's looking for someone to sing for his son's Pink Floyd tribute band.
A
All right.
B
Dad actually went on the old X and said, quote, the father's legacy, the son's band, unquote. No pressure. If you think you sound like a young Roger Waters, get your audition tape ready. You can submit it today. Apparently, the band's touring next year, and it seems like he's behind.
A
The tribute band is touring next year?
B
Yeah.
A
Okay.
B
They have a tour.
A
Dad's endorsing it, obviously.
B
The tour is called Roger Waters Presents Legacy, a Pink Floyd show show performed by the Harry Waters Band. That's the name of the tour.
A
Wow.
B
It's like he did it.
A
I don't know.
B
Those are Houston's headlines.
A
We never get to Play Pink Floyd on the show.
B
You want a little more?
A
Well, I just, I wanted to put this in Shine on you. Crazy diamond is the best song. It's the best song ever. Well, by them.
B
This is what my dad listened to growing up.
A
When I was growing up, nobody was not smoking weed when the song was blown.
B
I can't confirm or deny that about my father, but I'm not shocked.
A
I. I don't want to be like, you know, outing anybody. But no, nobody listened to this. Not fair with a J. Fair. All right. What you got over there? The Rockets got another win last night. They beat the 76ers 113 to 102. Kevin Durant had 29 points on the night to lead all players in scoring. Rockets have now won in a row. They're going to host the Timberwolves tonight at Toyota Center. Tip off is at 8:30 and you can listen to it on our sister station Sports Talk 790. In baseball, the Astros will be back in action tonight to open up a week with the Mariners on the road. Tatsuya Ime is going to be on the mound for this drills going up against Seattle's Emerson Hancock. First pitches at 8:40 and you can listen to the game on our sister Station News Radio 740 KTRH. It is also day two at the Masters in Augusta, Georgia. Sam Burns and Roy McElroy are tied for the lead at five under par. That is what's going on in sports, guys. We're so close. Fourth and final case of beer and then open phones, baby. Rock and alternative for Houston.
B
The Ride ryan Morning show, 6 to 10am the buzz Friday.
A
Got the free bear Friday. You got the free bear Friday. You got a free bear Friday. You got a free bear Friday. Good morning Rhod. Ryan show Good morning brother R. All right. Good morning to you, sir. Who is this? This is Will, my guy, will. Your caller 10. Oh yeah, it's Friday. It's been one M week, brother Ryan. A. I got you, bro. I got you on a case of beer. That's awesome. We're from Will wi, Arkansas. Whoa, where do you live now? Yes sir, back in WI there. I travel back and forth between here and Houston a bunch. I was my company there. You're on the road man. Yes sir. Yes sir. Yep. Company made me down there in 07. I've been a listener since 07. Now I'm app listener here back in Arkansas, but I travel back and forth. Thank you so much, Will. Thank you so much, dude. Enjoy your beers. I'm so happy happy you're on board with us, man. Hang on the phone. I'm opening up these phone lines now. Open phones Friday. Open phones Friday? More like open phones fry. Yay. Okay, let's open up these phone lines. This music, Mo.
B
Tell me about it.
A
The Magnificent. The Magnificent Seven, the movie. Ask your Pink Floyd dad about it. He saw it. I'm going to the phones. I'm coming in hot. Anything goes just about for open Phones Friday. What do you want to talk about? What do you got going on this weekend? What do you want to share with us? Who's your favorite sibling band? I'm fine with that. Who did we leave off the list? A. A couple. A bunch, actually.
B
Gotten some emails.
A
Hey, Tanner. Good morning. Hey, good morning, guys. Welcome in, Tanner. You're on open Phones Friday. What do you want to talk about? Oh, wow. Well, I wanted to just point out the fact that it has been five years and nine months since the Tanner takeover. And you know how I know that exact date is because my oldest son, Tatum, turns five and a couple days, if you catch my drift. Oh, my God. So the tan. You remember. You weren't here, Alex. You were here for the Tanner takeover. He donated a lot of money, and him and his wife picked all the music. The morning show.
B
All day.
A
We never offered that ever again.
B
All day?
A
No, just for the morning show. The.
B
All morning.
A
All morning. Yeah, yeah, yeah. The whole morning show. Him and his wife picked all the songs.
B
That's hilarious.
A
And then we were all fighting, like, who's got better taste of music, Tanner or his wife? And if you. I think Alex picked my wife. Alex, of course, with her songs. A little bit more. Alex must have gone, you know, skateboarding with your wife or something back in the day, and that's where he really identified that music. Wow, that's a great memory, Tanner. That's a great. That's a great thing to mem. Or memorialize for. Sure.
B
Happy birthday to your son.
A
That's fun. Yeah. Happy birthday to the kiddo.
B
Tatum. You said?
A
Yeah, Tatum. So he'll be five. And that. That's. I know that the Tanner takeover was five years and nine months ago because he was conceived right around the Tanner takeover. But we. We appreciate you guys, and thank you guys so much. Thank you, Tanner. Thank you so much. Have a great weekend. Michael, you're next up on open phones. Good morning, Michael. Hey, how you doing, brother Rod? Great, man. You're on open phones. What you got? I just want to give a shout out to my son for autism awareness month. He's nine years old old and he's autistic and non verbal. I just wanted to tell him, man, that I love him and he means the world to me, man. And I wouldn't change him for the world. There was one of the NFL guys. Is it Dan Orlovsky? Oh my gosh. He had his son on. Yeah. And his son likes to draw pictures. I'm gonna start crying just talking about it. Hey, do you know what I'm talking about, Michael, or no? Yeah. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. I've seen that, that episode. Yeah, I got kind of choked up and a little teary eye myself. Dan Orlovsky is sitting behind the desk and he's just bawling. His autistic son got a chance to be showcased and showed all of his drawings and he likes to draw and everything like that. And just, just everyone out there, if you want a feel good moment, Google Dan Orlovsky. And it was in, it might have been just last week that he had his son on and then they showed you. I think it was the second year that his son was on. They're going to have to book him every year.
B
Yeah.
A
It was unbelievable.
B
Michael, what's your son son's name?
A
His name is Austin Axel Mendoza. Shout out to Austin. Thank you, Michael.
B
Thank you.
A
Thank you so much.
B
Good dad.
A
Now normally I don't allow emails to come through, but this does sound pretty cool. And then I do have to take a break. But it's open phones. You need the old school, pick up the phone and call. But Brett didn't think he was gonna make it in. And he said, listen, fleet week is here in Houston next week. This sounds pretty cool.
B
I know it got moved, it got postponed.
A
People don't know what this is. It's three ships that the public can go visit. And he was on the USS Kearsarge. I can never make this guy happy. He's gonna be upset. I know I didn't say it right. Get off me. Brett. More information at fleet week houston.com so cool. There's gonna be three ships here that you can actually go visit. You've never been on like a battleship or something before. It's amazing. A carrier.
B
And there's plenty of very nice people that are coming to visit Houston, like soldiers, sailors.
A
So you know about this, Rob, what it's like, meow.
B
They're everywhere. If you're into that kind of thing.
A
Really?
B
Yeah.
A
Why do you get out so much about this?
B
My brother's Marine.
A
Oh, okay. That's right. All right. Thank you, Brandon, for sending that in.
B
Thank you for your service.
A
That's another line open. 713, 321-25945. I got a break, but we'll continue with all these great calls. Thank you, guys. I love this hour. Houston's rock, Houston's alternative all day and the Rod ryan Morning Show.

I know Stacy. Stacy's come to a couple of our events before.
B
Hey girl.
A

B
tournaments are to you guys.
A
And we have our 27th annual Houston
B
gman Classic this year. And that is.
A
Is a law enforcement golf tournament that is put on by law enforcement volunteers
B

Chili put up all those blog pages. I didn't mention it once. And then you got to catch up. Maybe you didn't catch the past the gravy that went up yesterday. Alex got a new podcast that went up yesterday and it's on YouTube. He's got a YouTube channel, all that stuff. Let's go. It's now time for. Good Morning Rod Ryan show. Who's this? Daniel. Hi, Daniel. You calling about Mo the show right now? I am. Okay, Mo, what's your question?
B
Hey there. So what day is today that had us playing clips from bands like ac, dc, Oasis, and the Black Crows?
A
What a clue. There it is. Sibling day. Okay, greatest, you're on the spot, right? Right. Now you only get one. All right, the greatest all time sibling band or band that contains siblings. What say you? Based on the list you gave earlier, Van Halen. Oh, my God. Is Van Halen better than acdc? I got a drinking buddy, an old boss of mine that we went through a lot of drinks. We can sit there, argue it all night long. Is Van Halen better than acd?
B
Really?
A
Yeah. I don't know. Two of the all time greats. Both sibling bands too. I don't mind. I don't mind you saying Van Halen. What are you giving them? It's not for it to be.
B
Okay, well, you get these jet tickets no matter what because you knew the answer. So we'll see you September 12th at the house of Blues, my friend.

We swapped out one cowbell but this is how we leave you on Friday. Thank you guys so much for hanging out with us today. Four time hall of famer back on the scene. Just kind of like shut up. This morning. The one they call Tim, he's back. He played the fresh out of bed head to head this morning. He took out a fresh fish. He was just like batting him around a little bit. He's just.
B
Fernando was fun.
A
He was just toying with Fernando. Okay, okay. The one that called Timmy's a big bear. He was just batting around the bunny this morning. Nobody got hurt, which was good. But Tim's gonna be back on Monday. Going for win number two. Colton won the Motley Crue tickets. Angelica won a 100 Willie's Grill, an ice house gift card and now in the hopper for blue October. Tell him to play that new Evanescence song. We snuck it in there today. It's good. It's good. The strokes not so much. But I feel like we've redeemed ourselves with the new music. I think so. That Evanescence song was rocking. Tell Jerry. Demand Jeremy play it. Shout it. That's what I would do. No, Jeremy's in. Reno's in for Teresa. That's right. Yeah, right. I got six picks this weekend.
