As my birthday gets closer, I’ve been thinking about something that’s become a personal motto: Don’t let the old man in.I don’t believe in slowing down just because the calendar says another year has passed. I believe in staying curious, staying grateful, staying healthy, and staying in the game. I love working, I love serving, I love dreaming big, and I have no interest in retiring from a life I still have so much to give.Every birthday is a gift. Every day is an opportunity. So let’s stop acting old before our time, keep moving, keep growing, and keep showing up with purpose.

Most people want a better life, but not everyone is willing to become a better version of themselves. In this episode, I’m talking about why growth starts with a decision to push yourself every single day. We dive into the power of feeding your mind good things, stepping outside your comfort zone, using the gifts you’ve been given, and choosing progress over excuses. If you’ve been waiting for the “right time” to become who you’re meant to be, this is your reminder that the work starts today.

There’s a concept I love — the idea of doing 100 actions a day toward what you want. Not someday. Not when it’s convenient. Every single day.Because success doesn’t come from thinking about it. It comes from doing. From showing up. From stacking action on top of action until something breaks through. In this episode, I’m challenging you to raise your standard. To build your tolerance for doing the work. To stop waiting and start moving.DMs. Calls. Content. Conversations. Opportunities. It all counts. And here’s the truth: when you stay consistent over time, your life will change. So I’ll ask you — are you willing to do 100?

How you start your day matters more than you think. Before the world gets to you, before the noise, before the distractions — you have a moment to set the tone. To decide what kind of day you’re going to have. In this episode, I’m sharing four simple things you should be telling yourself every single day. Not just thinking — saying. Speaking life over your day, your mindset, and your future. Because your words matter. Your thoughts matter. And what you tell yourself becomes what you believe. I’ll also share how I pray over my day, what I keep in front of me as a daily reminder, and why I truly believe everything is working in your favor — even when it doesn’t feel like it.If you’ve been needing a reset, this is it. Say it. Believe it. Live it.

One of the most important things you can do in life is have a growth plan — and never stop.If you want to get to the next level of you, you have to decide what that looks like. You don’t just arrive there — you grow there. And growth comes from one thing: knowledge, wisdom, and being intentional about becoming better every single day.In this episode, I’m walking you through my growth plan — what I’m learning, where I’m investing my time, and how I’m continuing to stretch myself in 2026. From conferences to classes to daily habits, it all adds up.Because here’s the truth: better is better. If you’re not growing, you’re staying the same — and that’s not the goal.So I’ll ask you this… do you have your growth plan ready?

I’ve spent years studying a few things really closely — people, homebuilding, and success. And over time, I’ve realized something powerful:Success isn’t random. It’s built.I’ve been a student of success for over 30 years — learning, growing, and watching people do big things. And what I’ve found is this: there’s a simple framework that separates those who dream from those who actually build a life they’re proud of.I call it the Success Triangle.Three sides. Three commitments. And if one is missing, the whole thing falls apart. It starts with your attitude — because your level of optimism will always predict your success. Then comes knowledge — learning, growing, becoming wiser every single day. And finally, action — because nothing happens without movement. But here’s the truth most people miss: once you understand the triangle, you still have to layer in consistency and time. That’s where the real magic happens. If you want to build something big, this is your blueprint.

What if I told you the ultimate secret to success isn’t what most people are chasing? There’s a story I come back to over and over — Solomon asked God for wisdom. Not riches. Not power. Not status. Wisdom. And because of that, everything else followed. Here’s the truth: when you don’t have wisdom, you won’t sustain the things you think you want. Your value is directly tied to who you are becoming — and who you are becoming is shaped by what you’re learning. You should always be on the hunt for wisdom. Always growing. Always stretching. Always becoming better.Because the smarter you get, the more you learn, the more you expand — the better your life becomes. If you want a really big life… you don’t just chase success. You chase wisdom.

Better humans… we talked about the magic of the night, and now it’s time for the morning. It’s time to rise and thrive. If you want to show up powerfully for your day, you have to start it with intention. You can’t just roll out of bed and expect greatness — you’ve got to set the tone before the world gets a hold of you. In this episode, I’m sharing the simple morning routine that grounds me, centers me, and sets my perspective before the day even begins.Because when you start your day the right way… you don’t just wake up.You rise — and you thrive.

If you want a better day tomorrow, it actually starts tonight.I’ve been thinking a lot about how we set ourselves up for success before our feet even hit the floor in the morning. And I heard a young man say something that absolutely stuck with me: “Don’t have a good day… have a God day.” I LOVE that. The truth is, the magic isn’t just in the morning routine — it’s in how you close out your day. In this episode, I’m sharing three simple practices that help you wind down, reflect, and prepare your mind and your heart for what’s ahead. From dimming the lights and slowing your evening down, to washing the day away and getting ready for tomorrow, to ending your night with gratitude and prayer — these small habits can completely change how you wake up and how you show up.Because when you prepare your night with intention, you wake up ready to live the day you were given.

2026 came in HOT. It was hectic. It was full. It was insane. And I loved every second of it.I kicked off the year with my family and my CBH crew — dreaming big, casting vision, talking about the life we want to create instead of the life we’re waiting on. 2026 is the year to vision board, manifest, speaking things out loud, and stepping into the year like we meant it.Because here’s the truth: you don’t stumble into the life you want. You build it. You declare it. You decide it.This episode is about momentum, intention, vision boards, and creating a life you’re obsessed with! Let’s go, beautiful humans. The year is just getting started.
