Previously on the Rubin. I've never seen you in a red shirt before. I'm freaking out. The black don't crack, huh? The elder of the berry, the sweet of the juice. Oh, Larry, you're in la. We wish you a lot of luck with the zombies and the orc.

Gillum was charged on possession of dangerous drugs.

I guess he was on his way to Hunter Biden's house. All right, what's going on, everybody? I'm Dave Rubin. This is the Rubin report. It is July 13, 2026, and we just got a banger. It's just a good show. We finished the rundown. Everybody was like, today, Dave. We all showed up to work. No mailing it in, no. No faking it. It's just a good old program. There's a lot to get to. I mean, obviously we will cover the sudden and I would say, rather strange death of South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham. We'll get to that in the second segment. It's really, really bizarre. It's to the backdrop of him trying to push sanctions, further sanctions on Russia. And having just traveled overseas and that it just happened out of nowhere. I mean, we're gonna show you some video. The day before he died looked completely, completely fine. He was 71 years old. Things do happen. So I'm not fully going down that conspiracy road, but there's just some weirdness around it and there's major, major political ramifications around it because of the SAVE act and the slim margins in the Senate and everything else. So we're doing a bunch on that. We'll get you caught up on some on again, off again Iran stuff. Tim Walls pardoning a child rapist. Yes, really. And then we'll catch up with some of where the Democrats are at as we roll into 2028. So, as I said, it's a little bit of everything. I had a great weekend. I hope you guys had a great weekend. We watched, what was it? Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs with the kids. And I thought it was pretty good. It was pretty good. Okay, let's do it. We will start with Zorhan and his commie jihad empire over there in New York City. Because it's not just that he's ushering in the communism stuff, as you know, and there are these rent freezes and the free buses aren't coming and they can't build the free grocery things and that there's just a general state of decay happening in the city as the people who produce who decided not to be abused by him anymore, have fled largely to Florida. It's not just that, though. It's also that there's just kind of the low level sense of, yeah, there's Hamas stuff here and jihad people stuff here and, you know, everybody in the administration. The number one thing more important than making anything better in the city is that you hate Israel. Well, it turns out that one of the people who works for Mamdani was going to meet with the IRGC folks. Those are the bad guys over in Iran. And the State Department. Well said. No. A planned, now squelched meeting between a
C
senior official for New York City's Mayor,
A
Zoran Mamdani, and Iran's Ambassador to the United Nations.
C
The State Department now says it stepped
A
in to cancel that meeting.
C
CB Cotton is live in New York City with more cb.
D
Hey, John. So after the State Department reportedly stepped in to clarify acceptable conduct, we're told that it was Mayor Mamdani who ultimately called off the meeting between his Commissioner for International Affairs, Ana Maria Archila, and Iran's UN Ambassador, Amir Saeed Iravani. Archila was reportedly reprimanded for the move, but the fact that the meeting was even considered continues to raise eyebrows.
A
Okay, so there's some strange stuff here. First off, why would the mayor have one of his people meeting with either a UN representative or a shoe salesman or janitor or ditch digger from a country that we are currently at war with? The mayor. You're not going to believe this, guys, but a mayor is voted in to take care of the city. I know he talks about globalizing the Intifada all day long, and we'll have more on that in a little bit. I know that's his main thing that he's focused on, but generally, as it worked in America for about 245 years, was that if you were a mayor of a city, you'd focus on what's happening in that city. You wouldn't have your people taking meetings with foreign people from countries that we are literally at war with. Anyway, the State Department put a stop to it, and it almost feels like he's just trying to run his little foreign policy operation out of Gracie Mansion, which I actually do think he is doing. They are all looking forward, they're salvating, basically looking forward to the day that Trump either is hung up in impeachment, which could happen in a couple months, depending on the midterms, or when he's just out of office and the wolves have been fully let out, and that we've got a bunch of sheep running around New York City in Any event, Rubio and the State Department stopped that from happening. Here is Zorhan being asked about it.
D
Hi, Mr. Mayor.
E
Hi.
D
My question for you is. Recent reporting showed that the International Affairs Commissioner, Ana Maria Archila, was trying to meet with Iran's ambassador. Thoughts on her coordinating that meeting without your awareness? Also, what do you see Archilla's role as the Commissioner of International Affairs? Is she supposed to be making these types of foreign policy, I guess, decisions behind your back? I mean, your. Your reaction to that?
A
I want to be clear on. On your first question. That meeting did not take place. It will not take place. And I did not know about it until there was a press inquiry regarding it. And when it comes to the work of our commissioner and our International affairs office, it's to ensure that as we are a city of the world, that we are also there to meet with leaders from across the world. The focus is always on our city and our relations. God, this guy is such a liar. And once you see through it, you can never not see through it. Okay? So I'll even pretend that he's telling the truth, that he didn't know about it until the press inquiry. Then he goes on about how they're an international city and da, da, da, da, da, and they're supposed to meet with people. Do you think that someone in his office is meeting with Israel without him knowing it? Do you think he would meet with an Israeli, Right, like. No, but he's in bed with the enemy. Do you understand that? That is what he is. But, you know, he can whisper when he's talking and occasionally smile, and it makes people think that he's not coming to kill all of you, but he is the reverse Zorhan, Ma'.
E
Am.
A
Dammy is Marco Rubio, who is our Secretary of State here. He is explaining that Iran is not filled with a whole bunch of good people and they've done some bad stuff.
B
On the other hand, Iran likes to sponsor proxy groups of terrorists. And these terrorists don't care what they blow up. They blow up anything and everyone, okay? This is who we're dealing with, okay? This is an Iran that not long ago, through their Hezbollah proxies, blew up a Jewish center in Argentina and killed
C
a bunch of people.
B
This is an Iran that innovated the use of roadside bombs that killed and maimed a bunch of people, including American servicemen, but a bunch of other people. This is an Iran that has organized the assassinations and the attempted assassinations of people all over the world, including civilians and dissidents and people they don't agree with. There is no nation on earth that sponsors more terrorism than Iran.
C
All right?
A
So as always, Rubio gets it. He just clearly gets it. He is a clear and concise moral voice for the country and for this administration. You could say, well, that doesn't mean we should be bombing Iran. You could say, that doesn't mean that we can remove the IRGC or that the people are gonna rise up. You can have all those sorts of conversations around the actual policies. Right. But he's giving you just, this is what these people are. They are an apocalyptic regime that their goal is to spread Islam everywhere America. Big Satan, Israel, little Satan. They've killed our people. They would like to kill more people right now. And we'll get to a little bit. They're bombing several other countries in the area right now. And are we gonna put up with it, really, is the question. But that's to the backdrop of Mamdaami, who, whether he knew about it or not, do you think his people would be in a hostile meeting with the Iranians? Like, let's say that lady did meet with the Iranian representative. Do you think it would be hostile? No, absolutely not. They would be talking about how much they hate Trump. I think there would be a subtle feeling of we kind of hate America and we're on the same side here. And how do we support subvert American foreign policy via the mayor's office and do good for the Iranian regime? But let's continue with some of the good things happening out of this State Department, because State Department spokesman Tommy Pigeot here, he is talking about how we, yes, are going to be targeting Antifa. We're going to put them on some lists, we're going to try to disband them. And it's not just us. It's going to be happening in other countries as well.
B
These designations and our focus is based
A
off of groups who are engaged in violent terrorist activity, such as kidnapping, targeting US Law enforcement, targeting the civilian population. And when we started talking about this ministerial, we actually had so many countries raising this as a problem that they started proactively reaching out to us to be involved in this ministerial. That Washington Post article you just showed on the screen, for example, suggested that other countries don't want to work with us on this. Nothing could be further from the truth. This has been a gap in our counterterrorism strategy for decades, and this administration is determined to address that gap and protect the American people. All right, So I actually think this is quite important because we know that Antifa, a group that the Democrats keep telling us is not a group. They don't coordinate. They can just magically show up in the same places all the time, and they're suddenly handed all the same placards and they have the same chance and the same set of instructions. But no, they're not a group. Nobody's in charge. Nobody knows anything about it. Well, they're all over the world right now. And somehow every time there's some other cause, you usually the Palestine cause, then they're out there too, and they've got their masks and they're attacking Portland courthouses and burning things down and destroying things. Well, we are going to finally go after them. And that is good because clearly in some of these cities, they will just let mayhem happen at any time. Speaking of mayhem and cities, Zorhan may have stepped in at this time. I saw this story. I think it was breaking on, was it Thursday afternoon, But it was really, really blew up. So they released New York City, released an ethnic map, an ethnic breakdown of the city map. I think we have the map here. And this is telling you. These flags are telling you where immigrant enclaves are in New York City. And you can see some things that we used to know about that were real, like Chinatown. That is True. And Koreatown, K Town, so on, like 36th street and 7th in New York. These are things that people knew. Then, of course, there's a little Senegal. I lived in New York City for 20 years. Never heard of that. Of course, you've got little Palestine. You have to have little Palestine and little Yemen, little Ecuador, little Dominican Republic, going on and on and on. Little Egypt. Never heard of that again. I lived in the city, wandered the city for years and years and years. Never heard of these things. But these are the New York City immigrant enclaves. Now, interestingly, no Little Italy. There's no Little Italy. There's no Jewish presence perhaps on the Lower east side or the Upper west side. No Greek enclave in Astoria. We could go on and on about the people that were here. You can come back to me. The people that were here for generations, that literally built the city and they were all erased. This is no surprise whatsoever by the Mamdani administration. It's just so clear what they are doing. However, the difference is, you know, if you come after the Jews, it's always the Jews first, Right? The canary in the coal mine, that's what the Jews are. You come after the Jews first. But it never stops with the Jews. So, okay, you move the Jews aside sometimes you Push against people that might operate a little bit differently. And you know what? The Italians of New York City, they ain't taking this bullshit.
C
Mayor Mandame, I give you a year. You are not a New Yorker. You have no clue.
D
I'm Isabella Reggi, and today we are here in Little Italy, asking the locals how they feel about one of the oldest immigrant communities, Little Italy, not being included on Mayor Mamdani's immigrant enclave map.
C
I don't consider you to be my mayor. I think it's disgraceful for what he's doing. He's got to be fair to everybody. And he's not fair to everybody. He's not fair to the Jewish people, which he makes everybody notice. He's not fair to the Jewish people, He's not fair to the Irish people. And now he hates the Italians. For what reason? What do we do to him that he should hate us? They always sort of pushed us to
E
the side, I guess.
C
In other words, the Little Italy, they
A
take care of their own problems and we're always pushed aside. And I think it's about time that
C
we have to be firm about this. Otherwise we'll totally be forgotten. If you understand what took place here over a hundred years ago between 1880 and 1920, when the mass migration of Italian immigrants first came, this was the stepping stone for the Italians. Well, the Bari family came here 120 years ago from Sicily. They were immigrants. They landed down in what's known as the Five Points. Grandma started the San Genomo festival. That right up there. That is Grandma. That is Grandma. Grandma from the Bari family, okay? She is the heart and soul of this neighborhood. My grandfather was on the Society of Saint Gennaro, which happens to be this year, 100 years. So it means a lot to me, little Lily, you know, there's no such thing as left or right down here. Both sides of the street are beautiful. And what makes New York City such a special place is a collage of many different cultures. People from all over the world come here and settle and they need to be recognized for the contributions that they brought to this wonderful country.
A
I can't even begin to tell you how much I love that video. I love the accents, I love the attitude that right there at the end, like explaining what this place is talking about, the generations past that built that place. When I think about what they're talking about there, my great grandparents that came and lived on the Lower east side in tenement buildings. And my grandfather, who grew up in a one bedroom apartment, his dad died when he Was two with five brothers and sisters. That was the thing that people. People fled horrible socialism and communism. Whether you were coming from Eastern Europe or you were coming from Western Europe, you're coming from Italy or you're coming from Poland or wherever. Came to America, built this place. It was the Irish and the Italians and the Jews and the Greeks that built New York City. And he is trying to era all of them. He may have just pushed too far. Like there was just such a pushback on this. I think sort of what's happened online is that hating the Jews, it's just become baked into, like, what's going on with the algorithm. It's just out there, you do it. I think a lot of people are getting very bored of it. And a lot of people are going to look really stupid in a year or two for having gone in on all this nonsense. But now suddenly, something about going after the Italians, it got all of the right people's feathers ruffled. We had a little fun with this. I'd been tasking the guys for a while. Like, I really want to lead on all the AI stuff. And you guys know that Spencer Pratt, it wasn't even his team, but it was a guy by the name of Charles Coran out in LA who was creating those incredible AI videos that Spencer Pratt was using in the campaign. I kept Joseph in here locked in this room for 48 hours over the weekend. We put a bucket of fish heads just out of his way. And there was one bottle of water. And, well, he came up with this.
C
Grandpa came through here with nothing but guts.
A
How's the family?
C
My grandfather fled the Great Fanton in Ireland. Potato blight. British rule nearly starved. Ellis Island, 1847. Stepped off the boat, dug ditches, built the railroads, then put on the blue and kept the peace in these streets.
D
Hey.
C
My nono ran from Mustini's fascism in the 30s.
B
Started with a push car in Little Alley.
C
Now look. We built this city block by block. My papu escaped the old country troubles, opened a diner and fed everyone. Bubble and Zaidi fled the camps. We brought bagels for everyone because sharing
B
is how we survive together.
C
Now Zohan wants us to forget how we got here. This is the New York we love. Tell Mom Donnie. The old crew's back and united.
A
Yeah, that's really good. Phoenix, move the bottle, the bucket of fish heads a little closer to him, would you? He deserves something to eat. So there were a few little. We're still perfecting the AI thing. But I'm so bullish on this. And this is where I'm not worried that AI is going to. To replace everybody. We're going to lean in on it and try to lead on it. And that's where they used to say a picture's worth a thousand words. And it's like an AI Meme is probably worth a million words. And that's the point. You've pushed all of these people, and maybe what it was going to take is you horrible, awful, commie jihadi mfer. Maybe you finally woke up enough people now. Are there enough people to ultimately push back on you? I suppose we will find out. All right, we're going to shift to Lindsey Graham in just a second. But first, Bubs Naturals. Guys, as I've talked about before, dealing with alopecia, which I had for years, it was terrible. I lost about 40% of my hair in just a couple months. It's just not something you want to deal with. And thankfully, it is behind me. But ever since then, I've paid a lot more attention to taking care of my hair and overall health. That's one of the reasons I started taking bubs. Just look at the ingredients. Biotin, collagen, vitamin C and hyaluronic acid. It's a clean formula designed to support healthy hair, skin, and nails without a bunch of unnecessary fillers. I like knowing I'm giving my body that extra support every day. And I also appreciate that BUBS is rigorously third party tested and made with high quality ingredients. On top of that, Bubs honors former Navy SEAL Glenn Bub Dougherty by donating 10% of the profits to a charity in his honor. Look, I've got it right here. There you go. It's a nice little jar, too. Live Better. How did he do that? The fish head's over there. And you still. It's just incredible. For Live Better Longer guys, for a limited time only, our viewers get 20% off at Bubsnaturals. When you use code REUBEN at checkout, head to Bubsnaturals.com, use code RUBIN, and you're all set. After your purchase, they ask you where you heard about them. Tell them Dave sent you. Okay. All right, let's talk about Lindsey Graham for a minute. You know, I realized over the weekend when I saw this story, I don't think I ever interviewed him. Not only did I, I don't think we ever crossed paths once, which is so bizarre. I feel like I've interviewed everybody, especially the mainstay big time Republicans. I've interviewed all of them, and I just don't know how our paths never crossed, how it just never happened that we never had a sit. But as you know, Senate Republican Lindsey Graham died over the weekend. This from CBS. Lindsey Graham, 71, died Saturday evening following a brief and sudden illness, his office said in a statement. His death came shortly after returning from a trip to Ukraine and ahead of a scheduled appearance on Sunday's Meet the Press. Senator Graham's family appreciates prayers at this time and asks for privacy during this incredibly difficult period, the South Carolina senator's office said. Graham's spokesperson said Sunday afternoon the cause of death was aortic dissection due to atrocalaric cardiovascular disease. According to preliminary findings by the medical examiner of the District of Columbia, an aortic dissection is a life threatening condition that involves a tear in the main artery from the heart, due in this case to what is commonly known as hardening of the arteries. A recording of the emergency phone call on Saturday evening responding to a residence belonging to the senator mentions a dispatch for cardiac arrest. So I think at this point it's unclear, did he actually make the call with someone else there, et cetera. But before we get into any of those details, let's read this truth from Trump. In honor of the remarkable life and achievements of Senator Lindsey Graham, a dear friend of mine and a truly great man who achieved so much for our country and his beloved home state of South Carolina, I am ordering all American flags throughout the United States lowered to half mast until Saturday evening at 6pm God bless you, Lindsey. President Donald J. Trump and I have to say, guys, Trump, not only was Lindsey Graham one of Trump's biggest backers, you know, there was always this strange thing with Lindsey Graham and Trump because Trump came in and it was no forever wars and all this stuff, and Lindsey Graham was thought of as more of a neocon and for the Iraq war years ago and all of these things. So there was this weird, I don't think they actually had tension because I think Trump actually, well, it was very obvious that Trump liked him a lot, but I think they actually had a lot more in common on foreign policy than a certain set of people wanted to admit, but a certain portion of the base really hated Lindsey Graham, but Trump really loved him. And I think there's an interesting moment here now that he's gone for whatever has been going on with some of the more isolationist base and everything else to try to come around to something. Now I know that's probably Pollyannish in some sense, but Trump was really affected by this, I mean, you could really hear it in his voice. Here he is calling in to CNN to share some thoughts on Lindsey.
C
What are your thoughts about Lindsey Graham this morning?
E
Well, it's devastating. I thought he was fine. He called me last night, he just got back from Ukraine and he had a great trip. He was telling me about the trip. He was pushing very, very hard. You probably know he wanted to do the Save America act that he was talking about, that he was full of vim and vigor. He was tired. He said, I'm tired because it's a long trip. But other than that, he was, he was fine. And he called me, I guess, just moments before because he called me like at 6:30 or something and the medical people got there a little bit later right after that. What a terrible loss it is. He's a great politician. He was a natural. There are very few of them. He was a natural politician, got along with everybody when he didn't. He was very tough. He was tough cookie too, but he got along with everybody.
A
So it is pretty crazy. We're gonna show you some video of him the day before, but literally he was on the phone with Trump sounding completely fine, as he said he was tired as anyone would be taking that long trip back from Ukraine, but that he was working on a Saturday night. And you know, there's all these stories coming out that this guy was always working. There's all these also stories about how he was one of the last people that was, was always trying to be friends with everybody. And he was fun and funny and cordial and what Trump said, that he was a natural politician. You don't have to necessarily agree with all of his policies. And I saw so many people that were, when they're offering condolences, everyone has to put in that caveat. I didn't agree with everything he said. And it's like, okay, fine. Nobody agrees with everything that someone else says. Sometimes you don't even agree with everything you're saying, like, fine. But that he was a natural politician. He understood what the game of politics is. He just won reelection and he really was always in it. You know, he was a lifelong bachelor. This was the thing that he was married to in some sense. Trump continued talking to Tapper about what he felt Lindsey's defining moment was. Before I let you go, is there
C
any other final word that you want the American people to know about Lindsey Graham? What was it about?
E
I think his finest moment was his defense of Brett Kavanaugh, who's a terrific guy and was treated Very, very unfairly by the Democrats. Very unfairly. I've never seen anything like it. Maybe the worst I've ever seen anyone treated. That includes me. Well, maybe not me, but it includes just about everybody. He was treated so unfairly. And Lindsey, as you remember, had that moment. And, you know, I'll tell you, Jake, I think it was the top 10, maybe a top five moment in the history of the Senate. It was an incredible. And he did it from the heart. He felt strongly about Brett, and he did it from the heart.
A
Yeah, I mean, there's Trump. He's just being authentic. He really lost a friend. And think about all the years that Trump's been in politics now, and all the people that have turned on him, flipped on him, come back into his life, left this, that, the other thing. Lindsey was with him from the beginning and stayed there from the beginning, and you can judge that accordingly. But it says a little something about loyalty. And again, they had some disagreements at some level, or it's not even that they necessarily had some disagreements. Trump knew that by being so close to Lindsey, it was gonna cost him with a certain set of that isolationist base. But he never wavered and really tells you a little something about what they both felt about friendship and doing what was right. Let's show you two clips, though, of that 2018 moment. And for those of you that were not paying attention to politics back then, that Brett Kavanaugh hearing was absolutely insane. The media feeding frenzy trying to destroy Brett Kavanaugh with no evidence and go into his high school yearbook and just absolutely demolish this man was completely absurd. Here is part one of the very hearing that Trump was referencing right there. Here's Lindsey Graham.
B
If you wanted an FBI investigation, you could have come to us. What you want to do is destroy this guy's life, hold this seat open, and hope you win in 2020. You said that, not me. You've got nothing to apologize for. When you see Sotomayor and Kagan, tell them that Lindsey said hello because I voted for them. I would never do to them what you've done to this guy. This is the most unethical sham since I've been in politics. And if you really wanted to know the truth, you sure as hell wouldn't have done what you've done to this guy. Are you a gang rapist?
C
No.
B
I cannot imagine what you and your family have gone through. Boy, y' all want power? God, I hope you never get it. I hope the American people can see through this sham that you knew about it. And you held it. You had no intention of protecting Dr. Ford. None. She's as much of a victim as you are.
A
You know, I have to tell you guys, I'm scribbling down a little something that he said right there. You know, I always talk about the performative nature of politics, and these people like the fake emotion, right? And that Trump actually is so much more authentic than all these people. The Lindsey Graham that you saw right there, that fired up, kind of little bit sweaty, righteous indignation, chip on his shoulder, Lindsey Graham, that was not the way he was. You could tell that that was real, that line. Boy, you guys want power? God, I hope you never get it. Man, that is a freaking good line. That is a good line. You know what, Lindsay? I'm gonna start using that line, and I will credit you for it. Cause that is really good. Boy, you guys want power, and God, I hope you never get it. Man. That is solid. You know, he also brought up another point before I throw to the other clip. But he voted to confirm Sotomayor and Kagan. Now, think about this. When the confirmation process is going on, back in the day before politics went completely partisan and haywire, the only reason that you wouldn't vote for somebody is if there was some absolutely glaring reason not to confirm them. Meaning that everyone understands it's the president's purview to pick the nominee. And then unless. Unless you found a dead body in the closet or something completely insane, you basically vote for them. And, Lindsey, what did Trump say? He was a born politician. He was a natural politician. He actually played by the rules. So do you think that Lindsey Graham wanted Sotomayor and Kagan, who are as left, left, left, left as you can get, to be on the bench? Of course he didn't. But he looked at them. He said they were nominated not by the president of my party, but my job here is only to vote against somebody if there is something insane. So he did what was right. He did what was right, even when it was against the ideas and his view of the country. Here's a little bit more from that hearing.
B
Would you say you've been through hell?
C
I've been through hell.
E
And then some.
B
This is not a job interview. Yeah, this is hell. This is going to destroy the ability of good people to come forward because of this crap. Your high school yearbook. You have interacted with professional women all your life. Not one accusation. You're supposed to be Bill Cosby when you're a junior and senior in high school, and all of a sudden you Got over it. It's been my understanding that if you drug women and rape them for two years in high school, you probably don't stop. To my Republican colleagues, if you vote no, you're legitimizing the most despicable thing I have seen in my time in politics. You want this seat? I hope you never get it. I hope you're on the Supreme Court. That's exactly where you should be. And I hope that the American people will see through this charade. And I wish you well. And I intend to vote for you. And I hope everybody who's fair minded will.
A
Man, I mean, again, that, that is good, that line. You will. This will destroy the ability of good people to come forward. In some sense, that is what politics is more than anything else. Politics has become so evil, so grotesque, so rumor based and everything else that good people don't want to get involved. So then people go, well, why do we have such a crappy selection of people? And why do we have the same politicians we had 40 years ago? Because good people don't want to go through what Brett Kavanaugh went through. And by the way, guys, Brett Kavanaugh has not always in his. Now what, almost eight years on the bench. Has not always voted with Trump. So all of the things that they threw at Brett Kavanaugh, that's a slight sidebar. Were nonsense. But there you had Lindsey Graham defending. He was really defending the honor of the process there by defending that guy as he had defended the honor of the process by voting to confirm two justices that he completed. Completely disagrees with. Now, I don't want to get into all of the awful things that people said about him yesterday, but you get it online, people are just horrendous. I do want to read too, from. I cannot believe that I worked for this guy. Like what strange existential thing that I do to have ever had anything to do with this man. Cenk Uyugur over on the young Turds. He wrote, Lindsey Graham is the evil mastermind's henchman in every movie we've ever seen. Scene. It's got to be rough to go out as Igor. Yes, condolences and all that, but no one has ever more aggressively lobbied for the deaths of so many others. Did he offer sympathy at all to those he got killed? I mean, it's just. It's grotesque. You don't mean it. The condolences. It's obviously just half assed. Nothing. And you know what's funny? Before I read the second. Oh, no, I'll read the Second one, and then I'll tell you another one. Lindsey Graham has moved on to the next step of his journey, trying to convince Hades to attack Zeus and Poseidon. He says it'll only take a couple of weeks and won't require any ground troops. And there's no way Poseidon can close that straight. And that is if you don't think those two are just bad enough. His sidekick, who is basically his acolyte that learned everything from him, Anna Kasparian just wrote this. Good riddance. You know, I get that this can all turn everybody, like, make your heart black, and you think you're so right and everyone else thinks they're so wrong, but let's try to do the reverse of this. Let's say Bernie Sanders died today. I think Bernie Sanders is a terrible person.
E
Right?
A
I think he has ushered in so many of the wrong ideas. I think he has helped destroy what is good about this country. I think he's never created anything. I think he's made young people think that jealousy and envy and bitterness are a virtue. He's become a millionaire. Decrying capitalism. I could go on and on about the things that I think about Bernie Sanders. Do you think that if Bernie Sanders died today that I would tweet good riddance? Do you think I would go on a crazy diatribe about how much I hated him on the very day he died? He's a human being. But these people think politics is everything. And when you think that politics is everything, when you don't think there's anything above us than politics, you will be the nastiest grotesque. You will celebrate the deaths of human beings that you just disagreed with politically. And it's gross and it's awful. Oh, and by the way, here's a Texas imam. His name is Dr. Omar Suleiman. In other news, Lindsey Graham is dead. And then he quotes, I am with Israel. Whatever. Do whatever the hell you have to to do. Level the place. Do in Gaza what we did in Tokyo and Berlin. Bye, Lindsay. May you live an eternity in ruins for the ruins you helped create in Gaza. Amin. And Amin in Arabic means oh, Allah, please accept it. That guy is just a, you know, just an imam somewhere in Texas. There are wars. Wars get fought. And yeah, he did support Israel and maybe Hamas and Gaza. The Gazans shouldn't have killed 1400 Israelis in a day and then kidnapped several hundred others, including Americans and people from, you know, 30 some odd countries. Maybe they shouldn't have done that. And to end World War II, we dropped atomic bombs and killed people. Maybe Israel should have fought a lot harder and made this go a lot quicker so that people like you wouldn't have that talking point, although you would gladly make up some other talking point. But that's people there. You're telling me there are people in Texas that go to that man's mosque for spiritual renewal. The enemy is in the gates, guys. It reminded me of a quote that I say on the show every now and again, which is that, you know, the right thinks that the left is wrong and the left thinks that the right is evil. And I don't know that there's a better example of that.
C
Right.
A
Like, and in some sense, I think that quote is actually slightly shifting. And Dennis and I discussed that a bit over the years sometimes at private dinners, that I am starting to. To think that these people are evil, because I don't think there's a way around it in some sense. But that has been the going thing for years. They think we are all evil. We think they're wrong, and we try to explain to them why they are wrong, why is socialism wrong, why is communism wrong, et cetera, et cetera. And they just go, well, you just want to kill babies. You just want to kill babies. You just want to kill old people who don't want to give them health insurance. And then if, you know you have a whole bunch of evil people, if you think everybody's a Nazi and everybody's evil, you might start doing horrible things to them. You might actually assassinate the CEO of United Healthcare in the middle of the street in Times Square. You might do that. You might, I don't know, assassinate Charlie Kirk for trying to engage with young people about ideas. You might do some of that. You might try to kill the President of the United States because you think he's whatever you think he is. There is something else worth mentioning about Lindsey Graham, which is that he has been in the Senate for 23 years. When you think about somebody that is like, as much part of the political machinery as possible, Lindsey would be right there. Right? Trump said this was kind of prototypical politician. 23 years in the Senate. You know how much Lindsey Graham was worth? Net worth $1.4 million, $1.4 million. Ro Khanna is worth $230 million. Nancy Pelosi, what, 100 mil, right? We can go through the long list of these people. Elizabeth Warren, the millions and millions. Marjorie Taylor Greene, $25 million, and she was only in Congress for five years. Lindsey Graham, who they. He was owned by Israel, and he was a warmonger and everything else funny. He never cashed in on any of that. Didn't get a secret check, didn't get any shekels or anything else. He did what he thought was right. 23 years in the Senate, 33 years in the Air Force. And, you know, I've read we're not going to fully cover it today. I'm sure more will come out about him over the next few days. I think his parents died when he was very young. He ended up taking care of his young sister. Like, by all accounts, he was a good man. All right, maybe you disagreed with some of his politics, but these people, I don't know, I'm starting to think they're evil. What can I tell you? Let's talk about Angel Studios for just a minute, and then we'll have a bit more on Lindsay. Literally the day before, what he was fighting for and where that will be at politically. Okay, so let's continue with Lindsey for just a second because his legacy, I think he will be one of the people that hopefully, if America doesn't turn into a communist Third world crapple, that we will look back and say, boy, this guy again with you agreed with everything he did or not that he actually was a statesman, he loved this country, he dedicated his life to it, et cetera, et cetera. But let's show you some of the things that he was working on, quite literally to the moment of his death, as Donald Trump was talking about. Here he is the day before he dies. He was in Ukraine talking about Russian sanctions. Take a look.
B
So when I get back to Washington, I'm going to go with Senator Blumenthal to the Republican, the Democratic leader, to see if we can find time to move this Russian sanctions package that would give tools to President Trump to help end this war.
A
Okay. End the war. Again, this has nothing to do with whether you like Russian sanctions Or you like what his position on the war was, or you like what Trump's doing or anything else. This is a guy that was working, bouncing around across the world. And put aside any of the conspiracy stuff, which I will cover in just a second, at least momentarily putting aside any of that for a second. It does tell you something about the fragility of life, that you could be a vibrant 71 years old, looked perfectly fine, perfectly healthy. There's no reason to think that you could just drop dead just like that. It just should make everyone stop and pause for a moment. That. And you see these things, you know, there are guys that are in their 30s that are playing sports and suddenly have a heart attack or something. Like, it's just about the nature of reality and the tenuous thread that we're all on as human beings on this mortal coil. But here is where I will go into the conspiracy thing. We'll just dance with it for just a moment. Here is Lindsey Graham in 2024 talking about some of the things that Russia does to their enemies.
B
Putin's had an arrest warrant issued because there's no rule of law in Russia. People fall out of windows who are opposition leaders. People get poisoned. There is no rule of law in Russia.
A
Interesting. So he does talk about people getting poisoned. We should note that at Khomeini's funeral last week. Look at this. Lindsey posted this. This is literally from six days ago. There's Ben Shapiro, too. It's evil. Ben, by the way, had his fifth kid over the weekend. So mazel dove to Ben. Lindsey saw that at Khomeini's funeral with the bullseye right on his forehead. At least they use a good photo of me, Judge B. By my enemies. I mean, that's when Trump says he was a great politician. Like, that's it right there. But anyway, we know that obviously Russia and the IRGC are in cahoots at some level. And we do know that Russia, that poisoning people is one of the Russian KGB tactics. So they will obviously do a toxicology report. Russia clearly, clearly was not happy with the guy because he was quite literally there pushing for more sanctions. Iran was obviously not happy with him, so I'll just leave that there. But I'm not going to do what they do all over, what half these ding dongs online doing political podcasts do these days, which is just extrapolate nonsense and create conspiracies around everything. But I think at least let them do the autopsy, the toxicology report and everything else. But yes, Lindsey Graham is gone and Then there's something even weirder because when I saw the tweet that Lindsey Graham was gone, immediately I read it as Lindsey Graham. But in my head for a split second, I was like, oh, Mitch McConnell is dead. Because for a week now, when we covered it last week, Mitch McConnell's been missing for weeks. Nobody had heard anything from him. Then Scott Jennings on CNN said he spoke to him for 20 minutes. We played that video, but still there was no point picture. There was no video. There was no proof of life other than I will believe Scott Jennings at his word. Well, finally, Mitch McConnell released a picture and a statement. This from Jake Sherman over at Punchbowl News. McConnell releases photo and STATEMENT and here's the statement. To my fellow Kentuckians, when you elected me to do a seventh term and made me our commonwealth's longest serving senator, you did so trusting that I'd keep showing up to fight for you every day. And over the past several weeks. Weeks, Elaine and I have appreciated both your well wishes and your honest questions about what was keeping me away from the Senate. You all know how folks of my generation often hesitate to share their vulnerability that comes with growing older. Even in the public eye, I feel that same instinct. I can't help it. But at the same time, I've had more than my share of experience with physical vulnerabilities. Surviving childhood polio meant spending my entire life with mobility challenges. They haven't exactly gotten easier to manage with age. And last month I took a fall which landed me in the hospital. My doctors have confirmed that I didn't break any bones or suffer a concussion. I didn't have a heart attack or a stroke. I don't have any tumors or hemorrhages, but I was briefly unconscious and was taken to the hospital. While receiving excellent care over the past several weeks, I've also had to deal with a mild case of pneumonia. I can assure you that I've been a good patient. At my age, I tend to do what my doctors tell me to do. I've submitted to every test they can can think of to help figure out what caused this incident. And I'm continuing to do everything they ask to speed my recovery. In fact, with signs of continued progress, I've been able to move from hospital care to a rehabilitation center where I'll keep regaining my strength. As much as it frustrates me, this process takes time. And on the advice of my doctors, I won't be able to return to the Senate floor to vote quite yet. But rest assured that in the meantime I'm not taking a break from the Senate business that matters to you. I've been working closely with my legislative staff on current issues and with my Kentucky team who will help provide timely constituent services across our commonwealth. I've also been keeping in touch with my Senate colleagues on the appropriations process, midterm politics and everything in between. Your right to expect your representatives to work hard for you. And part of my decision to retire at the end of my term this coming January was being honest about the demands of Senate work. But I still have unfinished business to complete on your behalf and I have every intention of finishing the job you elected me to do. I'll keep working hard to get back on the Senate floor as soon as possible and I'll keep you posted on the progress of my recovery. Until then, I'm so grateful for your prayers and well wishes. All right, so there's the picture. And there he is with his wife. And people are making all sorts of comments around that and okay, fine. And was that taken at the hospital? And if it was, why doesn't he have an IV in? And nobody lays in jeans when they're in a hospital bed. Maybe the that's at that rehabilitation center. I'm gonna take a slightly different tack on this one than I just took on Lindsey Graham. And it has nothing to do with Mitch McConnell's politics. Let's put that aside for a second. How old is he? No one that is his age that has taken these falls, that has had these moments that is where we've seen he freezes up and literally cannot speak. He has been missing for weeks. You are telling me that while this is all he's going through all these tests and rehabilitation and they can't figure out exactly what's wrong with him and all of these things that he's also doing the work for the people of Kentucky. Like anyone that's been in the hospital with a 80 plus. How old is he?
C
84.
A
He's 84. Anyone that's been in a hospital with an 80 something year old grandparent. How much work are they doing while they're doing all these other things? Not even just work. How much? Anything other than tending to their health and resting and listening to doctors. So I just don't believe the statement I wish him well. Again, I'm not even going to comment on any of his politics. It's largely irrelevant. But why are we subjected to this? We were subjected to four years of Joe Biden being president when we knew he wasn't president. We just watched Lindsey Graham just die out of nowhere. And now we have one of the most influential members of the senate who is 84 years old and is basically incapacitated. And if he wasn't. Okay, well, thank you for the statement that you did not write.
E
Right.
A
He obviously didn't write the statement. And thank you for that one picture. Well, if you're basically okay, and you're basically doing the work and you put your jeans on yourself and everything else, how about you do a video statement? But he basically said, we'll see in a couple weeks. I just don't accept it. I don't think it's okay. And I guess ultimately that'll. Well, the people of Kentucky will make a choice next year, but it seems rather ridiculous to me. Here is Rob Franarty over on Newsmax asking Tim Burchett why McConnell's wife was meeting China's vice president while all this was going on. Is something weird going on there?
C
Just days after McConnell went to the
A
hospital, his wife Elaine Chao flew to China to meet with the Chinese vice president. Congressman, great to see you.
C
What do you think is going on here? I think her, her ties to China have been suspect for a long time in the transportation world. And serving on transportation, that always raised an eyebrow for me. But you know, nothing happens in this town by accident. Of course, I'm in Tennessee, things happen by accident down here, but nothing in Washington ever happens by accident. It's just, it's a cover up up on top of a cover up. And that's why nobody trusts, trusts what's going on in Washington.
A
Okay, So I don't know what's going on here, but let's remove Mitch McConnell for just a second. Let's just say think of an 84 year old that's been in your life or is in your life right now. 84 year old goes to the hospital, has been falling repeatedly, freezes up, has trouble speaking, probably some other things. Had polio as a child, whole bunch of health problems. The 84 year old goes to the hospital and the wife decides to take a trip to China. Does that seem odd? Does that seem odd? Think about your grandparents. Grandpa took a spill. Grandpa's in the hospital. Where's Grandma? She went to China. Something is not right. I don't know what it is, but something is not right. Now let's try to tie all of these together. It's a little bit of a jump, but you know, we showed you the picture. Put it up one more time. From the funeral of Khomeini, the picture of Lindsey Graham, if we have it for just a second. Lindsey Graham and Ben Shapiro. There was one obviously of Donald Trump and there were several other Americans leaders in there. They had Laura Loomer in there. I mean it was just. Doesn't matter. It's okay. So you saw that at the funeral of Khomeini. I thought Greg Gutfeld made an interesting point here about the Iranian hatred of Trump and why they didn't exactly hate some of our other presidents. Take a look.
C
I guess it tells you how dangerous
A
Trump is to our adversaries, which is
C
how it should be. He, they, our adversaries should want him dead. I find that refreshing. They never would have targeted Joe Biden or Kamala Harris.
A
Cuz they realize they're more harmful to
C
the United States when they're alive.
A
Keep them healthy.
C
They wish Joe Biden was healthier.
A
Our enemies love Joe Biden.
C
He reminds me of when we used
A
to sneak into a movie theater when we were kids.
C
We always did it when the old
A
guy with a bad eyesight was working. That's exactly how they, our adversaries looked at Joe Biden. Now's the time.
C
Now's the time. Yeah, yeah.
A
This is where we're at. Why do they want to kill Trump? Why weren't they happy with Lindsey Graham? It's a bit of a sidebar from the McConnell thing for just a sec. Because they were doing things. And again, you don't have to agree with all of those things. But why didn't they care about Joe Biden? You know, it's sort of like the Epstein stuff. The Democrats didn't care about the Epstein stuff for four years under Joe Biden. The second Trump comes in, they're all obsessed with it. Then Trump Republicans releases 3 million documents and they still say he's protecting even when their own guys didn't do anything. There is just something a little odd about that. All right, we're going to do more on Iran right now because it is going. It's on again, it's off again. It's hot, it's cold, it's up and it's down. It's left and it's right. What else is in that song? Who is that? Katy Perry? That's Taylor Swift. I don't think so. Hold on. We're going to figure that out First. Balance in H. You've probably heard people talking about getting more nutrients in your diet, but actually doing it consistently. That's the hard part. That's where balance in nature makes things simple. Rubin I've got five guys working on this right now. I was right. It is Katy Perry. And this sort of makes what the war is. It's hot and it's cold. It's in and it's out. It's yes and it's no. It's up and it's down. It's black and it's white. It's loose and it's tight. Losing. It's tight. That was in there too. You screw me, mother. Anyway, the war is kind of back on and it is Katie Perry. I finally get a reference that's not from 1984 and you undermine me.
E
Jesus.
A
The war is back on and well, here's Fox reporting another round of strikes because Iran targeted a Cyprus flagship going through the Strait of Hormuz. Central Command just announced they began a third round of strikes against Iran in response to Iranian forces attacking a Cyprus flagged container ship in the Strait of Hormuz. CENTCOM says the US Is degrading Iran's ability to attack ships and the strikes are being carried out at the direction of the commander in chief. Okay, so look, here we are. We had 20 roughish days around that MOU memorandum of understanding that JD kind of worked and it seemingly has fallen apart, covered it. Towards the end of last week, the strikes have begun again and it was not till Iran broke it. Right. Iran started firing on ship ships again in the Strait of Hormuz. Here's a bit more on what we just referenced right there. This from U.S. central Command. At 5pm today, U.S. central Command forces began launching more strikes against Iran to continue degrading their ability to attack civilian mariners and commercial ships freely transiting the Strait of Hormuz. The commander in chief has directed the strikes to hold Iranian forces accountable. You know, interestingly, what I would like to know here if we can get. Let's see if we can get a military expert on the show in the next. But what I would like to know is in that we have so degraded their military.
C
Right?
A
So as Hegseth keeps saying, the Navy's at the bottom of the ocean. They don't have an air force. What is it that they have around the Strait of Hormuz right now that is allowing them to shoot? And why is it that we haven't been able to just simply take those people out? So, yes, we are now retaliating. Trump, who was on Jake Tapper, as we showed you, really to just talk about Lindsey Graham, they got into it a bit about Iran.
C
Iran has declared the Strait of Hormuz closed. Is that true, Mr. President?
E
It's open as far as we're concerned. Don't talk about it. Talk about the reason that you asked me to speak. Okay.
A
We appreciate your time, sir.
C
Are we back at war?
A
And who controls the Strait of Hormuz?
E
Well, I don't want to out of respect for Lindsey. I'm not talking about that. We hit him very hard last night, so I don't want to talk about it. But I will say we hit them very hard last night. We had a deal with them yesterday. They were giving up everything. And then all of a sudden, two hours after that, they hit a ship with a drone. And I said, these people, there's something wrong with them.
A
All right, so Trump may. It almost seems to me that Trump in real time is learning that maybe. Right. Really can't negotiate with these people in the way that he's been used to negotiating. Right. I've talked endlessly about Trump and art of the deal and sometimes over the top bravado and a civilization is going to end tonight. And you do all those things. But if you're dealing with an apocalyptic regime that maybe just wants to do more, maybe their number one goal is actually damage to you, not really saving themselves or something of benefit to themselves, then maybe those standard negotiating techniques don't work. So if we're to take Trump at his word right there, which I will, he's saying, two hours ago we had a deal and then a drone flies into a ship. So how do you deal with these people properly? I mean, I think that that's probably what much of the conversation around all of this is happening at the White House right now. We're gonna jump over to cnn. Scott Jennings trying to clean up some people who are just not as bright as him. In this case. It is. Is former. Oh, no, it's lieutenant governor of Georgia. It is former. I had it right. Former lieutenant governor of Georgia, Jeff Duncan, who's basically accusing Trump of manipulating the markets throughout the war. So that in essence, he's saying, so your buddies can make money. Scott Jennings deals with it quite effectively.
C
When markets are opening and when PR needs to be pushed out to change the narrative. Scott, you seem to know exactly who Donald Trump is talking to. How do you know that? Well, just as an American watching it play out, it certainly feels as though there's no sort of organized fashion of what's going on. You said he's not talking to generals, that he's only talking to economic planners. I'm just asking how you know that. It seems to be a wild assertion. I just wonder what evidence of that as a taxpaying American. I sit there and I watch this stuff play out within minutes after the markets close. I watch before markets open.
E
So, so no evidence.
A
So here's, here's what I think.
C
I think we achieved a great military victory. The Iranian military is devastated.
A
That's, that's so great by Scott. He's, he really is just sharpened how you throw some of this stuff back at these people. Like you can have your theories. You have literally zero evidence that Trump is doing that. And the guy just doesn't look trustworthy or he just doesn't even look like he's, he's like, well, I'm an American taxpaying citizen, so I could assume that I know what Trump's doing in the Oval Office and da, da, da, da, da, da, da. This is what they all do. This is what, even the podcast circuit, the Megyn Kelly's and the Tuckers. I know what Trump's secretly saying in the office and. No, you don't. No, you don't. Are you in the office? And unless you've got somebody leaking to you, you don't know what is going on. So this is what all they did. He just made up a fantastic story, confronted on it, and then he just sat there quietly, which is what they should do. All right, let's move on from Iran for a second. This story out of Minnesota. I mean, I don't know what the, I don't know what in the rice and bananas is going on in that state, but it is just completely insane. And this gets even crazier. This from the Department of Homeland Security. The United States Department of Homeland Security, DHS released the following statement confirming that U.S. immigrations and Customs Enforcement ICE has arrested and deported an illegal alien from Laos who has been pardoned by Minnesota Governor Tim Walz and his fellow sanctuary politicians despite a prior conviction for repeatedly sexually assaulting a 10 year old girl. That's the picture of the guy. He repeatedly assaulted and sexually assaulted a 10 year old girl and Tim Walls. Let this guy out. Here's Tim Walls. I would state this, that I can find no reason how Minnesota will be safer or better if Mr. Vang is deported to a country he has not been to since he was a child.
D
Fox 9 reports Vang's victim wrote a letter to the board forgiving him and they say that was a key factor in their move to pardon Vang.
A
Charlie, Rachel Ingriff, you can think of no way that Minnesota would be better if the guy who repeatedly sexually assaulted a 10 year old girl wouldn't be there. These people are completely out of control. It's not even suicidal empathy anymore. It's total retardation. That's what it is. That should be Gad's next book. I tried with suicidal empathy. I'm gonna remind me to text Gad after the show. Gad, I have a title for you. Total Retardation. It didn't work. What could I do? What are you people talking about? And I suppose that's nice that the girl who was repeatedly sexually assaulted at 10 has written a letter about the guy, but that doesn't mean he should be here in the United States. And we know that the rate of recidivism amongst these people is incredibly, incredibly high. Here's Tom Homan who has just about had it with Tim Walz.
C
What would you say now to Governor Tim Waltz?
A
Can't say it on air, but. But look who pardons a child sex offender, child rapist. I mean, that's how much he supports illegal aliens over US citizens. US citizen children.
E
I'm glad.
A
Marco Rubio, dude, But Marco Rubio did this. But you know, this happens more times. You can guess. Why do you think they did that? They did that so we couldn't act to remove this person in the United States. This happens a lot. But President Trump, the Department of justice and thank God, more Marco Rubio's all over. We're gonna fight them every time they come with this. I mean it's so. It's like, it's not even worth me analyzing this. What are these lunatics doing? Tim Walls. It would be a pretty easy thing to be like, you know what this guy did? Repeatedly rape and or assault a 10 year old girl. You gotta go. You gotta go back to Laos. I don't know how the weather. How's the weather in Laos? Laos right now. How's the weather? It doesn't matter. We'll get you a pair of shorts. It's probably very humid right now, right? It's the Summer, it's probably hot as hell. What is it? What are we looking at? It's, it's in the 90s and it's probably very humid. So, you know, we're gonna get you some bug spray. We'll get you a nice pair of Lululemon, like a nice kind of breezy shirt. That's your parting gift for raping one of our girls and get the F out of our country. The fact that they are not interested in that is just extraordinary. I love this clip that we're about to show. So this is back to cnn, one of their panel things. And Ana Navarro again, a woman who, she has a job at the View and then they somehow gave her a job at cnn at the same time. She's obsessed, obsessed with her hatred of ice. And this is great. Caroline Sunshine, former Trump administration official, she then turns it on her. And this is very much what Scott Jennings did a moment ago when they turned it on these people and they don't know anything.
E
Watch.
D
But there's been now at least five people killed by ice in the streets of America. Ruben Ray Martinez, they killed him. Young man, they killed in San Padre island in Texas. Silverio Villegas Gonzalez. Keith Porter, they killed him in la. Renee Good and Alex Preddy, they killed them in Minnesota. And now Lorenzo Salgado Araujo. There's been over. I know the names as well of Americans who've been killed by illegal immigrants. Do you have that list? I know some of the. I know some of the names. I don't have the list, but I do know some of the names. What are their names? What are some of their names? Listen, we have heard all the names. What are some of the names? This is not me doing a contest of whether you know the names or whether I know the names.
A
Listen, we know the names. We've done this so many times for how grotesque you are, just unbelievably grotesque. Anna Navarro, you don't care. I'll give you some of the names of people of young women who have been killed by illegals. How about Lake and Rock? How about Jocelyn Nungari? How about Rachel Morin? How about Liz Medina? How about Sheridan Gorbin? How about Ruby Garcia? How about Maria Plates? How about Molly Tibbets? How about Hallie Helgeson? How about Chloe Pouldzin? How about Katie Abraham? I mean, how about that? How about you don't care? And by the way, several of the people that you mentioned that were killed by ice. Well, yeah, Renee Goode, who was driving her car into an ICE agent, the other guy, Preddy, who days before had been attacking ICE vehicles and was known on their list and was being violent with them. And they are doing an incredibly difficult job, in large part thanks to people like you who've tricked young people into thinking that there are Nazis roaming the streets, even though you people are way closer to the actual Nazis. But again, they just don't. It's Tim Walls does not. Oh, if 10 year old got raped and molested or whatever, I don't. Why would I get rid of the guy and, and Ana Navarro right there? Well, you know, they killed a bunch of girls. But I don't know. We've talked about this so many times. It's literally the video we showed you last week with that witch, what's her name, the witch woman from Congress I hate. Who's that disgusting Pramila Jayapal. Where she's got Sheridan Gorman's mother up there and Sheridan Gorman's mom is talking about her beautiful daughter who's no longer with us, saying that she's glad that she was murdered immediately so that she wouldn't have been gang raped and everything else. And Jayapal has the temerity to go up there and go, you know, we've talked, we've had four hearings on this. These people are grotesque. But thankfully Donald Trump is president. Thankfully we've closed the border and we're doing at least a little something with the illegals here in our country. Here is Chase's Jamie Dimon, basically shutting down an Axios reporter on criticism of Trump.
C
How fearful are you to speak the truth? I'm not. I want immigrant. You know, I think, look, take. This is the important part. You can't comment at every little thing and particularly when people make statements that you know they're going to modify later. So, you know, you, you guys are always chasing your tails because, you know, he's like putting out the allure out there and the press all goes running to it and they waste so much time. So take immigration. We should all be embarrassed that we now have immigration border control that we didn't have. And when we didn't have it, everyone said, well, it can't be done. It's hard to do. Well, no, actually it got done damn quickly and we need border security.
A
Yeah, yeah. Do you guys remember when at the height of all of that stuff with Biden in the border, what did the Democrats keep saying? We need bipartisan support for a border package. Remember we were in D.C. that week and I interviewed what, about 20 congressmen and senators and all the Republicans were like, the Democrats keep saying it, it's just not true. And of course it was not true. I had Ro Khanna in and I cannot stand that guy anymore. And he kept saying, we need bipartisan support. And I said to him, well, what do you mean? Can't the President just do it? And he's like, well, we need bipartisan support. They're just broken records. And we didn't. So if Trump did nothing else in this presidency, he at least stopped the invasion. Although I hate to tell you guys, it's only a temporary stoppage. Cuz if the Democrats ever get power again, they will open up the country without question. And why would they open up the country? Because they want to flood us with new voters so that they never lose power. That is the point of the SAVE Act. Here is Trump telling Kristen Welker that Lindsey Graham that his last moments. What was he talking to Trump about? Surprise, surprise.
D
President Trump, thank you for joining us and my condolences to you.
E
Well, thank you. He's a tough one to lose. He's. He was great. He was unique in every way, actually,
D
he was, Mr. President. And I know that we are all just absorbing this news. We are all in shock. Can you tell us, Mr. President, how you receive this news and your immediate gut reaction when you heard it?
E
So what makes it even stranger is that I got a call last night sometime at, you know, the early evening maybe in the Sevens, and he called and he said we're all set for the Save America Act. He was pushing the Save America act like crazy.
A
So again, we referenced it earlier, but Trump was just on the phone with the guy. He is gone. And Lindsey Graham wanted to talk about the Save America Act. And remember, the only way this thing will pass is if the Republicans will do it by simple majority. And there's still a bunch of squishy Republicans, most notably John Thune, who don't seem to want to do it. But if the Republicans do not act now, don't take my word for it, take the Democrats word for it. When they take over, they will pack the courts, they will make D.C. a state. They will potentially make Puerto Rico a state. They will change every norm to ensure that they never lose power. Because what was the line that Lindsey Graham said, said before, boy, you want power? God, I hope you never get it. And he damn well was right. Here is Utah Senator Mike Lee telling Maria Bartiromo that everyone wants the Save America act to pass and they damn well better get it done. Examine what it is that Voters want right now, overwhelmingly, not only do they support this bill, but they understand that it ought to take preeminence.
C
It ought to take precedence over other
A
legislation we should put supporting right now.
C
So I think that's where the disagreement
A
lies, is in the vision that we can pass this.
C
Even though we don't yet have 60 votes, we do have a simple majority
A
and on the technique, the method by which we bring it about.
C
But it does take effort and some creative thinking.
A
We can get it done. Yeah, they can. Look, they're not going to get Democrats to come across on this thing, but they can do it by simple majority if they have the. If they have the wherewithal to do it. And by the way, Mike Lee. Mike Lee is probably next to Rand Paul, the most libertarian senator in the Congress. So he's not one for just, like, voting on things that will give the government more power or doing things that are against the norms or anything else. But he clearly sees the severity and the importance of making sure that, I don't know, people have identification to vote. And yes, don't worry, if you're a woman who got married, you will still be able to vote. Lordy, lordy.
D
All right.
A
But what this all leads us to is that we can hope. We can hope and pray and do everything we can to make sure that Trump and the Republicans stay in power. And as always, you can agree with a lot of their policies. You can disagree, but they're kind of, let's just say, ballpark, roughly sane and right ish about most of the things. Then you have another party that is now full of open communists, socialists, jihad, hottests, crazy clown people. They are out of control. I think Freddy Krueger, Jason, who was the guy from the Halloween movies with the Michael Myers, a bunch of bad people over there. Not great people, okay? But they have to decide what they want to do in the future. So let's jump over to the View. Let's offer up a warning for the people. And here they are talking about their potential 20, 28 candidates.
D
My hot take of the moment is the most likely person to be the Democratic nominee is Kamala Harris. In every poll, she is still. It's usually her and Gavin Newsom. I have a list here. She's usually ahead. I may just finish.
E
I have a better list.
D
She is usually ahead. I love her. She was great. But she didn't win one time. What makes you think she's gonna win again? I find it hard to believe that based on the money she raised, the name ID she Has. And I don't think the party would pass over her for a generic white man. I like jon Ossoff. He's 39 years old. I like Josh Shapiro, 53 years old. I love Josh. Gavin Newsom, 50.
C
That's the problem.
D
And J.B. pritzker, 61. What about Pete Buttigieg? What about Pete Buttigieg? Wes Moore. There are some people.
A
Do you realize how insanely scripted the show is that Joy has to be looking at a piece of paper to tell you the people that she thinks should be president? Okay, and then. But what about Pete and everything else? If I was handed a piece of paper to tell you. Oh, I'm sorry. I've just been handed a piece of paper. These are the people that I'll be supporting potentially in 2028. President James Marshall. That was Harrison Ford in Air Force One. 62 years old. He would have my vote for sure. Oh, actor from several movies including Cocoon and Police Academy. Steve Guttenberg, great guy. I've met him a couple times. 67 years old. Mike Tyson, 60 years old. I would vote for Mike Tyson. Willy Wonka, local chocolate man, age unknown. And Wilfred Brimley, deceased. Oh, he was in Cocoon too. What a strange and interesting list. Thank you for that. Gavin Newsom was not mentioned by those. Oh, but what was interesting about that though was did you see what they all did there? They all mentioned the non completely psychotic people. Now, they're all sort of bad politicians and they don't stand for anything. But what they were all trying to do. Over there on the View, you've got Eliza Farah, Republican, getting a cookie. I'd love to vote for Josh Shapiro. Then how are you a Republican? Like, yes, he's not a jihadist, but he's just not great. And he's a Jew, so there's no chance in high hell he's getting nominated by the Democrats. But she's like, I'd love to vote for him. What kind of Republican are you then? That's one thing. But then Joy busts out the list. She says, Josh Shapiro. What else did she say? She said, ossoff. Well, he is a lefty nutbag. But they didn't go full jihad yet, so they're trying to paint that. Oh, but these are the JB Pritzker, like, no, you're a bunch of losers. Losers. Speaking of losers, here's Gavin Newsom.
C
You know, when I ran for mayor, just for what it's worth, I ran against a member of the Green Party, which was, you know, had aspects of the DSA that we know it today. There's so many aspects of the debates and arguments today that are just deeply familiar, and I think it's a very healthy thing. I'm one of those Democrats that deeply believes in addition, not division. And so I want a big tent party.
A
I want to win meaningless nothingness. Again, I say big tent more than anybody. How many times have I said big tent this year? Can we AI that figure that out? Like, no. A tent is only as big as the poles that hold the tent up. It's only as strong as those poles. Right? So you don't want a big tent that has everybody. So now the tent, what's going on in the tent is just a free for all, a psychotic orgy of lunacy. What you want is, oh, we have some differences, but we basically think we can make this thing work. And there's going to be times where it's going to be pretty stressful. But all of these Democrats, they're all saying the same thing right now. This is exactly what what's his name out of Newark, Cory Booker was saying and what Newsom is saying right there. They're just saying the same thing. I believe in addition, not subtraction. I believe in Big Ten. What you're saying is we're letting the inmates in. They are going to murder and maim and potentially rape all of us, and then we'll see what happens. That is what they are doing right now. And I would offer them good luck with all of that, but let's end with people that are creating, because there are people that are creating, and most of the people that are creating are moving to places where you can create and you can flourish and you will have a little skin in the game and you are less inclined to be beheaded while on the way to get lunch. Here is Elon Musk in October of 2024 explaining why people are moving out of Cali and why states rights and the ability to still move around this great country are so important.
C
There will not be any meaningful elections in the future just like they are in California, and all of America will be Californicated. Not in a good way. Yeah, Californicated. Ouch. So we don't want that. That would be a bad situation. In fact, it will actually be worse than California. The reason it'll be worse than California is the one thing that holds California back from being even worse than it is is that people can move out of California and still be in America. Now, what happens when there's no place
E
to move,
C
it'll be way worse than California.
A
And that's the point. Guys, look, we're watching this sorting happen, right? Elon's not just saying it right there. He very publicly took his companies out of California. And Gavin applauded him for doing it, was so proud of himself and lost all that tax money. And again, it's not always about just the money. It's the people. Literally the five people that are sitting in this room with me. I got them out of California. They're all decent citizens. As far as I can tell. They're all moral people. They all put money back into the economy. They go to restaurants. Well, not totally moral, all right? The point is they're not. What would we say? Not completely horrible degenerates. Oh, he's a little Jewish. All right, look, I got four out of five that are doing all right over here. You know what I'm saying, guys? And so it's not just the money. It's about the people, you freak. So thank God the founders set this thing up so that you could move around. Thank God we have the protections that we have. Thank God that we have a separation of powers. And these are all the things that the Democrats want to destroy, and they will not do it on my watch. That is our program for this Monday. Thank you for watching. Post game show 30 seconds. Rubinreport.locals.com See ya. Do we have a problem?

Rubin delivers a high-energy and often confrontational episode, blending humor, sarcasm, and somber reflection (especially regarding Graham’s death). He positions the episode as a warning about the dangers of unchecked progressivism, lawless governance, and erosion of foundational cultural values. While the overall tone is combative and unapologetically partisan, Rubin evokes nostalgia for American pluralism and pays genuine tribute to political figures he admires.
