It's December 4, 2024. We shall see who it is, but I promise I will be my witty and hilarious and incisive self on the show and then maybe some other FOX things coming up and a few other surprises over the next couple of days as well. We are doing a rubinreport.locals.com community Q&A today. And then just to catch up, you know, yesterday the theme of the show was giving credit where credit was due, right? The not fully bananas, wackadoodle insane lefties. What do we do with them? And that they can't deny the truth all the time. Should we open up the door a little bit, let them into our fun wide tent party? Who do we keep on the outside, et cetera? Today we're going to go into a little bit more of the postmortem of what has happened to the Democrats in this last month. Because, because there is a fight there and whether you like Democrats, don't like Democrats, whether you want the party to be destroyed, whatever a certain set of people are interested in that it exists and we have to acknowledge it and watch. Even if we're winning, let's say right now. Well, I don't even need air quotes around that. We are winning at the moment. But you don't win forever. So you do want to keep note of the people on the other side. So let's just dive right into it. I want to start with a video from this is a Democratic mega donor. His name is John Morgan. And here he is. This is a guy who has spent a ton of money on Democrat causes, on the Kamala campaign, et cetera, et cetera. Here he is going after Kamala and with some interesting thoughts on Barron Trump.

Well, my reaction is, you know, she thinks she's Obama. She goes to Hawaii because Obama goes to Hawaii. She started talking like Obama imitating Obama. She is not Barack Obama. She has no talent. She can never run for president again. She ran once and got zero delegates. She got 8% of California. I begged Them not to put her up. She was going to be tethered to Biden no matter what. That was a zero sum game for her. But she thought that all these votes were for her. They were not. The votes that she got were people voting against Trump and the votes that Trump got were the people voting for Trump. What the Harris campaign should have done instead of avoiding Joe Rogan and podcast. It turns out that Barron Trump, who looks like a Runway model, was telling his father, you need to go on podcasts, you need to go on Joe Rogan. You know, he was three hours late to a rally because he was doing Joe Rogan because that was so important. So Barron Trump is a lot smarter than everybody in the Harris. They said they didn't go on Joe Rogan. The progressives around her, you heard what Carmel said, the progressives didn't want to go on Joe Rogan. Look, if I'm running, I'm going on Joe Rogan. I'm living on Fox. That's how you change minds. They played hide the ball. They lost badly. She should go away and never ever come back. She spent almost $2 billion. They're raising money this week to pay off the debt. If you can't run your campaign, you damn sure can't run the country.

Okay, so we all may want the Democrat Party to be destroyed and not learn any of the lessons, but it is worth noting that some of the people, including major money guys, are seeing what happened pretty clearly, right? She didn't have any real talent. She was basically trying to just copy Obama. She got no delegates in the primary. She was afraid of alt media, Rogan, et cetera, because she was placating to the wackadoodle progressive lefty base. And the question is, what do you do now if you're a Democrat? Maybe I don't want them to come back. Okay, fine. But they are going to reshape themselves. They are going to transform into something else. And at the very least, if they transformed into something maybe less complete insane, that would probably be healthier for democracy overall. So it is interesting to see a Dem mega donor going on scary Fox News. He also went on Piers Morgan show and talked about how their messaging, that they were the ones saving democracy, that nobody was buying this nonsense.

But now he's left a legacy where it's almost impossible now for Democrats to go after Trump for the next four years as they would have been licking their lips at doing on anything to do with shamelessness or hypocrisy or frankly, downright lying or nepotism. Or any of these things, which Trump, they were already heating this up with his nomination picks, the ones involving family and so on. But how can the Democrats do any of that when their president, who's still president now until January 20, that their president has done such a shameless, hypocritical act and lied so brazenly to the American people about his intentions over that act? What they will do is they will discard him as fast as they can. They will say it was wrong, he shouldn't have done it, and that will be that. Look, the hypocritical part about the Democratic Party is they were running on this notion that democracy was at stake. And so what did they do? They nominated someone with no democracy, a person who never got one delegate when she ran for president, a person who could never be untied from Biden Harris, the coronation you talked about. That's the hypocrisy here.

Yeah, that is the hypocrisy. And again, it's worth showing these people because just like you might have an aunt or an uncle or a cousin who's a kind of sane Democrat, maybe doesn't realize how radical this whole thing has gotten or just had Trump derangement syndrome or something else, these people do exist. But clearly most of the country was like, no, no, no, no, no. You guys are not saving democracy, you're saving bureaucracy. And I think in the, in the video we showed you prior to that where he said that nobody voted for Kamala. There were no people out there that were like, that were written not. No, not literally, no. But there was no real movement, was like, oh, my God, Kamala has the ideas and the wherewithal and the qualifications to lead us into the next century versus virtually everyone that vot felt that he had those attributes. That's a fundamental difference. And we will have to see which way the Democrats go. I wanna show you another video of what I would say is someone who. I don't understand why he voted for Kamala, but he's been in this very room with me. He's a decent guy. I was very happy to have him on the show a couple months back as NYU Professor Scott Galloway. I think he's an old school liberal, voted the wrong way, but I'm willing to talk to people like that, of course. And here he is also doing a postmortem on what went wrong. But when your kids aren't doing well, you're not interested in hearing about territorial sovereignty in Ukraine. You're not interested in talking about trans rights. Your kid isn't doing well. And when your kid isn't doing well, you don't want change. You don't want a Democrat. You not only don't want change, you want disruption, you want chaos. Oh, yeah, and you also, you want some of that, what I'll call male energy back. And look at how Trump positioned himself. What did he do? Crypto? Embrace of cars and rockets? Elon, what medium did he go on? MSNBC and CNN and Fox, UFC fights. And he went on podcasts. Your podcast? Yeah. I wonder if that affected a lot.

Oh, my gosh. Are you kidding? Yeah, oh my gosh, Are you kidding? What I would say was this is how the culture has now shifted. Trump was willing to do all the things that were relevant and new and on the horizon and got to speak to new people in new ways in a much more authent way, and she refused to do all of that. Now, her own campaign people, her own backers, largely the Obama team, are now also realizing that they made some mistakes, although not all of them. So we'd like to think that some of them have learned lessons and I think some of them have, but not all of them. This is Harris, campaign senior adviser. She's now got her own podcast. You don't even need to know her name. It doesn't matter. But listen to her confusion as to why they didn't go on Rogan and now realizing that they lost the election in a landslide. Yeah, there's a lot of intrigue around this, a lot of theories. It's pretty simple. We wanted to do it. I hate to repeat this over and over, but it was a very short race with a limited number of days and for a candidate to leave the battleground to go to Houston, which is a day off the playing field in the battleground. You know, getting that timing right is really important.

All right, first off, it's Austin, not Houston. But putting that aside, that right there, these people, they still don't understand what they screwed up on. What you needed to do was capture something cool in the zeitgeist. Right. Trump owned the Internet for the days around the Rogan interview. Right. And that was led right into the election. He owned the Internet for the days around the McDonald's thing. Right. We've seen this repeatedly and we wanted to do it. If you wanted to do it, you would have done it. You would have got on a plane with the billion dollars you had, you can charter a plane and get over to Austin. But you were afraid your own base was going to say you're talking to a white supremacist. And the thing that they really feared was that if she was going to sit there unscripted, no notes, live for three hours, that her head would exploded. So again, you guys got exactly what you deserved and you seem unable to even acknowledge that now. Check out this. This is Harris co chair saying that although she did more traditional media than Trump, he got no shit in essence for hiding from them, even though that's not even true. But they just can't get on the truth train.

It's never a choice, like, we'll have him, but we're not going to have you. Anybody that took him would take us. It was more some of the like hot ones, which is a great show. They didn't want to do any politics, so they weren't going to take us or him. So that was the issue. But we got on plenty of them. And the bottom line is she was willing to do just about anything and have a conversation with anybody, regardless of where they sat.

God, their dismissiveness. So there she is. They're still lying. Oh, she would have went anywhere and done anything. Well, she didn't. He didn't. We reached out to the Harris campaign. I didn't expect her to do the show, but she didn't do all of those things. And that's why I keep saying this election. What was the election about? The, the election was about where people get their news. And boy, you guys are so impressed that you got to do some prepackaged interviews, which, by the way, when you were on 60 Minutes and it was pre packaged, it was pretty freaking crappy. Or when you did the original interview after you announced that you were running for president, after you cooed Biden, you had to hide, what was it, 23 minutes of the interview with Dana Bash that still hasn't been seen. So my friend David Sachs, who made that point when they, it became a doom spiral, a doom cycle. In essence, when they hid her, it wasn't good and when they showed her, it wasn't good. But I love how they're trying to make it seem like, oh, Trump should have got more shit for not doing mainstream media. No, the whole point of the election was that you can avoid those people right now, and if you do that, you start winning the culture war.

We had, I think, real opportunity for some core podcasts that hit key constituencies on the Smoke Club. Shae Shay, you know, she's everywhere. We could. We did it. But I do think we had a lot of support in a number of athletes and others that were just not super interested in getting their brand caught up in the politics of this campaign. And I don't think he had the same problem now. He wasn't talking to the kind of folks that we were trying to get. And these are big names that their reputations would be tied into it. But he, I think, certainly was able to tap into some cultural elements in ways that we couldn't. And I think that that had an impact. Us?

Yes, because of what you people did around her. You didn't have a candidate who was competent and capable and then just throw her out there and let her speak and let people like her via her own thoughts and emotions and everything else. You carefully curated a fake, nonsensical avatar of wokeness, and then people woke up to it. We have one more from the Harris.

Campaign, I would say. I mean, look, I am not media hater by any measure, and I think that, you know, we women don't get far in life talking about double standards, so that's not the point. But I do think a narrative 107 days, two weeks up because of a hurricane, two weeks talking about how she didn't do interviews, which, you know, she was doing plenty, but we were doing in our own way. We had to, you know, be the nominee, had to find a running mate and do a rollout. I mean, there was all these things that you kind of want to factor in, but real people heard in some way that we were not going to have interviews, which was both not true and also so counter to any kind of standard that was put on Trump that I think that was a problem. And then on top of that, we would do an interview. And to Stephanie's point, the questions were small and processy and about, like, dumb, dumb. They were not informing a voter who was trying to listen, to learn more or to understand. And I'm not. But being up against a narrative that we weren't doing anything or we were afraid to have interviews is completely bull. And also, like, took hold a little bit and we just gave us another thing we had to fight back for that Trump never had to worry about.

I guess I'm slightly sorry. Why am I bludgeoning you with these people? Other than to show you. I've tried to give credit in the last day or so to some of the people who are waking up and doing an honest post mortem. Right. Bill Maher has been doing it for weeks now. I just showed you those Jon Stewart videos yesterday, even Jake Tapper, like, there is some element there that's going, boy, maybe we screwed this thing up. But the very people who were inside the machine, the campaign people there, they're. They're blaming the interviewers, they're blaming the narrative. And it's like, no, Trump just went out there and did shit. And it was authentic, whether you liked it or not. And you believed it was him saying the things that he authentically believes and Kamala just was not. So the real question for The Democrats right now is are you getting it? What? Which way now? Right, like there's a fork in the road. Do you want to continue going down the road to crazy train to crazy town, or do you want to modify, not be so radical? And then maybe there is some sensible Democrat party. I don't frankly care at this point, but some voters do care. So now I want to jump over to Pod Save America. This is a lefty podcast hosted by all Obama ex Obama staffers and this guy John Levitt. What he's mostly concerned about is that the Dems now don't throw the trans people under the bus because we should be paying more attention to chopping genitals off children. All right, subscriber Jessica on Discord asks. I'm trans and I'm really worried about the ability of the Democratic Party to win. While keeping me in mind, I would vote for them if they go quiet about trans issues. But do you think that they could turn against us or just stay silent as we lose our rights? If so, what can I practically do? Or am I out of luck?

So I'm very sorry that this person feels as though that's where we're at. I think that sucks. I think it sucks that we just went through a huge loss in which we lost voters for a lot of reasons. A broad swath of the electorate, different kinds of people from different walks of life and different experiences. And it's been in some debates like boiled down to, oh, Democrats need to moderate on the trans. The trans issue in quotes or that trans people need to go under the bus because there was a super PAC that had an ad that used a statement and a position that Kamala Harris took in 2020 to paint her as extreme and out of touch. An issue that has basically nothing to do with what the experience of day to day life for a trans person in America is now a stand in for the trans issue. And so I think first of all, just that is a stupid way to have this conversation. That is a stupid that. Are Democrats going to throw trans people under the bus? I. I certainly hope not. I don't believe that that will happen. It should not happen. It is both like obviously toxic, like, like a terrible thing to do, but also just politically stupid.

Do I have to analyze this? Whatever these people are, that's why everyone hates Democrats. Now, as Aaron Wexler says, you low soy beta cucks, nobody cares about this. The question, if you want to answer that question honestly to that, to that person, well, you would say, you know what your rights aren't being under attack. There is no right that a trans person doesn't have. A trans person as an adult can wear whatever clothes they called whatever they want. I wouldn't want a place of work discriminating against them based on just that fact. Like these are. It's just utter absurdity. But these people that are just so limp wristed and like this, we're going to maybe throw the trans people under the bus. And by the way, it's not a radical position to think that Kamala Harris being for sex changes for criminals in jail funded by taxpayers was a bad idea. So anyway, the reason I'm showing you all that is it's like there's going to be some roughly sane people in this fight. Like ballpark sane. And then there's just going to be the activist class that can't break out of this nonsense. And to drive this point home, when you really look at what's happened to the Democrat party, it has become radically anti American. For years. It was, well, the 1619 Project and the founding idea of America was slavery. And look how evil we are. And we're the awful empire and the big Satan and everything else. And they have literal Hamas members in the squad, in Congress. I mean, members of a terrorist organization. And yes, I believe that. Here, look what's going on over at Edison, New Jersey right now. They are trying to ban the American flag at town meetings.

I'm not going to sit here and tell you that I know all the intricacies of The Edison Township and what's going on with the board over there. And who knows what the original issue that they were debating was about. It doesn't even matter. There you have a man who is dressed in a suit, clearly a competent coin speaker, and he's holding the American flag while he's making his. The plea, the case. He's making the case for whatever it is he wants. I want to be able to put up lights outside my house or I want the road fixed or whatever it might be. Doesn't even matter what the issue is. Now they might have some rule and regulation. Are you allowed to have a banner when you're up there? And everything else. But if at this point In America, in 2024, if police officers, armed police officers are going to be called into township meetings because somebody who, while making their case for whatever the issue might be, is holding the American flag and then they're going to have the whole board of any township. Yes, we all are. We all unanimously decide that we're going to take a break so we could remove this guy. Like that's what's wrong with everything right now. It's a microcosm of a much bigger macro problem that I actually think we're solving now at a political level. Enough of these authoritarian hysterical. And they're always lefties, these people who want hyper control over you and don't want you to speak and hate the American flag and all of that stuff. Frankly, we've had enough of them. And I'm putting that video there as a little pin for you to go. Boy, next time you share up at your town meeting, which you should show up to and you should know who your local mayor is and your council of representatives and all of those things. Maybe you'll fight for what you believe in too, so we can do some of this bottom up instead of all top down. We will have a Rubin report community Q and A in just a second. Well, interestingly, the. The company that we started before Locals. So originally, when we started Locals, the idea was I wanted to create a company that was really just going to be for the Rubin Report. I had left Patreon. I needed a subscription service that was just going to be for me. And then we were like, wow, we built something really elegant here. And I could see an awful lot of people wanting to get off big tech and own the data and be able to communicate directly with their audience. And we knew we had, we were just at the beginning of doing something really cool. The company itself had several names because it wasn't like a front facing product. It was just the back end of how we were doing our own subscriptions on rubinreport.com and then it turned out when we realized, oh, we're going to spin this off to a couple other people and see if we can scale it up from there. We were talking to one of our very, very early investors about a name and he's like, you know, I've been sitting on Locals.com for a while and we had a little internal debate. We were like, locals.com okay, does it sound like a dating site or something like that? But then I thought, well, there actually is something here because what I'm always talking about is local community. I mean, I literally just did in the segment before this. And it was like that what I built with Locals with the Rubin report, Community. It's my community. It's my local community. And we all behave in a way that is congruent with my beliefs. And it's a beautiful little thing. And anyone else can create their local community and work it that way. So it was fortuitous in that one of our investors happened to own locals.com and we actually had to buy it from him, even though he was one of our investors. That's the beauty of business. If you do smart things, you can even make more money along the way. And it all worked out. JJ Core says Dave, why pardon Hunter? I think you're speaking about why pardon Hunter now. DOJ needs 60 days to destroy all in progress investigations, documents etc. Under the guise they aren't necessary. Same thing the January 6th committee did to all their investigation files. What do you think? I don't know about the specific logistics of all of that, but there is something to be said like, okay, you pardon him now how Biden's still in office for another 50 or so days. You're saying, you know, you need 60 days to do things. I don't know how they, I just don't know what the process is related to purging all the documents and everything else. But I guess in some, there was probably some calculation there that they were like, all right, don't do it the day before you leave office. Because there would be too many open things to look at, too many loose ends that the Trump team might be able to look at or the DOJ or Cash Patel or whatever, any of the other people they're really worried about. So there might, might be something there. Samantha says dav, do you have any news on Dennis Prager's recovery from back surgery after a fall? I've been worried and praying for him and I thought you might have an update since you're close to him. Well, I will tell you this. I am praying for Dennis every single day. Actually, this Friday I'm going to go visit Dennis in la. We'll have a show with is it Gad or Lara that's going to be up on Friday with Gad. Sad, which we pre taped, will be up on Friday so that I can go to LA to see Dennis. Dennis did take a spill about three weeks ago after a shower and, and I don't want to say anything that's not public already. So I would refer you guys, just jump over to the Prageru Twitter X account and take a look at some of the statements that they've made there. But I will say this. He needs your prayers. I do believe that prayer can work and I'm looking forward to seeing him and he's been an unbelievably important part of my life and David's life and our kids life. And I love him and he's strong. He's strong in mind and in body and, and I hope he's going to be okay. Greg says, do you think the Republican Party should rebrand themselves now that we have built such a different coalition? We need to do something to keep this momentum going and not lose the center left folks in 26 and 28. You know, I don't know that you need a rebrand at the moment. Right. Because like right now The Trump thing and the MAGA thing or America first, it's all kind of working and a lot of people are waking up to it. And as I've illustrated over the last couple days, there's this internal fight in the Democrat side. So it's not like, it's not like a whole slew of people are suddenly going to be racing back to them like they have such a clear great message that people will be like, oh my God, I'm going back to that. I don't see that happening at all. So I don't know that you need a new rebrand, but I hope, and I certainly will make it part of my mission for the next months and probably years forward to keep that wide tent as wide as possible without abandoning the ideas that got here. I want to always make sure that there is room in this party for an RFK and a Tulsi as much as there is room. Room for a Donald Trump and a Charlie Kirk, let's say. Or you know, the more traditional conservative types. Like a Charlie Trump isn't even the traditional conservative type. If you can keep holding onto that under the banner of pro America, pro freedom, pro capitalism, you've solved all of the problems. So I don't think you need a rebrand yet. But there, there might be a need at some point. Mara Dena says we need a tequila update. My husband wants a sipping tequila for Christmas. Come on, Dave, let's go. Okay, let's. Importing tequila and creating a tequila, it's been a little more difficult than I thought. So believe it or not, our tequila is officially going from the barrels into the bottles on December 11th. Then there's like a few day process before they can get to America. And that's all the import, export stuff and everything else. So unfortunately, they will not be for sale. And then because of the holidays, unfortunately they will not be for sale before Christmas. Which I, you know, I know originally I wanted this thing out in September. We tried so hard. I really also, we're having our big holiday party on December 14th and I really wanted to be able to bring a couple cases here and serve to all my friends and family. But it will be for sale in January. We might be able to get a pre sale up, but unfortunately we can't do it before Christmas. But I promise you, I promise you, I just. When we had Gad over when we taped that interview with him two days ago, we opened up the last bottle. We had one bottle left from our original case. And it's delicious, it's exquisite. How can Corinne Jean Pierre blatantly lie about this whole Hunter Biden pardon bs? It just amazes me. Yeah. You know, we played that clip yesterday where she just. The question from the journalist is like, did Joe Biden L. And her answer is like, joe Biden brings truths to the American people. I don't know. I genuinely do not know. It is not how I live my life. I don't know how someone could lie so brazenly all the time. It's one thing to take the job of press secretary. Like, if you take that job. And what's her name? Levitt. What's her first name? Carolyn Levitt is going to be press secretary for Trump. Now, when you're press secretary, you know, I always joked when it was Psaki or it was Karin Japir, that it is their job to lie. That's not exactly right. Their job is to communicate the ideas of the administration to the press and have the press, if we had an honest press, ask good questions and then have the press secretary explain things in as much of an honest way as possible. Now, that can be complex because there are state secrets. If you're in a military operation, you can't reveal things, et cetera, et cetera. So it's not exactly that it's your job to lie, but as a press person, anyone that's in pr, you're constantly massaging the truth. That's one version of it. But Corinne Jean Pierre, that she has so brazenly lied about so much stuff, including this, everyone knows it was a lie. It was a lie. Joe, you said it a million times. So you lied. So when the journalist says, Joe Biden said he wasn't to pardon Hunter, now he did, was that a lie? All she had to do was say. She could have even just said his feelings changed. That's probably a lie. He probably knew what he was going to do the entire time or whoever's running the show, but say something that kind of sounds ballpark saying. Instead, it's, did he lie? Joe Biden loves the truth. Like, I, I genuinely don't know how you live with yourself if you do it that way. I just don't know. I'll fight you naked. Says, one of the things I've always liked about you is that being gay isn't something that you use as though it may bolster your career. How would I use gayness to bolster my career? Not in. Well, I guess there's careers that I could. I'm a little old for that, but. However, the new intro music to the show is pretty gay. Is there any chance of switching to a less Girl Boss tune? No, I love it. You know, I know some people really love it and I've seen some comments that some people don't like it and they like a little more of like, the melodic stuff that we used to play into. We're working on a couple other versions of it, actually. But I like. I mean, that's, you know, I like 50s music. I like 70s music. Don't really love 60s music, but we tried to do a little bit of a blend of kind of uppity fun stuff. And I would say for the. For the 20 seconds a day that it plays, be your Girl Boss self. You're going to be all right. It's all good. It's all good. Erica says my husband has started the Carnivore diet three times. He never makes it past a week because he says he runs out of options and gets bored. How do you stay on track and what are some of your favorite protein stacks? Well, one thing you can do, and again, I don't do it 100%, but I did have just skirt steak for lunch with a little bit of Japanese sweet potato. That was it. I've been skipping breakfast lately. I just have a little protein, a little whey protein in my coffee. And then I usually have steak for dinner just with. I usually don't do carbs. So then it's just broccoli or Brussels sprouts or whatever. But I. I don't do it perfectly like just red meat all the time. And I don't think that's really necessary. But you should talk to your doctor, get your blood checked, all that kind of stuff. I'm not, I'm not an expert in this, but I would say one thing you can do is there's so many cuts of meat that actually do taste very different. Like a tri tip is very, very different than a skirt steak. A skirt steak, which is so simple to cook, I mean, for anyone that's getting into steak and you're a friend you don't like to cook or anything else. The skirt steak, you cannot screw up. Get an outside skirt steak, preferably prime. You'll pay a little bit more, but you can get a basic choice. Skirt steak outside is better than inside, and it's so tender, you cannot screw it up. You grill that thing for 10 minutes. Five, five and five, little salt and pepper, you're going to have a great steak, I promise you. But then, then you could have a tri tip and a tri tip which you need to bit well significantly longer. You know, a tri tip you probably want to throw on the grill for, I don't know, 45 minutes at 400, something like that, it's going to get a real nice bark. It's a, it's a little rougher, but it's just a different feel to it than you can have say a ribeye, which obviously is going to cost you more. And we do a lot of tomahawks around here and you're going to get more fat in there and the fat's not the healthiest thing, but it's not terrible for you and you're going to get a lot of flavor out of the fat. So there. And then just mix it up with some, you know, if you don't want to do pure carnivore where then in some carnivore, people like Jordan at times wasn't doing even salt and pepper. But you can do different rubs and things to taste it, make it taste differently and then just get an air fryer, get an air fryer and start throwing some veggies in there with some different seasoning and you can just mix it up, just mix it up and you'll find some things. Frank says, hey, Dave, what's the thing you're most excited about when Trump takes office on January 20th? Well, I think there'll be like a final exhale of like, okay, we got through the crazy, you know, three month period between the election and now he's taking office and we can start. But I think there'll just be a general feeling of relaxation for a moment. But what I'm most excited for is that all of the things that I've been talking about will start coming to fruition, that we will have a government that will work for us, we the people. We're going to get rid of some regulation, we're going to get rid of government waste, we're going to get rid of some of these departments. The media will be, will be sort of backpedaling the entire time and I know they'll throw new stuff at him and there'll be this scandal and that's going to do all of that stuff. But I think us being, I think Trump having the presidency and the culture at the exact same time is why I've been saying that we're going to get this 80s revival. And I think. I think it almost cannot be stopped at this point. I don't know, do they have Covid 9 socked away in there, or do they have the alien apocalypse or the zombie movie or whatever? But I think between the culture and what Trump now represents, and that's not like, oh, Bow, Bow, worship him. But I think there's enough momentum to fix so many of our problems so quickly and straighten out the culture and get back to the America that we all know in love. Elizabeth says, do you ever miss snow down in sunny Florida? I don't really. David does. But I will say the last week in Florida, we've been into the. Into the 50s, which you're, if you're a Floridian, is. Is pretty chilly. And then what happens is you end up overdressing. So we've had the kids basically in like, you know, like, fluffy winter coats. Not quite like hardcore northeast winter coats, but we're out there in the playground and they're bundled up and I got the hoodie and the sweatpants, and it is nice to occasionally bundle up a little bit. I don't really. I don't really miss the snow. Although, ask me that question again in July when it's, you know, 102 and I'm endlessly dripping sweat. And although I do like to sweat, like, then. Then I'm kind of like, all right, I guess little, little breeze would be nice. Glenn says, what school sports did you play in and if any, when you were growing up? What are your favorite sports that you try to follow now if you get free time to watch or attend? I play basketball. I play basketball. It was. It was my first love sport love, and it still is. I play basketball on Wednesdays and Sundays with this group of guys that I've mentioned before, and it's great. Age range from guys now in their early 20s into guys into their early 60s. So guys that are like. And sometimes some of the guys bring their kids. So you got kids in college playing against literal grandfathers. I'm 48 right in between. On any given day, I'm the best one out there or I'm the worst one. You just never know. I've got Brock and Joey over there playing now. I don't really watch. Watch sports that much anymore. I. The. The woke thing kind of broke it for me. I don't need to hear about racism when I'm trying to watch sports. So I watch a lot of old NBA games. Did root for the Dodgers in the World Series this year in honor of Connor and, and yeah, I was. I just don't have time. I mean that I guess more than anything else.
