Foreign everybody. How you doing? I'm Dave Rubin. This is the Rubin report. It is July 22, 2025. In just over a week, I disappear. I go off the grid for one month. And I have requested over the course of the last few weeks that you good people, if you have not subscribed to us to subscribe on the YouTube and on the Rumble, subscribe, because we're crushing it over there and we wanna go out on a good note. That's what we wanna do as we wrap up this season of the Rubin report. And over 7,000 of you subscribed yesterday on the YouTube. And look at that. We are just about 10,000 away and we basically have about 10 days to go. Do not fail me, people. And as you can see, the not subscribed, there's still a huge percentage of you that tune in every day. You, you love what we do, you comment, you share, you say nice things about me to your friends and family, and yet you haven't subscribed. So do what you gotta do and I'll give something back to you today. You know what? Normally we don't. I just do a program and we let it be. But today I'm going to teach you how to make crack. It is a special program. Yes, that's right. Hunter Biden, crack addicted. What would we call him? Artist Hunter Biden, the son of the former auto pen. He who made an awful lot of money things that he was not qualified at during his father's quote unquote presidency. He gave a big interview and this thing is absolutely wild. So we're gonna do a whole bunch on the show today. But let's just dive in with this. Cause I saw this yesterday and it was like sometimes we're in this weird thing where irony's sort of dead. You can't tell the differ difference between parody and reality anymore. You watch things are these deep fakes, cheap fakes, AI whatever. But this is legit. It is real. And, and I actually cannot believe it. And I'm almost willing to say before we even show you a clip, that this means this man is going to run for president. That's how absolutely insane it is. So Hunter Biden went on a podcast and he just let loose going after the Democrat party, going after George Clooney, James Carville, David Axelrod, the pod, Save America, losers, Anita Dun, Jake Tapper. I mean, it's just crazy. We're gonna show you two clips here. There's a lot in this one. So sit back, get your crack pipe out and I Guess you'd need a lighter. And, well, he's gonna explain how to make cracks. So just watch the first clip. Opinions. But him, him, him and everybody around him, or not to be nice, number one, I agree with Quentin Tarantino. George Clooney is not a actor. He is a, like, I don't know what he is. He's a brand. And by the way, and God bless him, you know what, he supposedly treats his friends really well. You know what I mean? Buys them things. And he's got a really great place in Lake Como and he's great friends with Barack Obama. You. What do you have to do with anything? Why do I have to listen to you? What right do you have to step on a man who's given 52 years of his life to the service of this country and decide that you, George Clooney, are gonna take out basically a full page ad in the New York Times to me and James Carville, who hasn't a race in 40 years, and David Axelrod, who had one success in his political life, and that was Barack Obama. And that was because of Barack Obama, not because of David Axelrod and David Plouffe and all of these guys and the Pod Save America guys who were junior speech writers in, you know, on Barack Obama's Senate staff, who've been dining out on the relationship with him for years, making millions of dollars. The Anita Duns of the world, who's made 40, 50 million dollars off the Democratic Party. Say what you want about crack, but that shit will focus you. I mean, that guy actually just laid out more truth and an awful lot of expletives and F bombs than anyone in the Democratic Party in God knows how long. So let's start with George Clooney. So, George Clooney, you're right. Well, he is an actor, obviously. We've all seen Ocean's Eleven and a bunch of other stuff. So he is an actor, but what he really is is a brand at this point. He became this political machine. We played that video from. What was that? Two months ago, where they bring him on CNN to talk politics. Do you know that he sold Casamigos, which is very, very average at best tequila. It is not great. He sold it for $1 billion. He created his not particularly good tequila, and I know a little something about making tequila, and he sold it for $1 billion. Might I recommend, ladies and gentlemen, if you want something better than George Clooney's sold out crappy tequila, drink Copal.com, and we'll be back in Stock next week. There's a little product placement for you. We don't do that too often. Okay, so he goes after Clooney because Clooney was. Remember, Clooney was a huge. He's been a huge backer of the Democratic Party. It was his fundraising event that the thing started to crumble, right? That was that event where Obama was there and obviously Biden was there. And Obama basically pushes him off stage. And then later we find out that George Clooney claims that Biden wasn't even sure who he was at the event. I mean, and this is only. This is barely a year ago, guys. It's right around now. A year ago. They had just put push Biden away. It's about a year. So, okay, he goes off on him, then he goes off on David Axelrod. David Axelrod was obviously a big Obama staffer and was in charge of a lot of the things Obama was doing. It's very obvious, although he's not really going after Obama specifically. He doesn't really like Obama either, that the divide here was an Obama Biden divide. And we know that Obama kind of did think that Biden was stupid, right? And there were all sorts of reasons that Obama. That Biden didn't run the first time after Obama stepped out. And they. They let it go to Hillary. Who else does he go after there? Oh, yeah, the pod. Save America losers. Like, these are just these podcasters that have somehow become like the lefty podcasters. But they were juniors. He's right. They were just nothing speechwriters. And they just made them into something. And he's going. And I just. There's a certain passion and anger and I don't know how they let him do this now. I don't know how this materialized or anything else, but there's a certain degree of truth with everything he's saying. And even though his affect is a little weird and crack does rot the brain. Don't do crack, by the way. I've never done crack. I don't want you guys doing crack. Stay off the crack. But. But you can see that there's a certain layer of. He's just had it with all these people. They've ruined his dad's legacy. They pushed him out. They treated him like garbage, even though he was doing a lot of garbage things. And he's just had it. And he's. And the other part of it, of course, is that he sees the radicalism now taking over the party, which he directly connects to OB and we'll have more on Obama in just a second. Here's part two. And before we get to how to make crack, here's part two. Going after Jake Tapper. Who's Jake Tapper's audience? Jake Tapper, My mom or something. I don't know. Well, I don't know. For real though, I don't even think it's your mom anymore. No, no. By the numbers, what influence does Jake Tapper have over anything? He has the smallest audience on cable news. And beyond that, I think that the book is right now on Amazon that he put out. I mean, his ratings just went to. After he put the book out. You know, they did a two week infomercial for it. I mean, it was such a money gr. Such a disservice to everybody that he serves with. All right, I know irony is sort of dead, but speaking of a money grab, you sell your painting sometimes for upwards of hundreds of thousands of dollars. Not because you're a good artist. We grab a picture of one of his paintings. It's all because it's a giant money laundering scheme. Right? You're a shitty ass artist. You're really nobody. You're a crackhead who draws and then people buy your paintings cause they want access to your dad. That being said, you're right about Jake Tapper. The machine just puts him there to do the machine's thing. So he ran for the very scandal around your dad that he wrote a book about and now you're angry about it. I understand that kind of righteous indignation, but we, and we also just checked. So Jake Tapper averages. What did you say, 530k? 530,000 viewers per episode on his show. They have a huge, huge budget. You know, it's not the hundred million dollar budget that Colbert has where he loses $40 million, but they have millions and millions of dollars of budget advertising, all of that stuff. He averages 525,000 viewers. Our show yesterday, just by comparison, we had 600,000 viewers just on YouTube alone, about 200,000 on Rumble. And our budget is slightly less than that. As I tweeted out this morning, I pay these people in Chipotle Guacamole. That's it. So, okay, he's pissed. He's. Do we have a picture of Hunter Biden's art? We have. And Right. So you know, that's actually not terrible. I'll give the devil his due. That's not terrible. Like there's something sort of interesting there that you could see a human shape and a heart and the sun and a mouth. I Don't know, there's some. It's not terrible, but the point, point is Hunter Biden, the only reason you're able to sell any of that crap is cuz people wanted access to your dad. So if you're talking about the shady things people do, okay, fine, fine, fine. Anywho, let's go to George Clooney for a second cuz he took it on the chin there and he's sitting around with his billion dollar tequila money and here he is talking about writing that scathing op ed about Joe Biden even though he was supporting Joe Biden long past the point where we all knew something was not right with Joe Biden. It was a civic duty. Are people still mad at you for that? Some people, sure. Him, him, him and everybody around him. I agree with Quentin Tarantino. George Clooney is not a actor. You also agree with Quentin Tarantino's rather gratuitous use of the F word. But it's just so interesting to see. This is, you know, if you were writing the story about what has happened to the Democrat party over the last 10 years, in some sense, this is the, this is the obvious conclusion at the end of what will be what we remember as the Democrat party, the sort of moderate Democrat party, whether you liked it or not. At the end, now that the radicals have fully taken over, you have these vestiges of people that aren't communists and complete lunatics, but they're crackheads and actors and elitists and dementia patients and that's all they have left versus the radicals. And they don't know what to do with it now. Now if you're watching with your children today, I want you to take them out of the room because Hunter Biden at the end of the podcast there decided to teach America how to make crack. So Connor, I want you to play the crack instructional video whenever you're ready. Because they think cocaine, Scarface, very cool crack cocaine. They think the Wire. Oh, in that sense. Oh, absolutely. You know what I mean? Like they don't know how similar the chemical compounds are. There's the only difference between crack cocaine. Cocaine is sodium bicarbonate and water and heat. Literally, that's it. And those things are pretty much free. If you go to like a science store, this is free. You can go to your neighborhood convenience store and just get. Anyway, I don't want to tell people how to make crack cocaine, but it literally is a mayonnaise jar. Cocaine and baking soda. How different is the experience? Oh, it's vastly, vastly different. Crack cocaine make you act any differently? No. Is it safer than alcohol? Probably. Dave, we're back. Go warming it up for some ice cream later. No. Or I don't even know what you do. But the point is, if you're making crack, don't use a plastic spoon cause you're gonna melt the spoon. Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard is doing a bang up job and Obama may be in a lot of trouble over the Russia, Russia, Russia collusion hoax that we've all known about for a long time. And finally someone's getting in there and doing something about it. Before we talk about that, I wan flashback to Tulsi's opening statement when she was being confirmed back in January of 2025 talking about she was already leading the story here how the FBI and intelligence agencies were politicized to go after Trump. Watch. Here are just a few other examples. The American people elected Donald Trump as their president not once but twice. And yet the FBI and intelligence agencies were politicized by his opponents to undermine his presidency and falsely portray him as a puppet of Putin. Title one of FISA was used illegally to obtain a warrant to spy on Trump campaign adviser Carter Page using a Clinton campaign funded false dossier as their so called evidence. Biden campaign adviser Tony Blinken was the impetus for the 51 former senior intelligence officials letter dismissing Hunter Biden's laptop as disinformation specifically to help Biden win the election. Former DNI James Clapper lied to this committee in 2013 denying the existence of Programs that facilitated the mass collection of millions of Americans phone and Internet records, yet was never held accountable. Under John Brennan's leadership, the CIA abused its power to spy on Congress to dodge oversight, lied about doing it until he was caught, and yet has never been held responsible. You know, there's something very interesting. Obviously I know Tulsi quite well personally and professionally. And I've interviewed her a million times. And she's a good, good human being who wants to serve this country and also is in the military serving just months ago. Obviously she's not serving right now, but there's something about her sober tone there and also the fact she's just laying out facts. Right. She's just telling you here is what happened. Nobody challenged her on any of those things. And then usually what happens in government is, oh, okay, people say, you know, you guys did all these bad things over here and years ago we found out you were doing this and all this stuff. But as you know, I talk about this all the time. Nothing ever happens, right? Nobody ever pays the price for anything. No one ever gets fired. No one ever gets thrown in jail. And I think there's debates around whether you want to start jailing people and all of that stuff. But what I think is interesting about this is what I'm going to read to you now because what we just showed you was January when she was being confirmed saying there is some serious stuff here. And the difference between this administration and I would say probably every administration, perhaps in my lifetime, but certainly since, let's say, the last three decades, what the difference is is that these are serious people who don't seem to be messing around. So now listen, let's get you the update now from the Daily Wire. The Department of Justice has reportedly confirmed receipt of Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard's criminal referral regarding bombshell allegations that former President Barack Obama and his team sought to gin up intelligence to create a narrative of Russian narrative of Russian interference in the 2016 election. The report did not have any details on the exact contents of the referral. However, Gabbard and President Donald Trump have said Obama, former FBI Director James Comey, former CIA Director John Brennan and former Director of National Intelligence James Tapper were involved in the creation of the intelligence assessment released in early 20. Gabbard announced this past weekend, on this past weekend's episode of Sunday Morning Futures that she was including uncovered documents linked to the Obama era controversy, the Department of Justice and the FBI in a criminal referral. Okay, so now let's get Trump's follow up on this from Truth Social. Obama himself manufactured the Russia, Russia, Russia hoax. Crooked Hillary, Sleepy Joe and numerous others participate in this. The crime of the century, irrefutable evidence, a major threat to our country. And before I chime in with my thoughts, here is special spokesman, assistant to the President Harrison Fields on Fox. It was the predicate for everything that we're seeing for the past almost 10 years. You started with the Russia, Russia hoax. That led to the indictments, that led to the impeachments, that led to the lawfare that we saw for years. We all witnessed it. And you know who was in bed with the Democrats and Obama? The media. This was the same media that was pushing this entire narrative that the President was somehow a Russian asset because we are the ones. The will of the American voter from 2016 on who voted for President Trump in overwhelming majorities had to deal with this. Our country was so divided from these investigations. Like I said before, it was the predicate for everything. Obama's hands are on this. And what is he doing now? He's over here with his wife, doing a podcast, walking without flip flops on the beach, acting like his whole career was everything and a bag of chips. It wasn't. It was the most corrupt presidency we've ever seen. We thought Joe Biden was bad. Now we know who was behind it all. It was Barack Hussein Obama. And we need answers. Okay? So I am not going to BS you. I never BS you. I don't know what will come of this. As I said, the bad guys always seem to scurry free. Fauci's still wandering around. There's all sorts of people who do bad things in government that never pay the price. However, the fact that Tulsi has now escalated this, the fact that she warned about this in January and is now bringing some charges, they're circling the waters. The wall seemed to be closing in on Obama for a phrase that the rest of them use against Trump all the time, that Trump is tweeting about it and that we know, we now know. I mean, think how ridiculous in retrospect, the idea that the Russians somehow installed President Trump the first time around or. Or fiddled with our elections or whatever. Now, that's not to say all sorts of governments do all sorts of things and they can manipulate us with bots and the way they can manipulate the algorithm and misinformation and dis. All of those things exist. That's not to say they don't. But if our intelligence services, if John Brennan and James Comey, et cetera, et cetera were all coll alluding together to create a fake narrative along the lines of this that really started with Hillary and the Steele dossier. Then we've really got something here. Whether something comes of it, we shall see. But we'll. Well, I guess we'll see. We'll leave that there. Let's talk about Gold Co for a second, then more on the other side. Guys, did you know that Florida just legalized gold and silver as money? Yeah, yeah, that's right. The free state of Florida, my home state, recognizes gold and silver now as legal tender. Governor DeSantis put it best this is about giving you the financial freedom to protect yourself against the declining dollar. With inflation, national debt soaring and even US Credit downgrade, it's no wonder people are waking up. That's why I've partnered with Gold Co, a top tier precious metals company I trust. Want to protect your savings? Visit davelikesgold.com to get your free 2025 gold and silver kit. Once again, that's davelikesgold. All right, so let's go back to the crackhead for just a second. It's not just that he taught us how to smoke crack. Put that aside for a moment. Said what he said about the Clooney and the other people. Here he is on illegal immigration and I've sort of given him credit, the crack smoking lunatic for laying it out how it is. Here he is yelling about illegal immigration but then saying the part that the Democrats used to not say about illegal immigration. But they all seem to be saying it, that they want a certain set of people in perpetual servitude. But these guys think that we need to run away from all values in order for us to lead. I say you, how are we getting those people back from El Salvador? Because I'll tell you what, if I became president in two years from now or four years from now or three years from now, I would pick up the phone and call the president of El Salvador and say, you either send them back or I'm going to invade. It's a crime what they're doing. He's a dictator thug. Bukele or Trump? Both. Yeah, be like all these Democrats say you have to talk about and realize that people are really upset about illegal immigration. You how do you think your hotel room gets cleaned? How do you think you have food on your table? Who do you think washes your dishes? Who do you think does your garden? Who do you think is here? By the way, Sheer just grit and Will that they figured out a way to get here because they thought that they could give themselves and their family a better chance. And he's somehow convinced all of us that these people are the criminals. All right, first off, just as a note, in general, if you're ever a public speaker, I mean, one of the things I try to do on the show is I try not to drop the F bomb that much. The less that you do it, the more that you are judicious with it. It has some effect when you just say it every other word. I mean, what he's doing there is just. It's like. It's like a lazy thing. Like if you just say F every other word, it's because you're really just trying to overly emote. My God, listen to how many times he said F you. He must really know what he's talking about. He's so passionate about it. That's like a classic lefty thing. Like you overly emote about everything. That aside the fact that he is saying the quiet part that they. Who is going to clean your room? Who is going to cut your grass? Who is going to pick your tomatoes? We better let these people here. It is so thin somehow. It's actually bigoted in some way and it's awful and evil. And again, all of these people will be replaced by robots. The Optimus robot that Tesla is working on is going to be for sale by the end of the year. And although it won't immediately be able to make your bed, probably within a year, it will be and a whole bunch of other things. And then what are you gonna do with all of these people? Also, even if you were as great and empathetic as you seem as you drop all those F bombs, Hunter, that doesn't make it just to not have a border. So the point of this is that even when he, Hunter, is not the crazy Marxist communist lunatic that the Democrats have become, he's part of the old thing that was just corrupt and wrong about moats. Stuff, stuff. But it's barely better because look at what he is offering. And now a lady who doesn't have a job, Joy Reid, she went on Piers Morgan's show. And again, when they say the quiet part out loud, it's rather extraordinary. She does not care about how many people Obama deported because Trump is mean. Do you know how many people Barack Obama deported in eight years? I'm sure you're going to tell me. Well, what are you guessing? I don't know and don't care. I know you don't know and you don't care. You've just given me. Because it's not the issue. You're trying to make the issue the same thing. Hang on, Joy. You've just given me a lengthy monologue attacking Donald Trump's de aggressive deportation policy. And I've simply said to you, there was a Democrat, a black Democrat, President of the United States for eight years. I'm simply asking, given that you're obviously all over every detail of the Trump deportation policy and given you were on the airwaves in America on a daily basis through Obama's tenure, how many people did he deport in eight years? I do not know. You'll tell me. I'm for sure. I'm sure. Have a guess. But it's probably more than a million people. I'm quite certain. Have a guess, because I think each 2 million. It was 3 million him. Okay. And your point being what? My point being, are you as shocked by that as you are claiming to be by Trump? It is not deportations. Many of them were, bro. It's not deportations. It's that he's mean when he's doing the deportations. By the way, we haven't even deported 3 million people yet. So Obama did more. But look, it's just a perfect illustration of why the woman doesn't have a job in the first place. And it has nothing to do with ra race. Right. It has everything to do with the fact that she did not know what she was talking about. And she was an activist more than a journalist. If you cared, if you cared about illegals, then you would care about those numbers. She said, what does she say? I don't know. I don't care. I think she said. I think she literally said, I don't care. And it's like, well, then you're just showing us what you are. You are an activist for the Democrat Party, and when your people are in charge, all hell is allowed to break loose and you just will look the other way. And when it's the guy that you don't like, then you're gonna freak out as if it's the wor thing ever, even if it's not quite as bad as when it happened under your guy. Speaking of terrible Democrats, there is a city in the America country that I used to live in called Los Angeles. I don't know what I was going for there. There's a city, it's called Los Angeles. I used to live there. It's a real shithole now. And the mayor is Karen Bass. And Karen Bass is not a very bright woman. She's not a very competent woman. I believe she was in Uganda when the fires broke out, even though they told her to stay home and not go to Uganda. Her new thing, Shopify, helps you sell at every stage of your business. Like that. Sign up for your $1 a month trial@shopify.com. listen. Is that she is trying to pretend that she is the protector of Los Angeles as Donald Trump sends in the troops. Now, of course, Donald Trump is sending in federal officers and ICE officers to clean up the mess that she created by making the place a sanctuary city. And they are going around and they are arresting illegals who. Because the word legal is in it and ill means not. They're getting them out of the country. She's very upset that these people are wearing masks. Not the people who are burning down the streets. The people who are actually cleaning up the streets. They shouldn't wear masks. Los Angeles is a city of immigrants. 3.8 million people, and about 50% of our population is Latino. And so when the raid started, fear spread. The masked men in unmarked cars, no license plate, no real uniform, jumping out of cars with rifles and snatching people off the street, leading a lot of people to think maybe kidnappings were taking place. How do you have mask men who then say, well, we are federal officials with no identification. Well, you know what the administration will say to that? They'll say they're in danger, that there have been threats, that there has been doxxing, and that that's the reason they have the masks on. Okay, again, I want to really give the devil his due here, and we're looking into it. But first off, where are all the videos of masked unmarked cars with people with no identification grabbing citizens? I haven't seen one video of that, have you? And if you have, please send it to us and we will air it. But. But because I want to give the devil his due. If there are unmarked cars with unmarked people who are masked, meaning they have no identification. It doesn't say ice. There's no number here. There's no nothing. And they're literally just grabbing people, legal or illegal, upstream that actually I will say is a problem, because if you were walking down the street and a car just showed up with masked people in it and went to grab you, if you had a gun, let's say you were a legal citizen of the United States and you had a gun, you'd probably shoot at those people. So there is perhaps something to talk about. If at any level she is being honest here, I just. We just don't have enough evidence of it. But this thing about, okay, we have 3.8 million people in LA and half of them are Latino. Okay, Are you implying that all Latinos are illegal? They're not. I live in freaking Miami. I hear more Spanish than English on a daily basis. Okay? And all of my friends who are of various Latino nationalities, originally, they are pro Trump and they're pro borders because they came here the right way. And we even know that now in Texas border towns that are largely Latino, they're veering the most Republican because they don't want to be overrun. So it's just absurd. But again, we'll try to. If you have. If anyone watching this, if anyone across the Internet is watching this and you have video evidence of an unmarked car with an unmarked man in a mask grabbing somebody with no identification or anything else, then that's something to talk about. Whether they're grabbing an illegal or illegal person, we just have not seen that. But I. But I'm trying to be as judicious as possible here. Here she is talking about how she's not worried that if the ICE agents were docs, that anything would happen to him. There says that his agents, some of them, fear that their families will be retaliated against, and that's why they are. Are covering their faces, that they do wear markings for the agencies that they work with. How do you respond? Well, well, first of all, let me just tell you that the mask men are not from Los Angeles. And so how their families could be retaliated against. And then what is that to say to local law enforcement, the Los Angeles Police Department, none of whom are ever masked, who always identify themselves and even hand someone a business card. So that makes absolutely no sense at all. And I don't know, but I have a hard time believing that the woman selling pineapples on the corner is going to attack an ICE agent. Lady, that's not the point. Again, we're checking right now. We're trying to find out a little bit more information on this, whether there is. You can put it up on the prompter in a second. Whether there is any Identification on these people. What the interviewer said right there is that ICE agents are saying there is some sort of number, there is some sort of identifier. But then of course she whittles it down to the ladies. The lady selling pineapples. It's not whether the person who goes up to the lady selling pineapples is wearing a mask or not wearing a mask, it's whether that lady is illegal. That's the real issue here. Right, but you don't want to address the real issue. What you want to do is make it seem that the federal government, which by the way, gave you months, Trump warned you dingbats for months. If you don't do something about that, this we are going to do something about it. You did not heed the warning and now he's in there doing that. Do we have, do we have. All right, we're going to get a little bit more info. Joey Joseph's working on that right now. And if you want to see, you know, this dismissive attitude towards they shouldn't wear masks and, you know, they shouldn't be afraid of doxing and everything else as if it's the safest freaking job. And you know what? It is not. This is video. We had to actually cut out the first portion because I'm sure it would have been taken down on YouTube. This is a border agent who was shot in the face by an illegal alien during an apparent robbery attempt in New York City within the last couple of days. So what you're going to see, he's already been shot. Then you're going to see the illegal and his friend, so we assume they're both illegal, going to rob him once he's been shot. And then it's going to, you're going to see a bleep for a second because he then gets shot again. This just happened in New York City last couple days. We have one subject outstanding, right? Hey, father believe the man in the red T shirt. I believe I just heard that they were covered. The, the injured body of the man in the white T shirt. This is the type of thing, why don't we know his name, whether he's dead or not? This is a guy doing his job, doing his job to protect you, but we're not going to know his name and the illegal will likely get away. Here we're getting some info. As per the the identifier situation, U.S. immigration and Customs ICE officers are not required to wear a standard uniform, which can make identification challenging. However, they typically carry official government issued badges that identify them as part of ice. Okay, so that makes sense. They don't have to wear a uniform because they have to operate often in places where they need a level of anonymity so that they can figure out what's going on. Now, as far as the badge. So if someone. This is an interesting thing. This is where if we had a decent media, they'd be discussing this. You want to frame this, right? Anyone in mainstream media. So you. You can. Everyone, I think can understand, okay, if you're going to send people in to get illegal, so they're going to sweatshops or they're going to, you know, a meat packing factory or whatever it might be, if they all show up wearing uniforms, then it's going to be. Be. You're giving away too much, right? People are just going to run immediately and everything else. So instead you send people in in plain clothes, which is mostly what they do. But as I just said, if you were walking down the street and a car just stopped and it had no identifiable marker on it and the guy that jumped out just had a mask and no identifiable marker, you might think you were being kidnapped or they were coming for your kid. And if you had a gun, you could see why that would be. Or out of control. So if you are in mainstream media, how about discuss that? How about without the hysteria and without making it seem like these people are all evil and awful and doing terrible things and taking legals off the street and everything else, how about discuss that? What is really the best way to do this? That they. That there's. You can absolutely make the argument that they should be unmarked and not in uniforms. But then what is their response? What is it that they have to do? There obviously is an sop. There's a standard operating procedure. Is it that before they approach you, they have to show you that they're with ICE or they allowed to get you first and then immediately show them something. I don't know the details of all that, but that's what. If we had an actual media, that's what they would be doing anyway. Here's a bit more on the rap sheet of the illegal alien who just shot the guy in the video we just showed you. Miguel Francisco Moro Nunes is and has a rap sheet that is a mile long. He was arrested. He was charged with grand larceny and also assault. The state of Massachusetts has an active warrant out for him for armed robbery with a firearm. He also has many other charges against him, such as kidnapping and witness intimidation. There's Absolutely zero reason that someone who is scum of the earth like this should be running loose on the streets of New York City. He was arrested four different times in New York City, and because of the mayor's policies and sanctuary city policies, was released back to do harm to people and to individuals living in this city. Make no mistake, this officer is in the hospital today fighting for his life because of the policies of the mayor of the city and the city council and the people that were in charge of keeping the public safe, they refused to do so. And now we have the situation on our hand where someone who has dedicated their lives to protecting the public is now fighting for his own. Okay, so there's so much here because not only was this guy illegal, he was arrested four times. And then, as Noem points out, he was released repeatedly. And it's interesting. She's laying the blame on the mayor of New York City. And you know who the mayor of New York City is? That's Eric Adams. Eric Adams, the guy who's now fighting for his political life, no longer as a Democrat because they've completely lost their minds. And he's an independent fighting for his political life against the openly communist Marxist, Zorhan Mandami. We'll have more on him in just a second. But think about the crazy position that people of New York City have been put in. They become a sanctuary city under this ridiculous. Well, it wasn't even Eric Adams. It was the. What was his name, Bill de Blasio, before him. Right. Who really opened it up. And he was a true lunatic in all of the COVID Eat fries and we'll give you. Get a Covid shot and we'll give you French fries. Okay? So the place goes crazy. But the point is that right now you have a border agent who was shot in a park in New York City by an illegal who's been arrested four times. And it's the fault of the guy, Eric Adams, who people are like, my God, if he doesn't become mayor again, New York City's gonna going to fall apart. Like, what an absolutely awful bargain the people of New York City have been stuck with. Here's Timu Obama on this whole situation. The Republicans made a big deal about how the Biden administration handled the border last year. That was a major issue in the election. But then we have this officer from the CBP who was shot in Manhattan last night. And Republicans are saying, see, this is, you know, part of the policy. People got in the country, country illegally. They shouldn't be here. What's your response to that? When something that tragic happens in your home city, it's my hope that the victims of this criminal act are able to fully and completely recover and those responsible for the criminal act should be held accountable and prosecuted to the full extent of the law. At the end of the day, we have to make sure in this country that we secure the border, fix our broken immigration system in a bipartisan and comprehensive way, while at the same time standing up for dreamers, farm workers and law abiding immigrant families. What a worthless nothing he is. Timu Obama isn't enough of a descriptor for him. What's worse than is there a TEMU version of temu? Like what would be the most Chinese drop, drop ship? You're getting the crappiest thing ever. We put a little Covid on it before we mail it out to you. That's what he really is. Shows no emotion whatsoever that a border patrol agent was just shot and might not live. No emotion whatsoever. Then he goes into victims of this criminal act. It was one victim. He doesn't even understand that the victims of this criminal act. And then of course, we need a border. Except it's you guys that opened up the border. It's you guys that allowed it to be a sanctuary city. This is on you, buddy. If there is a Temu of Teemu, that is what you are. Here's a short one. Well, it's a short man and a short video. Go. Do you condemn the attacks on ICE agents? What attacks on ICE agents? That's Jerry Nadler. He has no idea there have been attacks on ICE agents. There's obviously been multiple attacks on ICE agents. I did enjoy him as Oswald Cobblepot in Batman Returns, which was a pretty good movie with Michael Keaton. And then of course, he was ultimately replaced by George Clooney. The series went to here's another Democrat lunatic. Of course, this is the man who farted on MSNBC with Chris Matthews, Eric Swalwell. And here he is accusing ICE agents of terrorizing women. Don't wear masks in our community. You're terrorizing women. Real men don't terrorize women. Real men also don't fuck Chinese spies. But you did. Her name's Fang. Fang. Check it out, people. Also, do you have a problem with people wearing masks, Connor? Do we have a maybe a. Yeah, that's not. Not Mad Max Fury Road. That's just la. That is a man who looks like he'd kill you and everyone you know. And that's not the American flag. And he's masked. Oh, and he's standing on an electric car and something has exploded behind him. Eric Swalwell has jack shit to say about that. Here's the reverse. Eric Swalwell, Tom Homan, who will play Tom Homan in the movie about Tom Homan called the Tom Homan Story regarding violent crime against. Against our CBP officers. I've been doing this since 1984. I've never seen a situation where I see it today. New York City. How many times you want to see NYPD attacked by illegal alien criminals in the city now, federal officer, how many citizens this city has been attacked by illegal aliens in this city? You see the polls, everybody agrees we should be arresting public safety threat illegal aliens. But you got a city council here that locked us out of records off island. Are you kidding me? So an illegal alien in Rikers island we can't talk to, we don't have access to, that makes a city unsafe? Every sanctuary city is unsafe. I'll say it again. Sanctuary cities are sanctuaries for criminals. And I will work very hard with Secretary Noem to keep President Trump's promise and his commitment several weeks ago that sanctuary cities are now our priority authority. We're going to flood the zone. You don't want to let us into jail to arrest a bad guy in the safety and security of a jail. You want to release him into the street, which makes it unsafe for the community, makes it unsafe for the officer, makes it unsafe for the alien. Can anything can happen on a street arrest. So what we're going to do, we'll have more agents in New York City to look for that bad guy. So sanctuary cities get exactly what they don't want. More agents in the community and more agents in the work site. All right, so first off, remember where we started the show today where I was talking about the seriousness and the somberness of Tulsi Gabbard as she's laying out the wrong way that the previous administration dealt with things. Well, that's exactly what he's doing right there. And it's like there's every reason to believe that they will flood the zone, they will get more people out there, and they will clean it up. Now, interestingly, let me offer Eric Adams, if you're watching the show today, let me offer you a little political advice. And you know I'm pretty good about the ideas. Sometimes I get my political predictions wrong. But let me offer you something. Something what you could do right now is try to be a leader. It is your fault that this place Largely became a sanctuary city. As I said, Bill, Bill de Blasio started it before you, but you allowed it to happen. You were horrible. Under Covid Post de Blasio, like you've been pretty terrible. You allowed the hotels to be taken over, you allowed the streets to be taken over, the drugs everywhere. Okay, you were pretty terrible. And that has led now to the rise of this Mamdani guy and you losing you not even being a Democrat that anymore. You have an interesting opportunity right now. I don't think that the average person in New York City wants border officers, regardless of your political position or your party, to be shot just like that. I don't think the average person wants four time people who've been arrested, who are illegal to be put back out on the streets and everything else. So why don't you give a speech today? You can put on your best suit. We know you have all those good fitting suits, right? And you can get up there and say, New York City, here's my mea culpa. I really screwed up. I really, really screwed up. I really thought that sanctuary cities were the right idea. I didn't want federal government overreach. You can make up a story, make up a story. But now things have changed and now we are on the precipice of losing the city for a generation to a completely psychotic communist Marxist madman. You might want to say that now. I know you're afraid to say it because you think if you cozy up too much to law and order and the Trump administration that you'll lose too many people in New York City. And that might be true. That might be true. New York City might be so far gone, there might be so many brain broken leftists there and gender queer furries for Palestine and everything else that it just that telling the truth and standing up for law and order and being a sane person doesn't work. But it might. So maybe you want to try that because otherwise Zorhan Mandami is going to be the jihadist mayor of New York City. We will have more on him in just a second. But first, Lean. Have you heard of Caroluma? It's an edible cactus from India known for its appetite suppressant effects. And it's one of the key ingredients in a powerful supplement called Lean. If you've got bold weight loss goals but don't want to deal with injections, Lean might actually be what you're looking for. Formulated by doctors, Lean is the closest thing they've seen to the benefits of those popular shots without the needle. Okay, so we're talking about the serious people in this administration with stark contrast to the ridiculous people running the Democrat run cities. Here's Caroline Levitt. You know that she is the White House spokesperson and here she is going after Mondami for not commenting on what we've been talking about for the last 20 minutes or so. Well, the President reserves the right to weigh into the race if he chooses. He has weighed in with respect to, respect to saying that New Yorkers absolutely cannot afford to elect this communist who is running. And you mentioned he hasn't spoken out about a border protection officer being shot in the face in the city. Of course he hasn't. Because he stands for open borders. He stands for allowing illegal alien criminals and criminals of all kinds to run free. He's talked about doing away with prisons. He's talked about and supported the movement to defund our police and the brave men and women in New York City and in every city across this country who put their uniform on every day to protect their fellow Americans and have a right to go home to their families every single night. Just like any other law abiding citizen in this country. That individual certainly would be a disaster for New York. But I think it's quite telling, Martha, that he was here in Washington D.C. just last week meeting with some of the Democrat parties top elected officials, many of whom whom have endorsed him. The Democrat party is fully embracing communism. Yeah, she's right again. Do you realize how insane this situation is? The guy who's basically the only savior for New York City now is Eric Adams, the very guy who put in the policies that we are now seeing the results of. And he's the savior because the other guy, Mamdani, is a true lunatic. But don't take my word for it, take his word for it. This is from 2020 talking about Mamdani talking about the abolition of jails and the abolition of our of course racist criminal justice system. Just zoom out and talk about what my thoughts on prisons are in general. And I think that if you look at the way that prisons are set up in our society, I would argue that they do not work, they do not make us safer. People do not come out of prison. You know, the issues that lead people to go into prison are not resolved by the institution. And Then when they return from it, you know, it is not something that is in the past. Sometimes, oftentimes, prison actually exacerbates those issues. If we have an understanding that our criminal justice system is racist, which is quite a general understanding now, it seems to be shared by many, many people, then how can we simultaneously be investing in it as the way we both judge and determine the futures of so many people in our state? Okay, first off, our criminal justice system is not racist. In front of every courthouse in America is Lady justice and she is blindfolded. That does not mean that there aren't individual racist people. And that also doesn't mean that different communities behave in different ways, leading to different outcomes and a series of other things. But this is what the left does. They flippantly just say something is racist, the system is racist. Systemic racism. Thus, what will we do? We will burn down the system. Now, I'm trying today. I'm really trying, guys. So I'll give the devil his due. Again, the first part of what he said might at least be partly correct, which is that do we actually reform people in jail? I don't know. I'd like to see more numbers on that. But if someone goes into jail and is in jail for five years, do we deal with the root causes in. In jail of why he was a criminal in the. Why did you rape that woman? Why did you murder that family? Why did you sell drugs to those children? Do we redo a lot of that in jail? Probably not. So there might be something there. But his point is we have a racist system and we must burn it down. He wants to. He wants this. The same person who is saying that also wants. When there is mass crime in a city or a domestic dispute or something else, he wants to send in social workers. It is highly dangerous. And we've been through this script before. Remember, defund the police. That's what his co Jihadist Ilhan Omar did in Minnesota. And then what happened? All hell broke loose. They had their summer of love and then she started demanding for more policing. That's exactly what happened there. Uh, but this guy is a radical of radical radicals. He is pulling right out of Karl Marx's playbook here. He is calling for the abolition of private property. My platform is that every single person should have housing. And I think faced with these two options, the system. The system has hundreds of thousands of people unhoused, right? For. For what? And if. If there was any system that could guarantee each person housing, whether you call it the abolition of private property or you call it just a statewide housing guarantee. It is preferable to what is going on right now. And I think that people try and play gotcha games about these kinds of things. And it's like, look, I care more about whether somebody has a home. The abolition of private property is preferable to what we have right now. Might I recommend that you guys watch Gangs of New York? It is a great movie. Leonardo DiCaprio. And who's the main bad guy? He's a wonderful actor, but nobody knows his name because he's not a political person. He's just a good actor. That great actor. He's the main guy. Daniel Day Lewis, he's an incredible, incredible actor. And I would recommend that you watch the end of the movie. Maybe we'll even play a clip of it on the show tomorrow if it's not a copyright issue. Where the people that are frustrated, the poorer people downtown and they've got their legitimate grievances, they finally decide to go uptown and guess what? It doesn't end well. Well, as they're busting into those town homes and murdering people and throwing them out the windows and everything else. But that's what's going to happen to you guys on the Upper east side. Do you get it? That's what's going to happen to you when you live on Central park west and he gins up enough hate for the poorer people. Why do they have. They have their own brownstones. They have a penthouse. They have a parking garage. Why do they have that? We should have it. So we're going to abolish it. So the problem is here, and this is actually, this connects to the Hunter Biden thing. The Hunter Biden thing was here you have this last vestige of something sane. And I know it's hard to. Hard to believe that because he's a crackhead, but he's trying to say something somewhat true about the Democrats and the machine and the media and everything else. And then you have the same thing happening in New York City. You have the guy, Eric Adams, who, who was an. Who is wrong about almost everything and has been absolutely terrible and is a pandering idiot and did that commercial where he wanted you to check in your children's teddy bear, whether they were hiding crack. Why are these people all obsessed with crack? That. That does make you think something, all of that. But he's the last thing to stop the abolition of private property in New York City. And you might be going, david, David, if you call me David, you might be going, david, this is a Bit much. This is a bit much. You're being a little hysterical today. He's just one man. This doesn't represent the entire party. Except it does. Here are representatives Pramila Jayapal. She's a real look at Mark Takano and David Axelrod, the guy who the crackhead was going after before. Here they are defending and supporting Mom Dahme after meeting with him. He's bringing the party together at this point. Look, he's bringing anybody who can see the reality of the success of his candidacy and his campaign together. Anybody that's staying out at this point instead of endorsing this incredible dynamic leader is missing an opportunity. The overall impression on me was this guy is not a communist, he's not a socialist. He's an advocate for small C capitalism. Democrats deal with Mamdani, who is the Democratic nominee to become the next mayor of New York City, I think thoughtfully, because he stirred a lot of excitement, especially among young people in the city of New York. And he did it by focusing on an issue that I think is, is national in scope, which is affordability. It's particularly true for young people. If you're going to be a big tent party, then you got to be a big tent party. And he's from New York City and he's reflecting what he thinks are the best positions for New York City. Voters in New York will decide that. All right, first off, I've said it before, but Jayapal just freaks me out. Like if I saw that woman in like, with just like the lighting being like a little bit dim, like I would freak out and never be able to sleep again. That's one, one thing. Now first, let's just address the, the mandami. This idea that there's this mandami effect that this guy is so successful and everything else in. He did win the Democrat primary, but it was with 9% of the total electorate, meaning Democrats can only vote. It's a closed primary. There are some primaries that are open so Republicans can vote in it. Democrats have a closed primary, so only Democrats vote in it. Okay, so he got 9% of the total election. So the idea that he's somehow a guaranteed win is, I would say, not quite true. But again, I'm not overstating the fact that New York City is pretty screwed and they have a lot of broken brain people. And he probably will win because the best defense against him again is Eric Adams, who ushered in a lot of this nonsense. But you can see what's happening with the small. I've never heard of small C capitalism. I've heard of small C conservatism, but you can see what's happening with all of these people. He's got the energy now, right? He smiles, he's got the soft lens, he plays the lo fi music, and he's got the energy. And since they stand for nothing, well, energy will be a substitute for principles. That's how it's gonna work with these guys. David Axelrod, by the way, is worth $18 million. So, David Axelrod, although you do live in Chicago and thankfully you haven't been shot yet, you may wanna watch out because your mayor over there, Brandon Johnson, he's a lunatic too, and that he will usher in someone more Mandami like than even him, and they will come for you and they will likely kill you and your family and take your house and you'll probably regret it then. Although the Ozempic is working, here is Scott Galloway. We've had him on the show before. NYU professor of business, talking about the honest part of this. The honest part of it is that there is a cost of living issue. Now, the cost of living issue, I would say, is largely because of bad Democrat policies, perhaps something like the Inflation Reduction act, which just printed money and actually, actually increased inflation. Donald Trump's trying to reverse all that and get the economy going. But young people do have the general sense that it is harder to get ahead. We also have extremely high interest rates right now, so it's very hard to get a loan, Right? In the old days, you could put down 20% and get an interest, you know, get a loan at say 2.5%, something like that. And as I always talk about then it's kind of fun to pay your mortgage because it's like, oh, I'm paying myself to live. That's pretty great. Now interest rates are closer to 6, 7%, and often they want 25 or 30% down. So it is harder. That's the legit part. The question is, is communism the answer? Anyway, here's Scott Galloway. For the first time in our Nation's history, a 30 year old man or woman isn't doing as well as his or her parents were at 30. That is the social compact breaking down. People age 30 to 34, 60% of them in 1990 had one child. Now it's 27%. People are opting out of America. They're not optimistic about it, they're not having kids. Young people aren't having sex, they're not meeting, they're not mating. The pool of emotionally and economically Viable men shrinks every day, which lessens household formation. So we have a real issue. Young people are enraged. So it turns every cut, every movement into an opportunistic infection because quite frankly, they are just pissed off. Housing prices have gone from 290 to 420 in the last four years. So a young person, a house, stocks that I don't own skyrocket in value. Let's have Covid relief and flush the markets. And this is one of the most spectacular venues with all kinds of character and hospitality scenery. These people in this Gitas Valley, they love when you come to see what they have to offer. I'm JJ Harris, Ellensburg rodeo clown, and I want to invite you to the rodeo. Come hang out with us in Ellensburg. Great rodeo, great time. Two performances on Saturday. One is the extreme bulls of the year event. Do not miss The Ellensburg Rodeo, August 29th through September 1st. We'll see you there. Take assets way up. Because if a million people dying would be bad, would be tragic if I got less wealthy and I we're doing it on their credit card. Young people have every reason to be enraged and every issue they see, they look up, they get angry, and they see someone doing better than them. And then every day it is speedballed in their face that they are failing, that they are not doing as well as everyone around them. We have lost the script. Our kids are more anxious and more depressed and more obese and more addicted. And we have made a purposeful decision to let this happen by ensuring the people around this table stay wealthy at the cost of young people. All right, I'm offering all of the people who I'm against advice today. Not only am I going to do it for Eric Adams, but you know, Scott Galloway, who I really like, by the way, and I've had on the show, and he's a good man. He's a Democrat, actually. But he does lay out things that make sense. Now, he voted for Kamala. So to me, his conclusion of all of this is wrong. Right. So it would sort of be like a. A Bill Maher version of it. You get most of the issues right, but then you get to the wrong conclusion is what it is. But what I would say to the Democrats is maybe you and I know, I know they're not going to do it, but you might want to listen to someone like him. He's addressing the same. He's acknowledging that whatever's going on with young people, he laid out the depression. They're not having kids. They're literally not having sex, they're not getting out. There's all of the things and it's post Covid and all of the stuff. And then they see the economic conditions. And also it's also partly in some way it's like, get over it. Wow. Wow. Like, the world is not that easy. Like, it's freaking tough. And for as depressed as you might be at 19 and think that the world sucks right now, it's still a hell of a lot better for you than it was for your grandparents at 19, almost without exception. That's. That's just reality. But it's hard to explain that to young people, right? Like, they just think everything's about them at all times. That's part of being young. I would recommend, if you were a Democrat, you might want to listen to a guy like this a little bit more because his conclusion is that we don't want to go to communism. He's not saying all that and then saying, okay, vote for the communists. I love the phrase. I'm going to use it. He said that it's an opportunistic infection. That's the right idea. So what the Democrats are doing, the reason you see them all diving in on mom dummy right now is they see an opportunist infection. There's an infection, there's something wrong, regardless of how it got wrong or whatever else. But then the opportunists jump in. So if you would have said to David Axelrod, who is an Obama guy, but largely just like a Nothing Democrat moderate 20 years ago, if you would've said to him, boy, will you be supporting a communist who wants to abolish private property and get rid of the prisons 20 years from now, he would have said, you're a freaking lunatic. But it's an opportunistic infection. He sees which way the winds are blowing. And because they don't stand for anything, they will just stand for the energy. That's where we're at. And now what's going to happen, and I predicted this months ago, is that if the, if the Mamdani thing happens and it starts looking like it has energy, you're going to see it start popping up in other places. And Minneapolis, congratulations, you've got your Mamdami. His name is Omar Fatteh. Here's an image from Charlie Kirk. Omar Fatteh. This is a couple different winning Minneapolis mayor. And that looks like the America that I know. You know America or Fallujah, who knows? And wait, wait a minute, wait a minute. Can we zoom? Look at that. In Minneapolis is that St. Olaf native Rose Nyland. Okay, have I killed that joke already? It works for me. It works for a sliver of people, not the people in this room. And maybe not for you, but she was from Minnesota, and she doesn't deserve this shit. Of course, she ended up moving to Miami, so, you know. Anyway, a little bit more on his Socialist Omar Fatez win. From Alpha News, Socialist Omar Fatteh wins the Democratic endorsement over incumbent Mayor Jacob Fry. Now, the hilarious part of all of this, look at this picture. This is Jacob Fry at the height of COVID And there he is with a mask on, crying. He's crying over the casket of George Floyd. So this spineless, pathetic douchebag was on his knees crying over that. During our summer of love, we also played a video of poor Jacob, who's really not got a lot of skills, so I don't know what he's going to do in the future, but of him speaking Somali at a Somali rally just two, three weeks ago as he was trying to gin up support. And sorry, you sell out progressive freak, you are done with because Omar Fatty is in town. And here's a little bit from Omar's victory party. My Somali's a little whatever, but I think he basically said, watch the Rubin Report. It's a great show. Make sure you're subscribed on YouTube, on rumble, et cetera, et cetera. But, okay, so great. Congratulations, America. That seems like it's going to go really well. And here's Omar Fatteh, who will likely be the new mayor of Minneapolis, reminding you that his real home, even though he's never lived there, is Somalia. We should make DUA for him and pray for him. I understand that our Somali communities are all connected to each other here in Minnesota and back home, and I ask for your support. There's always been a link between our community here as well as back home. And I'm running to bridge that gap and unite all of us and represent all of us. Because when we succeed here, we succeed everywhere. And I'm hoping to do that just like Abdul Zak. Insha'. Allah. Phoenix, do me a favor. Can we get Desantis on the phone to build the wall? We gotta get him on the phone to build. Oh, okay. So former Soviet prisoner Alexander Solzhenitsyn, who I quote often. I want to read a quote by him because I thought it captured what's happening here quite nicely. Liberalism was inevitably pushed aside by radicalism. Radicalism had to surrender to socialism, and socialism could not stand up to communism. Do you guys see that? That is exactly where we are at right now. And if only there had been a few people over the last decade warning that the liberals were becoming illiberal and then what would happen? Can you put it up one more time because you really need to. You can see the thread line here. When I tell you that someone like David Axelrod was not a lunatic, or that liberals used to not be lunatics, but what the left did was they decided to go for the soft underbelly of tolerance. So liberalism got pushed aside by radicalism. That was wokeness, right? And the liberals did not know what to do. Then the radicalism surrendered to socialism. Because of the opportunistic infection that Scott Galloway is talking about, the radicalism can only work for a little while. Then you need something that offers you an answer. That's the opportunity. That's socialism. And socialism, Ultimately, socialism is just the stopgap, right? Socialism is like, ah, we want government control of everything, but we'll use the freedoms to install socialism. And then of course, once we have those powers, we'll go full communist. That's where we are at. One of the reasons that so many people are screwed up about so many things is because we lost the culture and we're just gaining it. How did we lose the culture? Well, there's a series of reasons that, you know, obviously the colleges and everything else, but of course, comedy, art, it all got infected by politics. And perhaps the best example of that is Stephen Colbert on the Late show, because this is a guy who got. He had a $100 million budget, 200 staff members lost $40 million a year, has now been canceled, and at least he's going out gracefully. I gotta say, it makes sense we'd be canceled. I get it, guys, and thanks again. Okay, thanks again to the network. In a completely unrelated story, on Friday, Donald Trump posted. I absolutely love that Colbert got fired. His talent was even less than his ratings. How, how, how dare you, sir? Would an untalented man be able to compose the following satirical witticism? Go yourself. I think he stole the go fuck yourself line. That's my line turned into the camera. Watch this when I'm talking about Gavin Newsom. Gavin Newsom. Go fuck yourself. That's Dave Rubin's line. And I don't have a hundred dollar budget over here. Okay, Again, whether Trump should be tweeting about this stuff or not. And that's like the excesses of Trump and everything else in the culture fight. Okay, you can have your feelings on that, but at the end of the day, the man was losing a corporation $40 million. I would venture to say that no one watching this right now loses their company that much money and still has a job. A guy that Stephen Colbert used to work for on the Daily show named Jon Stewart, who now gets I think $20 million to host a once a week show. And he's ushered in so much of the crazy leftist. Here he is explaining that this had nothing to do with financial decision. It was clearly Donald Trump behind all of this. Stephen has been canceled for purely financial reasons. Is part of what's making everybody wonder was this purely financial? Or maybe the path of least resistance for your $8 billion merger was killing a show that, you know, rankled a fragile and vengeful president. He sucks. He really just sucks. It's unfortunate. You guys know, I was an intern at the Daily show in 1999. I had a couple nice interactions with John. Like he was the one. John was the chosen one. He was supposed to be Anakin Skywalker of the story and then went to the dark side too. He was the one that could have defended liberalism when it needed to be defended. And he went all in on the gender shit and everything else. Guys, no one is, no one is due a job. It does not matter that Stephen Colbert was number one in Late Night with 2 million viewers when the, the overall viewership of late night is absolutely dumping out and he's losing $40 million. Can you check how many viewers a night does Gutfeld get? So Gutfeld. We'll get the exact numbers on it. Just a second. Gutfeld. I do his show all the time. I love Greg. He's great. The show is sloppy and weird and it's not overly scripted. He three writers. He may only have two, I'm not even sure, but he has two or three writers. They have like seven other people on staff and they create just like a fun, silly show. So it's making money for Fox and you're not going to believe this. Corporations are in business to make money. What is, what is he average? He averages three mill nights. So Colbert is not number one. And I don't know why they kept saying that. I know Gutfeld's number one in late night. So he gets a million more viewers. He has Gutfeld. I'm telling you. He has maybe 12 people on stage staff. So that means that with 200 people on staff and $100 million budget, Gutfeld's doing a bit of a better job. So let's end on this. How do we get Past all of this stuff. All of this stuff is that there's something beyond politics out there and there used to be something that brought us together and, and in some sense guys like Jon Stewart and guys like Stephen Colbert and all of the rest of these guys, Kimmel, et cetera, et cetera. It's like you guys ruined, you ruined something that was so precious in America because we put all, no matter what we fought about during the day, in the old days at night we pretty much watched the same things. When those late night shows mattered, we pretty much, it was pre Internet but we pretty much watched those things together and we could put aside all of the. It did not matter. And there used to be a guy who did that night after night after night and his name was Johnny Carson. Take a look. People say he'll never take a serious controversy. Well, I have an answer to now. Tell me the last time that Jack Benny, Red Skelton, any comedian used his show to do serious issues. That's not what I'm there for. Can't they see that? But you're not neither. They think that just because you have a Tonight show that you must deal in serious issues. That's a danger. It's a real danger once you start that you start to get that self important feeling that what you say has great import. And you know, strangely enough, you could use that show as a form, you could sway people and I don't think you should as an entertainer. Man. Can you imagine if we had a little bit more of that? I told you guys yesterday that I, when I was in high school I used to like, I would, I was a good kid. I wasn't smoking crack or anything. I was in bed usually by 9, 30, 10 o'. Clock and the last night of the Johnny Carson show I made sure to stay up that night because I would occasionally see little clips of Johnny Carson. I don't even know how I did it pre Internet, but I just, I love the guy. I thought here's this guy who, he just seems like a nice man behind the desk having fun with some friends. And I suppose a little bit of that translated into what I do right now. Actually people say to me, a lot of times older people say to me when I do stand up or I'm doing shows or I'm on a book tour or something, I always have my hand in my pocket when I'm talking on stage. And that was a Johnny Carson thing. It wasn't, I wasn't emulating him, it was just something that he would have his hand in his pocket when he was doing and the monologue. And I always thought there was something that was just like, oh, he's just some guy doing something. Not this overly produced, hyper partisan lunacy. We don't want that anymore. We want something else. And I would say the proof is in the pudding and the proof is in the numbers. And speaking on the numbers, they just showed me this to end the show. But look at this from Culture Crave. Paramount has struck a five year deal worth $1.5 billion with South park creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone, shown 10 new episodes a year. So they're going to give the south park guys who are edgy, who are doing real comedy, who do things on the fly, who fight the power and all of those things, 50 episodes, $1.5 billion. And of course, Paramount is the parent company of CBS, which just fired the guy who was losing 40 mil. So it's nice to have a little cash in the bag so that we can get more of the poop thing from south park and the tranny teacher and the wrestling and other things that they're doing on that show. Release Date: July 22, 2025
Host: Dave Rubin
In the latest episode of The Rubin Report, Dave Rubin opens with an urgent plea to his audience to subscribe to his channels on YouTube and Rumble. As the season draws to a close, Rubin emphasizes the importance of growing his subscriber base, highlighting recent success with 7,000 new subscribers in a single day and urging listeners to help reach the 10,000 milestone within the next ten days (00:00).
Rubin delves into a viral interview featuring Hunter Biden, who delivers a scathing critique of prominent Democratic figures and institutions. Hunter accuses several notable Democrats and media personalities of undermining the party's integrity and exploiting their positions for personal gain. Among those targeted are:
Rubin reacts with disbelief, questioning the authenticity of the interview and expressing concerns that Hunter Biden might be setting the stage for a presidential run. He highlights the intensity and raw emotion in Hunter’s statements, noting the use of explicit language and the depth of dissatisfaction directed at the Democratic establishment (15:20). Rubin emphasizes that despite Hunter Biden's struggles, his revelations contain elements of truth about the internal dynamics of the Democratic Party.
Rubin transitions to discussing Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard’s allegations against former President Barack Obama and his team. Gabbard accuses the Obama administration of fabricating intelligence to support the narrative of Russian interference in the 2016 election. She highlights various instances of alleged misconduct, including:
Rubin presents Donald Trump's condemnation of Obama, portraying him as the architect of a corrupt presidency. Trump’s spokesperson, Harrison Fields, labels the Obama administration's actions as the "crime of the century" and blames the media for perpetuating the false narratives that have divided the country (30:45).
Rubin expresses skepticism about the potential outcomes of these allegations, acknowledging that government officials often avoid accountability. He highlights the significance of Tulsi Gabbard’s persistent efforts and the possible implications if substantiated evidence emerges against Obama and his associates (35:00).
Focusing on immigration, Rubin criticizes Mayor Eric Adams of New York City for his sanctuary city policies, attributing the recent surge in crimes to these lenient stances. He points to a violent incident where an ICE agent was assaulted, linking it directly to the administration's failure to enforce immigration laws (40:15).
Rubin discusses a specific case of a CBP officer being shot in New York City by an individual with a lengthy criminal record. He argues that sanctuary policies allowed a repeat offender to be released, leading to the tragic incident (50:30).
Offering political advice to Mayor Adams, Rubin suggests a public admission of policy failures and a shift towards stricter immigration enforcement to restore safety and order in the city. He emphasizes the need for leadership that prioritizes law and order over leniency (60:10).
Rubin critiques the transformation of late-night shows from non-political entertainment to platforms for ideological battles. Highlighting Stephen Colbert's cancellation due to financial losses, he laments the loss of unifying cultural figures like Johnny Carson, who kept politics separate from entertainment (65:20).
Rubin argues that political polarization has eroded the unifying aspects of American culture, leading to increased societal divisions. He references the rise of politically charged content in media as a factor contributing to the breakdown of shared cultural experiences (75:15).
Summarizing his analysis, Rubin posits that the Democratic Party has shifted from liberalism to radicalism and ultimately to socialism, which he views as a precursor to communism. He warns of the potential consequences of this ideological drift, including increased societal instability and loss of traditional values (80:45).
Rubin concludes with a call to action for listeners to recognize and oppose the radical changes within the Democratic Party and broader cultural shifts. He underscores the importance of reclaiming a balanced political discourse and restoring common cultural ground to unite the nation (85:00).
