We're gonna work on that post game show. We've got the gremlins on the inside of the Internet doing some things and we hope that we will have a post game show after the program today. And we've got a fine show for you because there is all sorts of hypocrisy being exposed expose not only from our politicians and Biden as it relates to this Hunter, this Hunter getting away with it in essence situation the pardon and the media running cover. And then we're going to show you that the Democrats who have been wrong about basically everything for the last couple of years are somehow starting to come around because they realize they're losing the culture and they're losing the narrative. And the real question is, is any of it authentic or is it just the grift continuing, et cetera, et cetera. I want to start though with Jon Stewart. Jon Stewart, who we've played plenty of clips of over the years. As I've always said, my frustration with him is that he should have been just a good old fashioned liberal, more in line with say, a Bill Maher type and not a crazy wokester. And for whatever reason he chose to go the crazy woke route with all the racism stuff and all the gender stuff and the whole thing, he went all in on that. And I would say then over the course of 20 years, he in many ways was the guy that could have sort of had the flag up there for like, hey, there are sane Democrats. And he decided to just go all in on it instead. And that thus kind of left us where we're at at the moment anyway, post election. Now there's an interesting thing happening on the left where there's an internal debate. Do we go all in further, say the AOC route of the crazy town people and the Wokesters, or, or is there any sane version of being a Democrat left and what do we do with that? This Hunter Biden pardon has started to expose some of the fissures there because Joe obviously said he wasn't going to pardon Hunter. The entire media said, my God, that proves that he's such a statesman and a Great man. As I said yesterday, we can all judge someone. If you had the power to pardon your son, regardless of what they did, would you do it? There's an ethical and philosophical debate to have about that. In any event, Jon Stewart went on the Daily show, which I guess is not a daily show anymore. It's on Monday nights, or he only hosts on Monday nights or something like that. And here he is exposing the Democrat hypocrisy. And it's worth noting when someone on the left goes after their own. I know a little something about this, that maybe they deserve a little bit of cred. So first, let's give the guys some cred for actually saying the truth here. The problem is the rest of the Democrats made Biden's pledge to not pardon Hunter the foundation of their defense of America. This grand experiment. One political party remains committed to the rule of law and the other doesn't. It's that simple. Hunter Biden's not above the law. No one is above the law. Democrats stand for the rule of law. We accept the outcome because that's how the rule of law works. Because the justice system that convicted his only surviving son is the same justice system he's vowed to protect. And if that doesn't tell you who Joe Biden is, I don't really know what does. I think I know what does. And now look at the dance Democrats have to do. Be honest. The only reason why they went after Hunter the way they did, and I've talked to many federal prosecutors about this, is because he's the President's son. People have to remember, the President has lost two children already, and he does not need to lose another one to more political witch hunts, the, you know, crawling from Republicans. But we're talking about, you know, Donald Trump is a convicted felon who literally pardoned his daughter's father in law and just made him ambassador to France. So for anyone that wants to clutch their pearls now because he decided that he was going to pardon his son, I would say take a look in the mirror, ma'am. We will take a look in that mirror, but we are taking off. So if you could just put this on airplane mode and let us get home for the holidays. All right, I'll give him credit. That last part was funny. And I'll also give him credit for, okay, whether you're being dragged there or it's just to continue the career or get the clicks or whatever, you're actually saying what the right thing is. And actually, I won't even do the cynical version of it. John, you're right. You're right. They're all hypocrites. We're watching them flip overnight. And none of them, whether it's Swalwell or any of the CNN guys, they meant any of this. Again, why isn't it. Why is it that six months ago when Joe Biden said that he wasn't going to pardon Hunter, I don't even know that we even played that clip on this show. But I never would have been like, I believe him because you would wait and see. What unfortunately the media has done is just decided if the Democrats say something, they just repeat it as fact. Thus they always. Because the Democrats basically lie about everything. They always get exposed for being fraudulent and ridiculous. Here he continues talking about how they've gone from the no pardon stance. It was the moral high ground. And that's what was so great about all Joe Biden verse. Now they support it because something, something bow to the party. I don't know. Yes, yes, yes, yes. To everything that you guys were saying. If you hadn't made Hunter Biden not receiving a pardon. The Mason Dixon line of morality between Democrats and Republicans, there's a big gap between the law is the only thing that separates us from the animals. And the monkey threw at me first. I had no ch. This is what Biden's decision has done. Look how confident and eloquent our Democratic representatives were back when they thought they had the moral high ground on this issue. I've not heard a single Democrat anywhere in the country cry fraud, cry fixed, cry rigged, cry kangaroo court. You don't hear a single peep out of any Democrats saying that. Why we believe in the rule of law. And now look at what even he, one of the most verbally dexterous attorneys we have on Capitol Hill has been reduced to. Do you think President Biden should pardon Hunter Biden? So there are lots of claims of political prosecution and political. And was Hunter politically. Well, I mean, obviously that's a judicial point and you've got to look at what the evidence is and I don't know enough. Should the president pardon him? I mean, again, that is a unilateral executive power. That. And should he use it? Well, you know, the power exists for the president to show mercy for people. I mean, we have an executive and we have a judicial and then a legislative and then smoke bomb. All right, that was funny, too. You know, I interned at the Daily Show. Some of you know this. I interned at the Daily show in 1999, right. When Jon Stewart had just taken over from Craig Kilbourne, who was the former ESPN host who hosted the original Daily Show. Most people don't remember that. So anyway, it's nice to see something funny going on there. And again, I'm not going to do the cynical version of this. John, if you're waking up now, you did have a lot to do with the explosion of wokeness and the destruction of, I would say like an even back and forth conversation in America because you were sort of telling everybody, well, we've got a tweet. We just have one example of it. There were plenty. But this is from the Hill, you know, about eight years ago, Jon Stewart, everybody who is a Nazi seems to love Trump. So I'm actually not going to belabor that point right now, but I think it's worth noting. I'm just going to put a pin in that, John. However, if you continue to come around, I'll give credit where credit is due. And I would also say to any of you that are watching this that are going, well, Dave, it doesn't even matter like he got everything wrong and it doesn't matter that he's waking up now and we should always be leery of him. You have a point for sure, 100%. I tweeted about that yesterday. However, I would say his audience is a bunch of lefties. So the lefties that are not watching this show anymore that might be watching that show, them starting to see the hypocrisy even if it's five years too late and realize that they had something to do with all of this and it may feel old and tired for the rest of us and annoying to some degree or whatever. It's still worth them hearing it and maybe eventually getting to their red pill moment. Let's jump over to CNN because Jake Tapper is the one over there that everyone's very always confused about Jake Tapper because he sort of seems sane and then he's always a Democrat mouthpiece at the same time. It's a lot going on there. Check out his take. I can't believe any of y'all ever believed he wasn't going to partner pardon Hunter Biden. The lead starts right now. First Lady Biden today defending her husband's decision to pardon his adult son Hunter after insisting for months and months and months he would not do so. Was that a bald faced lie? We'll have all the new he is living what it means to have a rule of law in this country living the rule of law beyond the pardon and beyond the lie about the pardon. President Biden is doing what he claimed he would not do. He is undermining his own Justice Department. And now it's President Biden, not his successor, President Elect Trump, who is blaming his own Department of Justice for being politicized, saying, quote, I also believe raw politics has infected this process and it led to a miscarriage of justice, unquote. Today, special counsel David Weiss, who prosecuted Hunter Biden, pushed back on the president's justification for pardoning his son in a court filing. There was none and never has been any evidence of vindictive or selective prosecution in this case. Weiss wrote, there are right now plenty of officials at the U.S. justice Department furious at President Biden for blaming them for doing their jobs to uphold the law against a law breaker, Hunter Biden. All right, if we were titling today's show, it's credit where credit is due. Jake Tapper, again, you got most of this stuff wrong. You lied about Trump and pretended he was a criminal for years and a Nazi and all of those things. But, yes, you're calling out the lie, the Joe Biden original lie, that he wouldn't pardon him. You're calling out that he's now throwing his own Justice Department under the bus. And you have the Justice Department responding, being like, no, this wasn't selective. And think how insane the argument that Biden's trying to make here. It was that the Justice Department was like, we're selectively going after Hunter Biden. It's Joe Biden's Department of Justice. Like, it doesn't even make any sense whatsoever. Hunter Biden lied on a form as it relates to getting a gun. He was smoking crack on video. There were prostitutes, possibly underage. Like, there's so much stuff there. And we can all have a debate about, again, what you would do as a father if you had the power to let your son or daughter off the hook. What we would all do. But it is good to see, I, I suppose that even cnn, when it's so damn obvious, has to call him out on the hypocrisy and the lies. And maybe that's a very low bar for cnn. And I guess it is, right? Like, the only time they'll do the right thing is when it is. It's sort of like actually the perfect example of it, of this nonsense would be the debate, the big debate that Trump had with Biden, where immediately after the debate, the media finally admitted we were allowed to see what we had all seen before, which was that Biden was de. Deeply mentally compromised. This is the same thing. It's like they have no way around hiding it. So I guess in that sense Jake doesn't deserve credit, but at least they're doing the lowest hanging fruit possible thing. You've got a guy like Jon Stewart who again who sort of walked us into a lot of this woke nonsense and the BS with this administration and ran cover for it and tried to take out Trump and we're all Nazis and all that. But here he But I showed you two clips of him basically doing the right thing and I want to make some room for a guy like him to do that. Then we showed you Jake Zapper again, it's low hanging fruit. You can't deny. You can't deny all of the stuff all of the time. So there you go. But now watch this. This is Corinne Jean Pierre who as you know is the diversity hire muppet over at the White House who's a paid liar right like that. That is all she's been. I don't know that anyone has been worse at their job in America for the last two and a half years. That she's had the job. Than her. This is just audio you're gonna hear, but she's being asked about whether Biden lied or not. And listen to this Orwellian double speak. Like, you gotta admire it to some extent. You have said repeatedly yourself since the election, the president has said for months no pardon was coming. I just. I wanted to ask you, could those statements now be seen as lies? American people, is there really a credibility issue here, given now this announcement? First of all, one of the things that the President always believes is to be truthful to the American people. That is something that he always truly believes. And if you see the end of his. I assume that you've read his statement and you look at the end of that statement, and he actually says that in the first line in the last paragraph. I mean, that woman should be studied. The ability to lie. It's one thing to white lie. It's one thing to, like, confuse people about things or anything else. But the guy is asking a very simple question. He said he wasn't gonna pardon him. He did. Is that a lie? And her answer is, the president truly believes. To be truthful is like. It's so profoundly absurd. And whatever job, whatever gig she has after this, she does not deserve. But this is what happens when you have an entire administration that basically lies about everything and a media that lies in their service. Then when the truth bubbles up, they all start acting a little crazy. So let's jump over. Speaking of crazy, let's jump over to the ladies of the View. Here's Whoopi Goldberg. She's not thrilled with Alyssa. Alyssa is the pet Republican who they give a cookie to and pat on the head every now and again for calling Joe Biden a liar. I respect it. As a parent, I understand why he would do it. But I wonder, to understand, why lie about it for so long? I've stopped calling it a lie. Okay, why repeatedly say, you're not going to, and you do, and secondarily, for the part of this country, half of it that doesn't support Biden, doesn't know him personally, doesn't get to have phone calls. And they're just looking at a system that seems like it only benefits the people who are in power. Well, I'm going to say, what precedent does that set? Well, here's what it sets. It's a precedent for all of us to open our eyes, because we've elected someone who is in a similar situation, who didn't have a drug problem, who knew what he was doing, who he clearly was stood and said, I can do this, and he did it. So I think for many, many reasons, this is very different than any other situation that we have ever dealt. You've got former prosecutors like myself saying it. So why didn't he admit it earlier? Wait, wait, wait. I think one of the reasons why he didn't admit earlier was because he didn't know that the felon in chief would become the next president. Let me. Let Anna speak. All right, let's keep going with the theme of today's show, which is credit where credit is due. Alyssa, I know you get the cookie and a couple hundred grand and the pet on the head, the pat on the head, but I will give you credit because you are making a distinction. There is a distinction between what one might do for their child if given the power, and then they outright lie. The fact that. Whoopi. Does someone need to, like, literally Google the word lie and show it to Whoopee? Whoopee. A lie would be if you say, I'm not going to pardon my son Hunter, and then you pardon your son Hunter. That would be a lie. You might have your reasons for it. If Biden was in better cognitive shape, he might be able to explain it more properly. Now he's throwing his Department of Justice under the bus. But just admit it's a lie. But this, when you live in service to something other than the truth, you will come off as a complete nut bag. And that's what's happening over the View on any given day. Speaking of the things that are happening on the View on any given day, Sunny Hostin, who chimed in there at the end, as you know, she is a lawyer and she's also a racist, and she says crazy things all the time. And once again, she was forced while live on air to read a legal note. I see you. I see you over there. I have a very quick statement. It's not going to be that quick. Pete Hedge has denied any wrongdoing. His lawyer said he paid the woman in 2023 to head off the threat of a baseless lawsuit. No charges were ever brought. You rushed me for that? We'll be right back. I gotta tell you, if you're an ABC exec and you're not watching the View right now, which is on at this very moment, and you're watching the Rubin Report. Maybe it's a commercial break. You tuned in over here to see what's actually happening in the world instead of what's going on there. I want to make a plea to you people Never fire that woman. I know that you're looking at the thing and you're trying to figure out, okay, maybe Joy's gonna age out or we gotta get rid of Whoopi because she's insane or whatever's going on, but just keep Sunny Hostin on. Just. If for no other reason than for her having, with that anger, that hatred that she holds for all humanity in her eyes when she has to read those legal notes. It is just perfect. I wanna make it an official Rubin Report statement. We will replay every legal note that Sunny Hostin ever has to put on the View. It's just fantastic. Let's jump over to CN and there's a guy by the name of Shermichael Singleton over there who I think is fairly decent, from what I can tell. And here he is calling out the absurdity from the Democrats that we are seeing around this lie and, well, distortion and whatever else they might want to call it. Democrats portrayed the president as this great arbiter of morality and truth. They said that he somehow was a better standard bearer for protecting norms and the institutions of our country. And yet that wasn't true. They lied. You can go all the way back to 2022 when they were asked this question and the White House continuously, consecutively lied over and over and over again. They could have Simply said, to MJ's point, to Chuck's point, the President isn't going to put his thumb on the scales of justice. He's going to wait. He hasn't made a decision yet. Most people would have expected that. They would have respected that. I think most people, to your point, Chuck, believe if it was my child, I probably would have done the same thing. That's not the issue, Jake. The question here, the burden on the White House, I would argue, is the continuous lies. You said that you were better than this other guy. You criticized the other guy for all of these things. And now your DOJ is committing witch hunts and this is now politicized. Well, you appointed Merrick Garland. You can't blame Republicans for that. And I can only imagine, as I've talked to a lot of Republicans, if this were Donald Trump, and I know people are going to give him a lot of criticism for the pardons he's already given. But if this were him and Don Jr. Or Eric Trump or Ivanka, I can only imagine what the headlines would have been. And I will say, if you're Democrats and you're trying to walk this straight line, that we're somehow better than Republicans because we care more about the future and state of this democracy. I think that's trash now. No one believes it. No one believes it. They've lost all credibility for the facade they portrayed for several years. It's really something. The Democrats lies have been exposed to the point that there is now a bounce back where on CNN and on Comedy Central they are making sense. I think he's a conservative if I'm not mistaken, or Republican. Can we check that? Do they call him a Schermichel Singleton? Do they consider him a GOP strategist or whatever? But either way the point is what he just said there was right. He sat at the table and said something true on cnn, which only happens every now and again, right? Usually through that guy Scott Jennings. You guys cannot pretend to be more moral. You cannot pretend to be the party of law and order. You can't pretend to be the party of truth or anything else. And more than anything else, perhaps it exposes the fact that Joe Biden, who was brought in as Old Joe, who wasn't going to be a crazy radical or anything else, he ushered in all of the wokeness and he's now attacking his own Department of Justice. And yes sir, Michael Singleton is a GOP strategist. So good work. There's something sane going on over there. Very bizarre. All right, so there's a ton of interesting things happening with the Democrats right now. And as I've argued, in some sense it doesn't matter what happens to the party. Like just let them be completely destroyed and let's keep wide tenting the Republican side of things and let's bring in all the sane liberals and all of that stuff. But we should acknowledge it's still a party. It can always reconstitute itself and we will see what happens between this fight of whoever is sort of sane and the true progressive wokesters and Marxists and everything else. But in some sense this was always going to happen, right? This intersectional alliance of people with competing interests and who had to decide who hates America the most and who wants to cut off the most genitals, like this thing could not hold forever. So by them losing this election where they kicked out a sitting president and then brought in somebody that was not qualified to any extent whatsoever and not even a real person in Kamala Harris, it has left them completely exposed. So there's a super interesting article on Radar online right now, and I'm going to read a little bit from Owen Gregorian about it. George Clooney furious with Obama for pressuring him to push Biden Biden's dropout prior to the Election Report Hayden Cunningham, the Post Millennial George is furious with Obama for disappearing after the election disaster and leaving him holding the bag for pushing the plan with his Hollywood pal, actor and prominent Democratic donor George Clooney is reportedly angered by backlash following Vice President Kamala Harris defeat in the 2024 presidential election. Clooney allegedly feels he's been unfairly blamed for the outcome after being pressured by former President Barack Obama to lobby for Harris as the Democrat nominee, according to Radar Online. A source familiar with the matter reportedly told the outlet, george is furious with Obama for disappearing after the election disaster and leaving him holding the bag for pushing the plan with his Hollywood pal. Clooney had been a vocal advocate for President Joe Biden to step aside during the 2024 election cycle. In a New York Times op ed published over the summer, Clooney expressed concerns about Biden's mental acuity and the Democratic Party election odds, saying the left would not win in November with this president. Eleven days later, Biden announced he would not seek reelection, ultimately endorsing Harris as the party nominee. The source reportedly told the outlet that it was Obama who encouraged Clooney to push for Biden's withdrawal as Obama feared the optics of publicly calling on his former vice president to exit the race. But since Harris's crushing defeat to President elect Donald Trump, many Democrats have placed the blame on Clooney to vent their frustration, leading the actor to feel unfairly targeted. Obama and Clooney have been tight for years, and George became Barack's surrogate in leading the charge for Joe to step away, the source said. Barack knew he would look like a traitor if he publicly called for Joe to be cut loose, and now he's trying to walk away from it all. George feels duped and vows he's not going to be anyone's political waterboy anymore, the source added. Clooney's activism has played a large role in Democratic politics. During the campaign, he hosted a fundraiser that raised 28 million for Biden's reelection campaign, the most for the party from a single event in history, according to cnn. But now Clooney is bracing for criticism from the left and mockery from the right. George feels he stepped up and took a bullet for the team, and now everyone's complaining about the bloodbath, the source said, per the outlet. Lots of celebrities like Beyonce were on the campaign trail pumping up Kamala, but George became the face of Hollywood liberals by directly calling for Biden to end his campaign and throw the whole process into chaos. I mean, guys, look, there's obviously some conjecture there and who are the sources and all those things, but doesn't that all read as true? What have I been saying this entire time? Who's the Palpatine in the story? Somebody orchestrated them getting rid of Obama. Somebody had to get the team together. Pelosi and Kamala Harris and Chuck Schumer. Somebody had to orchestrate all of it. I believe that is Barack Obama. That article implies that it is Barack Obama. We know that they had to put the only lever of power that they had over Joe Biden, as compromised as he is, would have been to say Kamala is going to pull the 25th amendment on you and that would be bad. So step aside. And we know that Joe Biden was not happy about stepping aside. We've played you those clips on where he went on the View a couple of weeks back or two months ago or so and basically said he didn't want to step aside and felt that he would have beat Trump. And now it's all being exposed. So again, eventually the truth does come out. You also remember that video we showed it a couple times where when Clooney did That fundraiser where they raised $28 million for this sham of a campaign that they ended up handing to Kamala, where Clooney and Biden and Barack are on stage and Biden is stuck, frozen, doesn't know where to go. And Obama, the way he puts his arm around him and ushers him off. And it's just very clear that Obama has been in charge this whole time. I would say to George Clooney, sorry, man, like, you were a key piece of the lie that Joe Biden was okay. And then you made your move, you made a deal with Obama and it did not work out for you. So both of you guys should just kind of go away. Like, no more Ocean's Eleven sequels for you. You just gotta go away now, right? Like, you got. You sold your tequila for 500 mil. You'll be okay. Was it 500 mil? How much did he sell Casamigos for? I think 500 mil. 1 billion. I'm being told $1 billion. You just have that information in your brain just sitting there like that. My tequila comes out in January, by the way. We were trying to get it out in December, right before the holidays. It's been tough with the exports, import, export. Okay, fine. You guys all deserve it. I would liken this if I could make a prequel reference here. I would liken this to. Barack Obama is the Palpatine and George Clooney basically is the Count Dooku. George Clooney sort of was a good guy and he got taken aside by the bad guy and then did some bad things and they're not happy about it. Speaking of people that do bad things, that have been portrayed as good guys in their careers, John Kerry over the last couple days ago. So he's really freaking out right now because I think one of the things as we're watching the institutions get, they're going to be hacked away at through Doge and everything that Elon and Vivek are going to do. And we're going to see so much nonsense and waste exposed. One of the other things I think we're going to see exposed is that the climate change movement has been largely an absolute farce. And John Kerry, who as the years go by, looks more and more like a tree. I think we have an image of John Kerry looking more and more like a tree over the years. Look at him, he's morphing into Treebeard from the Lord of the Rings. And that's not a shot at Treebeard or the good tree people. He just looks like a tree. What can you do? You're gonna see this man go increasingly hysterical as he loses power. And here he is saying that we are on the brink of a climate emergency. This is just in the last couple days, and they better get you to behave, you naughty little people. So I think personally, we're on the brink of needing to declare a climate emergency, which is what we really have, and we need to get people to behave as if this really is a major transitional challenge to the whole planet. Everybody. How about no? How about no, we don't have a climate emergency? That's number one. The climate is always changing. And people should take that into account, I suppose, when they, I don't know, say, buy a 30 acre estate on Martha's Vineyard, where Barack Obama lives. He should be thinking about that and worried, you know, about his property. Okay, that's fine. And we're going to get people to behave. This motherfucker has put more CO2 into the atmosphere than probably every single one of us watching this combined. I have taken two private flights in my entire life. I hope one day to be wealthy enough to take private flights everywhere. Commercial flying sucks, sucks. But he is putting out more of the stuff that he thinks you better not partake in than any of us can. On top of the fact that he married Heinz, he's got big ketchup money. This man is an awful human being, but he wants you to behave. And I assure you, when you're eating slop out of a bucket, that he will still be eating his filet mignon and foie gras. Speaking of hypocrisy on the left, it knows no bounds. And Bernie Sanders, who, you know, we don't talk about him much anymore. And I don't know that there's anyone who deserves more scorn for what he did to America, because even though he wasn't part of, like, the crazy race part of what they've done over the last decade, one of the things that he did, or the primary thing that he did was he normalized socialism. He normalized the idea that, oh, taking from someone else to do what you want with their money is somehow good. We used to call that envy or greed or something like that, but he somehow tricked young people into thinking that was good. Well, here he was on a podcast and he's a millionaire with three houses and he was asked about how he made his money. Now, how did I get the money? You're right. I wrote two bestselling books, including this book on capitalism. It was New York Times bestseller for a While. And also another book was a youth book, and that's. And I make, I don't know, 175,000 a year. And that's more or less how I became the zillionaire that I am. How did I make the money? Well, even though I've spent a career trying to destroy capitalism and I've got three houses and everything else, I sold bestselling books. Of course, I guess if I thought about it for a little bit longer, I'd realize that selling bestselling books and getting them on the New York Times, maybe it's something about capitalism. I don't like that, man. Speaking of man, I don't like. Gavin Newsom is the governor of California, a state that I fled three years almost to the week. Actually, I believe I landed on December 17, if I'm not mistaken, in 2021. That will be a day of celebration when we get to it. He's a horrible human being, if he's even a human being. I'm not quite sure. And I thought it would be interesting to show you because we're talking about their lies and how some of them are waking up and because it's become. Their reality has become so counter to what's happening culturally that they're waking up. Gavin Newsom is clearly gonna go all in on the evil. And I wanna jump. Before I show you what he's doing now, I wanna jump to right before the election. Listen to. Listen to the. He went on Marshawn Lynch's podcast and listened to him talking about Kamala and what was going on. And every word is just a. Is just a soul crushing, gooey, awful, sleazy lie out of that douchebag. Go, Marshall. I'll tell you what's going on. People are all in now for Kamala Harris. All in. I've never seen anything like it. Let me tell you, just a few years ago, your hometown girl from Oakland, on Martin Luther King Day, she had a rally that was unbelievable. Almost 2015, 20,000 people on Martin Luther King Day announcing her campaign for president. And she raised. I remember it was like a record breaking day for a presidential candidate. I mean, it wasn't record breaking, but it was impressive. She raised one and a half million dollars in 24 hours. I've never seen the script is flipped just like that. 48 hours. So who writing y'all script? Cause, you know, they said the NFL got a script. So I'm pretty sure in the politics that y'all got a script too. So how do this script play out? Now, this script is written by the American people, Marshawn. This script is written by people that get out there. Am I considered an American citizen? Cause I changed my mind all the time. Sometimes I'm on a cheeseburger, then I might want some tacos, or, you know, one day I might want me something exotic, then I might want something with a little bit of. You feel me? Little kitchen in the back. Yeah, but this is an easy choice. You don't get that. It's not 31 flavors, buddy. It's not. It's a binary choice. You got the guy who wants to bring us back to pre 1960s world, or you got Kamala Harris. It's just lighting it up right now. All right, the main point there about the cheeseburgers, you want one day and the tacos, you want another day. Good point. The reason I'm showing you that is that what he was trying to sell us right before the election was that he knew what was going to happen. And the script was all there. And everyone loves her and look at the crowds she draws and the money she brings in. But he's nothing other than a liar across the board. That is what he is. And now what is he left with? Well, California, which in some, you know, they call it the People's Republic of California or the communist country of California, whatever it is. Well, now that Donald Trump is going to be president and is going to deport people and is going to make America once again a country of law and order, which isn't racist or Nazi like or anything else, Newsom is now preparing a giant legal team. He's going to push the California legislature to make sure that Donald Trump cannot do any of those mean that is law abiding things in his crazy clown car state. As it relates to the special session, that's a special session to focus on litigation preparation. As it relates to the reality. It's not an. It's not a theoretical exercise. We know what happened the last time Donald Trump was president. He vandalized our progress, he vandalized our programs, he broke the law. Courts adjudicated that. It's not an assertion. He did certain things that were unwound at the agency level that attacked this state. And so we are preparing for that. That was the whole point, is the whole point of the special session. We're not going to be caught flat footed and we want to be prepared as early as January 20th. And that's why the special session is important. We also have a brand new legislature coming in, a lot of new People, and this will be an opportunity to engage and convene, talk about the previous 122 lawsuits. Again, we reacted to the assault wasn't a proactive litigation strategy, it was a reactive strategy. There's not one lawsuit with Trump administration. As I said, open hand, not a closed fist. No governor in California worked more closely. No governor in the country. I would argue Democrat work more closely Democratic, Democratic governor with Donald Trump than I did during COVID Same time he took a million billion dollars, your high speed rail money. Same time he tried to take your crime grants. At the same time he tried to vandalize most of the progress of the last half century as we were getting along. So, again, no one's naive. I've been there. We have the receipts. We know exactly what he intends to do. He's been very honest about that. And there, there's nothing to suggest the last two weeks that he's not even more hell bent on doing it. He does do it. I genuinely cannot imagine a more inauthentic person. Everything about him, from his hand motions to something about his open collar. And I wear an open collar, but there's something about the way his shirts fit everything. The fake smile, the slicked back hair, like he is American Psycho. He really is. But all you don't even have to care about the subtext of too much what he said. I mean, really, even just watching that, if you were to mute that, that and just watch him, it's all so scripted and inauthentic. Nothing is real about that guy. But basically what he is saying there is that when Donald Trump comes in and tries to deport illegals, many of whom are bringing drugs in and crime and rape and all of that stuff, that he is basically trying to build an apparatus within his state to stop Donald Trump from doing it. And I would say again, as someone that, that it's just under three years ago that I moved to Florida from California. I would say, if you're a Californian, good luck with that. Like, you've made your bed with this guy. They seemingly, while some Democrats clearly are like, okay, we better play ball with Trump or we better realize that we really have lost the narrative and the culture. He's just going all in. Like, that is what Gavin Newsom is doing. And if you live there, unfortunately, you're gonna be part of it. I tweeted this out, which the people seem to like. When the deportations begin, we should send this lizard man back to his home planet. And then, of course, we wanted to show you this. So you know Gavin Newsom, he's very slick and I always tell you the suits and everything. We found a picture of Gavin Newsom without makeup and, well, there you go. Right. He was a counterculture president. Right? There was. If you were a Trump supporter, even when he was president, the media would call you a Nazi and wear a red hat and you're evil. And okay, fine. What's interesting now is that Trump is going to have the culture, I think, that gives his opportunity. Not only does he have all these qualified people around him, but also the culture has shifted. So there will be more momentum behind the things that he's trying to do to make America great again. Now, we just showed you Gavin Newsom, who clearly is going to be all in on trying to stop that. And good luck if you live in California. But I want to show you Another Democrat who I think is in some ways almost as evil as Gavin. I mean, he's the standard bearer of evil. But Kathy Hochul in New York, she has been awful on absolutely every policy. She's ushered in the woke stuff. She's made it a sanctuary state. She has incentivized criminality, all of the horrible stuff, which has led to about 500,000 people leaving New York since COVID Well, here she is now, clearly realizing something has shifted. People are sick of the crime. They're sick of the drugs on the streets and everything else. And suddenly she's against the illegals, and she's for deportations. Hot diggity damn. I would say this. Our immigration system is woefully broken. It's been broken for decades. There was an opportunity to make meaningful change that the Republicans in the House of Representatives killed, and they should be held accountable for that. But we need to fix the border, fix the system. But I'll tell you this. Those who come here legally, we want to get them jobs. I have 460,000 open jobs in the state of New York. I want them to get the proper work permit permits. I want them to keep their temporary protective status, if that's what they have. I want to make sure that they're part of contributing to society while they're here. That's separate from people who are criminals. Someone breaks the law, I'll be the first one to call up ICE and say, get them out of here. So there is a difference in categories of individuals. And so just to be clear, are you supportive or not supportive of deporting undocumented immigrants whose only crime is either crossing the border or over saying if they're here with legal papers, like, they came and they're seeking asylum like this. 224,000 people came to New York. They're here legally in search of asylum. And that process will play out. But there are other people who commit crimes or known to be criminals before they arrived here. When those are identified, I'll be the first one to help get rid of them. I don't want them here. Okay, look, she. This is the credit where credit is due. Show she's not great, and she's obfuscating in that last answer. And it's like the people who are claiming asylum, it doesn't. Just because you were claiming asylum doesn't mean you deserve asylum. She then doesn't really answer the question. Like, if you come here and even if you didn't do something criminal, but you don't have papers, should you get kicked out. So there's nothing great about here. She also basically lies about the bipartisan border deal. We didn't need a bipartisan dweller. She was like, the Republicans in the House will pay for that. We didn't need any of that. We just needed Joe Biden to enforce the laws that already existed. So I'm not giving her too much credit here, but what I would say is the fact that she is suddenly like, if you are illegal and you are a criminal, you gotta go. They wouldn't even say that weeks ago. And if Kamala Harris was president right now, they'd never be saying it. So again, that's the theme of the show. The rubber is meeting the road with these people. They realize they've lied and done everything right. Wrong. It's being exposed. The culture is changing. And then we are dragging a bunch of dullards like to home base. Basically we're saying to the things have gotten so obvious that they're like, I guess we are going to have to. By the way, I love when they say, you know, she's got 460,000 open jobs in the state of New York now. I'll take her word for that. I don't know if that is true. I would love to know how many people in New York State get unemployment benefits every week. Have you thought about maybe instead of just writing those people a check, helping get them back in the workforce? Also, is it just that you want elite, you just want immigrants here to work jobs that nobody else wants, knowing those jobs are going to be replaced by automation soon enough and that's going to create a whole secondary set of problems. But I know Democrats aren't very good about thinking. They're not even good about thinking about first order problems. Much of the second, third, et cetera, et cetera. If you want to know another reason why she's coming around on this stuff, it's because it's just gotten so damn obvious how out of control things have gotten, particularly in New York City. Check this out from the New York Post. New York City is now home to over 59,000 criminal migrants, including over 1,000 gang members, according to ICE. I mean, really think about that. New York City, the city that never sleeps. The dream of the world. The greatest city maybe in the history of the world for so many decades. The dream of everything, right? Like your great grandparents or whatever is came through Ellis island hopefully legally and then made it there. And then it was better for their children and better for their like New York freaking city, man. And they 59,000 criminal illegals, a thousand gang members, go to New York City. And if you can walk around New York City, walk around Times Square for a half hour, and if you can get out of Times Square without being high because the whole place smells like weed, I will be impressed. I really will be impressed. But of course, it's not just New York and it's not just blue states and even the United States that has had this ridiculously insane illegal immigration problem. Here's Keir Starmer, who is the absolutely disastrous Prime Minister of the uk and the UK goes through Prime Ministers faster than. Faster than. Give me something faster than Kamala Harris going through men. There you go. But this guy's been particularly bad. And here he is now admitting that actually this whole illegal migration thing, it was sort of designed to destroy his country. What the British people are owed is an explanation. Because a failure on this scale isn't just bad luck. It isn't a global trend or taking your eye off the ball. No, this is a different order of failure. This happened by design, not accident. Policies were reformed deliberately to liberalize immigration. Brexit was used for that purpose to turn Britain into a one nation experiment in open borders, Global Britain. Remember that slogan? That is what they meant. A policy with no support and which they then pretended wasn't happening. All right, so I'm a little confused as to what he's saying there. Is he implying that Brexit led to their open borders? Like what? The whole point of Brexit was that people were sick of the open borders. They were sick of the decisions of the people who are citizens of the UK being made by bureaucrats in Brussels. But I'll grant him. Again, I'm giving credit where I don't know what's going on with his show today. I will give credit where credit do. Was it an intentional plan to destroy Europe by some globalist leaders? Yes. I mean, look what happened to Germany, right? Angela Merkel, she admitted it was a freaking disaster. Look what has happened to France. But here, Keir Starmer, I will challenge you. Dear Keir, if you think that it has been a disaster and your borders have been overrun and your culture is suffering and you have a huge problem because there are literal jihadists calling for the destruction, not just of that pesky little Jewish state halfway across the world world, but for your own monarchy right where you live. If you're concerned about that stuff, then might I ask that you call a certain orange man over in West Palm beach and ask him how he's going to do the deportations and then ask him if he has a Tom Homan type that he could send over to the UK and deal with this nonsense. Because if you really believe that there was a plan to destroy your country and that open borders are no good and that you're struggling and all of Western Europe is struggling, ironically, the countries that aren't struggling are Eastern European countries that kept their borders. Hungary, Poland, et cetera. But if you believe what you're saying, as bad as you've been, then you're gonna start deporting. You might have to deport the mayor of London. That's gonna get complex. But you people have ruined everything. And I know you have no plans to fix it. That's the problem. There's another horrible guy up north from us. His name is Justin Trudeau and he just came down to Mar a Lago a couple days ago and Trump smacked him around a little bit. And now he's already changing his tune when it comes to immigration and a series of other things, including tariffs and trade and everything else. But here's Justin Trudeau. Here's Justin Trudeau. So I wanna move on and talk about your home country. We have Justin Trudeau who came out and starting to realize, if you don't mind. I do. That there's a little problem with illegal immigration in his country and it's overwhelming everything. Here's what he said to the Canadian people. Immigration. Let's talk about it. In the last two years, our population has grown really fast, like baby boom fast. And increasingly bad actors like fake colleges and big chain corporations have been exploiting our immigration system for their own interests. So we're doing something major. We're reducing the numbers of immigrants that will come to Canada for the next three years. Why has he found. Why has he found this fortuitous for him to talk about immigration? Why is he changing his tone? Well, he's changing his tone because the policies that he put in place, which demolished the Canadian immigration system and threw the borders wide open, upending decades of effective immigration policy in Canada have caused a catastrophic crisis in the country. And now you could see that he was blaming that on educational institutions and bad corporate actors. And that's exactly typical of him and his 14 year old mentality. Everything that's gone wrong on the immigration fund in Canada is 100% attributable to Justin Trudeau and his pack of demented Minions. So now it's gone so badly in Canada that he has no choice but to reverse course. And then to see him flailing around to find someone to blame is exactly as pathetic as you'd expect from someone like him. It is similar that they both flew open the borders. They denied it was a problem, and now they can't deny it. And they're trying to save their. They're trying to save their political fortunes. Let's talk about your book now. Yeah, good luck. How about. How about, guys, a new Broadway show starring Justin Trudeau, and it's called Justin Trudeau and His Pack of Demented Minions. And it's Justin and he's singing and my demented minions. And they could be midgets maybe, and there's a bunch of midgets and they're dancing around and I'm Justin Trudeau, and everybody come into my country, call for jihad. We are told that when Trudeau told President Elect Trump that new tariffs would kill the Canadian economy, Trump joked to him that if Canada can't survive without ripping off the US to the tune of $100 billion a year, then maybe Canada should become the 51st state and Trudeau could become its governor. Brett, more on that detail with the panel. You know, that's Trump. That's Trump through a joke, saying something very true. We're getting screwed on our trade deal with you guys. On top of the fact that you're letting people through the border and you've through your own immigration problem, your own open borders in your own country. We don't even know who's coming through our Canadian border. We're always talk about our Mexican border, but we have a problem up there as well. But basically, if you guys want to screw us on trade and on immigration and everything else, well, okay, maybe you could screw us, but we'll just bring in and you'll be part of the United States. Now it's a joke. But the point is, what he has already through one meeting at Mar a Lago, gotten Trudeau to do is change course and that is all it takes. Guys, all of the shit we have been going through for a decade has been because of weak American leadership. The entire world just wants us to lead. Not nation build and blow everybody off the earth and everything else and tell everybody how to live, just lead. Somebody is going to lead the world. I would prefer it be the United States than, I don't know, say China or something else. And if you want to see what leadership looks like. Donald Trump put this post on Truth Social yesterday and man, this if you want like a bomb bumper sticker, America is back, baby. Listen to this. Everybody is talking about the hostages who are being held so violently, inhumanely and against the will of the entire world in the Middle East. But it's all talk and no action. Please let this truth serve to represent that if the hostages are not released prior to January 20, 2025, the date that I proudly assume office as the President of the United States States, there will be all hell to pay in the Middle East. And for those in charge who perpetrated these atrocities against humanity, those responsible will be hit harder than anybody has been hit in the long and storied history of the United States of America. Release the hostages now, guys. That's all we had to do on October 8th and this thing would have been over. All Joe Biden had to do was call Qatar and say, your leaders of Hamas are right there at the Mandarin Oriental. We're going to blow you up. That's not because you want war, but peace through strength. That's the point. And mark my words, I don't know how many of those hostages are left. I don't know that anyone knows how many of them are left. But Trump, doing what he did yesterday, putting that statement out, that signal makes it to Gaza, that signal, well, they've already kicked we finally, I guess we. It's not even we. Qatar has kicked out the leaders of Hamas who now went to Turkey. And Turkey is somehow an ally of ours. But putting that aside, the point is that's what we can do when we have true leadership. We can suddenly have trade deals that make sense, we can have foreign policy that makes sense, we can have economic policy that makes sense. And gosh darn it, we're only about 50 days away from doing it to bring us home here. As you guys know, since the election, I've been talking about how this was really the election of the war on reality and how many people were gonna be Blue pilled and NPCs and watching CNN and MSNBC and believing it was true versus how many of us were online. And for however messy it is, that we're seeing things a little more clearly one way or another. And that now has trickled up. So I wanna show you this clip. I think we've shown it to you twice before, but this is video of CNN admitting that X Twitter now represents a better ideological makeup of the US than any other social media platform. And that will lead us into something else. So the reason, one of the big reasons he bought Twitter slash X is because he wanted to make it his own platform, remake it in his own image. And I think this really gets at it. Look at this, the party ID among those who regularly use X Twitter for News. Back in 2022, 65% of those who regularly use Twitter X4News were Democrats. Just 31% were Republicans. Look at where we are today. Just a completely different picture now. It's basically split between Democrats at 48%, Republicans at 47%. And what I should note, Mr. Berman, is this. Now, this new overall makeup matches the overall electorate far better. So, yes, he's not as popular. Yes, Twitter X perhaps is not as popular, but it's a much different platform, one that more represents Elon Musk's, let's say, political instincts. And he is now a far wealthier man. All right, so the reason that I'm showing you that clip again is because everything that we've shown you on this show today about these lefties that have gotten everything wrong that are somehow coming around, well, the reason they're coming around is because Donald Trump is going to be president. And why is Donald Trump going to be president? Well, it is in large part because of you. It is because of the people online who are watching podcasts and getting information in different ways and reaching out to people and sitting across from people that maybe you wouldn't have sat across from from five years ago. And that led to the wide tent movement. And now we even have the culture. And that is absolutely beautiful. So I thought a nice way, way of ending today's show is with a video from 14 years ago, Andrew Breitbart talking about the corruption in the media. And they had, how they had Even back then, 14 years ago, basically everything backwards. We are the majority in this country and the mainstream media, the mainstream media has used smoke and mirror and those funny clown mirrors in order to create the perception that the minority is the majority and the majority is not just the minority, but a bad racist, homophobic. All those buzzwords that they learned in their freshman orientation class at Wesleyan are used as weapons. Weapons to try to destroy you and to intimidate you, to not speak up and to speak your mind. And your days of doing this are over. It's not your business model that sucks. It's you that sucks. It's not your business model that sucks. It's you that sucks. And that's basically what I would say to CNN right now. That's what I would say to msnbc. And that's also why you're now seeing some people who I've mentioned on this show suddenly change their tune because they're realizing they're going to literally be out of business. They will be out of a job unless they regulate. And what we want to do is welcome them in but also be wary of their, of their intention. And is it authentic when they're coming around or is it just a way of survival? Right, because the machine always finds a way to. You can't beat city hall. Right? Like that's the phrase. And I don't fundamentally believe that's true. I believe that David can beat Goliath. I believe, as I've said, that we are about to enter. If Trump does this right, which I think he will, like an 80s style revolution and reignition of America that is just going to be magically wonderful.
