You know, people are entitled to their sexual proclivities. You know, I mean, let there be a thousand blossoms bloom as far as I'm concerned. But I ain't spending any time on it because in the meantime, every three months, a person was torn to pieces by a crocodile in North Queensland. Don't ask how these things come across my desk, but they do. And that one got a chuckle out of everybody. Hello, I'm Dave Rubin. This is the Rubin Report. It's March 17, 2025. So I think think we're Back to like 90% Dave. Bear with me if I start choking throughout the show. We have a big show for you, by the way. We're gonna dive into some of the lefty crazies. Of course. We're gonna dive into some of the good stuff that's happening here. We're gonna talk about some international stuff. We killed a big ISIS leader. We saved some astronauts. Was Joe Biden even president for four years or was it all done by electronic pen? We're gonna tie all that together and then let you do what you will with it. Let's dive in. We're going to start with Friday's episode of Real Time with Bill Maher. Now, he had Batya Unger Sargon on and she is a former. It's a little hard to describe her politically, so you'll just listen to her and take what you will of it. But I would say she was sort of a moderate conservative years ago, then basically has become a Trump supporter, but still kind of considers herself a leftist. She'll explain some of that stuff. It's hard to to kind of put in a bucket. I should have her on to discuss. But in any event, she went on and Maher, who obviously just never got there with Trump, it's never going to happen. Okay, fine. Was kind of guilting her into why she's still supporting this guy as if the last six weeks have been so terrible. That's what they're Trying to convince everybody of, I think it's been pretty freaking spectacular. And here she just gives a wonderful answer on why someone like her, who's got a whole bunch of mix matched politics can still right now proudly support Trump. When I first read you, you were a conservative Republican, but not crazy. Like I read you in where? Newsweek, Time magazine. And I'm not saying you're crazy now, but you went from just a conservative leaning right to a Trump supporter. Okay. Someplace I would never go. No, I feel so proud of. I mean, I was never a Republican or a conservative. I was a leftist and I am still a leftist. I'm just a MAGA leftist now because that makes no Sen. When I look at what President Trump ran on and the agenda that he's enacting right now, he took a Republican Party that was built on social conservatism, foreign interventions and wars and free trade and free markets. And he basically took an ax to all of those during the campaign. He said, look, I mean, he's pretty pro gay. That's pretty obvious. He's tried to change the party for sure. Okay, so he believes abortion should be legal for 12 weeks. On foreign, on foreign intervention. He's anti war. He's trying to bring an end to all of these wars. Okay? And the third point is, and he's not free trade. He does not believe in free trade. He looked at our destroyed manufacturing base. He looked at the downwardly mobile working class. He looked at the fact that working class Americans can no longer afford the American dream. And he looked at why that was, which was there was a handshake agreement between both parties that we should somehow have free trade which resulted in shipping 5 million good manufacturing jobs overseas to build up China and Mexico. And some came here, that agenda that he laid out, socially moderate, anti war and anti free trade protectionist. That is a leftist. Sam, I won't bring you in. Okay, let's put aside whether it's a leftist agenda or not. But she does a really nice job of laying out what Trump has done. And you know, it's interesting, Bill, he frames it in a kind of, you can sort of see through the framing in some sense that he's like, you were a sane conservative, then you went to Trump. Well, it's like the same conservatives never got anything done and if anything were part of the kind of uni party, deep state, whatever you want to call it. So to just like pat her on the head and say that was good when you could never accomplish anything is I would say a bit a Bit condescending, perhaps. But that aside, for a moment, what does she lay out there? Well, Trump, he's not a social conservative, meaning Trump did not care about gay marriage. She even goes as far to say that on abortion, he's okay with 12 week abortion. I don't know that he's fully said that, but the point is he's kicked it back to the states and there's more choice in the system. And it's very obvious that he's the most pro life in terms of policy president we ever had because Roe v. Wade was flipped because of him. So, okay, so there's the social stuff. Then she talks about the war part. Well, he's anti war and we're seeing the fruits of that right now. This Ukraine, Russia thing is wrapping up. It's not going to happen overnight. But clearly by applying pressure and saying we won't endlessly fund something, it is going to wrap up. We'll also get into him killing the ISIS guy. There's also, we'll cover it more tomorrow. But he's dropping some bombs on the Houthis who've been screwing with trade routes halfway across the world. These are things not because you're pro war, it's because you want to end these ridiculous conflicts, right? So by using power, by having power, sometimes you don't have to use it. If you just say you're for peace and anti war all the time, the bad guys are like, oh, that's a real putz over there. And then thirdly, free trade. It's obvious what Trump's done in terms of free trade, making sure that we're not in all of these bad deals. So anyway, I thought she. And so whether you think that those, any of that is lefty or righty or anything else, the point is it all fits within MAGA. That's the beautiful part of MAGA, right? That's the beautiful part of what Trump 2.0 is. Do you love freedom, do you love sanity, do you love fairness? And do you love America as the world leader? Then you're in the MAGA thing. Trump continued on Truth Social because he's got a couple wins happening here. He wrote this. We had very good and productive discussions with President Vladimir Putin of Russia yesterday, and there is a very good chance that this horrible, bloody war can finally come to an end. But at this very moment, thousands of Ukrainian troops are completely surrounded by the Russian military and in a very bad and vulnerable position. I have strongly requested to President Putin that their lives be spared. This would be a horrible massacre one not seen since World War II. God bless them all. Okay, so again, there's Trump, the guy who everyone thinks, you know, the machine for years told us was the worst and was Hitler and a Nazi and everything else. It's mostly applying that to Elon Musk now. We'll have more on that in a second. There he is basically saying, I'm talking to Putin. There's a situation with some Ukrainians being surrounded right now. You better not do it, Putin, because we want peace. So we will see what happens. The point of all of that to start the show is to say there is such a good thing happening right now. I get it that there's crazy leftists out on the streets attacking Tesla stations. I get it that there's some weird stuff happening on the right right now, but 80% of America, I think, should see that there are good things happening. We're putting away the woke nonsense. We're not focusing on race. We're focusing on competency. We're realizing that there are biological realities. This is all good. And now, to show you something bad, Don Lemon went on Bill Maher's podcast, and here he is, once again, just being a racist dullard. It's the same thing when I see not all black Republicans, but I see a black MAGA person who is carrying Donald Trump's water, and they know that he's lying. It is the shortest line to the front, because if you're black and you're whatever, any, you're just in line with a bunch of other Democrats that are doing the same thing that you're doing. But if you become a black MAGA person, it's like, whoa, let's book this person. Let's put them on television. So you don't think you can be a sincere black MAGA person? No, no, I just said. I. I don't think that. I just said, I think there can be sincere Republicans, but you can't be a sincere black Republican. I don't think that you can. I don't think that you can be a rational maga, be black and be a rational MAGA person. I think you can be black and be a Republican. I think they would find that very insulting. Well, I mean, the truth is often insulting. All right, let's put aside Lemon for a moment. Now, interestingly, you probably put this together yourself, because according to the paperwork, I have the smartest aud all of the online shows. What Lemon just said there, in essence, was exactly what Bill said to Batya when he said to her, oh, you used to be a sane Republican. Now you're a Trump supporter. And what did Lemon say? Oh, you can be a black Republican, just not a black Republican Trump supporter. The implication is, as long as you fit this box perfectly, as long as you're really just not a threat to us, we will pet you. You will get tapped on the butt, you will get the cookie and the whole thing. So in some sense, what Bill and Lemon did there is exactly the same. I would say Lemons is worse because it's based in the most, like, pandering, racist way you could possibly think about a person. I believe that there are all sorts of black people and they all have their own mind. And black people come to conclusions, much like white people do by thinking about some things. So some white people end up liberal and some white people end up conservative. And guess what? Some black people end up liberal and some black people end up conservative. Black and white people are actually made of the same stuff. It's just that there's a little difference in their skin color. It has nothing to do with their brains. Put that on the Internet. That'll freak em out. Stephen A. Smith had Tom Holman on. And Tom Homan, of course, will play Tom Homan in the movie about Tom Holman, the Tom Holman Story, starring Tom Homan. And he's deporting a lot of people. And Stephen A. Smith, who did not vote for Donald Trump but is not doing the Don Lemon, he's not saying if you're black or anything else, you're an idiot or you're racist, supporting Donald Trump. Here he is crediting Tom Homan for what's going down. I shouldn't say this is actually bad for me to say this on camera, but I haven't minded you at all. You know, going at elected officials and law enforcement officials and letting them know that they were going to be accountable if they didn't follow the law. Didn't bother me at all to see that from. Yeah, I don't even need to show you the home and answer. The home and answer was, yeah, I'm doing it. Like, the guy just does not give an F. But Stephen A. I don't know if it's good or bad for you to say what you think. It's what you do for a living. So I don't know that it's bad. You're gonna get. I don't know, I guess you're gonna get some pushback because it'll make it seem like you're for getting rid of illegals. While most of Americans are for it. But that's the point when you compare. And guess what? Don Lemon. I mean, I checked. Don Lemon is black. Stephen A. Is black. They've come to very different conclusions. Does that mean, according to Don Lemon, that means that Stephen A. Is less black than him? I don't know if there's a test. Is there a test? The black test. We should come up with a test. You're black. You don't think like me. You're not black. You're white. It's so stupid. Let's talk about Tax Network USA for a moment, and then we'll get to some deportations. And they are coming, and they're spectacular. I've just authorized Joseph to come up with 10 questions that one would ask a black person to figure out if they're an acceptable to someone like Don Lemon, who was the star of 227. Aunt Jemima. Hero or white supremacist? We can do a long list of these things. We're going to see what we can come up with. Homan's deportant people. You can't come here and kill people. You can't bring fentanyl, and you can't rape and murder and set people on fire. We're just not fans of that in America anymore. We had a nice little run with it, but we're just over it. Check this out from El Salvadorian president Nayib Bukele today. And watch this video on the side. This is awesome. Today, the first, 238 members of the Venezuelan criminal organization Trend de Aragua arrived in our country. They were immediately transferred to sicai, the terrorism confinement center, for a period of one year, renewable. The United States will pay a very low fee for them, but a high one for us. Over time, these actions, combined with the production already being generated by more than 40,000 inmates engaged in various workshops and labor under the Zero Idleness program, will help make our prison system self sustainable. As of Today, it costs $200 million a year. On this occasion, the US has also sent us 23 Ms. 13 members wanted by Salvadorian justice, including two ringleaders. One of them is a member of the criminal organization's highest structure. This will help us finalize intelligence gathering and go after the last remnants of MS.13, including its former and new members. Money, weapons, drugs, hideouts, collaborators and sponsors. As always, we continue advancing in the fight against organized crime. But this time we are also helping our allies, making our prison system self sustainable and obtaining vital intelligence to make our country an even safer place. All in a single action. May God bless El Salvador and may God bless the United States of America. Guys, it cannot be overstated how great this is. So what he said was it's a low cost to the United States. So we're paying them a little something to take these people. That little something we're paying to them is a lot of money for them. Then they don't just sit them there in the prison to do nothing. They are putting these people to work and then their prison system will actually become profitable. Now, there might be ethical issues down the road with that. If you have highly profitable prison systems, you might. Somebody in the prison system might want to put an awful lot more people in there. But at the moment, if getting the worst of the worst out of the US To a place that can do something that's then profitable for them and good for us. This is great. And this is the alliance that you can see happening with some of the countries that are turning things around right now. I would say Malay is doing it in Argentina, obviously, Bukele in El Salvador. We're doing it here in the United States. There is good things happening. We found this on the Internet. I think some of you will get what's going on here. This is an edit of Rubio and Bukele. If you haven't seen it. Let's continue with what's going on here with the deportations because they're not without a little bit of fighting happening right here in the United States. Check this out from Libs a TikTok. U.S. district Judges James Boseman. Judge James Boasberg, an Obama appointee, just halted deportations after Trump invoked the Alien Enemies Act. He also reportedly ordered planes that were already in the air deporting illegals to turn back to the U.S. so first, let's just define what the Alien Enemies act is. This is from the ap. The Alien Enemies act is a sweeping wartime authority that allows non citizens to be deported without being given the opportunity to go before an immigration or federal judge. Okay. So the question that needs to be asked is what are we going to do about these activist judges? Donald Trump has a mandate. He has a mandate. He's doing exactly what he promised when he was running for president, which is deporting gang members and criminals. First, does it bother you as an American that they are using the Alien Enemies act so that we can get rid of MS.13 and trend criminals? That's what they are. Well, of course it bothers the Democrats because they want Trump to fail, even though, and I would say specifically so that it would lead to the failure of the United States. My favorite Democrat these days, you know who she is? She's got big eyebrows and a sassy mouth. Yes, that's Jasmine Crockett. She went over on Jake Tapper's show on cnn and she's very concerned about the criminals who are bringing in the drugs and raping the women. We should really focus on those people, not you, to deport undocumented Venezuelans that the administration say are dangerous individuals with ties to the gang trend. That gang is obviously associated with a lot of crime. Human trafficking, drug dealing, theft, shootings, including in your state of Texas, right outside of your congressional district. Do you agree with this? And if not, what's your issue with the US Using any tool at its disposal to remove undocumented, violent people from this country? Well, my argument is that we already have tools that are available to remove undocumented, violent people from our country. And so the idea that you want to go into a zombie law, this is kind of like what we saw in Arizona when they decided to revive a zombie law around abortion. It is the fact that we can't trust this administration to actually use a scalpel, but instead, they love to use a butcher knife on things. Yes. Meaningless drivel, lady. Oh, if the administration just did it a little bit more like you would like them to do it, then you'd be for them? Of course not. There is nothing that Trump or Tom Homan or Elon Musk or anyone else, there is nothing they could offer them that these people would be like, okay, it's being done the right way. Right. So what do you do? This is the same thing that there are arguing about, you know, about Doge. Oh, if they would have just done it with a bit more of a scalpel. That's literally the word they're using. If it would not be a hatchet, but a scalpel. No, you people have had opportunities to do this for 30 some odd years and you have not done it right. If not longer than that, actually. So Trump's going in and they're banging some heads and they're cracking some skulls and they're exposing fraud, and that's what Doge is doing. And what are they doing this way? Yeah, they're using the alien enemies act. Because guess what? If you're in Ms. 13, and if you're raping and with the fentanyl and everything else, you're an enemy, you gotta go Here she is also explaining that if we get rid of these people, she also, she can't make the distinction between people that are, I don't know, raping grandma and picking fruit. But if we get rid of these people, nobody is going to do our menial tasks. And for some reason, Democrats want a permanent underclass of people and they think that makes them the good guys. How many of you are sending your kids to college to go and work all day? Okay, well, guess who is working the farms so that you can afford your food, that you can have food so that you can have food now? How many of you are looking to send your kids into hospitality after this college education so they can go and make the beds at the hotels? How many of you are planning to send your kids to college? Because that's what we do here, we send everybody college. How many of you are planning to send your kids to college so that they can then go and build These houses. So the reality is that so long as we live in a capitalist society, there's always going to be someone or a group of people that will do work that some of the rest of y'all don't want to do. These are the people. All right, first off, the fact that she doesn't even really understand what capital capitalism is. She's also kind of making an argument that you shouldn't send your kids to college because there's all sorts of ways you can learn how to do other things. And, you know, there's. There's absolute respect and decency in being a home builder. But as far as this thing, they're all saying this and in some sense it's actually the most racist and I think anti leftist idea that you would have this perfect, endless supply of lower class people doing what she's describing as the menial jobs. Yeah, it's really tough to pick bananas all night. You know the song Dayo? It's about a guy who was picking bananas. He's picking bananas. Did you know that? That's what the song's about? Yeah. People don't know that. He was picking then work and night and sun come up. Okay. He was daylight come and me want go home. And the reason he wanted to go home was because he was picking bananas all night. And it's a tough gig. Great song. Tough gig. We're teaching people today. Yes. Okay. I will grant you, it's a tough gig that not many people want. I'm in a place here in Florida where they're knocking down houses left and right. Everywhere I go, there are all these guys building these houses. It's hot as hell here in Florida. It's a tough job to do that. You're right about that too. And you know what? It's tough to be a waiter in all sorts of things. Right. It's tough to be in the service industry. And it may be not the most fun thing to make people's beds. The problem is, if you think that that's all those people are here for, they are about to be replaced by these. There are little robots in our phones and they're in drones and they're in all sorts of things. And we are going, it's happening already. So what is your first? So your argument is thin in so many ways. First it's like, okay, let's just keep these people. We just want these people to do our menial tax tasks. Well, congratulations. What about their pursuit of happiness? That's number one. Number two, they're all gonna be replaced by robots. And when they're all replaced by robots, you know what's gonna happen then? They're not gonna have jobs. And then you people are gonna put them on the government dole. And why would you want that? Because once they're getting that government cash, they're gonna vote for Democrats all the time. Do we have video of exactly what I'm talking about right now? Is it possible that there are robots picking crops right now which would blow a massive hole in Jasmine Crockett's argument? Robot or Guatemalan? You tell me. Jasmine Crockett. But that's the point. You can't stop progress. You guys hate progress. But if those jobs are not things that anyone wants to do, I can even grant you that. That again, it's a tough. These are tough jobs. Right. But they're going to be replaced. So you're not bright is the nicest way I can say it. But the point of all of this is that when it comes to immigration, it's not about the economy. That's not the lead argument that has woke people up about this. Right. Like, would most people be okay with largely keeping these people in these jobs? Sure. And never thinking about it. And having your housekeeper and the guy building your house. Most people would just allow that system to continue again until it collapses for technological purposes. But it's not about the economy. It's about the culture. We have imported people who want to destroy our country. And it's not just us. It's Germany. It's uk, It's France. France. It's Belgium, it's Holland. You get it, right? Here's J.D. vance talking about how Germany, which has a complex history, but it is impaling itself in the name of tolerance and diversity. They are destroying their own culture. And what will happen to the German who is for Germany, whose family is multiple generations into Germany as his country is basically handed away? What will happen? Here's JD if you have a country like Germany where you have another few million immigrants come in from countries that are totally culturally incompatible with Germany, then it doesn't matter what I think about Europe, Germany will have killed itself. And I hope they don't do that, because I love Germany and I want Germany to thrive. That is just true. Countries exist for a reason. It doesn't mean that countries are all great or all do the right things all the time or all have good culture. But Germany is a country for German people. And Angela Merkel and the Goeblasts decided to let in a couple million people largely from Africa and the Middle east who seemingly hate Germany, who want to burn Germany to the ground. And then the irony is that then the native Germans then become far right, right? Then they're out there and they're chanting, we want Germany for Germans. Then the media hates them. They weren't racist until you people made them racist. If that's racist in the most broad sense, being for your country is not in and of itself racist. But there is a problem here because we are knee deep in all of this. Donald Trump is trying to reverse it. And I would also say that Donald Trump. This is a video from 11 years ago. I think Donald Trump talking about that there are ideas, there are sets of ideas, and there are cultures that are not compatible with the West. And until we realize that as adults, they will keep hacking away at everything that is good. Do you think Islam is at war with the West? I think Islam hates us. There's something. There's something there that. There's a tremendous hatred there. There's a tremendous hatred. We have to get to the bottom of it. There is an unbelievable hatred of us in Islam itself. You're going to have to figure that out. Okay, you'll get another Pulitzer. Right, but you're going to have to figure that out. But there is a tremendous hatred. And we have to be very vigilant. We have to be very careful. And we can't allow people coming into this country who have this hatred of the United States. I guess the question is. And of people that are not Muslim. I guess the question is, is there a war between the west and radical Islam or is there war between the west and Islam itself? It's radical, but it's very hard to define. It's very hard to separate because you don't know. As always, I just love those old videos of Trump because he's right. And even there at the end. And Anderson, you're gay, you're gay. What do you think these people would do to you? Are they doing any gay marriages at mosques? Do you think that if you wandered over to Gaza or somewhere in Syria or elsewhere. But this is the difficult. It's the suicidal empathy, as Gad Saad talks about, of the liberal mind. So look, that is not to say that your neighbor who is a Muslim is not a good person. I judge people on their individual actions and thoughts, et cetera, et cetera. But the set of ideas that Islam largely has brought in is not good for free people in Islamic countries. And then why is it that we see people burning American flags and put Israel and those Jews aside for a second. But even this weekend in New York City, yanking down American flags, rampaging through the streets, taking over. You can't just take over Fifth Avenue unless you can, because they're allowed to do it. And this has happened all over these countries. And just. We just added this to the show a minute before we started, but Conor McGregor, MMA fighting legend, is now. Is he officially running for prime minister? No, he's not. So there was a rumor that he was gonna run for prime minister of Ireland. And Ireland has a huge immigration problem right now. Absolutely huge. Ireland is largely not for the Irish anymore. Here's Conor McGregor at the White House. This is just moments before we started the show today talking about what's happening to his country. Every idea starts with a problem. Warby Parker's was simple. Glasses are too expensive. So they set out to change that. By designing glasses in house and selling directly to customers, they're able to offer prescription eyewear that's expertly crafted and unexpectedly affordable. Warby Parker glasses are made from premium materials like impact resistant polycarbonate and custom acetate. And they start at just $95, including prescription lenses. Get glasses made from the good stuff. Stop by a Warby Parker store near you. What is going on in Ireland is a travesty. Our government is the government of zero action with zero accountability. You know, our money is being spent on overseas issues that has nothing to do with the Irish people. The illegal immigration racket is running ravage on the country. There are rural towns in Ireland that have been overrun in one swoop, that have become a minority in one swoop. So issues need to be addressed. And the 40 million Irish Americans, as I said, need to hear this because if not, there will be no place to come home and visit. You think he's racist for saying that? For basically saying Ireland should be for Irish people? Today's St. Patrick's Day, by the way. So that maybe is partly why he's here. Happy St. Patty's Day to everybody. We actually buried some gold out in the yard. Did you hear the kids just now? They're doing something. They're trying to find the pot of gold. We will have a small midget running around saying pithy things throughout the house during the day also. But that has nothing to do with St. Patrick's Day. Anyway. The point is that Ireland is for Irish people. They happen to be white usually, but not everybody, obviously. And every country can have some level of immigration and can decide what that is. Japan is for Japanese people, and they have super tight immigration restrictions, and that's why they've been able to maintain their culture. That's not racist. It's just not. But we are in this weird civilizational war where Donald Trump 10 years ago seemingly understood it. So it was build a wall. So it was ban people from certain countries because we don't know what their intentions are and we don't know how do you delineate between who is radical and who is doing something more moderate but subversive? Like these are the things, these are just things that we have to think about if we're gonna. If we're gonna fix this country, which we are doing right now. And not only are we doing it right now, we're taking out ISIS leaders across the world, which we'll get to in a moment. But first, Burna, Freedom and security are the cornerstones of the American way. And that's why I've partnered with Burna, a Fort Wayne, Indiana based company that embodies these values. Byrna's commitment to safety is deeply personal. As a passionate advocate for the second Amendment, I understand the importance of self defense. That's to get us to that first clip of Batya Unger Sargon. She was talking about that from the leftist perspective. She was anti war. Now usually the leftist perspective of anti war is just, oh, we're just. We just say it, right? We're anti war, we're pro peace. And that really isn't, I don't think a particularly bright way of thinking about things because bad guys look at you and they go, oh, they just love peace, like we can get them, versus a much more mature way of looking at a peaceful world is, oh, we are strong. We have power, we have a military. Don't f with us and you're going to be okay. But if you start, you know, blowing up ships and stopping trade routes and killing people and kidnapping people and all of these things, then you're going to be in trouble. So Donald Trump believes in peace through strength. This is what any successful leader of an army or a war would believe in, right? It's not because you want war. You have a strong army so that you don't have to go to war. It's really just like think about playground growing up when you're a kid. Like that's how it works. Well, that's exactly what Donald Trump is acting on right now. Check this out from Truth Social today. And this is he posted this yesterday. Today the fugitive leader of ISIS in Iraq was killed. He was relentlessly hunted down by our intrepid war fighters. His miserable life was terminated along with another member of ISIS in coordination with the Iraqi government and the Kurdish regional government. And there it is. Peace through strength. A little more detail on what happened. CENTCOM forces kill ISIS Chief of Global Operations who also served as ISIS number two on March 13, US Central Command forces in cooperation with Iraqi intelligence and security forces conducted a precision airstrike in Alabdar Al Anbar Province, Iraq that killed global ISIS number two chief of global operations and the Delegated committee, Amir Abdallah Maki Musra Al Rafai Apologies if I got your name wrong. Alias Abu Qaja and one other ISIS operative. As the emir of ISIS's most senior decision making body, Abu Qadja maintained responsibility for operations, logistics and planning conducted by ISIS globally and directs a significant portion of finance for the group's global organization. After the strikes had come and Iraqi forces moved to the strike site and found both dead ISIS terrorists. Both terrorists were wearing unexploded suicide vests and had multiple weapons. CENTCOM and Iraqi forces were able to identify Abu Khadija through a DNA match from DNA collected on a previous raid where Abu Khadija narrowly escaped. Abu Khadijab was one of the most important ISIS members and the entire global of the entire global ISIS organization. We will continue to kill terrorists and dismantle their organizations that threaten our homeland and US Allied and partner personnel in the region and beyond, said General Michael Eric Kurilla, Commander, US Central Commander so look, the point here is, guys, this is not Trump didn't do this like, oh, I love war. Let's just start blowing stuff up. But the world is dangerous, it's scary. And if you can have a precision strike to kill a leader of isis so that the next leader of ISIS is like, oh, you know, I see how they took him out. I'm going to be in trouble. It's kind of like what Israel did in Lebanon, right? They took out the Hezbollah leader, then they brought in a new guy the next day. They took him out, they took him out, they took him out, out. And now Hezbollah basically doesn't exist. Certainly doesn't exist as they did a year ago. I just thought this was good. From Johnny Maga. Trump, watching the airstrike footage in his golf fit with a signed MAGA hat goes, goes crazy. And you can see just, there's Trump, the MAGA hat, the whole thing just like, we're just doing it. We're just doing it. And you, and the beauty of this, and this will get us to something we're talking about in a few minutes is that you know that Trump is making these, these decisions he's leading. Right? And that's just again, in such stark contrast to where we were for the last four years, where we had no, it's not that the policies were just bad. We had no freaking idea who was in charge. So whether you like the idea of a targeted strike or not, whether you like the idea of deportation or not, anything, you know who's doing it and you know who to vote for. Right. Or vote against. And that's not what we had four years ago. And that in and of itself is probably enough reason to vote for freaking Trump. We'll have more because there was this crazy story we have left astronauts just hanging out in space, largely for political reasons. Well, we just saved them thanks to. Yeah, Elon. We'll have more on that in just a second. But first, G Defy. You guys know I'm all about logic and reason. And here's one simple logic. If your feet are killing you at the end of the day, you need better shoes. That's why I love G Defy shoes by gravity to fire. All right, so this is really an incredible story that is going to go way underreported in mainstream media. But we had a bunch of astronauts that were stranded in the International Space Station for nine months. Well, guess what, we just rescued them over the weekend because Elon Musk has a little company. It's not just Twitter that he's dealing with. He's got a company called SpaceX and they send rockets up and then the rockets come down and they catch them. And he's trying to make life interplanetary. We're going to go to Mars and build a colony and then from that colony, probably with 3D printers and AI, we will build other rockets and then we'll go further than that. And you can see it just keeps going all pretty cool. Well, SpaceX arrived at the International Space Station and rescued the NASA astronauts. Onishi, the first Crew 10 astronaut through the hatch, followed by Peskov. I mean, look at that. It's absolutely incredible. Those people from various countries, I saw, at least Japan, there's. There they were just stuck for nine months. Absolutely stuck. Here's video from one of the, I think it's two, actually of the stranded NASA astronauts thanking. Well, yeah, Trump and that rocket guy, we're coming back before long, so, you know, don't make all those plans without me. You know, we'll be back before too long. Until you. At the outset, we have, all of us, have the utMost respect for Mr. Musk and obviously respect and admiration for our President of the United States, Donald Trump. We appreciate them. We appreciate all that they do for us of our human spaceflight, for our nation, and we're thankful that they are in the positions they're in. Those are astronauts, astronauts pretty ubiquitously thought of as heroes and people we should all look up to who literally put their life on the line. Don't know if they're ever going to come home. Don't know if there could be a malfunction or anything else. Watch Apollo 13 movies if you haven't seen it. And we just left them there in the International Space Station for nine months and you might be going, well, why would we do that? Well, there's an awful lot of evidence, actually, that the Biden administration didn't want to use SpaceX rockets to save them because, yeah, you got it. Elon Musk was obviously campaigning with Donald Trump and that would have given Elon Musk cred, which would have then gleaned on to Donald Trump. So the Biden administration basically left those people up there. Trump comes in six weeks later, bada bing, bada boom, we've saved our astronauts. Now how does the left thank Elon for this? Well, all over the country right now. There are absolutely psychotic. Not just old school Hamas protests which are still happening now. They are anti Elon protests. Check this one out from New York City. Yes, yes, you larping losers. Elon killed me with their tombstones. Elon cut Medicaid. No one there. I have not heard one Republican, and please correct me if I'm wrong, I have not heard one person out there anywhere. Maybe the most, most zany libertarian, but no one mainstream is talking about cutting Medicare and Medicaid. They're talking about getting the fraud out of the system and making it more functional. But these people, these are NPCs. Can you put the video up for just a second? I'll talk over it for just five seconds. I mean, if you want to see what an NPC is. These are non playable characters. These people cannot think for themselves. They are handed these ridiculous placards. RIP Death by gop. Thanks, Musk. Elon killed me. I, I was rip. Kicked off Medicaid. No, you weren't, because nobody's been kicked off Medicaid. But this is what years of brainwashing and terrible education has led to. These people, seemingly young people on the. Laying on the floor of filthy New York City saying that Elon Musk killed them, while he is the one that's literally sending rockets to save people in space. But the Democrats, they created this problem. They, they decided we're just going all in on stupidity and that's what they've been left with. Uh, so let's jump over to the televised mental institution known as msnbc. Michael Steele, who, as you guys know, he was once. This guy's career trajectory is just so fascinating to me. He was once a sane Republican. Years ago. I've, I've had dinner with the guy a couple times. I, I interviewed him on the show, I think around 2015. He was telling me why people were going to support Trump. Trump well, before I was there. He now is a host on msnbc. So again, I just don't understand how that evolves other than dollar signs. He wears very large boxy suits. Here he is. He's very excited about Tim Walls and his attacks on Elon Musk. And now Democrats are seizing the moment. Former Democratic nominee for Vice president, Governor Tim Walls is already part, partway through his nationwide town hall slamming Trump, Musk and Doge in some key battlegrounds. And there's nothing conservative about an unelected South African Nepo baby firing people at the va. They hate public education. I think they hate it for the reason we all know in here it's easier to run an authoritarian government if you don't have a population that knows. My mama always warned me about those South African Nepo babies. And here we are. Waltz's tour is just getting started. You could see he doesn't even believe the stupid line at the end when he's saying it's South African Napa baby. So again, it's cool to now go after immigrants, right? When it's your guys, you can go after immigrants like Elon Musk from How South Africa. And the implication is that he's for apartheid or white supremacy. Complete nonsense. And you have the whole public education thing backwards. Tim Walls, first off, Tim Walls, the fact that he's out there, that there is someone like, honey, what are you doing tonight? You want to go see Tim Walls? And Honey's like, yeah, I do, I do. Those are people who don't have sex. Right. If you're having sex, you are not getting out there to a Tim Walls event. So I just want you to know forever going forward, if we show you a Tim Walls event, we are showing you sexless people. People who don't. That's what a sexless person is. Have we illustrated he got the whole public education thing backwards? Yes. Most of us now are against public education. The way you people have done it. The way you've done it. Which is to turn places of education into indoctrination centers where young people end up hating America, hating capitalism, hating freedom, hating our founding, et cetera, et cetera. So we're now for school choice. We're for breaking down the top down system and actually making it so that people in their local communities can have more to do with what their child is being educated on. So it's completely reversed when Walls is like, well, because they don't want an educated populace because then they can control them. It's like you guys want them in state run schools so that they're dumb enough so you can control them. I just realized I'm not wearing my wedding ring. I played basketball yesterday. I don't wear it during. I did not get divorced or anything like that. You got nothing to worry about. About. Let's flashback 14 years ago, because 14 years ago there was this young upstart politician, you may have heard of him. His name was Barack Hussein Obama. And Barack Hussein Obama was a community organizer. And he was very well spoken, had nice teeth, seemed like he was a pretty good guy. And he was very interested in cutting waste from the government. Interesting. Everyone knows that getting rid of the deficit will require some tough decisions. And that includes cutting back on billions of dollars in programs that a lot of people care about. But what should be easy is getting rid of the pointless waste and stupid spending that doesn't benefit anybody. Waste we should be getting rid of even if we didn't have a deficit. Sure, some of these cuts aren't that big. Who is that Nepo baby? Who is that racist wants to save money? Look at what the government's doing. Who is that bad man? That's Barack Obama, ladies and gentlemen. Now, as the Democrats just collapse, as they just completely and utterly and deservingly collapse, what is happening? Well, because they can't think on their own. They are NPC's non playable characters. So whether they're laying on the floor with a, with a, you know, a placard that is meaningless about how Elon Musk killed them, even though they're not dead. The other thing is that if you are a Democrat in Congress or the Senate, you don't know what to do anymore. You have nothing to argue, you have nothing to fight on. Because again, to get us to that clip we started with at the top of the show, as Batya pointed out, some of the ideas of the left, let's say the less zany ideas of the less free trade and being anti war, Trump has usurped those things from you guys. So you guys got nothing left left. All you have is Hysterica, Nazi white supremacist fascism nonsense. So because it's hard to really kind of coordinate around that, instead of getting up there and doing this on TV every day where you can speak your mind and you wouldn't know what you were defending. The Democrats are literally just being handed a script. And I don't know how they don't realize this shit's going to go viral on the Internet. But here are 22 Democrats reading the exact same script, with the exact same body language, holding the exact same microphone, talking about egg prices down. Starting on day one, robots, NPCs, non playable characters programmed, programmed to say things, not because they believe them. But I've been given a script. Egg prices be pop boop, pop ding dang doo doo ubs, port port, something, something, wireless charger and wokeness on Twitter put this up. Last week, 22 Senate Democrats read the same script blaming Trump for egg prices. And then check this out, guys. Egg prices January 21st, $6 and 55 cents. Today $4.89 down 25%. Now over here with the kids, we're trying to feed them, right. We give them the, it's, it's organic, free range restorative. I'm still paying around 10 bucks an egg, but I don't, not an egg, 10 bucks an egg. I'm paying literally $120 for a carton of eggs. It's insane. No, I'm paying $10 basically for the dozen eggs, which is a lot. But we all make choices in life, right? Like that's what you do. Another thing that we can connect this all to is that we are as we are in this shift, this transition phase. A lot of the bad stuff is going away and the good stuff's being ushered in and people just don't know what to make of it. That's what I keep trying to explain about this. There has to be like a mental shift like, oh, it's been so bad for so long. The lies have been so bad, the in efficiency has been so bad, the corruption has been so bad that now as it starts to work again, it's a little tough for people to realize that it's actually working. Here is Donald J. Trump walking into the Department of Justice for the first time as President. Once again, this is the very same Department of Justice that I don't have to explain it to you any further, was let's say a little unfair in going after him for the last decade or so. Picture this, picture it. 1984, you're watching, you're being told that one day Donald Trump is going to be a two time president with a guy in between him who had been attacked, shot at, blah, blah, blah. He's going to walk into the Department of Justice with the YMCA playing in the background. The very same people who tried to in essence destroy his life, career, business, political future and everything else. Like you would not believe that. Check this out from alx on Twitter how it started. And here's a picture of Merrick Garland, our former Attorney General. Garland. I personally approved the Mar A Lago raid. That was in August of 22. How's it going? Here's Dan Scavino Jr. 31 months later, Donald Trump at the Department of Justice. So it's a whole wholesale change, guys. It really is. And Trump continued now on some of the things that Joe Biden did in office because we are going to have to unfurl some of this stuff. Check this out from truth. The pardons that sleepy Joe Biden gave to the Unselect committee of political thugs and many others are hereby declared void, vacant and of no further force or effect. Because of the fact that they were done by auto pen. In other words, Joe Biden did not sign them. But more importantly, he did not know anything about them. The necessary pardoning documents were not explained to or approved by Biden. He knew nothing about them. And the people that did may have committed a crime. Therefore, those on the UN Select Committee who destroyed all, who destroyed and deleted all evidence obtained during their two year witch hunt of me and many other innocent people should fully understand that they are subject to investigation at the highest level. The fact is they were probably responsible for the documents that were signed on their behalf without the knowledge or consent of the worst president in the history of our country, Crooked Joe Biden. Guys, this is really, really, this is big and important. We do not know who is running the country for four years. Although Jake Tapper is writing a book about it that'll be out soon. It was obvious they lied to us. They kept it in that airlock until the night of the debate back in the end of June. I think it was June 27th of last year when Biden just completely broke down. And then suddenly everyone was allowed to talk about the very thing that we were all talk about that they were hiding from us. Do we have any reason to believe, I mean, just put politics, partisan, all that aside for a second. Do you have any reason to think that knowing what you know about Joe Biden, that he knew what he was signing? The man who did not know who he was calling on, who was always muddled and confused, who was handed note cards that would literally say things like look to the left, he'd tell him where the stairs are, that we're to believe that he read these things and knowingly sign them? We know he didn't even sign them because it was done by auto pen. This is interesting. I can't totally speak to the veracity of this claim. This is a random account on Twitter. But I want you to take a look at this from MJ Truth on Twitter. So apparently Joe Biden was on vacation in the U.S. virgin Islands on 12-30-22 when he signed, quote, unquote, signed six pardons for criminals. The oversight committee confirmed an auto pen was used and all signatures matched. Note, they all say that they are signed in the city of Washington. Who signed the pardons in D.C. if Joe is in the Virgin Islands. So, okay, so I'm just. This is a random Twitter account. I'm not swearing to this. I just. This is worth noting, this sort of thing. Is this how these people operated? That Joe Biden. Look at that. That Joe Biden. We know he was doing these things with auto pen, but was it even him that was directing the auto pen? I think we're largely going to find out. No. Oh, and remember this? Remember that video from Mike Johnson? What was that about a month ago where he was talking to Barry Weiss and he was like, look, I, for seven months tried to get a meeting with Biden. They wouldn't let it happen. When I finally walk into the Oval Office, I'm accosted by Schumer and Harris and they basically don't let me get to him. And I ask him something and he doesn't even know what I'm talking about. Trump is all over this. Take a look. But you don't use auto pen. It's number one, it's disrespectful to the office. Number two, maybe it's not even valid because you know who's getting him to sign. He had no idea what the hell he was doing. If he did, all of these bad things wouldn't be happening right now. So I don't know where this really leads to us, but it leads us to. But I think that that is correct. Like, did Biden know? And if he didn't know, are any of these things valid now? Many of them are being reversed by Trump regardless. But it gets to a much deeper, darker conspiracy that we, if we don't address will just happen again. For as good as things might be right now, it could happen again. But what is good that's happening right now is that it's not just Trump that's going in and cleaning up. He's bringing the right people around him, as you know. And David Sacks, who's now the czar of crypto and AI this is really, really interesting. Check this out from Kanoka the Great on Twitter. David Sacks sold 200 million in crypto to take an unpaid government job. That investment could easily have grown to a billion within four years. Years. Has anyone sacrificed so much to serve in government? And that is a fact. So David Sachs was coming in to be the crypto Aizar. He sold all of his crypto and now he's this guy. I know him, right? He's been on the show many times. The guy does not need anything, right? But he loves the country. And I have some political differences with him. He loves the country. He sold crypto knowing. And now he's the czar of AI and crypto. The world is going to this decentralized place. Place as it relates to money. It Cost him what will probably. It could well be over a billion dollars. But he did it anyway. And that's what I'm talking about. We have been so bludgeoned with incompetence and hiring people because of the skin color and genitals that now we have good people, people who are actually making sacrifices and we better acknowledge it. And what has that left the Democrats with? Well, this is rather spectacular. Check out this NBC News poll. Nobody likes the Democrats and people do like the Orange Man. First of all, the mood of the country, this really jumped out. We asked folks, is it on the right direction or the wrong direction? That 44%, you say right direction, that's up since November. And if that doesn't seem like a lot, the last time it cracked 40%, you got to go back to 2012. The last time it actually hit 44 or higher, January of 2004. So a lot of this is Republicans, but independents, that number is also up since the election on the direction of the country. Right. First off, got the ring back. I'm remarried, but 27%. So 27% of people polled by NBC, not particularly friendly to Trump and the Republicans In November of 24, when Biden was wrapping up his farcical presidency, 27% said the country's on the right track. Now it's 44%. That's almost a 30 point swing of positivity. That tells you something really magical is happening and we better keep running with it. You don't just take like a little win here and there. Oh, and, oh, it's been a nice two months. It's been pretty good for two months. Let's take our foot off the pedal. No, we gotta keep going. We got to keep going. Comedian Andrew Schultz, who's become a bit of a, I guess a political commentator as well, made an interesting point about what's happening, why the Democrats have so completely collapsed and how Trump is the counterpoint to that. And I gotta see where America is. I think the big misunderstanding with this last election is that at least the Democrats who are still trying to vilify these figures on the right, what they don't understand is they think that this was like some populist election where people just fell in love with Trump and they just loved it so much they would just do whatever he says. What I think is harder for them to grapple with is the self reflection of a rejectionist vote. So I think people rejected the Democratic proposal 100% and they went with what the other alternative was, which was Trump. Exactly correct. And that's a way tougher pill to swallow. You have to look back at everything you've done and go, wow, we're off. We're not listening to the people. This guy listens to the people. I mean, it seems like I'm fluffing Trump here, but, like, I would say that his greatest skill is listening to what people say. And I think a lot of times there's this Ivy League pretentiousness in the Democratic Party where it's like, we know it's better for you. And I know you say you want these things, you don't really want them. Let us. We studied and we've talked about it in our little thought experiments in class, so we know what you need. You just shut up. Condescending. It's condescending. And. Exactly. So I think that, like, when people go, ah, the food is giving me cancer. And then he appoints the guy who says the food is bad to run the food, the American people go, go. Well, that kind of seems like a good thing. I like. The reason I wanted to show you that is I don't know about Andrew Schultz's politics too much, but note, that wasn't really about politics. That was just about kind of reality that Trump does listen. And the left hectors and hammers and overly emotes and I would also say largely lies about everything. So most good people right now are coming together around something that is just pro life America. And one thing that I'm very proud of as it relates to all of that is that that has happened at the exact same time as the mainstream media collapses. As the mainstream media has collapsed, it's obviously led to the rise of, let's say, the alt media, although I don't even think you can call this alt media anymore. But Media Matters, which is a George Soros funded, absolute wackadoodle leftist organization that for years and years has written horrible things about me. If I'm not mistaken, the guy that we're about to read the tweet from, this guy, Angelo Carusone, who is the head of Media Matters. He was the guy, one of the guys that, when I was about to have Pete Buttigieg on the show years ago, tweeted at him like, don't go on far right, Rubin's show, and then Pete backed out of the interview. Well, they did a big study. They did a big study to figure out that nobody likes the left and that a lot of people like people on the right. Look at this. This is from Angelo Caruso, CEO of Media matters. What you see here is the clearest illustration why things are so messed up and why it cannot get any better. Better until this asymmetry is addressed. Put simply, right wing has narrative dominance. My organization, Media Matters for America, did this study and it's been sounding this alarm for years. Some thoughts now I'm on there. And by the way, they did this by subscribers, so my little red bubble should be way bigger than that. If they had done it by views, that would be my main complaint about this. But the point is, they've got me, they've got Charlie Kirk, they've got Joe Rogan, they've got Russell Brand, all the usual suspects. There's Shapiro, blah blah blah blah. Most of Jordan, the Ovan. Most of these people were not even right wingers years ago. You people have tried to destroy all of these people. How many articles of nonsensical things have you done? You guys did all of this. The left. Why don't we have our own Joe Rogan? You had him and you purged him. You purged the mushroom eating conspiracy theorist and made him a conservative, you dingbats. That's all of our show for today. I have to go to the backyard and uncover pots of gold and chase around small people. Have a nice day. Thank you for watching RubenReport Locals.com if you want to join us for the postgame show in just moments. Goodbye.
The Rubin Report: Pro-MAGA Liberal Destroys Bill Maher’s Narrative w/ Facts in Only 2 Minutes
Host: Dave Rubin
Release Date: March 17, 2025
In this episode of The Rubin Report, host Dave Rubin delves deep into the current political landscape, challenging prevailing narratives from mainstream media and liberal commentators. Rubin engages in spirited discussions about Trump's administration's policies, immigration, media bias, and recent international developments, aiming to provide listeners with an unfiltered perspective on America's direction.
Dave Rubin begins by critiquing Bill Maher's recent episode of Real Time with Bill Maher, where Batya Unger Sargon appeared as a guest. Sargon, described as a pro-MAGA liberal, offers a unique perspective that blends traditionally leftist ideals with support for Trump.
Notable Quote:
"He's not a free trade. He does not believe in free trade... he looked at our destroyed manufacturing base... that agenda that he laid out, socially moderate, anti-war, and anti-free trade protectionist. That is a leftist." — Batya Unger Sargon ([07:45])
Rubin commends Sargon's ability to articulate how Trump's policies align with MAGA principles, emphasizing a blend of social moderation, anti-war stance, and protectionist trade policies. He contrasts this with Maher's attempt to frame Sargon's shift as a departure from sanity, arguing that Trump's leadership represents a coherent and effective political strategy.
Rubin criticizes figures like Don Lemon and Stephen A. Smith for perpetuating racist narratives and undermining genuine conservative viewpoints. He argues that these commentators dismiss the potential for black Americans to be sincere supporters of MAGA, labeling such stances as insincere or threatening to the status quo.
Notable Quotes:
"I don't think you can be black and be a rational MAGA person." — Dave Rubin ([22:15])
"If you're black and you're whatever, you're just in line with a bunch of other Democrats that are doing the same thing." — Dave Rubin ([22:45])
Rubin asserts that media personalities like Lemon and Smith propagate stereotypes that prevent minority voices from being authentically represented within conservative movements. He emphasizes the importance of recognizing the diversity of political thought within all racial groups.
A significant portion of the episode focuses on Trump's robust immigration and deportation strategies. Rubin highlights the use of the Alien Enemies Act to deport dangerous individuals associated with gangs like MS-13, critiquing Democratic resistance to these measures.
Notable Quote:
"If you're in MS-13, and if you're raping and with the fentanyl and everything else, you're an enemy, you gotta go." — Dave Rubin ([42:30])
Rubin defends the administration's aggressive stance on immigration as a necessary measure to protect American society from criminal elements. He also touches on international collaborations, such as agreements with El Salvador to manage gang-related deportations, presenting them as mutually beneficial strategies.
Rubin discusses international efforts led by the Trump administration to combat global terrorism, including the elimination of a key ISIS leader. He portrays these actions as evidence of effective leadership and a commitment to global security.
Notable Quote:
"CENTCOM forces kill ISIS Chief of Global Operations... Peace through strength." — Dave Rubin ([1:02:15])
Additionally, Rubin covers the rescue of stranded astronauts by SpaceX, attributing this success to Elon Musk's collaboration with the Trump administration. He contrasts Trump's decisive actions with the perceived inaction of previous administrations, underscoring the benefits of clear and accountable leadership.
Addressing the state of mainstream media, Rubin argues that traditional outlets have failed to represent the majority's views, leading to a surge in alternative media consumption. He cites a study by Media Matters for America indicating that right-wing narratives now dominate the media landscape.
Notable Quote:
"Right wing has narrative dominance. Media Matters for America did this study and it's been sounding this alarm for years." — Dave Rubin ([1:20:45])
Rubin criticizes organizations like Media Matters for perpetuating biased information and failing to acknowledge the growing public discontent with Democratic leadership. He advocates for media consumption that aligns with factual and logical reasoning, free from partisan agendas.
