I want to start quickly on an Iran situation and then we're going to cover more of it at the end of the show. But just in the last about 20 minutes or so, Donald Trump, on the rapid response Twitter and Truth social account, put this up. He wrote, iranian patriots, keep protesting. Take over your institutions. Save the names of the killers and abusers. They will pay a big price. I have canceled all meetings with Iranian officials until the senseless killing of the protesters stops. Help is on the way. Make Iran great again. Miga. Make Iran great again. President Donald J. Trump. So we'll post, we'll punt most of this conversation to the end of the show, but I do wanna just quickly say up top. I mean, Trump has proven himself. When he says something, he does it right. I mean, he was warning Maduro, Maduro. Now somewhere in a jail in New York, Trump is rejiggering the world order. He is using peace through strength. Now, it doesn't mean that whatever we may or may not do will work. I'm always sympathetic to libertarian voices that say, hey, America mucked up a bunch of stuff over the years. I would say the Trump administration and how we handle things is very, very different. But we are the last moral force in the world. It's simply true. It's simply true. Right. Like the people of Iran, 12,000 people have been killed so far. They're saying these people who are standing up to the mullahs, these Persians, who are largely Persians, but it's others, too, who are standing up to the mullahs and don't want to live under a religious theocracy. No one's coming to help them unless it's us. It's not NATO or any international agreement. It's not the Justice League. It'. Un. It's not Britain or France or anyone else. It's America. And that doesn't mean necessarily we should do it, but we should all think about what is our role in the world, and if we don't do potentially good things to help people in the world, what does that leave the world to be? So I wanted to mention that sort of at a philosophic mention, as a philosophical note up top. But now let's dive into what's happening in our country right now. Because while those people are truly brave and are fighting against a religious theocracy that's murdering in the streets, that has oppressed their people for free 40 years, you know, really since the Iranian revolution, and they are yearning for freedom, we have. We have a much more perverted, twisted version of it happening on our streets here. I would say, arguably a completely reverse version of it, which is that we have people who have been ginned up, largely leftists and genderqueer woke activists, who have been ginned up to hate ice, to hate police officers, to hate the government, hate the founding of the United States. Then, of course, there was the shooting of this woman in Minneapolis who turned her car to start hitting an ICE office, which now has sort of become the new BLM trigger in some sense here. And the Democrats are just diving in on this. So here is Ilhan Omar, a woman who married her brother and should be denaturalized and deported. Here she is calling Donald Trump a tyrant and completely lying about what ICE is doing.

We are showing the nation that regardless of what the tyrant in the White House believes, we know that we are here to stay. And this is our country. Every time there was a stop sign and they could have gone, boy, we got Donald Trump elected once. Boy, we ended up getting Donald Trump elected twice. Boy, this, that, the other thing. We're. We're burning down the entire country. They've just gone and gone and gone. Well, here is what they have ginned up on the streets of Minneapolis to face you guys. Time for an armed resistance against the United States of America. Take your mask off. This is done. We're done. You're murderers. You shot a woman in a wheelchair. This is a great shot. All right, so look, we've seen this movie before. We did the BLM thing. We did all of the COVID Times. We burned down Pep Boys and Targets and Best Buys in the name of tolerance and diversity and all that. I think more people, fortunately, have wisened up to it this time and see the ridiculous. But listen to that guy who basically has the emotional capacity of a wwe wrestler from 1987. I remember when he beat Hacksaw Jim Duggan. Do you remember that? The armed resistance of the United States. He's calling for armed resistance against the United States. Like, that's pretty much a call for terrorism. He's not really mincing words right there. And how many of these people exist on our streets? And then, of course, you have the. Just the general people who take over streets, and they stop commerce, and they stop, you know, ambulances from getting to hospitals and everything else. Oh, and just the. We're gonna burn down the Train station. We're gonna take over the courthouse, the federal courthouse in Portland. We're gonna stop normal people from living their lives in the name of our revolution. And there is literally nobody except for John Fetterman. It is so wild. You could not have written that. ChatGPT would have said this is the dumbest story ever. That the guy who had brain damage is now the last man standing when it comes to sanity in the Democrat Party. Anywho, Ilhan Omar is making the rounds on media. Here she is with Margaret Brennan, who's trying to try. She's literally handing you a softball. Hey, tone it down, you crazy woman. And Ilhan just can't do it.

And you can clearly see, first off, she's blocking traffic, which she's not allowed to do. Then she's backing up and you can see the officer behind, the one that's at her door. She. Now watch. He's turning the wheel, starts moving in front, and that's when his hand goes up. Now again, whittling it down to all that sort of stuff in some sense is kind of. It's kind of superfluous in a way because these things are happening on the fly. You've got people screaming at them, they're throwing snowballs at them. They're calling them racists and Nazis and all this stuff. And we're whittling down a slow motion video to one second. But it does stand right. If this was the Subruder film, you'd go, okay, there's a reason we're watching it frame by frame by frame by frame. So she's a liar, but she's only here for the revolution. And you must understand that. So now I want to read you this. This incredible tweet that I saw yesterday. This is by a guy by the name of Will Tanner. He's the founder of the American Tribune. And he wrote this. And I think you'll see the connection High civilization existed for a brief flicker of a moment in Rhodesia a few decades where the primordial darkness of the Stone Age was vanquished. But then it returned in the name of equality and Zimbabwe is once again in ruin. The same happened in South Africa over a somewhat longer timeline. Centuries of hard work and immense effort are being erased so a few kleptocrats can steal and destroy all in the name of equality. And now the nation that once had a nuclear program doesn't even have clean and reliable drinking water. The same will happen in America if we let it. The toxic brew of race, communism and anarcho tyranny that turned the dark continent into being such into being such. After a century, civilization has taken deep roots on our shores and will destroy us as it destroyed them if we let it. Elon Musk, you may have heard of this guy, quite influential in certain circles, retweeted that and he wrote, unfortunately, this is where America is headed. But the point there is that there are societies who are built in all of the best ways for the right reasons, that flourish and then they start crumbling because they import bad ideas, they import bad people. And we're starting to see it. Maybe we've been slow motion seeing it. Well, you know, people always ask, well when did this all start? And then, you know, there's always the debate about the decades long march through the institutions that the left took over. So they took over our education institutions, brainwashed generations of kids, they took over our media institutions, brainwashed generations of adults. Thank God for a free, to whatever extent, it's free Internet that Elon has a little something to do with so that we can do this and push against those bad ideas. But what do you think our founders would think about someone like Ilhan Omar doing what she is doing right now? Because it's not just that she's trying to instigate a revolution on the streets and call Donald Trump a tyrant and destroy everything that is good. As someone that is new to America, I mean think about that. Someone that is new. She is new and has amassed insane power and money worth $30 million as a member of Congress right now. She came in worth like 80 grand or something like that. Like that is what she is and what she is doing. But it's not just that then she uses her power not just to create chaos in the streets, but also to launder massive amounts of money to her Somali community. And then back to Somalia. Here she is upset that people are investigating her money laundering operation.

Okay, so look, you can go. But Dave, you know, we always hear those things. Someone's gonna get someone. And this is what politics is. And no one gets anyone. And I talk about that all the time. Like, right. Related to Covid stuff. It's like, still no one. No one. No one in the government paid for anything. They want murder in people's head because they want to gin up the craziness on the streets. Note that ICE is not here in Florida, by the way. Now, there might be some ICE operatives somewhere in Florida, but notice that all these videos are coming out of blue states and blue cities. It's because DeSantis has decided to work with ICE, but it's not even just work with ICE. He's decided to give law enforcement, state law enforcement here, the proper backing so that they can go ahead and arrest illegals. You may remember it was about. What was it, six months ago or so? There was a bunch of Chinese nationals who were. There were about 40 of them in a U Haul van. A friend of mine sent me the video. He was caught not too far from where he lives. He was caught in traffic because they just found. Because they saw the car in front of them was acting a little sketchy, and they were like, wait a minute. Local Florida police were like, what's going on with that U Haul van behind that car that has way too many people in it? And they file about 40 guys, Chinese nationals. What are they doing here? And they have no right to be here. And I don't care what their plan. If 38 of the 40 are just great people who want to open up Chinese food restaurants, it does not matter. You cannot be here. You got to go home. So everything they say is a lie. Every single freaking thing. And if you guys would do your job as state representatives, the feds wouldn't have to be here. And as you can see, once she starts, once she starts moving forward, he pulls out the gun. That's not a million zillion perspectives, lady. There's one perspective on this. You may not like the fallout around it, but there's one perspective also. It's not worth. I'm not going to bludgeon you by showing you the clip again, but if you watch Alyssa Farah there, she's just sitting there in shame now. She gets her cookie and she gets her couple hundred grand every year, but she's sitting there in shame with those women because she knows that this is not right. So I hope you enjoy the cookies. This person is part of a group of people who form convoys to interfere with federal law enforcement operations. They drive convoys of cars and do active law enforcement situations. Now according to further reporting, C, they didn't follow lawful commands to stop, get out of the car. D, they accelerated a car into the officer. It clearly hit the officer. I don't understand how you could watch this video and all the other videos that have come out and not come to the conclusion that this is an unfortunate, tragic situation that was caused by someone, the person driving the vehicle, using extraordinarily poor judgment from top to bottom.

But now let's connect this back to what's going on in Iran right now. This from Fox News. Iran is not merely experiencing another wave of street protests. Across Iran, demonstrations sparked by economic collapse and corruption have rapidly transformed into direct challenges to clerical rule. Security forces have responded with live fire, mass arrests and communications blackouts. International reporting cites hundreds of people being killed and thousands detained. Internet shutdowns point to a regime determined to suppress not only dissent, but proof of it. Iran has seen mass protests before. In 2009, the Green Movement threatened the regime after a disputed election. In 22. And this is where the future of Iran will be decided. So we're going to show you some video of the protests in just a second. But again, as I said at the top, as of this morning, it sounds like 12,000 people have been killed and that over the next 24 hours, the Iranian regime is really going to ramp it up. Like they're going to try to do a shock and awe and just kill as many people as possible so that the protesters will cow in fear. Now that's to the backdrop of that post that Donald Trump put up earlier this morning, basically saying keep going. And Donald Trump has made it clear he's, he does, he's not messing around with this stuff. So I don't know what that means. We do. But think about this. Israel, which is an absurdly, absurdly map of the Middle east real quick. Israel, which is an absurdly tiny country the size of New Jersey, Iran is probably 50, 100 times bigger landmass than it. Israel won that war in 11 days. And on 12, day 12, they asked the Americans to have some B2 bombers fly over and blow up those nuke sites, meaning that that showed the people of Iran, boy, this, this regime, these people, the ayatollahs, the mullah, the mullahs who are in charge of us, they're not as powerful, you know what I mean? Like Israel destroyed Hamas, destroyed their proxy Hezbollah in Lebanon. Like it's actually maybe a bit of a paper tiger. So these people are emboldened right now and as the article pointed out, let' they tried to do this, they got pretty damn close. But who was the President of the United States? It was Barack Obama and he let all of those people die. Now again, I'm not saying if we do something, it will work. This is very different than Venezuela, which I think will be just fine. I don't know exactly what will happen, but we are the last force in the world that can do anything to help these people. So let's show you some video of the protests in Tehran and then I'll show you a quick map of the Middle East. You have to realize how historic this is. These people, their Internet has been cut. They have been, they have lived through decades of secret prisons and women not being allowed to walk on the street and all sorts of unbelievably horrific conditions. And they're going through it now. And 12,000 people have been killed and they're still out there. It's just incredible. I think we have a map of the Middle east here, here. And you can see Israel is so small you literally can't fit a letter on the land mass. And look how Iran, how big Iran is. So I don't know, what is that, 50 times bigger, 80 times bigger? And they took them in 11 days. So that months ago showed, boy, this regime isn't so strong. So the people started getting inspired. And the Persians don't hate the Jews and the Jews certainly don't hate the Persians. So there's something historic happening here. The question is, what will America's role be in it? And again, it's unknown what would happen if we got more involved. I certainly wouldn't be for sending troops there, but is there some way we can hit regime military sites so that it weakens them potentially? Here's a little bit more from Visigrad24. Breaking Islamic authorities in Iran have announced the imminent execution of participants in anti regime protests. Officials said that following expedited court proceedings, the first group of convicted ringleaders of unrest will be executed on Wednesday morning. Among those sentenced to death is 26 year old protester Irfan Sultani. His execution is scheduled for 1-14-26, just days after his arrest during the protests. Reports say the execution will be carried out by a hanging. Some of the executions may be conducted publicly in accordance with Islamic law, according to human rights organizations. Sultani's family was informed of the death sentence on January 11 and granted only a brief 10 minute visit. Sultani was denied access to a lawyer, a fair trial or any opportunity to appeal, making what appears to be the first first in a potential wave of rapid executions aimed at suppressing dissent. So yeah, one of the things that people are saying now is that now that, you know, it Sounds again like 12,000 people have been killed that they may do a rush of public executions because what do I always say? It's about the signal. And what signal do they want to send? We are in charge, and if you stand up against us, you will die. Of course, the X factor in all of this is a guy by the name of Donald Trump yesterday.

He can't just leave these people to die. What happens on the other side of that, we don't know. But this does feel different because Trump has a track record of doing what he says he's gonna do. And it's like, do you think that we're gonna suddenly send thousands of American troops there and all of that stuff? Like, I just think there's no way Trump does that. But is there something we can do? And are there some things that you and I probably can't think of that Trump is talking about with Pete Hegseth and Marco and a bunch of other people right now? Reports are that he's going to be weighing options on what to do to push back against Iran, killing innocent protesters who are simply saying that they want a better economy. And some. Also saying, if you have the courage to come to Iran, we will discipline you.

President Trump, as for him, he has always expressed that diplomacy is the first option. Always, always will be. I thought this was interesting on polymarket. Will the Iranian regime fall before 2027? And this is where they kind of do a poll of polls thing, and 46% chance. So just under 50% say yes by 27, 54% say no. You know, I'm gonna say yes. I'm gonna say yes before the fall of 27. So that's about a year and a half from right now. My guess is yes. I think this is different. I really, really do. Elika Laban, who is an Iran, I believe, now lives in the uk. And I just think this is so important because I will not even sit here and pretend to be an expert in all of the history of Iran. Most people believe that the story of Iran begins in 1979 with the Islamic Revolution. But our story actually, actually goes much further back. It begins with the Red Green alliance, the alliance of the far left Marxists with the far right Islamists. Their union not only destroyed Iran, that ideology infected the West. That is why I say Iran is not the past. Iran is a warning of what happens when that ideology goes unchecked. In the 1960s, the Shah introduced the White Revolution. That was a modernization project. Of course, the Red Green Alliance. They said that that type of modernization was Westernization and that couldn't happen in Iran. That was when the Marxists and the Islamists began setting fire to everything. That's why they set fire to Rex cinema, famously, because they said cinemas were a symbol of Westernization. That movement eventually led to the 1979 revolution that overthrew the Shah and ushered in the Islamic regime.

But there could be some revolution that's. You can see it, you can see it in the future if these people get what they want. So what would you have to do to break all of the good things of America? You'd have to break us from our history. You'd have to break us from truth. Truth. You would have to brainwash us so that the bad ideas that all of our ancestors fled would be ushered right back in.
