Rubenreport.locals.com and we're just diving into the news today because there was an awful lot that happened over really starting on Friday and then over the weekend. I'm sure you guys already have seen some of these Trump Zelensky clips from the White House. We're gonna do a deep dive on that. We're gonna connect it a little bit to what's going on on the media side of things and with the Doge situation and then we will end. You know, I don't know that I saw any. No, I was about to say I don't know that I saw any new movies this year. I did see Romulus. I thought it was pretty, pretty good. They did a nice job connecting it to the other movies. Haven't seen much beyond that, but the Oscars apparently were last night. And Kieran Culkin, who, who's Macaulay Culkin's younger brother who was in Secession and some other stuff, he won and he actually gave a great speech that was apolitical and I would say somewhat connected to the new way that a lot of us are looking at the world in America and much more. So we're gonna end with that before I dive into the Trump Zelensky thing. And as I said, I'm sure some of you guys have seen these clips that are going around over the last couple days. I almost texted Phoenix at 7am this morning to say, let's not do a normal show today. Let's just play the 40 minutes of Zelensky in the White House, put it in a box next to my head, and I'll react on the fly. Because, you know, as you watch these clips go out, there's obviously always ways that people can selectively edit them or show you things out of order or all of the tricks that you guys know of, right? So when I was watching a lot of this unfold, the meeting went off the rails in such a crazy way. I was like, I was like, this has to be selectively edited, what I'm seeing here. So I did watch the entire 40 minute thing. And I want to preface everything that I say right now, with the fact that nothing you're going to see us play, we're going to show you a bunch of clips was selectively edited or anything else. It was all to the backdrop of Zelensky walking into the White House and from Beat 1, his body language, his facial movements and constantly touching his nose, fidgeting and everything else. And just a general sense of rudeness that this guy had really set the backdrop to all of this. So I'm just putting that out there so that you know that I watch the 40 minutes. So if you trust me, that's great. But when we show you all of this, if you feel you need to watch the 40 minutes, you should, because it was so over the top. I've never seen anything like this before. It felt like the Matrix was ripping in half and we were, we were actually seeing the sausage made right in front of us. Anywho, let's just dive right in a little backdrop on this. From the Daily Wire. President Donald Trump told reporters on Monday afternoon that Ukrainian President Zelensky will travel to the US this week to sign a new mineral deal with the United States. So this is obviously before he got there. The deal reportedly establishes a fund to which Ukraine would contribute 50% of proceeds from the future monetization of state owned mineral resources, including oil and gas and associated logistics. The report said the fund would invest projects in Ukraine. Okay, so we talked a bit about this last week. So the whole idea here was Trump basically came in and said, look, if we're going to keep funding this war, we need to get something out of it, right? So, oh, you have, you guys are rich with these minerals, right? These rare earth minerals. We can do some sort of project. The United States and America, we can do a project together. Thus we have a vested interest. Maybe we get paid back for this money that we've been endlessly giving you. And I also think there was a, a sort of unsaid piece of that, which is that if we're in business with Ukraine and we have citizens and troops and everything else on the ground over there protecting our new partnership with these mineral rights, then if Russia attacks, well, then you guys are going to get some more military backing. That's not like signed in a deal. But I think it was, there was an overall implication of some kind of security guarantee because we would have assets there. Right. So that's what brought us to the meeting. Now let's just show you a quick. There's about 10, 15 seconds of Zelensky getting out of the car. Now you can see already he dressed up. He dressed up. And you can see Zelensky like, oh, here we go. President Trump, do you have a message for Vladimir Putin as you meet with President Zelensky today? Okay, so they get in and you can see Trump kind of noodled him at the beginning and Zelensky kind of, you know, he shook it off already, but you could feel that there was a little bit of tension. Now here we go with some of the clips. And again, I want to say, I watched the 40 minute thing. TRUMP was going out of his way to, I don't want to say totally be magnanimous, but he was being fairly respectful and I would say very transparent for as far as one of these meetings go. Zelensky, again, you're going to see was a lot of this. It was a lot of facial movements, a lot of dismissiveness. He spoke under his breath a couple times. And then as it continued, Trump and JD Started doing a little bit of good cop, bad cop. So as Zelensky was being dismissive of Trump and kind of throwing stuff back in his face, here was JD I'm talking about the kind of diplomacy that's going to end the destruction of your country. Yes, but if you. Mr. President, Mr. President, with respect, I think it's disrespectful for you to come into the Oval Office and try to litigate this in front of the American media. Right now, you guys are going around and forcing conscripts to the front lines because you have manpower problems. You should be thanking the President for trying to bring it into this conference. Have you ever been to Ukraine that you say what problems we have? I have been to come once. I have actually, I've actually watched and seen the stories. And I know what happens is you bring people, you bring them on a propaganda tour. Mr. President, are, do you disagree that you've had problems bringing people into your military? And do you think that it's respectful? I will answer to come to the Oval Office of the United States of America and attend attack the administration that is trying to prevent the destruction of your country. Okay, so there's so much interesting here. There's so much interesting stuff. And it gets more interesting the more you watch it. First off, can you, anyone watching this, can you ever think of a press conference like this? What do we normally get in these press conferences? That's not even a press conference exactly. It was just a sit down. You know, there are some reporters there, but it's not like they were at podiums giving speeches. They were just doing it right in front of us. It was rather extraordinary. There's also something very interesting developing with Trump that I'm noticing, which is that suddenly he's okay being in these meetings and not having everything be about him. Right. He's done this with Elon a couple times. We showed you that interview with Hannity last week where the two of them are sitting there, where he defers to him. Like, this is an interesting piece of, I would say, Trump 2.0 kind of delegating some of the authority, letting other people jump in, filling some of the spaces. But Trump sits there largely quietly, while JD Basically is like, dude, we've given you an awful lot, and it's not working. You're dragging people into the military, which, by the way, there is video evidence that they literally have trucks, like, you know, unmarked trucks pulling up and just grabbing men off the street to throw them to the front lines. I would also say the exact same thing I have said for three years as it pertains to Ukraine, which is. Ukraine is a sovereign nation. Another nation cannot invade a sovereign nation. All right, that. That is bad. That's why nations have borders. But the issue here is that to loosely quote Kamala Harris, Russia big, Ukraine small. They cannot win this war. No matter how many tanks we give them, no matter how many planes we give them, soldiers we give them. At the end, Putin has nukes. So if. If someone takes the opposite, that's not a defense of Putin. Putin is a bad guy running a country that's trying to take control of another country. Like, that's like the most sort of base version of all of this. But at the end of the day, for all of the people that want Zelenskyy and Ukraine to have endless money, endless weapons, endless everything, what is the win? So we give them a trillion dollars. We double the amount of tanks, we give them, you know, we 10x the amount of planes and drones and everything else. Do you win that war or do you end up in a nuclear war like that? That's just the reality. So the US Is reevaluating all of this. That's exactly what's happening here. And this is where it started really getting haywire, because Zelensky basically implied that if we don't do what we want, that we here are going to feel the effects of what happens over there. Trump was not having it start from the beginning. Sure. First of all, during the war, everybody has problems, even you. But you have nice ocean and don't feel now, but you will feel it in the future. God bless. You don't know that. God bless. God bless. You will not have war. Don't tell us what we're going to feel. We're trying to solve a problem. Don't tell us what we're going to feel. I'm not telling you because you're in no position to dictate that. Remember this. You're in no position to dictate what we're going to feel. We're going to feel very good. We're going to feel very good and very strong. Feel influenced. You're right now not in a very good position. You've allowed yourself to be in a very bad position. And he happens to be right about the very beginning of the world. You're not in a good position. You don't have the cards right now with us. You start having cards right now. You don't. You're playing cards. You're gambling with the lives of millions of people. You're gambling with World War III. You're gambling with World War 3. And what you're doing is very disrespectful to the country, this country that's back to you. Far more than a lot of people said they should have. Have you said far. Thank you once? No. In this entire meeting, have you said thank you? You went to Pennsylvania and campaigned for the opposition in October. Offer some words of appreciation for the United States of America and the President who's trying to save your country. Hey, guys, I don't think you can overstate how radically different this is than anything we have ever seen before. Ever. Have you ever seen anything like that before? And it's also worth mentioning again that for the first 20 minutes of this thing, Trump was being as magnanimous as he possibly could. There was a little of Trump style noodling of, oh, how you're dressed. But like, everything in there was basically Trump trying to say, hey, we have to look out for America. This. I can't imagine a situation that is more transparent right now. And Trump is right. You're gambling with World War Three. If you think that we. I mean, I just said it, but if you think that if we just give them more money, just give them more weapons, that somehow they win the war against the guy with the nukes. I just don't see how that makes sense. I don't see how that makes sense. So you might. And the other part is that Zelensky wouldn't. You go in there. You need us, right? You need us. So let's remove what any one of us thinks about Ukraine, Russia, Putin, Zelensky, Trump, or anything else. In any negotiation situation, if you need something from somebody, you go in and you are as deferential and respectful as possible. His body language did not lead to it. His constant interruptions did not show that. And that, I think, is what was bothering everybody. As a lot of people are saying, post that whole fiasco there, all he had to do basically, was basically say, thank you, guys. I know there's a little bit of a difference of opinion on strategy and things like that, but the United States has been great for us, and we appreciate this, and that's why we're excited to get into this mineral deal with you. And thank you, thank you, thank you. But he just could not do it. Trump continued talking about what the repercussions would be without U.S. support. Please. You think that if you will speak very loudly about the war. He's not speaking loudly. He's not speaking loudly. Your country is in big trouble. Wait a minute. No, no. You've done a lot of talking. Your country is in big trouble. I know you're not winning. You're not winning this. I. You have a damn good chance of coming out okay because of Mr. President, we are staying in our country, staying strong. From the very beginning of the war, we've been alone, and we are thankful. I said, thanks. You haven't been alone in this cabinet. We gave you, through this stupid president, $350 billion military equipment, and you met a brave. But they had to use our military. If you didn't have our military equipment, if you didn't have our military equipment, this war would have been over in two weeks. In three days. I heard it from Putin in three days. This is something maybe less in two weeks. Of course, yes. It's going to be a very hard thing to do, business like this. Say thank you. I said a lot of excitement, except that there are disagreements. And let's go litigate those disagreements rather than trying to fight it out in the American media when you're wrong. You know, guys, I think there's something deeper here than just what the obvious part of this negotiation is. The deeper part is that this guy is used to walking into the Oval Office or walking into any of the palaces in Europe or wherever else he goes. Never dressed in a suit and anything else and getting whatever he wants. Right. He basically has. Again, that's not a defense of Putin or Russia or what they did or what their ambitions might be. But this guy has pretty much rolled everybody. And I don't blame the Guy who walks in everywhere he goes and he's like, give me cash. And everyone gives him cash, right? That's what he did for four years, two and a half years, under, almost three years, basically under Biden. Right. It was just like, give us whatever you want. And we're going to. We're going to not have any receipts, we're not gonna have any end game or anything else. So this is the first time he's being confronted with any of that. They're asking for a little graciousness. It's like you can. You gotta make your case and be gracious at the end if you want something. Let's put it this way, when Netanyahu walks in there, right, they need American weapons, right? And they buy American weapons from us. We, in essence, we give them money. Israel, we give them money. And every dime that we give them, they have to spend in the United States. It ends up becoming a subsid the United States, which. It's a separate conversation altogether. But do you think that when Netanyahu was walking in there with Biden, who was not friendly to him, and saying, don't go into Rafah and don't do this, and condemning them left and right and not helping at the U.N. do you think Netanyahu is anything other than forthrightly making his case, saying, this is where we had disagreements, but I'll be respectful, I'm not going to throw you under the bus and everything else. Zelenskyy took a totally different tack and is now feeling the effects of that. Then the media that was in the room started asking questions. And again, we're seeing a level of transparency we have just never seen before. And Trump really understands how to hit back with the media. Now watch. What if Russia breaks this fire? What if Russia breaks these talks? What do you do then? I understand that it's a heated conversation right now. What are you saying? She's asking, what if Russia breaks the ceasefire? What if they. What if anything? What if a bomb drops on your head right now? Okay, what if they broke it? I don't know. They broke it with Biden because Biden, they didn't respect him. They didn't respect Obama. They respect me. Again, first off, I just really want you to watch the whole thing and just watch how many times Zelensky, like, did he pick the wrong way to stop sniffing glue? Like, what's going on over there? That's one thing. But the other thing is Trump is just right again. What if Putin breaks the ceasefire? What are we gonna just tell you. All of our strategies like this is the idiocy that we have been under through the media and through the previous Democratic administration. You don't put all your cards on the table. You don't tell everyone what you're going to do all the time. Like, these people are stupid. And Trump, what if a bomb fell on your face? Right now, it's just right. Sean Davis from the Federalist put this up on Twitter. I thought this made some sense. The Ukrainian ambassador, the Ukrainian ambassador to the US Appears to be the only Ukrainian in the room who understands how much damage Zelensky just did to his own case. And for those of you listening on the audio podcast, yeah, she's just got her hands, her head in her hand, basically, you know, kind of right in between her nose, just like, oh fuck, we are fucked. How do you say fucking Ukrainian? Like, however you say that. How do you say fucking Ukrainian? No, I'm asking you to Google it. That sounded more Japanese. How do you say fucking Ukrainian? Ebot. Ebot. Ebot. Thank you, Joseph. That was good. We'll have more on the big meeting. But first, quality alive. Let me ask you about something. Have you heard about senolytics yet? That was Zielinski. That was Zelensky at the entire thing. Here's Zelensky leaving the White House. This is really pretty incredible. We. We see the SUV to your left. You're going to see him. Let's. I mean, he bolted out of there and they were supposed to have a lunch. The lunch did continue and they gave lunch to the staffers. Donald Trump tweeted this right after we had a meaning. A very meaningful meeting in the White House today. Much was learned that could never be understood without conversation under such fire and pressure. It's amazing what comes out through emotion. And I have determined that President Zelensky is not ready for peace if America is involved. Because he feels our involvement gives him a big advantage in negotiations. I don't want an advantage. I want peace. He just disrespected the United States of America in its cherished Oval Office. He can come back when he is ready for peace again. Guys, the thing is the whole meeting was about cutting the deal for the minerals. Right? We're gonna get something back. All he had to do was be respectful within that. So when we talk about this most transpar administration ever, like, yes. Not only did we just see that level of Transparency In a 40 minute meeting, we saw all the shit that we would all wanna see. Right? We always have media reporting basically making up a story about what happens behind closed doors there. We got to look behind the curtain. And it was basically a coked up lunatic who just wanted more of our cash without saying thank you. At least you say thank you. Nate Hockman, who's a writer for the National Review, wrote this. And look at this. So what he did there was, he said, this is the most deranged crisis PR strategy I've ever seen. And those are all screenshots. For those of you that can't see it, those are screenshots of Zelenskyy immediately after the meeting, thanking other countries for their support. So he suddenly, basically, it seems like what happened was he got into that car. He probably was like, man, did I just screw that thing up. We were about to do this mineral deal and now the US may pull out altogether, in which case we leverage whatsoever in this war. We cannot win this war unless Europe really gets on board. But we'll have more on that in just a second. So then he immediately realizes, I better thank a lot of Ukrainian. I'm drooling over here. So I better thank a lot of Europeans real quick, otherwise we are totally screwed. Now, the. The next level of the craziness here is that Lindsey Graham, senator from South Carolina, who is thought of as a war hawk. He is thought of as a neocon, et cetera, et cetera. Here he comes in. He's been all about the Ukraine war from the beginning. Right. He's largely led the charge on giving them endless money and everything else. Here he is, immediately after the meeting, fully backing Trump and J.D. all right, so what I think, complete, utter disaster. I've been to Ukraine eight or nine times since the war started. I understand the consequences of Putin's actions against Ukraine. I appreciate what the Ukrainian people have done. They fought like tigers. At the end of the day, I was hoping that this minerals deal, which would be transformative in the relationship, would go over well. I talked to Zelensky this morning. Don't take the bait. President Trump was in a very good mood last night. Somebody asked me, am I embarrassed about Trump? I have never been more proud of the president. I was very proud of JD Vance standing up for our country. We want to be helpful. What I saw in the Oval Office was disrespectful, and I don't know if we can ever do business with Zelensky again. I think most Americans saw a guy that they would not want to go in business with. Business with. The way he handled the meeting, the way he confronted the president was just over the top. So I think the relationship between Ukraine and America is important, vitally important. But can Zelensky do a deal with the United States? After what I saw, I don't know. I mean, that's really incredible. There you have a guy who has basically backed and helped fund this Ukraine war that they cannot win this entire time. He's basically been on the wrong side of almost everything forever, this guy. And here he is, he's saying, I spoke to Zelensky this morning, which is sort of interesting. Like, was he telling him how to negotiate or whatever? I have no idea. But even Lindsey at the end of that thing is like, this guy's off his rocker. All he had to do. And again, if you really want to dive in this, don't take my word for it. Watch the first 20 minutes of that thing. All he had to do was just go in there and be kind of gracious and say, we're happy to be doing this deal with you. We understand you guys have given us an awful lot, and this mineral deal hopefully will make up for some of that. And the guy just could not do it. Graham continued. It got even crazier. What did he say to you about his interactions and whether he thinks he was shocked? He was very upbeat. I told Zelensky, we'll talk about security guarantees, we'll talk about ceasefires and how the war ends. This is a process. You have a new relationship with America. A 500 billion, half a trillion dollar deal that President Trump is proud of. That gives us an interest worth defending. Let's talk about the positive. But he was terrible at Munich, Zelensky, and I think he has made it almost impossible to sell to the American people, that he's a good investment, that he is a good business partner. Last question, Senator, do you want one at a time? Christian daytime? Christian daytime. Thank you. Do you think President Zelensky needs to resign to resume these peace talks? He either needs to resign and send somebody over that we can do business with, or he needs to change. Do you? And that is an unbelievable concession by Lindsay, who has completely backed this guy for three years. Basically, like, we're done with this guy, right? We're done. We're just done with this guy. All he had to do was come in and be gracious. And then guess what, guys. So this was all obviously unfolding on Friday, and then what happened yesterday? Check this out from newswire. Zelensky, we are ready to sign the U.S. mineral deal. So the deal that they were in the White House ready to sign, in effect, I don't know if the paper was gonna literally be signed there, but the deal that they were there to close, that we were already talking about last week, that everyone knew, like, oh, this is the way that it'll probably make it palatable to the America first people or the Trump MAGA people, or most Americans that are unsure of why we're in Ukraine or what we're doing. You get this minerals thing, and then people will kind of feel more okay about it. That's all he had to do on Friday. They caused this whole freaking thing to blow up. Now you essence have even freaking Lindsey Graham saying, this guy's gotta go. And then what happens? Well, of course, now he's ready to do the very deal that he was there to do on Friday. We've got more from the Daily Mail. Zelensky has said that he is ready to sign the minerals deal with America that was put on hold after his stormy meeting with Donald Trump. Speaking to reporters at Stansted Airport before he left the UK Zelensky said that he just wants the Ukrainian position to be heard when he was asked about the disastrous meeting with US President Donald Trump on Friday. We want our partners to remember who the aggressor is in this war, he told reporters. We need peace, not endless war, he added on his telegram this morning following a landmark summit in London with Ukraine's European allies over the weekend. In the near future, all of us in Europe will shape our common positions, the lines we must achieve and the lines we cannot compromise on, he added. These positions will be presented to our partners in the United States. So there you have it. He is fully backtracking. We will see if he's able Now. I'm fairly certain he canceled elections over the last couple years, too. We'll see if he still has the backing of his own parliament or whether the US Wants to play ball with him or anything else. But this fiasco that just occurred is fully on the fault of Zelensky, nobody else. And we should all be. It doesn't even Again, it just doesn't matter what your position is on Russia, Ukraine or Zelensky or anything else. The fact that we are seeing all of this right in front of our eyes, we are seeing the press conferences, we're seeing the tweets go out, we're seeing it all, as opposed to what we've been subjected to for the last four years, which was secret meetings behind the door shit, a secret coup, the installation of the vice president, all of these ridiculous things that were completely hidden from us. We're seeing them. So whether you like the resolution or not, whether you think the minerals deal is ultimately stupid or not, or anything else, at least we're seeing it. And that change in and of itself is worth noting. Guys, let's talk about Bunker for a moment and then we'll get to some of the Democrat reaction to all of this. And yes, it will not surprise you. All right, so we'll get to more of the expert hot takes on this in just a moment, but I like when we find just a random Twitter account that actually shows you something that's more true than pretty much anything you're gonna get on mainstream media. This is just from an account. It's called Med Gold. I thought this was quite good. Quote I wonder why Zelensky thought he could boss around the United States, End quote. And of course, what you have right there is him standing at the Capitol with Kamala and Nancy Pelosi holding the Ukrainian flag. And we all know that everybody on Instagram had to put up the Ukrainian flag and that if you go to the Capitol that they have the Ukrainian flag there and all of those things in and of itself. The United States, the world's last remaining superpower. Helping an ally is not bad. It can be quite good. And that's what friends are for. And when to quote uncle, what was his name from who is Peter Parker's uncle? Uncle. Uncle Ben. Thank you. Who also made great rice. What did Uncle Ben say? With great power comes with great responsibility. We have great power, so we can help, but you've gotta be respectful within that you have to explain why we're helping you and really. And be gracious and all of those things. Anyway, my friend Jordan Shackel, who's been on the show, who's a national security expert, he wrote this. I thought it was quite good. Zelensky set the table for what happened today and never took accountability or apologized for it. On September 22, 2024, Zelenskyy visited the Scranton Army Ammunition Plant in Scranton, Pennsylvania, a key battleground state, to witness the production of artillery shells for Ukraine's war effort. He was accompanied by Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro, a prominent Democrat and Harris supporter, and other Democratic officials, and including Senator Bob Casey. Notably, no Republicans were invited to the event. Zelensky infamously arrived on the US Air Force C17 aircraft. The trip coincided with the release of a New Yorker Interview where Zelenskyy criticized now President Donald Trump and VP Vance, calling Vance too radical and questioning Trump's ability to end the war in Ukraine. Instead of smoothing things over, he doubled and tripled down on his, his Biden era talking points, which rightly annoyed POTUS and vp. The arrogance and disrespect was just too much. Zelensky is a terrible president and even worse diplomat. So again, this is where, regardless of your feelings overall, Zelensky has made major mistakes. He went all in on Biden and Harris and you might say, well, he had to go all in on them. They were, they were, you know, basically funding the gravy train. But he didn't think, oh, maybe they will lose the election. And then where am I going to be? When you see that Zelensky is kind of this, like jazzed up, you know, he seems like, he seems like just sort of a bratty 16 year old or something like that. It might be because the former President had said that he was going to back him no matter what for however long it would take. And that's how long we're going to be with you, Mr. President. For as long as it takes will do it. Think how meaningless and ridiculous that is. We will be with you for as long as it takes. What do you mean by it? Are you going to defeat Russia? Are you going at the end of the day when the war has finally dragged on for a decade and there are millions of dead people and all of the money is gone and everything else, are you? What did he mean, Biden? We will drop a nuke on Russia after they drop a nuke on Ukraine? Is that what he meant? But it was just meaningless drivel by a man with dementia handing a guy who won't even wear a suit a bunch of cash and the guy saying, I like cash. It's not much more confusing than that. Although there was this moment with Biden and, yes, confusion. And now I want to hand it over to the President of Ukraine who has as much courage as he has determination. Ladies and gentlemen, President Putin. No, Putin's the bad guy in this thing. He's the Russian guy and you sort of drop the ball on that one. This video From, I think 12 years ago, 2013 is making the rounds. And I think it is worth noting here as we're dealing in, you know, I would say, very high stakes world diplomacy at the moment. This is former President Bill Clinton sitting down with Piers Morgan talking about Putin, his negotiation tactics, how he operates in these situations. And, well, just take A look, look, Mr. Putin has got. He got all. He's very smart. You know him better than most people. Yeah, I do. What was he like behind closed doors, away from, you know, sort of the public utterances. Smart. And remarkably, we had a really good, blunt relationship. How blunt? Brutally blunt. Ever like in a fisticuff? No, but I think, you know, I think the right strategy most of the time is. But it's frustrating to people in your line of work. You should be brutally honest with people in private, and then if you want them to help you, try to avoid embarrassing them in public. Now, sometimes they do things which make it impossible for you to keep quiet. But by and large, I found all the people I dealt with appreciated it if I told them the truth, how I honestly felt, and what our interests were and what our objectives were. And they also appreciated it when I didn't kick them around in public for as long as I couldn't kick him around. So, you know, that's my experience. Did Putin ever renege on a personal agreement he made to you? He did not. So behind closed doors, he could be trusted. He kept his word. And all the deals we made, now that is something. Again, is it possible? Well, again, Putin is not the good guy here. Right. I put that aside. But that's pretty interesting. Whether you like Bill Clinton or not, he's basically saying, this guy, you can negotiate with him privately. And then he's also saying something very important about negotiations, which is completely the reverse of what we just saw in the White House. You have those blunt conversations privately, and then you go out of your way in public to soften it. Right. Like that's, that's pr. It's the nature of politics and everything else. What we saw in the Oval Office on Friday was the, the full unmasking of everything. Normally they would do that privately, they didn't do it privately. So that's good. And then again, all Zelensky had to do was sit there and shut up. Now, the other part of all of this that I don't know, that we have all of the full puzzle pieces yet too, is that this whole thing has also become a giant money laundering operation. Right. We don't know where our money is going to. I had Rand Paul on the show over two years ago talking about how there were no receipts and we had no idea what we were funding and all of those things. And that as things become money laundering operations, then the media has to run to defend it. Former. If intelligence officials have to run. Cuz everyone's kind of on the take. Right. I don't have the perfect picture of this yet, but I think it's becoming increasingly obvious. So over on the televised mental institution known as msnbc, they had John Brennan on. John Brennan, of course, former CIA director, who's basically a Democrat operative and a deep state operative. And here's his take on that. I couldn't, couldn't agree with you more, Chris. This certainly is a day that will live in infamy in the annals of US and international diplomatic history, because it is quite clear that we are at an inflection point in terms of US engagement on the world stage. And if Donald Trump and J.D. vance and Putin believe that they're going to intimidate and bully and threaten President Zelensky to join the club of corrupt and unprincipled leaders, they will literally need to wait until hell freezes over. Twice. Because this is a man who is committed to the survival of his country and to the memory of those hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians who have given their lives and been injured in this brutal assault and invasion that Russia engineered over three years ago. Can you believe that that was his take after. Well, I guess you could believe it because as I said, he is a deep state operative. Do we have a image that might illustrate. Oh yeah, yeah, that's funny. Cuz John Brennan, he was one of those 51 intelligence experts who completely lied about the Hunter Biden laptop story and told us that it was Russian disinformation. And yeah, it turned out to be true. That's his face right in the middle there. And who's that other guy? That's John Clapper, who was also the head of the CIA. He's the guy who lied under oath. And while they asked him do we spy on Americans, he was scratching the top of his head, not wittingly, because when you're lying, the higher up on your face that you touch means it's a bigger lie. That was from an episode of Seinfeld. These are not good people. And that is not a news organization over there. It's completely ridiculous. We don't owe this guy anything. But we were willing to play ball and he is the one that this all falls on. And it's like Brennan. And by the way, we are a sovereign nation. We can decide who we wanna play ball with. Just because we're not doing what you want us to do, Brennan, doesn't mean it is a day that will live. But it continues with the deep state types. Here is former U.S. ambassador Susan Rice and well, yeah, I Mean, they're basically back to Russia, Russia, Russia. Well, Nicole, obviously it's a very sad day and an embarrassment for the United States on the world stage. But let's step back and analyze what's happened here. I think there's no question that this was a setup. You heard Donald Trump say at the end of that clip you played, this is great television. This was a setup. It was a play to his base. But above all, it was a play to Vladimir Putin, to show fealty to Vladimir Putin and to try to humiliate Zelenskyy. But Zelenskyy didn't play along with the script because Zelenskyy's got dignity and guts. And Zelenskyy has people that he democratically represents. And as a result, he couldn't sit there in silence. Oh, does she strike you more as an American or Ukrainian there? Right. Zelensky's got people behind him that voted for him. He's canceled elections, he's closed some churches. Like there's a bunch of weird stuff there. But of course she wants to make this, that somehow Trump was doing this as a show to Putin. The reason I started the show by saying that I watched the 40 minute thing and that you should watch it too, is if it's not a setup, it's so obviously not a setup when you watch it. Trump again, he's so obviously doing Good Cop. And all Zelensky had to do was sit there and say, we're happy, thank you, we're happy to take this deal, let's have lunch. That's all he. It's so freaking obvious. And it was his dismissiveness and his body language and his everything about him that led to this. So when Trump says, yeah, it was good television, it was good television. Cuz we got to see something that was real, which is not what Susan Rice and John Brennan and the rest of these people do. They want to do it all behind closed doors and then have the media spin it in their direction. We actually just saw the reverse of that. We'll have more on crazy Democrats in a moment. But first, BH51. We've been told our whole lives that wrinkle creams were the easiest way to look younger. Now, one doctor says that's nothing but old News. According to Dr. John Lake, the world renowned Beverly Hills beauty expert, most wrinkle fixes on the market are nothing but glorified moisturizers. They hardly make a dent on your appearance and some can even be harmful to your skin, he said recently Dr. Lake has focused his attention away from mainstream cosmetic practices. Why? So he can pursue a revolutionary anti aging breakthrough, one that some experts say could empty the wallets of the cosmetic industry. It's almost like Photoshop for your your face. You may even be mad after seeing how easy it is to visibly erase your wrinkles from view, lake told reporters. His personal clients have dubbed his new do it yourself technique the Age Rewinder method, because it can take years or even decades off your appearance in under two minutes. In light of this amazing breakthrough, Dr. Lake has released a step by step video to the public, free and uninterrupted, where he outlines exactly how to use this simple solution from home. You can find out more about this yourself right now. Go to bhmd1.com reuben or click the link in the description box below. That's bhmd1.com Rubin again. Go watch the video at bhmd1.com Rubin right now or just click the link in the description box below. All right, so let's shift from Russia, Ukraine and that whole circus for just a moment. I have a feeling we'll be talking about it again tomorrow and talk about where the Democrats are headed because as Trump gives us this layer of transparency, whether you like the results or not or whatever, but as the world is clearly changing, as I've been calling it, the shift, as the shift is here, as Trump 2.0 is here, as the media is changing, as all of these things are happening, the Democrats have a choice. And the choice is do we continue with the craziness that led us here or do we moderate now? Unfortunately for them, although fortunately for us, the moderates in their party have all left, right? The most of the moderates are now just sort of nominal Republicans, something like that, Tulsi, et cetera. You guys got that? I feel like I should just have like a number that I say what I'm trying to just point out that the same Democrats have left number six. And you could just look at a chart and be like, oh, we know what he's talking about, okay? But they've made it clear that they're not going to go that other way. And as that happens, more and more people are waking up to it. Alex Karp, we've shown you a couple of videos of this guy. I find this guy really interesting. He's the CEO of Palantir. Speaking of Palantir, I interviewed Peter Thiel, also the founder of Palantir and a gajillion other things first, investor in Facebook, et cetera. I interviewed him which we put up yesterday. So if you haven't seen that, that's up across platforms right now. But any event, CEO of Palantir, Alex Karp, here he is talking about what is going on with the Democrat Party as, as waste is being exposed. You'd think they'd like that. But no, look, I, what I don't like about what's going on is I just view this as well, let's watch. Watch the Democratic Party commit suicide. And like I've been a Democrat most of my life. I would still. I kind of view myself as outside it. But I don't like watching the Democrats just commit suicide. And what I see is most of the country doesn't really at this point, given the fraud, waste and abuse we know is there. 90% of the country is like, get rid of that fraud, waste and abuse. And I, I just view this as yet another example of the progressive left boxing themselves in into a suicide dance. Now, if you what, what the progressive left should be doing is saying, okay, you're clearly the most qualified person in the world to do something like this. We want a dialogue with you about how you're doing and what are you doing. I don't believe that's actually what happened. And again, I probably, I like Elon. I know. I think he's the, he's obviously the most important builder in the world. And I just think if you want to say my former side, I don't believe that they're actually engaging. I think is. Is like another dance where I'm supposed to say, of course, like, whatever. It's like there's this one issue where I might. And then you get boxed in so you cannot solve the problem. And then I would say what is the biggest problem in this society? Biggest problem this society, from my percent perspective. Perspective is legitimacy of our institutions. The right response is we want this to happen. We want to happen. We want to be involved in the dialogue. The real response is it feels like the people criticizing Elon don't want it to happen. And this is going to destroy those people. Okay. So the reason it's worth showing you that and clips like that is that there is this group of people that were moderate Dems. They. He feels either that he doesn't have a home. He didn't quite say he's a Republican. I assume he voted for. Do we know that? I think we discussed it once. Do we know if he voted for Trump? Doesn't even matter. You get the point that the reordering of everything is here and basically he's saying, hey, you guys had such a freaking opportunity. You have Elon Musk, who you loved forever, who was a Democrat forever. You would think that the progressives, that the Bernie Sanders, I want corruption out of government, and Elizabeth Warren and all of these people, you would think that they'd be watching Elon right now and they'd go, okay, well, we don't like Trump, sure, but it is nice to find all of this fraud because we're the people that are always talking about how evil the government is. And it's actually kind of coming out right now. But instead they're trying to destroy Elon Musk. Right? Instead, Donald Trump brings in someone like Tulsi Gabbard, who ran as a Democrat four years ago, brings her in as head of dni, head of National Intelligence, and Bernie runs, Bernie votes against her in confirmation hearings. So they have a mess on their hands. And at the moment it's pretty good. Cuz we've got the broad coalition, we've got the wide tent. But as they go crazier, the question is how evil, how deranged and how violent will it get? And how, how zany will the ideas continue to be? Well, I think we have an example of that. Check this out from Crime Watch Maples. More news from Highland Park High School. This is in Minneapolis. We posted an unsanctioned student walkout over support for illegal aliens last week that went undisciplined. Now the school is discriminating against white people by offering a field trip only for students of color. Pretty sure that's illegal. And there you have the screenshot down right there. I mean, think how absolutely insane this is now. We are still doing this in 2025, post Trump presidency. We are still. Students of color are having their own. Field trips don't come if you're a white person. But they're still doing it. They're still going because they have nobody left. They have no adults left on the left to say, hey, you're bananas, and we're not doing that anymore. Check this out from Colin Rug. Because it continues. It's not just the race thing. Look at this video. Transgender high school track star demolishing the female competition by 8ft in the triple jump at a track meet in California. Wow, what an accomplishment. I'm sure it has nothing to do with being a biological male. AB Hernandez says they planned to win first place in the state of California in the triple jump. Hernandez had first place finishes in the high jump, long jump, triple jump, and Ontario. Ontario relays last Week, hopefully I hit a 41 footer this year, if it's possible, preferably at state, so that I can possibly win. This is from the lion, and that's the dude right there. And that is a dude that is not a chick. And every freaking parent who sits there. If you are a parent of a daughter and you sit there in the audience and you applaud or you even let your daughter be part of that farce, well, it is on you. But this shit, particularly in California and apparently in Minneapolis, it's still there. It has not gone away. It's like Freddy Krueger. It's dead, but you gotta bury its bones. And that is where we are at right now. And speaking of how crazy they have gotten, you know, there's all these polls about who's gonna be the next Democrat president who's on the list. And it is a thin freaking bench. It's basically gay, Pete. And not much. Like there really isn't much there. So one guy, my buddy, Stephen A. Smith, he keeps popping up as like a leading contender to be the Democrat nominee. I. I have no idea if he really wants to run. I seriously doubt it. He's a great broadcaster. But here he is talking about how insane it is that people are even considering him. The fact that I am a candidate for the presidency of the United States of America, according to the polling for the Democratic Party, is the most clear cut evidence of how pathetic of a state of affairs that exist within the Democratic Party today. I have no business being on that list. List whatsoever. I am not qualified. But it just shows how pathetic because things are at this particular moment in time. You see how stupid these people are considering me as a candidate, you pathetic morons. But that's where they're at. He would be the best choice. Again, I would say to Stephen A just what I said to him in this room, which is just. Join us, buddy. You don't have anything left with these people and the rest of it. But if you want an illustration of just how ridiculous the left has gone and how they have have they have just. No, there is no mechanism left. There are no good people left to moderate them. Well, here is aoc. We haven't shown a video. You know, Jasmine Crockett has become the new aoc, right? It was like AOC was sort of the crazy kind of hot chick for a while that everyone was focused on, like, oh my God, could she say anything crazier? And then Jasmine Crockett was like, get out of my way, sister. I got longer eyelashes I'll be crazier. Here is a aoc. Here is AOC on npr, which apparently still exists. Get. And she actually gets called out for claiming that Trump is weaponizing the Justice Department. Think other Democrats are watching their words? I think it's certainly possible, but I'm not sure. I mean, I, I cannot think of or point to any individuals who have said that. I do think that there are Democratic members of Congress who are preparing for that possibility. How do they prepare? I think they look to the possibility of litigation. I think they're saying, do we have the best teams possible in order to carry out our work? Some Republican or many perhaps will be watching this, listening to this and thinking, wait a minute. Actually, you're the ones who are prosecuting us. You were the guys who were weaponizing the Justice Department. How would you respond to somebody who may be thinking that? In what way? In what way is it is the very presence putting Trump on trial would be their example? I suppose, Yes. I mean, here's the deal. In the United States, there is a jury where we are judged by our peers, and he was found guilty in court on 34 felony charges. If people want to say it was weaponized, I mean, it is hard pressed to say that there's a partisan argument for that. She is so dumb that it's that Billy Madison clip. We are all dumber for having listened to her. You know, remember that scene in airplane? Remember the original airplane? That scene when the woman in the plane. Plane's going down, the woman's going crazy, she's freaking out, and then the guy slaps her across the face, and then another guy slaps her across the face and the guy comes in with a gun and someone's got it. That's what should have happened there. When he's like some people, you know, he's also nervous to say Republicans who might watch the show because it's npr, Some Republicans might say that it's you guys who did that. And then she. In what way? And he should have just whacked her across the face and then had like four other guys come and smack me this stupid. Here's more from her. Others trying to say that undocumented people are why we have a housing crisis in this country and they can fulfill their entire agenda. You will never deport your way into more affordable rent. You're never going to deport your way into. Into being able to make your mortgage meet or make your groceries more affordable. In fact, mass deportations may only make those things much more expensive. Actually, lady did you just say the quiet part out loud? Did you just say that the reason you want all the illegals here is so that they can live as a permanent underclass so that we could have cheap goods? Is that what you just accidentally said right there? Because your whole socialist ideology is complete bunk. Did you actually just say that? Also, nobody thinks that if we have deportations of illegals and Ms. Gang members and Venezuelan gangs and fentanyl dealers that somehow that's going to affect the housing market. We would like safe streets and things of that nature. I think it's what most of us would want. I don't like her. You've heard of Elon Musk. He is a man who wears a T shirt and goes around trying to fix things. Here he is on the Joe Rogan show over the weekend talking about why the Democrats are so obsessed with the exact notion that that AOC had right there, which is that we just need more and more and more of these illegals. If I were to say, like, what's at the heart of the sort of, like, why is the Democrat propaganda machine so fired up to destroy me? That's the main reason. The main reason is that, is that entitlements fraud that includes like Social Security, disability, Medicaid, entitlements, fraud for illegal aliens is what is serving as a gigantic magnetic force to pull people in from all around the world and keep them here. Like, basically, if you pay people at a standard of living that is above 90% of Earth, then you have a very powerful incentive for 90% of Earth to come here and to stay here. But if you end the illegal alien fraud, then you turn off that magnet and they leave and they stop coming. And the ones that are here, many of them will simply leave. And if that happens, they will lose a massive number of Democratic voters. And if it didn't happen, they would turn those people into voters. Correct. Which they were trying to do. They are already telling them so. In New York State, illegal aliens can already vote in state and city elections. A lot of people don't know that. I mean, they're trying to fight that, they're trying to stop that. But currently I think it's like 600,000 are registered to vote illegal aliens in New York. That is wild. Yeah, that is wild. And it's also wild right there that those guys were both Democrats even two years ago. But you crazy people push them together. I think it's also interesting now when you see what has been exposed with all of the government fraud and everything else. I get all the, that puzzle piece that I'm always trying to say, we got the pieces in front of us, but we don't have the box. So we don't know exactly what we're trying to piece together. It's all becoming more clear right now. Why is it that the Democrats went all in on bringing all these people here? Is it just that they all are psychotic and wanted to destroy of the state? Probably not, right? A certain amount of them absolutely do. The most radical, Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib types, they want to actually destroy the United States as a nation. But the rest of them, the people who were once moderate or not completely insane. So let's say a Klobuchar or a Gay Pete or some of these other guys, why did they all go completely bananas? Well, we're seeing it now. All of their projects were funded by all of this US Aid nonsense. Right. So you'd bring in these people, you'd get these NGOs funded. Like there, there's some connection to all of these things. And, and it's still that. That picture is not fully clear that. But clear yet. But I think we're all starting to see it on the margins. I want to show you one more clip of Elon on Rogan because this was actually kind of chilling, but I think if I, if I, if I fully destroy the, the, the, the, the corruption and the graft, they will kill me. That's a up thing to live with. Yes. So, damn it, I really hope they don't kill you. Yeah, thanks. I mean, I, I strive, Strive to be alive. Drive to be alive. I mean, that's chilling as hell. Like, like, you know, he's saying it with a smile and maybe he's being a little glib with it, but kind of not right. Like if he's able to upend the system that has been broken and corroded and worked against us and stolen from us and funded so many awful things and brought in horrible people and chopped kids, genitals off and all of those things, would they kill him? I don't know. Donald Trump had part of his ear shot off. What do you do with that? Rogan's response is kind of right, like, what do you do with that? I don't know. I think I can say that having known Elon a tiny bit and play all the clips that we do of him. And as someone that speaks what I believe for a living, he has no choice actually, because once you start saying the truth and once you're in the fight, you can't just get out of the fight. The fight's always coming to you one way or another. So what's Elon to do? If he really was scared right now, like, let's say he was really like, oh, man, they might kill me. Literally, it was just like it hit him in the most sort of crystal clear possible way of what he's up against. What does he do? He just retires. They can still kill you. You think they're going to let you off the hook? These people are not the kindest, most gracious people ever. Anyway, I want to end the show on a bit of a different note because, you know, I like to end the show on a bit of a more inspiring note than, oh, they're gonna kill the good guys. So last night was the Oscars again. I don't. Did you guys watch any. Name a movie you watched this year that was up for an Oscar. Can anyone think of one? Literally? I mean, I'm sure Alien wasn't. That's the only movie I saw this year. Anything Wicked? Joseph watched Wicked. I've lost a lot of respect for you. Anything. Phoenix. Did you watch one? I mean, this just tells me everything. What? Willy Wonka. I didn't watch watch it. So you know there was a Willy Wonka movie. Was that even this year? And you didn't watch it? Okay, Connor, did you watch anything this year? You just like those hobbits? You like those little hairy foot guys? Well, all right. Anyway, the Oscars were last night. And yes, there was some usual horrible political gods and lunacy and all that kind of stuff, but Kieran Culkin, who's. Who's an excellent actor, if you didn't watch the Session on hbo, it's a wonderful show. So he won for something again. I didn't see any of the movies this year, so I don't even know what he won for. I think it says it on the bottom of the clip we're about to show you. But listen to this just really, just nice moment. And how do you push back on all of the lunacy? How do you push back on the system? How do you push back on all of the people who want us fat and pathetic and genderless and everything else? Well, it's a little of this. Oh, my God, that's crazy. I don't even know. So, Mr. Downey, sir, this. Thanks for handing this to me. This means a lot coming from you. Thank you. I want to really. I love you, Jaz. This is. I have to thank my wife, Jaz, for absolutely Everything for giving my favorite people in the world. This is. Please don't play the music because I want to tell a really quick story about jazz. About a year ago, I was on a stage like this, and I very stupidly, publicly said that I want a third kid from her because she said if I won the award, I would. She would give me the kid. Turns out she said that cuz she didn't think I was going to win. But after. And people came up to her and were like, you know, really annoying her, I think. I think it got to her. But anyway, after the show, we're walking through a parking lot, she's holding the Emmy, we're trying to find her car. Emily, you were there, so you're a witness. And she goes, oh, God, I did say that. I guess I owe you a third kid. And I turned to her and I said, really? I want four. And she turned to me. I swear to God, this happened. It was just over a year ago. She said, I will give you four when you win an Oscar. I held my hand out, she shook it. And I have not brought it up once until just now. You remember that, honey. You do. Okay, then. I just have this to say to you, Jazz, love of my life, ye of little faith. No pressure. I love you. I'm really, really sorry I did this again. And let's get cracking on those kids. What do you say? That's a guy who got laid last night. And that's okay. But that's the point, guys. Go out there, find someone you love, have some kids, do some work that is value to you. Build good things, smile and laugh and all the other stuff. Guys, if we didn't offer you enough today or any other day, if you missed it this weekend, my interview with Jordan Peterson from ARC in London is up. It's kind of a. It's a mini interview. As I said at the beginning of the interview. It's like, how do you do a Jordan PETERSON Interview in 12 minutes? We tried, I think. I think you'll enjoy it. About an hour and a half with Peter Thiel is up right now, which really, really, really enjoyed that. He just has a way of looking at the world that is not the way that everyone else looks at it. And as I repeatedly said to him in the interview, he's just ahead of everything. Everyone comes to his positions eventually. Our Spanish channel, It's up. That's it. S Bueno. We now have Rubin report in Spanish fully via air. You can hear me do this exact program in Spanish. And do we know what the URL is or anything. Is it custom yet? Did we get that yet? It's YouTube.com rubinreport en espanol. That means in Spanish for you non native Spanish speakers. But then I guess you wouldn't need to go over there anyway. It's. You know what I mean? Guys, I thank you for watching the show. Cold close post game show. Rubenaport.locals.com in 30 seconds. Ciao. We represent the Lollipop Jail.
