How you doing, people? I'm Dave Rubin. This is the Rubin report. It is July 21, 2026, and we have a fine program for you. We finished the rundown today and I was like, man, this is a good show. It is jam packed. It's a little of everything. I got nothing else for you up top. We're diving in and doing a program. Here we go. In case you didn't know, the Democrats have all gone completely kooky, okay? You've got a collection of mentally ill people, furries, communists, socialists, degenerates, sick freaks, wackadoodles, and then the moderates who are trying to control them but just can't. So one of those people is Van Jones. And Van Jones. So he's a. I guess you would just call him a moderate Dem, but he's mostly not really a moderate. He's basically a lefty. He's one of them. But he doesn't obsessively hate Israel and he's not a commie. That's kind of the best I can say about him. And he strikes me as a fairly decent person and I have a few mutual friends. I've heard decent things about him. I'd be happy to sit down with the guy. But he's wrong on most of the things and that's fine, right? Like, you know, political disagreements and that. Actually you should relish in that. Right. The true classically liberal position would be that you would agree to disagree with people and you'd move on with your day, not try to kill them. Anyway, Vann is now watching what is happening with the Democrat Party and he isn't on board for the right reasons. As I said, he's not a commie. He doesn't have the endless obsessive neurotic desire to destroy Israel, et cetera, et cetera. And it's just a bit much for him. So anyway, he called out the commies as they are taking over the party. And here he is on cnn. A little bit of what he says happened after he did that.
Van Jones
This phone has been blowing up all day. Governors from both parties, senators from both parties, Democrats in the House calling, thanking me for saying what everybody's been saying behind the scenes, which is that this stuff is going too far. I am a progressive Democrat. You want to talk about prison reform, I've done it as well as anybody. Republican Democrats in the south with Trump. I've done prison reform. I never said have no prisons. Where are you going to put the Klan? I've done police reform. I never said no police. Where are you going to put the pedophiles? Who's going to grab the pedophiles? This stuff is going too far. But it's being hijacked by people who are putting in nutty ideas supporting terrorists. Nutty ideas saying, we don't need cops in prison, we can't deport anybody, even if they rape somebody. Who said this? Chevalier. Where does Chevalier.
Dave Rubin
Chevalier is going to. Is the Democratic nominee, sorry, DSA nominee for Congress now from the Bronx. Okay, so we're gonna show you a little bit more. I'm gonna read a statement by him in just a second. But first what I would say is, okay, Van, you are taking the position that you are not as wacky as those. Now then it's a little. It's kind of funny, cuz when he says, oh, they want to abolish the prisons. Where are you gonna put the Klan? So it's like, that's his way of being like, see, I'm still one of you guys. I'm worried about the Klan. Has the Klan been out there lately? Doing any. Have any of you seen the Klan? Okay, we're looking for the Klan and if we find him, we'll text you, man. But okay, he's basically saying, I'm not one of these crazy people. And because I said that, I'm getting texts and calls from governors, senators and congresspeople. Well, I'd like you to maybe take the next step, man, which is say, who. Who is out there on the Democrat side? What Democrat governor is out there that is against the communist takeover of the party and is not saying it publicly and is texting you about it or what senator or what Congress people. Now, it's not on you to blow up private conversations, right? We all have public lives and private lives. I don't even mean that as public people. Everyone has the way you talk when you're amongst friends and then you have private relationships, let's say, with your spouse or whatever it might be, right? There's various levels to who you talk to about what. But congratulations, you said something remotely sane. And then a whole bunch of people who have been cowards for however long are coming to you. But what I would say here is also, where have you been on all of this? The decent liberals, right? How did my whole career happen? It was Because I was fighting for liberalism 10 years ago, realizing what was happening to the Democrat Party. Bobby Kennedy, you guys know all the names. I don't have to do the whole thing. But the point is, welcome to the party, pal.
Political Analyst
Right?
Dave Rubin
John McClane, Die Hard, which is a Christmas movie, by the way. Welcome to the party, pal. And what are you gonna do about it now is the question. So let me read you a statement that he put up after he did that video there he wrote. This weekend I shared a post voicing my concerns about the far left. The response has been overwhelming. Leaders in both parties called to tell me the same thing. This stuff has gone too far. To be clear, I'm a progressive Democrat. My whole life I wanted to see a youth movement fight for affordability, for healthcare, for real opportunity. It's time the has utterly failed the next generation. Young people deserve real change and they are right to fight for a better future. But the movement is being hijacked by too many people with insane, outlandish and nutty ideas that have nothing to do with affordability, climate solutions or healthcare. For example, Mamdami picked a DSA candidate who wants to abolish the police, empty every prison, erase every border, and discourage interracial dating. Okay, so clearly Chevalier has no problem condemning things unless it's a designated terrorist organization. Believe it or not, Chevalier has refused to denounce the terror group Hamas four times. That's insane. And progressives can't be afraid to call out nonsense. To call nonsense like that out, supporting Hamas is not progressive. The idea of no police, no prisons, no borders, which would let pedophiles, human traffickers, terrorists, hate groups and crime syndicates run wild is not progressive. For vulnerable communities celebrating the murder of Israeli citizens is not progressive. These ideas are regressive. If we can't tell right from wrong, good from bad, smart from Looney Tunes, Team Blue will go down the same road that turned the Republican Party into a shell of itself. We can't let that happen to the Democrat Party. So look, I am not glazing this guy at all right now. There were so many confusing statements in there and he still doesn't get it. And if he thinks the Republican Party is more extreme now. No, Trump reformed. Trump did progressive things in your mind. He liberalized, actually the Republican Party. Let's not forget Donald Trump, for example, was the first incoming, first time president who was for gay marriage. Barack Obama wasn't. So he's trying to feed them while at the same time going, oh, I don't really feed those guys. That's basically what he's doing. Is it worth mentioning because is it possible that he's waking some people up here? Yeah. When someone like me reads all that or hears all that, I'm just like, yeah, this is what we've. Every one of you that's watching this, that most of you came to me for this reason. It's like we all saw this for years, right? Basically what he's saying there is a conservative is just a liberal who's been mugged, right? Like he's realizing, oh, they're mugging people and they want more people to be mugged and raped and everything else because they're gonna let them out of prisons, et cetera, et cetera. By the way, the fact that Chevalier won't condemn Hamas like that, of course that should be a disqualifier. Forget about those pesky Jews that live in Israel. Hamas killed 47Americans on October 7th. 47Americans. And they can't even condemn that yet. And the idea that, oh, she wants to open the prisons, Mamdani wants to open the prisons. Right. They want illegals here. We could do the laundry list of things. So it's not that Van is great. Also this thing about I want more economic opportunity for young people. Okay, then you should be for capitalism and low taxes and low regulation. But I don't need to teach him everything. I wanna show one CL that I think illustrates the disconnect here. And I'm literally doing this video hoping that someone will send it to Van Jones and that we can accelerate his wake up, right? Because the slow mo version of this will not work because it's gonna be the day before the election. Here's my prediction. Unless we can accelerate it with this guy, it's gonna be the day before the election and he's gonna be on CNN going, you know, I've said a lot of things about the Democrats and they are pretty kooky, but you know, Trump and Republicans, scary, fascist, something, something. And then he's go, all of the people who are on the fence who are about to break, he's going to encourage them to go the wrong way. So it is worth noting that this guy has been pretty bad on a bunch of stuff. And this one's kind of hard to watch, actually. This is a day or two before the assassination of my friend Charlie Kirk. So this is around September 9th or 10th, 8th. 9th, 10th, something like that. I think Charlie was killed on the 10th, if I'm not mistaken. And you may remember of last year when everybody was talking About Arena Zarutska, the Ukrainian girl who had moved to America, who was killed on the Charlotte Light Rail. And then that guy who killed her walked off. And what did he say? Like, I got another whitey, or I got that white girl. Something like that. The attack had nothing to do with Charlie Kirk or anything else. Here's Van Jones the day before. Again, it's either the day before or two days before Charlie was assassinated.
Van Jones
We don't know why that man did what he did. And for Charlie Kirk to say we know he did it because she's white, when there's no evidence of that, it's just pure race mongering, hate mongering. It's wrong. Then he says that if something like that had happened the other way, there would be sweeping changes imposed on society. Where is the George Floyd Policing Act? It didn't pass then. For someone like Charlie Kirk, he should be ashamed of himself. No one mentioned the word race, white, black, or anything except him. What people mention is the horror of what happened to this young woman.
Dave Rubin
Okay, so it's weird in a weird way. I'm not trying to pile on Van for trying to do something decent here, even if I think he's wrong about most of the stuff. But again, Charlie was killed a day or two after that. That incident had nothing to do with Charlie. And by the way, yes, the guy who killed Irina Zyrutska as he was walking off, what was the exact quote? He said, I got that white girl. I got that white girl. It's on video. We've shown it before. We're not going to show it now because we'll probably get demonetized, and I don't even care about that. But it'll hit us in the algorithm. So Van literally made that up and brought Charlie into something. And then someone killed Charlie a few days later because they thought Charlie was an extremist on various fronts. So again, Van, if you're getting this clip today, if someone's sending this to you, let's sit down. Let's talk about what our agreements are, what our disagreements are. I think at the end you would be on the moderate wing of the MAGA movement. They are done with you. And the fact that you have now planted your flag and said, I'm not one of you. The Communists. Why do Communists kill people? Communists kill people because they want to institute their perfect system. And the worst thing for a perfect system is an imperfect human. And now you are imperfect to them. And, well, I guess we shall see how it works out. But let's Talk about some of the other Democrats who again, they are not great. They are mostly wrong about things, but they are not America hating psychotic communist lunatics. Chuck Schumer, for example, who I have nothing good to say about. I don't. He farted on at the Capitol the other day. He looks like a turtle. He wears his glasses like an 80 year old librarian. Like there's a lot with this guy and well, the Democrats don't like him very much. Here's dadadork Harry Endon. How's he doing among Democrats in New
Historical Analyst
York, his home state?
Political Analyst
Yeah, you think that this number is bad? What about here in his home state of New York? I tell you, these numbers scream primary challenge two years from now. Look at this. Okay? New York Dems who view Chuck Schumer favorably, again in early 2020 it was 75%, three in four Democrats. Now it is less than half, less than half of Democrats in Chuck Schumer's home state of New York, 47% who view him favorably. This is part of a larger picture in which Democrats are turning against their leadership. They are specifically turning against Chuck Schumer. He is actually underwater nationally with Democrats and even in his own home state of New York, the Empire State, he can't even reach 50% favorable rating with them.
Dave Rubin
So look, this is, this is what the Democrats now have to grapple with. And again, you can, you can mockand I do it all the time. You can mock the lefties and the progressives and the communists and all these things, but you do have to acknowledge they are doing what they wanted to do. It is the Alien movie. They have infected the host. They are killing everyone on the ship. And you have to at least acknowledge that they are doing exactly what they set out to do. So it's hard to understand what the moderate Democrat position would be. This is what Chuck is against right now. So you've got the radicals who are all going nuts, right? They're going crazy and they're destroying everything. And then the moderate Democrat position, it doesn't really hold any water because it's still big government, it's still kind of open borders, right? It was Joe Biden, moderate Joe Biden, auto pen, who opened up the borders. Even you guys, Chuck. If you would have asked Chuck 20 years ago what he thinks about abortion, let's say he was probably like Bill Clinton, safe, rare, but safe, like something like that, you know, 15 weeks or something. And now I'm guessing he probably is all for the eight month situation. The moderate Dems are not moderate anymore. They are just not complete lunatics. That's not very attractive to people. So when you see Chuck's numbers go like this, it's because the average person is like, okay, I don't like the communists over there. This guy. These guys really just kind of stand for nothing. And they seem like robots like Timu Obama. And then they are. And this is where I want to push Van Jones the way that I think you see now Bill Maher going in where Bill Maher just, we covered it yesterday, is now saying he could Potentially vote for J.D. vance. You've got. You want to push these people to go, oh, but you know, turns out those Republicans, they're actually not that bad. And they do like this country and all of the other things now they several. In the video we showed you there, Van Jones referenced Dari Zalia Chevalier, who won New York 13, where only about 8% of the people voted. 750,000 people registered to vote. She got about 33,000 votes. But they organize and then people don't vote. And then you wonder how you lose in your country. Well, here she is now again. She just won a Democrat primary. She hasn't won the seat yet, but here she is on Timu Obama. Hakeem Jeffries. I asked you when you were here for the mini debate of Hakeem Jeffries should be speaker, and you said it was too early because you were focused on the race. The race is over. Should he be speaker?
DSA Candidate
You know, I'm still working to build out, you know, the structures of co governance that I'm so excited to model for others across the country, but for this, this district in particular, and to have those conversations with the community. Because I think the first vote that I make will set the tone for the kind of leadership that this district will have. And I want to make sure that I'm making that vote with the considerations of the community.
Dave Rubin
Okay, so she's just giving you standard, like progressive speak, you know, blah, blah, blah. You have to understand, she's done Nothing. She is 33 years old. She's been in higher education for 14
Interviewer
years
Dave Rubin
as a student, not a professor. Not that that would be any better, actually. That would probably be worse. But as a student. So you have someone who's never done anything in the real world, apparently isn't a great student. Somehow. I wasn't even a freaking great student, but I was in and out of college in four years. Despite all the weed, I made it out. Okay, so what is going on here? You're gonna now. So somehow she will have power over whether Hakeem Jeffries again, who's freaking awful, whether he will be leader of the Dems. And congratulations, Hakeem. They're going to eat your robot face off. This video is spectacular. What we're about to show you right now. This is like Chef's kiss. Wonderful, magical. Gonna make you happy. You're gonna get a tingle up your leg. So you know Nate Friedman, We've had him on the show a bun. Great guy. He goes out there to these psycho parties where they're taking over the streets and they've got their terrorist mass and they're chanting for genocide and telling you how great they are. And they've got a furry walking a guy in a dog suit telling you he wants to, you know, river to the sea. It's just like collection of loonies. But he goes out there and he talks to these people and here he is. He asks one of the local dsa, Democrat, Socialists of America, one of their leaders, to pitch socialism to his audience. And this is just wonderful.
DSA Leader
I know, I saw a statistic.
Dave Rubin
Amazing for you guys.
DSA Leader
More than half of young Americans now prefer socialism over capitalism. So if you can look into the camera, give a 30 second elevator pitch on why socialism is better than capitalism. Community. Are you tired of sitting alone and being by yourself and having no one to talk to? Being socialist is all about community. It's about literally sitting down and having coffee with random stranger and talking to them, talking about the game. Hell, I have hugged more strangers in this past summer because of the Knicks game, because of the World cup, because socialism works. It's the watch parties that Zone ran hosted. It's about the. The parties that we allow. We don't have cops hogging every single site and saying, oh, you can't be here because there's too many people. Instead of allowing people just being in their nature, natural element of talking to each other to bond over things we love and share. So that was. Socialism is a scary word. Ain't me taking your house. It's about me making sure your house remains in your hands and some millionaire doesn't take it from you.
Interviewer
That's it.
Dave Rubin
That is the Billy Madison meme that I love. That is the dumbest thing I have ever heard. And we were all dumber for having heard it. May God have mercy on your soul. So socialism is about hanging out. It's about hanging out, watching the Knicks win, making sure somebody doesn't take your house and watching and watch parties. Watch parties. I'm pretty sure the communists Back in the day, the socialists and the communists, they used to have watch parties actually, as they'd slaughter all of the people who said, you know, this is a bit much for me. I mean, that is so extraordinarily done. This guy is a DSA leader. But this is what it is. And again, there's a certain set of young people, and this was my fear with Mamdami. You fake it for a year, it starts scaling across the country. We know that that's happening right now. And they actually think that that's right. Oh, my God, the Knicks won. Mamdami's a socialist. These things must be connected. It is genuine. I'm trying not to say the R word as much, but it is the R word on steroids. Let's jump over to Colorado because let's illustrate how this thing is scaling. You've got the DSA congressional candidate. She won the primary, Malat Kiros, and she doesn't like Donald Trump very much. This is original stuff from her.
Progressive Politician
And in just the next few months, if we take the words of the deranged and unhinged rant that we heard last night seriously, and I beg that we do, Donald Trump and this authoritarian regime may prevent us from having any elections at all. The stakes could not be higher. And I don't say all of this to scare you, but I do think it's important that we acknowledge that we're living in scary times and that it's okay to be afraid.
Dave Rubin
So that lady came here from Ethiopia to tell us how much she hates Donald Trump. And of course she. It's all DSA stuff. So remember, you know those videos we show you where they all sit down with Hasan Piker and he gives them rapid fire Medicare for all and close the prisons and abolish ice and do you hate the Jews and destroy Israel? Those are the three most important ones at the end. Like, she's in on all of that. I would say, lady, if you don't like it here and you really want to change everything, go back to Ethiopia. I don't mean to be a dick about it, it's not Ethiopia of the 80s where they don't have any food anymore. They've got some food. Go back to Ethiopia. What are you doing here? We like it here.
Guest Commentator
Go away.
Dave Rubin
But now let's jump over to Minnesota where they've got this lady, Peggy Flanagan, and tell me that this lady, if this was a horror movie, would not be the crazed librarian who ends up eating the children. Look at her.
Progressive Politician
And it is why I Support ripping ICE apart and holding them accountable.
Interviewer
That's right.
Progressive Politician
ICE out, friends.
Dave Rubin
Couldn't you see it? Like, her mouth would just open up. The kids would be like, Mrs. Flanagan, can we watch Bluey or can we read the Berenstain Bears? And then she's like, just eats them alive, like. And I'll rip ICE apart. Why don't you like ice? Why don't you? I don't know, Flanagan. How about you mention you guys want to go to Flanagan's for lunch? Maybe we're going to go to Flanagan's for lunch today. Flanagan's, which is a Florida staple over here. They got great ribs. Why are you against ice? Why is it, you know, when these illegals come in and they start raping people, they rape people kind of like you, right? So why are you not interested in protecting chicks like you? Also, those glasses are just too severe. But it perfectly sort of encapsulates what this woman is. But yes, we will continue with all this in just a moment. But first, next, let's talk about Kalshi. Guys, Kalshi is like buying or selling a stock, except the line isn't set by an algorithm that's working against you. It moves based on where the money actually goes. It shows where people are putting their money, not what the media wants you to believe. So how many DSA endorsed candidates will win their primaries? Well, here's what the Kalshi markets are showing. If you put 100 bucks right now on yes above 6, you can earn $182. If correct, download the Call she app and use code rubinreport to get 10 bucks. When you trade 10 buc k a l s h I kalshi, put your money where your prediction is. Okay, so we get it. These people don't like America very much. They don't like ICE very much. They don't like you very much. They don't like people whose genitals match their gender, all of that stuff. They also are for violence. They are. They are tacitly for it. And I would say in some cases they are outwardly and openly for it. You may have seen this video already, but yesterday, an anti ICE activist who undoubtedly they will find is a member of the DSA or loosely connected to these organizations. Well, here's what he did outside an immigration court in New York City.
Political Analyst
Guys.
Dave Rubin
Oh my God.
Political Interviewer
You.
Van Jones
All right?
Dave Rubin
First off, let's find do we know the security guard's name? I'd like to buy that guy dinner. I'm not kidding. If we can find it let's do that. That's one little thing. You know, New York doesn't have the death penalty. I would 100% be for the death penalty right then and there. He could have killed an endless amount of people that were in that building. You have no, you know, the fire could have gone. I'm sure he wanted it to be much more severe than it was. But, but this is the brain broken thing that these people are doing. Think about it. I mentioned Charlie at the top of the show. There was someone out there named Tyler Robinson who had heard all of the perceived rhetoric around what Charlie thought about trans people or whatever else and decided to murder Charlie Kirk. This guy hears all of the rhetoric around ICE and decides to burn down an ICE building. Now, ICE is probably, you can check me on this. I doubt ICE is the only thing in that building. Right? Not only that, it doesn't matter. It doesn't matter if you don't like ICE and it doesn't matter if you think they're really bad dudes. You cannot just start burning down buildings. But again, we shouldn't be surprised because these are the people that take over streets. These are the people that destroy mom and pop stores in the name of diversity and tolerance and black lives matter. So this is just the next extension and what I would really ask here, and this is pretty disturbing, is how many foot soldiers do they have? How many people? That guy's name is Andrew Arabaca and I'm sure we're going to find out more about Andrew Arabaca. But how many more Andrew Arabaca is out there? How many more brain broken people who think they're fighting fascism and Nazism and everything else are out there ready to do what you just saw there? And worse, I suspect there's thousands of them. That would be my guess. Guest. Here's Fox with a bit more on Andrew Arabaca.
News Reporter
Arabaca is a 43 year old former US army soldier. He's been described by the Feds as being an anti American, anti government extremist. He also reportedly had a number of weapons in his possession at the time of his arrest, including a pellet gun, knives, a hammer, even a machete. And in case there was ever any doubt about his motivation, cops say he was also carrying anti ICE material on his person. The building set ablaze houses several government offices, including New York's FBI office and the immigration court.
Dave Rubin
Pellet gun, machete. Let's not forget when we were in Australia, it sort of became a running joke, although it is not funny in Melbourne specifically. They're having a massive problem with machete attacks on the street by these types of anarchists. People in Britain there's stabbings left and right all the time. And you know, I've been saying for probably two plus years now, maybe I've been saying it since October 7th, if not even before that, that eventually what would the Democrat party would morph into the party of suicide bombing. Well, here is DHS Secretary Mark Wayne Mullen saying that this attack could have potentially been a suicide mission.
Law Enforcement Official
You know, sometimes when you see this, just discussing it, but sometimes when you see this, especially when they're armed with non lethal weapons, it can almost be like a suicidal approach. And we hope that isn't the case. And if this was suffering from some mental illness, that maybe we can get this army veteran some help.
Political Interviewer
Okay, so I just want to have a couple of follow ups. Interestingly, that was one of them. It did strike me that he used a non lethal weapon in these airsoft guns, leading me to wonder if this was a suicide mission.
Law Enforcement Official
We don't know that, but that's kind of what the presumption is from us that's just sitting there talking about no reports, just those that were discussing it once some of this information started coming out.
Dave Rubin
So we don't know that specifically, but I want you to think of it this way. When you see these people chanting river to the sea and what are they always, what's the next slogan? It's always by any means necessary. Oh, any means necessary. Now you think, oh, they're just talking about, you know, killing those 10 million Jews over there, but by any means necessary. It's the same what they're doing. Israel is just the placeholder for what they're coming for. The west and Western Europe understands this now, but we better start understanding it here because first off, they're just not going to take out Israel. But putting that aside, once they import it here, well, they're going to have people running around the streets going from the. Well, they'll go from the ocean to the ocean, from the Atlantic to the Pacific, by any means necessary. So suicide bombs or throw gasoline and try to burn down a building and have your pellet guns and your machete and what was this guy doing? It doesn't have to be a suicide attack like you blow yourself up to be a suicide mission. Right? Like he may have just been like, I'm gonna try to burn this thing down. I've got my weapons, I know I'm gonna be shot. In essence, it's a forced suicide. In Some sense. But how do people, how does this end up happening? How does it end up happening that some person would just think the way that I can help society or stop the great evil of our time, ice, that I'm going to burn down this building with God knows how many innocent people in it? Well, could it possibly be because the Democrats for a couple years now have been relentlessly lying about ICE and making it seem that they're the most evil force in the history of the world?
News Reporter
Could it be this is Gestapo like behavior?
Dave Rubin
Plainclothes officers wearing masks are terrorizing immigrants. The ICE issue is alarming beyond words. Masked men jumping out of unmarked cars, people disappearing, no due process. We're being hyperbolic. If you're a black and brown community, it's here. Wake up.
Historical Analyst
Dangers that we saw in Nazi Germany, especially in the earliest days of Nazi Germany, are the dangers that we need to react to now. They're taking people off the streets and sending them away. It's a five alarm fire. Everyone, every single ICE agent who's engaged in this aggressive overreach and are trying to hide their identities from the American people will be unsuccessful in doing that. This is not the 1930s and every single one of them, no matter what it takes, no matter how long it takes, will of course be identified. Donald Trump's modern day SCAPO is scooping folks up off the streets. They're in unmarked vans, wearing masks, being shipped off to foreign torture dungeons. No chance to mount a defense, not even a chance to kiss a loved one goodbye. Just grabbed up by mass agents, shoved into those vans and disappeared. We need to make sure that there's a firewall that they have to come through before they get to them.
Law Enforcement Official
Early evidence that we've seen from rounds that were found near the suspected shooter contain messages that are anti ice in nature. Again, this is just the most recent example of this type of attack.
Dave Rubin
Guys, I don't think you have to have a degree in psychology to figure out how someone that would be listening to those people might at some point then take something into their hands. Look, at the end of the day, when someone commits a horrific act, you can only blame the person who did it. But you can look at the conditions around all of that and you've got Gavin Newsom basically saying black and brown people get out there, they're coming after you. Several of those guys said Nazi Germany, 1930s. So what would you do? If we all had a time machine and we could go back to early 1930s Germany, you probably would kill some Nazis if You knew what was coming, you probably would kill Hitler. The irony, of course, is that Donald Trump is not Hitler. And also the irony is that Nazi Germany was killing their own citizens.
Guest Commentator
Right.
Dave Rubin
They were killing their own people. We're not killing anybody. There have been a few people that have been killed because it is hard to do the very messy work in a heightened environment of getting people out of the country. But also what happens. Waltz, who's the. I could say he's the worst of the worst. They're all horrible. There's no way to quantify who's the worst of all those people. We're sending them to torture dungeons.
Political Analyst
What? Where?
Dave Rubin
What torture dungeon? Can we Google the torture. Can I get an image of a torture dungeon? I'm sure Waltz spends some time in a torture dungeon, but that's a whole other thing. Here is Scott Jennings basically calling out the entire CNN panel for blaming Trump for everything in the rhetoric around all this lunacy. Is it possible that is the actions of ICE that have people talking like
DSA Candidate
this, not just getting messaging from the Democrats, but seeing what's happening in their communities?
News Reporter
So if you believe that a government agency is doing something that you don't like and your choices are A, cast A vote B, use your words, or C, go set off an incendiary device at the federal building in New York City and you pick C, there is no justification for this. There's no rationalization of it. And that's patently ridiculous if that was what anybody's going to argue tonight.
Dave Rubin
But that's what they're all arguing, right? It's not. It's not. Let's try it this way. I told Joseph we're going to put this to some children's music because that was what he had to do right there on what we're told is an adult program, him is he had to explain the most base level reality to that lady. ICE is doing their job. You can like it or not like it, but if you don't like it, you can vote them out. You can air your opinions, as he pointed out, but you cannot take. Once you guys do the slight. This is their slight move. Their slight move is, well, could we kind of blame them for what happened? Oh, wouldn't that kind of being like blaming Donald Trump for someone trying to assassinate him. Couldn't you kind of blame Charlie Kirk for getting out there and talking to people because he did talk about controversial things? I guess you could kind of blame the United Healthcare CEO who got executed in Times Square because he did make healthcare decisions. That some people didn't like. Once you guys do that. And this is what the entire leftist project is about. Lady, whatever her name is, it doesn't even matter. One day you're gonna have some opinion that will be outside of what the progressives want you to believe the second you want to believe it. And then they will come for you too. So you better be very careful what you ask for. We're going to continue with this in just a second, but let's talk about Plaud for a moment. You know, a lot of what I do comes down to conversations. Interviews, show prep meetings. The problem is that sometimes the best insights happen in the moment. And later you're trying to remember exactly what was said.
Van Jones
Put it in my hand.
Dave Rubin
There you go. That's one reason I've been using plodding. The device I've been using the most is the PLOD Note PIN s. So this is the. Well, here's the. There's the PIN S. There you go. It's a small wearable that stays with you throughout the day. So you can stay focused on conversation instead of reaching for your phone afterward. PLOD helps pull together key takeaways and important points so you're not relying on memory alone. Whether it's an interview, a meeting, or just an idea you want to revisit later. It helps you keep track of what matters. If your work revolves around conversations and information, it's definitely worth. Worth checking out. Go to Plaud AI Rubin and use code Rubin for up to 20% off. That's Plaud P L, A U D a I Rubin Coderubin for 20% off. Okay, so let's continue with the radical nature of the Democrat Party. And are we going to do anything about it? That really is the question. There you go. You can take that look at this from the Latin Times. You know this Talarico gal down in Texas. James Talarico kicks off Texas border Tour with renewed push for comprehensive immigration reform. We want an immigration system that reflects our values both as a nation of laws and a nation of immigrants. He said that was a pretty good impression, right? Can I get something on that?
Interviewer
Yeah.
Dave Rubin
We don't need comprehensive immigration reform. We need to close the border, which we've done. We gotta figure out what's going on in our house, which we're trying to do. We got to get the bad guys and illegals out. That's what ICE is trying to do. And then we can talk about some immigration reform as it pertains to people who have been here 10 years who've been paying taxes, who are otherwise decent citizens. Although I'm sympathetic to the argument that they all gotta go once you are illegal. But let's just punt that for a moment. Check this out from Fox on James Talarico's record on the border. He voted against creating a Texas Border Protection unit. He voted against expanding CBP arrest authority. He voted against funding the Texas border wall. He voted against the sheriffice enforcement agreements. And he voted against child trafficking, fraud penalties. So this guy is a radical. Radical. Radical. Let's not forget he beat Lady Eilash's Jasmine Crockett in their primary and she was totally bananas. But what did they do? You think you're bananas? I'll show you bananas. They went with him. He is now running against Ken Paxton, who's the Republican nominee for this seat in Texas. Here is Paxton talking about Lady Talarico's sudden shift.
Political Interviewer
Interesting choice for Tallarico to make the border something he's campaigning on.
Ken Paxton
I don't think it's surprising. He realizes that Texans were for border security. He realizes his record has been just the opposite of what Texans wanted. And so now he's trying to portray himself as something that he's not, which is he was an open border guy. Now suddenly border security is his, I guess, main issue.
Political Interviewer
And what odd timing when the border has been fixed and now he makes the border his issue.
Ken Paxton
It is very odd timing, but not in the sense of he knows that's a weakness that people realize that some people realize that he was against border security in every way, whether it was funding, infrastructure, funding our own border protection, funding, arrests of illegals coming across by our police, things you mentioned he voted.
Dave Rubin
All right, once again, I'm not going to sit here and tell you Ken Paxton's the most dynamic candidate. Or he's like, you could have fallen asleep. I actually fell asleep for seven seconds there at the end. But he's not insane. Go vote for him now. Get out there and vote Ken Paxton. You'll sleep better. That honestly, that would do it. That actually would do it. That would still be Ken Paxton. He's not that guy. And you'll get a nice night's sleep. Like that really could be it. But look, he is what he is. That's fine. But the point is Will asked the right question there, Will Kain. Or made the right point, which is you guys running on border stuff right now. You guys did this. The Democrat Party created the problem. Trump already fixed it. So you guys coming in now and being like, we're Border people is completely freaking absurd. My guy. Gut suspicion, and nobody wants to be in the prediction game is that Texas will not fall for it. That this guy is so radical that even though there are portions of Texas that are bluer than we'd like to admit, particularly Austin area and keep Austin weird and all that stuff, it's like the Portland of Texas. I don't think they're going to buy it. Paxson did make one other interesting point. Same interview with Will Kane talking about how Talarico and El Said the guy up in Michigan are cut from the same cloth, but they can't run exactly the same way because of the difference between Texas and Michigan.
Guest Commentator
Take a look.
Political Interviewer
Do you see a bright contrast between someone like Abdul El Sayed running in Michigan and James Tallarico running against you here in Texas?
Ken Paxton
No, they're the same. It's just that James can't run like they run in Michigan or New York. He realized that. He did in the primary. I mean, his position's on trans and kids fighting, you know, fighting any attempts to protect children, his push for boys and girls sports, his voting against the state income tax, voting for state income tax. Now he's trying to portray himself completely different because he knows that he can't run like they run in Michigan. He can't run like Mondani ran in New York. But his views are very similar.
Dave Rubin
Right, so that's an interesting point because as wacky. They're all wacky. Right? There's no fundamental difference between Talarico and Al Said, except that Al Said is a little more obviously Islamist adjacent. So Talarico is maybe not fully that yet, but he'll be a perfect dimmy for it. Right. So maybe that would be the one little difference they have. But in essence, they believe the exact same. It's not even that they. Who the hell knows what they actually believe, but they're pushing the exact same things. But the broader point is that the electorate in Texas, thank God, is probably a lot saner still than Michigan. And by the way, it's not going to be a walk in the park for this El Said guy. And hopefully again, people just have to keep waking up to this communist lunacy and maybe calmer heads and maybe saner things will happen in Michigan as well. But they all are the same. What do they all want to do? We want to abolish isis, we want to destroy Israel, we want to pack the court, we want to make D.C. a state. Everything is designed to implode the system. Here's Talarico with one of those things. We must overhaul the Supreme Court because we've seen corruption in the highest court in our land and we must, we must finally, finally pass a national ban to end gerrymandering once and for all. Okay, so he wants to fundamentally change the Supreme Court because he's seen corruption there. Now, of course, he doesn't tell you what the corruption is. And I thought you would find this interesting. We just checked this before the show, remember, what was it, two, three weeks ago when SCOTUS, Supreme Court of the United States laid out 11 decisions before ending their session? Seven of those decisions were thought of as conservative wins and four of them were thought of as liberal wins. I did not agree with all of their decisions, particularly the birthright citizenship one, but I didn't, I genuinely did not see anyone on the rise saying we didn't get 11 out of 11 or we didn't get 10 out of 11. So we want to pack the court, the court is corrupt or whatever. The court was split. And that's the point of you have some conservative judges, you have some more liberal judges. They have the lens that they view the Constitution through and then they make decisions. But what he means by corruption, what they all mean by corrupt Supreme Court is a court that doesn't do exactly what they want because they don't want checks and balances. They don't want three branches of government. They want complete communist control. Because if I could say there are certain. I'm not going to say it. Not going to say it. All right, you guys know I'm a child of the 80s, and in the 1980s, if you said the name Richard Gere, people would think of two things. They would think of Pretty Woman, the movie Pretty Woman, of course, with Richard Gere and Julia Roberts. Wonderful, wonderful movie. And they would also think about what we were told was a rumor, but it had, it seemed pretty substantiated that Richard Gere stuck a gerbil in his butt. And that's a picture of a gerbil. During that commercial break, I asked the guys real quick. I was like, guys, get me a picture of a Pretty Woman poster and a gerbil. Connor's like, I've got the gerbil already. I don't know what that was about. I don't know what that was about. Anyway, apparently it's just a rumor that he stuck a gerbil up his butt. And I can't even imagine. And what possibly could have even. Doesn't matter. Let's leave that for a second. Richard Gere's back in the news. It's not just Pretty Woman. It's not just the gerbil in the butt. He also doesn't like Donald Trump. You know, it's the trifecta, man. He doesn't like Donald Trump and he really doesn't like that. Donald Trump canceled usaid.

Take a look. USAID was probably the most pure thing that America did up to that moment. It was a giveaway program to needy people, whether it was health, education, it was women's issues. It was all kinds of stuff. Big things, small things, what they did with hiv, aids, Tens of millions of lives continuing. He stopped that day one. And it was insane. What do you do if you're the wealthiest, most powerful? You help people. You help people with doing a healthcare.
Dave Rubin
Okay, Richard Gere. It would have been funny if a gerbil had just like scooted out through the back of the thing there. First off, it was just a giveaway program. It was just a giveaway. Well, no, it's not a giveaway program. You take money from us, the American people. And then, yes, the government was giving it away to all sorts of organizations doing crazy things. And it involved money laundering and there was no accounting of anything. And we know through DOGE that there was all sorts of stealing of money and everything else. But it's just a giveaway program, right? You never want to think, where did the money come in the first place? Also, Richard Gere, you are worth 120 million bucks. I'm gonna guess that you do donate. He strikes me as the type of Democrat, not like most of them, who just never put any skin in the game. I'm gonna guess you've donated some money, but you're worth 120 mil. That's what I always say to Ro Khan. You're worth 240 mil. Throw 40 and you still got 200. So I would say to gear, throw in another 20, you still got 100. You're going to be okay. How many gerbils can you get for $100 million? Go to gerbilcalculator.com and figure that out. You want to know what USAID was doing? Well, here's a couple things that they were doing. We gave $10,000 for French. I can't believe this. We gave $10,000 For French pastry classes for Iraqi women. We gave 20 million for Sesame street in Iraq. We gave 47,000 for a transgender opera in Colombia and 32,000 for a transgender comic book in Peru, which, as you guys know, was Connor's favorite. Connor, you're really taking it on the chin today. You get extra guacamole. It's okay.
Guest Commentator
Yes.
Dave Rubin
And did it potentially do anything decent anywhere? Possibly. It doesn't mean we have to do it in perpetuity forever, without any accounting or anything else. I thought this was interesting. There's a random X post that Elon responded to because this is what everyone keeps saying, Elon, through Doge, cut usaid, and millions of people are dying. So did Elon Musk kill millions of people by cutting USAID? We now have preliminary 2025 mortality data from several African countries. And the answer may shock you. No. There is no detectable morality signal at all. And you can look at the chart right there. And then, of course, Elon responded to it and said, deaths in Africa. And again, look at the chart. Deaths in Africa decreased after USAID funding was cut because they're no longer able to push for violent revolution to install leftist regimes. Okay, so interestingly, and now here's when you see. Why are they so obsessed with usaid? Is it really because of that tranny Peruvian comic book? As great as it might be, probably not. Could it be that what they're doing on the ground in many of these countries is installing leftist leaders and using NGOs to manipulate elections and a whole bunch more. Well, this is quite interesting from end wokeness on X7 Latin American elections since USAID was defunded. Chile went to far right, Bolivia far right. These are quotes far right. Peru far right, far right. Ecuador far right. Honduras far right. Colombia far right. Costa Rica far right. These were all lefty countries. Suddenly we cut usaid. We're dumping tons of money into programs there and suddenly they all become. And again it's quote far right. It's like you can all decide what far right even means. I thought this was quite interesting from Martin DeLuca, he's an attorney. He wrote, wrote Latin America is moving right. This October, Brazil will hold its first presidential election since USAID was shut down. Many people have asked if this is why Brazil's censorship apparatus is becoming so aggressive. Free elections require citizens to be allowed to hear, speak, organize, criticize and decide without judges deciding which opinions may exist. So it would be rather interesting if now Brazil also which had Bolsonaro then they've got this crazy commie. What's his name? It doesn't even matter. What's the guy that they after Bolsonaro, the guy who came in. Who's the lefty?
Guest Commentator
Lulu. Lulu.
Dave Rubin
Lula Lulu. Well, we will see what happens there. Let's get back to our shores for a second. And just a little bit on the money side of things. This is actually kind of fascinating. And here's a nice little white pill for you from Vote Hub National Committee Finance updates. The RNC cash on hand has $124 million with zero debt. The DNC by contrast, I can't believe this has only $14.4 million and 17 and a half in debt. So they have more debt than dollars. And The Republicans have about 10x the amount of money than the Democrats do right now. That is rather fascinating and we will see. Libs of TikTok saw that and wrote this. Trump shuts down USAID and suddenly the Democrat party is broke. Like was there a massive money laundering operation going on? I think we are seeing that the answer is yes. Let's move on to something in New York City right now. I wanted to cover this yesterday but we didn't get to it. So Zorhan the commie Jihad adjacent. What do you have to believe to be in this guy's good graces? More than anything else, you. You have to think that Israel is the most evil place on earth. A country the size of New Jersey surrounded by some of the worst countries on earth who exist almost exclusively to Destroy it. Okay. As long as you hate them, you're good to go. Zorhan now wants to arrest Bibi Netanyahu. When the UN has their General Council meeting, and world leaders from all over the globe come to the United nations with. Which is basically just the Legion of Doom if you're a DC Comics fan and they all give their speeches. But he wants to arrest and seems to think he has the authority to arrest a world leader, in this case, Netanyahu. Because the International Criminal Court doesn't like Bibi. Now, the International Criminal Court has no jurisdiction over you, me, or anyone else. They are a clown court. I live in the United States of America. I am not subject to the International Criminal Criminal Court. But Zorhan seems to think that he'll be able to do something with Bibi.

I was reading your. Your interview over the weekend and wanted to ask you more about your conversations with the. Your legal department about potentially arresting Israeli
Zorhan Mamdani
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. When it comes to Benjamin Netanyahu, we're speaking about someone who's the subject of an International Criminal Court arrest warrant, and he's the subject of this arrest warrant for alleged crimes against humanity, for war crimes, and he's the architect of the genocide against Palestinians in Gaza. As Israel's prime minister, these are not facts of my personal assessment. They are facts of public record. And I believe that when someone is charged with an International Criminal Court warrant, it's something that should be taken seriously, whether it's Benjamin Netanyahu or it's Vladimir Putin or. Or whomever else.
Guest Commentator
Okay?
Dave Rubin
He is the most profoundly evil person in American politics right now. And if you can't see the jihadist in mayor's clothing right there, I just don't know what to say to you at this point. The icc, which is absurd. It's an absurd. Endlessly focused on Israel, just like the un. Right. Just like the un we endlessly focus on Israel. But what Zorhan is saying is he's saying that me, the mayor of New York City, I don't believe in American laws. I believe in some international clown court law. And I'm going to try to use my authority as mayor of New York City to arrest someone who's broken no American laws. There also was no genocide in Gaza. About 70,000 people were killed. Hamas admits half of them were their soldiers. They use human shields. And by the way, if there was a genocide, they might have wanted to release the hostages on day one, because the second they released all the hostages, the Genocide. The quote, unquote genocide ended. It's the only genocide that the people purportedly being genocided were able to decide when they wanted the quote, unquote genocide to end. What would any other country do if 1,400 of their people were murdered and 200 of their people were kidnapped? You guys get all of that. This is much more about what this man believes. And he you 100%, I think, could now make an argument that he has fully gone on the record and stated that he is no longer. He does not believe he is beholden to the Constitution of the United States. He thinks he is beholden to international agreements. And here's the real key before I get to Trump's response on this. What he really wants right now, it's sort of an offshoot of what I said earlier. All of the stuff that they're saying about Israel right now is really what they want do to turn on every Western nation. So ultimately, what does he want? Well, as they implode the United States, he will want the International Criminal Court to try Donald Trump to try everyone in this administration. They will want some globalist order to be over the United States. That's what they are going for here. I think, 100%. You could figure out some legal mechanism to remove him from being mayor before he is able to destroy the city any further. But here's Donald Trump's thoughts on that. Benjamin Netanyahu will not be arrested in any way, shape or form while in the United States of America. He is fighting against the Islamic Republic of Iran, which recently killed 52,000 innocent protesters and has spent the last 47 years killing American soldiers and others. The only ones that should be arrested are the people that led Iran into this unprecedented spiral of death and destruction, something that should have been dealt with years ago by previous presidents. President Donald J. Trump. Okay, the other part of this, of course, is beyond. It's all obvious with him, and he's a jihadist and an Islamist and he doesn't believe in American law and he's trying to implode the city is you would. If you want to play here, I'll give you a hint. Bomb down me. I'm not in the mood to really give you a hint, but I'll give you a hint if you want to give a hint. If you want to hint, then you got to find seven, say seven to 10 other leaders you want to arrest. So why wouldn't you be arresting everyone if you were saying you were going to arrest Putin? Well, Putin doesn't show Up. But why wouldn't you arrest everyone from the Russian delegation that works for Putin? Why wouldn't you arrest everyone from. I know you're for the Iranian, the irgc, but why wouldn't you arrest them? I assume you acknowledge they killed about 50,000 of their own people. I don't know, maybe you could arrest someone over in Egypt who didn't open up the door for the Palestinians. Like it's too damn obvious with you fucktards. He was coming and I knew it was coming and I. Anyway, here's former New York City mayor who again, he's like Van Jones. He's not great, he's a lefty, whatever. But he's not completely insane and doesn't hate America and Western values and Israel.
Guest Commentator
Watch.
Interviewer
Well, first of all, it doesn't take corporation counsel weeks and months to tell him he has legal means. He knows that. And did he speak with the police commissioner? Because who's going to actually do the arrest? Or is he in partnership with the federal authorities? And so we have to think about how this rhetoric is, first of all, is bad to do, but it's also dangerous for Americans abroad. You know, since being out of office, I've traveled to different countries. You cannot send a signal that right here in America we're not going to respect a sovereign leader of a country. And you're going to talk about as a local mayor arresting the individual. This is just bad to even put that statement out.
Dave Rubin
Yeah, so that's Eric Adams just explaining a little of the granularity around why it can't be done and everything else. But again, I just really want to reiterate this point because I haven't heard anyone else say it. What he is trying to do is create a stage situation that these radical communist based people, they will not think that the United States, that the Constitution is the ultimate law of the land. That's not what they want. What they want will be that American leaders and Western leaders all over this will be dragged to a crazy international court and condemned and tried. And of course they'd love to hang them and everything else. And I do think it is worth mentioning here is Zorhan Mamdami swearing into office and he, he swore in on the Quran. He didn't swear in on the Bible, which is not at odds with the Constitution of the United States. And much of what the Constitution was based on was the Bible. He did not swear in on the Constitution itself, which would have been just fine. I actually think that you should have people swearing in on the Constitution Even more than the Bible, he swore in on the Koran. And Islam, as you know, means to submit. And it is a political document more than a religious document. And he is illustrating that perfectly. Here's a little bit more of Zorhan. This came out about a year ago, but a little bit more that shows you the insight into his obsessively focused hatred of Israel. But again, it's not really Israel because you could just take Israel out here and just replace it for the United States. And I think you will understand what he is doing for so many people.
Zorhan Mamdani
Israel is not a place, it is not a country. It's an idea. And you see that in so many politicians, answers to the questions around Israel is their answers were written 20, 30 years ago. They speak to a reality that does not exist.
Political Analyst
Right.
Zorhan Mamdani
They pledge fealty to the idea of a two state solution, irrespective of the fact that a second state for Palestinians is physically impossible because it's not even a contiguous piece of land in this moment between where Palestinians live. So that all tells us that there is this disconnect and what these resolutions, thankfully they are, as you said, not binding. But they also to me speak of a fear amongst political class across this country of a discourse that is rising, that seeks to question this convention.
Dave Rubin
Yeah, again, it's all the leftist gobbledygook nonsense. He doesn't seem to understand history and that there never was a state of Palestine. By the way, the only people to ever offer them a state were the Israelis. He never. We show you this map all the time. That's Israel. He can't even fit the I in Israel. I think it's the only country in the nation that you can't fit one of the letters on the country. It's surrounded by about 50 Muslim nations, about 22 Arab states. All of those places practice apartheid. It's not good. There are virtually no Jews left in any of those places. There's almost no Christians in any of those places. Egypt, which is right next to Israel and Gaza, has a door, except their door is four layers of concrete and barbed wire and everything. Don't let the Palestinians out. Gaza was Egyptian, it was never Palestinian. Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. The reason, again I'm showing you that is they are trying to disconnect. Everything that they are saying about Israel is what they want to ultimately happen to America. If you can discombobulate the land of Jesus of Bethlehem, who was a Jew, if you can take him out the story of Hanukkah, which took place in Judea, which they now call the West Bank. If you can blow that apart, you know how easy it's going to be to blow apart the idea of America? Because we've only been here 250 years and none of us that are Americans have roots here except Native Americans. So they're just going, it's the canary in the coal mine. First they're trying to poison him and then you will have no idea how to defend your nations. And that's what the people of Europe have been up to, have been up against. And it is increasingly happening here. I've mentioned to you guys several times over the last week and a half or so that Jordan Peterson is slowly coming back online. I am thrilled. Timing could not be better. And he has been teasing out some things, I think, that are subtly or not so subtly related to all of the civilizational battles that we are fighting right now. He wrote this regarding Judeo Christian the Ten Commandments are Jewish. The great stories of the Old Testament are Jewish. The Jews developed the idea of subsidiarity as the alternative to tyranny and slavery. The Jews established the cultural preconditions for the rise of universal literacy. The fate of Israel at the hands of the Islamists is the fate of the West. The rising tide of antisemitism sickens me. Those of you engaging in it for your oh so moral reasons, you're despicable. And remember, you proud Christians objecting in all your purity to the term Christ himself was a Jew. So the point here is again, I'm so bored of talking about Israel. I'm absurdly bored of talking about Jews like this is. But they have unearthed something that has nothing to do really in endgame with Jews or Israel. This is a battle destroying the West. So since we showed you Zorhan swearing in on the Koran, what else did he say in his speech the day he was sworn in?
Zorhan Mamdani
We will replace the frigidity of rugged individualism with the warmth of collectivism.
Dave Rubin
If our that was giving away the game right there because America was founded on individualism. And where did individualism from rise from? Actually it rose from the Old Testament. Abraham leaving the tent, going on the adventure.
Guest Commentator
Right?
Dave Rubin
Here's Jordan Peterson from a few years ago on why he is not a fan of the warmth of collectivism.
Jordan Peterson
Why I am not a fan of collectivists. I'm not a fan of people who put group identity first. I'm not a fan of people who would dare to identify as Marxist after what happened in the 20th century. I'm not a fan of university professors who think their job is to take impressionable 18 year olds and turn them into political activists, despite the fact that they're not educated. So the collectivists, and I don't care whether they're on the left or the right by the way, because I'm no fan of right wing collectivists either. So the right level of analysis is the individual. And that's what the west got right.
Dave Rubin
And that's what the west got right. And what Jordan was talking about in that tweet is where did these things magically come from? They didn't magically appear during enlightenment 300 years ago. They come from thousands of years of history. And so Xorhan wants to upend that. They want to usher in communism, they want to usher in collectivism. Your ability to be an outsider and push back against it will be non existent for the people like Van Jones to tie this all together. In this episode, Dave Rubin delivers a scathing, freewheeling critique of the Democratic Party’s leftward shift, analyzing how progressive and socialist elements are upending traditional liberalism and fueling political instability. Through news clips, commentary, and recent events, Rubin explores themes of political extremism, institutional decay, and the dangers posed by what he sees as the mainstreaming of radical ideologies in American politics. The episode features commentary on Van Jones’ recent remarks, the fallout from DSA-backed candidates’ wins, attacks on ICE, violence justified by political rhetoric, and the erosion of American values in favor of collectivist ideologies.

Rubin warns that the current civilizational battle centers on the choice between radical collectivism and the individualist values that made the West successful. He argues that silent dissent and half-measures from moderate Democrats are no longer enough, and that the unchecked advance of aggressive leftist ideology threatens the fabric of America. Ultimately, Rubin calls on listeners to “wake up” to the consequences, both violent and institutional, of political extremism, and to participate in the upcoming election as if the country’s survival depends on it.
