Today's episode, I want to share with you guys the last of my three trainings from the Offer Lab launch event. And this was fun because a lot of people were coming to me and they're like, this is great, but I don't actually have anything to sell. I don't have an offer else I want to have an offer, but I don't have one. And so I spent some time walking through how to create an actual offer. Like, how do you create a course? How do you create something that people are going to buy and give you money for? I know I've talked about stuff like this in the past on the podcast, but for any of you guys who are here right now and you're seeing the Offer Lab opportunity, last time you got excited about the affiliate stuff and the broker stuff, you're like, man, I think having my own offer on the platform would be the secret. That would be the key to really making money from all different ways on Offer Lab. And so the answer is yes, you should all have your own offer. And so this training I actually went through, how to create your own offer. And it was really fun. And afterwards people were like, oh my gosh, this is a lot more simple than I thought. And so that's the goal for the this episode, for me, for you, is to have you go through and be like, oh my gosh, I could actually make an offer. So that's the game plan. I hope you enjoyed the session. After you listen to it, make sure you go to offerlab.com, get your free account. It's literally free. Go get signed up and start using the platform, start playing with it, start seeing all the different ways you can make money, and then get your offer done and created and get it live on the platform. Thanks so much. I appreciate you and hope you enjoy this episode. Welcome to day number 22 of the OfferLab launch. I'm so excited. I've lost my voice. I'm tired. I'm excited. I'm like, all the things mixed up. And I got 17 hang out with you guys today before we kick off the most insane speaker lineup in history of all time. Typically, to get what you guys are going to be getting today, you'd have to be at an event where you spend at least $1,000 on a ticket, five grand on hotels and flights and everything, and you get all from the comfort of your home because you showed up today and so grateful for all our speakers who are going to be serving you guys today. And I hope you guys enjoy it and have a lot of fun. And I wanted to kick it off just talking about the thing that I keep seeing, especially yesterday, I did a session. How many of you guys heard my session yesterday? If so, I talked about the four different ways to make money on the offer platform. And I went deep into this. I talked about how, number one is like affiliate marketing. You go, then you just build out a funnel. It takes you 30 seconds, and boom, you're in the game, right? Number two is like, hey, you have an offer, you put your offer on the platform and boom, other people can grab it and start selling it as an affiliate. Then I said, the third way, which is the best way, is a combination where you have an affiliate, where you're an affiliate and you're an offer owner. And I want you to understand that again, clickfunnels. I think when we were pulling the stats before we launched OfferLab, we're like, how much money have we paid out in affiliate commissions over the years here at ClickFunnels? So in the last decade of clickfunnels, I think in the Last number's like 165, $163 million in commissions we've paid out to people. Okay? There's not another business in our industry who has done that, just so you're all fully aware. Okay? Not 78992 complications. C award we've given away in affiliate commissions because that's like, what we do, right? And what's crazy is, so I've seen We've paid out more commissions than any company in the platform or in the industry. And we start looking at the money since spent out and who the affiliates are. And the craziest thing is 100% of the time, not 20% or 30% or 80%, 100% of the time, the affiliates you're making the most amount of money aren't just an affiliate. They're all the combo. They have their own offers and they are affiliates. They're doing both sides of the equation. They have their own offers, they sell stuff, but then they have their customer list, they sell click funnels, they sell other products, things like that. And so I wanted to spend this morning just helping those of you guys who are kind of more new to this game. Maybe you're like, I understand the affiliate stuff, I'm start here, but someday I want to create an offer. How many of you guys are in that spot? Someday I want to create an offer that scares me to death right now a little bit. I'm gonna speak to you guys. Cause I wanna walk you through how simple creating an offer can actually be. Especially if you're not thinking about how to make $100 or $500, $1,000 offer. How do you make a low ticket easy, like a $5 offer, $10 offer, something low ticket that you can use as leverage. So that way when you're starting on offer lab, it's not only promoting stuff, but you can have this could be your product and then you upsell someone else's, or you can have Sharon Lechner's thinking Grow Rich for Women book and then upsell your product right here and you start having the ability to start putting your own offers in again. The most successful affiliates aren't just affiliates, they're both affiliates and offer creators and they play both sides of the game together. In my business, I'm still the same thing. We do one or two affiliate promotions every single year and we make multiple seven figures a year just from promoting other people's products. But I'm also an offer owner. So having both sides of the equation is really the secret to long term winning in this game. So even though a lot of you guys are here just because you want to be an affiliate, my goal and my vision for all you guys is eventually that every single one of you guys will have at least one, if not a dozen of your own offers on the platform as well. Because that's how you're going to win at the highest level. So the question then is, how do you actually create an Offer. And we've had a lot of really cool speakers talking about different ways to make offers. But I wanted to simplify it down because for me, if you've ever read any of my books, the first decade of this business, I was in college, I was trying to learn this. I was reading all the books I was studying, I was doing everything. And for me, it was hard because I would read these books of some of the most amazing people in the world. And it was like, this is so cool. But it took me a while to process and figure out how to work for me. So what I would literally do is I would sit there, I would doodle out what I was trying to read. And I keep drawing doodles until I was. I was like, oh, I think that's what they mean. And so I simple things down to doodles so I could actually understand it. Then fast forward 10 years later, I wrote my first book. I'd read so many books. I'd done so much stuff. I had success in my business. I was trying to write about it. And at first I started writing a book where I was being complicated, like all the other books. And I was like, this is not gonna be helpful. I'm like, I wanna make it so simple that I can understand it. So if you've read any of my books, almost every other page there's a doodle. I'm like, here's the doodle version of what I'm trying to say. Cause if I can break it down to a simple doodle, then it becomes really easy. So my goal in the next 17 minutes or so that I have up here is to kind of walk through how in my mind, I simplify offer creation. Because when you start looking at it, it really is actually not that difficult. I think a lot of it's over complicated. I overcomplicate it sometimes. But if you really think about it, it can and should be really, really simple. Okay, so the first thing that I want to emphasize is that when you're creating an offer, I guess the first thing that people. The first thing to think about is the offer you're creating is usually something that you've had experience with, right? I know some people just go make offers and they just create stuff. But you have the most success with something you already passed, something you've already done. Right? And so for me to be able to figure this out initially, I always go back in time. Go back in time like five years or 10 years ago to when you were trying to figure out the thing that, you know, how to do now, right? Before you became. Before you became special, right? And so here's you or me, right? And so you were living your normal life. Everything was great. And then one day you decided that you wanted something. You wanted some result. You wanted to lose weight, to make money, to learn how to trade stocks, to build a potato gun, to whatever your thing was. You had something, you wanted, some result. So you come over here, and this was the flag in the ground. This was the result you wanted. And you're like, if I could achieve that thing, that would make me happy. That'd be like, give me fulfillment. That's the thing I want the most in this world, right? So you have this result you want. It's out there, you see it, you dream about it, and now you can't stop thinking about it. When you're working out, all you can think about, you're talking to people, all you can think is think about that thing, right? How many know what that thing is for you or was for you, where you became obsessed with it? Okay, I've had this a couple times in my life. The first time I remember having it in my life when I was in eighth grade and I started going to wrestling practice. And at first I didn't hate. I didn't like it. I was like, ah. And then as soon as I won one of my very first matches, I was like, this is the greatest feeling in the world. And then I was like, I want to be the best in the world. Like, how do I? And so for me, the first I want to be a state champ. That was the result I wanted. And after that, everything else just blanked out, and nothing mattered to me in my entire world for the next 12 years of my life, other than wrestling. I had results and goals, and I went after them, and that was everything. When I got into business, it was the same thing. I started learning about business and I started getting it. I was like, I had these results, things I wanted. And for me, it's like when I started focusing on something, everything else just fell apart. The only thing that mattered was me getting that result. And so for a lot of you guys, that same thing happens on your journey. Then what happens is you go on this journey, you're like, I'm gonna figure out how to get that result, right? So you're going, you're going, you're trying to figure it out, and then what happens? You just go there and have success, right? It's amazing. First time you try it, usually, right? No, it doesn't work. That Way ever. In fact, if it did work that way, it'd be really boring. It's the reason why most movies, if you look at the movie, there's like, there's a hero, the hero's got a goal, and then the entire movie is just conflict. All the things that they. All the failures and try it and all the things they're trying to do to get the result. And that's what makes the movie actually interesting. It's what makes your life interesting, right? If God just gave you a path like here, oh, you want to be a state champ? Cool. Just walk in, just go beat the guy. And I wanted, like, there was no fulfillment, there was no growth, there's nothing, right? So this is what happens when you go on a journey. And so you start this journey, you're going, and then all of a sudden you're like, I'm doing good. And all of a sudden get back, boom. And it just wrecks, right? Oh, everything falls apart. You're like, dang it, it didn't work. And so you come back to go, you start again, okay, I'm gonna try a different process, different path. And you go on the journey again. And you come over here and you mess up again. And you go, and you mess up again. And you go, and you mess up again. And you keep going over and over and over again, right? But every time you get a little bit better. You get a little bit better and a little bit better. So eventually, what happens? Eventually, after so many times, you go and you figure out exactly how to get here, and boom, you go and you achieve the result. You won the state title, you lost weight, you got the six pack abs, you figured out how to make a potato gun, whatever your thing was, right? You traded stocks and you actually made money. You put money into bitcoin and it blew up whatever your thing is, and you got the result. Now, this is what gets exciting, because what you have now is the most valuable thing on the world. It's more valuable than gold, silver, bitcoin, money, cash, anything. You guys know what it is. You trod this path, you figured it out, and the thing you have is you have a map. That map is the most valuable thing in the world, okay? And so this is where offers start. You've gotten the result that you wanted. You figured it out. You went through this process, this path. You tried a million different things, and eventually you persevered and you figured out the thing and you have a map, like, you know how to get there again, right? After my first day title I was like, I know how to win my second one. I just gotta follow the state. Like, I have the map. Right. When I made my very first million dollars online, that was hard. The first million, if you guys haven't done it yet, the first million is the hardest. After you make a million, it's like, it's actually pretty easy because you've gone through all this, and it's like, oh. And then the second million, third million after that. It's easy. Why is it easy? Because you have a map. You know what to do and what not to do. Right. So the map is the big secret. Okay. So you, as an offer creator, the thing that you have that's so magical is you have a map. Okay. All right. So now we're come back. When you're creating an offer, the person you're creating the offer for, typically, traditionally, is you five years ago. The people that are coming into your world, they're not here. The people who come into your world, they're here. They have a thing and they want. They have a goal, they have a result. They have something that they want. And most likely they've been trying. They failed, and they failed, and they failed, and they're looking for help. Looking to figure out, this is the result I want, But I've tried 500 things. Doesn't work. And what's interesting is every single market you go into, this is what happens. People try a lot of things. Rarely will you ever come into the marketplace with an offer and someone sees this the first time. Like, I never even thought about making money. That's a great. I didn't even think about it. That sounds great. I never once thought about losing weight. This is a great new opportunity. Thank you so much for telling me about that. Never happens, right? I remember Caitlin Poland, who came into our world a couple years ago, and she launched a company called Ladyboss. She told me, she said, the average woman in America goes on eight weight loss plans a year. Eight keto didn't work. This one didn't work. This one didn't work. Eight a year. I don't know the stats and numbers behind people starting a business on the Internet, but my bet is it's probably close to eight a year as well. We're trying this and this and this and this and this. Right? So you're coming to somebody who was you five years ago, who wanted this result, who's tried three or four things, and it's not been working. And so you're coming to them saying, hey, I know exactly what you're going through. I did the same thing. I was here five years ago. I tried. That one didn't work. That one didn't work. That one didn't work. But over time, I persevered. I learned this. I found this secret, I found this thing put together. And from that I have a map. And I've done it for myself, I've done it for other people. And I'm gonna show you guys how to do it as well. That map is your offer. That is the big secret. That's it. It's very simple. It's very easy. So when you understand that that's what I'm actually selling, people ask me, I don't see what an offer is. An offer is just a treasure map to the promised land. The thing that you are promising, the result. So this is where now you take it from. I know how to do it. How do I turn this into a product, into an offer? From here, what I do in my mind is like I now turn it into a framework. A framework is a step by step, repeatable process. It's a framework, it's a, A map, whatever you want to call it. And so for me, I have to sit back and reverse engineer. So I have to go back in time and say, okay, this is me. I'm going back five years ago, I had this goal. I wanted, I tried a bunch of stuff, but if I look at everything I tried in the past, what were the actual step by step things that I did to get the result? What was the first thing? The second thing? Okay, the very first thing that I did, if I was to do this again from scratch, first thing I would do would be this. And that would be the first step in the path. And after I did that, then the second step I would do would be this step. And then the third step I would do would be this step. And then the fourth step I would do would be this step. Fifth step would be this step. Sixth step would be this step. And that point I'd get the result, and that would be the step by step process I would then follow to get the result. Okay, and so that step by step process is your framework. Here's all the steps you need to do to get that result. Okay? And so that's what your offer is, is you taking your knowledge, breaking down to a very simple framework. Get somebody from where they are today to where they're trying to get walking step by step through the process to actually get that result. And that's the offer, that's the framework. You're creating, that's the offer you're gonna be selling. Now, when you shift from a framework, I think about this, like, so usually for me, any framework I have, the first step I do is I try to name it something. So I might call it the perfect webinar. I might call it Hook, story, Offer I might call it. But I figured out a name that's proprietary to me, right? So I have my name and my framework, and from there, I'm like, step one, step two. I have all the steps in the process to get the end result right. So that becomes a framework. Now, what I want you to understand is that after you have the framework, there's a lot of different ways you can package that into an actual offer that somebody can buy. There's a quote that I said one time, so it's the only time I quote myself, which is kind of a jerky thing to do. But. So Russell Brunson once said, people will say, I just feel so arrogant right now. I just want to watch myself. I'm sorry. I'm not this way, I swear. Okay? But young Russell once said, because I had this epiphany when I was, like, in college, I was doing this whole thing, and I realized I was like, people will spend the same money for. Or, sorry. People will spend more money for the same content packaged in a different way. People spend more money for the same content packaged in a different way. This was the big aha for me. And this is when I got it. My very first event I ever went to. I was sitting in the audience listening to people, and first speaker gets up, and he asks the question, how many of you guys in here have ever read the book Think and Grow Rich? And everybody's hands goes up except for mine. I'm looking around like, well, I'm the one in the room who's different, and they're all rich, and I'm not. And so I was like, wrote my notes, read, Think and Grow Rich, right? So that night, I go to my hotel room, and this is back when Amazon was brand new. I'm googling, and Amazon pops up my Think and Grow Rich. And there's a book for 10 bucks. So I buy it. It gets shipped to my house. I go home from the event. I see the book, put it on my book stand, and I'm like, not a reader at this point in my life. I was like, cool, I'll someday read that maybe. And it sat there. And then three or four months later, I go to a next event. I get in the event, people show up, and one or two or three of the speakers all reference Think and Grow Rich. Who's read it? Everyone raise their hand. Stuff for me. I'm like, ah, dang it. I didn't read it. So I go back home, I gotta read Think and Grow Rich, Gotta read Think and Grow Rich. Sitting on my bedstand. I'm gonna read it three months later, go to next event. I'm like, speakers, get up. Think and Grow Rich. Haven't read it still. Finally, I'm like, I'm never gonna read this. So I went to my favorite website on the Internet, which is eBay.com. i typed in Think and Grow Rich, and lo and behold, somebody had the CD version of Think and Grow Rich. You guys remember CDs? They're kind of like records only. Yeah. Back in the. Anyway, and so I bought the CD version of Think and Grow Rich, and it was $97. So 100 bucks. Basically, it came to my house, I put it in my car, and then I would drive it on the car, and I put the first CD in, and I listened to Think and Grow Rich. And I put the second CD in. And over the next 30 days, I read audio, read Think and Grow Rich. Right? Now, this is where the epiphany came from. Me, I was like, oh, my gosh, the framework. Like Napoleon, if you read Think and Grow, it's just a framework. It's 13 steps. Napoleon Hill is the key of frameworks. He just literally has 13 steps. Chapter one, chapter two, chapter three. That's all. It's just a framework. He teaches Think and Grow Rich. Right. But I started to realize, what's the difference between the book Think and Grow Rich and the audiobook? The difference is nothing. They're word for word the same. But I spent $10 to get the book Think and Grow Rich, but then I spent $100 to get the audio. Why? Because people will spend more money for the same framework packaged in a different way. That's the big aha. You don't have to go create 100 different frameworks. You just need one. I have a friend who built a business doing over $80 million a year based on one simple framework. Just one. So if you have a framework to get someone from here to there, that's all you need, one framework, and then you can package different ways. Let's say I want to create a $7 offer to put on OfferLab. Cool. Get your framework out, open a video recording, and just teach it for an hour. Step one, step two, step three, step four. That's a great $7 offer. Boom. Just take it out, put on off lab for seven bucks an hour. Let me teach you the framework. How I got six pack abs in 30 days. Done easy. But then it's like, okay, someone bought that for that. How do I create a more expensive offer? I want a $100 offer. I want a $500 offer. I want a $1,000 offer. I want a $10,000 bootcamp. I want a $35,000 high ticket offer. The answer is not go and rebuild everything from scratch. It's taking the same content and packaging it in a different way. Okay, we have a copy of Dotcom Secrets in here. Anywhere someone from my team can see if I should have given a heads up. But, you know, all right, here's. Yeah. Everyone give Jason a round of applause. Yeah. All right. Dotcom Secrets. This is my very first book. Guess what this book is. This is my frameworks. If you open it up to the table of contents, you will see that it literally, you're gonna see all my secrets. Now you know everything I do. Okay. The table of contents of the dot com Secrets book is very simple. Secret number one, the secret formula. That was the first thing that took me a lot of time. I learned that that's the first thing I would teach someone. Secret number two, hook, story, offer. Secret number three, the value ladder. Secret number four, the attractive character. Secret number five, Funnel. Like, it's my framework and you can get this book for free. You just go to dotcom secrets.com, pay shipping and handling, or you go to offerlab and you sell it to your clients as a product order form. Bump your own thing. Okay, but this book, again, it's basically 10 bucks. You get Amazon for 20. This is the bottom of my value ladder. It's the frameworks. When somebody buys this, and then guess what? After they buy this, then if they get a good experience, they want more, right? So then they come and they sign up for clickfunnels. Guess what clickfunnels is. Can you guess? This is really cool software. No, no, no, no. All clickfunnels is software that takes Russell's framework and makes it so you can use. Literally, like, if you read this book, it's like, here's all the sales funnels. And then clickfunnels is the software that makes you. It's just software that helps you to do the frameworks. Then you're like, okay, this is awesome. Russell's doing funnel hacking live. I want to come to that event and hang out. It's going to be amazing. So you come to Funnel Hacking Live, and guess what happens? You get $1,000 ticket. And then I teach you guys from the Dotcom Secrets book. Same content packaged a different way. I do one presentation on book funnels. I do one presentation on webinar funnels, and everyone freaks out. That's the most amazing thing in the world. I'm like, you could have just read it in the book. It's in there. It's there. And then at Funnel Hockey Live, I sell people into my coaching program for $25,000 a year. And they get so excited. They come and they sign up for coaching program, and they show up here in Boise for the event. And guess what? I them, I open up the book, and then I just teach them the stuff inside of here. I'm like, you could have just read the book for free. But $25,000, you get a different experience. You'd be with other people. You network and ask questions, right? Then after the 25,000 coaching, then I send people up into my inner circle. I have a $50,000 and $150,000 inner circle program, right? And they show up. They're so excited. $150,000. And we all come in the room, we hang out, and guess what we do? We just talk about the frameworks in the book. That's all we do. Same content, packs a different way. It's really cool. And then I have an idea for this new platform. It's gonna be insane. It's called OfferLab. And we launch it, and everyone shows up, and guess what happens on OfferLab? You all just build funnels. It's from the book. And then you drive traffic from the book. Same frameworks just packaged a different way. It's pretty sick. So, yeah, that's the game. That's how it works. You guys getting this? Okay, so if you know how to get some. Thank you. I think that I got my one. Applause. I'm at home. Yeah. Thank you. This is. I'm trying to, like, show you guys, like, wizard of Oz behind the curtain. Like, this is it. This is the game. You just have to figure out a framework and get really, really good at it, and then test on clients and people. And then, like, someone comes in, they get your product, they read like, this is amazing. It changed my life. What else do you have? I have the same thing, but we can do it together as a group. We can do it in a mastermind, we can do it in a coaching program. We can do it virtual. We can do it in a course. There's so many different ways. And so that's how you start creating offers. It becomes so fun and so simple and so easy. And so that's how we start playing this game. Now, a couple things to think about. Number one is what if right now you're like, this is awesome, Russell, but I just don't. I don't have a thing yet. I just don't have. I don't have a result. I don't feel comfortable. I don't want to. Okay. It doesn't always have to be you either. Okay. The very first product I ever made that made a 2 comma club award is I found an author. He wrote a book called the 12 Month Millionaire. One of my favorite books ever. His name is Vince James and Vince James. And at the time, this was me. And I read this book. In the book, the title is like how I made $100 million in 23 months through direct mail. Even though 97% of my audience said no. Right? I'm like, what? So I read this book and it's how he went from here to build $100 million a year supplement company through direct mail. And I read the book. I'm like, this is insane framework, right? So I messaged the author. I'm like, hey, Vince, can I interview? He's like, sure. And so I interviewed him. Guess what my interview was. I went to the beginning of the book. I was like, all right, tell me about step number one. He told it like, that was amazing. Tell me number two. Number three. I saw a call with him for six hours just asking him about all the different, like the step by step process he did to get the result. When it was done, I had six hour audio. I gave it to him. He had the rights to do whatever he wanted with it. I took it as well. I had the rights to whatever I want with it. And a year later, I was trying to think what I sell. I packaged it together. I created a course called the 12 Month Internet Millionaire. And it was the six hour interview of me and Vince James just talking about how he went from here to here. I put the offer out there, I launched it and it was the very first product, very first offer I ever had that broke the 2common.com barrier. It was just me interviewing somebody else about this framework. So even if you don't have a framework, if you know somebody else who's got any talent or ability, they have a framework. They probably don't even know yet. They don't even know about this Whole world, you could be like, hey, man, can I pay you 500 bucks to interview you? And they're like, yeah, you can interview for free. I don't even care. And you go back, and then you can just take their framework, tell them, get the rights so you can actually sell it, and then go and put it on the platform and sell it. When I first started getting this, I started seeing every single person I met. As I met him, I was like, you have a framework in you. Some of you guys heard me tell the story about how I launched 150offers before we launched Clickfunnels. Guess what those offers were. One day, I was at an event. I met Howard Berg, the world's fastest reader. I'm like, dude, you're the world's fastest reader. He's like, yeah. He's like, he read 30,000 books in his life. We did a video. He read the entire Expert secrets book in 4 minutes, 57 seconds. Insane. So I was like, dude, can we make a product together? He's like, sure. And so we just created. I took his framework, interviewed him, turned to a product boom, sold wredin.com back in the day, and we made a ton of money selling that. And then my dad was doing accounting, CPA stuff, and I was like, dad, you have a talent. And so we made a product by dad and we launched it. And then I met someone else who was a couponer. She was on extreme couponing, and she'd go to the grocery store and she'd buy, like, $5,000 worth of groceries for, like, two bucks. I was like, that's a skillset. And so we made a couponing course, and we launched that. Every single person I met, I was like, you have something that's amazing. You know how to get this. Let me interview you. Take it as a product package it. And what's cool is, when you're publishing someone, traditionally, you as the marketer, you as the person who knows what they're doing, gets the lion's share of the profits. When I'm publishing someone else, typically, I'll give that person anywhere from 5 to 15% royalty on their information, and you get the rest because you are the person who is out there who understands the market. It's the most valuable piece of the puzzle. Okay. All right. I'm almost out of time, so I'm going to kind of wrap up. But I wanted to say open your eyes to the possibility. And with that. Oh, sweet. I also want to give you guys a little bit of urgency and scarcity because I want you guys to move. Now, most of you guys have a lot of you guys already took advantage of the VIP offer. But I'm going to show you guys one thing really quick. I'm going to show you guys the offer again because there's one piece in here that is going to help along the journey and that piece is going to disappear tonight at midnight. So not only is it amazing, it's also disappearing. So this is me getting you guys to commit. So again, the certification program is $497. You guys know that when you sign up, a couple things. Number one, the live training starts next week. It's going to be me and you hanging out, going deep into each of these individually. But we're going through the 8offerlab affiliate playbook so you can come and be successful as as too many pages here, right here. It's gonna be all the tools you can master. So you can amazing being an affiliate on the platform. Number two, we're going through six offer creator Playbooks, how to launch offers on there. Number three is all the broker Playbooks which are down here. And then next week we do launch your own offer Playbook, which is really cool. We're building out a white label webinar for you, which we'll go. But this is the piece I want to talk about. So Core Secrets. A little while ago I did an entire course called Course Secrets. One of my favorite products we've ever created of all time. And when I went deep into Core Secrets is basically what we talked about today. We talked about this. For you to create a course, all courses is like, hey, there's this result. I want to get somebody to buy my course. Here's the modules and went through exactly how to do everything, how to figure out exactly what your framework is inside there, how to do the sub frameworks, how to record the content, how to capture it, how to edit it. We talked about how to use AI to build up notebooks to go with it. We talked about just all the pieces that go involved in actually creating each of the steps and to turn your framework into an actual course. Most of the people who went through the course secrets the very first time I did it live, they're all creating courses anywhere from $97 to $397 in that range, some of them up to $1,000. So it's teaching us how to create offers kind of that price range. But at the same time it's the same strategies. If you want to create a $7 offer or a $97 offer or a thousand dollar offer. Right? So it's the same things. And so this is something I wanted to give you guys because I want all of you guys to become offer creators. I want you guys on the platform with your own offers. And so Core Secrets is the bonus I'm gonna give you guys to do that again. We sold this when we first sold it. The first time, it was $497 just for this course after I started selling for 1,000 bucks. And so this is a real product. It's a real course. You can go buy it separately if you want, but if you get into the certification before midnight tonight, you will get course seekers for free. After midnight tonight, that bonus disappears, which means then you have to pay me another thousand bucks if you want to buy it. So if you want to save $1,000, this is kind of your last shot. And it's going to walk you through all the detail on how to do this, how to figure out your framework, how to put together, how to record it. We also teach the right way to teach each of these elements. So I have a framework on how to teach your frameworks. We go deep into that. So when you're creating this, it's not just a course of you just nervously rambling, but here's the structure and how you teach each of the pieces so that when somebody gets it, they can actually have success with it. There's a lot I've learned in the last decade about how to actually teach in a way that gets people to move towards the end result. And so course Seekers, again, that's the bonus, and that's in there right now. So that means, like tonight, when we're done today, you can go in there and start going through that course, and you can start building your course out before we even start live training next week. And so that's in there, but it's only there till midnight tonight. And then obviously the Affiliate Funnel Traffic Challenge in there as well, and the super Affiliate shortcut. So total value of $20,000. But again, you guys can get this when you get in there today. 497. And again, I want to stress today that Core Secrets disappears. Midnight tonight. That bonus, I am exploding. I'm disappearing. We're pulling it away. I'd hopefully give you guys a push over the edge because it's a core piece of it, and I want you guys creating offers, and you need Core Secrets to learn how to do that and to master it at a high level. So that is my gift for you guys is Core secrets. I hope that was helpful today. Hopefully you guys are excited now to understand this is how offers actually work. I could do it. I know how to get a result for someone, or I know somebody's got a result for somebody. I can create offers like crazy. You can create an offer every weekend. You put them on the platform and just. Just keep tapping into this amazing marketplace that we're building. So with that said, I appreciate you guys. Go to offerlablaunch. Com. Go. And with that said, I'm going to step off the stage and pass it back to Chris Cameron, take you guys through the rest of the event. Thanks, everybody. We'll see you soon.
This episode features Russell Brunson’s live training during the OfferLab launch event. Russell addresses a recurring challenge faced by marketers and entrepreneurs: how to create your own offer when you feel you have “nothing to sell.” Through stories, examples, and practical frameworks, Russell breaks down the process of transforming your expertise—or someone else’s—into an irresistible offer, packed with actionable steps for beginners and veterans alike. The main purpose is to demystify offer creation and empower listeners to become both affiliates and offer creators to maximize opportunities on the OfferLab platform.
“People will spend more money for the same content packaged in a different way.”
— Russell Brunson (26:20)
On the journey of creating a result:
“It’s what makes your life interesting, right? If God just gave you a path like—Oh, you want to be a state champ? Cool, just walk in, just go beat the guy. Like, there was no fulfillment, there was no growth.”
— [12:45]
On customer mindset:
“The people that are coming into your world, they're not here. The people who come into your world, they're here. They have a result they want, and most likely they've tried and failed and they're looking for help.”
— [18:44]
On teaching and scaling up offers:
“If you have a framework to get someone from here to there, that's all you need—one framework, and then you can package it different ways.”
— [31:12]
On leveraging others:
“Every single person I met, I was like: you have something that's amazing. You know how to get this, let me interview you, package it, and sell it.”
— [44:31]
