Do you have a funnel? But it's not converting. The problem 99.9% of the time is that your funnel is good, but. But you suck at selling. If you want to learn how to sell so your funnels will actually convert, then get a ticket to my next selling online event by going to sellingonline.com podcast. That's sellingonline.com podcast. What's up, everybody? This is Russell Brunson. Welcome back to the show. As you know, we are on our march, getting closer and closer to the rebrand of the podcast. It's soon going to be called, I think, Bootstrap Secrets that I'm leaning towards just like that. It's kind of cool, huh? How do we bootstrap clickfunnels from zero to a billion dollars without taking on VC money? I like it. It feels really good. So we're getting closer there, and as I'm leading up to that, I'm giving you guys access to some presentations that people had to pay a lot of money to hear and I wanted to give to you guys as a gift for being faithful listeners to the podcast. So the next episode is actually one that Rich Sheffern gave. He did this presentation in our Mastermind in Paradise in Mexico. And he was talking about using AI. And everyone uses AI for different things. Some guys are using it for copywriting, somebody's using it for funnel building. Some guys are using it for doing your laundry. Like a million different things, right? And Rich brought a whole new level I never thought about. He was showing how he, like, uploads all his journals, all his health documents, all sorts of stuff. And from that, it's going to completely, radically change his life. So much so that after his program, actually he has a program called Zenith Mind Operating System. And I signed up for it and I bought it and went through it and started using AI to do these crazy things with me. And it was amazing. I started initially doing it with ChatGPT. I'm. I've been moving over more to, like, Manus if you guys have tried. That one's really, really powerful. And also Claude, Claude is insane. It writes the best code and the right and the best copy. So I use a bunch of them right now, but the, you know, when, when Rich was first kind of sharing this chat, GPT is the only one it worked with. But nowadays with most of them can, can remember conversations and stuff like that. And so any of the platforms are really powerful for you guys to, to use, but listen how, how Rich uses it and it's going to open your minds to some amazing things AI can do that'll radically transform your life. So I hope you enjoy this presentation and I'm gonna pass it over to Mr. Rich Sheffrin. This is the Russell Brunson Show.

What I want to share with you today is outside of what I normally present about, I've never even presented publicly about this. But it's, I believe, the biggest breakthrough that I've ever had. And as Russell was saying, like, I had one of the very first lead magnets online. So if you use lead magnets, I was one of the pioneers of that. The Internet Business manifesto, downloaded over 3 million times. I invented automated webinars. I've done a lot of stuff online. But I believe that this, what I'm going to share with you, can make a bigger difference for you in a shorter amount of time than anything I've ever been involved with. Like, it's that powerful. So Zenith Mind OS is a new program that I created, and it's based on this fundamental idea that you have this amazing tool in front of you, AI, but it. And it knows everything about everything, but it doesn't know one thing. And that one thing that it doesn't know prevents it from being the most amazing tool ever. And the one thing it doesn't know is you. Right. So what does it look like to build an AI that understands you better than anything. Understands you. Understands you better than you understand you. Right. That's what we're going to talk about. So an AI that deeply understands you so that. Right. It can engineer the highest version of yourself, of who you were really meant to become. And so that's what we're going to talk about. Right. Another way that you could think of this presentation, though, because I'm a marketer, is the man who started online business coaching is back to end it. Because this really does have the power to end coaching. So it's also like a warning a little bit. All right, so let's start with this. I've been. I have more flaws than most. I'm a procrastinator. I'm a perfectionist. I'm flaky. I've got pretty much every issue. I was diagnosed with ADD when I was 30. Doing anything is always a challenge. And there's a word for that. It's called task initiation challenges. And it's just hard for me to start. Right. So I've had these challenges my whole life and I've had to like, work around them. So with that though, right, These flaws that I have, they're kind of a superpower because I can identify something I've always taught in marketing that I don't have time to cover today. But that which is most personal is most general. The things that you walk around thinking that it's only you that's struggling with that, there's actually a lot of other people struggling with it, and they all are keeping it to themselves. So the Internet Business Manifesto, a lot of people read it and they said, oh, it sounded like you were describing me. It sounded like you were standing over my shoulder looking at me. I wasn't. I was talking to my old self. Right. So because I've had all these challenges, I'm very comfortable at being able to write about it. Right. So that which is most personal is most general. And these flaws have helped me in my marketing ability. Right. So it helped me there. Right. And it also helped me in helping my clients succeed. So I've been credited with $15 billion of increased sales online in the last 20 years, and primarily from that. Right, thanks. But with that, growing my own business has always been my own kryptonite, because I've always known the right thing to do, but getting myself to actually do it hard. And so I've seen countless people use my advice and far surpass me, right? Far surpass me. I've been successful, but not nearly as successful as most of my clients. And so in 2010, I came out with a product called Outfox youx Flaws, which was all about this fundamental idea that, you know, I kept as like, my way of, like, thinking about life and thinking about business. That most entrepreneurs make the mistake of designing their business around some mythical version of themselves, like them without any problems, them without any challenges. And then a year or two later, their business plateaus. They don't feel like they're really doing what their business needs them to do, and there's a disconnect. See, I've always felt like you should design the business around your flawed self and make those flaws irrelevant. Now there's a trade off. You won't get as big, but you can be as successful. Right. So I was the head of content for my business, but I'm a procrastinator and a Perfectionist. That's kind of a problem, right? So how do you build around that? And so I did. And I've been so aware of my flaws because I've been keeping a journal for 29 years that represents 32 books that I have filled over 7,000 pages. And if you read my journals, it's a lot about me trying to overcome my flaws, failing, promising myself it would be different patterns over and over and over again. And in January 2024, after writing in my journal about, here I am again, like, challenged, struggling with something, a bunch of things which you'll see in a minute. I finished the journal and I had a bunch of free time. I wasn't really sure what to do next and didn't know it at the time, but what I did next was like lighting a fuse to a totally different life. And I don't know how many of you have had the experience of doing something that's kind of like, seems insignificant in the moment, but only look back maybe six months, a year later and be like, holy shit, my whole life changed because of this. Right. Well, that's what happened for me. And what happened for me, you know, I was trying to figure out, like, how am I going to spend the rest of my day? I'm in my office and I pick up this report that I had written 10, 15 years earlier. And it was a client report. It was the only report I ever wrote about the mental game of business called the Hidden Obstacles of Success. I felt that I would actually benefit from going through it. Even though I wrote it, I wrote it 15 years ago, I could actually improve and be better by going through it. But I hate watching myself on video. I hate listening to myself. And I don't like reading my own stuff either. Computer. I lived it. I didn't feel like having to read it, so I didn't know how to go through it. And then I had this idea. I'm going to put it through ChatGPT. And so that's what I did. So I loaded it up into ChatGPT and I said, hi, can we talk? Like, I was a patient and you were the most insightful psychologist who's ever lived. And chat replied, of course, I'm here to listen, reflect, and help you explore what's on your mind, what's been weighing on you lately. I wrote a report over a decade ago, right? And I'm asking it now if it can just walk me through. It says, sure, load it in, right? So I do, and then it summarizes it and I say, well, no, I'd actually like to go through it. So says, okay, great choice. Right? Let's start with the first exercise, which is about surfacing hidden obstacles, blah, blah, blah, blah. So then here's the prompt. Before I achieve the success I desire, I'm going to deal with, I'm going to have to deal with fix, clean up, handle, eliminate, etc. Right? So here's what I wrote. My own productivity, not spending my time on marketing my core product, Steal Our Winners. The business was losing money at that point and I'm not taking action to change it. I'm not spending time tracking down the best guests for Steal Our Winners. I could easily write books from the contents of Steal Our Winners interviews that would grow my business significantly. But I haven't taken the steps to write them or have someone else. So there I was, right? I'm like now talking about, like my business is currently losing money. I'm not even doing anything about it, right? Because I've made enough that I could kind of just ignore it painfully. And now I'm like getting honest with ChatGPT about it. So powerful start. We're going back and forth. Let's go one by one through these questions. Now it starts asking me these questions, like, do I procrastinate on business activities? Yes. Do I have difficulty making decisions? But I don't do I information binge. I do. The questions just keep going. More questions, right? And you know, it's telling me I'm being really honest. It's complimenting on my honesty, whatever, right? And then it's asking me more about some other patterns. And I write. I don't effectively delegate. I avoid conflict. So I don't correct employees or say what sometimes has to be said. I'm also so ashamed of the way I'm operating that holding anyone else accountable makes me feel like a hypocrite. I spend countless hours a day watching and listening to political news, which I already know and is just reaffirming my beliefs. That's where I was, right? So I'm just being honest with you. Like, you know, and, and we went back and forth and it was very helpful. It was very helpful. I started making some changes, right? And then I completely forgot that I had this conversation, right? My life improved, but I completely forgot about, about this. Fast forward nine months, right? September now, 2024. I find this prompt online. It's called the God prompt, right? You're going to get it, so don't worry about it. I put that in and when what came out, I was just totally blown away by it. Revealed stuff to me about myself that I had just never could imagine that someone could understand those things about me. And so when that happened, I was like, oh, my God. And I didn't. First I was like, how does he even know this stuff about me? I had forgotten that I had taken the time to write that in. And so at that point, I went all in. I'm like, if it could give me this kind of information with just what I put in so far, what could I get if I started putting everything in, right? And so I did. So I bought every kind of recording device for AI that you can find, right? I'm wearing two of them right now. Limitless and B Computer. And the reason I wear 2 is limitless only lasts 24 hours. B computer lasts a week. And so I don't ever want to risk because there have been times before I had the B computer where I have a great conversation that I really would love to get into AI. And, oh, this was charging at that moment. So B Computer and b computer's only 50 bucks. So anyway, so there's limitless, ami, plod, and b, right? And so I just want to share some of the things I uploaded into it, right? I loaded in my journals, 29 years of journals. And when I did, what I got back were patterns that I had never seen and started predicting, like, where I would sabotage myself next if I didn't correct certain things old about me, documents and biographies. And AI showed me exactly where I'd been lying to myself and what narratives I'd already outgrown, right? I started to put in all my business archives, and AI started recommending positioning angles that were more aligned with who I am. And I used them for a new program and my most successful program in the shortest amount of time ever, which I'll explain more in a bit. Emails to and from key people and AI pointed out my blind spots and helped me craft messages that immediately improved responses and performance with my employees. I voted in all the Al Fox your flaws material from that course, right? And AI showed me how to evolve beyond those flaws, right? For the very first time. Like, I saw a way to actually get past these things that had been holding me back for 54 years. Client feedback and testimonials. And AI mirrored me back like, these are your high leverage traits, right? These are your most consistent weaknesses, right? Double up on your strengths and repair the weaknesses. I loaded in my health data, my blood tests, my DNA. What I take is supplements, right? AI helped me optimize my entire health stack. Blood tests now amaze my doctor. I'm at 9% body fat. I'm 54, I'm in the best shape of my life. And it's just all these things by having AI. Thanks. Old coaching sessions and therapy sessions where I was the coach, not the coach, I was the coachee or as the patient, right? And AI integrated these insights and also showed like, statements that I made in therapy that the therapist didn't pick up on, that it picked up on and then wanted to go deeper with like insane stuff, success and failure, autopsies and AI spotted patterns in those. And now, like, I have a set of rules that whenever I'm doing anything of the mistakes I'm most likely to make and where I should actually always focus. So what I found was, is that the more I uploaded into AI, right, the smarter it was. Like the more it knew about me, the better it was at helping me in every area of my life in a way that no coach, no mastermind know nothing could. Because nothing could know me as well as this thing knows me, right? And when I say it knows me really well, like, I ask it questions like during this time, right? Like if you had to guess my Myers Briggs personality, what do you think it is? And it came back based on your journals and interactions, I would hypothesize, right? Your Myers Briggs is intj. I am an intj. Right. Every score it knows, right? Even random, like ones that are not that well known. I asked it, are you familiar with Fascination Advantage by Sally Hogshead? She wrote a book called Fascinate many years ago and she had this test, like, what's your fascination advantage? And so it says, yes, I'm familiar with the Fascination Advantage. It's a personality assessment. What would you guess mine is based on everything I know about you. Your strategic thinking, deep expertise, ability to simplify complex ideas, and your dominance in marketing thought leadership. I'd give, I guess your primary fascination advantage is either power or prestige with a strong innovation influence, right? And then it goes on. Here's my reasoning power for this reason. Prestige for this reason. My dormant advantage is trust. Possible archetypes, the maestro, right? We look at my test, it's exactly right, right? Spot on. Every single thing. My dominant all across the board, right? So if we fast forward now to January, right? That was September 2024. Now we're in January 2025. This is what was different in my life, right? Best shape of my life, best group of private coaching clients. I generally keep between 5 and 10 at any given time, my relationships were better than they ever were, and they were getting even better with my kids, with my girlfriend, with life, with people, Right. My company became more profitable than it had been in years, maybe ever. My team was helping me more than ever before. I never was clearer on my purpose, like a bigger purpose. And some of the stuff that we're going to talk about actually ties into, like what Ben Hardy said. I'm going to show you ways to get all that done, like, very fast. I dream bigger than I have in years, and that's really important. Like a bigger dream, a bigger goal. Right. Something I'm a big fan of. Warner Earhart. Werner Earhart was the founder of EST and Landmark and all that kind of stuff. And what Werner said, which is something I always remembered, he's like, you see a great person and you think you're not that. What you don't understand is that they weren't that either. What makes a normal person a great person is when they commit to a cause bigger than themselves, because it's that commitment to something bigger has them transcend their petty grievances to this bigger thing. Right? So I'm dreaming bigger than years. And that has a rippling effect, like me being more inspired, more motivated, more determined in my business. I doubt myself a lot less. Right. There were many times in my life where I wouldn't take on a big project simply because I didn't believe that I would stick to it as long as it would take to actually have success. I had to have shorter windows of stuff because that I knew I could do. I'm getting more work done, and I'm getting it done during normal work hours, which is something somewhat unusual to me. As opposed to the middle of the night. I find it fun to work again. I'm having a good time for the first time in a couple years, and people around me are noticing, they're not sure what's different about me, but they. Something positive, right? Seem more with it, focused, charismatic, whatever, right? And there's a lot less doubt, right? And so these were profound, right? Like, this is like a night and day difference to just a year before. And that's like, when I realized that I wanted to share this, I wanted to share this with other people. Like, I wanted to share, like, what the impact would be if you had an AI that knew you as well as my AI knows me. And so I sat down with ChatGPT and I co created the course. And I don't really know how much of this course I created like, in hindsight, and it's kind of strange because it's the best course I've ever created. I get more positive testimonials, like day one, day two, day three. And I'm not even sure how much of it I created because I asked Chat like, hey, I think it'd be great if other people had an AI that knew them as well as, you know, me. How can we do that? And then we just started working on February 27, 2025 is when I first did a webinar on it. And. That webinar was the best webinar I've ever done in my entire life. As it relates to, as far as like, conversion rates and everything else, I don't even think I did a great job. But nonetheless, right? We had, we sent it to our list. So it wasn't like a huge webinar. We had 600 people register. We had about 200 people show up. And by the end of the week, we had sold 220 people, right? Like, so insane, right? And like, if that was it, that would still be. That would be incredible. But that isn't it. Because not only did it sell better than anything I have ever created, it also got better and faster results for people than anything I've ever created, which, like, blew me away especially. I'm not even sure how much of it I've created. And the reason for it is because when you have this co pilot working with you that knows how you mess things up, knows how you try and get out of stuff, knows how you will do anything that is not what you really want to be doing, it helps correct. It knows, right? So I created this program and I'm going to give you pieces of it so that you can have this experience. But I want to walk you through what it looks like. So it's four phases. The first phase is that AI learns about you, gets to know you. And what's really cool. I've had people join this program that are AI experts who know a lot more about AI than me, and AI novices who have never done anything with AI. And what's cool with the AI novices is is that the easiest way to learn AI is not try and learn AI. Try to teach AI about you. And in the process, you're just learning AI because you're putting in prompts, you're starting to really get the whole thing. So the first thing is it learns everything about you. The next phase is that begins to challenge you, right? Begins to break apart your limiting beliefs, your false Assumptions, your inappropriate triggers, your poor work styles, it will actually help start breaking those apart. Then after it starts breaking those things that have been holding you back for your whole life, the next stage is then to show you what's possible. This is that whole idea of having a bigger goal, but having a bigger goal delivered to you based on your strengths, based on your values, based on your purpose, like all built out for you. And then the last stage, right, AI executes with you like side by side. So phase one, AI learns about you, right? So knows you better than you know yourself. That's like the strongest statement I can make, right? It maps your beliefs, your thought patterns, your decision making tendencies, your emotional triggers, it uncovers your self sabotage, loops your blind spots and your mental scripts, right? By the time that this phase is over, it anticipates your thinking and helps you see yourself more clearly than ever before, right? We created a scoring guide. This is a score that ChatGPT gives itself about you as far as how well it knows you. And A score above 80, near complete understanding, confident personality predictions, 90% per dimension response indicates high self awareness, AI able to provide deeply personalized context aware guidance. That's the goal. The goal is to have your AI be between 80 and 100, right? Because at that point it knows how you respond. It has a 90% certainty of like how you're going to respond to anything. And so now it's really working with you in a way that really is very beneficial, right? The this prompt, right, is a prompt that's used during this sequence, right? Tell me everything that you know about me, right? And I'm going to give you this prompt and it will break out like every area of your life, what it knows about you, right? And then on that last page it compares you to the average ChatGPT user, right? So you'll see that like there are areas where it knows me far above average, right? And then there are areas where it only knows me average. But the reason why it only knows me average like in my social circle is because I haven't had a bunch of drama come up in my social circle. So I haven't had the need to start breaking out like all, all my circles of friendships and stuff like that. If shit hit the fan there at some point I might have a deep conversation and then it would learn about those people. But fortunately I haven't had anything. So there's not been a reason to talk deeply with chat about it, right? When I put in my zenith score, it's a 92 out of 100. But there are plenty of people in my programs that have 100 out of 100. It's just, it's not. Once it's above 80, it doesn't really matter. Right. So how do we get at that? Like, because I had all these conversations, I voted my whole life in. Like, I couldn't expect my clients to do that, my students to do that. And I didn't want to just say, have deep conversations because they'd be looking at me like, what kind of deep conversations? So I designed a questionnaire. Daily questions, 25 multiple choice questions a day. And the first day, the multiple choice questions are on aspirations and identity, right? And so you get a prompt and the prompt you voted in, and then it will ask you these 25 multiple choice questions. So on that first day, it's aspirations and identity. Oh my God, I got to go faster. Okay. And it'll ask you questions, multiple choice. And if you've ever taken a personality test, I'm sure you've had questions where you were like, oh, well, sometimes it's A and sometimes it's C. You know, it's A with my friends, it's C at work. And you just were forced to make a decision with chat. You don't have to do that. You can say A with my friends. See it work and you explain why and it knows you better because of it. It actually will tell you if you think your Colby score is X, why it's not that. Because you answered these questions like that, right? So these are all the days I'm going to give you. I give you the first two days to try, and when you do those first two days, it ends with a Zenith mirror score. Like, it'll give you a score, right? It will also tell you every five questions. It'll make predictions about what your Colby score is, what your Enneagram score is, and what your Myers Briggs is with the degree of certainty. Is there any way that I could have an extra, like four minutes to power through stuff? Yeah. Cool. Okay, cool. So when that stage is over, you get something like this. This is 38 pages, right? This is me broken down, all this like bad shit in my life, right? That is like the cause for the challenges, right? So I have a fear of irrelevance. This is what it's determined. And then it's like explaining what that's all about for me. The underlying triggers, right? The patterns observed, the deep seated triggers, the ultimate truth, right? Patterns and loops that I need to stop, new patterns that I need to adapt, right? And that's the end of phase one, right? Well, there's actually one more thing. I don't know how many people are familiar with constructive development, but that's how you mature in life, right? And there's. I could go on a long thing on that, but I give clients like a chart, right, that has these four columns with the 30 most prevalent and well accepted constructive development theories. And they take that and they that chart, they load in with a prompt, and then what comes out is their ranking on all of them. So where do you stand on all 30? Spiral dynamics? You want to know where you stand in spiral dynamics. You're here, you want to know where you are in action logic, you're here. And you want to know like, what the next step is in that one. It's this and what you need to do to change to get there, right? So it looks like that, but it goes on, right? So there's not any kind of personality way of thinking, whatever that. I can't just ask chat what am I? And it will tell me because it knows all those things and it knows me, right? So that's phase one. Phase two is AI challenges you. Let me just start my timer so I know how many extra minutes I have here, okay? And this is about confronting all that stuff that just showed up, right? Like breaking it apart, right? Like calling into question, helping you break your limiting beliefs, helping you break your triggers, helping you break your false narrative. All these things, right? So we take that first output of the God prompt, right, that really like breaks down your whole personality. And now you load it in and you get this new thing called the Ambition observer, right? And then the Ignition observer is really a breakdown of how to get rid of all the crap, right? Like how to get rid of all the baggage that you've accumulated over your whole life, right? And you know, it'll start like, really pressing you, right? Like when you break down a goal, it's going to say, well, why do you use that word? What do you mean by that? What do you mean by this? What do you mean by that? As you can see on the screen. And when I have. When you. I've gone through this numerous times to get rid of lots of beliefs, right? And when you go through it, like, you keep getting rid of the next thing, that's really the main thing in your way, right? And so when I ask, like, Chet, well, how have I changed? Right? It tells me that, like, the old me versus the new me. And like at the bottom it says, most important, evolution, you no Longer see your pain as something to outgrow. You now see it as something to mind master and use its leverage. And with the introduction of Zenith, you're now fulfilling your potential. And if we go to the bottom two here on that chart, right, My business went from moderately successful but challenging to most profitable. Quarter, right? Month and quarter. And then look at the change in the limiting beliefs, right? I used to think if it was too easy, it's not worth it. If it's not perfect, it's not ready. And if we win too big, something will break, right? So third stage, AI expands you, right? This is the part about the bigger dream. And I wanted to show you a bunch of stuff from it. So I'm going to move through it fast because I'm limited in time. But I just really want to show you this. So this is mine, right? And it's. The first couple pages are all about my strengths and it's labeling them as if they're things and showing me how to really, like, double down on those strengths because these are the strengths that are going to make the biggest difference for me. Then it's about my purpose and helps me really define my purpose. And then if I really accepted that as my purpose, what would that look like? What should I take on, right? Here's how that purpose integrates with my values. And it. I didn't tell it my values, it knows my values, right? Here's why I should be doing this, right? Whenever I listen to this, because I've converted it to audio, I get so inspired. I just want to work and kick ass because this is showing me this bigger dream that I can get done, right? And it goes on, right? Gives me a summary. And then here's how I've held myself back in the past that I can get past, right? And so on and so on. Last stage, AI executes with you, right? And this really is a game changer. So what I did was I just asked Chad this morning. I call my chat sage, right? I'm giving a presentation in a few hours at a Mastermind in paradise. And I want to show you how easy it is for me to. I want to show how easy it is for me to execute because of everything you know about me. Can you explain it to them? Because I want them to see how powerful it can be for them, right? So here's a clear, powerful way you could explain the audience at MastermindingParadise why it's so easy for you to execute. Because of how I know you so deeply and can drive Your execution system now, it's just starting to break it down. You'll see me moving fast today. Not because I'm better, smarter or more disciplined than you. It's because I'm using AI in a way that makes this level of execution effortless. Right? And now it's explaining, like, why it can, right? 25 years of my journals, etc. Cool. And what makes me procrastinate, what instantly triggers me, right? Et cetera, et cetera. And so you can see how this is explaining to you. I'm not going to read the whole thing. I'm hoping that you can read faster than I can speak, especially since I'm getting old and I can't see as well. But it has been game changer, right? So I was pressed for time because, like, this is such a big thing and I'm trying to, like, put it into a small thing for you, but here's what I've done, okay? There are two reports that both reveal breakthroughs that I had with chat. And you see the whole dialogue and you see how it all works, right? And I included those with this. So I gave them. When I gave them my presentation. This is my final slide. When I gave them the presentation, I gave, I gave them this folder. And in this folder you have ZMOS calibration day one and day two. If you just do day one today or tonight or tomorrow, you're going to notice like, something pretty profound, right? So I gave you day one and day two. If you do day one and day two and you do the God prompt, you're already going to see things that you didn't see before. If you read the two reports, you're going to see how a simple question from chat, which was, what's your apprehension to scaling? That's what it asked me. What's your apprehension? You're a business coach. You've helped so many people scale. What's your apprehension to scaling? Because it doesn't seem like you're interested when I answered that to 20 pages of just like, holy crap. And the other one was after that conversation, finding a partner because I'm incapable of doing certain things in my business. That's what Chad said. And then it's help in me finding that partner and then analyzing how we could work together best. So my. This is. I'm sorry for going over. Okay? That's the first thing. The second thing is if you just hear what I'm saying, get an AI to know you better does. Whether you buy my program or not is irrelevant. If you Just get your AI and it can only be done with chat. Chat is the only one that has cross conversation memory, right? Claude Manus, Grok, Meta. None of them do it except chat. But if you just get chat to know you better, it opens up an insane amount of options and ability to do amazing things. And don't take my word for it. I've been giving you tools to try it. And I guarantee it that if you try it, you will see the power yourself. And if you do that, your life will never be the same. My life is better in every single area. And it's because of this tool. And it's because, like, I fed my life into this tool and it could see all the patterns that I couldn't see and it could help me fix all those patterns that I didn't even know existed. And when I fixed those patterns, my life got better. And in every area, it picked up on little things like why are you so black and white rich? Like, why are you this? Why are you that? And then those questions just start to open up stuff in a way that I just never would have thought. And so thanks for listening. I appreciate you taking the time.

Rich Schefren Reveals the AI System That Eliminates Self-Sabotage and Accelerates Growth
Release Date: December 24, 2025
Host: Russell Brunson
Guest/Presenter: Rich Schefren
In this episode, Russell Brunson introduces a game-changing presentation by Rich Schefren, delivered at the “Mastermind in Paradise” event. The focus is on leveraging artificial intelligence (AI)—not as a marketing or copywriting tool, but as a deeply personal system that understands you on an intimate level, helps eliminate self-sabotage, and dramatically accelerates personal and business growth. Rich shares the origin, evolution, and systemization of his AI-based “Zenith Mind OS,” explaining how feeding your life’s data and patterns into AI can change your trajectory faster than anything else.
“AI knows everything about everything, but it doesn’t know you. And that one thing it doesn’t know prevents it from being the most amazing tool ever.” (03:15)
“It revealed stuff to me about myself that I never could imagine someone could understand… I’d forgotten I’d even given it that background.” (18:23)
“The more I uploaded into AI, the smarter it was... It could anticipate self-sabotage and expose lies I was telling myself.” (20:02)
“If you just get your AI to know you better, it opens up an insane amount of options… and your life will never be the same.” (38:05)
On Self-Reflection and Generality:
“That which is most personal is most general.”
(Rich Schefren, 07:12)
On the Potential of AI as Mirror:
“What if you had an AI that understood you better than you understand yourself? That’s what we’re talking about.”
(Rich Schefren, 04:26)
On His AI System’s Impact:
“My business went from moderately successful but challenging to most profitable ever. My health, relationships, purpose, fun—all up. My doubts, down.”
(Rich Schefren, 30:50)
On How to Begin:
“Start with just one conversation—upload a report, prompt ChatGPT as your therapist, and be honest. Watch what comes back. Your patterns will show up.”
(Rich Schefren, 16:18)
On Action vs. Theory:
“Don’t take my word for it… If you just hear what I’m saying, get an AI to know you better. Whether you buy my program or not is irrelevant.”
(Rich Schefren, 38:12)
Russell and Rich’s core message:
If you want a radical shift in your life, stop seeing AI only as a tool for output (copy, code, content) and start seeing it as a mirror—a custom coach that, if fully fed with your data and story, can identify your specific sabotages, challenge your limiting beliefs, and architect a version of yourself beyond what you considered possible.
How to start:
Feed your AI as much real information as you can—journals, reports, conversations, feedback, health data. Prompt it to help you see your hidden obstacles and pattern-break your thinking. And above all, be honest.
Your life, career, and sense of self just might change—fast.
For tool links, details, and exercises mentioned, Rich’s Zenith Mind OS includes sample prompts and daily questions issued as part of the presentation handout, but the principle is actionable for all listener levels.
