Some of you 2, 4, 5. Some of you have zero. That's okay, too. We're gonna talk about that. How many of you guys got some clients? You're kind of freaking out right now. If so, don't stress out. That's what today's all about. We're gonna tell you exactly what to do and how to do it. So don't stress. We're gonna take you guys, I'm taking you on a journey I'm your Yoda. I told VIPs I'm your Yoda. Taking you guys on a process and a path. And we have a method to our madness. So don't stress about it. Today we'll be walking about that or talking about that. Last question before we jump in. For each of you, what was the biggest aha moment you had yesterday? I'm curious, like, was there one thing that was like was like that shifted my perception, that gave me something new to think about, something I didn't realize or think about before. I'm curious what your big AHAs were one funnel away. Someone got six clients. That's crazy. Follow the roadmap. Array makers are limitless. Man, there's so many comments. This is exciting. Some people come, I can't even keep. I can barely even read them. So good. I'm glad the at least got some AHAs. And today I'm excited because today we're going to dive into actually doing this. We're going to be getting our hands dirty. It's going to be workshop. So I'm going to jump into my slides and we'll kick this off. So again, we're the one common clip. You guys know we're on day number two and yesterday we talked about the new opportunity, right? Which I believe is the fastest and the best way to get yourself into the 1 comma club and to build a foundation for you eventually to get into the 2 comma club. And that new opportunity is building funnels for other businesses. Okay. And so that's what we're focusing on this week, which is really, really cool. And then as you guys know, at the end this week, on Friday, we're gonna be talking about how to go from 1 comma club to 2 comma clubs. A lot of people are asking, like, what if I don't wanna build a funnel for someone else, I wanna build it for myself. And there's a lot of ways to go from 1 comma to 2 comma. We'll walk you through them. Some is to continue to build funnel people. One might be building an agency or building funnels for a lot of people. Or number three, might be taking the skills that you're mastering this week and then applying it to your own products and your services. And we'll talk about that deeper on Friday. But just know that there's methods of the madness, the reason why we're having you do this. And it's important. So I also want to kick this back off again just to get us in the right state this is a really quick video I showed you guys yesterday about how I believe funnel building is the greatest opportunity of our lifetime. So let's watch this video really quick, and then we're going to dive right into today. Here we go. Right now, we get about 1800 people per day who sign up for Click Funnels. All they really want at the end of the day is the funnel. So I'm trying to build an army of funnel builders. Handle the demand. The demand is insane. It's a huge opportunity. I believe it's the greatest opportunity of our lifetime. There are literally millions of companies right now that need funnels, and they're just waiting for it. The most valuable skill that every single business needs is a funnel builder. What we like to call inside the Click Funnels office is a rainmaker. Someone who can make it rain. All these businesses know they need to be driving traffic online. Most were losing money. Every single day you come in, you build a funnel for them, and all of a sudden you're like a magician. Like, what did you do? Get more sales, more traffic. Everything blows up because of you and your skill set. What is up, everybody? Welcome to the very first. You want to become one of the best, not the best funnel builder on the planet, but you have to know these things and understand them at a deep, deep level. The better you get, the more you can charge. But at first, you're not gonna be very good. That's why it's so important. All right. That's why it's so important to start. All right, so you guys know today is gonna be our first workshop day, which means we'll be actually working inside of ClickFunnels, which is really cool. I talked about this yesterday, but I'm kind of recap it. There's kind of four options. Number one, the best case scenario, if you've got two monitors to be able to have this set up where there's one monitor where you're watching me and our special guest I'll introduce here in a few minutes, actually watching us kind of go through this and then on the other monitor going through and actually having your ClickFunnels account open and building. Okay. If you don't have a ClickFunnels account yet or you don't like, you need to log in and get it prepared and ready. Okay. Option number two is if you need, get your phone or iPad, have Zoom with me streaming on it on there, and then work on your computer. Option number three, if you don't have any of those kind of options, just do A split screen on your computer where you got zoom on one side and then your click phone's kind of the other one. We'll kind of go side by side as we're doing things. And then number three is if worst case scenario, just pay attention, watch this whole thing and then get the replays and then watch it afterwards where you can push play and pause and tonight you can kind of go back and forth and do it. So that's what I'm gonna be doing here. In about 30 minutes we're gonna dive into the actual workshop, but just preparing you guys that you need to have a way to actually be inside of clickfunnels. Cause it's not us talking at you, this is us actually getting you as into the soft because after you do it you're like, oh, this is actually pretty simple. This is insane. I can actually do this. Okay. And again, a lot of you guys already post this. You got leads coming in, we're gonna talk about that. So the fact you guys did this so far means you are all a funnel hacker. So I'm proud of you guys being some of my people. This is the group of people I've been called to serve for the last over decade of our lives. And I love serving our funnel hackers. So one more time, everyone at home, I'm a funnel hacker. Let's hear it. I wish I could hear all your voices, that'd be so cool. But tap yourself on chest, say, I'm a funnel hacker. This is your identity, this is who you are moving forward, which is really cool. Okay, a lot of you guys ask yesterday, like, what is a funnel hacker? A funnel hacker? What does that even mean? So I'm gonna tell you guys a really quick history of this. When we first launched clickfunnels, I did a. I created a presentation, I gave it an event. Cause someone wanted me to teach what clickfunnels was. And so I did a presentation was called funnel hacking. And this was the title, said how to ethically steal over a million dollars with the funnel hacks from your competitors for under a hundred dollars. And this is the first time I introduced this concept of funnel hacking. And so I'm gonna give you like a four minute explanation this so you can catch up for anybody else who don't know what funnel hacking is or you're newer to our community, you what is a funnel? I don't understand. I'm gonna explain this really quickly because this was the key that unlocked clickfunnels, unlocked it for our customers and their growth okay, so this is what funnel hacking is. So the first thing you have to understand for funnel hacking to make sense. This is the quote from my friend Tony Robbins. He says, if you want to achieve success, all you have to do is find a way to model those who've already succeeded. Which makes sense, right? I started thinking back when I first heard this quote about the things in my life that I had been successful with. Right? Like growing up, I was a great wrestler. And the reason why is because when I first started wrestling, I was really bad. And then I would go, there's my team named Matt Woods. I would watch what he was doing, I would study, my dad would film him. Then we'd go back to my house and we would drain. We train and practice, right? And so we find people who are good, we'd model what they would do. And from that, I became a great wrestler. Okay. I became a state champion. I took second place in the country. I wrestled in College, a Division 1 college. I was ranked in the top 10 in college. And it's not because I was a great athlete, but because we found people who were really good. We studied them and then we modeled them. Okay. So this is where success comes from. I know a lot of you guys are here today because you're modeling me. Like, what's Russell doing? Let me model what he's doing. Okay. So that's the first step to understand with funnel hacking. Okay. Second step is this quote. It says you can always tell who the pioneers are because they have arrows in their back and they're lying face down in the dirt. Okay. I share this because for some reason, especially with entrepreneurs, we want to be so creative. And so, like, you'll hear me say something that's really cool, but I'm going to do it my way and you'll build something completely different. It's like, no, like, look at what's working and then model that. Right? And I remember the very first time I got this, I was in an event. It was a Dan Kennedy event. And I remember there was a guy named Porter Stansbury on stage. And Porter, at the time, he ran a company called Stansberry Research. It was part of the Agora division, which Agora, they're the biggest company in our space. They do about one and a half billion dollars a year selling financial newsletters. And Porter Stanford ran the biggest division of the company. And he's on stage and he was showing us their funnels. He's like, here's our funnels, and here's what it looks like. And I'm like a 22 year old kid at the time, like taking notes. I'm like, this is amazing. And then he said something really fascinating. He said, a lot of people see how much money we're making at Agora and they come in and they try to compete with us. He's like, so they'll come in and they'll try to like, undercut us on pricing and they try to run ads, but they can't be profitable. So then they'll come back and they'll try, you know, we're doing this. They'll try to do a webinar, even though we're doing this and it doesn't work. And they try four or five things and they go bankrupt. He's like, you have to, you know, at agora, we have 100 full time copywriters. We got 100 people doing split tests every single day. There's no way you can outthink us. He's like, the only way to try to beat us is to copy us. And I was like, oh. And it was like that light bulb moment for me. I was like, think about this, like Agora spending hundreds of millions of dollars a year testing a whole bunch of things. So how am I supposed to go compete against them? Right? Right. But if I look at them and say, look, maybe they've tested, maybe they already have arrows in their backs. Right? They've tried a whole bunch of things already. Instead of me trying to figure it out, what if I look at like, where are they at today? And look like, oh, this is what they're. Let me model that. Then I just bypassed all of the effort and the stress and the work and millions of dollars in testing because they've already proven it works in this market. I'm gonna model it. Okay, so let me show you what happened when I first time I actually did this. So I launched a supplement company and as most people do, I created supplements and then I launched a website. Right. And I launched it and it made no money. I was like, ah, websites aren't the thing. I wish I had a funnel. And so then I started looking. Okay, well, who's got a funnel that's already successful selling supplements? How does this work? So I went out there. So the first step in funnel hacking is find someone who's successful that you can funnel hack. You can, right? So I went out there and this was my product called Neuracell. And it was a supplement helping people with diabetic neuropathy. Right. So I got there, I started googling diabetic neuropathy. And eventually I found this company right here called Neuropathy Support formula. So I find the site, I did some research, I found out they were making pretty good money and so I said, okay. I remember looking at the site first off, I was like, oh, this site's ugly, it's purple, it's got like just. It's just a big long letter. There's no pictures or images, like. And I was just like, ah, there's no way this is, this could be like. I feel like I could be more creative than this. I'm like, no, I don't know. These guys have got some arrows in the back. They're successful in this market to with diabetic neuropathy. I'm just gonna, like, I'm gonna trust that they know what they're doing. I'm gonna model them. Okay? So I made my version of the site. Okay. Now I want to, I wanna triple emphasize. I said model, not copy. Okay? When you copy someone, that's unethical, it's illegal, it's wrong, it's bad. Okay? Modeling means you're looking at the look, the feel, the layout, the price points, right? And we're modeling that. So if you notice this, they had a logo in the top left hand corner, I put a logo. They had a phone number. In the right hand corner, I put my phone number. They had a headline on theirs. I put a headline on mine. They had a picture of their bottle on theirs. I had a picture of bottle on mine, okay? But I didn't steal their images, pictures or co wrote it all for me. But I modeled the structure, the layout, the price points and everything. So I did that. We launched it. And overnight my Neuropathy product went from making almost no money to being very, very successful. Okay? So it was really, really good. And then as I was like, well, how do I grow this? How do I scale it? And so that moves me to step number two. Okay? I had to do it. All good entrepreneurs have to become good at doing. I pulled my credit card out of my wallet and I bought their product. And the reason is I want to see what else are they doing, right? If you look at just someone's landing page, I know what's happening on the front end, but what's happening behind the business where all the revenue is being generated. Now unfortun, these guys right here, Neuropathy support formula. At the time, they had no upsells or downs. It was just the product. That's it. What's funny is I Actually, funnel hacked them like three months ago. And they must have seen this presentation because they ripped off mine and now their whole upsell flow looks like mine. But anyway, that's the story for another day. They didn't have anything. So I'm like, ah, there's gotta be someone who knows how to scale a supplement company who's successful. So I went out there and eventually I found this company right here. At the time, they were doing about $3 million a month. And I remember going to this page and it was like, oh, this is different. There's a headline, there's a video with the button. I was like, hey, let me funnel hack this. Let me see what this looks like. So I went to the first page, clicked on the order button, took me to page number two. On this page was this weird order form. They offered one, three or four bottles. I was like, okay, that's kind of interesting. And then I did what every good entrepreneur has to become good at doing. I pulled my credit card out of my wallet and I bought the product. And then from there it took me to an upsell where it upselled me six more bottles of the exact same supplement. And at first I was like, these guys are crazy. They think I'm a drug addict. I just bought four bottles. Upsell me six more, right? And Russell's marketing mind, I'm like, they're dumb. I do way different upsell. And then I'm like, wait minute, maybe they've got some arrows in their back. Maybe they've tested this, right? Like maybe they know something. I don't know. So I took my skepticism, I hung it up on the wall. I'm like, I'm not. I'm going to be a student here. And we go through the rest of the funnel. I went through the rest of the funnel and this, These were the five pages, okay? These five pages for them at the time were doing about $3 million a month. I said, okay, now I have a business plan, I have a model, I have something that I can create from. So I'm back to the drawing board and I literally whiteboard. I said, okay, let me map it out. So homepage, I need a video add to cart button. Second page, I need order four with one, three and four bottles. Upsell one's gonna be six more bottles, upsell two's and so I mapped it out. I said, okay, here's what I need to build. This is my business plan. In fact, if you ever want to pitch me on a business plan, I've had people give me this, like, 85 page business plans. This is my business plan. Like, no, if you can't doodle on a napkin, it doesn't look like this. I will never invest, right? Like, this is a business model for me. So this was my business model, going to this company. Then I go and I log into clickfunnels and then I build in clickfunnels. So I built my landing page again. Notice I didn't copy anything, but I modeled the structure. So I had headline video add to cart button. Modeled the order form. Okay? One, three, and four bottles. Model the upsel. Six more bottles, the same thing. Upsell number two. Upsell number three. Okay? So I modeled the look, the fill, the layout, the price points. Didn't copy any of the words, any of the images. Just modeling, right? And from that, we launched it and this business went from, you know, making not that much money, and I'm not allowed to share income claims, but it went to the spot where it was generating insane amounts of money almost overnight by switching the funnel. Okay. And my total investment to learn all of that was about 100 bucks. I had to pull my credit card out of my wallet, buy their product. I saw what the entire funnel was. Okay, so that's what funnel hacking is. That's where it came from. I shared that concept people initially, and all of a sudden people got the light bulb, like, oh, my gosh, I can do anything I want, right? I want to do a book funnel. Let me just go buy Russell's three books, look at every single page of the book funnel. I'm going to model it. I want to do a webinar. Let me register for Russell's webinar, see how he does it, and then just model it. Oh, I want to do a high tech application. Let me go find Russell's high tech application, go through, you know, like. And so people started just doing that and modeling stuff. We were doing modeling stuff that other people were doing. And it made it so success was almost inevitable. It became very, very easy, as opposed to just guessing and hoping that somehow you'd fig out how to make the right thing. Okay, so that's what funnel hacking is. That's why people are so proud of being a funnel hacker. So we did funnel hacking live, which is our big event. Like, funnel hacking is the key. It's the secret, it's the shortcut. Okay. All right. So today's mission, again, we're gonna be doing is we're gonna be going and actually going funnel hacking, but going one step deeper. Okay. As you guys know it's a workshop day. We talked about this earlier, making sure you have your workshop stuff ready to rock and roll. And I'm gonna introduce you to the person who's gonna be actually doing the teaching for today's session. So I'm gonna introduce you to teacher. I'm excited. I'll tell you the story behind her. I first met her, she was in our Click Funnels community. She had actually joined the certification program when it first came out. I think I met her for half a second, but I don't remember that as much. And then later, over the next couple years, I started watching where she was training a group of our funnel hackers on a very specific methodology. And she'll talk more about but she calls it design hacking and it's a framework inside of funnel hacking. And in there she started getting all these success stories. I started seeing tens of people having success and then hundreds of people and then thousands of people doing her process, what she was doing. And she was teaching it better than me. She was having success faster than me. I was just like, this is insane. We should probably partner up and figure out how to change the world together. And so about a year or so ago, we partnered up, actually ended up buying her company and acquiring and bringing it into our Click Funnel certification program and everything. And it's amazing. And so she's gonna be here today to kind of walk you through this process. She's gonna be inside of ClickFunnels building with you guys today. She's one of my favorite people on this planet. Okay, let's do it. All right, so Russell talked about risk, right? Like, the big opportunity is building funnels for other people's businesses. And this, this is truly the most valuable skill set you can learn today. And I, I, I'm just so excited because I think oftentimes we build this up in our minds, but it's really so much simpler when you understand the right way to do it. So my goal today, you guys. Oh, so excited. We're going to do two different challenges. We're going to be productive today. Okay. The first one is we're actually going to recreate an existing funnel. Okay. And then what we're going to do after that, after we've learned how to do that, that we're going to start figuring out how you can make your own. So in this first challenge, we're going to recreate. So we're actually going to recreate one of Russell's very own funnel. So something amazing about this, we have Russell, who you learn a story. He spent decades learning how to be the best funnel builder in the world. And with this method I'm about to teach you, you're going to get to bypass the decades, bypass the amount of money that he's learned to spend, and instead, you and I, we're going to build this funnel inside of ClickFunnels today about 25 minutes. Does that sound good to you? Yeah. You feel good about that? Okay, so we're gonna do this. This is gonna give you the design skills, the foundational skills. Okay. And with these design skills that we learn in challenge one, you're then gonna be equipped for me to be able to show you then how to create sexy, custom funnels. He's like, hey, I'm doing this thing. And so it doesn't have to be just your own following, like finding business pages. And anyway, so I thought, I want to point out for those who, like, I didn't get anybody to message like, look what good man life 6364 did, like, go on.

We have a lot to learn from him. I mean, honestly, too. I'm like, Dang, 45. This man's serious about this. I love it, though. But look what happened, right? And I think, I mean, you can run the numbers, right? He did 45 business pages was his personal. That's 46. And he had 12 people message him and then two. Right. So I mean, those are really good conversion numbers. It's amazing. Okay, now he's feeling excited. But I also know that there are some of you that got responses and are not feeling excited. You're like, holy crap, somebody just responded. What do I do? I don't actually know how to build a funnel. I'm losing my mind. Is everybody can hate me. I hate me. I know I don't hate me. Wait, what's going on? Why am I here? Did I pay for this? I don't know. What's going on ever is people freaking out. Yeah. Okay. I only know I can only do that because I've done that so many times before. When I was first starting, I used to almost kind of hate it when somebody said yes to give me because I was like, wait, what? But now that I know do I'm like, yeah, bring it on. So I also want to point this out. Christine, she said, please help. I don't know how to build funnels and I now have five businesses interested. I have no idea what to even DM to them. Okay, let me just point out, first of all, Christine, you are awesome to take action to the point where, you know, sometimes, often we think we need to know the whole plan before we can move. No, you need to know the next step. And from that step you can find the next step and the next step. And so you're right in place for that. And I also want to point out what a beautiful thing to be freaking out about. It's way more fun to freak out about the fact that you have too many clients and opportunity rather than none. So let's all be excited about the fact that this thing actually works. Okay? You feel okay about this? Yes. Okay. So everything's okay, I promise. Okay. So today you're actually going to learn how to build the funnels that you said that you can help people build. And then tomorrow, guys, is where things get exciting. The first skill, we're about to dive into it now. Okay? The first skill you have to master is design. Funnel design. And there's two reasons for that. Okay. The first reason is this. So Stanford University, they actually did a study a little bit ago. I we've talked about this before. It's so cool. The people actually determine the credibility of your website in less than 0.05 seconds. You can't start and stop a timer that fast with your thumb. Believe me, I've tried, I've tried to film lots of ads about this. I can't get it fast enough. And here's what's happening in that split second is over 90% of what they're judging is your design. So if the design of your funnel stinks, you lost the game. It's over within a split second. You're never going to make money right now. The second reason why you need to learn funnel design is funnel design is the easiest thing to sell. It's the look slowest hanging fruit. In fact, if you never learned ads, if you never learned how to write a single word that should ever go on your funnel, if you never learned social media, if you never learned anything else, you can make a full time career funnel designing okay. With exactly the skills I'm going to show you today. Now, in the certification program that Russell talked about, you're going to learn more than funnel design. But I want to ensure that you know that how powerful the skill set is that you're going to learn today. You can win bids with just what you learned today. And I know that because I've seen hundreds and hundreds of people do it. So what I want to do is I want to introduce you to some really amazing people. Now, these are real people. Okay, now, other people that got the first paying clients. You met Carson. He was still in school. While he's in school, taking classes, getting paying clients with only funnel design. They have Angel. He's never been to clients college. Still getting paying clients with only funnel design. Then we have a Melissa, a stay at home mom who's homeschooling four kids. You guys, for getting paying clients with only funnel design. Then we have John. John's working a full time job. He would wake up one hour earlier every day to try and figure out how to do this. He got paying clients with only funnel design. Okay, then we have Thomas. When he learned what you're about to learn today, he was streaming from his car. He was living in his car. He was homeless. I've tried this already, like Molly, and I know it's hard. Well, listen up, you guys. It's only hard because you're probably doing what I was doing before, which was this. Okay? So I remember the day I discovered funnels, okay? I was trying, like Molly, to do other stuff online. No, I discovered funnels. I was like, get me signed up for this. I ditched all my other things that I was doing. I went all in on funnels, okay? So excited. I was like, funnels are the future. Funnels are the now build funnels for everyone. But it didn't go so well. Dang it, you guys. My funnels were ugly. And because they were ugly, no one hired me, okay? But I kept thinking, but funnels, right? Like, Russell explained it so well. And I feel like it's real, it feels right, but I can't get it to work. So I understood the concept, but I was just like, how in the world do you actually build it? Like, what does it mean? What do you click? How do you do it? How do you make it not look scary and terrible? Right? So I started doing some research. I'm trying to find guru is maybe somebody to follow, right? And apparently you had to learn, you had to be creative to win, right? Everyone's telling me you need to go take this course. You need to go learn how to code. You got to go back to school, right? And I was like, respectfully, no. Right? I got into this because I wanted to be easy. And learning how to code, learning Photoshop and going back to school to get a graphic design degree did not feel very easy to me. I don't know how many of you are thinking that I'd rather Not right. And maybe you're like, well, yeah, I'd love to, but again, who has the time for. For that? Okay, so I personally didn't. So I decided to do something a little radical. I decided to approach this whole funnel design thing like a science experiment. I had a theory. I was like, what if funnel design actually doesn't have anything to do with how creative you were, your artistic ability or your tech know how. What if it was just a series of steps to take? What if it was just a series of tools to use, a series of decisions? What if there really was a step by step systematic way for how to go about this? Well, and I am so happy to report to you guys, after months of tests, I created a system that actually helped me to build funnels. And hours instead of weeks. Okay. And the most exciting part, people actually paid me for it was so awesome. Okay. And here's what's so fun. Once we're feeling hot about that, Then I'm gonna take Russell's funnel and I'm gonna break it down so you so you can see what I'm talking about on the funnel. Then once we understand how it looks like on the funnel, I'm actually going to show you almost like a video step by step tutorial of the click by click for how to make it inside clickfunnels. Then once you've seen all these different layers, then we're going to log into the software and you're going to build it yourself. Okay? So right now, don't get credit. We need to know how to build a structure. This includes sections, rows and elements. Okay? So I wanna kind of paint this out for you on the actual funnel. So every funnel has a blueprint of sorts. We call this the structure. Okay. So. So it starts with sections. So every funnel has different sections and they're denoted by what the color of the background is. So you can see this funnel right now has a white background and a dark background. That means we have two sections. We feel okay about that. Put two in the comments so I can take a drink. Is that cool? Okay. Love it, love it, love it. Okay, great. We have two sections. Awesome. Okay, then we have rows. So rows are denoted by how many columns? Columns. So in the inside the sections we have rows. You can see there's two columns here. This left side column, we have Russell's handsome face right there. Then on the right we have all this text and a little button. Okay. And down below there's only one column. It's just a little logo down there. We feeling good about this? Everyone put rows in the comments for me. Rows. Okay, and then we have elements. So inside the sections there's rows. Inside the rows there's little elements. So what are all the pieces that make this up? On the left hand side side, we have an actual picture of Russell. Then again, we have all these little headlines. We have one piece of text here, one piece of text here, and all the way down and then some buttons. Okay. And then again this image down here. So these make up the structure or the blueprint, the map of the funnel. Okay, Structure. Can you guys put structure in the chat for me? S. Structure. S. Structure. You know, I learned from a dear friend of mine, she says everything's on time if you're paying attention. Which might probably mean that cough attack too maybe. It's like you really need to lock in this first section. Okay, Structure. This is the blueprint of the funnel. Okay. Structure. Great. Okay, so this is what we have. We have sections. Inside sections are rows, inside rows are the elements. Okay, this is the blueprint of the funnel. All of a sudden your brain is just going to start to be able to pick apart every single web page. You see, like it's going to be like, oh, section, section, rows, images. It's gonna be so fun. Okay. Okay, next we have words. Words are the actual words on the page. Not just actually getting them in there, but what font are they and what size are they? Okay, so if you see here, this is a little gif. So you're gonna see how it moves. I'm gonna give you a tool at the end of this that's gonna do exactly what you see here. You hover over the words and it tells you the font it uses and how big it is. If you've never seen this before, you should be losing your mind. When I discovered this, I was like, it's actually this easy. Smart people are coding this stuff for us. It's amazing. So you can just hover over any words on any webpage. And this tool will help you to know what font you need to use and how big it needs to be. Okay, so if we look at Russell's. I'm just going to show you. I did some screenshots here. This first one, it's a font called Montserrat. And it's the styles. It's thin, it's 21 pixels, and then again just all the way down through. So you're like, okay, I'm starting to see how I might be able to adjust and put these things inside of here. The button is again, Montserrat, thin with 24 pixels. We feeling okay about that? Awesome. Look at this team coming in hot with a cough drop for me. And I will partake. Okay, so we feeling good about words? Can you guys put words in the comments for me? Thank you so much. Okay, next we have images. Okay, so we've got the blueprint with the structure, We've got the words in there. Now it's time for images. Okay, so again, we have Russell right here and we have this logo down here. So that's what we're going to need to add. Then paint. Paint stands for colors. So what we want to do with this same tool, again, get excited. You can actually hover over, over any color on the page and it will tell you what color it is. Now, it's important with funnel design that you are exact, and it's going to be important for the actual design and the success of the funnel. It's going to be especially important for how you sell. So you don't want to just be like, oh, Russell has a green button. I'll put up something green. No, there's an exact green you need to use. Okay. And when you see, when you hover over it, you can see that there's a little six digit code that comes up. Like that's fff. Every single. Every single color has an ID code. It's called a hex code. And we want to make sure that we use the exact ID codes. Okay, so does that sound okay? I'm going to Give you this tool at the end. Okay. But I just want you to see so background colors. We know that the top one you see in the top left is white. Its ID code is that six Fs. And then the bottom, the ID code is 2D. 2D. 2D. Love it. Okay, awesome. Next we're going to do accent colors. So what accent colors do we have? We have that button and that Special code is 00C826. Love it. Okay. It's not just green. It's important that you're specific. Okay. Then text colors. So again, we have the text colors above the high secrets. That green you can notice it's a little bit different than the button green. Interesting. I trust Russell. I might be like, I'll do the same green. He knows stuff. Follow him. Right. Don't get crazy. Then we're going to go ahead and you'll see that text below. It's a little bit more blue than the one above. Again, these details matter. Okay. Okay. If you're feeling good about paint, will you put paint in the comments for me? Yeah. Okay. Amazing. I'm not kidding you. I'm taking you step by step. You're going to click log in. You're gonna click click funnels. It will take you to a login page, no problem. Email address, that's on you. Sorry, I can't help you with that. Okay? Then you're gonna be taken to this dashboard. This is what your dashboard looks like now. In the top left you're gonna see funnels. We're gonna click on that and we'll say, ah, create a funnel. Love it. And we're say none of this template today. Sorry. We're building Russell's funnel. We're starting from scratch. We're gonna name it. I named it one comic club challenge. You name it whatever, whatever your heart desires. Okay. And you're going to create funnel. Okay. Then you get to this glorious, glorious beginning page. Okay? This is where you're able to start to add your page. So we're going to click that little circle plus button right there which allows you to add a page. No problem. Again, new page. We don't want a template. We're trying to build Russell's. Again, you can name it. We'll create a page. We'll go through all this together and then we're going to click edit. Then we're finally inside. Okay, now this is the bread and butter. Your blank page. And. And before 10 minutes, maybe 10 minutes ago, you might have said, I'm looking at this blank page. I have no freaking idea what to do. But now you do know what to do. What's the first step? S structure. What are we going to do? We're going to start to build out the structure of the funnel. Okay, so let's look at Russell's funnel. What do we have? We have two sections. We have the white section and we have the dark section. Now let's also look at the rows. We're going to do both at the same time. He has a two column row in the top section and a one column row on the bottom section. Okay? So I want you to see we're going to click add section. We're going to say blank section, please. And the top one needs two columns. Thank you so much. And now you can see we have a two column row. Bada bing, ba boom. Okay, now we need to add the bottom section, the dark one. So again, click section, blank section and one column. Sound good? Is that cool, guys? Sections and rows too. Easy. Now we get to add the elements. Again, we're going to break down the blueprint. Okay, now we're going to add the elements. Okay. So on this left hand column, we're going to add an image. So let me walk you through how this is going to happen. See how it says add new element orange? You're going to click it. You just scroll down. You can see image right there. Popped in. You have a mockup image there again, building the blueprint. Sound good? Okay, now on this right hand side, we need to add some text. Text. So we're going to add one headline of text here. Two more. Typically when it's a different color, it's just easier if you add two. So I'm going to add one for the how to instantly add and one for the high ticket sales. Then another down below and another. Anything that has different style, I like to add different ones. Okay, so we're going to go ahead and do this now. We're going to add this headline. So you can see. Boop. Add a headline there. Now you could keep clicking that orange button. But also thank you to the creators of this. There's just a little duplicate button right there. So boom, boom, boom, boom. We need five of those. We're going to show you how to kind of create a style guide, make this faster. But for now, I just want to show you how to click the font. So override, click Montserrat. You can see it's thin right there. Perfect. See right underneath this font size, we're going to scroll over and we want to set it to pixels. And remember we wanted it to be 21 pixels. We copy and pasted the words over and we made sure they were the right font type and the right font size. Now we're on to images. We need to make sure that all of the images are in the right place. Okay, so again, we're going to use this Russell picture and the logo picture. Okay, so we're going to come to the mockup or we're going to come to The Russell thing. The Russell thing. The Russell picture. If you right click you can literally put a save picture as. I'm just going to save this as Russell one. Save it as whatever you want. Okay. Then what you can do is we'll go back to the software. Okay. Oh, I'm saving that one too. The marketing secrets Russell 2. So I've saved these two images. Then what we do is we just hover over the mock up image and we're going to hover on that little settings thing. There's a photo icon and what we'll do, see where it says upload images. No problem guys. You're just going to take those images. You can either drag or drop them or you can click and slide them on in. Okay. So again I'm going to scroll down to Russell 1. I'm going to show you how you can just drag it in right now. So look, I have that Russell one image. Drag it on in, dun dun dun dun dun dun dun dun. And then I'm going to show you how if you just click. Right now I'm just clicking as well to show you Russell 2. You just click and you can go ahead and just select the image from there and we're able to go ahead and make it happen. Okay, so go ahead and open that there. Amazing. We're trying to teach you how to take a funnel that's already working and then model as close as you can so you can learn the system. Okay. And then the second exercise will be to actually create something unique. But right now we're trying to get you to learn how to actually do it by literally copying one of mine. So you have permissions 1 time to copy so you can understand how it works. And then after that we'll start doing creative things. And then the second One is she's going fast, showing you the process. We want you guys just watching. If everyone's like, there's issues with clickfunnels, like, you should not be logging clickfunnels. Just focus. Right now, we're going through the whole entire process. Then we're open clickfunnels and do it step by step with you. So this is just for you to, like, focus. You can see the steps in the process, and don't stress out. This isn't the demo. Then we're going to log into ClickFunnels and, like, five minutes and then do it with you. So just. And do you remember we have two challenges. Challenge number one is we're gonna recreate, get you the skillset that you need, which will enable you to do challenge number two. Okay? So for all you freaking out, I actually do love you. You're like me. You're thinking, like, 20 steps ahead, but I told you, I need you to lock in with me. Okay? Okay. Awesome. So we did structure, we did words, we did images. Now we're gonna make sure the paint or all the colors are right. Okay. Okay. So remember, the background on the top is white, and the background on the bottom is this ID code 2D. 2D. 2D. So if you watch here, we're just gonna click on the settings button of the section, and we're going to click on that background toggle, and we're gonna make sure that that background is white. Nailed it already. Then we're gonna scroll down, and you see, we're gonna hover over till we see that green. The green is the section. Do you see that little gear icon? That's settings. You're gonna scroll down, you're gonna toggle on background, and then what you're going to do is you're going to click that background, and we're going to make sure it's that 2D. 2D. 2D color. Just like that. Does that feel okay? Okay, now we're going to do accent colors. So remember, that button is green. So let's make sure that we can now get that button green. It's that 00C826. Okay, awesome. So what we're going to do is we're going to hover over the gear icon of the button. We're going to scroll down to the color. We're going to put in the correct ID code. 00C826. Okay. And then you did it. Okay, now all we gotta do is adjust the text color. So remember, there are a bunch of different text colors. Same thing. You hover over the element, make sure you get to the gear, and then you're simply gonna go to the color and enter in the correct ID code. Does that feel good? Again, step by step, you're gonna start to see. It kind of just starts to come together step by step. Okay, now, once we have all the colors taken care of, we get to energy. Okay, can you guys say energy? You with me? Okay. And again, all these tools that I'm using to find the color, I'm gonna give it to you at the end, I promise you. Okay, now, energy. We need to make sure that that dang button makes sure that pop up goes up. So we're click the gear icon, and you see it says button action. All we're gonna say is open popup. Easy as that. Why, thank you, coders who made that easy for us. Okay, awesome. Now we're on to spacing. Okay. This is where it all comes together. Okay. So we've done the structure. We have the words in there. We have the images. Okay. Then we have the paint colors. The button actually works, but you can kind of see things are a little janky. Right? Like, that logo's too huge. This picture's a little weird. The text is kind of spread out. This is where the spacing is going to make it look like Russell's funnel. You ready for. For this? Okay, here we go. So I did some measurements for you. I'll make sure when we do this, I give these all to you so you can do it. We're going to go ahead and actually go through and do them. So the first thing we need to do, we actually need to adjust how wide the funnel is. Okay. So we're going to go ahead and adjust the width of the actual row. Okay. So it's wide enough. Then we're going to do is we're just going to start to adjust every single piece. And again, I'm getting these numbers from the ruler that I did a little bit earlier. Earlier. You'll see just step by step. These things are just tweaking away. So now we're going to adjust this one, and I'm going to let this one play out, because all of a sudden you're going to see, oh, dang, this girl wasn't crazy after all. For five steps, I didn't know. But once we get to step six, she's onto something. Okay, so we're going to go ahead, we're going to tweak all of these. And again, these are all with little mesh measurements we did with the ruler, which tool you will get at the end, I promise you. Okay. So we're just tweaking, making sure that all the text is in all the right places. Okay. Making sure that all the spacing in between all the things are correct. Okay. Now we're gonna make sure that the button's right. Okay. And we kind of have just about all of our stuff. We're gonna make sure that that bottom one has a proper space. We're good to go on that spacing. Now you're saying Catherine is still a little bit crazy. You're right. Because the image sizes aren't great, we need to adjust the spacing and sizing of the images. So you can see Russell's. It's 576 pixels long. And then the Marketing Secrets logo is 165 pixels long. Oh, my gosh. Just. This is where the dopamine hit comes, guys. Okay, look it. We're at Russell's. It's going to get a little bigger. You're like, okay, great. Love it. Now this. Oh, my gosh. You are just going to be feeling so much better about this. We're going to get it to that 165 pixels. Get ready to breathe. I mean, do we all feel better? That feels a lot better, right? Oh, my goodness. Okay. But all of a sudden, we have the right size of images. Okay. Now you're like, okay, Katherine, some still looking a little bit off. It's because in spacing, we need to make sure all of our text and images are aligned in the right areas. So everything actually needs to be aligned to the left. No problem. So we're going to make sure that the images are aligned to the left. And then same thing. You just hover over the text you're going to go into. You're just going to highlight it, and then you'll see that menu appears. Just tweak it on over to the left. Can you see this? All of a sudden you're like, oh, my goodness, this is actually working. This crazy lady figured something out. Okay, so are you seeing this? Okay, now we have one or a few more steps. You can see that on his thing. We have just a few more final touches. High ticket sales and the word without are underlined. Okay. So we're just going to copy that or highlight that, underline those words. Okay. And then finally, the. Start watching. Now, can you see how? It's. It's 90 degree corners. This one is a little bit. It's rounded. So we want to scroll down and we're just going to unclick the corners. Toggle, say, get out of there. Confident that I could recreate that funnel. And zero is like, I wouldn't even know where to start. I'd actually would love to do a gut check. Would that be okay to see where we're at? It's interesting too. Like, when we first built ClickFunnels, one of the reasons why we built it is because, again, I was very entrepreneurial. I wanted to create stuff, but I had no technical skills. And I was so handcuffed as an entrepreneur. It's like, ah. So I would, I would hire developers to do stuff and so they would create something and they show me the page. I'm like, yeah, but can you move the image over this far and can you change the thing?

And like. And I'd go back and forth and back and forth for days, just trying to just adjust things, and it was so hard. And I remember when we first built ClickFunnels, so Todd Dickerson's my business partner. You guys have a chance to meet him here soon. And one of our other business partners named Dylan Jones, and they, they built it together and I remember they sent it to me initially and they're like, hey, Russell, build a funnel with this. I'm like, well, how does it work? Like, I can't tell you how it works because we want to see if you can just figure it out. And so I was logging in there and the thing I remember, I remember I was put images and I could take the font, I could make it bigger or small, I could move things. And I was like, this is so cool. But I couldn't make things look good. And I was very confused until Dylan, who's one who created the editor. Right, he's one who created the first editor. That had all the rows, section columns. I remember one day he was sitting down with me, he's from Canada, he flown to our office, we're working on stuff. And I was like, I can't make these pages look good. And he sat down and he mapped out for me what you guys just saw. Like, I remember he sat down, he's like, okay, this is a section he. And he's like. And he showed and he's like, pull up any web page. And so I started pulling up these random web pages. He's like, if you look at this, he's like, this is the section here. And then this is like, these are sections. Inside sections are rows and columns. He's like, there's a row. So he started showing me on all these sites I'd seen before. And then inside there, there's elements. He's like, that's all website design is. When you understand those things, then you, you know, you can look at anything. You guys will start doing this. You start looking at any of my sites or anybody, Catherine's sites or anyone's sites and you'll start seeing like the pattern. You're like, oh. And then I know I could do this. And so the very, I remember the very first thing I did is the exact same exercise we're having you do. And I actually did. If you guys know Lewis halves, he's one of my friends. And Louis had just paid this company, I think it was digital telephony or something, that was the name of the company. And they were like this high end website firm. Because I remember I tried to hire him and the quote was like 60 or $70,000. And I was like, I can't afford that for a website. But I knew Lewis had paid them because I saw their logo at the bottom. And I remember I did a demo live to back then we had like maybe thousand clickfunnels members. And I did that. I literally opened my monitor and I had Lewis's sites here and mine right here. I was like, and I never done it, but I was like, no, I knew understood section roles and elements. And so I did it. Like I made the top and thing. And within again 30 minutes or so, I built Lewis's site. And I was like, he probably paid 60, 80, 100 grand for the site. And I just rebuilt it in 30 minutes. And I felt at that point I felt like I was a genius, like I could do anything. I love it, unlocked it. All these things for me they never had before.

Once it's clicked on, this little menu is going to pop up over here. And you see, see where it says image URL. If you scroll to the, if you cursor over to the right, there's this little photo icon. We want to go ahead and click that. And what's amazing about that is that all of a sudden we can start to upload images that we want and we want to upload all the images of Russell. So we're going to go ahead and click upload images and you are just going to go ahead and wherever you saved your Russell one and Russell two, you're going to go ahead and highlight the them and click open into the editor. The first thing we got to decide is what Russell talked about yesterday, which is which funnel type should you make? Oh, my gosh. There's book funnels. There's this funnel. There's all. Which funnel should I make? I'm going to simplify it for you. When you start, there's just three funnels. That can solve any need. Okay, and what funnel you're going to choose of these three, it all depends on what your client wants to collect. Okay, stick with me here. If your clients like, oh, I want to get email addresses, I want lead that people call those leads email addresses, you're going to build what's called an opt in funnel. We just built an opt in funnel. Okay. We're basically have an email collector page where if you see Russell's like, hey, how to instantly add high ticket sales. Put your email and I'll show you. Great, right? You have an email collector page. The next page is a thank you page. Awesome. Now if the person that responded to you was like, no, I don't want email address. I want money. I want people to buy my stuff. I want sales, then what are you going to build? You're going to build a sales funnel, okay? Two pages, an order form page where they can put the money in, and a thank you page. Easy. Okay? Now if they're like, wait, I don't want emails, I don't want. I want people to get on the phone with me so I can send an appointment or so I can sell them on the phone or anything like that. Great, we'll send appointments. And that's an application funnel. We just have an explanation page. This is what we're going to talk on the phone about. You gather their info page. What number should I call you at? What time should I call you at? And then a thank you page. Okay? So it all depends on what your client wants to collect. Do they want email addresses? Do they want money or do they want phone calls? Do I want lead sales or appointments? That's all we got to figure out. Okay? Now somebody might be like, okay, there's like five people that respond and I don't, I don't know what they want. I don't know what they want. Well, lucky for you, guess what you're gonna do, my sweetie? You're gonna go and you're gonna ask them what they want. Okay? So for those of you being like, oh my Gosh, I have 12 people or three people or one person that responded. I don't know what to say back to them. This is your time. Okay? Can I tell you the exact thing you're going to write back to them? It's this. You ready? You should take a screenshot of this, by the way. Awesome. Quick question. What does your business need most right now? Does it need more leads, more sales, or more booked appointments? Reply here and I'll get you moving the right direction. Okay, that's all we got to do. We got to figure out more leads, more sales or more booked appointments. That's going to let us know which pages we need in our funnel. Okay, does that sound good? Awesome. Quick question. Can you guys screenshot this? Now say you'd ask a great question. What if they say all you'll say, great, what do you want first? I'll build them all for you, no problem. But which one do you want first? Right? That's a wonderful question to have. Okay, great. Now let's say for example, the fitness coach respond and she's like, well, I don't really know, but I just want people to join my. I have an app. It's 27 bucks a month. We can be like, okay, great. What does she need? She wants people to buy her $27 a month app. Does she want email addresses? No, she wants email addresses. Do you want phone calls? No. She want money? Yeah, she just wants people to buy her dang thing. Okay, great. She wants money. What does that mean? That means I need the sales funnel. Okay, so homegirl needs a sales funnel. Got it. Step number one complete. Sound good? Okay, awesome. That's your first step to build a custom funnel is you need to figure out which funnel type they need. Now the second and last parties you might say, oh no, what do I actually put on that page? I'm looking at a blank page again, Catherine, I don't know what to do. What do I do? Guys? Swips. Let me just show you. Here's what you're going to do. You're going to pull up a lot of funnels that are collecting the same thing. Lead sales or appointments. Right? So literally just use your Google search, let's say for this fitness girl, you can delete, type in women fitness apps. Pull up the first 10 pages that come come up and you'll see. Okay, all these people are trying to sell their app. Great. I have 10 different pages doing that. So what are you going to do now? You're going to do what Russell taught you at the very beginning. You're going to model what works. You're going to find the patterns and Swipes amongst these 10 different websites pulled up. So you say, okay, of these 10 fitness app sites pulled up, what are the patterns I can find in the structure? What are the patterns in the sections and the rows and elements? Do they all have a two column row at the top like Russell's or what? Like what do majority of the. Great. Write down what the majority of them Have. That's what yours is going to have. Great. Now when it comes to words, do they have a big headline right there? Do they have small copy? Do they have this? Oh, okay. Again, look at the 10. What similarities do you see when it comes to words? When you find the similarity, that's the winning pattern. You're going to add that winning pattern. You're going to put it on your list. I'm going to add that in my funnel. Great. Next, images. What patterns do I see in images? Do I have a big background image? Do I have a foreground image? Do I have a picture of them all doing like this? Great. What do I need? Awesome. Write that down. You're put that in your funnel. Okay. Awesome. P paint. What colors do they have? Amazing. Oh, they're all kind of yellow. Great. Is there a specific yellow? I'm going to use this tool that you get two seconds to figure out. Is it all a specific kind of yellow? Yes. Great. I'm going to use that energy. Do the buttons all do a certain thing. Wonderful. Write that down. And then spacing. Is it really breathable? Is it really close together? Are things tight? How are they organized? Write down the pattern patterns. That's going to be in your funnel. S W I, P, E S. Now there's really advanced ways to find out, okay, well which funnel's making money and how much are they making money? Blah, blah, blah. Inside certification program. We talk about that. But can I tell you what you need to know right now that's going to get you 95% of the way there Search on Google. If it's ranking on Google, they're doing pretty good. You know why? Because either have money to pay for sponsored ads or they're quality enough product that they're ranking at the top. They're relevant that people are paying them money. Trust your search engines. Does that sound good? It's actually really simpler than you think. Okay, so SW I P E S again, find the winning patterns in S in W, in I, in P in E in S. And then what are you going to do? You're going to add those patterns to your funnel. Okay. So again, the fitness coach selling app, we're going to pull up a lot of fitness apps, find what patterns they're using and then put those into ours. You can write them down a list. I kind of like to sketch them it out and then I go into clickfunnels, just like we did today. And how do I build it? I look at that blank page, I look at my sketch of all the winning patterns. Okay, I'm gonna start with structure. I build out the structure. Then, okay, what do I need to do for words? I put in the words. What do I need to do for images? Put in the images. What colors were patterns amongst all them? I put in the paint. Energy. Energy spacing. What do I need to do? Boom. There's your custom funnel. And might I add, custom funnel. Pulling patterns from funnels that are working because again, if they're ranking on Google, they have money to pay for ad ads or they're relent enough that people are paying the money to be ranked. Sound good? Awesome. Now, doggy, how are we doing? If we're doing okay, say we are. Don't say, okay, are we doing great? Put great in the chat. If you're doing less than great, I can accept it. It was really good. I remember when Steve Larsen first came to start work with me, I had finished a funnel probably a week earlier. And it was long, like, it was like a 30 or 40 page long funnel. And his first assignment was like, what do you want to do? I'm like, I want you to go and look at that funnel and try to rebuild a pixel for pixels, close as you can. And he was like, are you serious? And it took him like a week or so because it was, again, it was not the same page. And he was going through and going through. And by the time he got done, he's like, I want you to guess which one's mine in yours. And I went through it and it's almost perfectly. There's one thing I remember because I had to figure out how to do this one random thing. And I just kept clicking the buttons until it looked like the way I wanted to. And I kept rebuilding things and we never used those, but it was just for him to get the skill set of like, how do I do the padding, how do I get the thing, how do I pull the colors in? And so the exercise you guys just went through, I would recommend, if you want to be an overachiever, you want to get good at this career. And this skill set is don't just do it once. Like, keep on doing this. Keep practicing, and then start doing the remixes where you're bringing your own things in and. And doing it. But that was amazing.
