Do you have a funnel? But it's not converting. The problem 99.9% of the time is that your funnel is good, but you suck at selling. If you want to learn how to sell so your funnels will actually convert, then get a ticket to my next selling online event by going to sellingonline.com podcast. That's sellingonline.com podcast. This is the Russell Brunson Show. Hey, what's up, everybody? This is Russell Brunson, and I'm excited. Tomorrow we are starting a new challenge. It's called the 1 comma Club Challenge. You may have heard of it. We've been promoting it really hard and heavy the last week or so. We've got over 10,000 people registered, more flying every single day. We haven't bought any ads yet. This is just based on us letting our people know. I want to do it once, just kind of to the internal clickfunnels funnel hacker community. In fact, by the time you're getting this live, I'll probably be live. So if you're hearing this pause right now, go to OneCommelClub.com and come hang out with us. Anyway, I'm excited. I'm gonna share just a couple ideas. I'm not gonna spend too much time today. And then if you haven't missed anything, we're gonna post the the audios from the challenge here for the next couple episodes just so you can listen in and hopefully get some some ideas. But, you know, obviously as a podcast listener, you guys get a little more behind the scenes of what's happening and why it's happening, stuff like that. But it's interesting, you know, the whole one funnel away mantra that I've been preaching for a decade now. And I get teased sometimes. Some people love it, some people hate it, but it's true. I look at my career over the last, you know, 25 years in this game, and there's been a lot of ups and downs and ups and downs. And the thing that's pulled me out of the downs every single time is a funnel. Like one funnel. But usually I gotta try a dozen different funnels or more before I find the one that's gonna change everything for me. I just look at even the ClickFunnels journey last 10 years, you know, like prior to ClickFunnels, I'd done 100 and something funnels, and then the clickfunnels we launched it and it kind of didn't do that well. We did funnel 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and then funnel 6 was one that hit and that funnel got us to, you know, from where we were to 50,000 active members on ClickFunnels platform. And we kind of peaked out and that funnel stopped converting. It stopped working as well. And we were scrambling, figuring things out, and then came up with this new funnel called the One Funnel Away challenge. We launched that, and that put us back in the stratosphere and got us to get over a hundred thousand members. Then a couple years later, when we launched the new version of ClickFunnels, we did a new challenge called the One I Can't Remember now, these things. It was your first funnel challenge. We launched that and it did great for two years it ran, and then it kind of stopped converting as well. And then for the last two or three years, it's like, I've been trying different funnels and things, and it's been harder to get one to hit again. Like, and I keep thinking the same thing I preached to everybody else. Like, you're one funnel away. You're one funnel away. I'm like, I'm the same thing. I'm just keep trying, keep trying. And so this one, when we started putting this challenge together, I was like, I. Like, I feel like I'm not going deep enough in the research and the planning and the preparation to make one that's just going to crush and do amazing. And so what I did, and this is, you know, thanks to AI, we'll talk more and more about AI here in the near future with you guys. But we're doing a lot of really cool things with AI but using AI to go back through. And, you know, I found, I don't know, a dozen or so challenges that people would run that had done anywhere from 20, 30 million dollars to 100 million dollars. So I took all those, ran them through AI, analyzed and figured out what was right and wrong, looked at my old stuff and things that ways I could change things and tweak things. And then I went and I found all these consultants on different things and I got their books and I got their. Their YouTube videos and added that to AI and had it scrape everything and then apply it towards what I. I just kept doing that process over and over and over again until eventually it's like we created a whole new structure for how to run a challenge and do a challenge. And so I don't know yet how it's going to do. It could completely bomb. You never know. It could be another one of the One Funnel away in the graveyards. But I think this one's going to do really well. I'm really excited for it. We built out a little studio for it. It's going to be awesome. So, yeah, so that's kind of what's happening. But the theme of this is the one comma Club. You know, so many people in my world come in and they want to start something, and they hear about the 2 comma Club Award. And for some people, it's very motivating. Like, yeah, two Comm want to do it, and other people, it's like, that seems so far away that it's demotivating, right? I thought I wanted to create something that's for people in the beginning of their journey. How do you make the first comma. The first thousand bucks, right? Like, that's the. That's the question. And I think that, you know, to make. To build a business, like, you have to learn a lot of skills, right? You got to learn how to create a product, and you got to figure out how to sell the product and. And, you know, write, copy and build a funnel and then drive traffic and then manage a team and then buy ads and how you do Facebook and then Instagram and social media. There's so many things, and all things are good if you want to build a company to, you know, a million, 10 million, 100 million and beyond, like, you've got to get those skill sets and acquire the team that has those skill sets. But, you know, for people in the beginning of this journey, it's just like, I just need. Is this gonna work? Everyone thinks I'm crazy. My family thinks I'm crazy. Other people think I'm crazy. Am I crazy? And so I think for a lot of people, it's just, I need proof this is going to work. I thought, what a cool thing to do. What if we created a challenge called the 1 comma Club Challenge, and our goal was just to give people one skill set. Not 10 or 20 or 30, but just what's the one skill set you need to actually make your first comma on the Internet, and instead of learning 30 skills, you just learn one. And we learn it, and we do it, and then what happens is, hopefully it works. If it does, then you have proof and belief that, oh, my gosh, this is actually it works, and it works for me, and I can do this thing right. And so that's kind of the framework and the vision that I put together when I was working on this challenge. And so for any of you guys who are at the beginning of your journey and you're like, I want My first comma. Like, how do I do that? This challenge is for you. We're going to walk you through a process, and it's going to be amazing. And then the other side of this is I will be making a special offer. And this offer is insane. So those ones after the offer goes live, there's going to be people on all the Facebook groups talking about it. The haters will be hating it, the lovers will be loving it, and all the things. All I know is I've not been this uncomfortable making an offer in maybe my entire career. And uncomfortable meaning, like, this offer is so good that I feel sick to my stomach doing it because I'm like. It just. It's scary. It's one of the things, like, if someone would have told me even three months ago, like, hey, what if you offered this? I'd be like, never. There's no way for Infinity Dollars I would ever do that. And now we're doing it, so I don't want to. I'm not gonna. I'm not gonna tell you what that is yet. But, yeah, it just. Maybe it's a lesson of just, like, when you create something that's so cool, so powerful, so whatever, that you feel a little bit uncomfortable with it. Like, man, this offer is really good. Like, maybe there's something there. Maybe there's. Maybe that's when you finally got a spot where your offer's irresistible. And again, I don't know. It could bomb next week. It could be. You guys might be like, that's. I don't even want that, Russell. Who knows? But I think you're gonna freak out. So I'm excited for it. It's gonna be fun. It's gonna be cool. It's gonna be exciting. So all you guys are there, can't wait to serve you and to help you. For those who, you know, are just watching on the sideline or funnel hacking me, watching me pay attention. I've learned a lot. This is. This is, you know, four and a half, five months of Russell deep in AI with every other challenge that has made over 10 figures. Seven. Eight. Eight figures. Eight figures analyzed at the deepest level anyone's ever done before and then rebuilt into Russell's new. The new thing. So we'll see. We'll find out. This is funnel hacking at its finest. But it's gonna be fun. We got some cool guest speakers coming out. We got a lot of other fun stuff, so I'm really looking forward to it. Anyway, this episode's gonna be really short this week. Like, I said we'll start pulling some of the episodes. I can't. I can't give you guys access to VIP and other things people paid for, but the core challenge is free. So I'm gonna give you guys access to some of recordings so you guys can hear what we talk about and. And start using them. But, you know, if you're able to, please come hang out with us. It's gonna be fun. We got a lot of people registers and a lot of energy. We're going live every single day. I'm gonna be killing myself for y', all and I hope you all enjoy it. So that's the. Thank you so much. If you want to come hang out, go to 1commaclub.com spelled out o n e1,club.com. we do have a trophy you can win, which is pretty sick and a bunch of other cool things, so. All right, thanks so much and see you guys soon.
