I’m sharing a conversation originally recorded for Anne Miller’s podcast, Rethinking Success with Anne, where she interviewed me about one of my favorite themes: the power of seasons.

I share how I simplify my life in practical ways, how I use my menstrual and internal cycles to guide my energy, and what I recommend for women who want a calmer, more grounded holiday season.

We cover a lot of bases because for me, simplifying isn't just having less things - it's a journey of coming back to who Heavenly Father created us to be. It's work on the inside, just as much (if not more) as work on the outside!
