Welcome to the Skinny Confidential. Him and her.
Michael Bostic
You get me today. Skin solo episode. I kicked Michael off, not for the obvious reason, because this is about pregnancy. I kicked him off because he pulled his back out. And he has been talking about the fact that he pulled his back out for the last two weeks every single day, all day long. And so I didn't want to torture you guys with talk of his back on this episode. It sounds about right that towards the end of the pregnancy, he would find a way to make it about his back. So I've been carrying around the weighted vest pregnancy, and he has been going on and on and on about a little bit of back pain. And let me tell you guys, it's so bad that the other day, he actually stole my pregnancy wedge that I sleep with. So he's pregnant, too. Go congratulate him. This episode, I am breaking down the top 10 things that have made my pregnancy more seamless. I could not live without these 10 things. And I really made a strategic list for you. So if you're pregnant or you're going to get pregnant, you could check out these things and it would just be all organized and streamlined. So what I'm going to do is I'm going to put these 10 items on the blog. We're going to do a blog post, so you can just go to the blog and shop them. I'll also put them on my ltk. Everything's very organized on my ltk. By the way. My incredible team have everything all, like, categorized for you guys. So I will put this episode on ltk and also I will link it in the show notes. We have Emily here with me, who is helping me and organizing everything for you guys. So that'll be in the show notes. Ten things. You ready? If you're not pregnant, by the way, you might like these things too. So don't tune out just because you're not pregnant. We all know Michael's listening for his back. The first thing that I am very, very much into this pregnancy is red light. And before you're like, wait, wait, I know you love red light, Lauren. This is a thing that is a little different, okay? So bear with me. It's a little circle and it's a travel red light. And it's not like A red light mask, like the light stim, which I love. I love the light stem. I love that panel. I use it all the time. You can use code Lauren. I think they'll give you a discount. That panel is amazing to meditate under. This is different though. This is like a little red light that just lights up the room. So I am a fan of not using light bulbs at night. I like to wind down. I've taught my kids to wind down. This is such a hot tip if you're a parent to get them to go to sleep is you don't turn on light bulbs, you just turn on red lights. So I have like an Amazon red light. I have the hatch red light. And what I do is I light the room with red light. So they're used to that now. They're used to salt rock nightlights in the bathroom. They're used to having no light bulbs. And what it does is it signals to their body and, and it's very helpful for their circadian rhythm to go to bed around 7:30 or 8, sometimes 8:30. But the red light makes such a difference. And I know this because when we travel, there are light bulbs and we travel a lot, a lot for work. And the kids are with us, so they are up later. So what I found is I have to have a hack for travel. So I got this tiny little circle. It's a red light. It's. It's off Amazon. It's probably like a hundred bucks. It's the best hundred bucks I've ever spent. You could take it into the bathroom and then take a shower with it. Outside the shower, I like to put it by my bed. I'll even hold it to read sometimes. And I can travel with it so easily. It's really light. You can literally throw it in your handbag. So I will leave the brand that I like. I got this recommendation off Goop. It's a Gwyneth Paltrow approved red light. And I think it works. It's great. It's really, really easy, like I said, to just throw in a bag. And I think what I'll do when the baby's here is I'll have this little red light in the baby's room. So when I have to wake up to change the baby, I can see and I don't have to like turn the lights on because I find turning the lights on when someone's sleeping to be a little jarring. Like it's just a lot, you know. So red light's just calm. It's Mellow. I love it. I got one on Michael's side of the bed, too, and he can bring it upstairs. You could work by it. You could read. It's a really good one. And while you're at it, we'll also. Emily, we have to link the book light for them. Cause there's a book light that's a red light. Book light that I've been reading. I've been putting it on my book. I'm reading Graydon Carter's book right now. So good. It's called when the Going Was Good. He used to be the editor of Vanity Fair, and he's fascinating. And I use this book light to read his hardcover book instead of a Kindle. And it makes me go to bed faster. So if you get a book light, go get the book light that we link. Because it's red light. As you can tell, I'm into red light this pregnancy and forever. The next thing that I am doing almost every single day is I wake up, I do my electrolytes, lemon water. I'll add grapefruit. Sometimes I'll froth it up. And then I usually will add some kind of collagen or protein drink that. And then the next thing that hits my system is either celery juice, thanks to medical medium, or kiwi. I am so into kiwi this pregnancy. It's so good for your immune system. It's amazing Vitamin C. I'm just craving it. But what I noticed about kiwi is the fiber just gets things going. And it's a great way to start your day. I do typically three kiwis. And sometimes I eat the skin. Sometimes I just bite into that fucking kiwi like an apple. Or sometimes I'll peel it. But here's the pregnancy hot tip. I have been adding these seeds. They're called Zen basil seeds. You can get them off Amazon. And they're way better for you than chia seeds. If you want to get into the details of why, go check out Dr. Gundry. He's been on our show twice, and he talks about how chia seeds can sometimes mess with your digestion. These ones don't, though. Okay, so these are full of fiber. And I want to say there's 15 grams of fiber in one tablespoon, which is a lot of fiber. That is a lot of fiber. Okay, so you put that on the kiwi, and then it makes the kiwi be more fibrous. And they taste good. They're delicious. They're always in my teeth, though. That's a nightmare. You Gotta get like a good cocoa floss. But they're delicious on fruit. You could put em in smoothies, I love them. On kiwi I do it every morning and I do like 2 heaping tablespoons, so that's 30 grams of fiber. And I also think they have 5 grams of protein in 1 tablespoon. So you're getting protein and fiber with the fruit. It's a match made in heaven. I think I'll do this forever. The kiwi with the zen basil seeds is key because I know some people get constipated when they're pregnant. Or also the weird thing about pregnancy is you're hungry but you're full, but you're bloated all at once. It's a real fucking treat. So, so you're like you want to eat but then you're full. And when you do eat, you have two bites and then you're full but you're still hungry. It's the weirdest thing ever. If anyone has experienced this, DM me. I'm sure a lot of you guys have. But something about the kiwi in the morning like satiates all of those points. So it doesn't make you too full and it doesn't make you bloated cause there's fiber in it. But it also satisfies the hunger situation. So I like the kiwi with the zen basil seeds. And even if you're not pregnant, getting those zen basil seeds are great. Cause you could do stuff with your kids where you make acai bowls or like I said, put it in a smoothie. You can get really creative with them. I'm a big fan of the zen basil seeds. Okay. With the kiwi, try the kiwi. Don't sleep on kiwi. Oh, and also Paul Saladino just told me that when you clean your fruit because it's the fruit has whatever, it has pesticides. He said don't clean it with vinegar and baking soda. He said just clean it with baking soda because the vinegar neutralizes the baking soda, I think. And so he said it's super easy when you get fruit, when you get vegetables, whatever, even if it's kiwi, even if you're gonna peel it, just put it in a bowl with baking soda. He said that is the way to get the pesticides off. It's very easy. Michael probably doesn't even know that I make sure his fruit and vegetables are nice and clean.
Emily
Simply, you have seen simply everywhere. I am a big fan. And they have launched a new prebiotic soda, Simply Pop.
Michael Bostic
It's like a juicy soda.
Emily
There's five flavors. They have pineapple, mango, lime, Strawberry, Citrus punch and fruit punch. Personally I am a big fan of the lime. That's my favorite. I'm a real citrus girl and what I like about this is it's made with real fruit juice. Simply Pop supports gut with 6 grams of prebiotic fiber. There's also no added sugar. It's sweetened with monk fruit extract and it even has zinc and vitamin C in it.
Michael Bostic
They really thought of everything.
Emily
I'm really into the 6 grams of prebiotic fiber. This is known to support gut health and the added vitamin C and zinc for me is amazing because it supports your immune function.
Michael Bostic
But mostly what I like about this.
Emily
Is I like sparkling everything and this specifically has no added sugar. You have to try the lime but don't sleep on the pineapple, mango. Those two flavors you cannot go wrong. Go to coke URL.com simply pop to find where you can try Simply Pop. Find Simply Pop in any of its five juicy flavors by visiting them online at cokeurl.com Simply Pop that's coqurl.com Simply Pop I am obsessed with meditating with an LED mask on and the one that I've been using lately is Irestore Illuminating Face mask. This has 360 medical grade LEDs and it's dermatologist recommended. And what I like about this one in particular is it packs double the power of other masks. So it's a combination. It has red, infrared and blue light and it targets everything from wrinkles to acne to sun damaged inflammation. I notice even if I have like a little rash around my nose or my skin, skin just needs like a judge or I'm having, I don't know, just like a little bit of pigmentation. It works so well. So what I do is I'll put my meditation on. I do Joe Dispenza 23 minute morning meditation and I'll put the Iri Store Illumina face mask on with a little bit of their Renew Calming facial spray and then I'll just lay there in heaven. And it's honestly amazing. I've done it my entire pregnancy. I've done meditation and red light. IR store is so confident in their products that they'll offer you a 12 month money back guarantee. This is amazing because you can get a refund if you want, but you're not going to want one. You're going to be obsessed. You can do 10 minute sessions three to five times a week. Like I said, I like to do it every day. Give your skin the love it deserves. This year, for a limited time only, our listeners get a huge discount on Irestore Illumina face mask when you use code skinny@irestore.com head over to irestore.com and use code Skinny for our show's exclusive discounts on the Irestore Illumina face mask. They support every feeding journey. It's founded by moms, backed by science and it's trusted by over 500, 000 + parents. We like it so much that we had the founder on our podcast and we got to interview her and we found that all Bobbi's formulas are USDA organic, they're clean label certified and they're breast milk. So they're really easy on tiny tummies. Their OG like their most loved is like it's called organic original infant formula and it's from grass fed whole milk. It's really gentle, which is I think is so important. You want it to be gentle and this is so crazy. But we actually got to try it which was so wild. We did a shot of it on the show and it tasted really good. I have to say, obviously during a feeding journey, feeding your baby isn't one size fits all. Everyone who has ever stood in the formula aisle feeling overwhelmed or even ordering offline knows this firsthand. And as a mom, I know how specific you want to be with your formula. If you're looking for something that's manufactured right here in the usa, you have to check them out. They're really changing the formula movement. Looking for a formula and want to try Bobbi. Bobbi has an exclusive, exclusive offer just for him and her listeners. Visit hi bobby.com to find the recipe that fits your journey. Let'S discuss the worm. I've discussed this on the podcast before, but this worm pillow has changed my life. I was so uncomfortable for so long when I would even lay down. I had the works. I had a silk pillowcase. I have the one from Natural Faces. It's so pretty you can monogram it so it says LB on it. It's really cute. I got the white one and I had that whole setup, my sheets. I even had A pregnancy wedge that Michael stole. And I still was just really, really uncomfortable. So I went on a hunt to find the perfect warm pillow. A worm pillow is like a huge, giant caterpillar in your bed that wr if you're a guy. Carson, you're listening. It's a huge, giant pillow. It's amazing post surgery, it's amazing if you have heartburn. It's amazing if you're pregnant. My kids are in love with it. They want to get in the worm with me. It's so comfortable. But the key is you got to find one that's like Goldilocks and the three bears. It's not too hard, it's not too soft. It's just right. And then also, you don't want to find one that has crappy material covering it because you're sleeping on it. So I found this one. It's by this brand called Yana. It's Y A N A and it's covered, I want to say, in like a silk and just like a really soft cotton fabric. It's buttery, it's delicious. And I cannot even tell you guys. It has changed my life when it comes to heartburn and being comfortable, the warm pillow hugs you back. So there's that which is really comfortable. This one has no toxic chemicals in it. I don't know that I'll get rid of it after pregnancy. Go get a warm pillow. Telling you it'll change your life. Next thing. Notable mention. We have to mention the prenatal that I'm on because the prenatal is the question that I get asked the most out of everything. It's the number one question people want to know about. And I, I do feel like I can speak to a prenatal because this is my third time being pregnant. But also I've had the incredible opportunity to have access to some amazing experts, doctors, and people in the supplement industry on and off air. And so I've really been able to ask everyone what their opinion is and why. And everyone goes back to ritual for multiple reasons. Okay. And I've talked about ritual with all three pregnancies. If you are pregnant, I would highly, highly recommend looking into their prenatal especially. So the one that I take is the essential for women prenatal. First of all, number one, if you feel nauseous, I don't know what it is about this prenatal. I had like a low grade nausea. I wasn't like throwing up. But this one really helped to take that away. I do two in the morning and it Has. This is so weird. But it has a good sensory experience. So you know how sometimes you take a vitamin and you're gagging and it smells and I don't know, the capsule's too thick. It doesn't taste right. It tastes like horse hay. This one does not. It has a really nice essence. It comes in citrus and mint. I personally like the mint one just because it's the morning. Like, I'm tongue scraping and brushing my teeth, and I. I'm just attracted to the mint flavor, but you could do either. And why I like it, most importantly, is it's traceable. So you can actually trace the ingredients that are in it. You can go to the website. You can see where everything is from. This one does not have folic acid. It has folate, which, if you listen to the Gary Breca episode, is really important because he talks about on that episode and he says it more eloquently than me. But basically, folic acid, if it's not done right, can contribute to postpartum depression and anxiety. And it's in a lot of prenatal. So check your prenatal for that. This one has folate, which is awesome. It also has vitamin E. It has elements that support breast milk, which I think is really awesome if you're gonna breastfeed. So it's like setting you up for success. And once you do a deep dive on this prenatal multivitamin, you'll find that it's the number one bestsel prenatal. And this is no surprise. People really trust this brand. I've interviewed the founder twice. I love everything she does. And they are really serious about it being clinically tested. So most prenatals on the market, you guys, I looked into this. Are not clinically tested, which is so wild. So you want to try to look for that. This is, again, my opinion. I've had a great experience with it. It's easy to swallow, it doesn't smell, and, you know, it's worked. I'm gonna take their postpartum 1, 2. When I have the baby and they gave you guys a code so you can go to ritual.com skinny now, you got your prenatal. You got your soft, silky, warm pillow. You have your zen basil seeds for fiber, and then you also have your red light. So number five, we're gonna switch it up, and we're gonna go to a to do list. I found. I don't mean to brag. The best to do list on the market. And I will give you all of the reasons Why I love a to do list. I love a planner. I love getting it out. There's nothing worse than having all these files open on your brain and not being able to get it out. So I am like a very much a notes person, but my notes are completely chaotic and everywhere. Like some of my notes are on text and some of them are in the notes app and some of them are in my planner. But I found this one sheet that I do every day and this is like a must. First of all, you can put this in the kitchen because this is weird. I couldn't have a notepad in the kitchen because water would get on the counter from like the sink or cooking or whatever. And so I could never have a notepad in my kitchen because the notepad would get ruined. This notepad that I have, this is a good one. Number five is, has a little plastic acrylic thing underneath it to support it. So just. That is amazing. It's the right size so it's not too small like post its but it's not too big. It's just like the perfect kitchen to do list. So I just pulled it up on my phone so I can tell you it's so there's three sections daily focus. So I'll write down my Ivy Lee method, like five things that I have to do and then there's a to do list that you can like check off with 10 things. So I'll put down just random to do's and then under it is a notes section. So you have three different sections for your brain. And what I do is I do my top five to seven priorities on the left side and then on the to do side I will post what I need to do for social media and content that day. And then in the notes section I will post bigger accomplishments that I want to hit and things that I want to do for the next day. And this notepad has just changed my life because it's in the kitchen and as I'm making my kids breakfast or making my electrolyte water or whatever I'm doing in the kitchen, I have this notepad to just take notes. I really like it. It's by a really great brand that's available at the Container Store, but we will link it exact in the show notes for you. Okay? That notepad is a must. Especially with pregnancy or like nesting and stuff and getting ready for the nursery and all the shit you have to buy. There's so many things. So I like having that notepad in the kitchen. Next up is the Most comfortable, flattering. And let me tell you, the most flattering maternity wear. And I always go to this brand. It's bumpsuit. You guys know this if you follow me on Instagram. I have the cloud set. I have the jumpsuit. I have, gosh, the dresses. I have all of it. I just get it usually in black. I get the cloud set in like an ice pink. It's almost like white or a heather gray. I love their T shirts. They hold you in. The owner, Nicole, is absolutely fabulous. She just gets it when it comes to designing for a woman's body. Pregnant. I love the brand. So much so that we decided to do a co brand together. And so we did bump suit times. Lauren Bostic and I got to pick all my favorites in a curated collection on their site. I am such a big fan. I've worn it the entire pregnancy and I also wore it with Zaza and Townes. It's just I'm an organic Tru fan and if you're in New York, you have to go see our campaign. Our billboards are in New York. It's really fun. And I think that what the best part for me is that it showcased my entrepreneurial side, but also mixed it in with what I love to do most, which is being a mother. And it was such a blast to work with them and edit the whole collection and pick what I wanted. We even have a kit that has the mouth tape and then one with the mint roller. And you also get a couple of fun bump suit pics that I like. Don't sleep on that cloud set though. It's so comfortable. It doesn't constrict you. And there's something about it. This is so weird. Like sometimes when you sleep in pajamas, they're too tight and they like hurt your lymphatic system. I don't know if hurts the right word. It just restricts your lymphatic system. But I'll put on a cloud set and get in bed with my warm pillow and I feel so comfortable. Nothing is tight. I will be wearing my cloud set even when I'm not pregnant.

Quick break to talk about one of our favorite parts partners, Branch Basics. Listen up, everyone. Big news. Branch Basics, one of our all time favorite cleaning brands, is now available at over 600 Target stores nationwide and Target.com this is incredible because now you can pick them up during your regular Target run. Lauren and I have been huge fans for years now of Branch Basics ever since we had the founder, Allison, who's quickly become a friend on this podcast to talk all about the ways they are disrupting the healthy cleaning space. What we learned talking to Allison is that it is absolutely unnecessary and sometimes even harmful to have these harmful chemical cleaning supplies in your house. With hormone disruptors and artificial fragrances, you don't need them. There are alternatives like Branch Basics that do the exact same thing, which is clean your home in an effective way. But here's the best thing about Branch Basics. You don't have to worry about harmful chemicals. You don't have to worry about your pets breathing it off the floor or your kids smelling that fragrance because all of the ingredients are clean. And like I said, they get the same job done. It's also cost effective because you don't have to have 18 different supplies. Their cleaning products can do everything your other cleaning supplies do, but with limited quantities from countertops to bathrooms, even tough stains. Branch Basics all products Purpose Cleaner, Bathroom cleaner and their new stain remover Tackle It All. Plus they're gentle on sensitive skin and safe for even babies and pets. For me, when I learned that there was an alternative like this and made the switch, it now makes all the sense in the world. I can't believe I live life for so long using these harmful chemical supplies that literally wreak havoc on our systems, potentially causing us long term harm. So check them out. Shop branch basics and 600 plus target stores nationwide or target.com or you can also use our our code skinny15 to get 15 off at branchbasics.com skinny15 again skinny15 for 15 off@branchbasics.com skinny15 this episode.

Is brought to you by Lauren Bostick Times Bumpsuit I am so excited for this collab. It's my first collab I've done underneath my name. You can go to Bumpsuit Co and you just click the Lauren Bostic times Bumpsuit and it is my curated edit. Here's what I would tell you you.
Michael Bostic
Have to look at.
Emily
There is a support waist trainer that is literally amazing. So I'm going to be wearing this.
Michael Bostic
Right after I give birth.
Emily
It is so good for the compression and postpartum recovery. I am such a big fan of belly binding. After I give birth I feel like it supports my posture and helps my uterus go back sort of like into place. And this support waist trainer works. I used it with Towns. It's absolutely amazing. You feel like a superhero with this compression waist trainer. So definitely get that. I have it in black. It's also on my page. And then whether you're pregnant or not, they have the best of the best jumpsuits. I've been wearing them with all three of my pregnancies. The one that I would recommend is in my curated edit. It's the unitard. It's true to size, it's flattering, it's chic, it's elevated. It's amazing. It looks good with a jean jacket.
Michael Bostic
It looks good with a leather jacket.
Emily
It looks good alone. It's such a good one to have for working out or if you're a mom or postpartum or if you're pregnant. This is a brand that I've wanted to collab with for probably like five years. So go on and shop my two edits. There's kits with Skinny Confidential product in it. And then shop that waist trainer. And I'm telling you, grab the jumpsuit. You will not be sorry. You can go to Bumpsuit Co and use code skinny for 15 off. That's bumpsuit code skinny for 15 off.
Michael Bostic
The next thing is books. I have been reading up a storm this pregnancy. I cannot stop reading, reading, reading, reading. I'm reading everything. I love reading since I was a little girl. I'm a huge lover of reading. It's truly my favorite hobby. I probably do it an hour to two hours a day. I make time for it. It's in my calendar. And one of the reasons that I fell in love with Michael, I have to do an episode on this, is that he is such a voracious reader. He reads so much. And that's our thing to do together. We will sit in bed with books on the weekends. At night, we wind down with books we just love to read. And I have been reading more than ever. And I always read more than ever when I'm pregnant. Maybe that's because I can't have a margarita. I'm reading the Graydon Carter book that I told you about. We will also leave the other books that I'm about to tell you about. Okay. The first one is by Ion Sky. It's called say Anything. It's beautifully written. It is so good, I could not put it down. She is so honest about being bisexual and her experience with dating all these famous actors in Hollywood and her experience with Hollywood and her relationship with Hollywood and what that looked like. And it was complex. And then she's really open about her father and how he wasn't available to her until she was 18. I just love the book. I found that it was candid. A lot of celebrity memoirs are. They don't tell you the real story. And I felt like this was not only the real story, but she was a really, really eloquent writer. So I loved that book. 10 out of 10. Everyone should read it. I'm reading Alec Baldwin's book right now called nevertheless, and his story is really interesting too. I'm reading another book that's nothing to do with celebrity memoirs, which is called Impossible by Patrick Bet David. And that is just an entrepreneurial go get em kind of book. I am also reading Laws of Human Nature again by Robert Greene. I love that book. As you can tell, I switch in and out of books all the time. And then I just bought and I have not started it yet, but I'm sure it's fantastic. Christie Brinkley's book Uptown Girl, it just released and Paige and Hannah from the Giggly Squad sent me their book. It's called how to Giggle and it's really cute and you can tell that it's very personalized to them. So I'm kind of just picking up a bunch of books and reading them as I go. And then another book, I do have to say this one is I'm reading Wayne Dyer's book the Power of Intention. And that book blew my mind. Absolutely blew my mind. Also, Ivanka Trump was on the podcast and her and I are always texting about books and she just told me that I have to read the Lion Tracker's Guide to Life. So I'm gonna check out that next. She has really good book recommendations. I want her to start a book club. So that's next up on my list. And really into Graydon Carter's book. That's a good one. So those are some books that I'm reading. I have some on my Kindle, some in hard copy. I mix it up there because I have my red book light. Next thing, for heartburn, you gotta try Wonderbelly. It is like Tums, but it doesn't have all the added artificial sweeteners and TARC or something. It's called like T A R C. It doesn't have like a bunch of added. It's natural. It's for heartburn. And how I avoid heartburn is I take bitters. I'll take just thrive bitters or like bitters. Like I'll squeeze bitters in my mouth soda. But if I can't avoid the heartburn, I take Wonder Belly. So that is a good one to try. If you are like me and your baby probably has a lot of hair. Cause I think the hair causes the heartburn. That's my theory. It feels like fire is going up My esophagus. So as Michael complains about his back pain, I have fire breathing up my throat. Okay, number nine is this little baby book that I have. I keep it in my purse. It's white, it's leather. It's so cute. It shows, like, names that you want to name the baby, nursery ideas, when your appointments are, little updates. I put my little ultrasound in there. It's really cute. If it's in my purse, it's by Smycin. I love that brand. For planners and for notebooks. I just think it's so chic. And on it, it says mummy to be. It's really small. It's tiny. And I just feel like it's a special moment for me to focus on the baby. I've obviously got a lot going on with work and kids, and so this is just a moment to, like, write down little notes about the baby. I can keep it in my handbag. I can travel with it. It has a little bookmark, like a little ribbon. I can keep it separate, and then I can gift it to the baby when the baby's older. Okay, Last one. Beauty salt. Okay. Been taking this my entire pregnancy. I do it before coffee every single morning. That's because there's electrolytes in it, and I will not drink coffee anymore. I will not get dehydrated if I'm not hydrated. So I do electrolytes first thing in the morning. Every single person who's come on the podcast recommends this. These ones are the purest on the market. They're really high quality salt. I know because I got to pick and it took a long time. And then I also mixed in the highest quality colostrum, which I love, and a little bit of pearl powder for the beauty benefits. So this is like a habit stack. I do a scoop. Our scoop is so cute. It's like a wooden spoon. I scoop it in my water, I froth it up, and then I add grapefruit or lemon. It doesn't taste like anything. So you do want to add something, whether it's like an orange juice or, I don't know, hibiscus tea. You can have fun with it. You can add whatever you want. I liked the ability to be able to add anything you wanted to this electrolyte to make it your own personal flavor. What I didn't want to do is do some shitty natural flavor that had artificial stevia in it or whatever and make it a flavor and just blanketly sell it. I wanted you guys to pick the flavor and to be in charge. And maybe you wanted unflavor and maybe you wanted pineapple juice in it. Whatever you want. You can add this electrolyte to anything. So I wake up, I do a heaping scoop of electrolytes, beauty salt, and then I add lemon or grapefruit juice to it. And I put, like I said, a little bit of collagen or protein, and I froth it all up and drink it down. It's delicious. I do it every single morning. I'm just sharing what's worked for me. You got to do what works for you. But these are things that have changed the game in my pregnancy. If you're going to get one thing, get that warm pillow. My God, it's good. Okay, let me know on my latest Instagram, Auren Bostick, what you guys want to hear next about pregnancy. Because pregnancy is a hot topic and I got a lot of hot tips. Thank you guys so much for listening. You can also watch this episode on YouTube.
