Mark Samuel is a man of few words over email, but on the podcast, he tells it all as it is. Mark Samuel is the founder of IWON Organics, a health enthusiast who is known for inspiring his LinkedIn community to show up for their Saturday workouts. Mark recently launched a passion project with the Feel Good Cold Plunge in just 4 months from idea to launch.
