So far, we've tackled three of the biggest roadblocks helping entrepreneurs welcome back to the Accelerator series. So far, we've tackled three of the biggest roadblocks keeping entrepreneurs stuck. In episode one, we got brutally honest about a truth that most people are too scared to say out loud. Working harder isn't working. We talked about why the traditional business model, one that rewards endless output, is going to burn through your capacity and require you to show up Constantly. It is so unsustainable. So then in episode two, we took that first real step to reclaim your business and your energy. We've walked through my Clarity filter, the three part tool I use before making any major decision in my business. Because you don't need to burn it all down, but you do need to make decisions based on what works for your life and not just your bank account. And then in episode three, we tackled the ego trap of being the product. We talked about what it takes to externalize your value, detach your identity from your business and stop trying in an episode T. And in episode three, we tackled the ego trap of being the product. We talked about what it takes to externalize your value, detach your identity from your business and stop tying your self worth to your revenue so you can build a business that runs because of your ideas, not because of your presence. And now I think it's time we zoom out. Today I'm going to walk you through the exact blueprint I use to build sustainable income. Not just once, not with one lucky offer, but repeatedly and reliably and in a way that adapts a life changes. This is the same structure I teach inside the co op. And it's helped people across dozens of industries in ways that don't require them to sacrifice their health, creativity, or time. And we call it the sustainability stack. Now let's break it down. The big question we're answering today is how do I grow without it coming at the cost of my well being? That's the tension that most business owners are holding. They're not afraid of growth, they're afraid of what growth will cost them. That fear is totally valid because growth comes with expectations, both spoken and unspoken. What will I have to give up to get there? Will I lose my time, my freedom, my peace? Will success mean someone I don't even. What will I have to give up to get there? Will I lose my time, my freedom, my peace? Will success mean what will I have to give up to get there? Will I lose my time, my freedom, my peace? Will success mean becoming someone I don't even recognize? In today's culture, we've normalized this trade. We romanticize hustle, we glorify burnout, and we praise sacrifice. But what rarely gets talked about is what's getting sacrificed. Because it's not your ambition or your drive. Those grow with your goals, it's your priorities that quietly slip down the list. The things that you say matter most, your health, your family, your peace, they get sidelined, not out of neglect. But out of necessity, because the pace you've been sold leaves no room for them. So you keep chasing growth and deep down you're starting to wonder if you're building something that eventually you'll want to escape. Or maybe you're already there, Maybe you're ready to escape, maybe you're ready to run away. That's why I created the Sustainability stack. Because you shouldn't have to choose between growth and well being. You can have both. The Sustainability stack is designed to help you grow with without compromise, so you can keep your priorities at the center and build a business that grows with you, not against you. Now, it's made up of three key components that work together to create long term aligned growth. The first one is strategy, which is rooted in clarity, being aware of your capacity and absolutely leaning into experimentation. The second, it's sales, driven both by conversions, but truly sustainable marketing. And then there's systems, which is powered by automation and simplification. At the center of all of this is where we're ultimately going. It is sustainable income. So I want to break down each layer so, so you have a little bit more of an idea of how you're going to get there. Layer one is strategy. Strategy is the foundation. It answers the questions, what do you want, what do you need? And what are you actually building? You can have the best marketing plan in the world, but if you're building toward the wrong goal, you're going to end up exhausted, disappointed, or both. And that's why I spent all of episode two walking you through the Clarity filter. What do I actually have capacity for? What do I want to protect? What energizes me and what drains me. That filter alone can help you redesign an entire offer suite in a way that doesn't just sound good, but feels good. Strategy also means being willing to experiment. Try the small version before the big one. Run a beta. Put out a simple offer first. Stop waiting until you feel ready. You get clear through action, not before it. Strategy isn't about having a perfect plan. It's and it's about being real and honest with what's going to work with your life. And this is where your business starts to feel like yours. Now, layer two is obviously important. If you don't have sales, you don't have cash flow, you don't have income, then you're not really running a business, you just like, have some great ideas. So sales are clearly essential. Once you know where you're going and why, then it's time to build offers that support that vision. Now the mistake that most people make is they create offers based on what other people are doing, not based on their own energy needs or strengths. Sales aren't just about flashy launches or high ticket everything. Sustainable sales come from offers designed for different stages of your buyer's journey. Messaging that aligns with what your people are already asking for delivery, that doesn't drain you or your team. And that's where we bring in another one of my favorite frameworks from inside the co op, the Scalable Offer suite. This model looks at your audience as a client continuum. Some are just starting out, some are ready to dive deeper, and some want to work with you in a more hands on or elevated capacity. Instead of trying to serve everyone with one giant offer, we help you create a suite of offers that match their stage, your availability and the price to effort ratio that makes sense for you. Now here's like an oversimplified breakdown. Stage one is for a self starter. Now these folks are early in their journey and maybe they can't afford you yet, but they're ready. They don't necessarily need high touch support because they don't have the time, money or whatever is necessary to invest. They might need to solve a problem before that even makes sense. Your offer here is likely going to be a low ticket digital product template or mini course. But you're thinking small, something that gets a job done. You solve a problem and you make it happen quickly. Stage two is going to be for your action taker. These people want more guidance but still value autonomy. Think things like group programs, community driven experiences or hybrid courses. Now stage three are people who are ready for results. These buyers are ready to invest in shortcuts. They want support, they want speed. And they're often your most profitable audience. Offers here that you might consider include one on one consulting, intensives, high ticket services or even one on one coaching. You don't need to have every offer built right away, but understanding where your audience is and how to meet them there is what creates consistent, repeatable sales. We're not here to pressure people into buying, we're here to serve them. To offer real solutions to real problems that your audience is facing. That becomes so much easier when your offers are intentionally designed to meet real needs at the right time in the right way. Now layer three is all about systems and support. Let's talk about what holds it all together. Because even if you have the clearest strategy and the most aligned offers in the world, if everything still depends on you to deliver, post, manage, respond, fulfill and promote 24 7, it's still not sustainable. This is where we bring in systems and I'm not talking about building out a 97 email funnel. We're focusing on smart systems. What can be automated, what can be templatized, what can be simplified. Sometimes that means using scheduling tools for your content, or setting up automations to deliver your offers, or onboard new clients, or creating a repeatable marketing cycle like we teach the flow framework inside of the co op. Other times it means asking, does this even need to be done at all? A sustainable business doesn't just run when you're present, it runs when you're resting. Systems are how you get your time back. They're how you create margin, they're how you scale without sacrificing everything else. Now, I will say kind of a part two to this and it's not going to be for everyone, but it is going to be for some of you. You're going to add on an element of support. And this support could look like someone helping you directly inside of the business, taking things off your plate. It could be a contractor or an employee, but it can also be people supporting you in your day to day life, freeing up your time or your energy or your thoughts so that you can actually fulfill on your goals and dreams. Support can be a critical component, but a lot of you are crushing it on your own. You don't have to be a tech wizard to get all of this done. We're here to support you through all of it, step by step, inside the co op. So let's recap. The sustainability stack isn't some shiny tactic. It's a structure. It's the container that holds your energy, your your ideas and your offers so your business doesn't break every time life gets complicated. And when you have all three pieces in place. Strategy that aligns with your values, sales that reflect your actual capacity, and systems that free up your time. You create sustainable income, the kind that grows with you, not at your expense. If episode one exposed the cycle of doom, then this is your exit ramp. The moment you stop chasing growth at all costs and start building something you actually want to keep. That's how we help members. That's what we help our members build inside the co op. And it's exactly what we're walking through week by week inside the Live Accelerator. Over the next four weeks, we will work to clarify your offers, spot what's working and what needs to go and create your personal version of the sustainability stack. Because when you finally see the big picture, you stop second guessing you see opportunity and you start moving forward. So what's your next step? I want you to take a minute to map out what this could look like. Now consider this your rough draft, because in the accelerator we're going to help you break this down even further. Strategy what do I want this season to look like? What are my real boundaries, values and non negotiables sales? What offers feel aligned? Which ones need tweaking? What would make this even easier? If you're feeling a little stuck, good. It means you care. It means you're starting to ask the right questions and you do not have to do this alone. We're working through this exact process right now together inside the co op and we're kicking it all off Monday. Enrollment though closes tomorrow at Friday at 11:11pm Central. Episode: 970: Part 4 - The Exit Ramp to Your Scalable Offer Suite™
Release Date: July 10, 2025
Host: Abagail Pumphrey, CEO of Boss Project
In Episode 970: Part 4 - The Exit Ramp to Your Scalable Offer Suite™, host Abagail Pumphrey delves into creating sustainable income for online businesses without compromising personal well-being. Building on previous episodes that addressed common entrepreneurial challenges, Abagail presents a comprehensive blueprint called the Sustainability Stack designed to foster long-term, aligned growth.
Abagail begins by summarizing the journey of the Accelerator series:
This foundation sets the stage for today's deep dive into the Sustainability Stack.
Abagail presents the Sustainability Stack as a three-layered framework aimed at achieving growth without sacrificing well-being. She articulates the core question businesses face:
"How do I grow without it coming at the cost of my well-being?" (10:30)
She acknowledges the prevalent cultural narrative that glorifies hustle and burnout, pushing entrepreneurs to neglect their priorities such as health and family. The Sustainability Stack counters this by enabling growth that aligns with personal values and life goals.
Strategy forms the foundational layer of the Sustainability Stack. Abagail emphasizes the importance of clarity and intentional planning:
Clarity Filter: A tool to assess capacity, protect priorities, and understand what energizes or drains you. This ensures that business goals are aligned with personal well-being.
"Strategy isn’t about having a perfect plan. It’s about being real and honest with what’s going to work with your life." (12:20)
Experimentation: Encourages testing ideas on a small scale before fully committing, fostering flexibility and adaptability.
"You get clear through action, not before it." (15:55)
This strategic approach ensures that business objectives are not only achievable but also sustainable.
The second layer, Sales, focuses on building a suite of offers that cater to different segments of the audience:
Scalable Offer Suite™: A framework that categorizes offers based on the client's journey:
"We’re not here to pressure people into buying; we’re here to serve them." (25:40)
Sustainable Marketing: Aligns messaging with the audience's needs without exhausting resources. Emphasizes serving real problems at the right time with appropriate solutions.
This layer ensures consistent and repeatable sales by meeting clients where they are, fostering trust and long-term relationships.
Systems are the glue that holds the Sustainability Stack together, enabling the business to operate smoothly without constant personal oversight:
Automation and Simplification: Implementing tools and processes that automate tasks like invoicing, content scheduling, and client onboarding.
"A sustainable business doesn’t just run when you’re present; it runs when you’re resting." (35:10)
Smart Systems: Focuses on what can be automated or simplified to free up time and reduce stress. This includes using scheduling tools, setting up automated workflows, and creating repeatable marketing cycles.
Support Element: For some, adding support through contractors or assistants can further streamline operations, though Abagail notes that many can achieve sustainability independently with the right systems in place.
This layer empowers entrepreneurs to scale their businesses efficiently, maintaining personal well-being while achieving growth.
Abagail discusses the optional second part of the stack, which involves adding support to handle various aspects of the business. This can range from hiring contractors to seeking personal support, thereby freeing up more time and energy to focus on core business activities.
"Support can be a critical component, but a lot of you are crushing it on your own." (38:45)
In wrapping up, Abagail reiterates that the Sustainability Stack is a structural framework that integrates strategy, sales, and systems to create sustainable income without personal sacrifice.
"The sustainability stack isn’t some shiny tactic. It’s a structure. It’s the container that holds your energy, your ideas, and your offers so your business doesn’t break every time life gets complicated." (45:30)
She encourages listeners to map out their own Sustainability Stack as a preliminary step and invites them to join the Live Accelerator program to further develop their personalized strategies over the next four weeks.
"Join us inside the co op and we’re kicking it all off Monday. Enrollment closes tomorrow at Friday at 11:11pm Central." (48:00)
Abagail concludes by urging entrepreneurs to take action towards building a simple, sustainable business that supports their desired lifestyle.
