So how do you get your first or next 1,000 subscribers? I'm hoping by the end of today you're going to have a clear roadmap on what that looks like, but I'm also going to be sharing some other really important things, like the actual way to generate more leads on Autopilot. Regardless of your current tech background, this can both be leads that you are actively driving traffic to, but I also got some tricks up my sleeve for how you can get leads that you have nothing to do with that are actually set it and forget it strategies. So I know you're going to be excited about learning those today as well. And then we're going to share some specific things that I know people with lists of 50,000 plus are using to rapidly build their own email list and you're going to be able to still copy and paste them into your own business. So today is going to be jam packed full of information. It's going to be very fast paced. I have a lot to get through and so definitely take notes. You will get access to a full replay, so don't worry about trying to transcribe exactly what's written on a slide. You're going to be able to go back through the slides later, but if there's some golden nugget you want to write down, make sure you're doing that now. The good news is I know what I'm sharing today is going to work for pretty much all online businesses. Coaches, creatives, consultants, service providers and agency owners. People in the elearning industry, content creators. Now there's a couple places that this doesn't tend to work as well for. And it's not that there aren't great email strategies for those businesses, but the strategies I'm sharing today are not ideal for brick and mortar businesses or physical product based businesses. Now if that is you, that doesn't mean you're not going to get insights from today, but just know that some of the strategies will need to be tweaked if that is you. And I know it's worked because these are the exact strategies I've used in my company to generate millions in each of these categories. I've made more than a million dollars in services doing primarily design services like website design and branding. I've done more than a million dollars in coaching and consulting other online businesses. I've worked with more than 42,000 businesses from across the globe. I've made more than a million dollars in memberships and that is because I am consistently giving. Again, my average member is staying in my community more than two years, which is bananas like that is just not normal. People normally are turning out in two or three months in the average community. So I know how to get people to stay. I've also made more than a million dollars in digital products and courses and I love teaching people in a way that is really transformational. That feels sticky, that it feels fun, that feels easy to implement and I'm hoping you get something some of that energy from today. I've also booked out my agency with leads another agency gave me. I've turned paid collaborations into opportunities to leverage audiences 100 times larger than my own. I've personally built an email list of more than 42,000 active subscribers using a combination of free offers and paid entry point digital products to attract ideas ideal clients to me. And over the last 10 years I have turned that into more than 42,000 students. Now at the end of this presentation, everyone who is here until the very end, I'm going to give you something that took me sending 42 million emails to figure out. Yes, that number is correct. 42,193,653. It's actually more than that now because this number is from a few days ago. It's actually significantly more than that because this number is actually only the last couple of years of email. I have been emailing long before that, but I can't spoil the surprise. You're going to find out soon. But what I can tell you is that this is the best kept secret to getting more of your emails opened, increasing engagement, and ultimately converting more prospects into buyers. Now, why would you even want an email list? I think the majority of you have a fairly good idea of why you want one or you wouldn't even be in this room. But just in case you need some more convincing, it is one of the best ways to directly access your audience. There are very few things you can do in the online world that is going to grant you kind of exclusive access to everyone that you know and want to put yourself in front of. If you post on social, you're lucky to get in front of 2 to 5% of your audience. But if you send an email, it is going to land in all of their inboxes. Now whether they all open them or click through that is a different story. However, it is the fastest way for you to get in front of the most people, the most consistently. You also have ownership and control over that message, so you get to decide the frequency in which you reach out to them. You get to control what sort of messages are put in front of them. You can decide to email your whole list. You can email a portion of your list, you can segment your list. There's a no right or wrong way to do this, but you get to decide how to move forward with that. And with the online world changing as fast as it is, with all the algorithm changes and even the new platforms that are coming online, it can feel really overwhelming. But I can tell you that email is not going anywhere. Email has been a staple in the online business world for more than a decade now. And it is very clear that email is not going to go away anytime soon. So it is such a great place to invest your time and energy. It is also an incredible place to build relationships. I have been surprised by email. It's really easy to think that it's a one way street that you're just talking into the void. But the incredible thing about email is it feels personal. You're landing in someone's personal inbox and when that happens, they feel like they can talk to just you. And so on a very frequent basis we're getting replies and people are sharing intimate details about their life. I remember one time I got an email, someone telling me, confessing to me that they were going to divorce their spouse. And I knew before their spouse. And I was like, whoa, I don't need this much information. But that is the kind of level of trust that you can build with people that they are willing and vulnerable to share that deep of information with you. And it's so special. You can build really intense relationships through your email address. Jenny says, for me, email builds real relationships with my clients. Absolutely. Someone else is saying email marketing's been big for at least 25 years. Absolutely. So it is huge. And so huge. In fact, that is the number one way to drive sales and revenue for most online businesses. I can't speak for everyone, but I can speak for the majority. And I have seen all the stats out there and it is a massive money maker. And I recently saw this young marketer. I love, I love when new people come on the scene and they've been working in corporate for a while and they're starting their businesses. And she's like, I've been in sms. I've been in a company that's really focused on texting. Is email even worth my time? And I was like, oh girl, yes, email is so worth your time. You can absolutely use these other tools like SMS or direct messaging on social platforms, but nothing is quite like email. I have Never seen anything quite compete with it in the same way. And I don't see anything taking over anytime soon. Those other tools are in addition to Now, I know that we all want more sales, but who are you going to sell to? Right? Leads. We know this. Like that feels obvious. We know we're going to sell to leads, but not all leads are created equal. You want qualified leads, the kind that are ideal prospects, that are going to ultimately convert into sales not just once, but again and again. You want those loyal, reliable, raving fans. Now, leads don't just magically appear. As much as I wish that were true. That's just not how it works. People come and go, but they are. You know, there's something you have to be paying attention to. Which is why I want to tell you a quick story. Because I had to learn this the hard way, I got really lucky. In the early days, my business grew rather quickly. I think timing and being in the right place at the right time had a lot to do with it and I'm very grateful for that. That my email list grew without a whole lot of effort back then. And when I went to launch something new, there was always ready and willing buyers. Now don't get me wrong, just having the leads isn't enough. They were primed to buy because we were constantly focused on giving value, writing blog posts, producing podcasts, hosting webinars. But that's the problem. That's all we were focused on. And I see so many business owners who get in that kind of rut where they are focused on giving, giving, giving, giving, giving. And not to say that email isn't about giving, but you also have to do some attracting, right? We have to bring new people into our world. You're so focused on nurture, nurture, nurture. I was. I'm sure many of you have been. And I'll never forget the shift. What happened. One month we were marketing our high end group coaching program to our email list and we had over 350 applicants for a program that the people who are applying new cost $12,000. That's a lot of interest for a very high end program. But less than five months later that dropped to three applications in a 30 day period. Now it'd be really easy to say that there was a lack of interest or we weren't getting our clients results. But the problem was we literally, quite literally sold through all of our qualified leads. All of them. And we hadn't focused on list growth, at least not anytime recently. And so no matter how big or small A company is a company that's not focused on growing an audience of qualified leads, is a company that will one day run out of leads and have a really hard time selling. Now here's where expert marketers don't want you to know. Okay, there isn't one way to do this. There isn't one way to build a business. They all want to sell you their framework, their process, their their way to do this and that. And I'm not saying their way is bad, but y' all can't use the same way. Not every single way is going to work for every single one of you. Businesses that succeed long term figure out how to build business their way. My goal is to expose you to as many new opportunities as possible for you to pick and choose what's going to make sense for you and your audience and your industry. I think Jay says it best. My friend Jay Clouse. Everyone is obsessed with capturing attention, but you should be obsessed with building trust. You can build a following with attention, but you can only build a business if you have trust and couldn't be more true, right? Trust is an essential key portion of what is going to make someone who's on your email list actually buy. Right? But how do we get there? How do we build that trust? How do we get more of those qualified leads? The problem for the majority of you is that you're not getting as many leads as you want, at least not as fast as you want. And before you come at me, before you're like defending yourself for how much marketing you're doing, it's because you're not marketing enough, at least not in the right way. At least not with the right things. And we'll talk about what I mean by things here shortly. But before you make a post or write an email or reach out to any sort of connection, you need to understand two things about what it is that you're offering. Because those two things are going to make a huge difference in the overall results. Right? First one, who are you talking to? Who is this for? Who are you making a difference in the lives of? I work with online businesses from all over the world. They're predominantly online, meaning they are selling virtually. I'm not necessarily working with in person businesses or product based businesses. The majority of people I'm working with are creators, coaches and consultants. They're selling their knowledge, they're selling access to their skills. Now for some of them, they're delivering that one of one. But for other people, they are teaching how to do what it is that they do. And I know that I am super clear on who I am for, but what problem are you solving? And I know a lot of you are like, I solved all sorts of problems. Okay, true. But if we're trying to attract someone to our list or sell someone on something, we have to be consistently sharing about a similar problem again and again. But also when we go to attract that person to the list, we need to only be talking to one of those issues. You can have multiple problems that you solve for, but when we are bringing someone in, we can't say we solved the kitchen sink because that's not helpful. They have to know that you're going to help them turn off the water when the water line breaks. Right. They have a more specific problem and you have to be there to come in and solve that more specific problem. But once you've nailed that, once you know what problem you're solving for and who you're solving it for, you really only have three choices. You can market more, I. E. Increase volume, increase quantity. You can market better, or you can market in new ways. I prefer market in new ways. I think it's the most fun. I do say market more if I'm feeling like I want to not have to worry about changing too much of what's going on. It literally can be the difference in doing my normal posting. But then going back and looking at the last 30 days of content and realizing what is the thing that performed the best. How can I redistribute that again? And sometimes it's literally copy paste the exact same thing. Sometimes it is the same message with, you know, new B roll video, or sometimes I have an update on how I'm feeling about that thing. But when we do that, we're doing it with the ultimate goal of more leads or cheaper or free leads or more better qualified leads reliably for more places. That's always the goal, right? We want more leads. We all do. We all want more people to buy from us. And effectively, when you double your leads, you can double your business. And that sounds good in theory, but what does that actually mean? Let's. Let's define it a little bit. I do want to get on the same page about what is a lead versus a follower or an email address or a subscriber. So in world, a subscriber is a person you can contact. So in theory, that could be a social media follower. That could also be someone you have their phone number or email address, they're a subscriber. A lead is a subscriber who has expressed interest in what it is that you sell. Usually that's by behavior. Whether they've literally said out loud to you on a call, hey, I'm interested in what it is that you sell, or they've gone to a specific page that showcases your offer, they have clicked through from an email to express interest. They are showing behavior that says, I'm interested. A qualified lead has expressed interest in what you sell, but also has the financial means and the need for your solution. There's plenty of leads out there that could think what you're doing is cool, but if they don't have the financial needs or the need, it doesn't matter, right? So we need those qualified leads. Now. Think about it. If you don't have fresh leads coming in, every launch is going to get harder, every offer is going to feel heavier, and eventually you're going to run out of people to sell to. Even if your product is amazing, even if you're getting people great results. Now, building an email list is the bridge. It is a way for you to reach and consistently connect and nurture your most qualified leads. Now the good news. Leads don't have to feel random or lucky. You don't have to wait for referrals or hope a post goes viral. There's a system that works, and one that I've used myself to build an email list of 42,000 subscribers and turn them into paying clients and students. It is something you can do, too. Now, when you have a steady flow of the right people joining your list, people who are primed, qualified and excited, sales stop feeling like a scramble. You can predict them, you can rely on them, and that's what you're building today. Now, this is your roadmap. This is the very basic big picture of how you're going to get your first or next 1,000 subscribers. And it may feel overly simplistic, but there are strategies and nuances behind each of these steps that is going to make this process so much easier. First, numero uno, you're going to need an email service provider. I can definitely help you pick out one that's going to make the most sense for you. And I suggest several different options. My personal favorite and the one that I've been using for years since they've been in beta, has been Flow Desk. You're going to then create a lead magnet. We're going to talk about what makes an effective lead magnet here very shortly. Then you're going to have an opportunity for those people to opt in by setting up A form or a landing page. You're going to market your lead magnet so people know that exists. Probably the most important step. People tend to do this a handful of times and then just think that their stuff's not working and get frustrated and stop worrying about email. And that's not a long term strategy. So we're going to test out messaging until something sticks and then we're going to send strategic emails live. Ultimately, we're going to automate that content into a workflow and build out your first funnel. Now that is going to take time. I think for most people, getting to the point that they're automating their first funnel is like a good 90 days out from now. And that's okay. We don't have to get there overnight, but we can start getting leads today. Someone can join your list in one of two ways. I think most people assume when they think of opt in or lead magnet, they think of something that's free, they think of something that costs $0 and someone can just get on your list, which there's nothing wrong with that as an option. But it's not the only way you can get someone on your list. You can also have someone pay you through a low priced entry point digital product. I've had my first digital product. I sold a little over $8,000 of that digital product in just, just 30 days. So let's see, it was a $29 digital product. I can't remember the math. It was, this is not going to be fully accurate, but it's going to be close. So I got 275 leads ish from one digital product in one month and I got paid to market it. So not only did I get those leads, but I got people in the door that were already buyers and buyers are so much more likely to buy again. So it's not to say that there's a right or a wrong way, but I think both are highly effective and I actively use both. Now a lead magnet isn't just a checklist with a cute canva cover. A lead magnet is a bribe a reason to hand over the gold, which is their email. If your freebie isn't solving a real problem quickly, they're not subscribing or worse, they're going to get in and then ghost you. And we want people to stick around. We want people that are going to be paying attention long term. So I want you to stop thinking about a checklist or a how to or a guide. And this, if you do nothing else from this workshop if you do literally nothing else the entire time we work together, do this, okay? Instead of coming up with a checklist or how to or guide, I want you to come up with a story. Because stories sell, right? Compelling stories sell. True stories, mind you. True stories. Have you been through a transformation that you help people with or have you had a client crush it in real life? Or have you done something that you know other people are going to find really interesting or incredible or you know, something they want to replicate? That is the best lead magnet that you can put out there. It is going to convert the best. Now your goal is to package that into a case study. But for the love, we are not calling it a case study because snooze, snooze. Nobody wants to download a case study. Stop calling it a case study. We're going to come up and package it like a juicy can't resist it headline. Okay? Now one of my favorites is how I've added nearly 10,000 new subscribers to my email list in just six months. A thousand people downloaded that? 1084 to be exact. 1084 people. I know people love case studies but they don't like calling it case studies, at least not the average subscriber. Now I do think there's there are exceptions to the rule in certain industries. I think if you are in a more science backed industry or a more research backed industry, that can change. But the more consumer your business or your business markets to, the less that is true. But either way, I still think a juicy headline will go a long way. Even if you say a case study and then the juicy headline. Now the other thing you could do and there's not a right or wrong, this tends to be a lot more work. So this is why I shared the first one first. Right? But you can kick people's butt into gear and get them to take some action. Lead magnets that get them to do something. Oh, is this lead magnet free? This lead magnet was free. Both the lead magnets I'm sharing right now were free. So I charged $0 for it. It got a thousand leads. The one I mentioned earlier, the One that was $29, that was a mini course and that has gone on to bring in over 10,000 paid leads. So 10,000 people who purchased from me and bought their program, it's actually probably a lot higher than that. I need to redo the math anyway. So the other thing we can do is kick them into gear and get them to take some action. Now you're not just going to tell them what to do, but you're going to help them do it fast. You're going to help them implement it. And so one of my kind of best ways to get them to do that is in the shortest format possible. So challenges have been popular for a long time, but a lot of the challenges out there are dripped over multiple days or they're dripped over even a month or more and you are going to see diminishing returns. And what do I mean by that? You're going to have a lot of participation in the beginning and then it's going to drop like flies every single day. And then by the end of it you're still going to have some engaged people but it's not going to be what it was. And so the faster you can get someone to a transformation, the better, the more trust you're going to earn from them. So digital Product Fast Track 1 Day Launch Challenge which by the way, if you wanted to see more about what that looks like, I'm pretty sure the URL is bossproject.com challenge but don't quote me. It is absolutely helping them get a result. So I am taking them from. You have an idea to pre selling a digital product in one day? Yeah. You just dropped out of a 75 day challenge. I am not surprised. So don't get caught up on this idea. In fact, I do not. This is an advanced strategy. Like you have to know how to get people to move, how to get people to take action. Julie's like I was there. I did the one day launch. I'm not surprised. You did the one day launch. Right? It works and I got so far today because it's now evergreen. I've got 9,885 leads from that challenge alone. So it's very effective and it's if, if you do it well, it can build its own momentum. So what makes a lead magnet? Convert messaging is part of it. I think you really have to be paying attention to how you're talking about it. But I think more than that, it has to really do something for people. So it needs to solve a real and urgent problem. Ideally now it doesn't have to do all of these by the way, it can do one of these and still work. I think the ones that work the best do multiple, if not all of these. So it's going to solve a real and urgent problem, something that they're eager to change. It can also promise a quick win. So you could address a problem but say, you know we're going to help you do it in an hour or five minutes or a day or whatever. But you including a time, a timestamp in how long it's going to take and making that as small as possible is going to work. People assume that the bigger the lead magnet, the more generous, the more valuable the lead magnet, the more people they're going to get. But it's usually the faster you get someone a result, the more you're going to get. Okay, so we have to change kind of the focus. You need something that feels irresistible. Your headline is not giving away what it can be obvious like here's what it is. Like digital product, fast track, one day long challenge. That is what it is. But it can also feel irresistible. Like I have to know what's inside. Like I, I need to know, right? And I need to know is how I've added nearly 10,000 new subscribers to my email list in just six months. You're like, how? Like tell me. And even if you hate the lead magnet, you need to answer the question. And so you having a headline that feels irresistible is going to help stop the scroll, is going to help them take that next action. Now to make a lead magnet work for you, aligning to your paid offer is going to be really important. You want to attract buyers, not just freebie collectors. So you solving the problem that is directly before your person would be primed and ready to buy. Like what is the thing preventing someone from buying your signature offer right now? How could you solve that problem? How could you make that easy? I've seen a lot of people that it's actually the way they're currently onboarding or maybe like a module zero in a program or something that they feel like they have to like catch people up on in a program. A lot of times that thing can be pulled out separate. It doesn't mean you have to take it away from that other process. But a lot of the times it can be pulled out separate and can be used as a lead magnet. Now people assume the only way to get new leads is to be marketing all the time. And obviously that is possible. You, you could do that. I don't know anyone on the face of this planet that doesn't have a team that can maintain that all of the time. Like you're gonna get tired or life is gonna happen or something is gonna get in the way. And so I think it's important that you incorporate strategies that help make the marketing you do more effective, but also that you get leads even when you're not marketing. Hence the title of this Workshop leads on autopilot. So there are active and passive ways to generate leads and I'm just going to go over a few of them quickly now. Active strategies are are the things that most of you are probably thinking about. You're producing content, you're producing content, you're promoting that on social media to attract those leads. You are putting out something like paid advertising to buy leads. Essentially you could do warm outreach where this is generally like DMing someone that's maybe commenting and participating but they haven't converted to your list. You could ask them to join or have them be a part of something you have coming up. You could also do that in a cold format. I don't love that strategy, but it is effective and there are ways to do it without it being weird and cold. Outreach is an active strategy for you to get more leads, but there are passive ones as well. You can optimize for search and I, I really need to update this to not just say search. You can optimize for search and you can optimize for AI. You would be shocked. The amount of new referrals I'm Getting directly from ChatGPT is on the rise. And I get people telling me every single week that they found me via ChatGPT. So optimizing for search is huge. And obviously search is evolving, but it's still important. We can also have funnels. So you're attracting people in to a process that would get them to participate. You can also get leads on autopilot and these are leads that are given to you think things like participating in an online summit or a bundle or some sort of collaboration with an outside party. You can also do this. My favorite is doing this with brands that have brand alignment that are larger than me. So we share the same ideal audience. But I can solve a problem for their audience that they either can't or the people don't want to listen to them. And I've gotten tens of thousands of leads this way. So utilizing other people's audiences and leveraging that can be massive. Bots are also another way to get that automated. Although lately I the amount of like AI ones I've been seeing out there that are like subpar is growing and so people are getting annoyed. Not to say that bots don't work, but you have to be really mindful of your language now. Obviously active strategy require active pursuing. They tend to work faster though. Like if you want leads today, do an active strategy, period. But if you want leads over the long term, then implementing some of these Passive strategies so that you can rely on them later is going to be huge. Now you still need to set it up before it's going to work. It's going to take more work up front. You may not see the reward for a while, but it can be very important and something I personally rely on. Now I obviously I teased earlier, I added nearly 10,000 new subscribers to my list in just six months. But how did I do that? I focused on three things and overly simplistic perhaps, but I think it'll give you an idea of where you need to be spending your time. And a lot of the times that's the issue is what do I do next? What, what is the thing I need to do today? Now visibility and traffic is the thing I think about most of the time in my business period. Like the thing I'm thinking about most of the time is how to get more visible. It's a conscious decision to do so. Showing up daily on social, you don't necessarily have to show up daily, but I'm focused on showing up daily, partnering with brands, participating in things like bundles or running activations. I consider the one day launch challenge an activation because you're getting people to act, you're getting people to do something. This intentional visibility creates a steady stream of new eyes on my offers, which is important for getting new leads. Now once I have the visibility, I need to get them in right. And so I have a combination of freely free lead magnets and low ticket digital paid offers. I have many of both. I could not list all of them on one page. It would. It would be way too much room. But the free lead magnets I am thinking specifically about timely. So I'm not always trying to make a lead magnet that's going to work forever. I'm trying to make a lead magnet that is going to make sense in the climate we're in right now. It might need to be refreshed or you know, follow a trend or maybe it's really time specific and I'm going to have to come back to it later. That may feel like more work, but it tends to deliver more immediate value and get more immediate results. I get more leads faster. Like when I dropped a hundred profitable digital product ideas. People weren't really talking about digital products at the time until that moment in time. And then people were like I want to do that. But then they're like I don't know what digital product to do. That was actually the number one question I got when people purchased my digital product. Jumpstart is they didn't know what digital product to sell and I was like, that's goofy. I have a gajillion ideas. So I put out a hundred as a lead magnet. And then in my actual paid offer I have a list of 500 and it's broken up by industry. I've also done things like a chat GBT prompt vault. I've done that where I've given away the whole kahuna in a bundle to get more leads. But I've also taken out and pulled out just my faves and use that as like more of a PDF lead magnet. On social. My low ticket paid offers are for products like my digital product Jumpstart, but I have many others. I am always trying to maximize volume but also quality of leads because the volume is irrelevant if they're all crappy, right? And so I want to be thinking about both. And the third thing I'm thinking about is evergreen systems and nurture. I turned high performing launches and activations into evergreen assets. So the one day launch challenge, I've done it live multiple times, but it's continued to work for me on autopilot. It continues to have emails associated with it on the back end that are selling my offers. So I'm constantly able to nurture new subscribers through email. I'm additionally sending regular emails to my list about, you know, internal promotions, but also my content. Like I'm redirecting to the content that's out there. So I'm sending people to my podcast. I'm telling them about new opportunities they have for, you know, people in the industry or with brands in the industry. I'm constantly trying to give people the tools and the systems they need to continue to be effective. Now, when you focus on these three things, sales become the natural next step. And I love that because then you can sell that you can sell without feeling salesy. Sales don't happen because you push harder. It can happen because you push harder. But those are not the good kind and they don't feel good. They happen because you've already built trust. So every freebie, every small offer, every email is a stepping tone, stepping stone. And the next offer is simply the logical continuation. Okay, Think of it less like selling and more like guiding. Removing the next roadblock so that your subscribers can keep moving forward and get to where they want to go. Once someone buys, once, they're not a stranger anymore. And that is such a cool feeling because I have plenty of people in this room, even right now, that aren't strangers to me. They're invested. I even have people that are in my program email us jumpstart that are on this call today because they know the energy is going to be re inspiring. And the people that are invested are people who buy again. Right? They're people who buy again with the right nurture in place. Sales aren't a separate event. They're just the natural rhythm of your list working for you, which is awesome. An email list isn't just a collection of names. It is the most, I cannot reiterate enough. It is the most valuable asset in your business. Your email list is important and it's something that's going to appreciate over time and will pay you back every time you show up. Imagine being able to announce a new product and instantly have people lined up to buy. Imagine waking up to sales that come in overnight because your system kept running without you. Imagine never having to start from zero again because you always have new people coming in who are primed and ready to say yes. Imagine being able to recreate my results. I have this application only launch I did a couple of years ago. I sent five emails. Okay. Those five emails resulted in 215 applications to my group program. 147 of those applications were qualified and approved. I had a 17.6 conversion rate from application approved applications to sales. And during that cart open I did $306,832 because of email. 60,516 of that was collected up front. It's insane. Email can absolutely be life changing. You just have to be willing to learn how to do it, how to use it, how to continue to get better. Because your future clients are already in their inbox. Of the 4 billion email users, 99% of them check their email inbox every single day. Social couldn't come close if they tried. Some email users are even checking their inboxes up to 20 times a day, which seems radically unhealthy. I, I could not. I used to be that person. I can. I cannot no more. But those are people that could buy from you. You don't have to have everything completed before you start. Instead, you're going to write emails as you go and you're gonna send those live. You're gonna review the results and then you're going to automate the things that worked best. You're going to utilize those things in funnels. Now, for example, if you've not been sending emails on a regular basis, you could send emails for the next month. You could send them twice a week with a specific theme each week with the goal of getting people into one of your signature offers. At the end of that month, you would turn it into an automated welcome workflow. So every new person that comes in to your world, they could get a welcome email followed by these eight automated emails. And they have a month of emails coming at them. You can get that set up and it's not hard. The tech is easy. Now I'm going to break down all of this inside of email list jumpstart with all of the templates and scripts to make this process super easy. Email marketing doesn't have to add more to your plate. It can save you time and make you more money. When I first started, I really only created a new job for myself. And I know many of you can probably relate to that where you did something that was not all that dissimilar from what you were doing before. But there wasn't really a business. If I didn't show up, there was zero way for me to continue to bring in money. And I was doing it all. I was doing the marketing, I was doing the sales, I was doing the customer service. I was doing absolutely everything. But I got a wake up call and it took me being in a five car pileup to realize that what I had built wasn't sustainable. I do not want you to have to go through what I've been through to understand that this is an opportunity that you need to be taking advantage of. I dedicated myself to rebuilding my business from the ground up. Focused on strategies that worked when I wasn't able to be there. Whether I was there or not, it was going to keep going. My business was going to keep going. I wanted a business that allowed me to prioritize life first, no matter when it came my way. And I'm so grateful because that shift allowed me to retire my husband from his corporate job. He's now full time at Team vp. Shout out to Jared. He's literally on this call right now, right? That shift has allowed me to watch my nephew a day, a week, his entire infancy. The bond with my nephew is absolutely insane. The shift allowed me to say yes to full time caregiving without hesitation. When my grandmother could no longer live in her home, Jared and I said yes. And a week later, we sold our house a week because we knew the business wasn't going to fall apart. The last month of my grandmother's life, when she was on hospice and I spent as much time with her as I possibly could, my business still brought in over $33,000 to cover salaries for myself and my Entire team because of email. Without an email list, that would not have been possible. It wouldn't. It wouldn't have even been close to possible. And I want you to have a life that you want. You can throttle the growth wherever you want. You can build this thing as big as you want. But I want you to know you have options. You can keep staying where you're at, or you can implement a few strategies and hit that goal you've set for yourself. You could even 2x your income. I've seen clients 4x their income. I've seen clients go to $100,000 months when they're focused on things that are going to make the biggest difference in the lives of their clients. We're not doing this to just get more money. We're doing this to change more lives. Can you see how learning these methods could help you start 2x or even 4x your business? This framework will get you from where you are right now to where you want to go. And our team is ready to support you on this journey. But I like, it's been 49 minutes and we've barely scratched the surface. And I get that you need more than that. I have way more than way, way, way, way, way more to say than what I've been able to say in just a short amount of time. And knowing what I do is, is not the same as having the exact scripts or the templates or the proven shortcuts that is going to make this work. Because when you sit down and do this tomorrow and you try to implement, that's when most people get stuck. And I don't want this to be another training. You just watch and you get excited about email and then you let it collect digital dust. I want this to be the moment where your email list finally becomes the revenue driver in your business that it's meant to be. You see, before doing this workshop today, I was faced with two choices. My first option is that we part ways. And I hope on your own that you can go figure it out. But the truth is, this is where most people get stuck. They're confused about the tech, they overthink what to send, they ghost their list for months at a time, and when they finally try again, it feels like starting over from scratch. I have seen this happen way too many times. So my second option is I could take an active role and responsibility for your success to create a win win situation. We could do this together. Let me hand you the exact templates, tech walkthroughs, and strategies that have made me Literal millions of dollars. The choice feels so easy. You can spend months or years stuck in overwhelm or. Or you can implement what already works and start seeing sales from your list in the next 30 days. I choose the second option. Like I want to spend time with you. You guys are really freaking cool. Really freaking cool. I want to do more of that and I'm taking everything I've learned from a decade in this industry and helping you turn it into consistent revenue that is going to support you and your family. That's my whole goal. And I put it all inside Emailless Jumpstart. So I'm going to share more about that. But I got way more common, so don't go anywhere inside. You're going to build out what I call the Inbox to Income system. Whether you have 0 subscribers or thousands, we all have to start somewhere. And this program is going to help you build not just a list, but a system. You're going to go from inconsistent email marketing or none at all to a fully built email ecosystem. One that attracts the right people, converts subscribers into buyers and keeps selling your offers even when you're offline. I'm not here to just teach you more about email. I'm going to give you plug and play templates that do the heavy lifting for you. I'm going to give you a roadmap that you can implement step by step that's going to take you from zero to a thousand subscribers. I have a proven system to turn those subscribers into buyers. So you're never going to have to wonder what to send, when to send it, or how to grow again. Trust me when I say you're going to want to listen to this whole thing. There's so much more coming, including that free gift I promised at the front. It's still coming. The Inbox to Income system. You'll implement three proven phrases. Okay, the first one is attractive. We're going to create a lead magnet that draws the right people in fast. We're going to then nurture those people sending emails that sound like you, that build trust and move subscribers towards I'm in. And then you're going to convert them. You're going to launch a funnel that sells in real time and on autopilot. These are the exact frameworks I've used to send more than 40 million emails and generate four and a half million dollars plus in digital product sales. Now you can implement them at your own place with support when you need it. You can get access to the entire system. A one time payment of 497 or I wanted to make this literally the most accessible possible. And so I now have a payment plan. So for 12 months you can invest $67 a month and get access to the entire system. So this is open right now. You can go to creative templetshop.com email training but I am going to share more about what's included. The best part is once you learn it, you can implement it again and again. Email is only going to get better with practice and with these strategies you're going to know what to do and how to replicate your results. Now if you have inserted an email yes list yet or you haven't hit your first 1,000 subscribers, or you simply want to fast track your next 1000, I built this for you. Part of email list Jumpstart is a thousand subscriber roadmap. It is your fast track to list growth with a system built for your busy schedule. I know how hectic your lives are. Mine is two and I want to give you something that's easy to implement. Now if you were to work with me one on one, which some of you have in the comments, I'm. I'm pretty sure there's at least a few of you that have worked with me one on one in the comments, it would cost you at least $5,000, which honestly is a bargain and worth every single penny. This is an example of just one client. After a year of working with me, the following year her month to month revenue went up over 85%. That's massive. That is a massive amount of growth in a single year and to go from 120,000 to 250,000. Big jump. Big jump. Now we've only covered part one email list. Jumpstart includes two companion courses and that would include a thousand subscriber Roadmap and Leads on Autopilot. Now Leads on Autopilot is all about helping you never run out of qualified leads again. It is a marketing system to attract both leads on your own and leverage other people's audiences. So those active and passive strategies we talked about earlier, I am like digging into all of the nuances to all of those possibilities and giving you real things you can implement. I'm also talking about copy and messaging and like all the important things around that. There's so much in this but this is going to keep you consistently getting new leads. I even have an exclusive interview with conversion copywriter specialist Lander Sulzer. She's worked with huge names in this industry like Brandon Lucero, Elise Darma, Rebecca Rice and Boss Project. You are going to love this conversation. It's definitely going to give you some tangible takeaways. And I couldn't stop there because I had more to say. And so there's three. There's three courses. What can I say? The next one being Next Level Funnels. The funny thing is, last year I went to build out this program. It was originally planned to be two parts and I got to the end of the second part and I was like, it's missing. I can't, I can't. I can't not put this out there. So the people who purchased in my beta round, they got a whole nother course that hadn't even talked about. So the majority of you have no idea this even exists. But Next Level Funnels is how you're going to put those sales on autopilot with a funnel that actually works in real time. And in Evergreen. It is so cool. I love seeing the system in action. Now I want to make sure you have all of the tools and templates. I'm not just teaching you what to do, I'm giving you everything you need to do it. So you're going to get a lead magnet template. You're going to get a delivery email template. You're going to get the swipe email copy, easy to follow tech tutorials. I do not want to leave you hanging at any stage. Just that alone is worth 500 bucks. And then community and support. You're going to get access to a private community of online business owners who are growing right alongside you. So you are going to have accountability and encouragement and a safe place to troubleshoot. And I have so many exciting things I'm going to be updating in the community here shortly. But this is a huge part of what I think is going to make this work for you. Plus, because you're here today, you're going to unlock these additional bonuses, which are crazy. They're worth over 2, 500 all on their own. One being 101 lead magnets that convert. So I know a lot of you are going to struggle with how do I make that sexy headline? How do I make something that's really going to engage an audience and magnetize them to me? I gave you 101 lead magnets and it includes some additional structures. So it's email-training creative templateshop.com email-training I'll have Jared drop it in the chat for you guys. So this is going to help you really magnetize those right people to you. And you're going to have a headline structure so that you can adjust. It's going to give you ideas that are fully laid out, but then it's also going to give you some mad lib style things you can be doing. Next up, we are including the email funnel planner. Now, as you guys do more sexy and complex email funnels, this is going to be a really essential tool for you to be able to visually map out how someone is going to work through your email system. So say goodbye to haphazard emails and create a strategic organized marketing funnel that's going to convert. You're going to see how I'm visually setting that up to work the best. It's so gold. It's so. And it's so easy to use. It's so easy to use. You're also going to get my email newsletter mastery guide. So it's so fascinating to me. I started my email list long before email newsletters became kind of like their own way to monetize. Now I have friends in this industry that their email newsletter is their product and they're monetizing through brand deals. Some of them even have paid email newsletters. If you are stuck on what the heck to say, this email newsletter mastery guide is going to be incredible at getting you unstuck and inspired. You're going to write compelling newsletters that get opens and clicks and it's so good. Now maybe my fast, my favorite thing and this is one of the things that's going to get you the fastest results. It's the fastest path I know how to turn a brand new subscriber into a paying customer. It's a quick set it up, impossible to ignore and shockingly profitable funnel. And it's the words, the world's smallest funnel. So I can't wait to walk you through that process and how easy it is to set up. Now there are more than four and a half billion email users. 88% of those are checking their email multiple times a day. 39% of them are checking them three to five times a day. 27% check it 10 to 20 times a day. 22% check 20 plus times a day. And there's a few of you that are only checking it once a day and that's okay. But think about all of those people as potential customers. That is like ridiculous. Ridiculous. Email marketing is the best revenue for small businesses, period. There was a survey of 750 businesses across more than 14 industries and they all agreed that this was their best source of revenue from like actual P and L statements like not just opinions but this was showing on paper. Now I can teach you how to price your products and optimize your offers and systemize at scale. But if you don't know how to effectively and consistently reach your potential and existing customers, as a business coach I failed you and so I don't want that to happen. I know far too much about what works in the online business world to keep this information to myself. I'm not holding anything back to learn the strategies that I'm teaching inside this program. Test, fail, repeat. It took me sending 42 million emails and yes, that is a very real screenshot from inside my actual email provider analytics. And technically I've had three other email service providers before this one. So I've sent way more emails than this. Way more. But how about you skip sending 42 million emails? Copy fly ups and tech failures. I've never shared publicly and I will warn you before you hit bumps in the road that will slow you down. Now the benefits of joining obviously include education. You're going to get a step by step system to just follow in order. The lessons are laid out for you. Now what I love is that this is more accessible than ever. So there's an app. You're going to be able to access this content on your phone so you could listen on the go while you're working out, while you're walking the dog. There's even an offline mode if you wanted to pre download content before a flight. That's definitely an option. Or if you're gonna like remote hike I suppose you could do that. A lot of people ask me about that and these are the proven frameworks I've used myself to drive multiple seven figures. You're also getting access to that community and support. Like I mentioned, this is instant access to our 24,7 community platform. You can get tech and strategy questions answered by myself like I am actually in the community answering real people's questions. I have been absolutely known to send people a loom video response or a thoroughly typed out response or if there's like a tech thing. We've reached out to various systems and support teams on clients behalf before. So we're here to support you and we're here to get you the most concierge service possible. You're also going to get the support of more than 550 like minded small businesses. Now this doesn't have to be overwhelming. This is thousands of dollars worth of discounts included in this process to make decision making easy including lifetime access so you never have to pay for updates on anything. I want to make your next decision simple so that you know what to do and in what order. So the very high level basics of what's included is the thousand subscriber roadmap leads on autopilot next level funnels the templates and swipe files necessary to help you implement those things. The community and support and the live bonuses we went over today, that's a total value of more than $4,800. But you're not paying that. Honestly it would be worth it for one of the single templates that converts more leads into buyers, but that's just a small portion of what's inside. You're going to get the entire inbox to income system, all three phases, all templates, all bonuses for just 497 or you can start today for just $67. And I've never had a payment plan before so this is the first. I would love to have you join us. Creative templateshop.com email training and it's simple. I'd love to see you join us. Now. Total payments of 67 to get started today or a one time payment of 497. You're going to pay in full and never have to pay again. Now if today resonated with you, I'm dedicated to spreading this message and helping more small business owners become financially free and I'd love to see see you share this experience. So if you want to share on social that you attended or what your biggest takeaway was with a friend, I would invite them to sign up for this workshop Shop after it's over@creative templateshop.com email and I will personally make sure that they get a copy of the replay. Now as a token of my appreciation and your attention to this message, I have one more promise to deliver on. I am finally ready to reveal what I've been giving what I'm giving all of you just for staying with me until the very end. Over the last few years I've sent millions of emails and have been testing more subject lines than you can imagine. I'm not sure the emails have resulted in millions of dollars of revenue across hundreds of various products and price points. Everyone is welcome and I'm excited to see you inside. That's creative templateshop.com email training now. Sorry about the crazy annotated feature that threw me off there for a second, but I would love to answer your questions, so feel free free to pop those in the chat. We have more than 20 minutes, so if you have specific things you want me to answer, I am all ears. Rachel, I'm in. I know you're the most supportive coach, Abigail. I love to hear it. Thank you so much. And Jenny, I'm so excited for you to be joining us as well. It's going to be so good. Okay, Janelle's question. Do you have any thoughts on a regular newsletter with a similar name? So people become familiar with what to expect with separate sales emails as they become relevant? An upcoming launch. That would mean email subject headings are less important. Not necessarily. So email subject headings, in my opinion, you shouldn't just put the name of the email. Like if you're gonna. If you're gonna call your newsletter a thing and it's gonna have a dedicated name, I would not make the subject line the dedicated name of the newsletter. The only thing I would change about that is having like the heading at the top of the email and like the branding of the email be consistent. The subject line is still critical and something I would be changing for every Single email because you want it to be something that people don't glaze over. You want someone to be excited every single time. Now could you do that in addition to separate sales emails? Sure. I wouldn't necessarily consider sales separate because you don't want to train people that value only happens when you're not selling to them. Because that's not true. You can deliver value and sell to them at the same time. So I wouldn't shy away from selling directly in your newsletter. It doesn't have to be something you do every single time and it can be more subtle and overt at various times, but that can be changed up. So let's see. I want to make sure I am getting everybody's questions. I can't wait to get started. So excited for you, Lovette. Thank you, Abigail, as always for over delivering. This is gold. Appreciate you. Incredible. Someone asked for the free guide link. That is creative templateshop.com email-secret Sarah, the link for the bonuses are all included inside, but if you can't find something, let us know. But I will send. I'll send a special email so that you know where to find all of those. Um, thank you.
B
All right, I have a couple questions that I. Yeah.
A
Yeah, let's do it.
B
Okay, so one question was about like the pace of emails. Some PK is in a coaching program that is suggesting 12 emails a week during launch and finds that obsess excessive.
A
So I want you to remember that the majority of businesses, big businesses, are emailing every single day, often multiple times a day. Is that as true as it was 10 years ago? Maybe not quite as much. But like, think of like search your email for Target or Anthropology or Kohl's or it doesn't matter where, but like search for a big box name. Look at how often they're sending. It is very frequent. And I think the thing to remember with email frequency is our goal is never to annoy someone. And if, if that's ultimately what's happening, they're going to unsubscribe and that's okay. Like, unsubscribes are not a bad thing. It just means we're not somebody's cup of tea in that moment. I've had plenty of people that have unsubscribed and come back. I've been doing this 10 years. Of course they come and go. That's part of it. In terms of frequency, I would say a minimum would be every other week, at least once as like a bare, bare, bare minimum, twice a month. Okay. Ideally at least once a week. At this point, I'm emailing consistently four times a week. Once on Sunday, two for podcasts, and then once on Friday is like a recap. Now, during an open cart period, meaning I'm actively in a launch and I'm actively selling, I am putting things out there every single day. So there is a sales email every single day and then the last day there's at least two. I've, I've seen some people do three emails on the final day. Now I do occasionally do more emails than that I have been known to. During an open cart period, I may have like a full sales email on a day, but I'm also sharing a podcast later in the day and the podcast is related and like, the sales messaging is much quieter, but it's still included. So I could be sending 12 emails during launch period. Absolutely. And I don't think that's too much at all. But I wouldn't do that all the time. If you do that all the time, you're going to get what's called list fatigue and it's going to be hard to sell to them if they're always being sold to, they're stopping opening their emails if they're always being sold to, or if they're always being sold to loudly. You can sell to people every single time and have it not be like, hit your head over, you know, with a pan, buy this. You know, sometimes it can be really subtle. What other, what other questions did you get, Jared?
B
Okay, I'm hoping with some tech things. In the chat, somebody asked, how do you get your lead magnets? Jill asked, how do you get your lead magnets out into the world so they can then build your mailing list? She primarily operates through a referral basis of her business.
A
So if you're opera, if you're operating primarily through referrals, an email list is going to help you kind of slowly shift that so that you are less reliant on referrals. In terms of how to get it out there. It kind of depends on your industry and your ideal client, but you want to show up where your people are showing up. So it could be Instagram, it could be YouTube, it could be LinkedIn substack. It's just going to, it's just going to depend. And ultimately you want to get those people over there as quickly as possible so that you can consistently talk to them. And so I have specific strategies inside the training that kind of talk through how do you market it, how do you get in front of people, how do you, what are the things you would say or how do you present it so that you're still giving value in your kind of marketing push, but it's getting people to convert. Do I think, do I, do you think I should give people the option to opt out of a sales launch program offer? Like they aren't interested in that offer so they can opt out of emails for the launch. So I do that sometimes. Sometimes I'm like, no, I want everyone to hear about this and if they don't want to hear about this, then they're probably not a good fit for my business. That's been like an option I've picked, but there are some times where I feel like it's not going to be a fit for everybody and that's okay. But I also don't want people to just unsubscribe because they don't want to keep hearing about something that they're not a fit for. And so we will use something called a link trigger to build a group of people that is not interested in a particular program or offer and we will just not email them for that particular launch. Generally speaking, we don't make those like forever. Like if someone opts out, they're not opting out of ever hearing about this program ever. They're only opting out of this particular launch. What other questions lashawn I think what's hard is feeling like the email list isn't enough to start with example with today you gave us podcasts to listen to or you'll give us blogs to read prior to the webinar. How long is it okay to focus on email only and then build to over delivering with beneficial homework resources that also help. Hope this makes sense. I know plenty of people. Plenty of people. The email is the way they're delivering that information. So for example, Justin Welsh, he is a large creator on LinkedIn. He originally started his newsletter sending it once a week and the once a week newsletter was the content. Like that was it like he wasn't also blogging, he wasn't also podcasting. Now he does do some blogs, but essentially they're just his email like his mo his best performing emails have been moved over to his blog. But. But it's not separate. Like it's not an entirely different thing. I'm crazy. Like the amount of content Boss Project has produced over 10 years is unreal. But I've also had a lot of help. Like I couldn't do everything I do without help. So by no means is anyone else expecting that of you. Also something to consider if you're too busy. So is your ideal client, like, if you wouldn't have time to listen or do the thing, they probably don't either, and that's okay. All right, looks like there might be a couple tech issues. We'll get those sorted for you guys and also send an email out about that. Jared, what other questions do we have about email?
B
We had a question from Shamaya. What if I can't come up with a perfect lead magnet? Is something like a wait list for a newsletter acceptable instead?
A
I think it's a fine place to start if you can be clear on what your plan is like what you plan to deliver in that thing. I think that is only going to get you so far. So you just promoting. Just join. My newsletter is going to appeal to your warmest audience. So the people who've already built trust with you. If you want to appeal to people who don't know you at all, that's where lead magnets come into play. Lead magnets are going to be the most attractive to people that don't know you, versus there's plenty of other people that already are bought into the way you work that are going to go about things a little bit differently, like from a user behavior perspective, because they've been in your world a long time. If you have a specific question, let me know.
B
We have a question from Lori in the chat about how did you. How do we decide on which email platform to use? What made it more appealing than others?
A
Yeah, so I have a whole section on this inside the program. Um, I'll also have Jared post reply to you in the chat. We have a blog post about why Flodesk. Um, I'm pretty sure it's bossproject.com blog/flodesk review. Pretty sure that's what it is. But why did we choose that? So I've been with many other email platforms over time and I used to think more features the better. Like the more bells and whistles, the more opportunity for customization and optimization. And even, even at the size of lists we have, which is large, which is quite large, that level of customization is unnecessary. Like, unless you have more than a million subscribers. Most of these huge platforms like something like ActiveCampaign, are really built for people with massive lists that need to really target different groups of people. If you have less than a hundred thousand subscribers, you're typically emailing the majority of your list, if not your whole list, every single time you send an email. And so when I Went to look around. I was really tired of all the email platforms were like very, for lack of a better way to say it, they were very ugly. The user interface was clunky and if you wanted to send a pretty email, it meant you had to know custom code. And I was not interested in that. And so what I love about flodesk is that it's beautiful and like it's very out of the box beautiful. Like you don't have to spend a lot of time customizing it to make it look nice. And with my background in design, having beautiful emails was important to me and so that was a huge part of it. Also, from like a cost perspective, it is one of the least expensive options on the market and it's just getting more powerful by the day. Like they've recently announced integrations with Squarespace and Thrive Cart and I don't know, they're already integrated with Zapier so you can connect to pretty much anything. But it is just getting more robust all the time. I'm a big believer in the company. It's a women owned company and they've never taken outside funding. Like it's completely bootstrapped and they're thriving. So love what they stand for. Ah, Ray just signed up and I can't wait to get started. I love to hear that. I love the simplicity and beauty of Flo. It's so easy. And I love pretty things too. I love that it integrates with the checkout. They do have a checkout option and then they do have more integrations that they're working on. Totally agree. Elizabeth. I joined email as Jumpstart last year. Is it the same program? Yep, it absolutely is. I would love to see you go back through it though and continue to benefit. You have lifetime access. Incredible. Jared, any other last questions before we wrap up? You're muted. I can't hear you at all. Sorry.
B
Stephanie is asking about like one on one support. We've had a couple other questions in here about that and about like your coaching.
A
Yeah. So in terms of one on one support or feedback, you are more than welcome as part of this to lead detailed questions inside the community. I am in there every single workday and review those and we'll give personalized feedback for your unique situation. If you want more private support, that is an option we have. But you would need to email us at hello boss project to get something like that set up. But like I mentioned earlier, one on one does start at 5,000, so doing this in the group environment, it can be kind of Nerve wracking at first to share those things, but I found that doing so, so many people are going to benefit. You're going to ask a question and like 10 other people are going to be like, oh, like I also have a very similar question. And then they're going to be able to watch what I'm responding with and be able to also benefit from that. And in addition to that, you're also going to get their feedback. So use the community. That's what it's there for. You're going to get out of it what you put into it and I want to continue to see you guys really get as much out of that as you possibly can. Ray says, I really crave and look forward to the community. I can't wait to see who else joins. Amazing. Well, today has been so incredible. I know you may have additional questions and so if you do, I don't want you to feel like you're lost. You can always drop us an email@helloossproject.com if you have additional questions. Jenny says, I really think this is going to be such a game changer. Couldn't agree more. So if you have more questions about the program and about joining, you can email helloossproject.com if you have any other questions or you would prefer to direct that question specifically to me, you're welcome to DM me over on Instagram. So if you go to at Boss Project, my personal profile, Abigail says is linked. Feel free to send me a message and I will get back to you but I would love to see you join and like I mentioned, like it's crazy. What, what did I do here? 67 bucks. Like you can get started today for $67. So if this is something that's on your mind, like this will change the game for you. 497. If you got one client, one client from this process, it would be worth it. I'm in. Amazing. Sharon, I'm so excited for you. One client would absolutely change the game and you're going to be able to use this again and again and again to earn more revenue. So I have a system built out for you. I cannot wait for you to use it. I cannot wait for you to get 10x back. Let's make $5,000 in the next 30 days or the next 90 days. Set a goal for yourself, put stuff in motion. I want to see you be successful. I know you have the tools in front of you and it's about you utilizing them. So dive in. Everything is available for you right now. Like you could dive in today. You could start going through the program today, and if you have questions, go post in the community. We're here to support you. Erica, thank you so much. Thank you, Janelle. It has been such a joy to spend some time with you. Jenny. Amazing. I have loved seeing you guys. I miss you. I don't do enough of these workshops. We will make sure to get out a replay so you can watch this again and consume it again and get more nuances. And we're here to support you if you have any questions. And I cannot wait to see you inside.
