Hey guys. Lately I've been more intentional about what I wear day to day. I lean into pieces that feel effortless and comfortable, but I still need to look put together. After all, I am running a media company and that's why Quint has become my go to. It just makes getting dressed simpler because the fabrics are elevated, the fits are flattering and everything just works without having to overthink it. I have been wearing the 100% washable silk skin slip dress all the time. I have it in navy and I plan to buy it in champagne. It just looks elevated and you can wear it with a blazer or jean jacket however you want to wear it, flats or high heels. It's just sort of a staple in my wardrobe and I can't get enough of it really. It is such high quality silk and the best part is you don't have to drop it off at the dry cleaner afterwards. There's a powerful man whose relationship with Jeffrey Epstein has shockingly escaped scrutiny. Name and that's the man in this picture with Epstein's housekeepers, John Kerry, a former senator, a presidential nominee, a Secretary of State, a climate envoy, and a member of Biden's National Security Council. He has held these titles at the highest levels of US Government and intelligence apparatuses for the past three decades. And yet, here's Kerry in a Facebook picture posted by Epstein's housekeeper, Joan Lune Fontania, in Epstein's home. So why is this important? Well, what drew me to Carrie was my initial shock when I learned from Virginia Giuffre she encountered him during the height of Epstein's sex trafficking operation. Virginia accused Governor Bill Richardson, former Prince Andrew, Maine Senator George Mitchell, and the former Prime Minister of Israel, Ehud Barak of sexual abuse. She met Kerry just years before he ran for President in 2004. Virginia and I became close when I traveled around the country with her, finding witnesses who could speak to the abuse that she and so many others suffered under Epstein and his rich and powerful friends who have faced no accountability for their crimes. Everybody who went into Jeffrey's house knew what was going on. You Couldn't be a pizza delivery boy and walk in Epstein's houses and not know what's going on. You walk into the houses, naked pictures everywhere, young girls everywhere, Old dude not married. Like, it's not hard to just put two and two together, really. She told me about Carrie and three others. So I dove into the files. It took me 10 months. I looked through thousands of documents, and what I found was a paper trail that painted an intricate web between Epstein and Kerry. One in which John Kerry was not only present at his home and on his plane, according to sworn testimony, but where Epstein was offering to introduce a number of rogue characters, like Trump's advisor, Steve Bannon, a disgraced Norwegian diplomat, Terje Rod Larson, who's being investigated by Norway's Economic Crimes Unit, and a tarred Emirati shipping tycoon who wrote an email to Epstein about how much he loved the torture video. It's a long and complicated trail that I plan to lay out for you in this episode. Although you can look through all the documents yourself if you go to tarapalmari.com by becoming a paid subscriber, you can support this kind of relentless, exclusive investigative journalism. This has never been reported before by mainstream media because they've missed the crux of the Epstein story, and it's one that the survivors have held the keys to for so long. I keep saying it. Listen to the women. They know what happened because of my investigation. Democratic Congressman Ro Khanna said he'll call John Kerry to testify before the House Oversight Committee about his relationship with Epstein. So far, Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton have been called, along with Trump's Commerce Secretary, Howard Lutnick, and his former Attorney General, Bill Barr, among many others. I want to start by saying that back in 2019, when Epstein was arrested for the second time, John Kerry spokesperson maintained that the former Secretary of State did not know him personally. But now we have a much more clear picture thanks to the release of the Epstein files. Well, at least some of them remember. At least 2.5 million we haven't seen for national security reasons. And this story may explain why this investigation is not only based on the files and Virginia's words to me, but also the sworn testimony of Epstein's former chef, David Richard Mullen. When he spoke to the FBI in 2006, he said that he recalled seeing Carrie on Epstein's plane. And, of course, Carrie was in Epstein's little black book. But there's more. Epstein seemed to have put a bet on Carrie a long time ago that his political star would be lasting, he donated $2,000 to his Senate campaigns in 1991 and then again to his presidential campaign in 2002. Something which Carrie's spokesperson, who didn't want to be named by the way, called a negligible amount compared to the $28 million Carrie has raised over his political career. There are emails in which Epstein is straight up fantasizing about Carrie reemerging into national politics. As late as 2016, he wrote an email to himself with the subject carry scheme about a scenario in which Hillary Clinton gets indicted and Kerry jumps into the race at the last minute because he has the money to do it and he won more states than Biden. He then fantasized about this scheme with others, like Obama's former deputy counsel, Kathy Rumler. But here's the thing. It goes even further back to when Kerry was Secretary of State. State at the height of his power, Epstein was acting as an unofficial broker to him. He tried to connect him with a disgraced Norwegian diplomat. Terhe Rod Larson, who helped Epstein get visas for victims, borrowed money from him, and Epstein planned to give his two children $10 million in his will. Sadly, ter his son, his 25 year old son, died last month by suicide as both of his parents are being investigated for their ties to Epstein. This was all happening as Kerry was negotiating the Iran nuclear deal. And Rod Larson had a lot of interest in it and how it turned out. In fact, he was tracking it every day in emails with Jeffrey Epstein. They were sending emails daily almost about John Kerry and what he was doing. Notably, Rod Larson was the main architect of the oslo Accords, the first agreement between Israel and Palestine in 1991, which many have seen as favoring Israel. Israel is paying very close attention to the Iran deal. And as we know, Epstein was very close to Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak and donated to a number of pro settlement foundations.

And then there's just the controversy that's been hanging over the Oslo Accords and the missing files. They're still missing to this day. And now we know that the person who was at the center of it all, Rod Larson and his wife. He had poor judgment. He was willing to accept money from Jeffrey Epstein, from shady people like him, which, if he was doing that back in 1991, could have left him vulnerable to outside influence. And then there's the Emirati shipping executive, Sultan Ahmed Bin Solomon, who asked Epstein to connect him to Carrie when Carrie was visiting the United Arab Emirates. And as Secretary of State, you'll remember him. He was the one who loved the torture video. And at first, that email was redacted. His name was redacted by the Department of Justice until US Lawmakers called it out and said, why is this man's name redacted? That is not for national security reasons. It wasn't just Carrie. Epstein appeared to be working Carrie's Deputy Secretary of State, too, William Burns, who went on to serve as CIA Director under Biden. So Epstein wasn't just grooming his victims, but the powerful men who he tried to move around like chess pieces by offering proximity to power, jobs, money, and influence. Burns met with Epstein twice while he was Deputy Secretary of State, once in Washington and then again at his home in New York, both times after Epstein was a sex offender. By the way, if you know anything about the State Department, it's deeply tied to the CIA. Diplomats often run assets for the CIA from their official postings abroad. Now, Byrne's spokesperson said he discussed potential business opportunities with Epstein as he was getting ready to leave for the private sector. But their relationship appeared to be even closer than that. Epstein invited him and his wife to his island, where so much of the depravity happened. Burns turned him down because he had to go on another assignment abroad as Deputy Secretary of State. Burns spokesperson said they had no relationship outside of the two meetings, but admitted that Epstein may have connected Burns to tech billionaire Peter Thiel over email. Epstein also tried to connect him with LinkedIn founder Reid Hoffman. In one email, Epstein claims that he's planning to have Peter Thiel, Bill Burns, and the former Prime Minister of Israel, Ehud Barak at his home in New York. Burns spokesperson said he didn't attend that meeting, but it didn't stop there. As late as 2018, when Steve Bannon was a Trump advisor, Epstein was offering to introduce him to John Kerry in Washington. He sent a text message to Bannon saying Kerry was coming to Washington if he wanted to meet him. He then learned Kerry was no longer visiting D.C. and offered Burns instead. I tried to reach Kerry personally to talk about this. He didn't pick up his housekeeper did, though. Can I leave a message for him? This is Tara Palmeri. I'm writing a piece about him. Do you mind to call him, like probably in two hours? Okay. Okay, I'll try him back in two hours. Thank you. Since then, I have not heard back from Kerry's spokesperson as to whether Kerry would willingly testify before the House Oversight and Government Reforms Committee. Now that Ro Khanna says that he's going to call for it. But I can tell you this. His spokesperson refused to give me his name on the record. And when I read you his statement to me, you will see that it is entirely tone deaf. This is a man who represents the former Secretary of State and this is a statement to me, quote, we'd need an Ouija board to guess why Epstein suggested Steve Bannon meet Kerry in Washington D.C. in 2018. Secretary Kerry went home to Boston after the Obama administration ended up. He wasn't in Washington D.C. was never scheduled to be in Washington, and did not have a meeting or meeting request from that cast of characters, period. Which isn't surprising since he didn't have a relationship with Bannon or Epstein and wasn't in contact with either of them. John Kerry wasn't in Washington ever in 2018. It's a pretty definitive statement. When I asked Kerry's spokesperson what they received from EPSTEIN in the FedEx that he sent to Kerry days after he launched a super pac when his campaign for presidency failed and he needed a vehicle for relevance, they were even more obtuse. FedEx, no clue what it was. In the year following his presidential election, both his PAC office and his Senate office were bombarded with people mailing unsolicited books, articles, memos, letters, all kinds of materials. I remember how vividly our Senate mailroom was with people mailing him stuff from all over the world. Well, this wasn't the Senate mailroom. It was his pack, by the way, and just days after he launched it. So he must have gotten the inside scoop on that one. After all, what would Epstein be sending Carrie after his campaign fell apart? Unless he saw Carrie as someone who was going to have outsized influence for the next two decades, which he did. And Epstein in turn peddled access to that influence. And that access is currency in Washington and everywhere, really. Thank you for listening to this. If you support this kind of cleared eyed accountability.
