Bobby's USDA organic European inspired infant formulas were created by moms who couldn't find a formula that met their standards so they decided to make it themselves. And thank goodness they did because when my son was born he was transferred to the neonatal unit for bilirubin lite treatment immediately after a very scary and difficult birth. Breastfeeding was nearly impossible for him in those first few weeks and I wanted to find trustworthy formula like my relatives use in Sweden. And then we discovered Bobby. It was the only formula we trusted for our son's nutrition and we could effortlessly switch between breastfeeding and formula feeding and Bobby is the only formula he'd drink. Bobby formulas are designed for easy digestion just like breast milk and made with high quality premium ingredients you can feel good about putting in your baby's bottle. I love knowing that Bobby thinks through every detail, every step, every test, every ounce so we parents don't have to. Every single batch goes through over 2000 safety and quality checks plus third party testing for heavy metals before it even leaves their U.S. facility. Bobby was named the top organic infant formula in 2025 by Parents magazine, what to Expect and Baby List. It's trusted by parents and loved by over 700,000 babies. If you want to feed with confidence too, head to hibobi.com that's Hibby H I B O B-B-I-E.com to find the formula trusted by parents and loved by their babies. 700,000 and counting the Telepathy Tapes is brought to you by Progressive Insurance. Here's Jill hi, I'm Jill Blakeway. I'M an acupuncturist and author and I was featured in the energy medicine episodes of the Telepathy Tapes. And I know people had a lot of questions and I'm really happy to answer them. So we're going to take this time to answer some of the things that came up for you when, when you listen to those episodes. So our first question is. Hi Jill, thank you for being on the podcast. What daily practice would you recommend for each of us to stay in coherence to promote our own health and healing daily practices? I don't have many, I adhere to that no dogma, have fun kind of way of seeing this. So I don't have a very rigid thing at all. What I do is before I start clinic, I get into a flow and I start by saying yes to the day. Saying yes to anything in the day that is going to be a curveball. Yes, yes, yes, there will be curveballs. I get a yes to my cup of coffee, a yes to the dogs, my husband and the trees. And then I carry that yes with me, that kind of openness with me into the clinic. And then before I start work, I ground myself. I very much feel my feet on the floor. Sometimes I even imagine putting a great big anchor chain down into the center of the earth. I get myself very in my body, body and then I, after that I just do my thing and have fun. And I, I don't overthink it. So I don't, I don't think this is as complicated as people think it is. I think this is our birthright. I think we can all heal each other. I think that's what you know when, if, if you're a mum, you will remember your little one falling over, scraping their knee and you kiss their knee and they're instantly much better. They stop crying. That's a form of energy medicine. I think it's not a, it's not a very complicated can all do it, but it is a form of energy medicine. It's a prompt to self healing. And it may well be placebo, but as I said in the episode, placebo is also a form of energy medicine. It's a prompt to coherence. And so I don't overthink it. This person says. In looking at the reviews of Jill's book, there are a number of reports of her citing scientific studies that have been debunked. A few examples, the EEG twin study where separated twins could have their brain waves altered simultaneously when only one was, was exposed to a stimuli proving that there's a invisible unifying energy between twins that transcends space and time. Only 2 out of 13 groups had this effect, and even the scientists writing the study concluded the results should not be taken as conclusive evidence of anything. The Pear Institute study showing people with positive attitude or intentions could have a very small effect on the outcome of what is essentially a coin flipping computer. Look up Pear Institute on Wikipedia and find that all of their studies have been heavily criticized for bad practices, lack of documentation, and results that could not be reproduced by other labs. I want to take her seriously, but can she respond to any of the responses to her claims? Thank you. Well, thank you actually, very good question. And I think it's very important to be skeptical. In fact, a sort of open skepticism is a very important thing.
