There is something that happens when you get in a room with the right people that just cannot be replicated by a course, a podcast, or a live stream. The energy shifts, the excuses fall away, and you leave with a level of clarity and momentum that you couldn't create on your own. The Think Media Mastermind is that room. It's a live, in person, two day event in Las Vegas. It's small by design, intensive, and by application only because we make sure the room is stacked with incredible creators and business owners. If you're serious about using YouTube to build your business or grow your side income, stop waiting and go apply right now@thinkmediamastermind.com all right, let's dive into today's podcast.
Nick
We needed to do that we had wanted to do for a long time, but life was busy and it was easier to just keep doing the same thing. It was kind of that moment where it was like, okay, the time has come, let's just do it.
Lisa
That's Nick and Lisa. They've lived completely off grid for more than 25 years. And a little over one year ago, I had the opportunity to work with them as their YouTube coach. And after nine years of almost no growth, they generated more views in our first 16 months together than they had in the previous nine years combined, adding over 4.4 million views and 67,000 subscribers along the way. And this conversation you're about to listen to was originally recorded at our live Think Media Mastermind this year. And after seeing the impact that it had in the room, I actually asked Nick and Lisa and our team if it was cool just to share it publicly.
Think Media Coach
So buckle up.
Lisa
We got the green light. In this episode of the Think Media podcast, we're going to break down the packaging strategy behind their breakout videos, how they turned YouTube into a real business that supports their entire family, and this simple, sneaky, paid workbook experiment that just added more than $6,000 in YouTube driven revenue in a couple months. And for the first time on this podcast, you're gonna actually sit in on the private zoom call where we decided to test that experiment in real time.
Think Media Coach
Let's jump in what's been the most helpful part of our sessions together as we're engineering videos to over perform,
Nick
I would say beginning with the end in mind. And we're, we're looking at, of course, the, the standard things that we've picked up from you guys. The title, thumbnail, the hook. I think the hook was the big. You know, we knew that title was kind of important before we knew the thumbnail had something to do with it, but we'd never really thought about the hook. And so that one was a new one for me. And where the hook is concerned.
Lisa
I remember so many times we would, like make our attempt at a hook and then we would meet with Nathan and he would, you know, listen through it or whatever, and he'd be like, okay, I really think you need to start it right there and then move this sentence over here and rearrange these few things. So it was like, it was still the stuff we had. It was just re engine, like re engineered so that way it like as soon as. Duh, that's awesome. Like, we already had it. It was right there. It was just a matter of the strategy of how that hook played out and actually drew people in. And that. That was pretty awesome.
Nick
And we spent some time on Vidiq, you know, with you outliers and all of that stuff that our friends earlier were talking about. Good stuff. And I'm sure that that all factored in as well.
Think Media Coach
For sure. The, like studying outliers, looking at those. Just what Sean was just doing. Looking at the thumbnail. Architecting.
Lisa
Right.
Think Media Coach
Based off what's been proven to be successful. Which. Which is simple to say. It is harder to actually go do because you have to understand and be able to diagnose. Why did that video do that? Well, but you all have done so good at this and you picked it up so fast that now this is kind of just a system that's on repeat. Yeah.
Nick
One other thing I wanted to mention. I think it's also been trying to understand our audience better. That has been pivotal for us because the whole. When we started out, we. If you asked us who our audience was, we'd look like a deer in the headlights. I don't know.
Think Media Coach
Yeah.
Nick
And it has been. Honestly, it has just taken time and practice and experience to see what works and what doesn't. And it's like, oh, I think they like this. And well, that bombed out. I guess they didn't like that. And just over time, repetition, trying again and again and trying different things. Don't just do the same thing again and again. It's helped us to dial in what is really resonating with our audience.
Think Media Coach
Yeah, that's huge. I think those are some key ingredients. So, you know, obviously views are there to the tune of millions. But here's the question that we had to ask.
Lisa
If you go viral and it's your
Think Media Coach
worst sales month, did you win?
Lisa
Whew.
Think Media Coach
Those like, ouch. Sometimes, you know, and it's like, because this is what you were experiencing. This is why I love this conversation, because it's actually you. I'm grateful for you all to just agree to kind of be vulnerable here because we're all just trying to learn together. Like, you have all the views and that attributed to some nice ad revenue for that month. Right? It was like. It's like, it hits when it hits. It's not dependable. And so we actually really had to work on these latter parts of the bridge. And as your coach, too, by the way, like, just feeling the responsibility of wow, you know, these are the kind of metrics any strategist hopes for, to be honest. You know what I mean? Like, wow, you're just. You're crushing it. But it's part of my responsibility to push back and make sure. Like, how are we defining crushing it? Because if it is just views, and if I'm coaching you to rely on views, and we went the direction of how do we just keep doing that and we start judging videos based off whether or not they're gonna cross a million views, I have just sucked as your coach. I have failed you, you know, and so we had to work on this, this other part of the bridge so you could build something sustainable. So let's shift into this. All right, so leads. I love it. You know, Nick or Lisa, if you could just share, because you actually have experience in paying, right? Paying for. For some lead generation. And that's obviously changed dramatically now. You're. You're currently not doing that. We're. It's all organic call to actions, which we don't need to spend too much time on because we've really gone through that. But I would love to hear about the.
Nathan Eswine
Before.
Think Media Coach
What's. What was that experience like? Like, just paying for ads. How'd it go?
Lisa
It was awful. We spent thousands, and I mean thousands of dollars in Facebook ads just trying to grow our business.
Nick
And Google Ads and.
Lisa
Yeah, and Google Ads too.
Nick
And we were paying 1000 bucks a month for a ads specialist guy to help us with those ads. So that was in addition to the ad spend.
Lisa
Yeah, so it was a lot of money we sunk into Facebook ads just trying to get good leads. And honestly, I don't know any of those. I think we had like two or three sales, and it was. I mean, it was abysmal.
Nick
Our cost per lead was great. We were getting it down to a buck a lead, which is good. But, yeah, after I tracked it and we were seeing, like, almost nothing in the follow up and After a year of emailing them weekly, two thirds, roughly two thirds of them had never opened a single email. And we have good open rates on our email list. And so that was when I saw that it was like, okay, this is for the birds. I don't know if there's a bunch of bots on Facebook or what. It's working for some people, but not for us.
Lisa
So then when we went to that, when we did that 521 series, all of a sudden YouTube is paying us, like, you know, not a lot, but it was still. We were getting money in pocket and we were getting hundreds of leads. Thousands, thousands of leads for free. And we were just like, okay, duh. Like, who wants to pay for leads anymore?
Nick
Yeah, in that one month they paid us 1500 bucks and we got, what was it, like 2000 leads or something like that. So from YouTube.
Think Media Coach
That was a check from YouTube, like
Nick
partner for the advertising.
Think Media Coach
Wow.
Nick
Plus all those leads.
Think Media Coach
That's a different way to operate. That's pretty cool. So currently it's kind of cool. So this organic call to action in every single video is garnered. You like about a 15,000 person email. So I'm pretty sure it's gone up a little bit. But the way that you've done that. Can you talk about, Nick, the TV percentage, like knowing the dominant traffic or device type of your views, where do they trace back to? How has that influenced the call to actions?
Nick
Yeah, talk about aha moments. I remember the time when we first looked at that metric and it was, oh, I don't know, 30, 40% or more of our views on, I think it was our first viral video. And it was like, whoa. And so, but the, the real aha moment was when a friend of mine, an older gentleman, said, hey, I saw this video of yours pop up on my tv. And I said, yeah, that's great. And he said, but you kept talking about clicking on the link in the description and I couldn't find a description anywhere. Where am I supposed to click? I said, well, what are you watching on, on a tv?
Oh.
And so that was when we had this conversation and we started using QR codes on everything on the screen because that's the only thing I know of that works. That and short links. We would do short links too. So it'd be thereadylife.com q cabin guide or whatever.
Think Media Coach
Love it. Yes. Think Media approved. We love those custom URLs, but the QR code is genius. So here's like a homework assignment. Where do most of your views come from, right. Like, oh gee, if it's from the television by chance, it just happened to be your situation. Well, we're going to strategize around that, you know what I mean? Like we're going to solve for the behavior of the viewer even in the call to actions. That's part of crafting the call to action is actually spending that time to think about what, what is the overall experience in ease for someone who's watching this on this device type to go do the thing. So QR codes were super helpful and we kind of have this running joke now. Although it's not really too much of a joke, right Nick, where it's like you can almost gauge the virality of a video based on the device type. What have you noticed? If it goes tv, it's like, yep, it's gonna do well.
Nick
That's right. Yeah. Like our last video that we released, I could see the TV was neck and neck with phone. Phone was slightly ahead and it's like, no, this one's not going to do as well. And it didn't.
Think Media Coach
It's so wild. Yeah, that's been a running joke, but it's kind of proving true. We need to dig more into that, but it's pretty fascinating. So, okay, that's leads. We talked about views. Check leads coming in. But there we're still in this moment where how do we actually make money from this? And so I actually have a video clip from a more recent coaching call just a couple months ago. I'm going to get that queued up, but I would love it if you could talk through the struggles with this product that you all have called the Academy. So maybe laying the groundwork, what is the Academy? What have you hoped it would do? And then just like we have views, we're getting leads. But the bridge, there's a broken part of the bridge. Not many people are making it all the way over to your offer to the thing that you want people to be in. So what was that like?
Nick
So what we were experiencing is with our core product is the Ready Life Academy and it's a membership. And we had never done a membership before and we had always sold one off courses and things like that. And so it was a new experience for us and it was challenging and we felt like some of it was resistance to a recurring product in our space. I think a lot of people, they like to own it, they want to download it because what if the Internet goes down? You know, what if there's a grid down situation and I can't access your website. You know, that's the thinking in our niche. And so we were struggling with this, but we knew that that's where we could actually make a transformation for them because then we could get on our weekly calls, coaching calls with them, and actually transform their life rather than just give them information. And so it was a struggle. We were just week after week, month after month, trying to figure out how do we get all these leads to opt into the academy. And. And we were struggling to make a living too, because, you know, here we are, we're cold turkey in this thing. You know, we didn't have a side gig going, which would be a good idea, by the way. But we had done this business in the past. Previously it was DVDs. We were selling DVDs, but then DVDs became a thing of the past. And so we thought it was going to be clear sailing with this. And it was. It would have been wise to transition a little bit more slowly, but here we were and so just experimenting, you know, don't just keep trying to do the same thing. So we kept experimenting until we found something that worked 100%.
Think Media Coach
And before we play this clip, little Easter egg, several of your most viral videos have been repurposes from your DVDs.
Nick
Absolutely.
Think Media Coach
Just really quick share like that, like, that's insane.
Nick
Oh, yeah. I mean, some of this was footage that we filmed back in like 2008 on a DVD back then. And it just sat there on the DVDs collecting dust. And then when we were thinking, man, this is awesome stuff like that one there, you see where it says off grid retreat? That's a congressman, a US Congressman that we had filmed. And he'd taken us on a tour of his off grid cabin back before. Off grid was cool. And yeah, we dusted that off and put it on YouTube and wow, people just absolutely ate it up. It was amazing.
Think Media Coach
And the key point to that is we did just put it on YouTube. But the number of. We spent a good. We might have spent multiple coaching calls on the. On architecture because you had the footage, you had the asset. And this is just for me as a coach, it's like, it's just proof of packaging. It just matters so much. This is like archived footage that is going to reach over a million views because we spent time, we architected everything. What's the title? Okay, what's the thumbnail? Okay, what's the hook? What's the overall pacing? And you better believe call to actions like, it was actually a bigger ordeal to go through that. But obviously the fruit, you know, the fruit was, was shown.
Nathan Eswine
If you're an entrepreneur or a creator that wants to scale their online business, that's why we created the Think Media Mastermind.
Nick
I have so much more clarity as to my ideal target audience now, which means my content is about to be so much better and more targeted towards the exact person I'm trying to reach.
Nathan Eswine
Super intimate, high level strategy.
Nick
I had the skills that I already knew sharpened. I feel like I went to my next level.
Nathan Eswine
For entrepreneurs and creators that want to scale with YouTube.
Think Media Coach
This was the first time that I was able to get in a room with a lot of other serious youtubers and talk with other people who love creating content and love YouTube. Usually I don't get to do that. So this is really special.
Nathan Eswine
You can check it out@thinkmediamastermind.com I like
Think Media Coach
to play this clip and actually if it's cool, it's a little bit longer of a clip. Like just like a few minutes. I was debating trying to cut some stuff out for time, but I actually think it'd be really helpful just to be able to just to kind of let the call breathe. So if you can kind of like track with what's going on. We are meeting about trying to fix a bridge about like trying to solve for income. We're actually trying to solve for money. And I appreciate y' all being willing to let us to. To share this clip with everyone, but you're actually gonna see in real time, coaching, processing, debating, thinking back and forth about what the next best course of action is. Oh, and you're also gonna get to see I left this in Nick because we don't have time to cover everything about Yalls awesome journey. But your call to actions are just remarkable. Like they're just so good, which has been growth, you know, like, like we worked on that, but they're so good. And so what, what you're about to see is Nick. Actually see him up in the corner. He's gonna play a call to action. This is super typical. He's like, hey, here's an upcoming call to action. It's not fully edited yet, but the bones are there. And so I actually just want to let it play so you can hear it because it's really, really good. Even though there's more editing to come. And then there's some coaching that follows afterward.
Nick
Well, so then we went to the mid roll call to action. We did a workbook for this one. Workbooks worked well for us with January Jumpstart.
Lisa
Right.
Nick
I Don't. I don't know that we'll do one for every video. Yeah, especially if we already have a good lead magnet. But fuel storage has done well for us and we don't have a lead magnet for it. So we figured this would be a good time to make sense. Yeah. Then.
Now.
What you just saw wasn't luck.
That was the result of following a system. One that I've refined over 25 years of storing fuel in all kinds of conditions. And, and here's the thing. Fuel storage isn't complicated once you know the rules. But most people are guessing. They're not sure how much stabilizer to use or what containers to buy or where to store it, or how long it'll actually last. So I put together something that takes all the guesswork out of it. It's called the Long term fuel storage workbook. And inside you'll get a step by step fuel treatment calculator so you know exactly how much pri to use for any container size. The there will be a fuel rotation tracker to keep your fuel fresh without wasting anything. And a complete checklist covering every principle we've talked about, plus a few we haven't covered yet and links to the exact products I use, including where to find non ethanol gas in your area. Normally this is only available inside the Ready Life Academy, but right now you can grab it completely free. Just go to thereadylife.com fuelworkbook and download it and get your copy now while you still can. Now let me show you what happened when we put this fuel in the generator.
That's good.
Think Media Coach
It's solid. Part of me though is like, can we charge something for it?
Lisa
You know what I mean?
Think Media Coach
Just because you have some momentum going on, you know, fuel storage does well. Even if it's like a low ticket. I don't know, is it worth it? That's where I go as like a fellow business owner is like, can we get money from this? Because it's, there's a lot in there. It's a lot of value, you know.
Nick
Yeah.
And it, you know, leads. We've, we've had so much trouble converting straight from YouTube videos to sales at the Academy. But that's, that's recurring membership as opposed to a one off product. So we, we should try a small one off product sometime.
Lisa
So do you think we could switch it and just experiment with the fuel storage? Just try like a low dollar? I mean, even if we just do $5, I wonder if it would be worth it just to experiment.
Nick
We could, I suppose we could Delay it till Friday instead of tomorrow, I
Lisa
don't think, because we'd have to rerecord those.
Nick
We'd have to rerecord to have her edit that in. And everything would have to be perfect with no edits tonight. So what about maybe what we could do?
Lisa
Or.
Think Media Coach
Yeah, I would say, like, if I was in your shoes, if I could parachute in because you got a video coming up. I'm also aware of the momentum you
Lisa
have on the platform, so we don't
Think Media Coach
want to stall too much. So what if it was this? Here's what I would do. And y' all do what you need
Lisa
to do because you are the CEOs, right?
Think Media Coach
But if I were to step into consultant mode right now, I would say this. What if we treat this upcoming video like an experiment?
Lisa
Let's make it paid. Let's pick a price. Yes, you need to reshoot the call
Think Media Coach
to actions, but that's all we do.
Lisa
We just turn it from free to paid.
Think Media Coach
Don't worry about it upsell. Don't worry about it. Optimizing a funnel. Don't worry about whatever, whatever.
Lisa
Just go prove that you can make a video.
Think Media Coach
Do something you've never done before, offer
Lisa
a low ticket item straight from video, and that it works.
Think Media Coach
And if it works, then phase two is optimized. Okay, how could we get.
Lisa
People are coming here. How can we get more people here? Because it works when they get here.
Think Media Coach
And then what could we upsell them into? Or how could we get them deeper? That'd be like, my blunt assessment of what I would do if I was in your shoes.
Lisa
So whatever y' all think you're supposed to do, go for it.
That's why we need people like you in our corner.
Think Media Coach
Clap it up. That was like some serious brainstorming. Yeah.
Nathan Eswine
How.
Think Media Coach
How is it to. That was a team effort. That was a team effort. I don't know if you could hear, like, Lisa, you're over there. Like, you're the one. You're like, what if we try that? All it took, and then I double. I ran with it. I was like, yes, what if we try? As you listen to that, what. What goes through your mind? I mean, we're about to unveil the results of this experiment, which is pretty awesome. But, like, as you're looking at that call, do you remember what was going on in the moment or, like, what caused you to lean into it? Because things change. Like, you hit the ground running after that call.
Lisa
You.
Think Media Coach
You did refilm all the call to actions before the Video came out. Any thoughts?
Nick
It was something that we knew we needed to do, that we had wanted to do for a long time, but life was busy, and it was easier to just keep doing the same thing. And so it was kind of that moment where it was like, okay, the time has come. Let's just do it. Just do it.
Think Media Coach
I'm so stoked to share these results.
Lisa
3, 2.
Think Media Coach
I'm just really building tension. That's all I'm doing.
Nick
Okay.
Think Media Coach
Okay. Okay. So, yeah, after that call, y' all went to work. Here's what happened. We. We got proof of concept is what happened. Because that's what I said. I was like, let's just go get proof. You're gonna add something.
Lisa
Yeah, I was just gonna say it's actually, Nathan, you had suggested it a couple of times in the past about doing workbooks because you had another student who is here, actually, who does workbooks. And so that was kind of the inspiration for the whole workbook idea, and I loved it.
Think Media Coach
Shout out Kayla.
Nick
But they were. They were free. We. We were doing them as free lead magnets before.
Think Media Coach
Yes, that's right. That's the thing. Yeah.
Nick
But then you were part of the inspiration to get us start charging for them.
Lisa
So thank you.
Think Media Coach
The team. Team effort. You know what I'm saying? The ripple effect. Assistant coach Kayla is awesome. Okay, so we got proof of concept. What has happened? Well, there's been over 300 sales that have been attributed. I'm going to get up a little bit so I can read this little small.
Nick
This is since we. We started easing into it, like in February and then March.
Think Media Coach
Well, and this is only from 10 videos. I know there's probably one or two that have come out since then, but, like, it's been a 10 video experiment, which all of us should be running way more of, but yeah. 321 workbook orders from YouTube because you've had some come from email through a cool strategy that you guys have done. The average order value, though, is $19 because you have a bump offer take rate of 36%, which just means. Can you walk us through that just in case someone.
Nick
Yeah. So it was super easy to set up a bump offer. I didn't want to. I didn't have time to do upsells and all this back end stuff. But it was super easy to just drop a bump offer on in our cart. And so our workbooks are $9 for a single workbook. And then they go to the checkout page and there's a bump offer where they can get a whole bundle of four workbook. Four work. Can't talk. Four workbooks for $29 in addition. So if they select that, then it's a $38 order value. And so that increases your overall order value quite a bit when you've got a 36% take rate.
Think Media Coach
Because just by offering. Here's just something else, right? It increased that order value. So so far from YouTube driven workbook revenue, over $6,000 from just these 10 videos. And there's been more.
Nick
But this is more than that because we also, when we send out emails. Here we go. Email list. We're including it there. So it's actually thousands more than that. That's just the stuff that we think we can attribute to YouTube.
Think Media Coach
Just YouTube? Yeah. Fascinating. And this is all. There's no upsell yet. There's an order bump. There's no upsell yet. There's no nurturing funnel that's in place. There was no webinar here. These are just the videos with a call to action to a purchase page. This is the no funnel approach.
Nick
The other thing that I want to say is this is something that we can see it's going to build because we still get orders dribbling in from some of the earliest videos. And it's like, wow, what is this going to look like after we've been doing this for a whole year? What if we had been doing this on some of those viral videos last year? Man, we would be walking in tall cotton right now.
Think Media Coach
I love it. That's really true. So you know that question that we had asked earlier, right? Like if you have. If you go viral and it's your worst sales month, did you win? Well, I'd like to show what this one strategy has changed in such a short period of time. So you're gracious to share. By the way, all this data is coming from you, so I'm just grateful for y' all sharing. So this was your best view month, if you want to give a little bit of context to this month. I know you had a lot of videos that were popping off, but this is nearly 800,000 views. YouTube page view over 5,000. Your product sales were just over 3,000. So total revenue for this high view month was just under nine grand in context.
Nick
And that 3,000 in product sales was not attributable to YouTube. That was strictly our email list.
Think Media Coach
That's just from the.
Nick
Yeah, because we were not selling anything.
Think Media Coach
That's right.
Nick
It was free.
Think Media Coach
It was all free.
Nick
And we. We did have a free Trial to the academy, which bombed out. So we may have gotten one or two from that, but almost all of that was stuff that we would have gotten whether or not we were doing YouTube.
Think Media Coach
So that's a high view month if you're like, what's it like to go viral? I mean, cool, right? Like, that's for the biggest ad revenue check that you've ever gotten. But there's, like, no guarantees you're gonna get that the next month. And that was June of 2025.
Nick
Yeah. And we had had a string of like, three months where we kept getting a viral video every month.
Think Media Coach
Yes, that's right.
Nick
And I was starting to think, man, he keeps telling us, you know, this isn't always going to happen. And I'm like, well, what? Maybe this is just going to always happen for us, you know, maybe that's just us. We're that good.
Lisa
We're special.
Think Media Coach
New normal.
Nick
Yeah, that's right. And so there was a temptation there to think, man, just the YouTube ads, what if we could just make it? What if that's all we need? We wouldn't have to sell anything. We could just live on YouTube. And of course, then reality hit after the YouTube algorithm or whatever, or us, whatever changes. And, you know, we went through slumps after that, too.
Think Media Coach
That's an honest moment, man. That's really true. So that's your high view month. Here's your best sales month. So we'll just take a second to bring this in. This was just last month. So this is last month. So just under 500,000 views. So it's about 38% lower than your highest view month. Obviously, YouTube paid you YouTube page you less, just about three grand. But product sales over $12,000, yielding you 15 grand last month. Can we, like, clap it up for that? What do you. What do you. I mean, it's still fresh. Like, it's so fun. We were just processing this. But, like, as you see that, I mean, first and foremost, for me as a coach, it's just a great reminder. Views can be down, income can be up. You can live and operate in a world where they've detached from one another based off how you've optimized your systems and you've just. I mean, you've just flat out proved it. So I know this is exciting, but any initial takeaways from that, as you see these pitted against each other, Ditto respect.
Nick
Let's do it again. Let's make May this April.
Think Media Coach
Keep it going. Let's keep it going. But, man, these workbooks have really changed the trajectory. And this is also a pretty cool screenshot. So to make sure we're on the same page, this is from January 1st to May 3rd, year over year. We're comparing January to May from 2025 versus January to May of this year. You've doubled the revenue. You've totally increased the total volume coming through your business by the number of orders that are here. And so it's just, and this is just from one thing. That's what's just so crazy to me is this one change. Any comments as you see this too, like thinking about just the trajectory of everything,
Nick
I just, I look at it and I think, wow, I'm stoked to see what it's going to look like one year from now. Because this compounding effect in YouTube, I just keep going, going back to that. It is a phenomenal thing that what we do now is going to be affecting us a year from now, two years from now, and just growing and compounding.
Lisa
I think the thing that stands out to me is that 2025, 11,000, we had just hired Nathan as our coach. And you can see the results too of having someone that can help you think through strategy and give you ideas. And sometimes you can be so close to your, your thing that you miss all the things that could really help it to grow.
Think Media Coach
Man, we covered a lot in this session.
Lisa
Yeah. But there was honestly so much more. And the attendees at the Vegas Mastermind actually got to hang out with Nick, Lisa and I after this interview for a Q and A panel. And we had real questions from real business owners and serious creators and just how to apply this stuff to their situation. Like the tools Nick and Lisa used and, and their workflows behind the scenes. And I just gotta say, if this kind of conversation is what you're hungry for, you're like, yeah, we're gonna just hang out with a whole bunch of people trying to do the same thing in person and learn from each other. This is exactly what our Think Media Mastermind is built for. It's built for business owners who are trying to use YouTube this way. It's built for serious creators trying to go from part time to full time or scale the thing they've already built. And we have two events left this year. That's it. And the next one is right around
Think Media Coach
the corner here in August.

And we have a few seats left. So if you'd like to be in that room, you can head to Think Media Mastermind to get more information and apply. If you think it'd be a good fit. We would love to see you there. This is one of my favorite things that we have ever put on here at Think Media because it means we get to be in person. We can get out of the AI chat threads, connect with other people, enjoy some good food, enjoy some good time, and help you actually break through with your YouTube business and your goals the rest of this year. It's not too late. So, hey, this is the Think Media podcast, the number one show bringing you unfiltered YouTube tips for building a profitable channel. I'm Nathan Eswine, and I can't wait to connect with you at the Mastermind. And in a future episode.
