Good evening and welcome to the Tony Kennett cast here on the Daily Signal, nationally syndicated, first on 93 WIBC. Whether you're joining us from radio, TV, live stream side of things, the podcast later, we're really glad that you are with us, mainly because when I am sent on assignment anywhere, I am told very clearly respect those that you are around, especially those when you're on different assignments, especially those who are affected by particular tragedies. For example, when the Daily Signals, Tim Kennedy and I were sent to Maui right after the first wave of the wildfires, a lot of the ground still smoldering, our Daily Signal president, Rob Bluey, threatened us within an inch of our lives that if we did not treat every single person on that island respectfully, we were going to hear about it up close and personal. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for a lot of other journalists, broadcast hosts, show hosts, et cetera. So we have this news, the situation regarding the kidnap and the reported $6 million ransom request of Virginia Guthrie's mother, Nancy. She has been missing now to the point where there are a lot of individuals who are rather concerned that at this point, given the amount of medicine that was left at the house, there's, there's questions as to whether she is still alive without serious injury at this point. And we're going to get into some of the clips that were released by the FBI through some backdoor stuff today. Before we get to that, though, Jake Tapper over from CNN showed up to the crime scene today and according, according to JLR Investigates, an independent journalist who was filming this from a dash camera and then I believe, got out and got a little extra footage. Quote, reportedly, Jake Tapper arrived to the scene to report and literally started asking the people around him, pointing at Nancy Guthrie's house and asking, is that the house? He had no idea. Now, look, a lot of houses look like a lot of other houses, but at least do a bare minimum of research before you show up. They are now in the third wave of investigation in the neighborhood, in the community. So there's a lot of people in the kind of greater neighborhood of Nancy Guthrie that spoke with police and FBI and agents today, kind of re going through a lot of evidence. And then after Jake Tapper had been There for just a couple of minutes, the sheriff walked up and threw him off of the property, which is rather wild. Here's what that looked like. Righteous Monkey. He covers all Tucson. You don't have to be on camera. Sheriff is telling Jake Tapper to get off the property. So you can see the sheriff getting out of his vehicle walking up there. I'll go ahead and zoom this into the full screen here so you guys can get a better look of what's going on. The sheriff just told Jake Tapper to get off the property. So now you can see Tapper calling home base, doing some motions there. And the CNN crew starts packing up and leaving. Now, I have no idea what it is that Jake Tapper did to severely offend individuals, but when you are showing up to a particular crime scene, no matter if the road is considered public or not, it is considered appropriate, respectful even to contact the law enforcement agency with jurisdiction over the current investigation and ask them, where can I stand? Where should I go? That is not in the way because given this particular investigation, where they don't really, at least as far as we know, yet have a significant lead on any place, any person, the time is really all we have at the moment. And as to Nancy's kidnapping, to just show up on, to, you know, into an active crime scene and just start broadcasting and recording is, yeah, it's a bit disrespectful. Now, that's not Jake Tapper alone at all. That is a majority of the corporate and legacy media. And then on the flip side, some of the independent journalists and influencer side as well, they just stroll up and think, well, I'm a journalist. I get to do whatever it is that I want. No, you do not get to do that. Just because you show up, you got a press badge which is on, you know, clipped onto your blazer or onto your sweater, or you show up with a microphone or some cheap cell phone camera and say, I'm a journalist. You don't get to do whatever it is you want. Now, that isn't stopping Don Lemon. Now, in the case of, in the case of Don Lemon, who again showed up to the city's church in Minneapolis after meeting beforehand with the former NAACP and BLM leader, then of course, participating and at the very least, trespassing, at the most, kidnapping and, and forbidding individuals from leaving a space, intimidation as well, Don Lemon has now hired, in the particular defense of his, his upcoming hearings and trial. Rather curious here, Joseph Thompson. Now, Joseph H. Thompson is the former acting U.S. prosecutor for Minnesota. So A couple of weeks ago, in the middle of the ICE operations, the Trump Department of Justice directed the Minnesota U.S. attorney's office to start investigating individuals like Renee Goods wife, who had said, and I quote, drive, baby, drive, and got in the altercation with the ICE agent before Renee tried to gun her vehicle through him. And this particular former U.S. attorney, Joseph H. Thompson, then resigned in protest. Said he didn't. He didn't like it. He was too far. And above such things, now has been hired by Don Lemon as his defense attorney. Now, I'm gonna level with you here. That's rather strange to me. I don't know all of the ins and outs of hiring certain kinds of prosecutors to represent you or defense attorneys and certain things, but I did believe that if someone acted as a prosecutor normally, I didn't think that you then turned around and then hired them for all defensive kind of things. So I reached out to Kurt Schlichter, a phenomenal trial lawyer friend of the show from townhall.com and. And I asked him a couple of minutes before the show, because we're still getting information in on this. The New York Times just broke this story about a half an hour before we went on air. He said there could be a significant conflict here. He said, quote, I'm not sure what the rules are for a criminal defense lawyer. That would be what this guy is. Now, I guess, obviously, passing the bar in Minnesota would mean that you get to participate in law in Minnesota, and at some point, he has to be able to go up against his former employer. But if he was on any kind of a case or had anything at all to do with Don Lemon's prosecution or keeping an eye on certain kinds of intimidation and harassment, like some of those individuals who were serial, consistent, repeated protesters, that one individual with the long beard who screamed that he would die but the revolution would never die comes to mind. Well, then that would be a significant ethical conflict of interest, and he would be barred. Now, if he had nothing at all to do with the case at all when he was there, then he could probably do it legally. That's from Kurt Schlichter. So interesting development here. It reeks of theater because it is theater. It is the idea that you go in, you do something, you're like, I'm a journalist. And then you get told to beat it because you're not doing journalisty things. You're posturing, you know, like a congressperson in committee. We'll get to that in a minute. Then once you get out there and you maybe do something to the point of breaking the law and you get charged. Then you hire the most flamboyantly, you know, stick it to them kind of attorney that you can find. This is in essence, by the way, just so that you're aware a couple of days in advance, this Joseph H. Thompson, this is your new Jack Smith, this is your new Robert Mueller. Just so you know, you're aware, this is the new person that Democrats are gonna light incense candles to and suggest that, oh, this is the last of the non biased, unbiased, wonderful holding to justice attorneys and prosecutors, whatever that are out there. Oh, so brave, so stunning. Now in the rest of the media sphere, things are on fire. Obviously you already know that the Washington Post laid off a third of its staff. Their CEO has now also resigned. Oh gee, I wonder if Jeff Bezos is gonna be able to find someone, anyone willing to run the Washington. The Washington Post. Oh no. CBS Evening News is also having a really, really terrible time. According to an exclusive report and sources telling the New York Post this. Also this afternoon right before the show, CBS Evening News staffers are jumping ship without any kind of a buyout offer ahead of Barry Weiss, the new director of CBS News, expected layoffs. So according to the Post, quote, about a quarter of CBS Evening News staffers which are eligible for buyouts, meaning, hey, you guys can leave, we'll pay you to cancel your contract, see it. They have instead chosen the option ahead of the impending layoffs to scoot to leave. Eleven staffers opted for buyouts which were only offered to non unionized employees. A source told the New York Post Six of the producers out of the show's roughly 20 added. It just seems like people are jumping ship, a lot of people. Another individual said to the New York Post. So this contains a rather interesting tidbit with it, but we're going to send the radio crew off to commercial before I get slapped with an FCC fine. It's the Tony Kennett cast. If I can keep my glasses from sliding down my face, it will be an absolute miracle if CBS can actually keep some of these people on staff. It will also be an absolute miracle. Here's what this buyout skipping means. Usually when you take some kind of a buyout to be bought out of your contract early to take a little extra on the moolah side, you agree to sign an NDA, a non disclosure agreement. And when you Sign an NDA, you say, I solemnly swear that I will not reveal a bunch of things that are not privy to the public. I won't get out there and disparage my employer. I won't get out there and talk about that one time we made out in the staff lounge, that kind of nonsense. And if you have a bunch of CBS staffers, producers, whatever, that are now saying, I don't want the money, I'll just go and resign now before Barry Weiss can get out the comically large city ribbon cutting scissors and attack my contract like Dave Ramsey attacks credit cards. Well, then it's very likely because they're getting ready to come do some kind of expose. Expect something in the next couple of weeks where there's, there's some mini documentary on VOX or something. Oh, the horrible life of anti journalism under Barry Weiss. Oh, the horrors. So the media is having a really rough time. CBS programming is of course, just in a really, really rough place. And it was compared quite recently to when Iranian state media cites your news.

Because you're too busy fluffing certain other interests around the world. For example, like Washington posted. Yeah, it's a really bad look. It's a really bad look. So, yeah, I don't blame Barry Weiss for the shakeup, obviously. Do not blame the sheriff in Arizona for telling Jake Tapper to beat it. Also on the subject of cbs, they're also in hot water because they released a report saying less than 14% of those arrested by Immigration Customs Enforcement in Trump's first year back in office had violent criminal records. A document shows they were called out on this immediately because it turns out, and this according to Curtis Hauck over at the Media Research center, no over 60% of ICE arrests involved those who had been accused or convicted of crimes. And you may say, well, I mean, sure, you want to say that illegal immigration is a crime, but we're talking about real serious crimes, not standing outside the Home Depot. That's what you're often told in a very angry and often illiterate comment over on social media. However, the crimes which make up 60% of the indictments, the prior arrests for again, the, the accused of or the conviction include arson, kidnapping, homicide, robbery, burglary, sexual assault, weapons offenses, dangerous drugs, dui, dwi, and then my personal favorite, assault, lots of assault, and then another chunk of 30 includes like all of the other various kinds of state and federal crimes. So again, it's a really rough time for the media. All you have to do is get out there and report what is in front of you. Really not that hard. But alas, it just seems like such a high bar for many to clear. Now, in the meantime, regarding DHS situations, the Trump administration is winning in some pretty sizable cases. First of all, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled in favor of the Trump administration. This in a divided ruling. A 2 to 1 ruling has now suggested that in many of the southern states which have detention centers for illegal immigrants to then be processed and get their extra super duper due process before they are shipped out of the country. The fifth Circuit Court of Appeals rules. Yeah, alligator Alcatraz, the speedway slammer, the who scow near you. Yeah. That's allowed to stay also. And we have to hustle because the radio crew is about to come back from commercial. The ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled unanimously that, yes, the Trump administration can cancel temporary protected status for Nepal, Honduras and Nicaragua. So this now means you have an appeals court which says that Trump can release some of the TPS for places like Nicaragua, Honduras, Nepal, but not Haiti. That's not going to last. Nonsensical hearing yesterday in which you bring in a bunch of cameras and you shoot lots of wonderful footage of congresspeople acting like children. So they dragged in to the House Committee on Homeland Security several of the key staffers and administrators, deputy directors Todd Lyons, Department of Homeland Security, Immigration Customs Enforcement, U.S. border Patrol. And then they turned on the cameras and it became just a clown show and a half. Now, when I say clown show and a half, I mean. No, no, really. I mean, we had everyone, they went to FedEx, Kinkos, they got their big posters and then they, they lectured individuals or got down to some theology, as we'll talk about with a Kool Aid man herself, Lamonica McIver smashing through walls and federal agents here in a minute. But first and foremost, Sri Tandadar of Michigan, the man of the incredibly large eyebrows and the wig he stole from Party City. He just started telling Todd Lyons that, hey, you know what? I hope you're ready. I hope you're, hope you're going to get a pardon from Trump. Essentially announcing Nuremberg in the committee here was Sri Danadar. Do you think President Trump will pardon you and your Boss Kristi Noem before he leaves office, just like he has for Insurrectionist and his political allies. Do you believe President Trump will pardon you? Because that's a wild thing to say. That's a very wild. Do you think that President Trump will pardon you for what? We've now moved past leading questions in committee, by the way. I'm just going to say we got to make sure if we're going to do the, the full on circus rigamarole in House and Senate committee hearings. Can we at least get some professional lighting installed? I've seen school board meetings that were filmed at 2am on some forlorn Thursday off of a potato and an old Panasonic tape recorder that were filmed better than this. It's awful. At least if you're going to make it a TV production, then put a little effort into it. But Shri gets out there and he says, don't you think you're guilty and that you're going to die and you're going to need a pardon? And Lyons is like, what are you talking about? And sri because, you know, professional order then just goes off. And I'm, I'm, I'm just going to level with you here. If I called for support of some kind and this is the voice that picked up, I'd hang up. This man ever calls me and asks me for donation, I'm reporting him to Verizon as a scammer. Well, you better hope so. You better hope you get. Because you will be held accountable for the absolute disregard of the law your agencies have shown over the past year. Your agencies have lost the trust. Takes him like three minutes to turn the page because he doesn't actually know any of this. He's reading it. Some intern typed this out in like 12 point comic sans on the paper of the American people with millions taking to the streets to protect. Not millions, homie. Not, not even close. The illegal actions of your agencies. Okay? So at this point in time, I would like to remind you that in a committee, what you could do is you could ask them, hey, did you do these acts? 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10. Why did you do these acts if you did? And if not, there's this other evidence that says otherwise. Huh? And, and then, see, here's what you do. You then go through what you think are the illegal things. Because that's what this hearing is supposed to be, right? Right. So it should be like some kind of congressional hearing of accountability. No, it's just yelling about why it's not me. It's you. And then I saw you flirting with Jennifer. How could you do that?

She's half right because in one part, yeah, Congress designed the way immigration law works so Congress could change immigration law, you know, reform some things, change some rules. But she's got a difference. She knows Congress needs to do something. But see, she grew UP in the 2020 School of Political action.

Demolish it. Just ban it. Cancel it all. Ah, boy, that's the move. We go over to Virginia. Allen over from the Daily Signal. Of course, host of problematic women, as well as one of our best news producers in Washington, D.C. in part because of the fantastically circusful nightmare that was the Department of Homeland Security hearing in the House today. We didn't really waste a lot of time before we got to the theatrics, huh? Not at all.

And quite frankly, that sometimes what these hearings are become all about, unfortunately, as they very quickly deteriorate into moments of a lot of theatrics and members of Congress getting very frustrated, very upset. And quite frankly, at moments it can seem like, you know, looking for a news clip that they can send out to their donor base to, you know, say, hey, look, I really challenged the lawmakers in Washington, D.C. and whatnot, members of the Trump administration. And there is very little productive conversation, which we saw some productive conversation today on Capitol Hill around the issue of border and immigration, but not much.

That's what I want to dive into really quick because clearly both groups, the Republicans and the Democrats, when they go into a hearing like this, they have their initial statements before all of the witnesses and whatnot. So what did it appear that both sides of the committee were attempting to accomplish? I mean, obviously we could talk about body slam kool aid man McIver, you know, talking about finding Judgment Day but this is actually something that we need to know. What is it that Republicans and Democrats looked like they were trying to accomplish here?

Yeah, I think from Republicans, you had great effort and intentionality to try and remind the American public why borders matter, why following immigration law matters, and that the men and women of, of ice, of cbp, of usc, is that they are simply executing the laws that Congress has passed. So there was a lot of discussion of the 10 million illegal aliens that entered the US under the Biden administration, how the Biden administration ignored and failed to enforce U.S. immigration law and how the current administration is seeking to do that, and why it's important. On the other side, from the Democrats, a huge focus on Minneapolis, Minnesota, of course, on the, the deaths of Renee Goode and Preddy and really honing in on. And that's where I got into really theatrics, really honing into simply bashing Trump for trying to enforce those immigration laws, bashing Kristi Noem, calling for Noem to resign or for her to be impeached. And there was, there wasn't, I would say, a lot of good communication between the Democrats and members like Todd Lyons on the committee. You know, there was efforts to try and have conversation, but it became very clear and that many of these members came in with an agenda, they wanted to say their bit, and they, quite frankly, weren't that interested in what the witnesses had to say.

It sounds like a cheap marriage counselor. A lot of yelling, Fair amount of yelling. I, I gotta, I gotta ask here, because this is one of the things that does pique my interest because again, do you make it appear that. Well, a lot of the opening statements through the close amonis were all performative for the camera, but ice, when they have been pressured before on, you know, basically being scolded, yelled at, no matter who they are, I mean, even if it's Scott Besant and an unrelated financial committee, when individuals are lecturing or when individuals are lecturing the administration about ice, the response is that, well, if you, as congressmen and congresswomen don't like it, you should change the law. And I know we saw a lot of those responses today. What was the response when the, when that was, was thrown back in their faces? Well, if you don't like it, you should change the law. That kind of a thing. Was it just completely brushed aside or were there any quips or anything ready for it?

I think what we repeatedly see when individuals in the administration bring up that fact is from, from Democrats, from many on the left, they just kind of go back to various stories that have been told very inaccurately in the media around actions of ice. Like the, the story of, you know, supposedly ice detaining a five year old. Well, no, his father abandoned him and they, they took care of him while they tracked down his parents. So those are, it's very, I would say, narrative forming which like the Border.

A bit. A bit, yeah. And you know, being in journalism, Tony, you and I know how important narrative is that it's a powerful tool but it's not helpful when lawmakers essentially try to become journalists and rewrite the facts.

I think the president was very clear and direct in his truth, John. But just to reiterate the fact that Canada will control what crosses the Gordie, how Howe Bridge and owns the land on both sides is unacceptable to the President. It's also unacceptable that more of this bridge isn't being built with more American made materials, even more so than what President Barack Obama could committed to with the Canadians at the time at the start of the project. He also believes that the US should own at least half of the bridge, have shared authority over what passes across it and participate in the economic benefits generated by its use. This is just another example of President Trump putting America's interests first. And so he made that very clear in his call with Prime Minister Carney earlier today.

The Trump administration is making the case that since American labor helped build it, then America should get a bigger stake in the bridge than perhaps Canada owing everything. Now Sri Thanadar got out there because, you know, of course, and he says he's very, very angry because as Canada is paying the entire cost of the bridge, Michigan was about to get a no cost bridge. That's not how that works. But Donald Trump is trying to kill it. And then we get my favorite, we get like all of the, the emotionalizing for no other reason than to inflict pain on Canadians and Michiganders alike. No, that, that's not why. And by the way, a lot of angst from those over on the left side of the aisle about this particular bridge and Canada having paid for it. I, I seem to remember a certain pipeline that was funded by Alberta, the Keystone pipeline, which they didn't give a flying fig about getting canceled. So spare me, spare me the pearl clutching here. Now onto a couple of things from the Trump administration regarding tariffs regarding international policy. I'm going to be honest with you. The way the president of the United States describes a retaliatory tariff with Switzerland, I mean, as an American, it's Really hard not to at least smirk. In this particular instance, I had an.

We were having a big deficit, but it was half the deficit.

The president also described the sending of 200 US troops to Nigeria for the process of training local forces to fight against Islamists, isis. Here was the president on that.

The audio in those Air Force One clips is just brutal. First person who invents a way to make that sound gorgeous, beyond AI Robotics is going to be a very wealthy person indeed. The Trump administration is what I would say, understandably, so interested in kinds of military solutions so far from what we've seen that don't involve the classic go there, take it, hold it, set up little puppet democracies and things like that. It's a pretty regular thing for the United States to dispatch a couple of platoons or in this case a couple of companies to go and participate in some kind of field training exercises. For one thing, that's about as much training for the US army as it is for those who are on the ground in Nigeria. Teaching isn't of itself a training experience. So that on that side, one other thing I wanted to point out here, not just because our White House correspondent Elizabeth Mitchell for the Daily Signal asked this question. I want to talk a little bit about ag, this kind of Trump foreign policy thing and how it all fits together. So here was this from today.

So some Republican lawmakers from Nebraska have said they're worried that the Argentinian beef executive order will sideline some American ranchers. How will Trump administration make sure prices go down for consumers without harming those ranchers? Of course, both things can happen at the same time. That's the president's belief. He wants to see prices come down. In fact, I just overheard him on the phone with Secretary Rollins. They were talking about something different. But he's always saying we got to make sure that prices continue to come down. As you know, Secretary Rollins successfully did that with respect to ice egg prices. Cattle beef prices are coming down slightly and the president wants to see that continue. He believes that a minor import to the country with cattle might be a short term solution with respect to bringing down prices. But of course, protecting our American cattle and rancher industry is a priority for the president. And he's in touch with those stakeholders. We've had them here at the White House a few times in recent months to discuss this issue directly.

So a couple of things there. First of all, I am very, very, very critical, very critical. For example, some of the more, let's say, flamboyant influencery style of administrator. I know I have criticized Kristi Noem over this before, in contrast to Tom Holman, who I think is doing a far better job of leading the Minneapolis situation. And it has led a couple of people to suggest that maybe what I really don't like is that I actually I, Tony Ken, like women, apparently, and that I don't want them anywhere near leadership. And my answer to that is no, because I adore Brooke Rollins leadership. I do. Brooke Rollins is doing a phenomenal job with agriculture in this country. She is doing a phenomenal job doing something that very few in the agricultural department has ever had to do, which is translating the president's foreign policy into agricultural goals and compromises here in the United States. That's a very, very difficult thing. Whether you're talking about ranching or farming right now in this country. The United States has economic levers to play and some diplomatic levers to play and then military levers to play by force. And it turns out that sometimes if you pull an economic leverage on the greater world stage, it may affect Americans here in a manner that means you have to compensate. We'll talk about that. I'm deeply impressed with Secretary McRawlins, obviously Carolyn Levitt there articulately pointing out to my colleague it's difficult. You do have to thread a pretty fine needle when it comes to foreign policy and agriculture because the levers of import and export, which the president understands, even if I don't necessarily agree 100% of the time with his particular ways that he uses tariffs in a long term strategy. He understands economic purchasing regarding, for example, Argentina or Chile or the Philippines or whether it's looking at the exports compared to certain farming industries that are propped up by our not competitors but global foes and rivals. China comes to mind regarding the soybean market. That might mean that prices are affected here in the United States and it's not as simple as in Egyptian times. In the Bible, when Prime Minister Joseph, appointed by Pharaoh, had everyone put a bunch of grain into silos and save them from seven years of famine. It's a little bit more difficult to and intricate than it used to be. And huge props to the Rollins team who is not out in front of the camera every day talking about how wonderful she is and patting herself on the back. She is constantly. And she's not. No one from her team has reached out to me and asked me to say anything like this whatsoever, although we would be thrilled to have her on. Ever since the situation in which I went to Washington, D.C. for I believe a a celebration over a family whose land was returned to them after they were sued by the federal government for allowing their cattle to graze on a couple of feet of federal land. Ever since then I've watched as she's traveled to all of these different ranchers and she's been working as hard as she can to broker a couple of deals and make things in a rather fluid way function to kind of hang on for some of these international levers being pulled. I'm, I'm rather, I'm rather impressed by that. That brings us on to the major levers that the Democrats are trying to pull. This would be Jeffrey Epstein. So a boat ton of documents dropped. Some of them communications, as I've already told you. Some of them are videos, some of them are anonymous tips that have been called in. And the more we read through the files, the more hilarious the narratives that were consistent over the last year turn out to be. So, first of all, the biggest story of them all is that President Trump, according to a host of media outlets and also several documents, was one of the first individuals to blow the whistle on Jeffrey Epstein to police, period. And indeed, after Epstein was arrested and in the middle of court proceedings back in 2006 regarding his own solicitation of sex with Epstein's own solicitation of sex with a minor, Donald Trump got a hold of Florida law enforcement and not only congratulated them for going after Epstein, but then said, you need to look into Maxwell. You need to look into Jelaine Maxwell right now because she's the worst. I mean, all the way back in 2006, tipping them off. Now the Democrats have decided that this is the ultimate gotcha for Trump, which is just really, really bizarre. And we're going to talk about that with the radio crew. We got them. So a couple of months ago, a lot of the communications section of the Epstein file dump was, was leaked. And what we found were a plethora of emails in which Epstein said to anyone who would listen, I hate Donald Trump. I don't like him. He's awful. He's evil. I can't stand Jeff or I can't stand Donald Trump. I don't like him. I think he's bad. I don't trust Donald Trump. That was from Jeffrey Epstein, like, for like 15 years of emails of him saying that. And the Democrats ran with that and suggested from their public social media, even Jeffrey Epstein didn't like Trump. And man, if the worst person ever didn't trust Trump, imagine how bad Trump must be. Uh, I will remind everyone for the 562nd time that if a bad person does not think highly of you, that's actually, that's actually a pretty good thing. You know, just cool, cool, fun tips for, for living. One. One might say now, again, when we're talking about the Epstein case today, this document reveal that Donald Trump had gone to the police over Jelaine Maxwell, who is now pleading the Fifth and begging for clemency. Trump's not gonna give it to her. Uh, and, and the connection there where Trump's like, I know you got Epstein for going up to a minor and that's good that you got him for soliciting sex, but you should really go after Ghislaine. She's the worst. She's doing all the hooking up. And then there are some allegations that are. Are still sealed at this point. Speaker Johnson has referenced them, that Trump essentially fed information on Jeffrey Epstein to the FBI over the next several years. Those are not fully verified yet. Now this, however, though, that the Trump that Trump himself called in to Florida law enforcement, at least according to Florida law enforcement back in, oh, six. That is more verified, at least according to the. The media outlets that are corroborating this. Now, that said and decide media, for example, like Representative Garcia, are coming out trying to claim that actually this is all a lie and they were buddies forever. Jeffrey Epstein was clear that Donald Trump was his best friend for over a decade, according to the emails that we have. No now, when he was trying to impress someone, because again, that was his thing. Right. He was a manipulator. He would try to say, I'm friends with all these people, give me money. When he was trying to sell himself. Yeah. But in private communications to those who were closest to him, he hated Donald Trump. And this Garcia clip is from this week, this morning. I believe it's a wild thing to get out there and say Donald Trump has denied and has tried to essentially say that he barely knew Epstein, he viewed him a certain way. But we now know in every single document that was released, we now know that the evidence continues to pile up that there was a real relationship and that Donald Trump did know Jeffrey Epstein. So again, what he's alleging there is that there's no evidence that shows that Donald Trump didn't like Epstein. Again, the 06 call clearly show. So we have, again, additional records that show that Donald Trump really didn't care for the guy. But again, we're going to keep on trotting this out time and time again, despite the evidence. And we're going to hope that at some point, the walls are going to. The walls are going to close in. I believe this is the beginning of the end.

It's really the beginning of the end. The beginning of the end. That's what kind of stuff that they're. They're really hoping for. Why were women, as we know, recruited from Mar A Lago? Why is Donald Trump basically claiming that, oh, he didn't, for example, do the birthday note that we all know he did. He continues to try to distance himself, but with that email and others, it's clear that Donald Trump knew about Jeffrey Epstein. Again, he's never claimed that he didn't know Jeffrey Epstein. And Democrats are running with this as well. So the particular piece of B roll that we have here. Yeah, from the Democrats, Trump knew. Everyone has known he's been doing this. Donald Trump in 2006 on Jeffrey Epstein. I'll remind you that at the time, Jeffrey Epstein had only been charged with going to one minor and soliciting sex. Trump in 2006 said, Go talk to Jelaine. Go after her. She's the one that's trafficking all of these minors into him. And the Democrats are like, aha, Donald knew and he told the police. And that's. That's a bad thing. So let's review. We have emails, more than enough that show that to his closest friends, Jeffrey Epstein hated Trump. We have evidence consistently that shows Trump threw Epstein out of Mar A Lago. Banned from the property, would not go to, like, not get off the plane, go onto the island. Epstein island, that kind of a thing. Though Steve Bannon tried to manipulate Trump and Epstein into reconciling. Trump was like, no. And threw Bannon out of the White House. Epstein was ratted out by Trump regarding the later charges and the investigations as far back as 06. What. Here is the part that makes Trump look bad. The birthday card thing that it really. Okay, I'm. Best of. Best of luck to you. They're trying this with Howard Lutnick as well, who also, like a lot of rich and famous people, knew who Epstein was. So in a Senate hearing with Howard Lutnick, Secretary of Commerce, it was really funny watching a lot of Democrats try to strut out there and say you knew Epstein while also making it clear that, well, yeah, you knew Epstein, but also, there's no allegations of any kind of wrongdoing at all. But I'm still going to mention it. As you know, Mr. Secretary, the issue is not that you engaged in any wrongdoing in connection with Jeffrey Epstein and.

We're still going to throw this up because genuinely nothing at all. Now, we'll get to this in the bonus section of the show. About what? About all these famous people. There's so many famous people in these documents, all of these in, you know, Instagram and social media grifters out there trying to get all these clicks for important people. Joe Rogan's name's on the. Oh, my gosh. We're gonna get into that. We're gonna talk about it. Because, yeah, it turns out when you just dump thousands upon thousands upon tens and hundreds of thousands of anonymous tips, which the FBI was like, this person was clearly on crack. Tmz, because of course it is, is suggesting that there has been activity seen going into the bitcoin account, which is tied to Nancy Guthrie's alleged ransom note. At this point, not really sure. I would say that there is maybe hefty speculation that either there was an attempted payment that was made or perhaps some other activity. I'm not certain how public the bitcoin address was. That's not something that you can Just hear very briefly and then enter in. Those addresses are a bit long and hefty, so we'll keep an eye on that one for you over the next 24 hours. Obviously, be in prayer for the Guthrie family that their mom is returned and that when they find the individuals who kidnapped her, they hang him in the public square. So that moving on forward. Also, I believe there is a video that was released by the Federal Bureau of Investigation today, which appears to be some kind of doorbell footage. And a mask man, very difficult to see any discernible features here on the Nest camera. So he goes up to the door and then recognizing that there is a camera lens there, puts up a mittened kind of fist there. Looks like he's. You can see the eyes. Tries to turn away, see if there's a way can maybe walk away and find another entrance in or cover up something in the face. Picking up a rock to go back and attempt to smash the Google Nest camera. So that's some of the footage released by the Federal Bureau of Investigation in the Guthrie case onto the rest of the Epstein conversation. So again, I made the case that if they released all of the unredacted tip line. So you have Thomas Massie and Ro Khanna, who have every ability to go out and list any redacted names that they want right now, any of them, they're allowed to go out onto the floors of Congress and just release them. They're not doing that. They're just complaining. In the meantime, though, there are a lot of people who now everybody. Everybody and their mother and their second cousin. Everyone from the part timer down at the local speedway or Piggly Wiggly, all the way up to every fortune 500s and P500 Daytona 500 executive is on the Epstein list, including Joe Rogan. And there are a lot of grifter accounts on social media who are trying to gaslight you into this hyper ultra conspiracy that everyone is involved. Everyone is involved. And that's why your life is miserable and terrible and awful. It's the secret French, Jewish, Chinese, CIA, Dinoco, Texas Instruments, Taco Bell, NASA conspiracy. It always has been. To try to trick you into believing the earth is round or some nonsense. So Joe Rogan did go off on this particular goofiness. Again, the idea of, like, why Joe Rogan is in the Epstein files. And I. I would. I would argue that it's a pretty interesting conversation. It's a bit long. But he. He does go into why he might be in these particular files. Well, I'm told I Knew that was going to happen. No, just, just, just hang on, hang on for, for just a minute there. The last thing that you want to do is get out there and make some really big claims and then be humiliated after it turns out that a bunch of that stuff is, is not true. And again, as we've seen more in the documents released, we're getting a clearer picture of what it was that this guy was doing. Now, in kind of an interesting related side, not on the sexual scandal, but just on the business corruption scandal, Keir Starmer's entire government in the United Kingdom could just be over the moon, compromised regarding business dealings with the Jeffrey Epstein business group, including an ambassador that Starmer named to the United States. I mean, just a huge mess. Royal family. The United Kingdom is already in a really rough place, you know, because halal. But in the meantime, this could really cripple the United Kingdom's liberal government and could quite honestly pave the way for maybe Nigel Farage and the reformists. I need to see a little bit more in the momentum side for that. Uh, so that particular moment aside here, I do want to get over to a smidgen of the mail time questions. It's from David macereau, a friend of the show said, based on the marked bias of legacy TV media, what's the status of the FCC holding hearings and evidentiary gathering with relevance to the revocation of their TV news broadcast licenses? So regarding cbs, the answer really boils down to whether or not persistent licensure, persistent infractions are taking place as to whether or not their licenser gets to stand. So in order to broadcast on FCC spectrum, that's radio, AM&FM and TV, analog TV or digital, but signal sent through the air, we're not talking satellite, we're not talking cable news, we're talking broadcast on Spectrum air. Those are regulated by the FCC and there are certain things that you're not allowed to do. So CNN, Ms. now all of those various networks, they don't have a license for FCC. They don't need a license for the FCC. Now Fox and well, Nextar and MSNBC, Ms. Now, I suppose CBS, ABC, all of their affiliate stations that carry some of their national programming, those do have to be licensed for the fcc. If there is a series of practices that do violate FCC regulations, then they'll be fined. Now if you have some place and let's say ABC News and they're just doing such a bad job they're violating all of these different rules, then the FCC can hold hearings and throw them off the air, but very likely that you're going to get hit with a strong series of fines. It's pretty rare for any kind of an outlet on Spectrum to just keep doing whatever it is that they want and flip the FCC off. So that'd be kind of that now, of course, everyone on broadcast media and broader media in general do it. They do have to be careful about defamation laws. So you will have heard during the show this evening that I tossed aside the word allegedly regarding representative Lamonica McIver in New Jersey. So typically you don't get out there and make assertions in public about certain public figures or really a lot of individuals that involve things like specific crime. And the reason that you don't is it could be damaging. It could cause them specific damages to their person to future opportunities, financial, legal, down the road, something could be admitted as some type of an evidence or a pseudo testimony in some civil cases. And therefore you're not allowed to defame people. For example, on CNN to Cameron Caskey, one of the Parkland survivors, a liberal activist got out there and said, donald Trump is a pedophile. I know it. There's evidence for it. He did it. And then everyone in the panel said, no, there is no evidence of this. Dude, don't get us in trouble, please. It's under defamation, not under an FCC fine. Now, if I commit defamation here on the show during broadcast air, so there are still a couple of stations which have started broadcasting the bonus tonus section of the show. So I do have to be somewhat more careful. But for the most part regarding the FCC and defamation, I believe there is an additional fine that I can be hit with if I commit defamation on Spectrum Air. But of course I am still liable for lawsuits if I say something. So the reason I threw out allegedly is I saw on video and from her own testimony Lamonica McIver shoved her way through federal agents that constitutes assault. So I don't have to go, well, oh, allegedly, no. And I'm making a point a, a a pundits witty bar by saying I don't even need this particular legal protection of saying allegedly because that's how obvious it is that she is a horrible, horrible individual who did something rather odious on camera. So that aside, I got a comment from a YouTube member, Crystal Raven Jones, who asked Tony, what do you think is going to happen to Social Security over the next 20 years? It will eventually reach austerity measures and insolvency because it is continuing to grow and the payments are getting bigger and bigger and bigger and less money is going into it. And because the payments are getting bigger and bigger and bigger, the United States won't be able to support it. Medicare and Medicaid also in these, the United States has too many entitlement programs that there are no way out of now, the rough part of this is that there are a lot of people who have paid in their entire life, and according to the money that was taken from them, yeah, they're entitled to that money back. It's one of the reasons I'm such a huge fan of the Trump accounts. The Trump accounts are really just a twist on the George W. Bush Social Security reforms. Back in the early aughts, when W. Got out in front of the country and said, hey, what if instead of just taking your money and throwing it into a random government ethereal debt system, what if instead that money was invested into the stock market and other key industries here in the United States, people could choose where to invest their Social Security money and then get access to it later. Now, I think that the best off ramp here is kind of what Trump is floating, and it should go one step further, which is that anybody in Generation X and the millennials at those two generations primarily should get to choose whether or not they want access to Social Security later or start now as X and Millennials to start investing into something separate than Social Security. And then Generation Z and I alpha behind them. Just. No, none of that. I think money should still go into Social Security to make sure that the boomer generation and the upper half of Gen X is paid for what it is that they put into the system. Absolutely. And that's going to take a really big bite out of us. We will hit austerity measures because Congress doesn't address anything until we get to it. While I love the President's optimism on outgrowing the national debt, I very much doubt it. Prove me wrong. I will. I'll love it. But I'm a little bit hesitant on, on that one from Tuesday States or Tony, will we go to war with Iran? They don't have an army or a navy or an air force. They have some missiles. And the cool thing about ballistic missile sites is that once you fire one, you can kind of see where it's been fired from. So after the United States struck the Iranian nuclear facilities, Iran did a whole lot of nothing. Because the United States military is freaking sweet. And because the United States military is freaking sweet, it's like, are we going to go to war with Iran? No. No. The entire coalition in the Middle east with, with regard to the. The sad cucked silence of some parts of Iraq, Turkey and sort of Qatar. They ain't doing nothing. Ain't doing nothing. The waiting game right now is really a question of when you know when certain things are going to happen or you know, rather than how Iran is going to retaliate. From Kevin H. A huge thank you, though. Now, another great question for the evening. Kind of an update. Can you give us an update on the election boxes and kind of missing the Fulton county stuff? Yeah, the Fulton county situation is getting more interesting by the second because the Department of Justice, the FBI, and also a couple of different courts are now in the process of unsealing all kinds of information about Fulton county in Georgia, including the affidavit. According to the Atlanta Journal Constitution, this would be the affidavit in the FBI raid on the Fulton county election hub. Now, an interesting tone shift here suggests that now instead of using terms like election deniers, which is what the Atlanta Journal Constitution had called anyone investigating elections in Fulton county before now, they use the words election skeptics. So it appears as the investigation comes forward and again, more documented cases of election shenanigans are brought to light at the very least because of just rote stupidity and incompetence, but also a lot of people going, come on now, you are likely to see a very interesting goalpost shift. That's where we are right now. The goalposts are being shifted in real time. I am still choosing to hold my tongue because I want to see the end of investigations and their findings as much as I can before I get out there and run my mouth. Otherwise, I say very clearly, like, well, this is, you know, me speculating instead, that kind of a thing. So again, best thing to do right now. Best thing to do right now whenever it comes to these investigations that are ongoing, ignore a lot of the influencers who are telling you to be judged during Executioner right now. They don't know. They have no idea. Essentially, I'm telling you, don't be Candace Owens who gets out there and then says really stupid, crazy, dumb things and then has to walk back her story and then Rewrite it every 15 and a half minutes because she's stupid and awful.
