Nick
What's going on everybody? Welcome back to another exciting episode of the Vile Files Reality edition. I am your host, Nick. I am tired. We went to Bravocon. I'm joined by my glamorous, sophisticated, charming, fergalicious, fergalicious wife, Natalie Joy.
Natalie Joy
Single parent Natalie Joy.
Nick
She was a single parent. This weekend I was without family for three days, which is the longest ever. Four days, three nights, four days. Yeah.
Fergalicious
You don't consider Sierra, Lea and Justin your family?
Sierra
Yeah. What?
Nick
Not the same way I consider my wife and daughter.
Natalie Joy
Oh, it's fair.
Susie
Really. Can't argue that, I guess.
Sierra
Yeah, yeah.
Nick
Mic drop. Yeah. Well, anyways, we got a lot to get into. Obviously. Bravo con was this past weekend. I feel like my brain is scrambled, it's fried, it's tired, it's.
Natalie Joy
Nick hasn't said one word to me because I feel like he talked so much in the last four days that he's like talked out.
Leia
Oh, I was the same way.
Nick
I mean, I am a grumpy bear right now. I'm tired, I'm cranky. River didn't sleep at all last night. Anyway, so much to get into. Guys, it is a jam packed week this week. We have not one, not two, not three, not four oh my God. Episodes to bring you but five episodes coming hot this week. Obviously we had asked Nick yesterday. We have reality recap today to talk about all things. Well bravocon later this episode we have and I'm very excited about this. Randall Cobb, formerly of the Green Bay packers and now on Special Forces joins us. It's a great conversation. Randall is a Green Bay Packer legend, so I'm personally excited, but also a great family man. He's dealt with some like really fascinating adversity. Him and his wife experienced a fire in their house with kids. It's a crazy story. He talks about it and just like what's life like following football in his career? It's a really great conversation and really just fun for me to talk to a Green Bay Packer legend. So really excited for you guys to hear that conversation. We got the secret lives of Mormon wives to get into. Obviously the episodes are out now. We'll cover the first three episodes today. Tomorrow's going deeper. Just get ready for it. It's explosive. We have Jesse Draper, formerly known as Jesse Nadikari. Nadikari.
Natalie Joy
Nadikari.
Nick
Nadikari. Well, not her last name anymore. Either way, we'll get into that is coming up this. Well, it's. Guys, first of all, it's like it's. It's a vile files first. If we're going deeper, it's a two parter. Wow.
Sierra
It needed to be part one.
Nick
I think we mentioned this last week is me, Jesse and Natalie. We sit down. She talks about everything going on this episode. Obviously the allegations with her affair with Marciano, but what prompted that her relationship with Jordan will be highlighted and featured in these next two episodes. And not gonna lie, there's some. There's some harsh realities and truths about. I don't know. I'm curious what people think. I mean, the main topic of these next two episodes is really this behavior of Jordan. And I'm curious what the audience will think and what empathy they might have for Jesse. But we really get into the weeds of their marriage and what caused this falling out and are they going to be able to work on things? Well, it looks like Jesse and Jordan put their house up for sale, leading to more speculation about their marriage. We have all burning questions answered. Part two following next week. It'll be it opens up with me sitting down with Jordan and asking you about some of his thoughts on his behavior, their marriage, their relationship, following the things that Jesse will say about their relationship. It is jaw dropping. It's also just, it might be triggering, I don't know for, for people out there, it's a jaw dropping next couple episodes. Also, I think we got some housewives joining us this week. Thursday's episode of Rally Recap. Can't confirm who yet. There's a lot of conversations going on post BravoCon. And then on Friday, it's a Vile Files special, the Special Forces reunion hosted by the Vile Files. Yours truly and my glamorous Fergalicious, Fergalicious wife Natalie Joy will be joining me as we interview the finalist of season four, Special Forces that is dropping this Friday. So be sure to check that out. We have an all star lineup.
Natalie Joy
We've got Brianna lapaglia, Gia Giudice, Shawn Johnson east, her husband Andrew east and Cody Brown.
Nick

I just want to say I know we mentioned this but like this show has existed for six plus years now. We have dropped over a thousand episodes and this is the first time I Think we've really. We've had merch before. We dabbled in it. This is something we like. The household, us, my wife, we really put our heart and soul into this, and I am proud to put the vial files logo on this merch. Now, they came up with design a couple of years ago, but it took two years to find a vendor and a partner that we really liked. We want to give you guys, like, good quality material, like things that look good on you, that are comfortable, that you want to put on your body. We really feel good about this. I'm really. I'm really excited about this merch. People are loving it. The designs are great. We have more exciting ones coming up, but the supplies are limited for the first drop. The release, the og.
Natalie Joy
The classic.
Nick
The classic Vile Files merch. So get it while it's available. Get it while it's hot. Go to vile files.com to get your merch today, or you can check out a link in our bio in our show. Instagram or my Instagram or mine or Natalie's Instagram. We're almost sold out. There's a couple more items left for the first release, your classic. So get it while it lasts in there.
Natalie Joy
Get your size. Get your friend size.
Nick
Might sell out today, maybe tomorrow, but the next few days, it looks like, based on current sales, there's only a few more items left. So if you want it, grab it. All right, bravocon. How do you guys want to start? We talk about our experience. We want to get into some of the big headlines, like Vicki Gundall.
Natalie Joy
I feel like I obviously have not spoken to Nick. I've really tried to, like, not ask any questions.
Nick
So I got home late.
Natalie Joy
He got home late, and he pounced on me. And I was scared. No, I wasn't scared. It was in the middle of the night, and I was like, oh, my God, I was asleep. Welcome home, honey.
Nick
Go to see my wife for three nights.
Natalie Joy
So we didn't talk much. Bravo.
Sierra
Con.
Natalie Joy
You know, not much talking going on.
Nick
A lot of lip.
Natalie Joy
Lip talk and not lip service over there.
Nick
Their lips were doing other things.
Randall Cobb
Yeah.
Natalie Joy
Anyways. But I was stunned to see Nick's carousel on Instagram. First photo. Lisa Barlow.
Fergalicious
Lisa Barlow.
Natalie Joy
So I have lots of questions I'd like to start. I would like to start there.
Nick
We met a lot of housewives, and I gotta say, there were some surprises with my interactions.
Natalie Joy
Can we start with Lisa?
Nick
We will. But some were. Some were nicer and more pleasant in person than I imagined, and others weren't.
Sierra
Also there Were more that were in that carousel that we just didn't get pictures with.
Nick
Yeah.
Sierra
Because it was like we'd walk away and was like, oh, we should take a picture.
Nick
I need to pause on the Lisa Barlow for a second because we have to roast Justin.
Leia
Yes, we do. We did.
Sierra
Story. He almost killed me.
Natalie Joy
He killed me.
Sierra
I almost died. I almost died.
Justin
In the name of Lisa Barlow, this is a big setup, and y' all are liars.
Nick
Justin is currently in New York preparing for our special forces reunion following Bravo Con. Justin took a red eye.
Fergalicious
Oh, my God.
Nick
From Las Vegas to New York. So Justin truly is. Did I. No. No. Anyways, in preparation for BravoCon, I said to my team, book the hotels and the tickets. Justin seemed to head up that chart.
Natalie Joy
Savvy, Justin. Savvy. Financially savvy.
Nick
Justin is. I will appreciate. Frugal with my money.
Natalie Joy
Frugal.
Sierra
Yes, he is.
Nick
So I do. I do want to acknowledge and appreciate.
Natalie Joy
That y' all should see the hotels he's trying to get.
Nick
I was like, like, let's just stay in somewhere nice. Like, we don't have to go crazy, but, like, pick a nice hotel. Find out where people are going. I don't know. Do your research, whatever. Then at one point, Justin asked me if I wanted a special room.
Natalie Joy
Oh, like a suite.
Susie
I was like, could you imagine?
Nick
And I was like, no, Justin, don't worry. I'm one of you. Just get me a normal room, you know, I don't need.
Natalie Joy
That would be the time you fly first class. You get a penthouse. You're like, I'm not with my wife and my daughter.
Sierra
Let's.
Natalie Joy
Let's get the penthouse.
Nick
Whatever. I flew southw out southwest Justin booked us at, and I was a bit surprised at first. I wasn't really paying attention. The night before I went to Bravocon, Victoria came over, our friend. She's like, where are you staying? I'm like, I think Caesar's Palace. She's like, oh, nice. And I'm like, turns out I was wrong. I wasn't really paying attention. I show up in Vegas, and I'm like, oh. I look at the. The itinerary. I'm like, oh, we're going. Oh, no. And I was like, maybe they have some fancy upgrade now. There was a reason, in Justin's defense. Well, we. He got. He got directed.
Justin
Let's.
Nick
Well, let's leave it at that. And then Justin just booked it, and it's like a hotel that hasn't seemed to have much of a makeover since 1973.
Leia
Yes. You walk out into the hallway. The lights flicker. It's dark, it's cold. I'm kidding.
Natalie Joy
Oh, it's dark, it's cold. There's blood on the walls.
Nick
I get in. I get in first. I'm like, so why are we staying here? Leia laughs at the comment. I hadn't checked in yet. I thought there was, like, a catch or, like, there's. I don't know, something.
Susie
Yeah.
Natalie Joy
Nick's like, matter of fact, I want the penthouse.
Nick
Yeah, I don't think the penthouse would have been much better. Anyways, then we go to. We go to get dinner. It's me, Sierra, and Justin. We're waiting on Leia. Leia's about to join us. And then all of a sudden, Justin get attacks that, like, Leia was checking. No, but then. Well, then Leia tries to check in, and then the rooms are under Justin's name, so Leia can't get in, and Justin's trying to help Leia. Then we think we help Leia, and then all of a sudden, we get a text from Leia that she passed out.
Randall Cobb
Oh.
Nick
In the lobby.
Natalie Joy
Oh, my God.
Fergalicious
Oh, I heard about this.
Nick
She just passed out. She woke up with paramedics over her. What?
Natalie Joy
Wait, Leia, what happened?
Nick
She doesn't remember.
Sierra
It was the smells. It was the lights. It was the everything. I just.
Justin
The crazy part was I was on the phone with them saying my wife is stranded in the lobby and, like, needs a room. Why? Why did you need.
Nick
You're on the phone. Everyone's like, sir, we know.
Justin
No, this always works when you say my wife. So I was saying my wife.
Sierra
I passed out.
Fergalicious
I know. The person on the phone was like, wife.
Natalie Joy
Yeah, diva.
Fergalicious
My wife is on the line, girl.
Sierra
By the way, I was Mrs. Phillips all weekend. I was Mrs. Phillips all weekend.
Nick
Oh, my God.
Natalie Joy
Congratulations, you two.
Nick
Justin saying my wife didn't work.
Sierra
Me passing out on the floor didn't work. I still couldn't get a room.
Susie
Oh, my God.
Justin
The crazy part is that my pregnant. My. I said, my pregnant wife is stranded in the lobby. Why did you name my room Justin's second room? I gave you her name. So I was like, what is this? And she passes out somewhere in the between of me being on the phone with them.
Natalie Joy
Oh, my God.
Justin
Because they were like, we can't do anything. We can't do anything. You have to be here to let her in.
Natalie Joy
Wait, did Leia make it to dinner?
Sierra
No, did not. I ordered Chipotle, but this very nice woman named Jacqueline shout out Jacqueline saved my life. She was there. And then Sierra came and helped me.
Fergalicious
And Nick and Justin didn't come to help you?
Nick
No, we. We got dinner.
Susie
They got dinner.
Nick
Well, how many. How many people you need to screw in a light bulb? Like, what were you gonna do? We were like, let us, like, you know, Leia was like, I'm fine. I'm going to my room. Let us know if you guys need anything.
Sierra
Well, Sierra's room, because I still did not get a room after all.
Nick
Meanwhile. No. What Jess and I were doing were getting us rooms at the encore.
Leia
I'm surprised there were rooms changed.
Nick
So were we. But anyways, encore slash the win. Lovely, really nice hotel.
Sierra
If I. If I hadn't passed out, would you have still moved us to the encore?
Nick
I wasn't staying.
Leia
There was no way.
Fergalicious
No, no.
Sierra
Would you have left us?
Randall Cobb
No.
Natalie Joy
I know Sierra would not have stayed. Her bougie ass would have been like, guys, I'm out.
Leia
I actually had a reservation.
Natalie Joy
Okay, so now can we get back to Lisa Barlow or.
Fergalicious
Yeah, yeah, yeah. Sorry, I don't.
Natalie Joy
Anyway, Lisa Barlow passing out.
Leia
Can I give Nick his flowers for two seconds? Because I will say he was going up talking to all the housewives, talking to all the Bravo talent. Nick worked really hard at that European wax center. I have never seen him hug, smile, small talk with so many people back to back. He made so many people's day. So I was like, that was really nice to see, Nick. So there's your flowers.
Susie
Was he waxing?
Nick
Anyways, I am emotionally and physically zapped. This introvert is recharged thanks to all of y'.
Leia
All.
Natalie Joy
I won't hear anything from my husband for at least 12 business days.
Sierra
The wired headphones are going in.
Natalie Joy
Exactly.
Fergalicious
Exactly.
Natalie Joy
I won't hear a peep on that airplane to New York City.
Nick
I'll tell you what. No Lisa Barlow. Anyways, it was three days in the making. On day one, I saw Lisa show up to the convention center with John. I believe her husband is. I called him Mr. Parallel Parker when I met him.
Fergalicious
Okay.
Nick
He was a sport. He was a sport. I did not approach Lisa on day one. I was like, I don't know.
Natalie Joy
But you did approach John.
Nick
Nope. Didn't know one. On day two, I saw Lisa, like, kind of walk past me from a distance. Justin was like, go talk to her. Go talk to her.
Fergalicious
And Nick wouldn't go the distance.
Nick
I didn't go the distance.
Susie
He played it cool.
Nick
On day three, Lisa. We were in behind backstage, and Lisa walked up, and I stepped in front of her, I said, lisa, hi, I'm Nick. And she goes, you're so mean to me. And I go, I know. Oh, no, I wasn't gonna, like, pretend.
Fergalicious
No, I'm not.
Nick
Yeah, yeah. I gotta say, in person, Lisa was incredibly charming. I bet she was very Tamora Judge in the sense that, like, she was like, I don't take it personal, which I don't know. I mean, honestly, I was blown away by this version of Lisa Barlow.
Justin
Well, she specifically told you, Nick. She said, if you knew me, you would love me.
Nick
Yeah.
Justin
And that's all I can.
Nick
If you knew me, you would love me. And I'm like. And I'm. Are you gonna. So, like, I'm like, do you want to come on the show? Basically, she said yes. She said she wanted to space it out between, I guess, Brittany.
Sierra
We didn't have anyone else, but, yeah.
Nick
She was very charming and very lovely in person.
Leia
You also had a cute chit chat with Mary on day three.
Nick
I did. Mary. Mary was very gracious. She's like, oh, your show is famous. And I'm like. She's like, all the big stars go on it. She was. She was giving me my flowers. And I'm like, well, not all the big stars, because you haven't come on. And then I pitched Mary, and she said she would want to come on, but she said she's wanted to come on before, so I'm not so sure how.
Leia
Oh, no, you said I'd fly you out. And she goes, you'd do that for me?
Nick
Yeah. It was so fun. No, I said I'd fly to you.
Susie
Are you.
Leia
Fly to her.
Nick
Do that for me? And I said I'd do anything for you. Wow.
Sierra
You also had a great chat with me.
Nick
Angie. Yes, Angie. She said that she hasn't come on yet because I said something mean. And I'm like, what did I say? And she's like. Like, I don't remember.
Susie
Perfect.
Leia
But we said we'd find it. And she said, if you apologize. And Nick said he would.
Nick
And I said, yeah. And I said, please.
Sierra
So we have to find it. What did we say?
Fergalicious
I would never say a mean word about Angie Catsuneva.
Natalie Joy
So we do love Angie. That's.
Sierra
I love Angie.
Nick
Ran into Whitney and Justin. Lovely. Got to meet Justin for their first time. I mean, really, honestly, everyone was super lovely.
Leia
Wait, can I mention something that happened at the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City panel?
Fergalicious
What?
Leia
Britney was asked about her and Jared's relationship status, and she was like, he's Actually, here. And Jared stands up in the entire crowd booths.
Nick
He sat right back down.
Leia
You couldn't even find him. The camera couldn't find him. That's how quickly he sat down.
Natalie Joy
Oh, my God.
Fergalicious
I want to know. Okay, let's go round robin style. I want to go around the room and know everyone's favorite moment for BravoCon.
Nick
When Lisa knew exactly who Justin was.
Natalie Joy
Wait, what did she say? Justin?
Fergalicious
I heard they had a 20 minute.
Justin
Conversation in my head. It was 20 minutes. She went up to Nick and then looked at me and goes, I know you. And let's just say when people feel seen and when people feel like someone stood up for them and for the truth, they know who you are. And I love you, Lisa.
Natalie Joy
Wait, what have you stood up for with Lisa?
Nick
She's always defending Lisa.
Fergalicious
She's always standing up for Lisa.
Nick
He's never talked shit about Lisa. That is true.
Justin
And she just said, like, thank you for knowing who I am and seeing me for who I am. And I said, you know what? I love everybody, but they'll never make me hate you.
Sierra
Nick, that's sweet that that's your favorite moment from BravoCon.
Susie
That is sweet. Yeah.
Fergalicious
Well, Justin, what's your favorite moment for BravoCon? Besides that. Because Nick already took it.
Justin
Every housewife, literally. Any of them. Sutton, Ashley Darby, Robin Dixon, all the Salt Lake City, all the Atlanta housewives. The Atlanta panel was crazy. It was like a scene out of the show.
Sierra
It was like being at a live reunion.
Justin
Wow.
Natalie Joy
Wait, did you meet any Atlanta.
Nick
I didn't mean Portia, which was a bummer. I really wanted to meet her. Obviously. We saw Cynthia. I briefly met. Met Phaedra.
Fergalicious
Did you meet Stacy?
Nick
I did meet Stacy, yes. Yeah, that was cool. She had no idea who we were. I was like you. You don't get the respect you deserve. And she said, thank you. Ashley Darby was lovely. She's a big fan of us. He listens.
Natalie Joy
She said, let's get her on.
Justin
I think Marisol looked at Nick and said, I love a man with facial hair or something.
Fergalicious
What did she say exactly?
Natalie Joy
And imagine if I would have let you shave.
Nick
I will say, you know, I don't get out much anymore. I'm happily married. You know, my wife obviously does compliment me from time to time, but time.
Natalie Joy
To time, it's crazy.
Nick
I got a lot of. A lot of, you're handsome. A lot of words of academics about ignition.
Sierra
Somebody thought he was related to Justin Bieber.
Nick
Yeah, got that. Were they as a reminder that I am, in fact, taller in Person heard that a lot.
Natalie Joy
Put that back in your.
Nick
I think, actually second. You know what? Justin. Lisa Barlow recognizing Justin. Justin was actually not my favorite. It was my second favorite. My favorite was maybe a Bravo fan saying that I was just as hot as Craig and Swartz. Wow. I know. Listen, when it comes to BravoCon, first of all, I want to give Bravo NBC, whatever peacock. It's an incredible event. They put out an amazing show, incredibly well organized. I was a little nervous about just, like, honestly going with, like, just like Bravo fans, being intense online, lovely people. It's a great, great community, great, great universe, dedicated fans. Everyone was super lovely. It was a really just overall, like, a great event, and we are happy that we were a part of it. It was a lot of fun. But when it comes to obviously, BravoCon, the Bravo celebrities are like king. I mean, when Craig. Craig. Craig is the most eligible bachelor in Bravo. He is like Michael Jackson at this event. When Craig would walk out, like, panties are flying all over the place. The pheromones are pheromone ing. He is. I mean, they are loving.
Natalie Joy
He did look very handsome on stage. When I saw the pair, he did look handsome.
Nick
He also said he would come on. Craig, Austin and Shep, all. They all said they were going to come on. But, yeah, the boys of Bravo are hot commodities there. And so for a fan to say that I was as hot as that.
Natalie Joy
Trumped Lisa that loves and got it.
Nick
You know, I don't get out much. And I was like, I still got it.
Leia
You know, I was gonna say, you know that scene in the Lion King when Simba's on that branch and it's all the wildebeest, like, running down. That's what it felt like being in the crowd. When Craig or Shep were, like, walking by, all of a sudden it was just like, women. And I was like, oh, my God, I'm gonna die here.
Randall Cobb
This is it.
Susie
I have to wonder, like, what that does to their mental.
Fergalicious
You know what I mean?
Natalie Joy
Nothing good, nothing great.
Susie
They're like, how does that.
Nick
Even the team page people just sweating.
Leia
Craig, did you see Andy Shade Craig at the Bravos?
Nick
What'd he do?
Leia
He would just. He was doing a little roast in the beginning to open up the show. And he was kind of like someone who's a hard worker, determined, has a great podcast. Those are all words to describe his. His ex, Paige. And it was like while the spotlight was on him and everything, he was good about it. Made a little heart.
Natalie Joy
Love that.
Susie
That's cute.
Fergalicious
I want to Know Leia's favorite?
Sierra
I have two real quick one. Phaedra Parks told me that she liked my outfit. She was like, I wasn't even talking to her. She was like, feet away. And then she. She was like, hey, you like, I really like that outfit. And then I ran right up to her. I was like, phaedra, I love you so much.
Susie
Wow.
Natalie Joy
Wow.
Fergalicious
What was the outfit?
Sierra
It was like a monochromatic brown leather jacket, leather shorts, brown tights, brown turtleneck.
Natalie Joy
She's eating.
Nick
Ran into Tamara Judge and she looked at me and she goes, I heard you're talking shit.
Fergalicious
Oh, oh, well, Jennifer Lawrence was too.
Nick
And then she was like, I'm just with you. Tamara's great.
Justin
Tamara said talk your shit, but not don't have Slade.
Randall Cobb
Or.
Justin
Who was the other person?
Natalie Joy
Gretchen.
Sierra
Gretchen, probably Gretchen.
Justin
No, no, no, no. She's. She name dropped someone else.
Randall Cobb
Nick.
Justin
Yeah, well, talk your shit as long as you don't have Slade. On.
Sierra
My second favorite moment was just meeting people who love the vile files in the household. We had people coming up to us even, and it was so sweet and so exciting to meet people in the wild and watch our show. And they were all so lovely and so nice. And that was a huge highlight for me was just getting to meet them and yeah, it looked so cute.
Natalie Joy
Did that make, like, all your hard work feel so much more validated?
Sierra
Yeah, a hundred percent. One hundred percent. It was just cool. Like, I've never been, like, recognized before, so it was like, fun to just, like, hear people, like, appreciate what we do and love us as a group and yeah, really nice.
Natalie Joy
Sierra.
Leia
I agree with Leia. I was meeting people from that enjoy listening to the podcast and getting to talk to them. That was really great. And then also I really enjoyed being in the press room and getting to talk to all of the Bravo webs I've watched for so long. And it was just like one of those, like, full circle moments. I was like, wow, we really, like, we're here. That's so fucking cool.
Natalie Joy
Did you have a favorite conversation?
Leia
Off the top of my head. No. I was like. Because it was like, everybody, like, I was just kind of like, like Phaedra walking by, having a chit chat. We talked to Kyle Cook for a little bit. Like, it was just like, like, because Carl introduced us to Kyle. Like, it was just like one of those, like, really weird, like, surreal moments where it was like, wow.
Sierra
Oh, Carl is so nice.
Leia
He's one of the nicest people.
Sierra
Oh, my God.
Fergalicious
Well, I mean, I was not at Bravocon I was low key, sick in my bed all weekend, but it sounded like so much fun. I will say I even have a favorite Bravocon moment from you guys, because on Friday here at the yacht office, I. I'm going to reenact this moment as if it was happening. I'm here at the office, and I'm trying to get into the pre sale to get Hayley Williams tickets, and it's run out. The tour is sold out. And I announce to the entire office, they can all testify on this that I am going to do something very, very dark and drastic because I cannot get Haley Williams tickets. And I am spiraling. I'm so upset. And in that moment, I'm texting the group chat saying I didn't get Haley Williams tickets. And then Leia says, look at your phone right now. Go on Vile Files, Instagram. And it's a video of Meredith Marks saying hi to me. And I have never felt emotional whiplash like that in my entire life. I went from a deep, dark place of sadness to not getting Hayley Williams tickets to a reminder that my girl loves me.
Leia
I love that I have one more funny moment. One of my favorite moments from Bravocon. We went to a panel that was about, like, shopping, and they started giving out freebies. Leia, wait.
Justin
Tell the story from the beginning.
Fergalicious
Wait, you got freebies?
Leia
Tell the story from the beginning.
Natalie Joy
You woke up.
Leia
Yeah. Like, I started the day.
Sierra
We had coffee.
Justin
They were giving giveaways to people in the crowd that were, like, getting their attention. So I told Sierra, grab these two phones, stand on the chair, and wave the flashlights. And she's like, I'm not doing that. And I said, give it to Leia. Leia does it.
Leia
They see her, gets the shirt. But it's just the idea that she's up there on camera.
Sierra
The shirt that Sierra's wearing.
Natalie Joy
What is the shirt?
Sierra
Lover boy.
Leia
Lover boy.
Natalie Joy
Oh, yes, of course.
Susie
Love. Okay.
Leia
That's definitely one of my highlights of my trip there.
Justin
Should we rapid fire some of the, like, headlines that came out of Bravocon?
Nick
Well, yeah, some big stories that come out of Bravocon. Vicki Gumbalson is now back on the real Housewives of O.C. apparently, it was, like, born out of sheer just spontaneity. Spontaneity and serendipity. Apparently he was talking, according to Andy, he was talking to Vicky backstage. And it's just, as he said, felt right. And in that moment, he brought out an orange and gave it to Vicki. And I had. I. I saw Vicki earlier that day. Finally Met her in person. Ashley Iaconetti, friend, dear friend of ours in the world's worst kept secret, officially has been announced as a cast member of the Real Housewives of Rhode Island. Jared Haben is part of. I think that's the most bizarre part of this is Jared is a. Is a housewife husband.
Susie
I love this.
Natalie Joy
Well, he's in the trailer.
Susie
I'm so excited.
Natalie Joy
And you have Ashley being like, I'm gonna cry again.
Susie
No, I'm seeing so many compilations of her just being like, I'm gonna cry. I'm gonna cry. Oh, she's gonna cry. Oh, she's gonna cry again. And I'm like, oh, she's back. She is so back.
Nick
It'll be certainly interesting. What else?
Sierra
Welcome to Broadway.
Nick
What else are some major headlines.
Justin
Justin, Teresa, Melissa, Joe Gorga. That whole family was reunited, walking around everywhere giving hugs, saying that they. They want to try to move forward. And the gag of it was Andy was saying we've filmed that scene too many times before that, like, he wants them to actually, like, mend their relationship before that even becomes a storyline on tv.
Nick
Yeah. They can't just show up to Bravo Con and pretend to be chill. They gotta, like, live it. Be it.
Justin
Tamara called Jennifer Lawrence a.
Nick
Yep.
Justin
Crazy.
Nick
I guess she won't be going on two T's.
Fergalicious
Lisa Barlow also said, everyone has bad days talking about Jennifer Lawrence.
Natalie Joy
Talking shut on her.
Nick
That was correct. Well, I feel like that was a bad edit. In a. In a. In a. Not that. Now that. Now that Lisa and Barlow and I.
Natalie Joy
Thought that was an amazing response.
Fergalicious
No, it was perfect. It was the perfect amount of tea.
Nick
She was like, talking about Jennifer.
Natalie Joy
She didn't talk about her. She was like, I love Jennifer Lawrence. She can do no wrong. She has put our. She's been a supporter of our show. She is backed our show. She loves our show. We love her. You know, everybody has bad days. It was perfect.
Nick
Yeah, but the headline was kind of like, she defends Jennifer Lawrence and then has everyone has bad days. As if, like, it was. The headline was edited to like, make Lisa look bad.
Natalie Joy
Well, she didn't write the headline. And you know how headlines are.
Nick
I'm defending Lisa.
Natalie Joy
I'm just saying that she.
Randall Cobb
The.
Natalie Joy
The actual interview was actually like. I was like, good for. Good for Lisa. She didn't like Lisa Barlow. This she actually.
Randall Cobb
Right.
Fergalicious
And then Tamara Judge went, she's a bitch.
Natalie Joy
I love that. Jennifer probably loves.
Susie
Yeah.
Nick
Yeah.
Justin
We have Sutton's track called Garcelle's departure from Beverly Hills a blessing because it allowed her to get closer to the.
Nick
Other woman as well. Knowing what we know and talking to people we know on the inside, like, knowing that Garcelle is genuinely hurt by Sutton's actions in the sense that, like, Garcelle really invested in this friendship. And, like, at the end of the day, like, Sutton chose the cool girls, so to speak, or what she perceived to be as, like, maybe more popular women. And I think that relationship really is, like, hurt Garcelle. So for Sutton to go to Bravo con and double doubt and be like, it was, like, a blessing, because now I get to know these other women as if it was, like. As if it was Garcelle's fault from, like, Sutton being friends with, like, Garcelle.
Natalie Joy
Is holding her back.
Nick
Yeah. That's a wild thing to say. It's definitely double tripling down on. On the end of that relationship, for sure.
Justin
I still love you.
Nick
Sutton met Dorit briefly. Couldn't tell if she was being serious or played dumb. Some of, like, some of the housewives. Very gracious. We love you. Oh, my God. We listen to you. We're big fans. Some of them kind of, like, play dumb. You can see, like, them, like, they were, like, they would be talking about us, and we'd go up and say hi and be like, oh, my God, who are you? And I'm like, yeah, for sure. And then other ones were like, clearly no idea. Hard to tell with the.
Natalie Joy
What'd she say?
Justin
Dari said your name sounded scary. She said vile. Sounds scary.
Natalie Joy
Well. Well, little does she know it's vile.
Nick
Yeah, I don't think she knew who we were or she did a good job acting.
Justin
No, she was nice to you. She loved you, Nick.
Nick
I don't know if she loved me, but she was nice.
Sierra
Did you see her at the. Was it the Bravos, where she went on stage to accept her award, and she, like, took out a cigarette and just, like, took a drag of it and then.
Susie
So cool.
Justin
We have Andy saying that Roni is almost, like, fully cast, and it won't be a hybrid cast. So the old women of Roni will be in the radar somewhere else, but not on actual Roni. Then we have New Jersey. They're gonna announce it soon, but he wants to make sure the casting is perfect. Then we have Wendy Oseppo did address her arrest on her panel. So Wendy Oseppo basically said, like, we really respect and love everybody's peace. We can't answer every question right now, but as of now, everything is just an allegation. Then we have Portia, Sonja, and Heather are joining Love Hotel. So it's like a season two of Love Hotel.
Leia
I love Sonia Morgan. I cannot wait to see her. This is going to be like a buffet for her.
Fergalicious
What about the ultimate. What is it? Ultimate road trip.
Leia
Oh, yeah.
Fergalicious
I'm so excited for that.
Justin
Yes.
Fergalicious
Thelma and Louise. But Housewives, you kidding me?
Justin
They announced the ultimate girls trip is coming back, but it's coming back in a different format. So essentially it's the most iconic housewives taking road trips to every city that Housewives is in.
Natalie Joy
If they're not using Angie Catsineva's RV there, that's a big mistake.
Fergalicious
Yes.
Nick
It has to be.
Justin
Yeah.
Sierra
Oh, another thing, it seemed like Carl and Vanita might be catching vibes.
Justin
Yeah.
Leia
Carl did a panel and they were asking if there was any Bravo liberties that he had interest in. He said, last night I had a great time talking and getting to know Vanita. She's beautiful. Like, I would love to spend more time with her.
Sierra
I love that.
Randall Cobb
That.
Natalie Joy
I heard West Wilson was name dropping Brielle Beerman.
Nick
Ooh, Ariana grabbed my ass.
Natalie Joy
Ariana, Ariana, Ariana.
Susie
I love when shooters shoot, you know?
Natalie Joy
He grabbed your ass.
Nick
Yeah.
Sierra
West grabbed her. Your ass.
Justin
Yeah.
Susie
I was like, well, yeah.
Nick
Anyways, it was a wild Bravo Con. Thanks to all the people who said hi. Everyone there who met me asked for my wife, so next time she will have to to join us.
Natalie Joy
You're a bandwag center. Do you hear that? I will have to join next time.
Nick
But anyways, it was great to say, see all the members of the household came up and said hi to all of us. We really appreciate you. It was a lot of fun to interact with Bravo. Definitely coming back to Bravo Con when it returns. It was a ton of fun. Up next, we got Randall Cobb from Special Forces. Obviously, as a big Packer fan, I'm super excited about this. Randall Cobb
Thank you, man. Appreciate it.
Nick
I'm super excited to have you. I was telling you before we start recording, I'm a. Everyone knows who listens. I'm a huge Packer fan. Love football. So Randall, for those of you who don't know, is a Packer legend. How many years did you play for them?
Randall Cobb
10 of my 13 years.
Nick
10 of his 13 years. So very cool for me to have you in stud. Obviously you are in Special Forces this season. You did very well. I'm a part of the Special Forces family, so it's good, it's good to have friends. I actually, we, we. I was in Vegas this past weekend and had dinner with Danny Amendola, who also is a part of Special Forces. So trauma bonded. Yeah, I, I want to talk ball with you a little bit, but before we get into that, I do. I'm curious. Just like, I think it's fun to talk when we talk about Special Forces is whether it's fans or just other alumni. What makes that show so fascinating is like, it's kind of like, why'd you do it? You know, like, yes, they pay the people who go on for sure and it's a nice chunk of change, but like, you could leave two seconds into the show. So, like there you could, you could show up, you could meet the DSS and be like, fuck y', all, I'm out. I'll take the money and let. And some of us decide to stay in this experience that is truly real life. It is not like a reality TV show where they're, you know, you're, you're in a simulation with four special forces soldiers who, who treat you like a soldier. A real recruit. Yeah, the food is garbage. That's the worst part. Anyways, I'm curious. Someone like yourself, I've told this story I was talking about with Danny over the weekend. But like when I went on, you know, I, I ran track in College. I'm 45. It's been a while since I really like competed.
Randall Cobb
You're not 45. There's no way. Yeah, you got to give me the routine.
Nick
Thank you.
Natalie Joy
Our daughter, he FaceTimed our daughter while.
Nick
He was, this was, this was humbling.
Natalie Joy
Nick answered the phone and she went, da, da, Papa. Oh no, papa.
Nick
So anyways, so she's my, my daughter's keeping.
Natalie Joy
She's in the dog house girl that's.
Randall Cobb
In to do that.
Nick
We, we had just found out Natalie was pregnant when, when Special Forces asked me to go on. So for me it was like, it was a truly a. Like, you know, I. In college, obviously I competed in, you know, you push yourself to a certain level. But I hadn't done that in years. And so Special Forces for me was like, when I was down bad getting through it, it was really like I wanted to see what I'm about to be a father.
Randall Cobb
Yes.
Nick
You know, I'm about to like, as a dad, have to face some, you know, hopefully not, but adversity, problem solving. I gotta be able to step up and difficult. And I really use that as like a metaphor to like to motivate me. I'm curious someone like yourself who is just, who just got done competing at the highest possible level athletically, what prompted you to do Special Forces and, and, and go through very far throughout the course like you did.
Randall Cobb
Well, I, I will say that I just have so much respect for our military and I was honored that I had that opportunity. Right. To get to go on the show and get to live out what they do on a day to day basis. And whenever I got the call I was like, you know, I hadn't watched the show, so I was like, well, let me talk to a few people, let me get an idea. And they were like, okay, we got 24 hours to make a decision, so wow. I was like, okay. So I watched like two Episodes, Right. I didn't watch a whole lot. I watched, like, two episodes. I called a buddy, Golden Tate, who was on last season, and asked him about his experience, what he thought. He was like, you know, I would tell anyone to do it, but I'll never do it again. And I was like, wait, what do you mean by that? And then, like, he dives into it. He dives into everything that happens. And after that phone call, I was kind of like, well, I don't want to take someone else's experience and put that on in my own mind of what it could be and what could happen from the show. So. So I kind of just took those 24 hours, watched a couple episodes, and was like, all right, let's do it. Let's do this.
Nick
Check it out. And now, following your experience, do you have the same opinion as Golden?
Randall Cobb
Without a doubt. I had an incredible experience. I enjoyed every moment of it. Not every moment, but, you know, like, you. You get to see some incredible views. Like, we're in Morocco, get to see the culture there, even though we're not living it on in the same way I would if I was to go on a vacation to Morocco. So I still got to see the beauty of the country and get to feel the village life and the people. You know, there's so much downtime in between some of the moments when you're sitting in the car, just driving to Lord knows where. Right. So you get to see and take in a lot. So I would never not enjoy that experience that I had. But will I do it again? Absolutely.
Nick
How does Special Forces compare with, like, training camp?
Randall Cobb
It's just completely different, because with football, you know exactly what you're doing. Right. I've been playing football since I was seven. Like, that was. I played for a really long time. So I understood, like, in training camp, what the routine was. I have recovery time. I have, you know, time. I can plan for what that is. Physically, yes, it was grueling. Like, some of the workouts that we did, some of the beastings, some of the places that you went into this dark place of, like, not knowing. And I think that was the hardest part of. You just didn't know when it was gonna end. Like, it wasn't until about day five that we realized, like, okay, we're doing something in the morning, we're doing something in the afternoon, and we may have a beasting at night. But before then, like, you just, like, what is happening? Are they gonna come at any moment? Like, you just had to be ready.
Nick
Were you Ever hearing voices?
Randall Cobb
Oh, all the time.
Nick
Cause, yeah, there were, like, soldiers don't get ready. They stay ready. They would always say that to us. And by, like, yeah, day two or day three, we're sitting at the edge of our cot, and people would jump up because, you know, like. Yeah, because if you don't. If you don't respond to them quickly, you get punished. At that point, you're just tired of getting your ass kicked. Yeah, we definitely started hearing.
Natalie Joy
What was. What was your wife's reaction? Because obviously she's, like, used to you being gone on the road. Football is a very dangerous sport. So going into this, what was her reaction to it?
Randall Cobb
When I first got the call and I talked to her about it, she was interested, but, like, not really. Like, I don't want you going for two weeks. No.
Natalie Joy
Yeah.
Randall Cobb
That doesn't sound fun for me. With three. Three wild boys.
Susie
Right.
Randall Cobb
So she was kind of like, whatever. And then, like, right after I got that call, I went to the gym, and I, like, had to test myself to see if I could run a mile, because I had to run a mile in so long. And honestly, like, after I finished playing after the season at 23, our last game was January of 24, I told myself I was taking a year off from working out, and I probably went to the gym maybe 10 times. Right. In that year, I was gonna rest your body. Rest my body, let my body heal up. Give it some time. And then January rolls around of 25, and it's been a year now, and it's like, okay, buddy, it's time to get back to working out, like she told me. And then, like, I, like, would go from time to time, but whenever I got that call, I went right to the gym. And, like, she saw that, and she was like, I don't know what this is, but I feel like you should do it. Like, you're motivated, you know, to obviously better your health by going to the gym. So I think you should check it out and think about it.
Nick
You hear a lot from, you know, football players who, especially like yourself, who played at the highest level for a long time. The transition from, you know, being a football player in an NFL to not playing can be very difficult emotionally, mentally. Like you said, you've played your whole life, and, like, you know, relatively speaking, like, you're a young man. Like, you are, you know, know, like, compared to, like, normal people. You. You're in your prime. You're young. NFL standards. You know, it's a different, you know, like, oh, you're 29. Like, oh, my God, you're about to die.
Randall Cobb
Exactly.
Nick
You know, but what is that. What does that transition been like for you? And. And has it been difficult emotionally or mentally at times to transition from that level to a more, I guess, say, normal, quiet life?
Randall Cobb
Yeah, I, It. It definitely has been a transition. It's had its difficulties. You know, I'm very, very blessed in a sense that, you know, I have a family structure that really holds me together. I got purpose in my kids. My wife pushes me to new levels and new heights daily. I couldn't be more thankful for that support system, right, to come home to that loving home every single day. But, yeah, I played, you know, for majority of my Life, I played 26 years of football, played sports all through high school. This is the first time where I don't have, like. Like something. Right. Every season of life, I've had something. If it was an off season, I was preparing for the next season. During the season, it. It goes by really quickly, and that structure was just ripped from me, basically. And I, I, you know, I'm piecing that together and, and finding new hobbies and things that I'm interested in. And, you know, I just got into tennis randomly. Like, I love it now, and, you know, so I'm playing tennis a couple times. Not pickable, not pickleball. I really. I really like tennis. I. I feel like you just move a little bit more, and I, I like that. Like, you have to be skilled. Like, me and my wife played in a doubles, mixed doubles match at the club and, like, got smacked, and I was like, okay, all right. Yeah, I got.
Nick
I got.
Randall Cobb
I got some working to do. So that. That's been a fun transition. But, yeah, I. I would say that it. It does have its difficult difficulties, and that was one of the reasons I went on the show, because I wanted that thrill back. You know, it's. It's very euphoric to be able to. To be in a Stadium with 80,000 people and if you're on the road, silence a crowd by one given moment, or if you're at home, to feel that energy of the fans, because we really feed off of that. You get the ball and get in the end zone and feel that crowd, just to look out. So this was probably the closest thing that I've ever felt to that going on the show and having those moments. And no, there wasn't a crowd, but that euphoric feeling of, you know, going down a dam or jumping out of a helicopter, like, it was. It was a lot of fun.
Natalie Joy
In your questioning, you opened up about the house fire that you and your family experienced. What happened? Because it doesn't really show. I'm sure you talked about it, but what happened?
Randall Cobb
Yeah, so we. We had a house fire in the garage. We had a Tesla, and right at the connection of the cord and the wall, a fire started. The fire alarm went off. We had a fire, a faulty fire alarm, like, three months earlier. So we didn't really think much of. Of it. It's like 10pm Me and my wife are in the office, like, getting our youngest son's passport information ready. We had a passport appointment the next morning. So we're getting that all in line, and the fire alarm goes off.
Susie
Babies are sleeping.
Randall Cobb
Babies are sleeping. Nobody. Like, we're. We're not in a rush for the thing. Like, okay, well, I'm gonna go get the kids. Bring them down. Let's get them to the car. Like, whatever the sound is, I'll. You know, we don't want that. That on the baby especially, right? So, like, we get them to the garage door. I open the door, and just the. The garage is ablaze. And, like, we're scrambling. We all get out the house. We realize the dog is still in the house.
Sierra
Oh, no.
Natalie Joy
Where was the dog?
Nick
Oh, my gosh.
Randall Cobb
I'm thinking in my mind, like, okay, please be outside. Please, please be in the backyard, because I'll let him out, you know, in the evening sometimes to go. Go outside. He wasn't out back. I run back in the house, get the dog. We come out the front door, and she's on the phone with them or the. With 91 1. I'm calling 91 1. Fortunately enough, that night we had a night nurse coming, right? The night nurse is pulling up at the same time. We're running down the hill. We get the kids in her car. She pulls the car up a little further so the kid does. The kids don't experience the full traumatic experience, right? So we get them out of the. Out of the way. The fire department shows up. 20 fire trucks. They put the fire out. ATF is there that night. They're telling us about these Tesla fires and all this. It was like a whole thing. And then, you know, red Cross shows up, and they're like, hey, do you need anywhere to stay tonight? And at that moment, I was like, oh, my God, we're homeless. We're homeless, right?
Natalie Joy
So it took more than your garage did it come into the house?
Randall Cobb
Like, so. Because we went out the garage door, we didn't think to close the door behind us.
Nick
All that smoke, all the smoke.
Randall Cobb
Smoke damage throughout the house. Everything was a total loss. Just based off of the soot and smoke damage. We had to take that wall, that house, down to the studs. Once we took it down to the studs, luckily we realized that, like, it wasn't as bad as like, we thought it was. Like, yes, it was smoke damage. So we had made know handle that. But we're building that house back up now. It's going to be going on the market soon. Like, everything is luckily okay with the. The structure. But yeah, it was. It was a crazy.
Natalie Joy
Still own a Tesla.
Nick
No, no, no. Oh, my God.
Randall Cobb
No. We went in a different direction. Hard no.
Nick
Hard.
Randall Cobb
No.
Nick
Hearing you tell that story, it's. I'm curious. Ever since, like, you know, I've been a dad or Natalie I got married, there's just been a couple moments. What you experience that's must have been pretty scary and traumatic addict. You know, thankfully, we haven't experienced a situation like that scary. But there have been moments where, like, you feel like you're in crisis, you know, as a dad and as a husband. And obviously it can be scary. But there's certain moments where you really feel like you're, like you're stepping up for your family in a way. In that moment, did you kind of have that feeling where it's just like. It feels like the world's coming down on you and falling apart in a way. But at the same time, there's like a calmness you have because, like, you're in dad mode, you're in husband mode, and you're kind of like protecting the family.
Randall Cobb
Yeah. I mean, in that sen. Yes. For sure. That was a very dark time. Not only moment, but the aftermath of that. Right. Like, you start playing back all the different scenarios of what could have happened, because, like, luckily we had a hardwired fire detector in our garage. But say we didn't.
Nick
Right.
Randall Cobb
That we. Our bedroom and where we were, the office were on the other side of the house. So if we didn't have that, that smoke would have went right upstairs. It would have got to the kids. It would have got to them way before it would have got to us, that we would have known about it. So you start to play back through all those what ifs and then like, you're going through piecing your lives back together because we lost all the contents. We lost everything. Our kids, like, they didn't have anything but the clothes on their back. Right. We didn't have, like, they didn't have shoes when we left the house. And luckily we had a great community, you know, of friends of people that really helped us out through that, through that dark time and very fortunate from that. But I mean, just putting your life back together and you start to realize like everything that you thought you cared about, you really don't like this. It's really not that deep. It's really not that important.
Nick
Like just stuff, the stuff, like this.
Randall Cobb
Is all stuff, this is all replaceable. But the next day when I went back to the house and I saw, I went into the garage and I saw the frame of one of my boys bikes, right? And I just have this vision of that every single time I think about the fire because I'm like, that could have been, I could have been looking at the, the, the bones of my child. Like these are things that we can replace. Like forget all the other stuff. My kids are healthy and alive and we're good.
Natalie Joy
Wow, it's so brave in that moment to think of like, let's just get the kids so they don't see this vision. So they don't have that like my burnt bike in their head, you know, to be like, just take them. So have they have, like what do they know about that night?
Randall Cobb
I mean, they know, they know that we had a fire. They know they didn't. They lost all their toys. They know that they don't have, have anything from their rooms. You know that all the things that they cared about the most, like they don't have any of that stuff. We stayed at a friend's house that night. We had another friend open their home to us and we stayed at their home for a month until we found a rental home. So now we're in other people's spaces. Yeah, right. And, and then like we're in a rental home and now we, we, we, we were building a house when we first moved here. So that house took three years to build. And then when we got in there like, like 13 places over the course of their life. And my oldest is at his fifth school as a seven year old. So like he, he knows nothing but like transition and you know, so that, that's one of the reasons like us here, them having that stability is huge for us.
Nick
What is, is far. How did you and your wife kind of work through all that with all that chaos? Like we, we talk a lot about relationships on this show, but like how did your, you and your wife like make sure you stay connected and on the same page? Because I think, you know, when times get scary, you know, sometimes you. It's easy to disconnect from, you know, your partner and things like that. How'd you guys do that?
Randall Cobb
It's a lot of work. And, you know, one thing that we've always talked about is, like, our love is not work. Like, that's the easy part. The other stuff becomes the difficult parts of the schedules and the. Whatever life may throw of us, you know, putting those pieces back together. But our love doesn't change. Like, I know that she's got my back. I got her back, and we'll get through anything and everything together because we have that communication. We have that, those. Those moments when times are rough. Like, we know we have each other at the end of the day and home is wherever she is. Like, that's. That's my home. Like, it. We could be anywhere in the world. We can live in Iceland for all I care. I know that my home is with me.
Nick
Yeah. What was on back to Special Forces. What was the challenge that really you hated the most?
Randall Cobb
The tunnels. The tunnels that, that crushed me.
Nick
Claustrophobic a little bit.
Randall Cobb
Well, I didn't realize how claustrophobic I was. Like, I've definitely. I knew I had a little bit of that, but I didn't know to what extent, to what level. But, you know, like, every mission, right, going into it, you never knew what you were getting into. They would give you an idea. So for that mission, we're going to bomb a cell tower. Well, our group was meeting together and we're thinking, like, oh, like, oh, we saw palm trees that were. That were cell towers. So keep out a look for palm trees. None of that, none of that matters. Everything that you thought you were game planning for, like, none of that matters once you start. And you know, I'll never forget, too foxy slapped me upside my head so hard. They don't know why they didn't show that on tv. But I, like, jumped down into, like, the ditch. And he was telling me to stay low, but I guess I wasn't low enough. And he slapped me upside the back of my head and I fell to all fours and started crawling, started going through the tunnels, and you start to realize, like, they're getting smaller and smaller and smaller. And then you go, you flip over and you're going through the water trying to keep your head above, above water. And I mean, that was the craziest one for me. Like, I had. I had night terrors that night. Like, woke up in the middle of the night, like, completely unzipped. My sleeping bag. And, like, was, like, looking around up in the middle of the night for, like, two hours.
Nick
Oh, my God.
Randall Cobb
Yeah, it was rough.
Natalie Joy
We joked a little bit before we started about the snack box, but, I mean, what went through your head when you went back and you placed that empty box and you saw DS Dorm on it for the first time? Were you like, oh, we're fucked.
Randall Cobb
Shit. Yeah. So I thought, like, playing football, right? Sometimes our coach would throw us a bomb. Like, oh, you've been. You've been having a great day. We're going to have no meetings in the afternoon. We're actually going to go bowling today. Have a little team bonding. So when I saw that box in my mind, I was like, oh, they're throwing us a bone. Nick Young, Swaggy P. The whole time, all he was talking about was Coke. We had passed, like, 18 wheelers that had, like, the Coke side on. Oh, I just want a Coke. I just need a Coke right now. Just please let me get a Coke. Somebody give me a Coke. And then finally, like, he leaves, and then we come back and there's a box with Coke. So in my mind, I'm like, oh, this was.
Natalie Joy
They heard him.
Nick
Yeah, these guys are being so nice.
Randall Cobb
I'm holding Coke up to the camera. Like, nick, we wish you would have. Cheers. But, yeah, I brought it out. Everybody, like, we all indulged, enjoyed, I guess. Chanel told us in the cafeteria. I don't remember her. I probably was in a trance. Cause I got a sweet tooth.
Natalie Joy
You saw that Twix?
Randall Cobb
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Natalie Joy
Sorry, I can't hear you.
Randall Cobb
My wife would tell you she came after Halloween. She looked in the trash can and saw a bunch of candy wrappers. And she was like, which one of you kids took. I was like, oh, that was. That was good. My bad.
Natalie Joy
Were you scared to kind of go back to the group and be like, guys up. That was for the DS's. Like, we're going to be punished.
Randall Cobb
No, I. I wasn't. Because in. In that moment, I was like, I got to take ownership. That's. That's nobody else's fault. That's mine. I presented that to y' all as we got a treat. They're looking out for us, not realizing that it wasn't what I thought it was. So, yeah, that was. Yeah, that was. That was tough.
Natalie Joy
What was the water that they threw on you? Was it from the toilet?
Randall Cobb
We thought that in the beginning.
Natalie Joy
Yeah.
Randall Cobb
And then we realized it was just, like, sand and. And toilet paper that they had thrown in. The water.
Susie
So was it okay?
Randall Cobb
Yeah, but they were calling us the Shitty Crew after that BG every.
Sierra
Oh, no, that's amazing.
Nick
I want to talk a little ball with you. As a Packer fan, I am curious. I was actually, you know, Danny and I were talking at dinner and we were just kind of just like talking about his time in the league. But I was. I was fascinated to hear him just talking about, like, you know, as a fan of football, like, you know, I'm just a fan, right? Like, I watch it like it's my Dungeons and Dragons, right? It's this, right? It's like I. I ride for my team. It's not my life. You know, I'm not playing. I'm not, like, doing the thing. And then when, like, you know, my team loses, I'm, like, bummed about it. And I think as fans, sometimes I think we don't, you know, we don't, like, see the players almost as like, it's human in a way, right? Like, online discourse is like, you know, you're just like, holy shit. You know, like, fans can be pretty harsh and also just like, when a player's hurt or tired. I think as fans, we're just, you know, it's like for anyone who plays, like, fantasy football or Madden, it's just like if your players rated a 99, you're like, well, he's a 99.
Randall Cobb
Yes.
Nick
He's always gonna play like a 99.
Randall Cobb
Exactly.
Nick
You know, but like, you told your story about your house burning down. You're a father, you're a husband. People have good days of work and bad days at work. And then like, Danny talking about it, like, at the end of the game, you know, like, you. You've been running and going 100% for, like, all game long. And there's times where, like, you can't move your arms, you're so tired. And like, it's like fans don't, like, see that side, I feel like, of the football game. And I feel like players don't talk about it as much because I feel like you guys don't want to sou making excuses for stuff like that. But I thought it was just really fascinating to hear that conversation. It just felt like the human side of football where, you know, you guys, you're putting your heart out there and, you know, there's a million things going on in your world where it's just like, when, you know, fans are just like, you know, why don't you catch the ball? You know, like, now I'll be like.
Randall Cobb
Catch the fucking ball.
Nick
You know, like, I'm watching the game and you know, you know, like yesterday with the packers, it was really windy or things like that. Things you can't see as a fan, visually in the game. Like how as a player, like, did you. Yeah. Did you ever feel like, you know, you wanted to defend yourself at times if you had a bad game? Or do you wish sometimes fans could. Could know that side of the game a little bit more?
Randall Cobb
Nobody cares. The fans don't care. Like, what do you mean? We're supposed to win every game when we take the field, right? That's the, that's the thought of it. Like, that's. That's what it is. I think that's why everyone loves the game so much, though, because it's that human element. Like, yeah, you could be a 99 on Madden, but that's, that's a game that's. Of course, it's a little different, but there is a human side to it and that's what makes the game so special and so fun to watch. And I've really, I've gone through it and I've dealt with that. I think, like, in my era of football, like, we were the first ones to deal with, like, the social media era. I Got Twitter in 2009 when I was in college. Instagram came when I was in the league. And then, like, the comments and like, all that stuff started to change throughout the time of Instagram, Instagram's growth and Facebook's growth and all those things. So you start to see those things and have to deal with that other side of it. And honestly, I believe too many players get caught up in the what's said outside and worried about their PFF grades and all that kind of stuff and worried about their fantasy owner. Like, the view of them as a fantasy player. It's like, bro, we're on a team. We're going to win this game. Who cares if I have two catches or 10 catches? Yes, I want to have success and I want to play well, but at the end of the day, we're trying to win games to win a championship. So that's what it's all about. Um, yeah, but I mean, it's. That's real life. Like, we're going. We're going through real life stuff. Like when I got traded back to Green Bay, like, that happened on a whim, right? Like, I didn't. It wasn't like I was preparing for three months for that to happen. I had just sold my house in Green Bay, like, Six months before I got traded back to Green Bay. So now we gotta find a rental home. My wife is trying to move up with three kids while I'm staying at Aaron's house during training camp. Like it's. Yeah, we're going through all those different things and there's, there's a lot more that we're dealing with outside of just practice and meetings and games. That's.
Natalie Joy
You talked about like you playing football at 7. If your 7 year old now comes to you and is like, hey, dad, I want to play football. What's kind of your flag football? Flag football.
Randall Cobb
He can play flag football.
Natalie Joy
Is that what you played or do you.
Randall Cobb
No, I played tackle at seven. Yeah. Yeah, that was, that was a little much. I've taken more hits than I probably should.
Natalie Joy
When do you feel like, like he would be allowed to do tackle?
Randall Cobb
I'm hoping that he doesn't ever. Honestly, I'm, I'm like pushing him towards like golf and tennis and like.
Sierra
What about a kicker?
Randall Cobb
Some of the videos. No, not even kicker. You know, trying to push him in a different direction. You know, I always tell him, like, dad took all the hits so you can go do something else in your life. Right. If he chooses to do that. And like he's, he's enjoying flag football. He loves it. He loves watching football. Every Sunday he wakes up and goes to turn the TV on. Him and his brother, they, they go and play in the backyard all the time. It's probably going to happen at some point. The first year that I'm going to be willing to let him play tackle probably won't be until seventh or eighth grade, just so he can understand how to position his body and how to tackle or how to take hits before he gets to high school and that whole thing. But yeah, I mean, it is kind.
Natalie Joy
Of wild that they even have the option for seven year olds to do tackle.
Randall Cobb
Yeah. And, and let me tell you about youth sports. The parents in youth sports are living, living their dream.
Nick
Yeah.
Randall Cobb
Yes, yes, yes, they are. They are. It's crazy. I've, I've seen some crazy stuff on the field, like with coaches and parents and it, it's just, it, it really blows my mind because the kids feed off of the energy that they see on the sideline from their coaches and parents. And I, I like, I, I coach, I coach some of the kids sports and I just try to make sure that I remember that they're not going to the league after this season. Okay. Like, let's build a foundation of having fun and understanding the fundamentals of what the sport is and build the skills and, like, let's see the growth year in, year out, over, like, worrying about the results. And I say all that to say we still win a championship, but, like, okay, you know, put that out there. But it's about the growth and being able to. To see them develop a love for the game and understanding of it.
Natalie Joy
I bet it is hard to push your son, your sons, in different directions of sports, knowing that you played for so long, you were so successful. They have, like, all this footage they can watch of their dad, your jerseys. I'm sure, like. I'm sure they just are, like, you know, they want to be their dad. So I'm sure that's hard for you to be like, no, no, no.
Randall Cobb
For the longest time, for the long from every year that I was in the NFL, I never once had any football stuff up in my house.
Nick
Really never.
Randall Cobb
Like, I didn't have any pictures, any jerseys, any helmets. There may be some footballs laying around here and there we move into the new house and, like, I built out this man cave and, you know, make some spaces for some of those. Some of those moments and some of the things that I've got over my career, and now that stuff is up, and it's like, see, this is why now my kids are out in the backyard playing football and tackling, and I'm like, this is the whole reason I didn't do this. I was trying to tell my wife that. She's like, no, it's okay. I'm like, see, this is it. This is the reason, right? The man cave does that.
Nick
What is your most memorable play as an NFL player?
Randall Cobb
I would say, for me, and some fans may disagree, but for me personally, it was the first game. It was the. The kickoff.
Nick
Kickoff return, I remember.
Randall Cobb
And the. And the touchdown. I had a receiving touchdown in that game, which was, like, the first game of the season.
Nick
Coming out 2011, coming out of the.
Randall Cobb
Lockout, the packers had just won the Super Bowl. A lot of high hopes for us that season. We were playing the Saints, who had won the super bowl the year before in 09. So it was. That was like. For me, it was like, okay, I can do this. I'm meant to be here. I have the ability to play on this level.
Natalie Joy
What I've always wondered, what. What do you do after you win a game? Are you, like, going out with all the guys? Are we hitting a strip club? Are we going home to, like, our wives and having a party at home? Are we like what? Or do you just go home and, like, put the kids to bed? Like, what do you do after a win?
Randall Cobb
You haven't taken her to Green Bay, have you?
Natalie Joy
I just, I went to one game.
Nick
I went to one game after, after.
Randall Cobb
Games in Green Bay, you know, the city shuts down, right there. There's no restaurants that are open. There's one restaurant that I would go to, Republic, after that was the only restaurant in town that was open other than, like, Texas Roadhouse and Papa John. And that's a lot of times what we ended up doing if we didn't go to Republic. We were going home ordering Papa John's or Domino's and hanging out at the house and, like, maybe have some teammates over, maybe had some friends and family in town, and we just have a time at the house. But, yeah, like, that was it spent.
Natalie Joy
Like, talking about the game?
Randall Cobb
Depends on how the game went.
Nick
Yeah.
Randall Cobb
If it was a loss, yes. There's a lot of, there's a lot of talk about what happened and why we lost and what would have changed. But after a win, yeah, you just enjoying yourself, having a good time. Yeah, but that wasn't, that wasn't the case in Green Bay. And that's one of the things I'm so special, I think is so special about Green Bay is like, you are able to focus as a player. You're able to focus on the game, focus on your growth and development the next day, going to the facility and getting your treatment and all the different things. Things.
Natalie Joy
Because there's just, like, nothing else to do.
Randall Cobb
Nothing else to do. Now. When I got to Dallas, I saw the other side after waiting in Dallas, you know, you go out, you have a good time. There's.
Natalie Joy
Yeah, yeah, there's a little bit more to do. You're like, wait a minute, wait.
Randall Cobb
This is what's been happening all this time.
Natalie Joy
This is what y' all have been doing. That's funny.
Nick
Do you follow, Are you following the league nowadays, or do you kind of mentally kind of check out a little bit?
Randall Cobb
I, I, I've watched more football this season than I did last season. Last season it was a little bit tough for me because I really wasn't read yet.
Nick
Are you following friends? Are you, Are you still, like, a Green Bay Packer fan? How does that work?
Randall Cobb
A little bit of both. A little bit of both. You know, my loyalty is always going to be in Green Bay. That was such a special part of my life. And, you know, I always have a lot of respect and admiration for the Organization and what they're doing. So, yeah, we love watching the Packers. You know, I watch. I keep up with Aaron, I keep up with Tay, watch what they're doing. Some of my teammates in the league, Aaron Jones out in Minnesota. So I watch whenever they're on to check them out.
Nick
What's your analysis of what's going on with Green Bay right now? They're six and three. Six, three and one Opened up the. Open up the year. Really hot. A lot of people, a trendy super bowl pick, and then they've slowed things down the past couple of weeks. It seems to be a lot of unforced errors from. For my end. But, like, how. Like, how is an NFL player or someone who's been in that locker room before, like, how do you see this team? And why. Why is a league where you can feel like you look like the best team one one week, and the next week you're just like, how can we lose the Carolina Panthers at home? You know, like, what's. What's going on there? Like, I remember 2010 before the. You were drafted. They were like, I don't know, like three and three. Rogers had, like, a concussion. After the Redskins game, everyone's on ir. You're like, you feel like the house is burning down. They go on to win the Super Bowl. They got hot. So, like, how do you see this team going forward the rest of the year?
Randall Cobb
Yeah, I think that's the thing about the NFL that everyone loves. The margin of error is so small. Like. Right. That even the worst teams can beat the best teams on any given Sunday. That's just. That's how football goes. Most games are won within seven points. Right. The packers have three losses on the season, and all of them were, what, three points, six points, whatever it was. Right. So it's. The margin of error is so small that you just.
Nick
You.
Randall Cobb
You really have to be perfect. Not perfect a lot of times, but you have to play smart football in different situations. And like, all this talk about, like, firing Matt LaFleur and, like, it blows my mind. Like, are we really. Are we really going there? Like, he is an incredible coach and what he's been able to do with the development of Jordan Love and to see where he's at, the seeded player that he is now based off of when he came into the league, like, the growth that they've had, the defense and the way that they're playing and it's. They've played lights out. Like, what do you want? We're talking about Micah Parsons not having A sack and like, what, like what? He's going to get them. They're going to come.
Nick
When you watch. Yeah. The defense, it's like he is truly, he. He. It's a whole different defense with him on the field. Do you feel like Jordan Love is. Is criticized in a different way compared to maybe the rest of the league? Whether it's because he's following Roger's legacy, it just seems like we. To week one week it's Jordan loves a top five quarterback. The next week it's like he's trash.
Randall Cobb
Yes.
Nick
I'm a Green Bay Packer fan. I trust the process. I was a Rogers fan even when I was a far fan because, like, I believed in it. And then when they drafted Jordan, I was like, I'm gonna, I'm gonna buy. I buy it, you know, and it's all worked out. But. Yeah. How do you, how do you see the criticism he gets and what do you think about it?
Randall Cobb
I. I think it's unfair, but it, it's also like, that's, that's the talk. Like, right. The. The talking heads throughout the week is what builds up the momentum to Sundays and, and makes Sunday so special and so fun. When you're getting paid what he's getting paid. When you're playing for the Green Bay packers and you're a projected top five quarterback, like, there's a certain standard that you should be playing at from the outside. Right. As a former player, I know, like, there's so many other variables to it that no one wants to talk about. Talk about. We're not talking about the offensive line issues with injuries and shuffling of guys and people being at different positions. We're not talking about last week when they had a converted corner back at receiver. And like, I can see visually on TV of what the concept is and him not doing it up to par. Like, yes, I, I understand everything else that. So I look at it from a completely different lens. Sure. And like, I think Jordan's played phenomenal this year. Has it been perfect every week? No. Is he winning games? Yes. Like, they're six, three and one. What do you. You want him to be undefeated? Like, that just doesn't happen every year in this league. That's not normal. When's the last undefeated team? Right. 72. The Dolphins question.
Natalie Joy
So obviously Tucker Craft got hurt a couple games ago. They've. I didn't even know they would do this, but brought in Josh Wy to like, take his place. Hopefully nothing does happen. Happen to anyone else on our team. And they Called you. Would you step in?
Randall Cobb
If they want me to stand on the sidelines.
Natalie Joy
You don't think you have it and you play another game?
Nick
No, no, no, no.
Randall Cobb
I'm done.
Natalie Joy
You're done?
Randall Cobb
I'm done. Yeah. I mean, like I told you, I've.
Natalie Joy
Been in the gym.
Nick
We got Bo. He's playing receiver, man. He's a cornerback. We need you.
Randall Cobb
No, no, no, no. It's. It's. Yeah, we're past that.
Justin
Okay.
Randall Cobb
My time has come and passed. You know, I. I can. I can be an armchair quarterback now. Talk about it from a different light.
Nick
Randall. Huge fan of the Packers. I honestly remember the day. I remember when you were drafted. I remember where I was. I was at Bar Karma Milwaukee. I saw it on Twitter. It's really been fun to follow your career and to meet you in person and have you be a part of the special forces family is pretty cool. My book. So thanks for coming on, man. I appreciate it. Love hearing all your stories about as a football player and also more specifically as a dad and father. I love how you prioritize your family above all things. I think that's really great. And thanks for care of taking. Taking the time.
Randall Cobb
I appreciate it. Appreciate you having me. I'm glad we get to share those moments as Packers. I. I really. I. I think that's the special thing about football. It connects us in a different way. I remember those moments just as much as you do. And to hear it from your perspective, I love it.
Nick
Yeah, his. His kickoff return was. Was really.
Natalie Joy
Was it like that one from. From Auburn, Alabama game?
Nick
No, Very different. Equally as cool. It was like 102 yards. He almost got tackled like three times. Then, like, then.
Natalie Joy
Have you shown your boys?
Nick
Then, like, John almost like, grabbed him, picked him up and flipped him. And it was. It was a really cool play. Randall, I appreciate your time, man.
Randall Cobb
Thank you. Appreciate y'. All.
Nick

Sierra
Yeah, exchange numbers.
Nick
He's like, let's watch the game together.
Natalie Joy
We're on a whole new level.
Susie
Did he really say that?
Sierra
That would be fun for you.
Susie
Wait, that's so cool.
Nick
He's just a human being.
Natalie Joy
Nick shook his hand like three times.
Susie
He's just like us.
Sierra
You're telling me.
Nick
Was I giving fan? Did I?
Leia
Yeah.
Natalie Joy
It was sweet though.
Nick
Like, but is he gonna be like, oh, this is weird now.
Susie
Is that weird?
Natalie Joy
No. I mean, you were like, I know the exact place I was when I found out he was drafted.
Nick
I'm a big fan, man. Like, what was.
Randall Cobb
It was sweet.
Natalie Joy
It was endearing.
Sierra
We were going to text you that we needed to wrap, but then we were like, he's having a moment longer.
Fergalicious
He's.
Natalie Joy
Let him have a couple more minutes.
Sierra
Let him have a few more minutes here.
Nick
Well, we still have a lot more to cover before this episode wraps. We're going to get into some secret Lives of Mormon Wives season three and some Real Housewives of OC Reunion part two. Do we have. Do we have any headlines to get into before we jump into the shows?
Sierra
I'm sure they'll continue to flow in as the day goes along. But we already have three new Bravo Con updates, dates that happened. One of which is, I guess there's drama between Madison Lacroix and side da Silva.
Leia
She was asked who is the meanest Bravo lab that she knows. And she said, I will stand by this again. I've said it before. I'll say it again. Side to Silva. Now this clip is going viral and psy commented on it saying, you must have me confused. Not all brown people look alike. I never met her before.
Susie
Oh, my God.
Leia
And so another Bravo fan had posted a photo from Bravo Con 2023. And it's I and Madison sitting next to each other.
Natalie Joy
I'm screaming.
Leia
So it's very fact that they had met each other. Madison, screenshots size comment on the viral post writing point proven at side to Silva. Wow. Yeah. So they're going at it.
Natalie Joy
That is a wild response that it.
Leia
Has to do with that where it's just like Madison was like, no, you're proving my point right now. Because she's trying to be like, you've. I've never met you before. And it's like, well, the Bravo fans, Bravo fans are like the equivalent of the FBI with their talent of sleuthing that I like.
Nick
Just because she's a Weren't nice.
Leia
Right, Right.
Susie
That is messed up.
Leia
And also, side does have a reputation on Rooney for not being the nicest one of the bunch.
Nick
So Madison was right next to European wax Center. Her pajamas that she was showcasing and selling. Now he got a pair of pajamas. Madison. She claimed that we hadn't asked her to come on the show. And I was like, I. I'm pretty.
Natalie Joy
Sure we asked like, Leia, I have asked.
Nick
Anyway, add Madison to the list of people who say they want to come on the show.
Sierra
One more new thing. Somebody posted a picture of Brittany Bateman kissing Jared. It looks like.
Nick
How is this news? They're.
Natalie Joy
Yeah. Aren't they together?
Sierra
Like, she said that they were friends at the Salt Lake panel when everyone was booing Jared.
Leia
Yeah.
Sierra
She specifically said that they were friends.
Susie
Friends that good friends. Friends that kiss. Yeah.
Leia
While holding the uni that he gave her and played us the new recording.
Sierra
Yes, he recorded it again. But wait, somebody called him out because he didn't say I.
Leia
He said, you are loved.
Sierra
You are loved.
Susie
Ooh.
Natalie Joy
What did the new ones say?
Susie
There is a difference.
Leia
That's what it says.
Natalie Joy
It's like still says that.
Leia
Bye, Brittany. You are loved.
Sierra
It's me.
Leia
And somebody called out the Fact that it's like you didn't say, I love you, you said, you are loved.
Natalie Joy
It's like, well, she got West Wilson's number. I saw so.
Leia
And then in a, in a round of Fuck, Marry, Kill, west killed her.
Natalie Joy
Oh, wow.
Leia
The same day, you lose them just.
Natalie Joy
As fast as you get them.
Leia
She moves quickly in Brahma verse.
Nick
All right, well, moving on from Bravocon, before we get to some secret lives of Mormon wives, the Justin Baldoni and Blake Lively case continues in the court of public opinion. I saw this headline over the weekend. I thought it was kind of wild. Dwight True has entered the chat.
Natalie Joy
When it comes to this Dwight True.
Nick
Office, Dwight Schrute, also known as Rain.
Sierra
Wilson, also known as Rainwell, also known.
Natalie Joy
As his government name.
Nick
I'll say his birth name name. But you know him, you love him as Dwight Tru. The headline writes, justin Bon's text show support from Rain Wilson and Blake Lively feud with the quotes. You were set up. And it's like this, this headline, he. I got to give it to him. He's got a, he's got a, A good PR team. I don't get how he gets these headlines that are framed as if he has like some smoking gun. As if, like, oh, the text from Rain Wilson somehow prove his innocence, citizens. This reads like basically someone broke up with their boyfriend or girlfriend and they're texting their girls and being like, yeah, they suck. And then their girls are like, yeah, he sucks. You know, like, and it just basically agreeing with them, saying he was set up. And they're talking about how the, the, the, the event where like, Justin went to Ryan and Blake's house and quote, unquote, Ryan yelled at him and as if, like, that was like the crime of every everything. And I just kind of find it hilarious because it was like, well, well, Rainn Wilson says you were set up. Maybe it was just like, no, maybe you were just confronted by your behavior.
Natalie Joy
The only thing the text says is Rain saying you were set up.
Nick
It goes into. Basically the conversation is like Justin kind of describing that night. Ryan was talking to me like I was a five year old and scolding me. Baldoni wrote, I mean, again, if you were weird being weird around my wife, yeah, I might be. I might be scolding someone. They essentially said that Jamie and I, Jamie, for those of you who don't know, is Justin Baloney's producer and like CEO of his production company. He essentially said that Jamie and I are not who we claim to be and that for us to have A podcast. It's unsafe because it makes people feel like we are safe.
Natalie Joy
It's a crazy thing to, like, admit.
Nick
That's what's so crazy about this is like, I feel like we're being gaslit where it's just like. Yeah, that's kind of their point. The point is you had a podcast about how you guys are safe around women. You know how to act around women, you understand the plight of women, you're advocating for women, and then you show up to a production set and you're kind of weird, and you're talking allegedly about, like, your favorite porn or your former porn addiction or things like that. And that's the whole point, is that, like, when you portray yourself as one thing, you act another. It's kind of gaslighting you. Like, it's like, it's no different than you hold yourself to a higher standard and you don't live up to their standards, which was what it seems like in this text message that, like, Ryan and Blake were trying to convey. And the fact that, like, they're, like, talking about it in these text messages as if they're, like, they don't understand what they're saying is, like, you're kind of admitting it.
Sierra
Is. Is Justin leaking?
Nick
Yeah, clearly, like, Justin, his team are leaking these texts. And, like, what's. I'm just fascinated by, like, variety. Puts out this headline, and it's like, a headline as if, like, Rainn Wilson is, like, knows the truth. Like, Rain Wilson wasn't even there. He was, like, texting with his buddies about, like, turns out, like, it turns out Rainn Wilson used to. Was raised in the Baha' I faith. And I guess, like, Andy Grammar also Baha'. I. Justin Bahoney also, like, so they have, like, a religious connection. I guess it seems like that's why they're. They're friends. But anyways, it's just, like, fascinating how, like, these headlines. And maybe it's just because it's clickbait. I don't know clickbait. But it's just basically Justin admitted to his friends that, like, Ryan got mad of, like, whether they agree it or not, like, you're just talking about a husband who's defending his wife, and they're acting like that's somehow a crime.
Sierra
This headline could have just said, Rainn Wilson and Justin Baldoni are friends. Literally the same thing.
Nick
That's it. That's the headline.
Natalie Joy
No, it could have Justin Baloney and Rain Wilson spilling tea to each other.
Susie
Text.
Leia
They text.
Sierra
Yeah.
Nick
Yeah. He has, like, no insight, knowledge but it's reads as if, like, somehow that's some smoking gun. And he basically was like, yeah, your girlfriend sucks.
Sierra
Yeah. I think if I've learned anything from this entire situation, it's that don't put anything in text.
Susie
Don't put anything in.
Sierra
Call them.
Fergalicious
Yeah.
Susie
Because also I'm like, is he upset that these. That he's being pulled into a headline now? Because it's like, I would be sure he's his friend, but I'm also like, wouldn't you just want to be left out? This is getting so messy. Like, I would be.
Sierra
I'd be annoyed.
Nick
I feel like he has Rain's permission. I don't know.
Leia
I hope so.
Sierra
I would hope that would be really like.
Natalie Joy
I feel like maybe he. He's the type to not have someone's permission and leak things.
Nick
So I really think the biggest story that people don't talk about this is I just think how the online social manipulation that people can do, and I think it's. I think the bigger story is greater than everyone involved in the story and how you can have a social media team, you know, basically attack your enemies and you can create narratives online and. And you can hire online trolls and you, you know, and I think that's the. The story that I think eventually will really come out in this case.
Sierra
But yeah, Nick, I think you need to write a new book called don't text.
Susie
Period. Just don't get there.
Sierra
Don't text.
Natalie Joy
Yep. Don't text. Go to therapy.
Nick
But Dwight Schrute is team Justin, so there you go. Well, speaking of social media, the. The ladies of the Mormon wives are online and fighting with Dakota. We got also. We were in. Did you know that Taylor, Frankie Paul, our Bachelorette, was also in Vegas filming?
Susie
You're kidding. Did you guys see her?
Nick
Turns out, spoiler, they will be in Vegas this year.
Susie
Wow. I love her. Did you guys get to see her? Did you just, like, happen to hear rumors?
Nick
I. I know some people who know some people who know some people and love that word on the street. They were also filming this season in Vegas.
Sierra
They're teasing it. They're teasing the season. And they, like, posted a clip. Clip of Taylor, Frankie Paul and Jesse sitting down with each other and having a heart to heart talking about it. Like, I appreciate how much they're teasing it. I'm just like. But I still have to wait, like four months for this to come out.
Natalie Joy
It is interesting to see. Yeah, Taylor's like, behind the scenes tiktoks and stuff, like, with her producers and you know, being like, I appreciate my kids, like, baby daddy, like, bringing them up to be with me. And like, it's.
Randall Cobb
Yeah.
Nick
So what is going on with Dakota and Macy and Michaela? Because they're fighting in the comments.
Susie
This is a great question. I just know that I saw Layla comment and said, you're looking real brave since Taylor doesn't have access to her phone to clap back one more time for you since you have a hard time comprehending it's not what you did, it's who it was with. And then Macy chimed in in quotes. I think, like, we're on a break. So I tried to hook up with someone Taylor considers his family. Something along those lines.
Nick
It was like her mom's friend, wasn't it?
Natalie Joy
Allegedly.
Leia
The headline that I saw was that he was in trouble with the girls because of the something in the storyline coming out about him sexting with Taylor's. Taylor's mom's friend.
Nick
Wild choice.
Leia
Well, also, I don't know. I was watching the first couple episodes.
Sierra
And it all happens in like episode nine and ten.
Leia
Well, the girl, Shayla, Shayna, whoever, the girl that came out where Taylor was upset with, she's in like the first episode standing next to Miranda at the. At the event.
Natalie Joy
Isn't there like a clip of them kissing on like the Stagecoach shuttle?
Susie
Oh, I didn't see, but didn't like.
Sierra
Taylor and Dakota were like, rekindling at Stagecoach.
Leia
Yeah, they were. They were like, at least friendly during. But the girl wanted to kiss with. With Taylor and Taylor said no, but we do.
Natalie Joy
Season three is out. We are going to be covering one through three this episode. Episode. And then we will do three through six on Thursday.
Nick
What did you all think of the first couple episodes and really kicked off with obviously Jesse's story, because if you don't remember, season two ended with the accusation from Layla and Marciano that Jesse and Marciano were having an affair and specifically had sex. Opening up season three, like, diving into that accusation, Jesse is claiming they didn't have to sex. Marciano is.
Sierra
Before we get to Jesse, I did appreciate them like, updating us on where everyone is. And I was like, mind blown by Whitney. Just like, not like, I do wonder if this is going to affect how, like, her outcome on Dancing with the Stars because of how it's all shown here where it's like she wasn't part of the show. And then the second Dancing with the Stars was presented. It's like, nope, I'm back.
Leia
I will say, even watching it too, I kind of had that thought as well, because it was like, Whitney didn't come back because she wanted tickets to the Oscars and a role in a scripted series. And I was like, oh, there she is. Yeah. After I was rooting for her so hard on Dancing with the Stars, like.
Susie
Okay, I know she won me back, and then she might have lost me, but we'll find out. Stay tuned.
Sierra
Yeah, we'll find out.
Natalie Joy
And then.
Sierra
And then, yeah, we get into the Jesse and Jordan of it all, and they really lay out exactly what happens. That Jesse kissed Marciano twice and had an emotional affair. But we also see, like, what led Jesse to that moment.
Susie
Right.
Nick
Well, first of all, I think it's really important that, like, they didn't sleep together. I mean, I think that's pretty clear at this point. Maybe some fans don't believe Jesse. I don't.
Sierra
I believe her.
Nick
But, like, again, when it comes to lie detector test on reality tv, who knows what to believe? But Marciano, I mean, again, he's also a liar, but he acknowledged that he lied about it and then claimed that Demi was part of the reason. Like, it was Demi's idea. Has Demi's spoken out about that at all? Because to me, that. That is a crazy. Assuming that's true. That's an insane thing to do to your friend, SL co star to be.
Natalie Joy
At a event, a working event, and the do the. Oh, my God, the inappropriate hands signal at this event. Yelling across the room, you. Marciano 20 twice was the most jarring thing I've seen from a grown woman in a long time, and I've seen a lot.
Nick
But then we come to find out that, like, what happened was Jesse and Marciano hang out not appropriate given that she's married. Not only do they hang out, they spend the night together. Like that. Yeah, Jesse acknowledges that, but they were on a break. Yeah, they also, according to the show, Jesse was like, they're on a break. Which I thought. I felt like it's kind of, like, relevant information that was. It wasn't really.
Natalie Joy
It was kind of swept under the rug.
Leia
They.
Sierra
They were literally on a break. It was friends all over again.
Susie
Like, I get it. Like, I get. I understand the fact that, like, when you're separated or on a break, like, sometimes there are rules that are either discussed or not discussed, which I think that could have been, like, the fatal error is, like, to not discuss boundaries, and then if you cross one, it's like, you should have known.
Sierra
Yeah.
Susie
So I understand. I see, like, literally every side of it. I'm like, I totally. Totally. I don't want to say get it, but I'm like, I understand why this has become such a big issue, but I also understand why sometimes it's maybe graced over that they were, like, on a break. So I'm like, well, if they were planning to work through it, I don't know.
Sierra
It's.
Nick
It's tough.
Susie
It's tough territory.
Nick
It's tough. I mean, on a break, when you're married, is different when you're, like, just dating.
Susie
Right.
Nick
Because, like, what do you mean? Like, we're. You're still my wife, you know? Like, so I can understand why that's, like, I don't know, kind of a gray area, but. But, like, basically, Marciano. It sounds like what happened is they go out, they get drinking. Go. Go drinking. They get up, and Marciano wakes up the next day and just, like, assumes he had sex with Jesse.
Sierra
Right. Because he had, you know, something in his hands.
Nick
That part felt kind of made up, but I don't know.
Leia
Yeah.
Sierra
Maybe he had an interesting detail to. Yeah, that's.
Fergalicious
Yeah.
Susie
Also, he took a. A Viagra type thing. Right. Like, he. Yeah, so he took that. So I have to assume that, like, anything that got in the region could have created any kind of stimuli. Exactly. There's stimulation.
Sierra
They could have rubbed up against each other a little too hard.
Justin
You know who also was in Vegas with us during BravoCon?
Nick
Who?
Justin
Marciano.
Sierra
Was he really?
Nick
We didn't see him, but we. We ran into the Cameo ladies who work for the company. Cameo. And they. They had a dinner with. And he was, like, the featured guest.
Leia
Oh, wow.
Susie
I met Marciano recently.
Sierra
I met him.
Susie
I met him at a bar recently.
Fergalicious
Yeah.
Nick
What do you think?
Sierra
Couple.
Susie
Couple weeks ago. It was so brief, but I feel like the general consensus, like, I'm just like, I don't understand how this person has infiltrated.
Sierra
Yeah.
Susie
And. And I say that with respect to.
Leia
Him for who he is and what.
Nick
He does, but, I mean, I respect him, Susie.
Susie
I just. I just don't want to be, like, nasty, but I'm like, how have. Like, you have infiltrated this, like, group of wives?
Sierra
Yeah.
Natalie Joy
He's like, married women.
Leia
So he got fired from Vanderpump Villa.
Sierra
Him bringing flowers to meet up with Jesse in the hotel room after all that has happened was the craziest thing I've ever seen.
Susie
Also, I think that this, like, adds to Jesse's theory and story, where it's like, he obviously has feelings for her, and she's like, okay, so she broke up with him, abruptly ghosted him. And it feels as though maybe he's petty because he obviously has feelings for her. He brought her flowers, and though he's acting towards her. So I'm like, I feel like he was just hurt. And then whether Demi influenced him or not, like, to me, it feels as though he basically saw the situation and was like, oh, she did me dirty, so I'm gonna get her back with this. And that's why he came out and said that she had sex, because it's obvious he has feelings for her. When I'm like, she's married, like crazy.
Nick
Yeah. And I think he justified saying that because he couldn't remember, you know, so it wasn't like a. It's like, I think he convinced himself it wasn't a lie, you know, in a sense. Right.
Leia
Right.
Natalie Joy
Then having to me, like, being like, yeah, you did, you know, like, yeah.
Nick
Like, you can almost picture to me being like, well, clearly you guys had sex, of course. What do you mean? You slept in the same bed and didn't have sex type of thing. He's like, you're right. Y know, like, I can see how he convinced himself in a way where, like, it almost felt like he wasn't lying in a. In a crazy way, but clearly he. He was. I. What do you guys think about the Jesse and Jordan relationship? Obviously, we dive deep into it. Tomorrow's going deeper in the relationship. But, like, you know, this is one of those classic conversations about, like, you know, you. You never want to justify infidelity, but, I mean, at, like, people do have their breaking points. And to be honest, I was kind of like, after hearing a little bit about Jesse side of things, you know, like, to me, I. I kind of. Honestly, the fact that they just kissed, I almost was like, didn't think it was. I. Not to sound like it wasn't that big of a deal, but I. I really empathize with Jesse. I. I don't. You know, I don't want to justify her choices, but at some point where you're in an emotionally potentially abusive relationship and a person's beating you down and kind of taking away your. Your sparkle. Sparkle. And, you know, Jordan comes across as a guy who, you know, Jesse is independently successful. She was a millionaire before the show even started. She has her businesses. Jordan doesn't seem to have that going on. He's, like, making dad, like, trying to get dad talk going. And it seems it comes across as he takes out his lack of confidence in what he's doing out on his Wife who is. Was, you know, not only very successful in business, but also a TV star.
Natalie Joy
I felt like the conversation on the couch was very telling between the two of them where he was like, you know, in our. What are you gonna say to our son? And she's like, I'm gonna tell him the truth. And he's like, oh, so you're gonna tell him that you cheated on me? It's like, disrespected his father. He disrespected his father. Yeah.
Nick
Well, like, in that moment, you could tell that no matter what Jesse said, Jordan was gonna. Going to have a problem with it. Right. If he. If she was like, well, I'm not going to say anything. He would have been like, what, you think you can just hide this? You know, like, I feel like Jordan wanted Jesse to look bad.
Sierra
I. Yeah, I mean, I think him leaving her at the party alone, like, I mean, I don't care how big a fight you guys are in. Like, he didn't even say goodbye. He just, like, stranded her there. Just left her at this party. And then, like, Michaela had to tell her that he.
Leia
And it seems like he doesn't really, really have the empathy for her in the sense where she's like, if you were to just sit there and ask me questions and we can, like, have a conversation. Which I think it's really important how couples handle conflict, because it's like, you have to be willing to hear somebody out, hear where they're coming from, why they think the way they are, versus just telling them that they're wrong no matter what they do.
Sierra
Yeah.
Leia
Yeah.
Susie
And I. I understand that he probably has a lot of stuff that he's dealing with, too, especially in that moment. He's been holding it in for so long. But when he left her at the park party, I honestly was like, this tells me a lot about how you are in a relationship, because if you are making the active choice to move forward, then you're. You're in it. And if you're leaving a party without your wife without any information, like, that is just total abandonment. And it's probably in publicly rewounding all the stuff that she's already feeling about herself. And I'm not justifying what she did, but I'm like, this is giving us a lot of information about who. Here he is. And it was a really big red flag for me.
Sierra
It was also for. No, it seemed like for no reason. Like, he was upset that all of a sudden she was arguing her job.
Leia
Yes.
Sierra
With Leila. But she wasn't even. She was just, like, having a conversation. It was like, for no reason.
Nick
Well, I. I looked at it for a reason. Like, it. It seemed to me like he, like, wanted our sympathy and you know what I'm saying, like, he.
Leia
Woe is me. My wife doesn't pay attention to me.
Nick
Yeah. Like, he was painting himself as the victim. And again, sure, when it comes to Jesse's choices and what happened to Marciano, yeah, sure, he's a victim, but the amount of times he said on camera, you had the affair, you had the affair, like, very much just, like, wanting people to hear that while simultaneously, like, brushing over his behavior or not even acknowledging it. Yeah, I mean, there's. To your point, Susie, I just. It seems like just like Jordan doesn't have a set of standards of, like, as a man, here's how I carry myself in my relationship. Here's how, you know, I. I have certain non negotiables as a husband about how I'm going to treat or talk to my wife regardless of how she treats and talks to me. He seems to lack those standards and justifies how he feels as a reason to, you know, treat Jesse.
Natalie Joy
I did. I think he was valid in his reaction when Jesse invited Marciano to date.
Nick
That was crazy.
Natalie Joy
Yes.
Nick
I can't believe he had every right to be upset.
Natalie Joy
Yeah, 100%.
Sierra
I was team Jesse the whole time until that happened. And that one decision was, like, just. And Taylor said it, too.
Susie
Yeah.
Leia
I audibly said, what?
Sierra
Wrong choice.
Leia
Nope.
Susie
I agree completely that I do think that was a poor decision. And honestly, this kind of, like, makes me look at just this industry in general, general. It's really tricky because obviously we're constantly networking. We're constantly, like, meeting new people that are either, like, of the same sex or different sex. And it's like, you're networking, we're friends, whatever. But, like, you have to be super respectful of boundaries when you are in a committed relationship. And I think this industry makes that in any industry, really, I guess, where you're having to network. But I'm like. The lines get blurred. But that moment for me, I was like, jesse, I feel like in this moment, like, we're all rooting for you. We are all rooting for you. Like, make good decisions.
Sierra
And she, like, looked really hot on purpose, too. Like, you could tell that she, like, did her. You know, like, she put on her.
Leia
Yeah, her ass looked right.
Sierra
Like she knew what she was doing. It was very flirty. He brought her flowers. She wasn't upset about it.
Nick
It was definitely a bad look, Jesse. I mean, again, listen and watch Tomorrow's Going Deeper in the next two episodes. Obviously, we've had this conversation with Jesse and Jordan and we've heard all the details about this relationship. Relationship. So we feel a certain way. And I think you can probably get the gist of it and. And in those details tomorrow.
Natalie Joy
I also didn't love her reading her text between her and Marciano, like, trying to prove that they didn't have sex. And Jordan was, like, in earshot there. It felt.
Susie
I know.
Natalie Joy
I was like.
Sierra
And they were an innocent text, maybe.
Natalie Joy
And maybe that was editing. Maybe he could not hear a single word she was saying. And he just, like, happened to be, like, in the back of the camera shot. But, like, if he could hear her, that was, yeah, tough.
Susie
That was tough. Yeah. But I did. I felt like in that moment, she was almost, like, desperate for her friends to believe her. And that's when I was watching it. I was like, wrong time, wrong place. But also, like, I. I feel as though she was just like, I need my girlfriends to know that, like, we did not have sex, and this is how I'm gonna prove it.
Natalie Joy
Also, watching her tell Macy and Mikayla, I felt like was such a beautiful moment of just, like, friendship. Friendship. And her, like, breaking down and being like, I understand if you never want to be my friend again. And they're like, we will always be your friend. Like, this was not okay. And, like, don't ever do this again. But, like, we're here for you and we'll support you through this. And it was just, like, such a beautiful scene to see. And obviously we talk about it with.
Nick
Jesse, but I get what you're saying about the text. I don't think Jordan hurt him. I give her some grace because of, like, it's a TV show and they're doing a scene.
Natalie Joy
Totally.
Nick
But to your point, though, I kind of get. Also give her credit because, like, you could tell, like, she knows she's going to look bad when she's reading them.
Sierra
Right.
Nick
And it's like a damned if you do, damned if you don't. It, like, clears her name in the sense that they, like, it definitely comes across as, like, they didn't have sex based off the messages that she read. But also these messages, given the fact that she is married, are terrible. Like, I mean, and if you are Jordan, it would be very hard to hear that your wife did that for sure. So I guess what I'm saying is Jesse knows she's going to look bad And I. Yeah, I just appreciate Jesse. Like, she seemed like she has.
Randall Cobb
She.
Nick
She's not. She's acknowledging her mistakes.
Sierra
Yeah, right.
Susie
You know, she handled that part really well.
Nick
And I'm just not seeing Jordan acknowledge his. It's. It's frustrating because, again, like, obviously, infidelity, it's a terrible thing, and it's very destructive and it's hurtful. Of course, it's not a justification. But there are situations where, like, you. You can empathize with why someone maybe made a very poor mistake that they regret a la Jesse. And it's frustrating to see Jordan, you know, I guess no better way of saying it, weaponize Jesse's mistake is a way to almost completely clear his name with some of the behavior that if I was in that relationship, I would be a shell of myself, you know, And I just don't know what you. You know, people have their limits. They do. They. You know, that is just a reality of life. That's not the case for every situation where there's infidelity. But in this particular case, I. You know, my opinion when I'm watching it is that Jordan wants the public sympathy. He wants Jesse to look bad. That's just my opinion. And, yeah, it was hard to watch.
Susie
Can I just say, though, I really appreciate the way the show is, like, letting this play out. Like, I. I actually was watching it and I was like, this is such a good show because it's real life. It doesn't feel fabricated. Like, people experience this. And it's really just, like, refreshing to see how Jesse kind of just owned it and was like, I'm sick to my stomach. And, like, I have to now sit here and, like, take this. And I just think. I just love it. Like, I'm watching the show and I'm like, this is so good. This is, like, real. It's truly like reality TV again. And I love that.
Natalie Joy
I saw a TikTok someone made and it was like, you know, I love this show. I'm obsessed with this show. It's like, such real life. It's so relatable. But then they're, like, talking about, you know, all of this stuff that's so real and relatable and serious, and then being like, I don't know if mom talk can survive. And it's like, it really takes the, like, seriousness out of it to where.
Susie
It'S like, they gotta lose that. They gotta lose the line thread is the funny line we do. You gotta.
Sierra
Know if mom talk can survive.
Leia
I know.
Natalie Joy
Yeah, it's a little Dramatic.
Leia
Or when Marciano admitted it, she was like, mom talk survives.
Natalie Joy
I know. Yeah.
Nick
Anyways, we'll dive even deeper into secret lives of Mormon wives on Thursday following part one of the Jesse and Jordan interview. As a reminder, part one is just Jesse next week, and she really gets into the whole relationship with her, and Jordan talks about their relationship and what, you know, kind of led to their falling out. And a lot of your questions are answered. And then part two, the week following, we have Jesse and Jordan. Jordan together. First, it's just me and Jordan. We address some of his behavior, and then we wrap up with Jesse and Jordan together. It is a part two extravaganza you definitely do not want to miss, so be sure to check that out. Are going to wrap things up with the real highest wives OC part 2. This is really giving part 2 in the sense of, like, maybe we could just had, you know, part three. Am I the only one who kind of felt that? I felt like it was 45 minutes of like, whatever.
Leia
I was like, part twos usually are kind of that. I was like, I think the mat coming out was probably the most interesting part to me.
Natalie Joy
I agree.
Susie
That stole the show for me.
Fergalicious
Yeah.
Natalie Joy
If you have no idea what we're talking about or you missed the most recent episode of the Real Housewives of Orange county, here is your rapid recap. All right. And we're back to these psychos. Jen claims she never single white female Tamara. Tamara acknowledges Jen might have just wanted to be skinny and blonde like literally every other woman in O.C. heather says Gina opened up to her about her dreams of being a comedy writer, which was why Heather was so hurt by Gina making fun of her taking improv classes. However, it's important to note that aspiring comedy writers with no intention to do anything about it are the meanest to you when you earnestly work towards your sketch comedy dreams. Clearly, that is written by Mary. Also, during this performance, Shannon and Andy have a sidebar about if Shannon is allowed to use the bathroom. So it basically is an improv show. During the break, Katie cries and Shannon eats her meal prepped shredded chicken out of a plastic baggie. Relatable queens. Gretchen is mad that Katie said her apology text for a racist TikTok was made by Chat G. So she apologizes in real life and it's okay now, I guess. Gretchen also calls lying about going to the hospital a miscommunication. Then Matt comes out. Gretchen says he called Eddie gay at the Maestros dinner. No one really cares. And he then denies that Sheena plotted all of this Naked Wasted hospital stuff to get Gretchen back on the show. He says it's because she ate down during Ultimate Girl's trip and not because of Sheena Shay. Also, apparently Slade isn't at reunion because he doesn't want to be on camera, and Matt is. Is like, this is a man on his fourth housewife. Don't believe it. Gretchen clarifies it. Actually, no, Ellen, that's not the truth. She is his third housewife.
Randall Cobb
Boom.
Natalie Joy
Roasted. And that's it for part two.
Nick
I thought the most interesting part of this episode was that not only Katie was not on some of these episodes, but, like, she didn't get paid, Right?
Natalie Joy
I mean, yeah. And Jen kind of, like, denying that she, like, did play some sort of part in that. Jen couldn't take any account.
Leia
Accountability.
Natalie Joy
And her story doesn't really add up of, like, I have no idea what Naked Wasted is. And then she's like, oh, wait, this is what Naked Wasted is. And it's like, okay, break it down. Clearly, there was a Communicate. There was some conversation at Maestro's. I don't know if you were zoned out or zoned in, but, like, yeah, you were there for it.
Nick
I don't know who is to blame for Katie's paycheck being affected, but someone is. And, like, whether Katie is or is isn't lying, she wouldn't be the first housewife to lie or not lie. Right. Like, we're in the middle of, like, what did Tamra do or not do? I don't know. Chances are Tamara won't be, like, left off episodes. So clearly the reason why Katie was left off some of these episodes was how the other women felt about her. Which women? How they felt about her or how strongly we don't know. But how the women felt about her is why she wasn't on it. And that affecting her paycheck is, like, she has the right to be upset. I think what Katie means is that, like, Jen was, like, her one friend.
Natalie Joy
Yeah.
Nick
And if she has no one to film with, then she's, you know, everyone else is refusing to film with her. And then Jen, who she thought her friend was, was the person who would still do, like, scenes with her and justify her coming on. She abandoned her. And I think that's kind of what she means by it.
Natalie Joy
I mean, if we don't get a reason as to why Katie was not on the last episodes and we don't get a yeah, Shannon or someone had this conversation. Like, Andy knows the truth, and we have Katie Being like, jen, you took paychecks out of my. And like, everyone's just sitting there quiet. It's like someone knows the truth. Yeah. You know, we have Andy Cohen, who is head honcho. Like, tell us what happened.
Nick
Yeah, I know.
Leia
The same way that he broke down Sheena Shay not being a part of the naked wasted situation that it's like, then break down to us why we didn't get Katie on two group trips and episodes in between.
Natalie Joy
Exactly. I. I felt honestly like I believed Katie the whole time over Gretchen.
Susie
Same. I'm fully on Team Katie and. And Matt even. I'm like, the two of them coming out together. I'm like, I'm sorry, but I believe them.
Natalie Joy
And, like, even seeing Matt Shannon being like, you know, Gretchen, like, stop saying anything.
Randall Cobb
He's shaking.
Natalie Joy
It's like, of course he's shaking. Like, he doesn't want to do this, but he's here supporting his wife's wife. And, like, that should tell you something.
Susie
I agree.
Leia
And he was, like, clapping back, being like, did you watch the show? The text are on there.
Susie
Right.
Leia
And Gretchen, the thing that bothers me about that side of the couch is that they do have a habit. When somebody's in the middle of telling their story or defending their side, they jump and be like, oh, do you want me to say what you said? And it's just like, let them finish their part and then you will have your moment to speak. But it's like, I feel like you want to cut them off, so if they can't finish the sentence, we'll never know what the end of that sentence was.
Natalie Joy
It's like a misdirect.
Leia
Yes. 100% that. It's like, oh, you called Eddie gay. Well, Gretchen, you've been on the show show calling Eddie gay for years so you could tell.
Natalie Joy
Katie was like, explaining how that even came about. And it was like Bretchen. It came because you and Slade said you walked in on Eddie, you know, and it was like, that was just talked over and not a thing. It's like, I.
Leia
This.
Nick
It is funny, though. At Gretchen's booth was across from us, and Slade was the only Bravo husband. Well, I guess, I don't know, whatever you want to call him. He was in the crowd taking. Taking pictures of, you know, some. All the other husbands were, like, in the backdrop, kind of just like being supportive of their wives. He was up in there. Fun fact you may or may not care about.
Susie
I feel like the girls on that side of the couch were, like, digging their own grave with it all, though, because I'm like.
Natalie Joy
I just.
Susie
I feel like as we watch the season go on, the fans kind of came to Katie's side, and everybody was pissed that she was off the show. And I'm like, you guys are doing it again, though.
Nick
I think it's because, again, like, it's really not about what Katie did or didn't do. It's just more like. I think a lot of Bravo fans, and rightfully so, are just kind of like, you guys are being hypocrites. Like, you're just. Whatever Katie is doing or not doing is no different than what you've all done. And you all figured it out and you all fought, and the fact that Katie is new and what they all did to Katie at last season's reunion.
Susie
Yep.
Nick
There. It just. It kind of gives. Bully. It kind of gives do as I say, not as I do rules for me, not for the. Or, you know, stuff like that, where it's just like, hey, like, again, maybe Katie is lying. Maybe she is talking to bloggers too much, but, like, work it out and let us watch it unfold rather than, like, put her on pause or shelve her because, like, you don't want to engage with her. And I think a lot of Bravo fans are kind of like, fudge this.
Leia
Yeah, 100%. I'm just still confused as how a miscommunication is. Yes, I went to the hospital. A direct answer versus, like, I think a miscommunication is like, oh, no, that happened on Tuesday. It actually happened on Thursday. I'm so sorry.
Susie
I misspoke. I'm like, I feel like we all witnessed her lying on TV multiple times. Witnessed her say, I like to go to the hospital. And it's like, we all saw you.
Natalie Joy
Say it to Tamara.
Susie
We saw you say it. Yes. Like, you really can't fight this as a miscommunication, you know?
Natalie Joy
Yeah. And then also having. I did really respect Jen when she's going back and forth with Tamara, and she's like, you know, talking about the extensions and the. You wanted to be me, and you wanted to be on tv. And Tamara's like, well, you bought a house next door to me. And she's like, what street? I never lived on that street that I never. I never owned a house on that street. She's like, well, the street over. And she's like, yeah, I lived well.
Susie
And she's like, you didn't live there.
Natalie Joy
You weren't even living with Simon at the time. It's like, you can just tell the way that Tamra's brain works and like ways to, to try to like, I don't know, I feel like is crazy.
Sierra
Yeah.
Susie
I feel like it's like she gets validation from like her inner circle and they like talk their shit and then it's like, wait, that's not reality. But you bring it into the world as if it's reality and it gets shut down.
Natalie Joy
Yeah, it's like be like Dulu with your girlfriend.
Sierra
Exactly.
Leia
Yeah.
Natalie Joy
That never happened.
Nick
