Caroline Stanberry
You're crazy.
Nick
What's going on, everybody? Welcome back to another episode of the Vile Files Reality recap edition. We are jammed packed this week bringing you the best possible content we can and certainly the best possible content ever. We got the household with us. My Charming.
Leia
Charming.
Nick
Amazing.
Natalie
You don't always have to do three. You could just leave it at charming so you don't have to put so much hesitation into it. Yeah, I'm here, everybody.
Nick
The household's here. Everyone.
Natalie
Everyone's here.
Nick
Everyone's here. We got some people are sick. Yeah, Mary was sick. Mary got sick on Monday stuff. Still a little bit. Some of us were pushing through on. On. On Tuesday's episode coming off of Bravocon, you know, but we're here. We're here. We're thriving. We're still on the show. Unlike Whitney on Dancing with the Stars.
Leia
You know what? I was shocked because she was awesome. Last night. I met Connor, took a picture with him. He is so nice.
Nick
She was the best dancer for sure. Right? Do we all agree, like, is if we're objectively just looking at the dancing and the performance.
Leia
She also, like, gave her all. I think it was her second dance or her first. I think it was her second dance where Carrie Ann was like, I really felt like you put your entire you into that. Like, she really gave it everything.
Natalie
We feel like she got eliminated because of the clip on Secret Lives of Mormon Wives where she's saying, I only came back to this because I knew I would get an audition for Dancing with the Stars and help.
Leia
Honestly. Yes. I mean, I. I really think so because I saw a lot of chatter online where people were like, don't vote for Whitney because of. Because of that. And it's like, it is the timing of it. I mean, people hate episode back.
Susie
Someone with a winning mentality.
Nick
Yeah, well, we had that really good point, Mary. They don't like people who try.
Susie
Yeah, we have.
Nick
Whitney is the hardest try ever.
Natalie
We had that and then we Had Elaine Hendricks on Tuesday's episode of Reality Recap. Being like, if I were to win, I would be the oldest person to win Dancing with the Stars ever. And I'm just doing it for the people of my generation. Like, just, like, being so inspiring and so powerful.
Nick
They're like, I want to win because I want to be the best.
Susie
Yeah. It's hard for me because I think both of them are hot and deserve to win.
Jesse
Oh, and Elaine was amazing last night.
Leia
She was amazing last night. And she's just like, so. She's such a special person.
Sergio
You can tell.
Nick
Well, Leia and Susie were at Dancing with the Stars, and we'll play some interviews they got momentarily. Also, late yesterday, Natalie and I were in New York City. Popped on over little Puddle jump to interview the finalist of Special Forces. It was a nice little lineup. We had Sean and Andrew East. We had Cody Brown.
Natalie
Interesting cat.
Nick
Interesting cat. You know him from so many Mormon wives. I can't keep track of all our Mormon wives because obviously we have Salt Lake City. This episode we're gonna get into. That was a wild episode. We got Mary at church. That was crazy. We had the Secret lives of Mormon Wives. And we have Kody Brown, who is a polygamist who has been famously on what'? Sister Wives.
Natalie
Yes.
Nick
Also of the Mormon community. Those Mormons in their tv.
Susie
These Mormons. Hey, one thing about them. Yeah.
Caroline Stanberry
They know how to work.
Leia
Isn't there a lot of drama with Cody or.
Nick
The man has had four wives at the same time, has been divorced to three of them.
Natalie
Spiritually married.
Nick
Spiritual marriage, as we we come to find out. Spoiler alert. We do again, this episode, I don't know, maybe talked about before. He has 18 children. Doesn't talk to many of them. Oh.
Natalie
So we get into all of that on Friday's episode of our special reunion edition, Special Forces.
Nick
Also, Brianna lapaglia, formerly known as Brianna Chicken Fry. Gia Giudice and Gia Giudice of Bravo fame. So it's a great lineup. And we talk obviously about the finale, also about their Special Forces experience, and then also just really get into know, appeal back the layers on who these people are.
Leia
Did Brianna talk at all about the last episode of BFFs?
Natalie
She did.
Nick
She did.
Leia
Oh, I just found out about this. I didn't realize they were finishing their.
Natalie
Their show.
Nick
We get into that as well. So be sure to check out the very special episode of Going Deeper, the reunion of Special Forces, and that is this Friday. If you haven't listened to this week's Going Deeper with Jesse Draper. Well, I don't know what you're doing. It's. It's part one of part two. Next week, we got Jordan and me, and then the four of us. Me, Natalie, Jordan, and Jesse. This week's going Deeper, if you haven't listened to it, already has a special segment where it's just Natalie and Jesse how to get into some of the darker things that happened in the marriage between Jesse and Jordan. So, yeah, and then we'll. Obviously, we'll get into some of the episodes later. This episode as well. Uh, did you guys see the recent video that's been released in the. The Justin Baldoni and the Blake Lively case?
Susie
Yeah, it was spooky.
Natalie
There's a lot of them.
Leia
I actually haven't seen it. Should we pull it up?
Nick
Well, this one's like, you know, last. Last Tuesday, we talked about how Dwight Schrute and Justin Baldoni are friends, right? Yeah.
Leia
They text. Well, they text.
Nick
They text. And that I was positioned as some sort of, like, this is damning evidence contrary to this video. Let's play the video.
Natalie
All right.
Jesse
Giving this video is about to be some damning evidence.
Nick
Oh, you can decide for yourself.
Jesse
Okay.
Chanel Ayan
All right, we should go.
Nick
Ready? So Justin's like, I think that's pretty hot. I don't know to what. He's like, he's sexy.
Chanel Ayan
Toothpick, please. Viv, do you have a toothpick? Yeah, right here.
Leia
Thank you.
Nick
Jenny Slade says something.
Sergio
And.
Nick
Then Justin's like, I missed the sexual harassment training, and rolls his eyes because of a toothpick.
Natalie
Well, for context, he's talking to Blake Lively about. They're in the bar scene about something that he says, oh, I think that looks hot. And then he's like, it's sexy. And then he says that there's something in her tooth. So he's like, somebody, let's get a toothpick to get this piece of food or piece of whatever out of her tooth. That's where the toothpick comes into play. But he was talking to the woman beforehand, saying that it was hot and sexy, and then says, I must have missed the sexual harassment meeting.
Nick
And then rolls his eyes as if, like, suggesting that the sexual harassment training is, like, unnecessary or a little silly. But yeah. Let's go through the timeline of this, of this whole story. First, we had Justin, who had a podcast, basically positioning himself as the safest man alive around women who understand all the plights of how women feel in men's spaces. Then he does this movie with Blake allegedly According to Blake does some weird stuff a la this video that might suggest also allegedly talking about like porn addictions and things like that. She complains internally and is like, hey, can you stop being weird? He allegedly stops being weird. And then all of a sudden in the movie premiere comes out and she decides to publicly like, not mess with Justin. She's like, I don't want to follow him Instagram. I don't want to do red carpets with him. And then Justin launches an all out online attack on Blake Lively. Which Justin, this is you, Justin, sweet boy Justin, not Justin Baldoni. Question to you or question of the household isn't like commonly accepted at this point that the online retaliation of Justin's team, like, we all like, does everyone accept that or did the Justin stands not accept that reality?
Jordan
Well, I mean, I've always said that regardless, before we knew who was right or wrong, guilty or not guilty, that like it was always confirmed that there was a smear campaign.
Nick
I thought so. I mean, we have emails and texts from Justin to his team, like, talking about the strategy of this smear campaign.
Natalie
Remember, like the, the evidence of Justin sending the tweet about Hailey Bieber and being like, let's do this to her. It's like a bullying, like thread about Hailey Bieber.
Nick
So unless you. I guess my, my point of bringing that up is that. So unless you think that Blake saying I don't want to talk to the guy who made me feel a little weird at work is worse or the same as Justin spending tens of thousands or maybe hundreds of thousands of dollars to attack and bully Blake Lively online, then I'm just confused how people aren't signing with Justin Baldoni.
Jordan
But.
Nick
And that's where I land.
Susie
I feel like the whole thing with this case is that as. As we're talking about this, I'm just remembering, like, I feel like it was like a year ago pretty much. We started talking about. It was like around the holiday.
Nick
First started talking about last year, August, when the movie came out, when they were doing the red carpet. And then it like died down between.
Susie
And then it came back because she had the lawsuit around Christmas. Because I remember because I was flying home for Christmas.
Caroline Stanberry
Yeah, yeah.
Leia
We did a whole Christmas special.
Susie
We did a whole Christmas special.
Leia
Yeah.
Nick
Because again, remember in the timeline, it was like the, the red carpet happened. Blake was not doing the red carpet with Justin. The Internet was like, that's weird. And then a week later, out of nowhere, we started seeing all this Blake Lively hate, all these old videos being brought up all this commentary about how, like, the real, quote, unquote, Blake Lively. And we were reminded by the Internet of the prince that is Justin Baldoti and all the work he's done for and with women, et cetera, et cetera. And it all seemed kind of bizarre. And I was out there being like, I'm not so sure things are adding up, but we couldn't explain why. And then things died down. And then right around Christmas time, that story broke in the New York Times that, like, said, hey, there's been a smear campaign. This is what happened at the office. Blake, again, was this, like, she worked with a guy who made her feel weird. And at the time, I don't think she was accusing him of, like, sec. She wasn't publicly going public. She was just like, hey, this guy's making me feel comfortable at work. Apparently, there were some internal conversations. Ryan allegedly, like, got mad at Justin, said, stop being weird around my wife. And then he allegedly stopped being weird, and they finished the movie, and then, you know, time had passed. And then again, like, they found out that, like, he. Behind the scenes, he raged, raged war, waged war, waged war against Blake Lively. And here we are.
Susie
Well, to get to the point, those are all true facts. I think the reason that a lot of people don't really know what to think is because it's, like, almost been a year, and I think there's just been so much. And I think at this point, in the court of public opinion, at least, people are like, like, I don't know, something shady went on. Both of these guys seem annoying because we just keep hearing about it.
Nick
Yeah, I think you're absolutely right. I think. Well, that's kind of the point. A lot of people are confused. So right now you have a lot of the statements is, like, blake's life. Blake Lively is accusing Justin of, like, sexual harassment or whatever, you know, and so they're kind of nitpicking, like, this video. They're like, well, that's not sexual harassment, you know, as opposed to being like, this was a guy who just, like, was kind of weird at work, and she asked him to stop, and then.
Susie
He retaliated by putting an Internet smear campaign against her and trying to ruin her life.
Jordan
I feel like people are always more fascinated with making someone guilty before they're innocent, rather it being innocent until proven guilty. And, like, it was more sense. What's the word? Sensationalized. To, like, view or discuss Blake as guilty.
Nick
Yeah. Well, it's also that David and Goliath, like, Blake is the very popular, very famous. And Justin was definitely, like, more niche, more up and coming.
Susie
Everybody likes an underdog and people hate women. So true.
Natalie
At the end of the day, that's really all it comes down to.
Nick
But you would just think watching this video again, this video, if nothing else, suggests that, like, he will make a remark at work. And, like, not that it's like the end of the world, but again, when you couple it with the fact that this is a guy who made his entire platform saying, hey, women, I understand your plight. I know what it's like that you are constantly being like, you know, men can be weird around you and they can make you feel uncomfortable. Certainly not all men, but there's a lot of men out there and, like, it's not okay. And I understand. And then he comes in, being the director, the boss, the producer of this entire production and starts doing those weird fucking things. It's a. It's a jump scare. It's a. It's a misdirect. It's a. It's a gaslight. And. And it will make people feel uncomfortable and weird.
Leia
I think people just don't like to be wrong. So whatever side they originally.
Natalie
Yeah.
Jesse
They're just.
Leia
They're gonna stay.
Natalie
Yeah, for sure.
Caroline Stanberry
For sure.
Nick
Well, the trial seems to be underway and heading towards an actual trial, I think. Trial. I think it's scheduled for March 2026, so we'll see. At this point, I don't see anything that's going to stop it from going to trial, but we'll see.
Jordan
Commit to the bit 31 by then.
Natalie
I am kind of shocked that things are still coming out. I thought the judge was like, hey, let's stop releasing.
Nick
Yeah. I don't know.
Susie
I think it's. It's one of those things by, like, by the time the verdict comes out, me personally, I'm just gonna be like, sure.
Nick
Oh, I'm think. I'm guessing that's what Justin seems hoping, but, you know, good news. He is friends with Dwight Schrute.
Susie
Yeah.
Leia
I wonder if he'll testify that they're friends. I don't know.
Natalie
It's just.
Nick
Anyway, Leia, talk to us about Dancing with the Stars. What was it like to be there? Who'd you see? Did you guys see any, like, bts, like, any. Any drama that. That wasn't aired on live television?
Leia
There wasn't really any drama. I mean, this is such a wholesome show. Everybody's just so happy and they're feeling so emotional after they, you know, do these Dances put everything into them. So, like, Alex Earl got emotional after she did one of hers. Elaine Hendrick got emotional. Jordan Childs got her first perfect score, tens all around, and she got emotional about that. And Whitney got emotional too. I mean, everybody was emotional. Everybody got emotional.
Natalie
What was it like having Zac Efron in studio? Did he, like, get escorted in, like, after everyone was already sitting? Like, how.
Nick
How is the audience reacting to Zach coming?
Natalie
Was he, like, under an umbrella?
Leia
Yeah, I mean, he, like, when they cut to him, everybody was just like.
Nick
Oh, my God, Zach's there.
Leia
I wonder if he felt pressure because Prince William was on the show last week and he. And everybody was kind of calling out like, prince William's on the show and Zac Efron hasn't even been on here yet.
Susie
Okay, but who cares about Prince William when you have Zac Efron?
Leia
No, he was on. He was on Zoom.
Caroline Stanberry
Whatever.
Susie
The Prince of England.
Leia
Prince of England?
Natalie
Yeah.
Jordan
For who?
Susie
The bald one?
Leia
Yes.
Susie
Yeah.
Nick
He came on Dancing with the Stars.
Leia
He was on, like, a video because he was talking to Robert Irwin.
Jordan
Oh, okay, that makes sense.
Nick
How is this, like, what? Where? Bring this video up. What?
Leia
Yeah, let me find it.
Jordan
Because Robert Irwin is, like, a diplomat for, like, animal rights. No?
Nick
Maybe so, but, like, we missed that. How is, like, the prince of William? Prince William.
Jesse
He was on the show, sent him a video.
Natalie
Wait, did we talk about Dancing with the Stars last week?
Susie
Yeah, we always do.
Nick
Were we living under a rock? You have a special call. I don't know who it is.
Sergio
Let's see.
Nick
That's crazy. Oh, my goodness. How are you? Oh, my God.
Sergio
Robert.
Jordan
How you doing?
Caroline Stanberry
How was Rio?
Leia
They're friends. They're friends.
Nick
We're really gonna go on and save the world. We're missing you, Robert.
Caroline Stanberry
Whilst your twinkle toes are going off.
Nick
Elsewhere, I need you down here. This is Friends with the Prince. As much glitter as you can.
Leia
He was supposed to do something with Prince William.
Nick
A seriously good chance of winning it. So just the best of luck on this.
Leia
Basically, he was supposed to do something with Prince William. And it was. The timing of it was going to be then.
Nick
But the fact that Prince William called in is crazy.
Leia
So that's what everybody was saying. They were like, prince William is on Dancing with the Stars and we haven't even seen Zac Efron.
Nick
We didn't know.
Leia
So then I was like, maybe. Maybe he felt pressure after that to come on the show.
Susie
I gotta be honest, Zac Efron much more exciting to me than Prince William.
Leia
But don't worry. Everyone, Susie and I got you covered. We did ask Dylan how it felt to have his brother Zach in the audience, and this is what he said.
Jesse
Okay, obviously, Zach was in the audience tonight.
Natalie
How did that feel having your brother.
Nick
Be here looking over and see my whole family is everything. So, yeah, it was a win when either. Whatever happened was like, the whole family. This was an amazing night for me. You know, I.
Natalie
It's.
Nick
I don't think that's shade in any way. I think it's just more like, hey, we are a family. And it's not just about Zach.
Natalie
Yeah, I think he's very much like. I'm sure everyone asked the question of, like, oh, my God, his brother's here. His brother's here. Your brother. Your brother. Zack. Zack.
Caroline Stanberry
Zach. Zack.
Chanel Ayan
Zag.
Natalie
And he's probably like, listen, like, yeah.
Nick
My whole family means a lot.
Natalie
It's not just everyone coming to support me. My girlfriend supporting me, my little sister. Like, everyone. It means so much. All the fans who support me so much.
Nick
This is more like, zach's here for you guys.
Natalie
Yeah.
Nick
Yeah.
Natalie
I don't know.
Nick
Like, he's also here for me.
Jesse
We could give Zach that. He's busy. I don't feel like he watches the show because there's a clip that's going viral right now of him turning all his mom.
Nick
He's like, all nine. He's like, is that good? And they're like, yeah. And he's like, oh, my God. Great. He was very supportive of his brother and very happy for brother, but, like, yeah, the motherfucker doesn't watch Dancing with the Stars.
Leia
Listen, I think it was really sweet. Again, this is the most wholesome show. I really just. I enjoy that. Like, everybody's just putting their heart, soul, and all on the line, and their families and friends are there to support them. And it was so sweet to see Zach in the audience. There were some other cute videos that I can play, but, yeah, so that was. That was one thing that we asked Dylan. We also did ask him about their viral dance, just because everybody's doing it. And then we ran into Jonathan of Bachelor Nation, and we talked to him for a little while, and then we actually had Jonathan and Ezra Sosa do the viral dance move. So I put it in here, but here it is. We asked Dylan and Daniella about their swimming viral move and how it feels to have that go viral.
Jesse
How does it feel to see everyone doing your dance move? It's gone viral. How does that feel?
Nick
Hey, she's the one that came up with It.
Leia
No, it's surreal.
Jesse
We both did it, first of all. And also, we literally couldn't do it without you.
Nick
No, it's been really cool too, because a lot of people are, like, good at it too. Like, you see all the whole scale. Some people are, like, struggling. Some people nailed it. It's fine. It's, like, fun.
Caroline Stanberry
Yeah.
Nick
I'm, like, giving them judges course.
Natalie
I love that.
Jesse
Do you guys have tips for Nick and Natalie when they try it?
Caroline Stanberry
You.
Natalie
Yeah, they're going to try.
Jesse
We're going to make them.
Nick
Yeah. Find the good grip. There's a good grip for a guy.
Jesse
We were trained to do it properly by one of my really good friends who's, like, in the theater arts business, so he's unreal.
Natalie
His name is Alien, so thanks to.
Jesse
Him, we got it right.
Leia
I do wonder how many people have done it wrong and just, like, completely smashed their person's face into the floor.
Natalie
It's all about the good grip.
Leia
All about the good grip. So you guys will have to try it later because we told Dylan that you would.
Natalie
Well, you know, I have a fear of being lifted, so I don't know if I'll be involving myself into that. Thank you.
Leia
And then, yeah, we did get to talk to Jordan and Ezra, speaking of Ezra, and they talked about their friendship, which was really sweet. Here's a cute clip of them talking just about, like, how close they've gotten during the show.
Jesse
I wanted to talk to you guys a little bit about your friendship. So tonight you literally danced down backwards on stage. I was like, I've never seen anything so impressive.
Natalie
You guys obviously have a lot of.
Jesse
Trust and a beautiful friendship that I've loved watching on TikTok and online. What has been, like, the most fun part about becoming friends and getting to know each other?
Natalie
The moment I walked through those doors.
Nick
In week one, I literally looked like. His personality is what gets me. He's not shy of anything and he understands his craft.
Chanel Ayan
And I think that's why I just.
Nick
Love the way that we get, like, I enjoy coming rehearsals. I enjoy being around him.
Chanel Ayan
I'm always like, hey, can I come do this? Like, all these things. Do you want to go to that.
Nick
Stranger Things premiere with me?
Chanel Ayan
That's just what I love.
Nick
Because he understands yes, me, but I get to understand him.
Chanel Ayan
It's going to be a long lasting.
Nick
Friendship, whether people like it or not.
Chanel Ayan
This is my diva, and he will forever be my diva.
Susie
This is my diva, and he will forever be my diva. That's how I talk about Justin I.
Jordan
Do love Ezra Sosa. He's one of my favorites.
Leia
Yeah, you can tell how much they love each other. And then we also got to talk to Elaine, who remembered us, and, you know, we had on the show last week, and she was feeling really good about making it to the finals and getting, you know, great scores. So we talked to her a bit about that as well. And I'll play a clip. We also talked to Elaine Hendricks, who we had on the show last week. She had a perfect score last night. She did an incredible, incredible job. She puts her heart and soul into everything that she does. And here's what she had to say about getting her perfect score last night.
Chanel Ayan
Yes.
Natalie
Yes.
Caroline Stanberry
You, I recognize.
Jesse
Good.
Caroline Stanberry
How are you?
Leia
Okay.
Jesse
We just have a couple of quick questions. You are representing women everywhere so beautifully.
Caroline Stanberry
Thank you.
Jesse
No, thank you. I feel like you're speaking about going after your dreams, and you've been such an inspiration to watch. What can you tell us about your journey this far? And how are you feeling after perfect score tonight?
Susie
I am sorry.
Caroline Stanberry
So grateful. I am grateful to Alan. I am grateful to everyone who has helped us get to this moment. The fans, the crew, the creative team. This has been. This has far exceeded my expectations. I had high hopes, and the reality of it just absolutely blows my mind.
Jesse
That's amazing. And what's it been like being partnered with such an incredible woman?
Nick
Honestly, it's inspiring. You know, I get to see her fight through things and. And get better every day and. And not give up, and it's incredible to see. And the fact that we get here is just, like. It's so validating. It's so incredible, and just. I'm so proud of Elaine. She's worked so hard.
Leia
We. We got a lot more. We'll be posting them on the Val Foul social, so please check it out there if you want to hear more. But I'm rooting for Elaine.
Sergio
I.
Nick
Honestly, if Elaine wins, I. I would love that. The oldest. The oldest person to win Dancing with the Stars. She's really crushed it. I think she surprised a lot of people.
Jesse
Yeah, there.
Natalie
It's a.
Leia
It's a very tough competition. I mean, I think Alex Earle has been such a constant.
Nick
It's not about the best dancer.
Natalie
I think to just even make it into the finals this season is an accomplishment in itself. And like Robert Irwin, everyone in the final should be so proud.
Jesse
And even as a really good viewer, I feel like any. Anybody who wins, like, I'm actually, like, I'm really happy because all of them deserve it.
Leia
Absolutely. Absolutely.
Nick
I gotta say, as far as Whitney leaving, I felt like she nailed her exit in the sense that, like, listen, Whitney is a competitor, and I. I'm a competitor, so no fault to that. Like, Whitney really tried, right? Like, she was out here dancing, taking classes before the season. She put her heart and soul into it. Some people like people who try, others who don't, you know. But, like, you could tell, I know that she was dying inside when she got voted off. She stuck the landing, so to speak, because as soon as they said Jordan was moving on, Whitney was all smiles.
Natalie
Well, I think she learned from past mistakes.
Nick
Yeah. But I just want to give her some credit because, like, inside, I'm sure she didn't feel like smiling, and I'm sure she was dying inside and she was the best possible sport.
Leia
In her exit interview, she did say that, like, her and her partner both said that they, like, felt it coming.
Nick
Nevertheless, they just.
Leia
They had a feeling that, well, I.
Natalie
Wonder if those Mormon wives, haters, you know, felt the need to comment or send DMs, being like, we're not voting for you, or, you know, maybe so going in, I'm sure she had a feeling of, like, this could be a possibility. Let me, like, set my expectations. And also, like, yeah, she did learn from, I think, hiding her facial expressions with the whole, you know, Danielle Fishel turning around and whatever she said to her at that time when whoever that was that left and she kind of cracked a smile. And Danielle Fisher Fischl kind of told her not to do that. And I think she learned from that mistake and she.
Nick
At least she's learning. I mean, she's. She stuck the landing on the. On her elimination. I got it. You got to give her some credit. Also, can I just say, I feel like the secret lives of Mormon wise fans are overreacting.
Caroline Stanberry
Yeah.
Natalie
Yeah.
Jesse
I think they're passionate. Like, they have their favorites, and those are the people that they support and the people that they don't. They're also very passionate about that, too.
Leia
And I will say I think Whitney is unapologetically herself, and that is what I love about her so much. That's what I think we all love about her so much. But it was. I mean, come on. She literally said it like, I am coming back because I want to be on Dancing with the Stars. And that is.
Nick
Why is that a crime?
Leia
It's not a crime. It was just like, huh.
Natalie
But I do think it.
Leia
I appreciate her admitting it, but that's what I'm saying.
Nick
Why is it A crime. She clearly isn't getting along with a lot of the women, like, regardless of who you agree with.
Natalie
Like, because I think it just shows that she's willing to, like, use people to get to where she needs to.
Nick
Get, and there's that.
Leia
She cares enough about it and she cares about this.
Nick
It's her coming across as incredibly calculated and sometimes disingenuous.
Susie
Okay, here's my issue with the Whitney Levitt haters out there. Everyone says they want a diva. Everyone is like, I love diva behavior. I want diva behavior. But as soon as you guys get it, you turn on her. Let Whitney make all the faces she wants when people get eliminated. Let Whitney start her own mom talk. Let Whitney just do the show to get on Dancing with the Stars to get what she wants because she's a woman who knows how to win justice for Whitney. Leave her alone.
Nick
Well, the Whitney stands need to come out strong.
Susie
Yeah, I'm here. I'm speaking up.
Nick
All right, well, that will do it for our incredible Dancing with the Stars coverage. Thank you to Leia and Susie. Up next, we have Chanel Ion to talk about all things Bravo Con. She was working the grounds at Bravo Con and we are going to run through some Bravo headlines with her. That is up next. Also, Caroline Stanberry joins the show to talk about her upcoming appearance on Traders and more. And we'll get to talk with her and see what we can expect of her on Schraders as well as what's going on with her in the Bravo universe. Is she going to be appearing on any Housewives franchises? I know she was on Dubai. She was on Ladies of London. What's next for her following Traders? Learn. Learn about all that and more.
Natalie
Well, if you didn't know, before I was on this podcast, I worked as a surgical technologist and every single morning I would wake up at 5am and I would put on a pair of figs scrubs, and it would make me excited for my day. It would make me feel confident. It would make me feel like I'm not wearing your standard boxy, big, itchy cardboard like scrubs. I was wearing figs. Incredibly soft, form fitting, durable. And they come in really fashionable styles. One of my favorite things about figs is that they have so many options of the type of figs. So whether you are tall, whether you're petite, whether you like a jogger, whether you like a flare, if you like two pockets at the bottom, if you like one pocket on your chest, whatever it is that is your preference, figs has it. They even have outerwear, shoes and layers that make it so easy to get dressed in the morning. So if you work in health care or love someone who does, figs are a must have hands down. Chanel Ayan
I love it. It looks expensive. It's like Nick is getting rich and making money, bitch. Good for you, bitch. It's growing. I love this for you guys.
Nick
Chanel Ayaan, welcome back to the show, babe.
Chanel Ayan
Thank you. It was so nice to see you at Bravacon.
Nick
It was great to see you. You look glamorous. You might have been. And I'm not just saying this. I thought you were the best dressed.
Chanel Ayan
Thank you so much. Coming from you means a lot to me.
Nick
She was.
Natalie
Wait, who planned your outfits? Did you have a stylist?
Chanel Ayan
No, I don't have a stylist. Actually, I planned my outfits like a week before I came. Like most of them I did, like in under 24 hours.
Natalie
What is your process for that? That's crazy.
Chanel Ayan
No, because I wanted to bring. So I was coming from Dubai and I brought 15 dresses.
Nick
That's a lot.
Chanel Ayan
I know. And I only got to wear six because Bravo is like, you're not going to have time to change. Because I wanted to have a morning look, afternoon look and evening look. So that's what I planned. But Bravo was like, you're not going to have chance to change three times a day. And they were true. I had no time to change.
Caroline Stanberry
Wow.
Nick
No, I think after we hugged and took a picture, I turned to Justin and I said, chanel's hot.
Natalie
Chanel is hot.
Chanel Ayan
Oh, my God. Please, you know, don't act like you don't know. No, no, I know. But you know. Sorry. I love your husband. You know that, right?
Natalie
And we love you.
Chanel Ayan
That is. That is so cool. I love it. A lot of boys were hitting on me at Bravo.
Nick
That's because you looked hot.
Chanel Ayan
Yeah. Which I love. Carl, the one that dated Paige. I was like, oh, my God, you're so beautiful. And then the other one that has short hair, black. He's also very tall. I don't know their names is Carl and Craig.
Nick
They're all tall.
Chanel Ayan
They're all tall, but they're all very like, oh, so hot. But I'm married. I was like, I'm married for 26 years and super happily married.
Nick
You know who is the hottest guy in Bravo?
Chanel Ayan
You think so? I think the one that sells alcohol is gorgeous, but he's short.
Jesse
Kyle Cook.
Chanel Ayan
Yes.
Caroline Stanberry
Dj.
Chanel Ayan
Yes. He's gorgeous. He's handsome. He's short, but he has beautiful eyes and I love him. But apparently his wife was complaining to me that he comes home every single night at 4am So I was like, that's crazy. Yeah, I didn't know that. So I went to him and I was like, what are you doing out until 4am? You must be eating pussies, bitch, because what are you doing outside when you have a wife at home and you're.
Natalie
Coming home at 4am and you know, he's like 45.
Chanel Ayan
He doesn't look it, though.
Natalie
No, I know. But like, he'll still be fine in your home.
Chanel Ayan
But he needs to grow up. He needs to grow up. If you're 45 years old, you need to be home with your wife all night. I did say that to him. And then I went out after watch what happened live, and he was at the bar and he goes, you see Chanel, my wife is not with me. She left with other people to eat dinner. Then I'm like, okay, then I have to have a big. I also have to say something to.
Natalie
Her, you know, but you're just the mediator.
Chanel Ayan
I know, I know. So I liked both of them, but they're really nice people, both of them. I enjoyed them.
Natalie
Did you have fun at BravoCon?
Chanel Ayan
I had way too much fun. I was tired because I was waking up at 6am to get hair and makeup and I would be on stage by 8:30 and then I'd be back home like 11 at night. So it was lots of hours. Cause I had media, then I had fans to meet the fans and, you know, hug them and talk to them. And then I'd shut up and live in the evening.
Natalie
Wow. Who is your favorite person that you interviewed?
Chanel Ayan
Lindsay. Yeah. I love Lindsay Aubert. I loved Christine Doherty.
Susie
Yes.
Chanel Ayan
Yeah, I really had fun with them. And I had fun with the boys a lot. And the cowboys. I did not know they were brothers. And Avia telling them they should be in Brockback Mountain. After it happened. They were like one of Bravo. Donald was like, their brothers are like, what? And then the next day I met them. They were like, oh, my God, we love you so much. It was so nice to meet you. So I took pictures with them. They were like, you're so funny. So they loved it. They love that I say that.
Jesse
Did you have a favorite moment being at Bravocon?
Chanel Ayan
Yeah. My son. You know, my son is going to school here in U.S. so he came for six days, and the first five days, he never left the room. He left me with $2,200 bill in the hotel, which is wild as fuck. And then the one day I took him, he was like, oh, mom, you're so good at interviewing people. I'm actually really impressed and proud of you because he's never. He doesn't like drama that much, but he's very dramatic, which is crazy. And then he just was so proud of me. And he met the girl from cooking show, Christine. Yeah. So he really enjoyed that. Yeah. So that was my favorite part. My son, who do you think he.
Natalie
Gets his dramatic side from?
Chanel Ayan
Both his dad and me are very dramatic. He's Iris. My husband is Aries. I'm Sagittarius. So we are both, like, psychopaths.
Natalie
Okay, perfect. Well, there's been a ton of BravoCon fallout. Since BravoCon has ended, have you kept up with any thing that's been going on?
Chanel Ayan
Yes, actually, Melissa Goda messaged me yesterday because we had a beef and we squashed it. So she messaged me and she was like, what did she say? Let me read it, because my English is a bit tired sometimes. I forgot the words. Exactly. She said that was really nice. She said something like, she goes, glad we got to connect. Xoxo. So I thought that was so sweet. So I applied back and I was like, yeah, because I didn't expect that. So I thought that was so nice. And then I said, send me sprinkled cookies and I'll send you Ion beauty makeup.
Nick
Well, a lot like my wife said, went down in Bravocon. And this, the Bravo universe fallout continues to happen since Bravocon. And we thought there'd be no better person to just talk about these things than with you, Janelle. Ion, I gotta start with. This isn't even bravocon. This is post Bravocon. But have you seen the Mauricio Mansky photo shoot? The people photo shoot?
Chanel Ayan
There's a photo shoot of. I saw him dancing with the stars, and he came to say hi and hugged me. That's the last time I saw him.
Nick
Okay, well, have you seen. Can you show Chanel? I'm curious what you think about this, Chanel. Is this like. Is this in your mind? Is he living his best life? Or is it like, daddy, stay home. We don't need to see this.
Chanel Ayan
Oh, Mauricio. Is coming in hot. He's like, I am coming out, bitches. Wow, he's. His feet.
Nick
I've seen a lot of comments like, hey, we loved you because you were like a supportive husband and great father. And now it's his kind of weird.
Chanel Ayan
Listen, he's single. Right. I feel like men, when they're at this age, they kind of like trying to find themselves, I guess.
Nick
But I really, I really hope that's out of my system, you know?
Chanel Ayan
No, no, you haven't even gotten there. My. My husband sold a car, bought a car that was like for 25 year old kid. I'm like, go take it back. So I'm.
Nick
But I'm. But like I got married later in life. I didn't have my first kid until into my 40s. I'm really hoping the shirtless.
Chanel Ayan
You're in your 40s.
Nick
What?
Chanel Ayan
You're in your 40s?
Nick
I'm 45, babe.
Chanel Ayan
Oh, okay. Okay. What do you eat? What does she feed you?
Natalie
What does she feed Himself.
Caroline Stanberry
He is like.
Chanel Ayan
I think that picture is not Mauricio that I know from the show. But I think also he's trying to find himself as a single guy right now. And he's like, maybe he's feeling himself, he's loving himself. He's actually a really nice person.
Natalie
I don't know, he's wearing leather pants.
Nick
But are we being ageist for judging him for doing this or is it like.
Chanel Ayan
No, I think you are a little bit. And I'll tell you why I think that. I think that a lot of men, when they're in their 50s and stuff, they think I've done everything right. I've had kids, my wife is not with me anymore. So, you know, at least he's trying to put himself out there. I think I actually kind of applaud him.
Nick
Okay.
Chanel Ayan
Like he's trying to. Maybe he's never done this in his young years. Right. And now he's feeling himself.
Nick
Right.
Chanel Ayan
Yeah.
Natalie
Did you see Real Housewives of Miami? Julia and Lisa were apparently like fighting at the airport.
Chanel Ayan
Julia and who?
Natalie
Lisa.
Chanel Ayan
Lisa. Yeah. And Julia.
Susie
Yeah.
Chanel Ayan
Huh?
Natalie
Yeah.
Chanel Ayan
Because Julia. Because Julia is very good friends with mortician Haitian girl Adriana. Adriana, which I love. I think she should be full time cast.
Susie
Agreed.
Nick
So is that the one who said you miss this sweet pussy? Yep. Yeah. She deserves to be there.
Chanel Ayan
Yes, exactly.
Susie
Gave her heart.
Chanel Ayan
Yeah, she does.
Susie
In a box. Yeah.
Natalie
I don't know.
Chanel Ayan
I feel like Julia is a bit nut kiss. I think she fights with every single person you could tell in BravoCon, she wasn't getting along with all the girls, but you can't be in a show where you're not getting along with every single person.
Natalie
Witnesses say Julia was shouting and leaned right in while Lisa fired back with explicitives, telling her to get out of my face. And the scene reportedly played out in front of families and children.
Chanel Ayan
Oh, no. That's terrible. That's bad. Girls, get your together.
Leia
Get your.
Nick
That is crazy that following BravoCon, they got into a public spat.
Chanel Ayan
You're only getting paid to fight on the show on camera. So, like, in public spaces, children are there. I just behave.
Jesse
Lisa commented on it, saying, imagine just minding your own business at the airport, and then this woman aggressively berates you out of nowhere to try to get press.
Chanel Ayan
Oh, I'm gonna say this. What I think about Julia right now. I think Julia, from what I've heard, did not have a good season. So I think she's trying to do every single thing to keep Mojito at this point because, like, what else can she give?
Nick
Yeah, it is kind of giving. Desperate.
Chanel Ayan
Yes. So I can see that. I can see she's trying to do every single thing. Yeah.
Natalie
Did you follow along with the Sy Da Silva and Madison Lacroix back and forth that happened? So.
Chanel Ayan
I did see that. Okay. I do like Sai because I is a very good friend of my cousin Uber, But Madison is the first time I saw her, I think she was wearing polka dot dress, and she said hi to me, so that was nice. I felt like she was really sweet, but she was running to the panel, so we didn't really got to catch up and speak. I did see what happened, but then I saw that Psy actually knew who she was. So, yeah, I don't know. More of that beef I kind of want.
Nick
I met Madison for the first time at BravoCon, and she, like you said, was very sweet and very lovely. She always comes across as very demure and almost, like, undramatic. So the fact that she's posting this, like, group chat with Sy is. I'm a little shocked. I'm just surprised that Madison's getting this messy.
Jesse
I feel like this is, like, true to, like, old Madison from earlier seasons of Southern Charm. She's very like, yeah, if you step on me or if you talk shit about me, she is not afraid to clap back.
Chanel Ayan
Yeah, I saw that. But also, side clapbag was. Was fucking good. I'm not gonna lie.
Nick
What did Sy say?
Chanel Ayan
She was like, I can't even pick you up out of a line.
Jesse
She said, I can't pick you up.
Chanel Ayan
Out of the lineup. They were good. It was a good banter between the two of them. Yeah. So, yeah, I hope they fix it.
Nick
I'm sure they will.
Chanel Ayan
If I ever see them on a carpet next time, I'll make sure that they get along.
Jesse
You'll mediate you're keeping peace?
Chanel Ayan
Yes. Yes.
Natalie
Which. How do you feel about this, Chanel? Obviously, you've been on several TV shows. You know what it's like to have people talk about you on said TV show. Do you take how people react to you and your behavior on a show personally, or are you like, yeah, sure, it's part of the job.
Nick
Like, if you're doing a scene and I'm all of a sudden like, hey, love Chanel. But, like, she seemed kind of like a bully this episode to Jan or whatever the fuck.
Chanel Ayan
I. I personally don't take so much about it so seriously because I think a lot of viewers are forgetting this is a job these girls have.
Susie
Thank you.
Chanel Ayan
You know what I mean? It's a job.
Nick
So be. You know what I'm saying?
Leia
Yeah.
Chanel Ayan
Because if I go to lunch with you, we're not gonna be arguing at lunch. You know what I mean? I'm not gonna tell you my feelings and stuff like that, but these girls go there for work and stuff like that. Like, in my season, I played a voice note that my cast knew about it, went around making it look like she never knew about it, and then I reunioned the producer, like, yep, you did know about it. You know what I mean? I tried to change the mind of people not to like me thinking, like, I choose somebody else over her, which never happened. You know what I mean? It's a job, so I don't take things personally, but my favorite thing is, like, you write something about me, I'm coming for you. The other day, somebody was like, oh, Ayan, you're so ma. You're too much. And I was like, you know what? Your mother's vagina is bigger than the hollow tunnel. And also, the tracks can go through them. Like, I don't give a fuck.
Nick
Can you roast me right now? Like, imagine I wrote some nasty shit about you. Can you give me.
Chanel Ayan
Well, it depends. What did you say, Nick?
Natalie
Yeah, what did you say? And don't leave out any details.
Nick
Let's say I said, chanel never knows when to be quiet.
Chanel Ayan
I'll be like, nick, this is why I get paid, okay? I get paid for my money. And I can see you do the same fucking bitch thank you very much. You run your mouth every single day with everybody here. I see you. I watch you.
Nick
There we go.
Sergio
All right.
Nick
That's what I want.
Leia
There we go.
Chanel Ayan
I love you, though, so much.
Nick
I love you too.
Chanel Ayan
You know I did when I saw you. We hugged each other.
Susie
I love you.
Nick
Yeah.
Caroline Stanberry
Wait.
Nick
Yeah, yeah. When you DM me, you told me I was full of myself.
Chanel Ayan
Yes, I did.
Nick
I loved it.
Natalie
I know.
Chanel Ayan
I love telling you that. Look where we are now. We're friends from that. I will get you guys. Good. We'll go to dinner next time I'm in la.
Natalie
So are you still living in Dubai?
Chanel Ayan
Yes and no. I'm a lot in America now, so I love it here because I'm closer to my son. 16 hours. 16 hours away so far. I'm selling my house in Dubai at the moment, so I think I'm gonna move to US very soon, especially today. Like, Jeff Lewis was like, you deserve to be on red carpet interviewing. Like, you need to be doing things in us. You need to be here. So I thought, like, you know what? And the love from the fans has been incredible and I've really appreciated it. So I didn't even know. I'm good at this shit because I'm not educated.
Natalie
No, you are so good at it.
Chanel Ayan
Yeah, that's what people are saying, which makes me happy. Are.
Natalie
Are we moving back to Idaho or.
Chanel Ayan
Yes. I love Idaho. I love Idaho.
Natalie
You wouldn't move to la.
Chanel Ayan
I would move to la, but I wouldn't live in la, like, for months.
Nick
Yeah, no, we get it.
Chanel Ayan
Yeah, yeah. So I will be like, maybe for two months and then go back two months and then go back like that. But I don't think I can live here forever. It's so expensive. Your. You know, I was. I went with Wells to watch Dylan Efron because, you know, we. They're my boys, right? So we went to. I went to Dancing the Stars, and I'm sitting there with Wells and literally his alarm system in his house is going crazy and they're taping it so he couldn't leave the chair to go see what was going on. And there was like so many rings of his house, like somebody was breaking in because somebody already broke into his house. So I could just see this frustration that he was having because his wife is not here, he's in New York, like, all these things. And I just felt so bad because I never see that in Dubai, you know what I mean? So I felt like, oh, my God. So of course I texted him and There was something to do with the Amazon driver and the dog and things like that, but just looking at him in so much agony, it was so sad to watch.
Nick
Know what you should never do? Don't say that you're leaving when you're staying at home to set the alarm.
Chanel Ayan
I think so. I think that's what happened. Because today Saturn's house was broken into when she was in Babuka's house.
Jordan
Yes, and Kathy Hilton.
Chanel Ayan
Yeah, and Kathy. I didn't know about Kathy, but I knew about a certain. Yeah.
Nick
Oh no.
Chanel Ayan
People know you're out of town cuz they know you're outside la. Yeah, don't worry, nobody can steal my stuff. I wear, I wear my husband's underwear, daytime clothes and all that stuff. So whatever you're gonna get is very boring. Are there vampires there? Because I want somebody to suck my blood.
Natalie
Why are you wanting to be your have your blood sucked?
Chanel Ayan
Oh God. I will be the hottest vampire of life. I will live forever. I will change every single person. Like you piss me off. I'll be the best one. So if there's vampires out, come get me. Yes. I wanna live forever.
Natalie
Have you dressed as a vampire for Halloween yet?
Chanel Ayan
No, no, I only dressed one time as a cleaning maid. But then I realized I don't like cleaning. So I just changed back to myself. I went, put on a T shirt.
Natalie
Were you like sexy maid?
Chanel Ayan
Like no, I don't pull off sexy. Sexy is not in me.
Nick
I would disagree.
Chanel Ayan
No, seriously, I do not pull sexy. My husband would me tell you that I put like crazy and fun. Like you don't want to see me try to be sexy. It doesn't even work. It's like dry water, like nothing goes.
Natalie
So you do like the like scary or funny costumes?
Chanel Ayan
Yes, yes, yes, yes. Fun stuff. You know what, what do you wear for Halloween?
Natalie
I hate Halloween. It's my least favorite holiday this year. My daughter was a cat and a onesie from Amazon because I don't care.
Chanel Ayan
Oh, I love that. Does she like cats?
Nick
That's why I love her.
Chanel Ayan
That, that's so cool. What is your favorite holiday? Thanksgiving is coming.
Natalie
Christmas is my favorite holiday.
Nick
Christmas and fourth of July.
Chanel Ayan
Oh, those are my favorites. Yes.
Natalie
We started decorating for Christmas before Halloween.
Chanel Ayan
Oh wow.
Natalie
I love it so much.
Chanel Ayan
Yeah, I love that too. I love that too.
Natalie
And my birthday of course.
Nick
We got a, we got a 15 foot tree at the lake.
Chanel Ayan
No, our Christmas tree is so small like because I'm, I grew up Muslim but my husband is Christian so we have a Christmas Tree Bicell, like maybe here to me, but it has the most. I decorate it like three days before Christmas and then I keep it until February because I'm so lazy to remove it.
Caroline Stanberry
Yeah, yeah, yeah, exactly.
Nick
Now you have to decorate it sooner so you can enjoy the Christmas holidays.
Chanel Ayan
Yeah, I'm going back to Dubai now. Then I have work in London, but I have to decorate before my son arrives.
Natalie
How is your. The advocation work that you do?
Chanel Ayan
Oh yeah. So I still do for fgm.
Natalie
Yes, thank you.
Chanel Ayan
Yes, yes, yes, I still do it. Actually recently I was very broken hearted because there was a two year old girl that just passed away from that and it was like all over the news. So I try as much as possible to talk about it. I'm actually going to London first week of December to talk about it. There's a big event there to discuss this. So I'm trying my best. But also I feel like every time I talk about it, people like they're pulled back. They don't want to hear about it. So it's a bit tough situation.
Natalie
Yeah, that is tough because it's like so bad. People don't want to hear. But then, you know, it's so bad we need to stop.
Chanel Ayan
Exactly, exactly. You understand? Yes, yes. You get it.
Nick
Well, what's next for you, Chanel?
Chanel Ayan
What's next for me right now is just I have my Ion beauty makeup that I'm trying to push it so hard, you know, and it's doing well in America, but I'm trying to get it more to Middle east and Africa and stuff like that. So that's where I'm really, my mind is focused on. And then trying to get my son to stop spending my money in college. Cause he's living like he lives in my house. He's forgetting he's in college. He needs to leave cheaply.
Nick
Cancel that credit card.
Chanel Ayan
I can't because I live sometimes I travel is. I'm so far away. If anything happens to him, I need him to have money. You know, in America. You know the other thing is like when I'm in Dubai, the algorithm. Sorry, I talk too much. The algorithm is like more about cats and dogs and like think American algorithm is a bit scary when you're here in TikTok or Instagram. Two minutes. A lot of shootings, a lot of these like kidnappings, children being people disappearing, where they going. A lot of people disappearing all the time. That scares me a lot. And then like my people being house robbed and things like that. So stuff like that scares Me in a way that I want him to have a credit card if anything happens, at least I know he can get on a flight, come home or something. Something, you know?
Caroline Stanberry
Yeah.
Sergio
Yeah, that makes sense.
Nick
Any fun holiday plans other than Christmas.
Chanel Ayan
Is what I'm looking forward to because my son is gonna be home. He. I already know everything. He wants me to buy him because he sent me a list, so.
Nick
Sounds like my wife.
Chanel Ayan
I love that. So, yeah, so that's. That's it. And then I'm going home to see my mom. So that's exciting. After Christmas. Yeah. What are you guys doing?
Nick
We are going to the lake house and just be, you know, sauna, hot tub, cooking, enjoy the lake. We just rebuilt it, so it's brand new.
Chanel Ayan
That sounds like very fun time.
Nick
Well, before we let you go, Chanel, what's next for you on Bravo? Are we going to see you on any Bravo shows anytime soon?
Chanel Ayan
You know, I saw them recently announcing the girls trip thing about driving around America. And when I was in America for like, six weeks, I was doing a tour around America on my TikTok that went viral. Right. It was called Villages. I was like, I'm in villages of America talking about where I'm going and things like that. So I hope they've watched that because I tried to pitch that recently, by the way. I tried to pitch, like, me coming into America and going through America's, I think, like, I am coming to America situation, you know, and then go through things and go through different cities and stop in houses. Like, literally, that's what I like. Crazy. That was. I had that idea too, you know.
Natalie
So they better cast.
Chanel Ayan
So they better bring me and let me be a host and go to different places, meet up with the housewives from different states, let them show me what's going on, talk about it. And I'm friends with all of them and then find the dramas and maybe do something amazing about helping people in the community and guiding them. So, yeah, I hope that's something that could come.
Natalie
Are you still friends with all Dubai? You're all Dubai castmates?
Chanel Ayan
No, not really. I'm friends with, like, Stanbri. I'm friends with Talene, Saral, Madani, Nina Ali. That's more about it.
Nick
Well, it's one thing I agree with Jeff Lewis. You are a star, Chanel Ion. So I hope Bravo finds more time for you on their screen because I think we all agree that we enjoy it.
Chanel Ayan
Oh, I love that. Thank you so much. That means a lot to me. Thank you.
Nick
We love you. You're the best. Come back anytime. Chanel, where can people find you? Where can they find your makeup? All that fun stuff.
Chanel Ayan
Yeah. Thank you so much. So I have Ian beauty makeup. So if you just go to ironbeauty.com you can find my makeup there. And you can follow me on Chanel Ayan on TikTok, on Instagram, and thank you for the love.
Nick
All right, up next, we'll get into some secret lives of Mormon wives. Some Salt Lake City. And then Caroline Stanberry and her husband Sergio. All right, let's get into some more Mormon wives. What'd you guys think of? Well, first of all, where do you guys land on the Jesse and Jordan relationship?
Susie
She's better than him.
Jesse
Yeah. I'm team Jesse. Especially after that barbecue situation where I'm just, like, her not being there and then wanting to convince mom talk to be on his side or have empathy for him, it just rubbed me all the wrong way.
Leia
I mean, I think too, like, I'm a little biased because we had our interview with Jesse, which came out yesterday. Go check it out. Are going deeper with Jesse Draper.
Nick
And I mean, well, we also had an interview with Jordan, which comes out next week. But I'm just. I am curious, like, what your overall watching season three, meeting Jordan and Jesse, hearing their interview, like, that all. Where do we land?
Leia
I mean, I think that, like, even just part one of our interview with just Jesse, like, she goes into more detail about the emotional abuse that she had to endure with Jordan. And I mean, some of the things that she talks about in that interview are just unimaginable. And I. I mean, you can see what led her to do what she did, how she was feeling, how low to the she was put. It was like she was constantly just being like, you're not good enough. And then. And then she meets a man who is telling her that she's beautiful and is bringing her flowers and is telling her how important and awesome she is and is giving her attention. And, like, I see how she got there. I see what level.
Natalie
Then it also, like, why she did it makes sense. On Jesse's end of, like, you know, after that barbecue, she meets up with all the girls, and they're kind of like, this is what went down. And she's like, listen. And, like, that night, like, he put the kids to bed. He, like, massaged my feet. And, like, I'm, you know, kind of sitting here wondering, like, why has it taken you this long? You know? And she said in our interview, spoiler alert. Like, she kind of that behavior him like, treating her good started to make her resent him. Because she got to a point where she's like, why did it have to get here? Why couldn't you just treat me like this before? And it reminds me so much of my parents. I remember my mom telling me this story a long time ago. Like, my parents divorced after almost 20 years. And she said that, like, he, you know, wasn't a partner throughout the entire marriage. And once she kind of, like, dangled the idea of divorce in front of his face, he started, like, cleaning up and helping with dinner and helping with the kids. And my mom was like, it's just too late. Like, you know, yeah. You can't just pick up 20 years later. You can't just start doing it after our world falls apart and think it's going to change everything.
Leia
It's also, what are your intentions of trying to get back together? Is it because you actually love me and you actually think that I'm special and beautiful and amazing? Or is it because how is it gonna look to the outside world? Because to me, that's what Jordan was most concerned about. How are we gonna say this to our kids? What are people gonna think? What are people gonna say?
Nick
Like, that scene, I think it was, like, beginning of episode four, where, like, Jesse and Jordan are talking, and, like, it's on camera. Like, listen, I mean, I. I see. Like, I don't want to discount what Jesse did. I mean, Jordan has the right to be hurt. Jordan has the right to feel emasculated. Jordan has the right to. To, you know, feel real pain from Jesse's actions with Marciano. But to your point, like, when you add this context of Jordan's behavior, like, there's one thing I've learned doing Ask Nick, I've learned a lot. But one of the things I've learned is that, like, some people in relationships, specifically marriage, specifically marriages with kids, you can feel really stuck. You know, if you're in a bad situation where your partner, like, does emotionally beat you down and belittle you and criticize you and low key threaten you and really kind of competes with you and is at war with you, it can be a really terrible situation. You can truly feel trapped and not know what to do, you know? And you know, that does happen in these situations where you don't know how to get out. You know, you're trying to live up to your commitments as a wife, as a mother, and you're constantly at battle with the person you're supposed to trust the most. But this is a Person who every day, seemingly allegedly is the opposite of that, you know, and again, it's not condoning what Jesse did. But to your point, Leah, like, you can. We can. I think we can all certainly empathize with how Jesse emotionally got there. And also, it really. It's. I really hoped that Jordan, when I talked to him, that he would truly. I wanted to feel like he understood his actions, and we saw them, and he saw them the same way that we did, like, how destructive they were. I don't want to spoil anything. You'll have. You know, but, like, in that conversation that we saw in episode four, Jordan is all victim. From Jordan's point of view, you know, this is not like we. We've really hurt each other. We're really down bad. You know, I want to fix our relationship. He's. He's yelling at her. He's like, kind of low key on camera. You know, she can do no wrong. I think I said this in Tuesday's episode, but it's like, what are you gonna tell our kids? And she's like, well, we're gonna try to sit down with them. What, you're gonna tell your kids you're cheating? And it's just like, whoa. Like, clearly you could see. You could see that side of Jordan where Jesse could do no, right?
Jesse
Yeah.
Nick
You know that in an argument in the heat of the moment, you could see that that side of Jordan that really beats her down emotionally. And. Yeah, I don't know. I don't have to look at it. I was. I'm curious with the, like, the dad talk, you know, like, the boys want to have their boy, you know, boys back. I think they all share this connection where they're all in support of their wives, you know, and their wives are the stars. But, like, when I look at, like, for example, like Jacob and Jay specifically, don't compare yourself to Jordan. I hope not. Right. Like, it's like, I think they want. They want to see Jordan's side. You know, even Dakota want to see. See Jordan's side. But, like, while Dakota might have his flaws, I'm not aware of any accusations about Dakota speaking to Taylor, Frankie, Paul that way. And, you know, while I don't think.
Leia
Lying or you speak to her nicely.
Nick
If Dakota reached out to Taylor's mom's friend, like, definitely a bad look, definitely hurtful. But that's not even the same stratosphere of Jordan allegedly, emotionally, you know, being abusive to Jesse and belittling her and putting her down in her. Attacking her in this way. And I, I, I don't know why the guys didn't challenge Jordan more.
Jesse
Well, especially when at the barbecue when Macy kind of shut him up a little bit, when she was just like, yeah, but we're aware of what goes on behind closed doors. And he was kind of like, yeah, yep. It is like, he kind of, like, was not, like, shrugging it off, but kind of like, I don't need you to say more. Where I was like, it's interesting to me that a lot of the dad talks. Talk that their ears didn't perk up to, where it's like, okay, well, what are you talking about, though?
Leia
Well, yeah, even, like, he flipped the script on them and was like, you're encouraging Jesse to have an emotional affair.
Jesse
Or to divorce him.
Leia
You're encouraging her to divorce me. You're encouraging her to go and hang out with Marciano. Like, you guys are the problem. You're encouraging this behavior. And they're like, what are you talking about? Like, you're like, now that they're privy to the information that Jesse has told them, it's like, you need to take.
Jesse
Some responsibility for what's going on in your marriage. Yeah.
Leia
The problem.
Nick
I also find it weird how, like, like, you know, they had this scene with Zach, and he was like, you know, the, the moms could learn something from dad talk or whatever.
Jesse
That made me literally.
Susie
I remember watching that and immediately, like, texting, texting everyone, being like, this is the most insane thing I've ever.
Nick
Defend Zach a little bit here. All right, bear with me. All right, let's go back to season one. We all hated Zach, right?
Leia
Yes.
Nick
He had the hair. He had the weird haircut.
Leia
Yeah, I was going to say him and his hair.
Nick
It was all. And I think Zach got a bad edit. I really do. The more I've gotten to know them, and ever since, I'm just, you know, it's possible people get those things.
Jesse
He also needed to make some changes.
Natalie
Which he did, but he did.
Nick
And again, like, for all the conversations about patriarchy and what all these things, this is a man who, like, gave up on his dream, and he's supporting his wife, and he really seems like he's been there for his wife in pre and postpartum depression. He, you know, we're at Dancing with the Stars. He is in full dad mode. Everything that Zach has done since season one, to use this opportunity to change for the better and be a supportive husband. Maybe there's things going on behind Closed Door I'm not aware of, but, like, everything We've gotten to see and I've gotten to meet them. I honestly have been really impressed. Right. And I'm just saying Zach's comment like that. I think Zach's looking at himself and the work he has done, not maybe being fully aware of the actions of some of these other men, ala Jordan. And I think Zach really has prioritized his marriage. I think Zach really, you know, in a, in a really positive way. And I do think maybe at times some of the women can make their husbands feel like their priorities are not necessarily the family and their careers. I'm sure that's a fair feeling that some of these husbands have. How they handle it, a la Jordan versus Zach, I think, are completely two different approaches. And I think that's where Zach's coming from.
Jesse
I was gonna say also Zach for watching firsthand, it's like he didn't get the grace of having these conversations. He had to watch everybody pretty much calling him a piece of shit, not really having these conversations with him. Whereas, like, I feel like with Jordan, it's everybody's trying to break down in smaller groups and have these supportive conversations and whatnot. And Zach was literally just like, you're a piece of shit. You treat your wife bad, and there's no grace given to you or your side of the story being talked about.
Nick
No.
Susie
Yeah. I think it's like, I understand what. But I, I, I enjoy Zach now. I think he's, I think he's a cutie. I like him, but. Yeah, no, that, it's just the line and the way he said it, I was just like, this is crazy.
Natalie
No, guys, I said this last time. Like, the, the constant use of mom talk, dad talk, it does make everything less serious.
Leia
It really does. It's just, Will mom talk survive?
Susie
And it's like we're talking about emotional abuse.
Jesse
I did think it was really funny that his identifier for Marcelo was the chubby Italian. That's what you called him? Marcelo, the Chubby Italian.
Susie
The chubby Italian. No, honey, that's Botox.
Jesse
And also Marciano made a TikTok going back to that about being the chubby Italian with him. Just thirst trapping.
Leia
If there's one thing Marciano loves to do, it's respond. Respond on social media. He loves responding.
Nick
Even if it's damaging accusations. He's like, all right, bring it on.
Natalie
I did really appreciate the conversation between Macy and Mikayla around us, their intimacy struggles. That was just, I felt like such a, like, relatable conversation in the fact that I feel like Every woman at some point in their lives has gone through some sort of low libido or. And they feel like there's something wrong with them, their relationship struggles. And, you know, I really appreciated the two of them having that conversation. And I think, like, their friendship is just like a really beautiful thing to watch and see and evolve and I don't know, I really appreciated it.
Leia
Yeah. Something about these women that I appreciate about all of of them is that they're willing to put these very serious, very raw, real things on air. And they're un. You know, I mean, these things are hard to share. They're hard to talk about. And they're talking about it, and I think it just helps viewers who are going through the same or similar struggles.
Jesse
They're also, like, teaching me things like, I was not aware of postpartum, but she was saying pre part or pre pregnancy or prepartum depression. I was like, I didn't even know that that existed. So I'm like, that's something that. Where I'm like, I want to look into so that I'm prepared for whatever could happen in the future when I do decide to have children.
Susie
The Mormon wives are teachers.
Jesse
That's what I'm saying.
Natalie
Well, continuing on with the ladies of Utah, we have our Real Housewives of Salt Lake City. And Andy Cohen said this was, like, what his favorite episode.
Nick
He said it was in his top 10 of Housewife episodes of all time.
Natalie
Whitney planned a surprise potluck to cheer up Britney, but her house smells like poopy rock. Angie also gives all the women minus Lisa and Meredith obs high body count hair that makes them look like a Rankin bass Christmas villain. 10 out of 10. And they make her custom voice note stuffed animals. Brittany is happy because finally there's a day that's all about her. But Mary still doesn't like her because she said she was the least Christ like person she'd ever met. Bronwyn took off her wedding ring and put in extensions. Mama, you just be throwing in words, okay?
Leia
Diva mama.
Natalie
Britney wants one of her rings to prove Britney wrong. Mary reopens her church post renovation. Lisa and John get lemon loaves and talk about their marital issues like adults. He feels like there's nothing else to talk about besides business. Brittany and Jared hang out and share a hug that is literally so horny. Like, not safe for work horny. Why was that hug so horny and long? Also, Brittany wore a cute denim dress. I did not feel like it was horny whatsoever. I was so uncomfortable the entire Time. Basically, they're on a break, but he's mad she was flirting with Captain Jason. He also thinks she's unstable because. Because she wants a committed relationship. So she storms off into the woods, AKA a running path. Dramatically in tears, Bronwyn works up the courage to talk to Todd about opening up their marriage by taking a dramatic sip from a Dr. Pepper, as most people entering thruffles do. Instead, he admits that he was wrong and he doesn't want a third. Then Mary's church reopens, and once again, she cannot open the door of a religious institution. Love a callback. Also, Meredith and Lisa surprise the girls and show up, even though Meredith has been Mary's biggest supporter for years and she has a sprained toe not from kicking Britney. Remember she fell getting out of the bath? Yeah, exactly. And also maybe Elisa wants a little connection with God and Jesus. God forbid a woman have grace be given to her. Anyway, church is a rager. Mother Mary brought everyone closer to spirit. Not a dry eye in the house. Also, Lisa reveals she donates tequila to the Church of Satan because she does not discriminate by doctrine. This is the word of Mormon 2.0. Thanks be to Lisa.
Jesse
That might have been one of the funnier parts.
Susie
That was when Lisa was, like, dead serious. Yeah. No, like, like, of course we give money to the Church of Satan. If they want tequila, we give them tequila.
Natalie
We don't discriminate.
Caroline Stanberry
We don't discriminate.
Nick
Honestly, I thought Lisa was charming there, not because she's giving money to Satan or liquor.
Susie
Well, the Church of Satan isn't actually.
Nick
Like, is that a real church Satan?
Caroline Stanberry
Yeah.
Susie
Satanism is way more about, like, the self anyway.
Jesse
But I got to give Lisa credit. I feel like this is the first season or let alone episode where we're kind of seeing behind the closed doors of Lisa and John and that they're talking about, you know, them saying that she doesn't feel like they, like, he has her back the way they used to. Him saying that she's not a good listener. I'm like, it's a lot going on over a lemon loaf that I was like, oh, this is real relationship issues. And this is. Seems like the first time you guys are actually talking about it.
Susie
Yeah, I mean, it was really interesting to hear because we haven't seen much of John. Usually we see a lot more of John in seasons, and he's been noticeably absent. It he comes back, they're having this intense conversation. And another thing.
Natalie
Did you notice his spiky little hair? Oh. Anyone Else notice spiky little. He's giving mohawk with Natalie.
Nick
Brought up his hair three times.
Natalie
It's crazy.
Susie
I forgot to put it in the recap. But, like, just shave it or go.
Jesse
Go visit Angie or go visit it.
Natalie
Go to Turkey.
Susie
Hey, you know who had high body count hair? John Barlow.
Natalie
John Barlow had high body count hair. So true. It did feel a little like bouncing around to show each woman with their, like, relations.
Leia
Struggles.
Natalie
It's like Lisa, then Britney, then Bronwyn.
Nick
I thought the Bronwyn stuff was crazy.
Jesse
Right.
Nick
First of all, like, I just can't.
Natalie
Believe she's making this man have this conversation on camera.
Nick
I can't believe she's taking off her wedding.
Jesse
Wedding ring. Yeah.
Nick
So, like, basically, what allegedly was, like, on Twitter and looked at some bikini photos.
Leia
Yeah.
Jesse
It sounds like she was more upset about the fact that it's public embarrassment and the fact that he is constantly.
Nick
Okay. So even if it's. That's even worse that, like, so now she's taking off her. Her wedding ring on camera.
Susie
What it sounds like to me, and this is just my read on the situation. I'm not claiming this is fact. Everything I am saying is not based on research. Is that Bronwyn Loki wants to open up their marriage and is looking for a way to.
Natalie
Yeah.
Jesse
Get him to say it first.
Susie
Get him to.
Nick
Yes, that's how it rings.
Natalie
And if this is what you want, Todd, if you like, we can do that.
Susie
We can have an arrangement.
Natalie
She's like, I already have. Have a couple picked out.
Susie
So.
Jesse
Yeah. And he's like, no, I just love to choose.
Jordan
Did you see the theory where it said that Bronwyn is similar to Camille grammar, where it's like, people think Kelsey Grammer brought her on the show to give her something to, like, make money off of after a divorce?
Susie
Yeah.
Jordan
So people are thinking that is similar to Bronwyn, obviously. No facts to that. But like.
Jesse
But like, the. Todd put Bronwyn on the show so that he could have an affair the.
Jordan
Other way around so that she could have something to, like, do if, like, they divorce.
Jesse
To, like, distribute.
Caroline Stanberry
Distract.
Jesse
I feel like Todd's somebody, though, that if he wanted to leave Bronwyn, he would.
Jordan
I think so too.
Jesse
You know what I mean? Like, I don't think he needs to put her on a show, let alone put himself on a show.
Natalie
I think the more shocking part of that entire conversation was that was the furniture in their house having that conversation on that bouncy couch. I'm like, with that rug laid. I'M like, you're making this big old man sit on this little, tiny, like. Like, it looks like a kid's couch. It looks like.
Nick
Is that, like, their furniture? Yeah.
Natalie
You know, she's into all, like, art and cool things.
Susie
And it is like watching the film Marriage Story, but instead of, like, everyone being Muppets, everything around them is a Muppet.
Natalie
It is just hard to take the conversation seriously when, like, that's what's in the environment.
Jesse
Very interesting furniture configurations going on throughout that house.
Susie
Okay. Also, we need to talk about Britney and Jerry.
Caroline Stanberry
No.
Natalie
Yeah.
Jesse
Yeah, Jared.
Natalie
I'm like, he's the worst.
Jesse
Jared sucks.
Susie
That hug, when I said it was horny, it's like, not horny and a good one.
Natalie
You're sick.
Susie
It was so long, it made me, like, want to crawl out of my skin.
Natalie
It made you horny? From your quote from Rapid Recap, I.
Susie
Meant horny in a bad way.
Nick
This was the definition of gaslighting. Like, she's just like, are we going to be together? Mary trying to set her boundaries. And he's just like, you're crazy. Crazy.
Jesse
Brittany.
Susie
When she stormed off into the woods and then the woods was just a.
Natalie
Running path and there's, like, people, like, trying to run around her.
Susie
Yes. Oh, my God.
Natalie
He's like, you're be stable for more than five minutes. What does that even mean?
Susie
I just want a committed relationship.
Natalie
No, because I'm trying.
Nick
Here is. Yeah, here is the Britney and Jared timeline. They date for a little bit. Clearly they're hooking up. They're acting like boyfriend and girlfriend. As many people in situations ships do. Britney finally, like, stomachs the and sets a boundary saying, I want to, like, what are we. Are we going to be together or not? Jared doesn't answer the question. She's like, well, then I don't want to do this anymore. And then he uses that as accusing her of being flippant and, like, always runs. She's like, she's not running. She is like, she's enforcing her boundary of, like, I don't want to keep doing this if you're not going to give me what I need. And then he calls her crazy for it.
Jesse
Okay, I hate that I'm about to do this, but this just popped into my head and I. I am somehow giving Jared the benefit of the day.
Sergio
Doubt.
Jesse
My confusion here. Just. Yeah, I know.
Susie
Just.
Jesse
Just go on this ride with me. My confusion here, though, is that he's clearly proposed to her.
Natalie
Right?
Jesse
Wasn't they. Weren't they engaged for a minute? And then they called it off and then went on a 30 day break. So I'm also kind of like, what commitment more do you need from him other than proposing saying that he would spend the rest of his life with you.
Natalie
But then who called it off?
Jesse
Yeah, he thought she called it off to her daughter.
Susie
I think he had called it off before.
Nick
I don't know. But what we got to see in that clip, given that Jared's barely on this show. Show, right.
Natalie
Yeah.
Nick
And he chose to act this way. Now maybe he's just doing a scene and having fun and being unserious and he just like doesn't give a what we all think of him. And he's like, I don't know, I'm just gonna play a role. Or like, more likely this is who he is.
Jesse
Part of me thinks it's like their foreplay.
Nick
You know, it's like back to like when we're talking about secret lives. Like, yeah, I think you can look at this situation and go, this was him on his best behavior, miked up on camera. Camera trying to look good. And this is how he looks. Imagine when he's not being watched. Imagine when he's not being filmed.
Susie
But then he also, at the same time, I don't know if you guys saw this headline, but basically he had said the story of Uni the unicorn was that Jared would make build a bears for his children. And Britney mentioned that she had never gotten a build a bear. So then he made her a build a bear.
Jesse
You are so.
Nick
What?
Susie
You are love.
Jordan
Just saying.
Susie
There's many layers to this man.
Nick
I don't know. Now he's the guy who goes and cheats on his wife and comes home with a teddy bear.
Susie
I mean, maybe it's like the skin of an onion versus the actual layers of the onion. But there are layers.
Nick
Clearly Jared does nice things and is charming and keeps her around. You know what I'm saying? Like, that's the whole point. But he, he is not an emotionally stable person.
Susie
Then no, she needs to dump that man's ass.
Nick
Who's very concerned about how he feels and how he is treated. Yeah, I, I don't. How did you guys handle Mary ministering?
Natalie
Loved it. I love it. Yeah.
Jesse
Big fan of Mary running her church. So that's where I'm like, I, I know that there's a lot of stuff going on around that or has been, but I don't know, she just seemed so like in her place. And then when she was calling out each of the housewives being like, here's some words of encouragement.
Susie
And like when she was like, Whitney, you have everything you need.
Jesse
I was like, like nicest thing she's ever said to Whitney.
Caroline Stanberry
I know.
Susie
And I was like, I felt.
Jesse
And to Whitney's point, when Whitney was like, I'm surprised I'm even invited back here when she helped spread the rumors or talk about the cultish behavior of the church.
Natalie
Why was it so hot in there?
Jesse
Do we think dancing the.
Chanel Ayan
Oh yeah.
Susie
I think also like fans are like a, like in like Pentecostal. Yeah, it's like a big thing because you're Pentecostal. Like churches like this whole idea of like being one like with the spirit and like that's why they don't have any emotion. Well, it's like you're moving and it's like, it's like movement like bringing you closer and, and so I think that makes you sweaty. I think God makes you sweaty in those cases.
Caroline Stanberry
Yeah.
Jesse
Really feeling the power of the spirit.
Nick
Well, I don't know if this was the top 10 episode that of all time that Andy said it was, but I think it was pretty good one. I thought last week was better than this week.
Jesse
I was going to say the three below duck collabs was, was what?
Susie
Get it?
Jesse
Did it for me.
Susie
Yeah.
Nick
All right, up next we get ready to laugh. We have the iconic Caroline Stanberry and her husband Sergio. They are with us talking all things Bravicon, her upcoming appearance. Andrew, they're. They're dynamite. You are really gonna enjoy this interview.
Natalie
The holidays are all about family and quality time. Which means the dog's part of dinner too. Or at least they think they should be. But while we're carving the turkey, they're stuck with dry kibble mystery meat. And yes, they notice, that's why we switched to Sundays. It's clean, whole food based food made for the dogs we love. Sundaes was founded by veterinarian and mom Dr. Tori Waxman who got tired of seeing so called premium dog food dog food full of fillers and synthetics. So she designed Sundays air dried real food made in human grade kitchen using the same ingredients and care you'd use to cook for yourself and your family. The best part, you just scoop and serve. No freezer, no thawing, no prep. That's one of my favorite things about Sundays because the amount of times I would be going and going and going and be like, oh, time to feed the dogs. Oh my gosh, I forgot to take their food out of the freezer. Now they're mad at me. Now they're having to wait longer. Not with Sundays. It's ready to go. Go.
Leia
It's clean.
Natalie
It's made from real meat, fruits, and veggies. No weird ingredients you can't pronounce, and no fillers. We've noticed that Jeff and Steve have more energy. They are in a better mood. More calm, focused, softer coat, less itching, no eye boogers, better stool. As you can see, they just are obsessed with me. That's because I'm giving them Sundays for dogs. Sunday's holiday sale is going on right now. Go to Sundays for dogs.com v I a l l and get 50 off your first order. Or you can use code V I A L L 50 at checkout. That's 50% off your first order at Sundays for dogs.com V I A L L. Don't miss out on Sunday's best sale of the year at Sundays for dogs.com vill or use code V I A L L 50 at checkout.
Nick
Caroline, Sergio, welcome to the. Well, Sergio, welcome to the show. Caroline, welcome back.
Caroline Stanberry
I know, I know. I'm so excited to be here and in person. Well, you're not even here.
Nick
Well, we're not. Well, Caroline, we got to meet in person at Bravo Con. Now. He's still. Yeah, I know. You are in the studio. Actually, Natalie hasn't had the pleasure of meeting.
Caroline Stanberry
Yeah, I saw this happy, waving hands, and you were in the ball.
Nick
I was, yeah. We were in between stuff. We said hi to Caroline. Sergio, you ran off. I know.
Sergio
I didn't see you guys.
Caroline Stanberry
You know what? He was. He was trailing behind Lar and Stephanie. When he's with them, I don't even get a look in. So he had run ahead, and they were all waiting for all of us. It's just that, you know, I could not, not stop and give you a cuddle.
Sergio
They're my work wife, so. Later.
Nick
Did you enjoy Bravocon?
Caroline Stanberry
I loved it.
Sergio
It was amazing.
Caroline Stanberry
Loved it. This is the. Well, this is obviously the. The first year that we went actually just free as a bird. We didn't take friends. We didn't take anyone. So we were just so relaxed, and what a difference it made.
Sergio
Oh, my God. We were just, you know, free, moving around. It was just so much better, to.
Caroline Stanberry
Be honest, seeing everybody. Loved it. What about you?
Nick
We had a good time, and honest, I was a little. I was a little nervous going in. It's obviously like I'm. I'm a little more introverted. You know, the large group settings is a little more Overwhelming for me. But I thought the fan, honestly, the fans, at least the people who go to Bravo Con, I thought were really lovely, really engaging and friendly. It was really just a fun, like, fan fest. Like, you really felt like the connection of Bravo people were very. I mean, the way the, the, the Bravo fans react. It's really cool to see, like, you guys, and it's really exciting. There's a lot of great energy. So we had a great, great time.
Caroline Stanberry
I forget because everyone was so lovely to me and running up to say hi and even, you know, even the housewives that I don't get to see often. Like, Lisa Vanderpump was so warm. So Rachel Zoe I loved. You know, everybody came to say hi to me and I forget. I think it's the British accent. Everybody loves it.
Natalie
It's the British accent in your legs.
Nick
How long of the trip is it from Dubai to Las Vegas?
Caroline Stanberry
I can't. You're going to die.
Sergio
Oh, my God. We came from the other side of the war.
Caroline Stanberry
We came from the Maldes, from one of my retreats. So we did 22, 25 hours from Dubai.
Sergio
16 hours.
Caroline Stanberry
Yeah.
Chanel Ayan
Wow.
Nick
So you fly to Hawaii, then Hawaii to Maldives.
Caroline Stanberry
Maldives. We flew to. We flew to Doha.
Sergio
Doha, Texas. Texas. Las Vegas.
Nick
Oh, my God. How. What's the. What's the jet lag like that for that? Oh, my God.
Caroline Stanberry
Well, weirdly, we're having delayed jet lag. We're having it here. He's been in bed every night by 6:30 since we've been in LA. There was something that we landed in Vegas, we got all the energy we needed, landed in la, and we like, peace out. Everyone's like, can we see you? We're like, no, no, you can't.
Nick
So, Caroline, you are on the upcoming season of Traitors, which we're very excited to see. We were really excited when we found out you got cast. You seem like someone who's going to succeed in that environment. You seem very savvy, I think, like, you're the type of person, like, everyone wants to be friends with. So I feel like. Feel like, you know, you will. People will swarm to you. But, like, what. I mean, I know obviously the season had started and we don't want to spoil anything, but what can you tell us about your experience and what we can expect this season?
Caroline Stanberry
Well, I think you're completely right. It was made for me. I mean, as soon as I trotted on in, everyone was so nervous. I was like, oh, I'm back in boarding school. This is brilliant. So you Know, like, it's exactly the way I grew up at school. So I was like, oh, you know, saying hi to everybody, and it was just really nice to. From the day one, I gravitated to Johnny weir. But then I realized very early on that he's way too small to help me. So I needed to find a big man to do all the tasks for me, and that was really my game plan. Just find any man that would do things for me. And I found Colton. So that's the story of her life.
Sergio
I do everything for her, and I was not there. So then.
Caroline Stanberry
Yes.
Natalie
Yeah.
Nick
So what did you do on your vacation, Sergio, while she was and not utilizing your muscles?
Sergio
I had the worst time on the planet because I'm so used to staying with her all the time that I couldn't reach out to her. So I went on Hollywood with my family.
Caroline Stanberry
It was great for me. It was so peaceful, and I was just. Yeah. He was having the worst week of his worst few weeks of his life, literally.
Natalie
Sergio, how do you feel like it's gonna go when they're at the round table and everyone is coming for Caroline saying she's a traitor and they're about to vote her off and she's not a traitor. Like, what. What is Caroline's response?
Sergio
I mean, Caroline, she's. She's very smart on that way, and I think, you know, she's, you know, pretty. So she's just going to know how to handle everybody. I think, you know, you're very good at lying as well, so I think.
Chanel Ayan
Good at lying.
Caroline Stanberry
Thanks. I mean, white lies, darling. Only when I go to, like, doctors and things like that. I lie to my.
Sergio
All the time.
Caroline Stanberry
Yeah. All the time. Yeah. But, you know, not to everybody else. Just my husband.
Sergio
I can't wait to see that.
Caroline Stanberry
No, I think I was, you know, I'm. I. You're right. Somehow, you know, all the housewives always say it to me. I've become good friends with Denise Richards, and she's like, I don't know if we. There's this new show called ultimate road trip. She's like, if you and I do ultimate road trip, somehow I'm just gonna be working for you. And, you know, I'm, like, carrying my luggage and doing all that.
Sergio
And she would, you know, it's just so, like, she just. Somehow everybody around her doing things for her.
Nick
You feel lucky to help.
Caroline Stanberry
Yeah, yeah, yeah. Lucky to help. That works. That's exactly how Colton felt. Lucky to help.
Natalie
Sergio, do you feel like you have competition with Colton?
Caroline Stanberry
I mean, I don't know if you know who he is exactly.
Sergio
I know a little bit who is. But, you know, I. I really never met him in person, so I don't think.
Nick
I don't think he holds a candle to your flame, Sergio.
Caroline Stanberry
But I. I love him too. And actually we have the same age.
Sergio
You love him too?
Nick
Yeah.
Caroline Stanberry
Do love him. He's a great guy. Great guy.
Natalie
Did you lie to Colton at all?
Caroline Stanberry
Did I? Probably all the time. We're in the middle of it. Yeah. I probably told him I couldn't lift things and I can lift them.
Nick
We'll obviously find out when the season premieres. But going in, do you do. Do you get asked if you want to be a traitor or a faithful? And if so, like, what did you say? Or what did you want to happen?
Caroline Stanberry
Obviously we all get asked, but I'm not going to tell you what I said. Okay. But everybody gets asked. Everybody gets a chance and. And then it's, you know, they kind of spin the bottle, I suppose, or they choose however they've chosen. I wonder if they've chosen before we even get in. Oh, yeah, maybe. Maybe.
Natalie
And then they just test out if maybe they need to switch gears or something.
Nick
In your opinion, outside of yourself, of course, because I'm sure you were the most glamorous. Who was? Give me two or three names of the best dressed faithful slash traitors that were on the show because traitors really has become a bit of a fashion show.
Natalie
Yeah.
Caroline Stanberry
Oh, my God. I didn't know of her before, but my daughter is in love with her. Moira Higgins.
Leia
Yes.
Caroline Stanberry
Oh, my God. Well, that woman looks like she stepped off the Runway from just like every day at breakfast while we all looked desperate. She walked in looking like the front, you know, like the Versace Runway supermodels advert, you know, back in the day. I was like, you know what? It was game over with her. She looked fabulous. Fabulous. Lisa Rinner, she always brings it.
Natalie
Did you have fun prepping your outfits for it?
Caroline Stanberry
Oh, I hate doing stuff like that. I just went with Hogwarts. I was like, you know, I'm going all in. I'm gonna look like Hogwarts. And I refused to have any tartan, though, because I felt like everyone had done that.
Nick
Was there anyone in the group that you really didn't get on with very well?
Caroline Stanberry
No, I got on with every. I mean, I. Look, it's one of those things, isn't it? First of all, maybe they were being horrible to me and I wouldn't have noticed Because I'm on house Flight wives. Right. I mean, we are blatantly awful to each other. So if someone could be really snarky and mean and I'd be like, oh, that's so lovely of you, so I wouldn't notice? No, there was no one I really didn't like. And I don't really have any bad moments. I had a little confrontation with Dorinda that will be fun to watch. But she's an old French too, so it's kind of like, you know, then we're over it.
Natalie
Yeah.
Nick
You recently said that everyone was afraid of Donna King. Kelsey, can you elaborate on what you meant by that?
Caroline Stanberry
Well, I think, you know, if she was or if you don't know if she's a, you know, trait or anyone is a traitor or faithful. And if she was, I think nobody wanted to vote in any kind of a way against her because they were just so scared of Swifties, which I think is crazy, because anyone entering that game, we're all on an even playing field. And, you know, surely the swifties know it's a game. We're in there to play game. No, no.
Nick
You would think, but some people, like, don't understand how TV is made. It seems like sometimes where, you know, it gets a little.
Caroline Stanberry
What are we gonna do? Just sit there and not like, not. Not go head to head ever? I don't know. I mean. Okay, well, there we go. Let's see what happens.
Nick
Speaking of housewives, Caroline, like, what. What can we expect? Whether it's the ultimate road trip. Real Housewives of Dubai. Is there a future in Real Housewives of London? London for you? Like, what does your future look like on Bravo? Post Traders?
Caroline Stanberry
I actually don't know, to be honest. I mean, I've managed to sort of stay in the family for this long. I don't know how. I always call myself a stealth housewife. I've sort of stayed here relatively unscathed, so I have no idea. But I think I get on really well with Andy. He's, you know, wants to stay here, obviously, and keep me in the business. So hopefully I'll get. I'd love to do ultimate road trip with L. Pippen and Denise Richards would be hilarious.
Nick
We love all.
Natalie
Do they allow husbands on road trip or is it just.
Caroline Stanberry
I mean, if they did, we should. Sergio in the back.
Nick
Yeah, I feel like. Sergio, we're big fans of you, man. Like, you're. You're great comedic relief. As far as. As far as housewives husbands go, there's a lot of Duds. There's a lot of, like. We don't need him. He.
Jordan
We.
Nick
But we. We think the world of you. Like, it's, it's really, really. You're charming and fun.
Caroline Stanberry
He's also too. He's too nice for us all. That's the problem.
Sergio
That's horrible to me. All of them.
Caroline Stanberry
So, yes, we are. And he works for all of us. Lars is like his sister.
Sergio
Literally. Oh my God. In Las Vegas, it was. I was like a bachelor for the three of them. Stephanie, Joche, Larsa and Caroline.
Caroline Stanberry
Yes.
Natalie
Were you like, there? Were you like, is Larsa dating right now or.
Nick
She's with a man.
Caroline Stanberry
Yeah, yeah, yeah, Jeff. We had a really. So we were on the same floor. We moved to the encore and we had had like, me, Larsa and Stephanie all had our doors open, interconnecting rooms. Yeah.
Sergio
So it was amazing.
Caroline Stanberry
So we had breakfast every day together and it was just so fun. Running to each other's bedrooms, making tiktoks together. We were idiots.
Sergio
I went to the shower and someone was singing in the sidewalk. There's a whole thing.
Natalie
He was like, yeah, you're a singer, Sergio.
Sergio
No, no, I'm not a singer.
Caroline Stanberry
He's the worst.
Nick
Why'd you guys switch hotels?
Caroline Stanberry
Because, Lars. Well, Stephanie was staying there originally, then Larsa moved and I'm. I was sharing loss as glam. So I don't know how that was going to work and unless I switched.
Jordan
Okay.
Caroline Stanberry
So that kind of was like. The girls made the two Larsa's.
Nick
Like, I'm staying at the encore. You all need to switch.
Sergio
Yeah, we kind of.
Caroline Stanberry
Yeah.
Nick
Yeah, that makes sense.
Natalie
Sergio, do you have a favorite housewife besides Larsa and Stephanie?
Sergio
Oh, I mean, I love a lot of them. I think Meredith, I love.
Caroline Stanberry
Oh, Meredith.
Natalie
Salt Lake City.
Jordan
Yeah.
Caroline Stanberry
So I've known her a very, very long time too. In fact, I think she would hold me responsible for making her do Housewives. She always goes, I don't know whether I want to like, slap you or hug you. I mean, probably a bit of both, to be honest.
Nick
How'd you meet Meredith London?
Caroline Stanberry
Just the same sort of circle. Same way I met Dorinda. We've all knew each other pretty much before the shows, which is.
Sergio
I love her. She's just amazing.
Caroline Stanberry
Yeah.
Sergio
And he's very sexy.
Caroline Stanberry
And now they're both DJs. What the hell?
Nick
Are you watching Salt Lake at all, Caroline?
Caroline Stanberry
Not this season yet, but I will. I love it. I love it. And actually it's awesome. It's crazy.
Nick
Crazy yeah, well, and Meredith was. Meredith is in a bit of a scandal right now. She's. She's giving high school bully at the moment, but whatever.
Caroline Stanberry
Oh, dear. But, you know, I mean, I saw one clip where she's got an ax through her head and she's arguing. That's my favorite. That is just so her. I met all. I met some people that made memes of it. I just think she's amazing. She's so funny. But she's not a bully in real life, so I'd have to say probably the else.
Natalie
So did you. So did you just tell her she should do housewives? Like, how did you. How are you responsible for her getting.
Caroline Stanberry
I tell everybody they should do housewives. If you've been asked, you have to do it. Try it. You can always get out. You can't get back in. I think it's one hell of an experience, and it hasn't changed anything in the bad way for me. So you can use it for what you want. It's. It's always been an amazing experience. Do I want to shoot myself while I'm filming it? Probably. But afterwards, I'm like, oh, let's do it again.
Nick
See, Caroline epitomizes, like, what you want in a house.
Natalie
Yeah.
Nick
You know, class, confidence, sass. You're rich.
Jesse
Not taking it too seriously.
Nick
Like, not all the housewives kind of have that. That full package.
Caroline Stanberry
It's not life. And that's the problem. I think what happens is it becomes, you know, I think boarding school prepared me for it. I want to go in, I want to do my job, and then I want to go home for the whole holidays.
Nick
Yeah.
Caroline Stanberry
And I don't want to speak to any of you again.
Nick
It doesn't become your whole identity. Yeah.
Caroline Stanberry
Yes. And I think a lot of people can't do that.
Sergio
Caroline's heart is like a piece of rock. There's really no feelings going through.
Nick
Yeah.
Sergio
It's amazing.
Natalie
What is. Sergio, how does Caroline, like, show love? What's, like, her love language?
Sergio
There's not really a love language from Caroline.
Caroline Stanberry
That's a hug.
Natalie
When I met her, I said, like a rock.
Nick
Yeah.
Sergio
Literally, when I met her, it was very funny because, you know, I'm so emotional at the. I was going to her, and she literally just couldn't handle he.
Caroline Stanberry
Do you remember that movie say anything?
Nick
Yeah.
Caroline Stanberry
When throwing the rocks at my window, he was doing that.
Nick
Like, you're just constantly holding a boom.
Caroline Stanberry
And I'm like, literally 100. Like, I love you. And I'm like, oh, my God, you remember now?
Sergio
She goes, so much better. But, you know, it took a while to, you know, for her, you know, to kind of, like, melt into a little.
Caroline Stanberry
I'm more. I'm more practical. Practical where he's screaming at, I'm lovely. I'm like, you don't love me. You don't even know me.
Sergio
We were recently, actually in New York in a red light, and she goes to me, and, no, he put his.
Caroline Stanberry
Arm around me, and I can't walk with his arm around me. It drives me nuts. I'm like, get the off. And there was a couple screaming like crazy behind us, and they're like, ma', am, are you okay? I'm like, oh, yeah, I'm fine. That's my husband.
Sergio
If you. If you listen to us during the day, I mean, I. I get literally rejection all the time. And I get a good one once in a while with, you know. Yeah.
Nick
That. That woman behind you clearly, like, watched one of those, like, human trafficking videos.
Caroline Stanberry
Yeah.
Nick
You see a woman in distress, like, say something 100%.
Caroline Stanberry
He was lucky the husband didn't wrestle him to the ground off me.
Natalie
And I was like, so, Sergio, why did you fall in love with Caroline if she has a heart of rocks and she lies a lot?
Sergio
Very good question. Either.
Caroline Stanberry
No, I. I lie about surgical pro. Procedures. Let's just put it.
Sergio
Oh, my God, this is horrible. I'm not coming back to la. My entire life. Every time we come here, she gets something done. So it's like a recovery center because we just literally arrived. We stay in her friend's house.
Caroline Stanberry
She's looking so good.
Susie
The whole.
Sergio
Now she's puffy. Look at her. Like a bubble.
Natalie
Why are you puffy, Caroline?
Nick
Yeah. What? What? What? You. What. What did you get done this time?
Caroline Stanberry
Salmon sp. But I've only done it topically before, and this time I went to my. My doctor, who's a surgeon, so he put it under. I don't know what it is called, but all the way down into the layers, because then it will. He. Apparently, it's like your skin drinking a glass of water. And in about two or three days, I'm gonna have Korean glass skin.
Sergio
They're lying to you.
Caroline Stanberry
You can all eat.
Nick
Can you report back, Caroline?
Caroline Stanberry
Yeah, I'll report back. This is day two. Okay. I do look a bit puffy. I do understand that. But my girlfriend looks worse, and I made her do it, too. She's like, why? I never do anything except when you come to town. She goes like, it's cost me a Fortune. I spent like $15,000 since you've been here. And I'm like. And I look awful. I can't even see my boyfriend. She's like, I will need you to leave.
Sergio
Caroline does that all the time. She looks so beautiful at the Bravo car. And now it's like, you know, look at that.
Caroline Stanberry
I look beautiful again by the time I go home.
Natalie
Sergio, she's kind of like your guinea pig. Like, she's showing you the things that you can at some point try.
Sergio
I'm not trying any of them.
Caroline Stanberry
I've put him off. You know, when I went for my facelift, I told him I was going to. Going for threads, and then I'd be out in an hour. I was.
Sergio
I went to get a smoothie, flowers.
Caroline Stanberry
I couldn't even drink, obviously.
Sergio
And she comes out fully wrapped in a wheelchair, and I start crying, obviously. I'm like, where's my wife?
Caroline Stanberry
We're lying in bed here. And he's like. Because I was staying with the same person that I recovered in the house. That's why. She's like, this is not a recovery center. We're in Beverly Hills, right? And she's like. He's like. In the first night, he's like, I can't sleep here. I have terrible memories here.
Sergio
The worst nightmares of my life, literally the last three days. La. Because I kind of. It just brings me back to all those moments that, you know.
Caroline Stanberry
But I look great.
Jordan
You do.
Natalie
She does look great.
Caroline Stanberry
Thank you.
Sergio
You cannot see from there. You're too far.
Jesse
I can see from here.
Natalie
She looks Puffy.
Caroline Stanberry
And I'm 50 this year. I look amazing.
Natalie
No, you look amazing.
Susie
You do.
Chanel Ayan
You do.
Natalie
Sergio, have you seen her legs?
Sergio
Yeah. Because she's wearing pajama today. I don't know what she's wearing.
Natalie
You don't like her?
Caroline Stanberry
They're silk pants. They're the. They're the whole. They're like the fashion. I mean, I had a very expensive stylist do this for me. Do I need to fire her?
Sergio
Yes.
Caroline Stanberry
No.
Nick
Personal question. Are you guys still trying to have a baby?
Sergio
Yes, please.
Caroline Stanberry
He really wants it. We are. We're talking to a. What are they? A surrogate company right now. We're just waiting to hear. The only reason I'm considering it is because we're building another house at the moment.
Sergio
The reason you're considering baby, Honey, because I can.
Caroline Stanberry
It can go different wings.
Sergio
She just wants to push the baby, you know, she needs a wing in another country somewhere. Another wing that's not having a Baby.
Caroline Stanberry
For you and your mother. Because he wants. If the baby comes, the mother comes too.
Sergio
So I have two things I'm working on the pipeline. My mom first, moving on with us. And then later the baby. Then I would die.
Caroline Stanberry
His mother's 10 years older than me. She's not dying anytime soon, darling.
Sergio
Obviously she's not dying. Are you listening to what she's saying?
Natalie
Caroline, do you and your mother in law have a good relationship?
Caroline Stanberry
No. We have a great relationship. I don't want my mother to move in with me either.
Sergio
So you hate her.
Caroline Stanberry
I don't hate you. I don't want another human in my house. But in another week, that's my mother.
Sergio
It's not another human, honey.
Caroline Stanberry
But your mother's gonna be here for another 50 years.
Sergio
I hope so.
Nick
All I know from this interview is I would love to double date with you guys.
Caroline Stanberry
Why? Because we make you feel better about your relationship.
Natalie
Sergio, do you want a boy or a girl?
Sergio
I always wanted a girl, actually.
Caroline Stanberry
We've got a boy.
Sergio
Yes. Which is a good thing too, honey.
Caroline Stanberry
Yeah, we've got a boy.
Sergio
We got a boy, actually. And we got 19 eggs. Then it went down to five. And then we got one genetically perfect.
Caroline Stanberry
We have one ready to go. We have one go at this, which.
Sergio
I think the name is going to be. What was the name?
Caroline Stanberry
I can't remember. You named it.
Nick
Oh, my God.
Sergio
I forgot my. My baby's name.
Caroline Stanberry
You forgot your baby's name?
Natalie
Oh, my God.
Nick
Hey, you works.
Caroline Stanberry
Hey you, you little shit.
Jordan
Come on.
Nick
So when you go, are you guys going back to Dubai? Like, what's next on this road trip? How long are you town for?
Caroline Stanberry
Yeah, we go straight. We're going back to Dubai.
Sergio
We're there a week and then we're going to Vietnam.
Caroline Stanberry
Yeah, we're going to Vietnam for our wedding anniversary.
Sergio
Doing five. Five years.
Caroline Stanberry
Yeah.
Natalie
What is the gift for five years?
Caroline Stanberry
That. This trip. He's giving me this trip.
Sergio
What about you? What are you giving me?
Caroline Stanberry
I don't know. You might probably sexual favors on that trip.
Sergio
Spirit sounds amazing.
Nick
Let's be real, Sergio. Honest. That's all we need. Simple. I don't need a bag.
Caroline Stanberry
Simple.
Sergio
Yeah, I only get the me birthdays, but misfas and weddings three times a.
Natalie
Year.
Sergio
If I'm lucky because it's not happening recently.
Caroline Stanberry
Yeah.
Natalie
Are y' all friends with anyone from Dubai still? Is there anyone you won't. Won't ever talk to again?
Caroline Stanberry
I'm friends with Chanel and with Taleen and Nina Ali and the rest I probably won't speak to again. Oh, and no. Sarah and Ani. I'm friends with the rest I can live without. Yes. They're not on my Christmas list.
Natalie
And Sergio is your answer, Caroline's answer.
Jordan
Yeah.
Nick
Yeah.
Sergio
I was very close with Sarah Madani as a sister, and, you know, Caroline kind of like, prohibited getting me closer to her.
Caroline Stanberry
Closer to her? You couldn't have been any closer. Any closer, you'd have been on top of her.
Nick
Are there any other franchises of Housewives you're watching right now these days?
Caroline Stanberry
All of them. I watch all of them, like, as they come out.
Susie
Out.
Nick
So are you watching OC Are you caught up?
Caroline Stanberry
No, I haven't caught up with the OC And I haven't caught up with Salt Lake, so I've watched. I'm started with Beverly Hills, which I love. What else have we watched lately? I watched Pomic, actually.
Susie
So good this season.
Sergio
Yeah, I was going to say Rachel. So talking about Housewives, I actually really love her, too.
Caroline Stanberry
Oh. He was like, you want to tell them as well how sexy she is? He thinks he's really sexy.
Sergio
She walks with this, like, you know, I don't know, manners. So it's just very.
Caroline Stanberry
He's decided that Rachel Zoe doesn't walk. She glides.
Nick
She glides.
Sergio
She just flows.
Caroline Stanberry
She just glides.
Natalie
How does Meredith walk? Because the authors think she.
Caroline Stanberry
So she stomps like Meredith is like. Meredith walks exactly like me.
Sergio
Literally. My wife, if you didn't notice. It's like a duck walking.
Caroline Stanberry
Yes. He has to clear the way. He gets people to move out of the way because he thinks that I'm going to kick them as a hip.
Natalie
What's going to be your plan, Sergio, when you have a sleeping baby and Caroline's stomping around the house.
Sergio
No, I'm gonna carry the baby. She's not gonna do anything.
Caroline Stanberry
I'm not gonna do anything. I've already told him that he's gonna be mom dad, which I'm happy.
Sergio
I will have the papus here and just take it around everywhere.
Caroline Stanberry
He's on his own with my mother.
Natalie
Sergio will be the first man to figure out, like, how to breastfeed, how to carry.
Caroline Stanberry
You think he hasn't already? Yeah, he's working on it.
Sergio
Yeah. Somehow these are gonna give milk. I don't know how, but they will. You'll get.
Caroline Stanberry
Get those bags, those special bags that just does it for you.
Sergio
Yeah.
Nick
Any opinions, Caroline, on Vicky being brought back to the lc?
Caroline Stanberry
Yes. I was the first to congratulate her. We were on the same table that night, Actually, it was me, Vicky, Denise. We had a really great table, and I have to say, I didn't even know I had tear ducts. I may have shed a little tear. I was so happy for her because I can't imagine how hard it is to be the one that started that show and watch it go on without you. And it's not that she. She really didn't want to be there. She wanted to be there, and she deserves it. Really deserves it. And she should be there. She should be there.
Sergio
So she's amazing. I love that.
Caroline Stanberry
Yeah, we really get on with Vicky, and, yeah, I'm her number one fan. I honestly am. So I really am so happy for her.
Natalie
Going back to Potomac. What are your thoughts on Wendy Osefo and all that's going on with her?
Caroline Stanberry
Wendy, Is that the.
Nick
She's the one in the alleged.
Natalie
Yeah, alleged and short. Insurance fraud.
Caroline Stanberry
I just. What is it with all the housewives and going to jail and fraud? Ladies, why do people think going on housewives will make you too obvious to go or be caught? It doesn't work like that. It doesn't work like that. And they keep telling you and showing you that they're taking the housewives to jail. So I don't get it. I. It's so stupid on so many levels. If you have any skeletons in your closet that stay away from housewives is all I.
Nick
Specifically, if you're doing illegal things.
Sergio
Yeah, exactly.
Caroline Stanberry
Specifically scamming people from out of money fraud. And I saw it even with, like, I would see it even with the girls on my show that would do stupid things. Like, I paid $7 million in cash. And you're like, even if you did, bitch, why would you put it on tv? Like, why? Like, have you ever done any business in your entire life that you don't understand that gets you sent to jail? Nobody pays for anything in cash anymore. And if you are, it's under the table, so shut up. It's crazy to me. Like, they are, you know, and then at the same time, they're going, well, I don't have a mortgage. You have a mortgage. I'm like, the whole world uses their money for different things. It's like, all it does is highlight how stupid these women honestly are that they think it's a flex to buy something in cash that big. It is not a flat. First of all, there are. You know, it doesn't prove anything other than you're an idiot or you're doing a completely shady business. So No, I just. I wish they'd go back to college for a few years, actually, and understand how business really works. That makes me embarrassed to be on the show. Those things really make me embarrassed.
Nick
I empathize with that take. I mean, just. Yeah, you're right. Like, it's a. It's an incredible franchise. And, like, when your peers, whether you know them or not or have met them, like, if you're a housewife wife, you're lumped together, right? Like, people see you as the same. And so when some of your peers are out there doing dumb and illegal or just making the other ones look bad, you get pissed off. I totally get it.
Caroline Stanberry
And also, you know, I think to myself, like, how stupid are you?
Nick
It?
Caroline Stanberry
You've just buried your husband. Yeah, you've buried your husband. Not me. You're not burying me. You've just buried your husband in a ton of that. He's going to have to get out of the. You know, even if it's not true, they're coming for you to have a good look to make sure it's not true. Why would you put yourself in these positions, ladies? I mean, like, why? So you can show off that you've got more than the others? I don't understand. I make me the poorest housewife.
Natalie
Well, not possible.
Nick
Yeah, but that's because you actually have money. And that's why you're comfortable saying that, because you're not trying to, like, it's the ones who don't really have the money.
Caroline Stanberry
But again, I mean, maybe it's because I'm British. I've never been to a dinner party. And you go, oh, you know, how many bedrooms do you have? Oh, you know, how much money do you have in the bank? Oh, like, it's just not a really a thing. Or, here's my title deed. You know, like, it's so weird to me that this is still. You know, everyone's like, you're going to bring your title. Because when they said you don't, you've never owned a home or whatever it was on mine. And then Andy Cohen was the one that actually goes. I think we filmed it all in poems. But I'm like, they're like, aren't you going to bring your title deeds and aren't you going to bring this? I'm like, no, I'm not. Like, no, I'm actually not. Why would I do that? It's so vulgar. So, like, if you've watched the show or listen to my podcast, you know exactly who I am, and if you haven't, then catch up. That's it.
Sergio
I think it's the British on you.
Caroline Stanberry
Yeah, I would never.
Sergio
It's how you were brought up. You know, you just don't share those things.
Caroline Stanberry
You don't share those things. It's like, it is so low class to have to do that or to do that with your friends, like, to prove anything.
Sergio
Why would you. You know, you rise above Bravo.
Nick
You know what? I have a show idea for Bravo. Caroline hosts, and she teaches some of the Housewives or maybe all etiquette. Etiquette classes.
Caroline Stanberry
Oh, my God. That would be so fun.
Susie
We should bring back Charm School.
Nick
Yeah, it's charm school. It's charm school for housewives. It's like boot camp for housewives.
Caroline Stanberry
I was a debutante back in the day. Yeah, there you go.
Nick
You're welcome, Andy. Like, I. Who wouldn't watch that? I would absolutely watch, but, I mean.
Caroline Stanberry
I'm not sure which housewives would be signing up for me to put marbles in their mouths.
Nick
Oh, come on. We can find some desperate ones.
Caroline Stanberry
Yeah.
Sergio
Yeah.
Nick
Caroline. Sergio. This is so much fun. Please, anytime you're in town, come back. We definitely have to double date. We're all in the same city together.
Natalie
Wait, real quick, Sergio, what are you getting Caroline for Christmas?
Nick
Oh, yeah.
Sergio
Oh, that's a good question.
Natalie
Are you good at Christmas gifts?
Susie
Walter?
Sergio
I'm very good. I love.
Caroline Stanberry
Show them. What?
Sergio
Oh, my God. I have to show you. I don't have my phone here. I will. I will send you later. So Caroline's little puppy died recently. Like, two weeks ago.
Caroline Stanberry
My favorite Pomeranian.
Sergio
And he was the baby. That's why I'm pushing for my baby now. But at the same time, we bought another puppy, which is the cutest thing in the planet.
Caroline Stanberry
He's a. You've got to see it. He's a Brussels Griffon.
Sergio
He's, like, ugly, ugly, ugly.
Caroline Stanberry
Have you seen him? He's got. He's got the. Yeah. And he's called Walter.
Sergio
It is so good. Let me find it here.
Caroline Stanberry
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Sergio
But actually, her 50th coming. She's turning 50 in April, so I'm still working on that.
Natalie
Sergio, do you like the breeds of dogs?
Sergio
I never had dogs before, but then after living with Caroline, there's this. Our house is chaos. There's turtles, there's dogs, there's everything. So now. Yeah, I kind of like them, actually. You know.
Nick
Did you say turtles?
Sergio
Turtles?
Caroline Stanberry
Oh, yeah. I have a tortoise free in my house.
Sergio
Look at the eyes of this puppy.
Natalie
Oh, wow.
Caroline Stanberry
Can you see? Zoom in.
Sergio
Can you see?
Caroline Stanberry
And he's got a. He's got a. You know, an upside down. Like, he looks miserable. So, like, he's like. He's fugly.
Sergio
He's literally. Caroline. He's a crampy old lady.
Jordan
Look at that.
Sergio
He's actually perfect.
Nick
Did he also have sperm in his face?
Caroline Stanberry
He's so grumpy and cute.
Chanel Ayan
So cute.
Sergio
Caroline. Literally, we have two normal dogs. We just have to have, like, a weird one.
Caroline Stanberry
I need to have one weird one.
Susie
So.
Caroline Stanberry
Yeah.
Natalie
So now, which one is your favorite since your favorite one passed away?
Susie
Walter.
Caroline Stanberry
Walter's gonna be mine. He's called a Velcro dog, which means that he owns. He wants to be with me, which is how my. I don't know if you saw my Pomeranian. It had no hair. And he used to have epilepsy. Thyroid problems.
Sergio
The ugliest thing in the planet.
Caroline Stanberry
Yes. No. And he bit everybody.
Nick
He bit him.
Caroline Stanberry
For five years of his life, I.
Sergio
Couldn'T go to bed. I had to wait until he moved. You know, move.
Caroline Stanberry
Yeah. So, like, this Sergio's like, I could tell my friends now you can sit anywhere you like. Even though he bit us all, we loved.
Sergio
He was just like, crumb. A crumpy, you know?
Natalie
Yeah, yeah, yeah. Like Caroline.
Sergio
Yeah, yeah.
Caroline Stanberry
Exactly like me.
Sergio
No, you don't understand. Through the day, she's so crampy. Even driving here. Oh, my gosh, it was driving me crazy.
Natalie
What'd she do driving here?
Sergio
Because he's like, you drive like a grandpa.
Caroline Stanberry
Oh, my God, he drives so slow. People were walking. Grandparents were walking past our car. I'm like, I don't understand. Like, you know, you're meant to, like, use the throat. See, when I had a driver in London, I used to make him sit next to me because the only thing I didn't like doing was parking.
Sergio
He's the worst.
Caroline Stanberry
I drive like a, you know, Formula One.
Sergio
Like a lunatic. Literally.
Caroline Stanberry
Yeah, lunatic. He was so scared. Used to.
Sergio
You see the arms? She literally, like, she just flies.
Caroline Stanberry
Everyone's like, why do you have a driver if you're driving? And I'm like, so he can park.
Natalie
How many speeding tickets have you gotten?
Caroline Stanberry
Oh, my God. Every day.
Susie
Every day.
Caroline Stanberry
Every day in Japan.
Sergio
Every week.
Caroline Stanberry
I'm cheaper for me to have two.
Sergio
Drivers every week, she's getting at least seven, eight tickets a week, and they're a fortune.
Nick
They're pulling you over in Dubai?
Caroline Stanberry
No, no, just cameras.
Sergio
Just cameras everywhere.
Caroline Stanberry
They just come straight through. Yeah.
Sergio
Is, like, typical you know, like, so.
Nick
Like, if you're like one mile. Mile over, you get a ticket.
Caroline Stanberry
Oh, my God.
Sergio
And I bought maybe five, five, five kilometers over.
Caroline Stanberry
I bought Bentley. And it's like a boat. I don't even realize how. How fast it goes. It goes really, really fast. And so you have to drive it off. Then you don't feel it. I don't like driving anymore. It's too expensive for me. Yeah, I can't afford it.
Nick
Oh, my God.
Natalie
This isn't so much fun. You have to come back.
